Balinese architecture often considers aspects of climate and natural conditions as well as environmental social life. This is to obtain a balance in the cosmos, between human life (bhuana alit / microcosm) and its natural environment (bhuana agung /macrocosm). However, Bali's progress in tourism has changed the way of life of the people, which is in line with Parsons Theory of Structural Functionalism, that if there is a change in the function of one part of an institution or structure in a social system, it will affect other parts, eventually affecting the condition of the social system as a whole. The shift in perspectives has caused structural and functional changes in Balinese architecture. The building design or architecture that emerges today is no longer oriented towards cosmic factors but is oriented towards modern factors, developing in the interests of tourism, commercialization, and lifestyle. The change has had an impact on spatial planning, building orientation, architectural appearance, interior furnishings and local regulations in architecture. In order to prevent Balinese architecture from losing its authenticity in its original form, which is full of spiritual meaning and local Balinese traditions, it is necessary to have a guideline on the specifications of Balinese architectural design that combines elements of aesthetics, comfort, technology, and spirituality. Through this guideline, Balinese architecture can exist in modern times without losing its traditional values.

The fact that we see that the development of law (legal substance, legal structure and legal culture) in our country is still running hobbled behind the dynamics of social and cultural life of society. This fact is one of the sources of the chaotic face of law in Indonesia. By looking at these conditions, the sprit of Balinese Customary Law in the development of National Law really needs to be initiated, studied, and developed. The law should be built in line with the socio-cultural structure of our own nation, but still be able to accommodate the dynamics of its socio-cultural life in this era of openness. Through that Balinese Customary Law will be able to contribute to the development of National Law.

Balinese women are known as primary caregivers and breadwinners for their families, strength, and involvement in various community activities. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence financial conditions and the role of financial literacy in mediating the relationship between factors that affect financial conditions. This research is descriptive-quantitative research using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings reveal that culture, social support, and financial literacy simultaneously positively impact financial conditions. From this research, it is also known that financial literacy acts as a mediator between the influence of culture and social support on financial conditions and also the influence of financial literacy on financial conditions. Therefore, financial literacy is very important to avoid financial pressure. The rapid development of Bali tourism sector, especially in the tourist area of Lake Batur, lead to many changes in community cultural patterns. Several issues, such as the transition of space functions and the development of tourism designations, have not considered the environmental, economic, social and cultural conditions in the local area. Several regional policies were established in order to maintain the local wisdom of the Hindu-Balinese community and become the basis for organizing tourism in Bali. The availability of open space in a tourist attraction in an destination can be a supporting factor for tourists and local communities. This was a qualitative descriptive study. This method aims to obtain an in-depth description regarding the forms of local wisdom of the Hindu-Balinese community which contain the elements of balance which further be adjusted into spatial planning. A sustainable tourist park may be a site for the activities and interaction among local community, tourists, and also be able to become a forum for education regarding Balinese culture and the natural environment, both of which need to be preserved for the sustainability of Lake Batur tourist area which has a great potential in the development of tourism sector.

