Abstract:It seems natural to think that the same prudential and ethical reasons for mutual respect and tolerance that one has vis-à-vis other human persons would hold toward newly encountered paradigmatic but nonhuman biological persons. One also tends to think that they would have similar reasons for treating we humans as creatures that count morally in our own right. This line of thought transcends biological boundaries—namely, with regard to artificially (super)intelligent persons—but is this a safe assumption? The issue concerns ultimate moral significance: the significance possessed by human persons, persons from other planets, and hypothetical nonorganic persons in the form of artificial intelligence (AI). This article investigates why our possible relations to AI persons could be more complicated than they first might appear, given that they might possess a radically different nature to us, to the point that civilized or peaceful coexistence in a determinate geographical space could be impossible to achieve.

This paper briefly summarizes the progress of artificial intelligence (AI) and web intelligence (WI) in the last two decades. The reason why we mention AI and WI together is because those have strong relationship with each other. This paper first summarizes the history of AI, and then gives brief description of supervised learning, which I think has played a major role in AI in the last two decades. As most history of WI is in the target decades, this paper first briefly describes major WI topics, and then gives more detailed description about information recommendation, which I think one of more successful and necessary technologies in practical use.

The thinking power of Homo sapiens made human beings the lord of all creation. The ability to reason is also the premise of human existence. We, however, now know that this is not confined only to human but to Artificial Intelligence. Over the history of humankind, human beings have attempted to create an immortal being that could surpass their abilities and complements their inferiorities. We are making something immortal and transcendent, which are different properties from our own. Artificial Intelligence may be able to evolve on its own like humans have been doing. As a kind of numerical being, humans are able to be omnipresent with the technology provided. This new kind of existence makes us think about and see things differently. Humans are attempting to create ‘beings’ that can generate art, take care of weak human beings, talk and discuss human issues, and even fall in love with humans. As our minds can run beyond the boundaries created by our body limitations, we would like to infuse our creativity into AI that might evolve from its original state. Similar to what Prometheus did, humans are attempting to share their legacy with another existence. Recently a research team from Rutgers University in New Jersey proposed a system named CAN: Creative Adversarial Networks for generating art with creative characteristics. The team demonstrated a realization of this system based on a novel, creative adversarial network. Their proposed system possesses the ability to produce novel artworks which make people believe human artists produced them. The data the team proposes proves that AI now attempts to do something considered as a creative activity. With this research, the definition of art should be reconsidered. Since the Fountain(1917) by Duchamp, open concepts toward artworks have been embraced by many artists and their colleagues. However, it is time to contemplate the new phase. When we regard something as artwork, should it be created, selected, and combined by human beings? Is it possible that the thing that is accepted as artwork by people can be art? This paper seeks to propose several opinions regarding these questions. It is proposed as part of the concept of the “cybernetic system” to distinguish the following components: - cybernetic systems impervious to information, as a control system; - cybernetic systems permeable to information: intelligent functional systems based on natural intelligence; Intelligent information systems based on artificial intelligence. From an analysis of the content of the concept of “artificial intelligence,” it follows that at present there is no unambiguous definition of the content of this concept. Almost all authors agree that artificial intelligence should be similar to human intelligence. From an analysis of the content of the concept of “natural intelligence,” it follows that its basis is the central regularity of the integrative activity of the brain. It is proposed to define thinking as the possibility of representing things in measure, and intelligence as the ability to implement the process of measuring things. The measure is the presentation of a thing in the form of a dialectical unity of concepts general (qualitative definition) – single (quantitative definition). It is shown that the main problem that has not been solved so far for artificial neural networks is the problem of the formation of a capable mathematical model of a natural neuron based on the central regularity of integrative brain activity. The second problem requiring its solution is the need to teach the artificial intelligence system to "measure" things, as well as their properties. Without mastering this ability, no artificial intelligence system can implement the actions that characterize the activity of the natural neural network. The third problem is the need to train the artificial intelligence system to remember the previous experience. Manipulating knowledge is possible only by applying the laws of natural intelligence. Therefore, to form the knowledge base, experts are involved as a source of knowledge and knowledge engineers, as specialists in the extraction of knowledge from experts. Moreover, between the concepts of “data” and “information”, as well as “information” and “knowledge”, there is a dialectical connection in the form of “single” – “general”. Intelligent information technology can be the basis for the implementation of cybernetic systems permeable to information: intelligent functional systems; intelligent information systems. The fundamental task that needs to be solved is the task of establishing the composition and content of the concept of “unit of knowledge”.

