Повний текст джерелаThe object of research is the physical and chemical processes that take place near the electrosurgical doping of copper and ultrasonic shock treatment of the surface of aluminium alloy AMg6. The purpose of the work is the synthesis of composite coatings on the surface of AMg alloy by the electrospray doping of Cu followed by ultrasonic shock treatment. Methods of research - microdyrometric, X-ray and micro-ray diffraction analysis, transdermal electron microscopy, as well as corrosion resistance tests. Practical significance - the scientific results obtained in the work are of practical interest to the mechanical engineering and aviation industry. The results of the research - an effective way to strengthen the surface layer of aluminium alloy AMg6 with the help of combined processing - EIL and UIT. Electrospray doping with copper electrode helps to strengthen the surface due to the formation in the near-surface layer up to 25 microns of intermetallic phases - Al2Cu and Al6Mg4Cu. Ultrasonic shock treatment causes the dispersion of the sub-grains / grain structure, increases the hardness by 70-80 % and promotes the intensification of the mass transfer of the alloying element. The result of the combined treatment is an increase in microhardness (3,5 times) and corrosion resistance of the surface layers of AMg6 alloy as compared to the initial state.

Повний текст джерелаIntroduction: Pediatric adrenocortical tumors (ACT) are rare malignancies representing only 0.2 % of all pediatric cancers. Most cases are diagnosed in Brazil and are associated with TP53 p.R337H mutation. Surgery is the only effective treatment known for the ACT however this approach has a small impact on survival in advanced disease. The Aurora kinase family is comprised of three members (Aurora-A, -B and -C) which act at different phases of the cell cycle, such as chromosomes alignment, mitotic spindle formation and cytokinesis. Several studies have demonstrated altered expression of members of this family in various types of tumors and the functional inhibition of the aurora kinases have been considered as a potential approach to cancer treatment. Aim: On the basis of analysis of Aurora-A and Aurora-B gene expression in the samples from pediatric ACT, we investigated the effects of AMG 900, a pan-aurora kinase inhibitor, on proliferation, apoptosis rate, hormone synthesis and transcriptional profile of H295A cell line. Furthermore, we evaluated the effects of AMG 900 combined with different chemotherapeutic agents. Methods: The mRNA expression levels of Aurora-A and Aurora-B genes were analyzed in 60 children with ACT by RT-qPCR and immunohistochemistry. Cell proliferation was assessed by Giemsa staining and apoptosis was performed by flow cytometry. Drug combination analysis was made on the basis of Chou- Talalay method. Microarray experiments were carried out using the Agilent human microarray. Results: Aurora-A and Aurora-B overexpression was associated with advanced disease. Patients carrying the TP53 p.R337H mutation presented significantly higher expression values of Aurora-A. Treatment with AMG900 caused inhibition of proliferation, increased apoptosis and sensitized the cells to topoisomerase II inhibitors (doxorubicin and etoposide). Additionally, the AMG 900 led to decreased synthesis of hormones and modulated the expression of genes involved in this activity. Finally, Aurora kinases inhibition altered the expression of genes associated with G1 cell cycle phase regulation and affected the Notch signaling pathway target genes. Conclusion: These data suggest that Aurora kinase inhibition by AMG900 may be a new therapeutic approach to adrenocortical carcinoma treatment.