The main concern of the present study is to analyze the educational values of the oral text of genjek oral tradition performed by several genjek groups in Karangasem, eastern part of Bali. Genjek is one of the most popular oral traditions in Bali and it is a spontaneous performing oral art by a group of young villagers to express their feeling, thought, and criticisms to the existing conditions of the country. All criticisms and suggestions are conveyed through songs in common Balinese language accompanied by acoustic Balinese bamboo music instruments. Their performances are usually funny and entertaining. Most of the lyrics are created spontaneously during the performance. As an oral traditional, genjek is mainly performed for entertainment and the education of their supporting society. This study found that most of the oral text of genjek Karangasem contains educational values which are really important to maintain the harmony of the social life of the society. In addition, the present study revealed that genjek is also an effective way of educating a big crowd of people. Therefore, it is recommended that genjek should be utilized more extensively, especially in social education and in conveying mass information which is needed to be known by the society.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the history and life of the Balinese people in Nibung sub-district from 1986-2019. The research method used is the historical method. Historical sources used in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. Analysis of research studies using social science disciplines with the approach of sociology or anthropology. With these two approaches, the researcher multiplies as much information as possible from the informant and from the available documentation data to get results relevant to the discussion. This research is more focused on the period between 1986 and 2019 with the hope that it can provide a picture of the life of the Balinese people in the Nibung sub-district of the Muratara district which is a minority among the people of Nibung in general who have experienced many changes. From good social relations, it turns out that it affects changes in the life of the Balinese people in Nibung sub-district and these changes cannot be separated from internal and external factors. With the environmental conditions that are in the midst of Muslims making influence including the Balinese people began to embrace Islam through marriage in addition to the change in dialect, clothing and livelihoods due to adjustments to the situation.Keywords: Trasmigation, culture, Balinese community life in Nibung sub-district. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah serta kehidupan masyarakat bali di kecamatan Nibung dari tahun 1986-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode sejarah. Sumber sejarah yang digunakan berupa dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis terhadap kajian penelitian menggunakan disiplin ilmu sosial dengan pendekatan ilmu sosiologi atau antropologi. Dengan kedua pendekatan tersebut peneliti mengali informasi sebanyak-banyaknya dari informan dan dari data dokumentasi yang ada guna mendapatkan hasil yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Penelitian ini lebih difokuskan pada kurun waktu antara 1986 hingga tahun 2019 dengan harapan dapat memberikan gambaran Kehidupan masyarakat bali di kecamatan Nibung kabupaten muratara yang merupakan masyarakat minoritas dikalangan masyarakat Nibung pada umumnya yang sudah banyak mengalami perubahan. Dari hubungan sosial yang baik ternyata mempengaruhi perubahan kehidupan masyarakat bali di kecamatan Nibung dan perubahan tersebut tidak lepas dari faktok intern dan ekstern. Dengan keadaan lingkungan yang berada ditengah-tengah umat muslim membuat terpengaruh diantaranya yaitu masyarakat bali mulai menganut agama Islam melalui perkawinan selain itu adanya perubahan logat bahasa, pakaian dan mata pencarian karena penyesuaian keadaan.Kata Kunci : Trasmigrasi, Kehidupan Masyarakat Bali di Kecamatan Nibung.

Contraception is increasingly used to control wild animal populations. However, as reproductive condition influences social interactions in primates, the absence of new offspring could influence the females’ social integration. We studied two groups of wild macaques (Macaca fascicularis) including females recently sterilized in the Ubud Monkey Forest, Indonesia. We used social network analysis to examine female grooming and proximity networks and investigated the role of infant presence on social centrality and group connectivity, while controlling for the fertility status (sterilized N = 14, intact N = 34). We compared the ego networks of females experiencing different nursing conditions (young infant (YI) vs. old infant (OI) vs. non-nursing (NN) females). YI females were less central in the grooming network than other females while being more central in proximity networks, suggesting they could keep proximity within the group to protect their infant from hazards, while decreasing direct grooming interactions, involving potential risks such as kidnapping. The centrality of sterilized and intact females was similar, except for the proximity network where sterilized females had more partners and a better group connectivity. These results confirm the influence of nursing condition in female macaque social networks and did not show any negative short-term effects of sterilization on social integration.

This research is aimed at the motivation to learn yoga by tourists visiting Ubud Bali. By observing the symptoms of fragility and independence of internal and external elements of tourists along with the situation and conditions in the West, it is necessary to identify motives and find solutions to the problems. Tourists' learning motives will be explored and explored from the perspective of non-formal education. The method used is deepth interview, which continues to be described in a qualitative descriptive manner. Some of the findings include the stimulation of the external environment in the Western world and personality situations that cause tourists to start learning yoga. Another motive is the awareness of tourists' self-introspection, edu-spiritual learning (non-formal education) and the Balinese social and cultural environment as an orientation to learn yoga.

Cultural heterogeneity and plurality of religions which grow, develop and survive in Lombok make this island such a pluralistic and multicultural miniature of Indonesia. This entity can be potentially integrative as a knit of social cohesiveness. However, in certain conditions and atmosphere, this diversity and culture can arise the emergence of conflict, violence and disaster if it is not managed properly. Muslims Sasak and Hindus Balineseethnic as the two largest communities in Lombok, often meet in space and stage conflict. The main factors are culture, economy, sectarianism, exclusivism, primordialism and multiculturalism education are still low.Despite repeated conflicts, it does not mean the social interaction of these two communities is not tolerated. Despite the conflicts that are always episodes, these two communities have local wisdom in the form of a religious festival of the perang topat tradition. This discourse is intended to describe the historical background of Islam and Hinduism in Lombok, analyze the causes of social conflict between the Muslim Sasak community and Hinduism Balinese ethnic in Lombok, as well as explore the local wisdom of the perang topat tradition as multicultural education base that can be made as a seeding of social cohesiveness.

Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) has a high price due to the complicated cultivation and harvesting process, which is also faced by PKM partners. The Balinese vanilla farmer group has started to recover from the slump that almost 10 years of vanilla production in Bali was attacked by stem rot pests. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide training to PKM Partners on the use of social media in disseminating information about the vanilla plant. The stages of PKM activities include the stages of identification, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting and publication. PKM activities will be held on 27 June 2021 and 5 July 2021 with a focus on training on the use of Facebook and Instagram. This PKM activity was attended by 6 vanilla farmers. Based on the pretest and posttest, there was an increase in knowledge from the previous pretest value of 42.74%, in the posttest it increased to 75.24%. PKM activities have been successfully implemented and achieved in good conditions.

Religion and traditional performing arts in Bali are two fields that are not separated as cultural identities that make Bali famous in the eyes of the world and admired as being able to create peace and prosperity. Based on consideration of Hinduism and the traditional performing arts, tourists arrive to visit Bali. Therefore this paper aims to analyze the relationship between Hinduism and traditional performing arts and its relation to tourism development, as well as the impact it has on the social phenomena of Balinese society. There is an interest in maintaining the relationship of Hinduism with traditional performing arts as part of a whole religious ceremony with the development of tourism, but there is a very strong stream of commercialization, which can destabilize the relationship between Hinduism and the life of the performing arts. This inequality is a problem that needs to be studied because it is not uncommon for the packaging of sacred art to become a tourist art, thereby reducing the importance of traditional performing arts’ sacredness. The effort to counteract the aforementioned problem will be the main focus that will be studied in this paper. The method used to examine the problems above is qualitative research methods based on the historical paradigm. The historical paradigm understands changes through sources, documents, artifacts, texts on performing arts and observations and interviews in connection with the current conditions. As an analytical tool, the concepts of ideology, communication and acceptance are used. The results of this writing indicate that there is a cultural ideology, namely the classification of performing art and the concept of cultural tourism to counteract the negative influence of tourism on Hindu religious life and Balinese culture.

This study analyzes the various efforts made by the Balinuraga people to transform conflictual conditions into harmony after the conflict that has resulted in the loss of the Balinuraga community's collective identity, and makes destructive to constructive. So far there has been no research that examines the efforts made by the Balinese ethnic to maintain their identity after the conflict. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with anthropological and sociological approaches by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. In the case analysis process, the writer uses several theories, namely ethnic identity theory, conflict transformation theory, adaptation theory, social integration theory and social interaction theory. The results showed that conflict was triggered by juvenile delinquency, expanded with the issue of ethnicity and group arrogance as an accelerator and conflict transformation efforts were carried out in four dimensions, namely personal, relational, structural and cultural transformation in order to achieve sustainable peace and national security. The implementation of the ethnic reconstruction strategy carried out by the Balinuraga community is considered effective enough to restore ethnic identity which was initially quite worrying after the conflict with ethnic Lampung in Balinuraga village, in general, the 4 reconstruction strategies that the researcher put in this thesis have included most of those carried out by the community. <p>This article analyses the various factors that caused latent conflict in Balinuraga to be manifest conflict, also how conflict transformation is carried out to change conflictual conditions to be harmonious, destructive to constructive. Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) noted that Lampung entered into five (5) regions with the worst levels of discrimination after the reformation. So, the researcher feels the need to raise the theme of conflict transformation in Balinuraga as the title and subject matter of this paper. This research was conducted using qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The researcher used several theories and concepts, such as Conflict Theory, Conflict Transformation Theory, Cooperation Theory, Social Identity Theory, ABC Triangle Concept Galtung Conflict, SAT Concept, and Peace Concept. The results showed that conflict in Balinuraga was triggered by juvenile delinquency, extended with the issue of ethnicity and arrogance between groups as an accelerator, and was motivated by transmigration policies and the issue of economic inequality as structural factors. Conflict transformation efforts are carried out in four dimensions, namely personal, relational, cultural, and structural in order to realize sustainable peace and national security.</p><strong>Keywords:</strong> conflict, conflict transformation, ethnicity, culture, and peace