Apparently, there is no connection between artificial intelligence and literature, but at closer scrutiny, it is discernibly clear that a link-up is quite possible in a harmonious manner because both the subjects do have commonalities dotting them one end to the next. Literature is a journey through the trajectories or pathways of imagination, illusion, fantasy, and dreamlike situations. The world of artificial intelligence does have virtual realities taking place in an imaginative plain. Artificial intelligence is a repetitive, perennial and a crucial current topic in science fiction, whether unworldly, stressing the capacity advantages, or dystopian, emphasizing the possible risks and insecurities. The belief of machines with human-like intelligence dates lower back to the talented writer Samuel Butler's 1872 novel Erewhon. Buoyant or positive perceptions of the destiny of artificial intelligence are feasible in science fiction. The artificial intelligence facilitates the quick and robust operational efficiency of the world and literature fulfills this role through its crucial ingredient imagination running riot to beautify the world. The literary works of Jose Saramago do sublimate in their scope the role of artificial intelligence fair and square. John McCarthy, the founder of the idea of Artificial Intelligence, conveys the idea that ‘Artificial Intelligence is the technology and designing of making sensible and brilliant machines, particularly intelligent packages’. For me, Jose Saramago acts as an intelligent machine to check and reformulate the fundamental ethical values which are considered as universal, secular and scientific. His Scepticism goes beyond all pessimistic worldviews and his humanistic ideology surpasses all notions of illogical and unreasonable thought patterns. Through this paper, I intend to present his literary contributions packed with ecstasy, prophetic pronouncements and visionary ability. I call his intelligence as artificial intelligence that represents his ideology, prophetic activity, and reasoning power.

The Lovelace Test is one of the most famous alternatives to the Turing Test. It suggests to use the concept of creativity as a way to estimate the ability of artificial intelligence to think in the same sense as a human being. It is demonstrated in the article that the concept of creativity is too ambiguous to be used as a criteria of anything. It is shown that both versions of the Lovelace Test are inherently behaviorist and therefore cannot prove the ability of a machine to think.

The article considers methods of involving artificial intelligence in artistic practices. Based on the analysis of ways to use this technology in visual arts and music, the basic principles of working with artificial intelligence technology are identified, including: imitation of historical art, implemented in projects The Next Rembrandt and Choral; generative art, which is found in the works “Hyperbolic Composition І” and “Hyperbolic Composition ІІ” of S. Eaton and also in the AIVA program (Artificial Intelligence Virtual Artist). The importance of the mechanisms of neurobiology in the process of working with artificial intelligence on the example of the project “Neural Zoo” of S. Crespo, Iamus program, in which the development of musical material is based on the principle of evolution, is stated. In the application Endel and in the opera “Emotionally intelligent” Artificially Intelligent Brainwave Opera» of E. Perlman, a neural network is used to read information about the human condition and its further processing for modification into a sound landscape or image. The development of artificial intelligence and its use in artistic practices opens up new opportunities, expanding both the field of authors of artistic content and attracting new audience. This phenomenon provokes many issues, including: the ability to think artificially of artificial intelligence, the ability to create works of art without human intervention, as well as issues related to copyright.

The emergence of artificial intelligence is the product of the development of science and technology. At the same time, the development of science and technology has greatly improved the ability of the human brain and artificial intelligence. For example, scientists choose to train artificial intelligence with video games and improve the flexibility of the human brain. One example of artificial intelligence’s success and its rapid development is AlphaGo. Go has long been recognized as one of the most difficult games in the world, and it seems surprising that artificial intelligence could easily win a match against a human master. But, it wasn't easy, and the reason for AlphaGo's victory has a lot to do with machine learning. By mimicking humans and their own evolution to give themselves an edge in the game and win. At the same time, many people think that artificial intelligence is very dangerous, and they think that artificial intelligence will replace or eliminate human beings, but the fact is the same as people's imagination? The benevolent see benevolence and the wise see wisdom. After decades of development, artificial intelligence can reach the level of cooperation with humans. Basic cooperation can no longer meet people's needs, and more advanced cooperation projects need to be developed. Human beings and artificial intelligence help each other, especially in brain science and the application of CNN in image processing. In these studies, human beings provide inspiration for the research and development of artificial intelligence, and artificial intelligence provides convenience for human life. Therefore, we can know that artificial intelligence plays a very important role in the evolution of human beings.