Hipertension is dangerous disease that can take the life of the sufferer. Killing sufferers event without symptoms warns everyone to maintain physical health and also mental health. One of the factors that cause hypertension is stress. Including the figures or administrators of the Balinese Traditional Village. The workload is quite heavy and also voluntary (Ngayah) is a source of its own stressor. This Study aims to determine the psychological dynamic that occur in traditional leaders so that it can affected their medical conditions which have an impact on incrasing blood pressure. The method used in the research is case study method with qualitative approach. The partisipan that involved was one person (N=1). A man 55 years who served as a traditional village leader and carried out duties in village management and suffered high blood pressure. Data was collected by using interview asessment techniques, observation, and also using several psychological instruments to make it easier arrange the psychological dynamic of the participant. The results of this study is the increase of blood pressure experienced by participant is influenced by the presense of strong stressor from dthe social environment.

In fact, when they migrated to Kalimantan island, it was notsolely a physical, but also a cultural migration. Thus, they still perform their religiousrituals and customs like they used to in Bali so that the people surrounding Kerta Buanavillage do not need to go to Bali to learn and understand Balinese culture and religiousrituals of Hindu-Bali people. The settlement of Hindu-Bali people in a village will be asocial capital to actualize their culture. Related to the settlement of Hindu-Bali peoplein Kerta Buana village, the problems in this article, i.e.: (1) How social dynamics ofHindu-Bali people does in Kerta Buana village? (2) How kind of relationship have thatis built between Kerta Buana village and Bali island? The results of this research showsthat Hindu-Bali community in Kerta Buana village live in a community. So, it is easy tomanage it. The other thing is Hindu-Bali community in Kerta Buana village still carry outreligious rites and customs even though they live far from the area of origin. In fact, theyfabricated the culture in Bali in accordance with the conditions that exist in Kerta Buanavillage. The other thing, Hindu-Bali community still carry out rites and traditions, eventhough far distance from Bali island. In fact, they created Balinese culture for adaptedwith conditions in Kerta Buana village. AbstrakKeberadaan orang Bali di Desa Kerta Buana sudah sejak 1980, yaitu ketika merekamengikuti program transmigrasi. Pada saat mereka bertransmigrasi ke Pulau Kalimantan,ternyata yang bermigrasi tidak hanya fisik tetapi juga kebudayaan mereka. Dengankebudayaan yang ikut serta dengan mereka, ritual agama dan adat istiadat tetap merekalakukan seperti berada di Bali, sehingga masyarakat di sekitar Desa Kerta Buana tidakharus ke Bali untuk memahami kebudayaan dan ritual-ritual kegamaan orang HinduBali. Bermukimnya orang Hindu-Bali di suatu desa menjadi modal sosial untukmengaktualisasikan kebudayaannya itu. Terkait dengan keberadaan orang Hindu-Bali diDesa Kerta Buana, permasalahan yang diangkat dalam tulisan ini meliputi: (1) Bagaimanadinamika sosial orang Hindu-Bali di Desa Kerta Buana? (2) Bagaimana hubungan yangmereka bangun dengan daerah asal di Pulau Bali? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwamasyarakat Hindu-Bali di Desa Kerta Buana hidup dalam satu komunitas sehingga mudahuntuk menggerakkannya ataupun mengelolanya. Hal lain adalah masyarakat Bali di DesaKerta Buana masih tetap melaksanakan ritual keagamaan dan adat istiadat kendati merekabermukim jauh dari daerah asal. The rise of corruption cases revealed lately shows that corruption crime in Indonesia is verymuch a scourge and the heavy duty of the government to eradicate it one by one. Initially corruptionwas still carried out in the form of petty bribes, but now corruption is carried out in the category ofbillions from all aspects, even the last case was revealed to the detention center. It is a tragicphenomenon because our nation is known to have a high cultural morality and a very religiouscommunity. Efforts to eradicate corruption cannot be cut off by what is seen. But must be with broadand deep social movements, leading to social and cultural change. The social movement to eradicatecorruption is a revival of society to jointly correct conditions and bring a better life. The ultimate goalis not only to change the attitudes and behavior of individuals within the community itself, but also tobring about a new social order that is free of corruption. The problem in this journal is how the role ofcommunity leaders becomes very important in the process of eradicating corruption in Indonesia. thecommunity and the encouragement of the community to be aware of corruption must be truly enhanced,including cooperation from the KPK by always providing counseling with community leaders, becausebecause these community leaders are the important spearhead for moving a corruption-awarecommunity system. As a suggestion, the KPK cooperates with community and adat leaders in theformation of rules in the community, for example awig-awig in the Balinese indigenous community.With the awig-awig regulating corruption, it will act as a foundation in the enforcement of anticorruptionitself, which was started at the level of indigenous groups.

The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 Year 2007 concerning Libraries states that schools are required to have school libraries based on the National Standards of Library (SNP). This condition forces every school to develop a library, even though the conditions are still far from the standard set. To realize the existence of library, each school uses various resources in its school to establish a school library. This study aims to explore the efforts of primary schools in Singaraja City to fulfill their obligations in providing library space. This study uses a qualitative approach based on critical social theory commonly used in the Cultural Studies approach. The data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, involved observation and document study. Data analysis in this study follows Peter Berger's model with the following steps: conceptualization, conceptualization results, verification, and objectivation. The results show that the obligation to have a school library at the primary school level is not easy due to various obstacles. This gave rise to the ideology of permissivism or in Balinese it is called dadi dadi dogen. This ideology allows schools to use various types of spaces to become libraries, for example classrooms, teacher rooms, warehouses, UKS, and so on. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine how much influence the use of social media, electronic word of mouth and trust as an intermediary variable and about the factors that influence hotel consumer purchasing decisions in the digital era 4.0, where trust is an intermediate variable. The increasing number of competitors raises the enthusiasm of business people to further improve their services. Tourism is one sector that plays an important role in national economic growth. The current conditions faced by companies engaged in lodging service providers are how to change offline marketing strategies leading to online marketing to optimize room occupancy rates. The population used in this study is all Balinese people who are domestic consumers who have stayed at hotels in Bali. Data collection is done using the online questionnaire method through Google Form. The sampling method in this study is convenience sampling, where sampling is based on the availability of elements and the ease of obtaining them. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study indicate, (1) the usage of social media variable to trust is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.333, (2) the usage of social media variable to purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.089, (3) the electronic word of mouth variable to trust is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.315, (4) the electronic word of mouth variable to purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.089, (5) the variable Subjective Age for trust is a positive and significant effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.439, (6) the variable Subjective Age to purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect that has standardize estimate (regression weight) of 0.319, (7) the variable trust in purchase decision involvement is a positive and significant effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.494.