After the .com boom, the next big thing in the 21st century is the “Internet of Things”. The “Internet of Things” is exploding and infusing intelligence globally. From infinitesimal chips to mammoth machineries, billions of smart gadgets communicate with each other with the aid of wireless devices. The day is not far when every physical item will no longer remain disconnected from the virtual world. Presently, your coffee kettle starts automatically when you wake up in the morning and lights go off when you leave home for your office where all devices are controlled/activated through your voice. Dream becomes reality, when the whole world will be running automatically and virtually with the initiation of a command. Connecting ‘Internet of Things’ with ‘Artificial Intelligence’, high-tech and scientific technologies will transform the world into a completely digital world. These two powerful pillars will build super-intelligent e-devices that are ready for new challenges. It will be made possible by evolving IP strategies, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), embedded sensors, actuators that are intelligently connected in machines and other physical objects. This paper aims to provide an insight into how the third wave of information technology i.e. Internet of Things (IoT) will interconnect the physical world using artificial intelligence. The paper will further discuss the building blocks of the IoT and the perspective areas where it can be implemented smartly.

Artificial intelligence is a technology developed to make machines think like humans. Aristotle's historical artificial intelligence entered the health sector in the 1970s. The first application for artificial intelligence in the internist-1 field in health care, the Casnet expert system, and MYCIN. This technology was later introduced to many areas of health care. The main purpose of this application is for the benefit of doctors and patients. In general, applications, medical decisions, early diagnosis and treatment, drug development, and medical imaging issues deserve attention. Another important issue is the concern about the benefits of artificial intelligence, as well as the possibility of replacing the physicians in charge when medical decisions are left entirely to artificial intelligence. This study aims to provide readers with general information about the areas where artificial intelligence is used in health care. In this study, 14 applications were examined and outstanding results were observed. When doctors say that a comatose patient cannot wake up, artificial intelligence says that a comatose patient can wake up and the patient can wake up. Other advanced artificial intelligence has shown that it can detect cancer more accurately than 58 skin specialists. One study concluded that artificial intelligence with a predictive treatment approach lowered health care costs by 5 to 9% and could lead to an increase in life expectancy of 0.2 to 1.3 years. Introduction. There are currently many different methods in the field of artificial intelligence research. Methods of mathematical, cognitive and philosophical sciences are dominant among them. All research approaches are united by the hypothesis that natural and artificial intelligence are fundamentally comparable. The sociality formed as a result of these changes attracts increasing attention from both foreign and Russian researchers. The purpose of this article is to clarify the theoretical and methodological approaches in the study of artificial intelligence in the social sciences, especially in sociology.Methodology and sources. The article is based on an interdisciplinary approach, which allows outlining the scale of the research problem, coordinating the methodological approach to the organization of research, smoothing the contradictions of ideas and categories, which are operated by different sciences in the study of artificial intelligence. Results and discussion. According to the authors, the widely used concept of Artificial Intelligence is more a scientific metaphor than a proven empirical fact. Currently there is no such thing as artificial intelligence. There are neural networks, machine learning, which can solve certain problems in the real world. Artificial intelligence is a metaphor that captures a certain level of human knowledge about the introduction of information technology, based on computer hardware and specialized software. To treat artificial intelligence as an empirical fact is a fallacy that is not appropriate in science.Conclusion. Sociology is only taking its first steps in the field of artificial intelligence research. It does not have its own methodological tools for analyzing artificial intelligence and the social reality that arises from its introduction into the everyday life of society. Artificial Intelligence changes people's daily lives, embedding itself in everyday social practices, and forming a hybrid social world for the social sciences to study. Today there is a debate about the place of artificial intelligence in sociology. According to the authors, sociological fantasies and speculations are not appropriate here. In order to correctly and accurately define the problem of artificial intelligence in the social sciences, it is necessary to carefully analyze the opinions of the experts in the exact sciences, in which artificial intelligence is understood as algorithms or models created by human, and which perform certain tasks and help them manage specific processes in various spheres of society.