Nusa Penida is one of the islands in Klungkung Regency, Bali, which is currently growing rapidly. This can be seen from the increasing number of tourists every year. Based on the data of the number of people who visited Nusa Penida, it could be seen to have an increase in the need to provide adequate facilities of the port. Banjar Nyuh Port is one of the ports in Nusa Penida which currently needs to be redesigned in order to facilitate sea transportation activities. Re-design is a process of replanning a facility in an effort to improve the functions that are contained and create better conditions than before. The Redesign of the Banjar Nyuh Port aim to optimize the port function through solving the problems encountered using innovative thinking in redesigning. In the process of redesign based on a theme as the basis, the theme used must be in accordance with the context of the problems, location, culture and social of the local community so that the appropriate theme is to apply the Neo Vernacular Architecture theme to the design. The applica-tion of Neo Vernacular Theme can display the traditional impression of Balinese Architecture combined with the value of modern architecture so as to create a design that contains cultural traditions and design innovation in it. <p>This study aims to analyze and formulate strategies for solving problems arising in the future towards the existence of natural attractions Pengempu Waterfall related to prevention of land use conversion in the tourist area of Pengempu Waterfall in the traditional village of Cau Belayu. Pengempu waterfall located in the area of Cau Belayu traditional village, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province is a new natural tourism area in the region. Besides having natural beauty that can be used as a tourist place, the Pengempu waterfall area is also a sacred area by Hindus to perform prayer activities, meditation and activities related to the spiritual. To preserve the existence of the Pengempu waterfall area so that it is not damaged by the negative impacts caused by tourism activities in the area, it is necessary to have customary law to protect the area of Pengempu waterfalls, because the existence of customary law by Balinese is very important for traditional life in Bali to organize the physical condition of the region and managing the social conditions of the community. The legal approach used in this study is an approach to the concept of legal pluralism. From the results of research that has been carried out, it was found that the existence of customary law to protect the area of Pengempu waterfall to touch the beliefs of the surrounding community in managing the Pengempu waterfall area to maintain the Pengempu waterfall area so that its sustainability has sufficiently dominant power.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract</strong><em>Mukena are tools used when Muslims worship. One of the innovations found on Mukena currently is Balinese Mukena has characteristic different from others. Both partners in this activity are Mr. Achmad Nuha on partner 1 and mother Romjanah partners working in this production businesses 2 mukena bali. The intense effort by both of these partners have walked about ten years, was at Kampong Islam Kepaon Village, sub-district Pemogan, Denpasar Bali Province's South. Conditions that occur in the field they experience obstacles and problems. The problems experienced by both partners were relatively the same IE problem on production, inventory and financial management, as well as the limitations of marketing. Of the problems above, incremental activities will be performed starting from the granting of means of production, delivery and labeling of packaging design, and social media marketing training using instagram. Centrally began with socializing and doing a focus group discussion with both partners to find a solution of the obstacles faced, delivery of the equipment as production tools such as sewing machine, machine, machine, machine neci obras, boxes, neon signboard training of packaging and packaging label design, training and the creation of social media marketing as instagram. Kedua mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Bapak Achmad Nuha pada mitra 1 dan Ibu Romjanah mitra 2 menekuni bidang usaha produksi mukena bali. Usaha yang ditekuni oleh kedua mitra ini sudah berjalan sekitar sepuluh tahun, berada di wilayah Kampung Islam Kepaon, Desa Pemogan, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan Provinsi Bali. Kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan mereka mengalami hambatan dan permasalahan. Permasalahan yang dialami kedua mitra ini relatif sama yaitu permasalahan pada produksi, manajemen keuangan dan inventory, serta keterbatasan pemasaran. Dari permasalahan diatas maka akan dilakukan kegiatan bertahap mulai dari pemberian alat produksi, pemberian desain labeling dan kemasan, dan pelatihan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial instagram. Kegiatam dimulai dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan focus group discussion dengan kedua mitra untuk menemukan solusi dari kendala yang dihadapi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti mesin jahit, mesin neci, mesin obras, papan nama neon box, pelatihan pengemasan dan desain label kemasan, pelatihan dan pembuatan media sosial instagram sebagai bentuk pemasaran. According to data from the Indonesian Covid Task Force, as of Augustus 2, 2021, there were 3,462,800 cases and 97,291 deaths. Even though in terms of the quantity of Balinese people affected by COVID-19, which is around 2,3% of the sufferers nationally (2,231 deaths), the social impact it causes is very broad, especially in the tourism sector which is almost totally not operating. The government has taken policies or steps to overcome the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. All parties are also expected to be able to make efforts to prevent transmission and mitigate the impact that occurs, from the Government, Provincial Government, Regency / City Government, and all levels of society. Efforts to improve the health status of the highest in the form of efforts to prevent disease transmission by involving the community at large. Interesting legal issues to study are as follows: Policies implemented by the Bali Provincial Government in Preventing the Transmission of Covid-19. This study aims to obtain and examine the model applied by the Bali Provincial Government in handling the spread of COVID-19. The results of the study show The policies carried out by the Provincial Government of Bali in the Prevention of Covid-19 Transmission are to realize the acceleration of handling health related to COVID-19, to realize the acceleration of handling the impact of COVID-19 on the economy, and to realize the acceleration of handling the impact of COVID-19 on the community, in the form of a Social Safety Net. One of the cultural world heritage sites in the cultural landscape in Bali province is the area of Catur Angga Batukaru. The aim of this research is to unearth the potentials which could be developed from the Balinese water-control systems (Subak) in the area of Catur Angga Batukaru. The results of the research show that, at present, there has been 20 water-control systems recorded in the area of Catur Angga Batukaru. The lines go through 19 water-control systems. The kind of tourism which could be developed included: (i) sightseeing tourism, where the tourist walk through the area and enjoy the sightseeing and views of the rice terraces together with some other plantation views in the area. (ii) Spiritual tourism, which located at Tamba Waras Temple, where people come to pray for an abundant of health or a recovery of those who are suffering some medical conditions, and at Muncaksari Temple, where people could come to pray for those who wish to be successful in business and trading. (iii) Trekking tourism, which deemed much suitable for adventurous tourists. The trekking paths would be through some rice field area, plantation, and some river crossing by. The attractions available would include some sightseeing of the local farmers busy in the field, planting red rice, taking care of the irrigation system, working on the soil, planting seeds, cleaning up the plant, and harvesting by using some traditional tools used in the associated culture called “ane-ane”, and lastly, some view of traditional religious ceremony in the rice field area as well as around the water-control system (Subak). All things considered, these potential activities are considered needed to be developed further by the community such as through the water-control system society and the village cultural authorities to be assisted bythe local government training and consultation. Lately, the safari tour has been passing through the area as well. The spiritual tourism at the least has also been developing. However, these circumstances have not been well-organized both by the local authorities and the government in it.

Abstract. The implementation of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Java and Bali has drawn criticism. Bali is one of the areas affected by this policy. The Emergency PPKM which aims to reduce crowds and suppress the Corona virus has been rejected by some Balinese people. This can be observed from the expressions of social media users in various forums. This expression can also be inferred from the posts of netizens who are critical and sarcastic. This study aims to examine public expressions and sentiments on the Facebook group of the Bali Medsos Parliament on the implementation of Emergency PPKM on the Island of the Gods. This public sentiment also responds to the Governor of Bali's public communication practices which were considered bad during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a netnographic study approach (virtual ethnography). by analyzing relevant content and literature related to the topic on the Bali Medsos Parliament facebook group. The results of this study are that Warganet's expressions are depicted through various memes, illustrations, sarcastic statements to critical satire that become the dialogue of Warganet. Warganet's expressions also gave birth to perceptions in responding to Emergency PPKM. First, Warganet is critical and antipathetic to the policies of the Bali Provincial Government during Emergency PPKM. Second, the Governor of Bali is considered to have failed to voice the aspirations of the community in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Third, the Governor of Bali is considered ridiculous for his call for people to consume alcoholic beverages mixed with coffee which has gone viral on social media. Fourth, the construction of prestigious projects has drawn criticism from netizens because the Governor of Bali is seen as insensitive to the socio-economic conditions of the community. Even netizens criticized the inhumane behavior of the security forces in closing down essential and non-essential sectors during the Emergency PPKM. Fifth, netizens voiced that the Governor of Bali, Wayan Koster, would not be re-elected in the agenda of the Governor Election in the future. Abstrak. Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Darurat di Pulau Jawa dan Bali menuai kritik. Bali menjadi salah satu wilayah yang terdampak terhadap kebijakan tersebut. PPKM Darurat yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kerumunan dan menekan laju virus Corona ini mendapat penolakan sebagian masyarakat Bali. Hal tersebut bisa dicermati dari ekpresi pengguna media sosial di berbagai forum. Ekpresi tersebut juga bisa disimpulkan dari postingan para warganet yang bersifat kritis dan sarkas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ekpresi dan sentimen publik pada grup facebook Parlemen Medsos Bali terhadap penerapan PPKM Darurat di Pulau Dewata. Sentimen publik ini sekaligus merespon praktik komunikasi publik Gubernur Bali yang dinilai buruk selama pandemi berlangsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi netnografi (etnografi virtual). dengan menganalisa konten-konten dan literatur relevan terkait topik pada grup facebook Parlemen Medsos Bali. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ekpresi Warganet diantaranya digambarkan melalui beragam meme, ilustrasi, pernyataan sarkas hingga sindriran kritis yang menjadi dialog para Warganet. Ekpresi Warganet juga melahirkan persepsi dalam merespon PPKM Darurat. Pertama, Warganet kritis dan antipati dengan kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali selama PPKM Darurat. Kedua, Gubernur Bali dinilai gagal suarakan aspirasi masyarakat dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Ketiga, Gubernur Bali dinilai konyol atas himbauannya agar masyarakat mengkomsumsi minuman beralkohol arak campur kopi yang viral di media sosial. Keempat, pembangunan proyek prestesius menuai kritik dari warganet karena Gubernur Bali dipandang tidak peka dengan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Bahkan warganet mengkritik prilaku kurang manusiawi aparat keamanan dalam menutup sektor esensial maupun non esensial selama PPKM Darurat berlangsung. Kelima, warganet menyuarakan agar Gubernur Bali Wayan Koster tidak dipilihlagi dalam agenda Pemilihan Gubernur di masa yang akan datang.