Robot evolution: Artificial intelligence by artificial evolution Most people think of evolution as a biological phenomenon that produced Life on Earth, plants, animals, and us, the Homo Sapiens. Within Computer Science, however, there is another view: evolution is seen as a metaphor for problem-solving, in particular, as a special approach to optimization, working with a ‘population' of solutions and improving them over time through repeated selection-reproduction cycles. This is the research of A.E. Eiben, the Professor of Computational Intelligence at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He notes that the vision of robot evolution foresees a radically new robotic technology where robots can reproduce, evolve, and learn. Robot evolution and development require significant efforts from highly trained experts which is not scalable. This world has an increasing need for novel algorithmic approaches and research tools to explore the space of bodies and brains together and solve the design problem (good body) and the control problem (good brain). In his team, he is discovering new methods needed to tackle complex environments without good models, not only simple, well-known conditions, such as, factories or living rooms.

In the article, the author substantiates the thesis that the development of artificial intelligence technology is closely related not only to discoveries in the field of natural science, anthropology and medicine, but also achievements in the field of philosophy of knowledge and cognitive sciences. The author conducted a philosophico-epistemological analysis of the problems of improving the neural network as the core of modern artificial intelligence led to the conclusion that the principles of functioning of the neural network corresponding to such principles of the cognitive process discovered and studied in the philosophical concepts of New Time, such as J. Locke’s apriorism, I. Kant’s apriorism other. The results of the comparative study allowed the author to come to the following conclusion: the improvement of the abilities of the neural network studied by S. Haikin, S. Russell, P. Norvig (“evidence of the answer”, “classification of images” and “reliability of the decision”) is possible when relying on the epistemological ideas of J. Locke, using Kant’s principles (“synthetic unity of apperception”, “I think”) and searching for the algorithm of neural network formation of the ability to create antinomies in artificial intelligence. Further development of artificial intelligence based on the neural network can also be based on the theory of cognition of T. Hobbes, R. Descartes, B. Spinoza, G. V. F. Hegel and the results of modern cognitive sciences.

Artificial intelligence has entered an unprecedented period of rapid growth and is completely changing all aspects of life. The state needed a comprehensive curriculum, but how to get the way to artificial intelligence+curriculum is still not discussed in the curriculum. In view of this, this article combines artificial intelligence to promote research on teaching reform, which is aimed at encouraging the implementation of artificial intelligence education and promoting the development of cognitive and pedagogical skills. This object uses the query analysis method to collect the data and analyzes the data based on the distribution technology and the new technological process. It concludes that in life, teachers know more about common artificial intelligence products, such as sound aids , graphics, identity, fingerprint recognition, and smart home. Among teachers using artificial intelligence products, the most frequently used is mobile APP teaching, followed by teachers’ online training platforms. Some teachers use automatic correction assignment systems in teaching, with the help of intelligent classrooms, robotic assistants, and other major future teaching intelligent products. The impact of artificial intelligence on teachers themselves is reducing the teaching workload and improving information literacy. Of course, there are very few teachers who think that artificial intelligence has little or no relationship with teacher professional development. Teachers recognize the role of artificial intelligence. 52.1% of teachers think that artificial intelligence is very helpful to the professional development of teachers. 32.3% of teachers think that artificial intelligence is more helpful to their professional development. 12.5% of teachers recognize artificial intelligence. In general, only 3.1% of teachers believe that artificial intelligence is not helpful to their professional development.

Jamming attack is Cognitive radio Internet of thing network disables the spectrum sharing and reduces the spectrum utilization .detection and mitigation of such attacks is the main component in realizing cognitive radio-based spectrum sharing in cognitive radio-based internet of thing network this work proposes a game theory-based jamming attack mitigation strategy. The problem of jamming attack mitigation is modeled as a zero-sum game and solved by finding Nash equilibrium. The cognitive node which tries to share the spectrum pays the zero-sum game with the jamming attacker and selects the best strategy of selecting the best frequency without getting into the jamming attack. The result of the proposed mechanism proves that the gaming mechanism can tackle the jamming attack.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a broad phrase that refers to any machine’s activity that would otherwise need human intellect.Recent technological advancements have closed the gap between human and machines, allowing computers to replicate natural human intellect and produce “artificial intelligence”. Neurosurgery has benefited the most from AI-driven technology advancements in the medical field. It’s frightening to think that a computer may be taught or self-taught how to do spine or brain surgery. Embracing this technology will allow us to provide the best possible care for our patients, and its potential role in neurosurgery is intriguing.

Artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology has achieved many great things, such as facial recognition, medical diagnosis, and self-driving cars. AI promises enormous benefits for economic growth, social development, as well as human well-being and safety improvement. However, the low-level of explainability, data biases, data security, data privacy, and ethical problems of AI-based technology pose significant risks for users, developers, humanity, and societies. As AI advances, one critical issue is how to address the ethical and moral challenges associated with AI. Even though the concept of “machine ethics” was proposed around 2006, AI ethics is still in the infancy stage. AI ethics is the field related to the study of ethical issues in AI. To address AI ethics, one needs to consider the ethics of AI and how to build ethical AI. Ethics of AI studies the ethical principles, rules, guidelines, policies, and regulations that are related to AI. Ethical AI is an AI that performs and behaves ethically. One must recognize and understand the potential ethical and moral issues that may be caused by AI to formulate the necessary ethical principles, rules, guidelines, policies, and regulations for AI (i.e., Ethics of AI). With the appropriate ethics of AI, one can then build AI that exhibits ethical behavior (i.e., Ethical AI). This paper will discuss AI ethics by looking at the ethics of AI and ethical AI. What are the perceived ethical and moral issues with AI? What are the general and common ethical principles, rules, guidelines, policies, and regulations that can resolve or at least attenuate these ethical and moral issues with AI? What are some of the necessary features and characteristics of an ethical AI? How to adhere to the ethics of AI to build ethical AI?

Artificial intelligence, whether embodied as robots or Internet of Things, or disembodied as intelligent agents or decision-support systems, can enrich the human experience. It will also fail and cause harms, including physical injury and financial loss as well as more subtle harms such as instantiating human bias or undermining individual dignity. These failures could have a disproportionate impact because strange, new, and unpredictable dangers may lead to public discomfort and rejection of artificial intelligence. Two possible approaches to mitigating these risks are the hard power of regulating artificial intelligence, to ensure it is safe, and the soft power of risk communication, which engages the public and builds trust. These approaches are complementary and both should be implemented as artificial intelligence becomes increasingly prevalent in daily life.

Abstract Emergency management is considered to be a response to the risk of major accidents and disasters, while oil companies pay more attention to the post-emergency response and post-treatment, but do not care about the whole process of emergency management. Despite not necessarily receiving the most coverage, production safety accidents caused by unreasonable emergency management have become an urgent problem in petroleum industry. As the most advanced productive force in modern society, artificial intelligence is considered to lead the future, integrate into all aspects of today’s society, and even bring about industrial revolution. With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence has been applied to all aspects of emergency management in petroleum industry, including intelligent prevention and emergency preparedness, monitoring and early warning, emergency response and rescue, post-recovery and reconstruction. The application of artificial intelligence can not only improve the level of emergency management, reduce the cost of labor expenditure, avoid casualties of emergency management personnel and field staff, but also improve the production efficiency of enterprises and maintain the safety of production in petroleum industry. The most important thing is that AI can involve the whole process of emergency management and bring industrial upgrading to the petroleum industry.

The Big Data embodies a technology that permits the storage, processing, and management of broad and complex data sets in which traditional data processing applications are not applicable. These sets of data are usually characterized by a substantial volume of information that they carry, variety, versatility in terms of the format in which they are written, as well as a high-speed ingress which is often greater than the speed of processing. A particular challenge is the data which are coming from the Internet of Things (IoT) “world” that is constantly expanding and which already consists of several billion devices that can measure various parameters in the environment, communicate, process and transmit information. The data streams emanating from these devices are changing traditional approaches to data management and contribute to the emergence of the Big Data paradigm. This paper discusses the characteristics of the IoT infrastructure in terms of vast scale sensor applications and a possibility of connectivity of sensor networks, as well as various techniques of collection, storage, archiving and processing of the data on the cloud.

Modern technology is developing rapidly. One branch of industrial technology that is particularly popular at the moment is artificial intelligence (AI) that facilitates society's daily life. On smartphones, artificial intelligence can be found in map applications, personal assistants, shopping websites, and various other applications. Saudi Arabia granted an AI-based robot named Sophia citizenship, and the Shibuya Mirai robot was granted a residence permit by Japan. AI-based technology is used every day and has become a common thing in various parts of the world; however, in Indonesia, legal regulations regarding AI do not yet exist. As a result, a legal vacuum has emerged. When a loss occurs, responsibility can be borne by various parties ranging from consumers, producers, third parties (such as robot trainers or shipping couriers) to the robot itself. Which party will be determined responsible depends upon how a country positions AI. If Indonesia follows in Saudi Arabia's footsteps, then the responsibility will be borne by the AI robot as a citizen. The robot will have the right to sue and be sued, to get the same position before the law, including other rights and obligations, enjoyed by human citizens. Artificial intelligence law-making is a very complicated process and will involve many parties. How Indonesia positions AI is very crucial, particularly in the event of harm or danger caused by AI systems. Various frameworks and concepts can be used, ranging from equating artificial intelligence to living beings, such as humans, pets, or ordinary products to creating entirely new concepts for a legal framework regulating AI-based systems. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Responsibility, AI Law.

Artificial Intelligence continues to develop rapidly and provokes people to think about Artificial consciousness. Anthropocentric understanding considers consciousness a unique feature of human beings not possessed by other living beings. However, software and hardware development demonstrated the ability to process, analyze, and infer increasingly comprehensive data close to the image of human brain performance. Furthermore, the application of artificial Intelligence to human-friendly objects that can communicate with humans evokes the presence of consciousness within these objects. This paper discusses the presence of artificial consciousness in humanoid robots as an evolutionary continuation of artificial Intelligence. It estimates its implications for architecture, primarily within interior design. Consciousness has a special place in architecture, as it guides Intelligence in engineering and brings it to an abstract level, such as aesthetics. This paper extracts popular information from Internet conversations and theories in pre-existing scientific journals. This paper concludes that the adaptability of both parties and the balance of positions between the two parties in the future will influence the development of interior design approaches that will integrate artificial Intelligence and humans.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered a branch of science that deals with the process of machine learning and intelligent behavior of machines. AI is increasingly becoming involved in our existence. Many see emergence of AI as a revolution that will impact every aspect of our lives. Some see it as an evolution based on the recent advances in hardware/software technologies, powerful computational platforms, and access to massive amount of data collected through pervasive communication networks such as Internet of Things (IoT). Irrespective of these opinions, AI is expected to profoundly impact many aspects of our existence including healthcare, transportation, agriculture, energy, social life, entertainment, fighting crime, and many more. How far AI will infiltrate in human existence is within our hands, at least, for now. We, human beings, design algorithms for AI, we restrict or relax the boundaries of their use, we benefit from the artificial intelligence, and we deal with the consequences of the decisions made by machines using AI. How far AI can go in improving our lives and how significant and deep its interference can be in our existence, remains to be seen. This paper captures the current state of AI and discusses its potential to make human existence better.

There is a lot of confusion these days about Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL). A computer system able to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. Artificial Intelligence has made it possible. Deep learning is a subset of machine learning, and machine learning is a subset of AI, which is an umbrella term for any computer program that does something smart. In other words, all machine learning is AI, but not all AI is machine learning, and so forth. Machine Learning represents a key evolution in the fields of computer science, data analysis, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. Machine learning (ML)is a vibrant field of research, with a range of exciting areas for further development across different methods and applications. These areas include algorithmic interpretability, robustness, privacy, fairness, inference of causality, human-machine interaction, and security. The goal of ML is never to make “perfect” guesses, because ML deals in domains where there is no such thing. The goal is to make guesses that are good enough to be useful. Deep learning is a particular kind of machine learning that achieves great power and flexibility by learning to represent the world as nested hierarchy of concepts, with each concept defined in relation to simpler concepts, and more abstract representations computed in terms of less abstract ones. This paper gives an overview of artificial intelligence, machine learning & deep learning techniques and compare these techniques.