O Arco Magmático de Goiás é hoje um terreno estratégico para exploração de ouro pela Yamana Gold, razão pela qual boa parte dos orçamentos de exploração vem sendo aplicados neste local, visando o avanço do conhecimento cientifico e a descoberta de novos depósitos. Uma descoberta recente foi o depósito aurífero de Fazenda Nova, localizado na Faixa Jaupaci (180 km a oeste de Goiânia), uma das sequências vulcânicas do Arco Magmático de Arenópolis (porção sul do Arco Magmático de Goiás). Motivado pela referida descoberta, esta tese objetivou entender o contexto geológico da Faixa Jaupaci, assim como a gênese da mineralização aurífera de Fazenda Nova. Para atingir esse objetivo foram realizados mapeamentos geológicos, descrição de testemunhos de sondagem, interpretação de seção de sondagem, descrições petrográficas, análise química de rocha total, química de minério, química mineral, imageamento em microscópio eletrônico de varredura (MEV), análise isotópica Sm-Nd, análise isotópica C-O, imageamento de zircões por catodo luminescência (CL) e datação U-Pb por LA-ICP-MS. Foram definidos dois eventos de magmatismo na Faixa Jaupaci: o primeiro, ocorrido em ambiente de arco magmático, se deu entre 770-750 Ma; e o segundo, gerado em um ambiente pós-colisional que ocorreu entre 597-506 Ma. O magmatismo em ambiente de arco pode ser subdividido em dois principais pulsos: um mais antigo denominado Suíte Tipo 1, que compreende tonalitos e granodioritos com ilmenita, afinidade peraluminosa e calci-alcalina cristalizados em ~770 Ma; e um mais recente, que engloba magmas félsicos com magnetita, afinidade adakítica e metaluminosa representando pelos granitoides da Suíte Tipo 2 com idade de 753 ± 12 Ma , assim como os metariolitos basais da Sequência Jaupaci datados com idade de 748 ± 10 Ma. Os dados isótopos de Sm-Nd da Suíte Tipo 1 mostraram idades modelos TDM de 0,86 até 0,91 Ga e εNd (T) positivo com valores variando de +4,6 até + 5,4. Tais rochas foram interpretadas como sendo provenientes da fusão da crosta juvenil em estágios finais de colisão em um ambiente intra-oceânico. A Suíte Tipo 2 e os metariolitos s apresentam idades modelo TDM um pouco mais antiga, variando de 1,1 até 1,21 Ga e o εNd (T) positivo com valores variando de +1,1 até + 2,08, sendo a origem interpretada como proveniente de baixa fusão parcial de uma crosta juvenil muito espessa em um ambiente de arco continental. O magmatismo pós-colisional foi divido em três eventos relacionados temporalmente à geração da Zona de Cisalhamento Moiporá Novo-Brasil: o pré-cinemático (~597-587 Ma), o sin-cinemático (~577-539 Ma) e o pós-cinématico (~511-506 Ma). O evento pré-cinemático ocorre em um ambiente extensional com ascensão mantélica e posterior delaminação da crosta inferior. Associado a este evento ocorrem vulcanismo bimodal, granitos tipo-A assim como um conjunto de diques denominados de Intrusivas Bacilândia (composto por diques de gabros doleritos, traquitos, dioritos pórfiro e sienitos pórfiro). As rochas do evento pré-cinemático apresentam idade modelos TDM variando entre 0,75 Ga e 0,9 e εNd(T) variando de +2,3 to +6,6. O evento sin-cinématico ocorre em um regime compressional no qual é registrada uma fase deformacional Dn com desenvolvimento de metamorfismo em fácies xisto verde e o desenvolvimento de grandes estruturas strike-slip. Dentre essas, a mais importantes é a Zona de Cisalhamento Moiporá-Novo Brasil, interpretada como uma estrutura litosférica profunda que permitiu a interação do manto com a base da litosfera, gerando um novo pulso de granitos tipo-A e um grande volume de diques alcalinos de Intrusivas Bacilândia. Os granitos tipo-A do evento sin-cinématicos apresentam a mesma assinatura geoquímica que o evento pré-cinemático, entretanto com idades modelos mais antigas com TDM 1,27 – 2,25 Ga e εNd (T) negativo com valores variando -1.0 até -20.0. De outra forma, as Intrusivas Bacilândia deste evento apresentam idade modelo TDM entre 0.75 – 0.88 Ga e εNd (T) positivo com valores variando entre +3,51 e +4,5. O evento pós-cinemático ocorre em um ambiente extensional com a geração de granitos tipo-A e lamprófiros sem deformação com idades modelos variando entre 0.9 até 1.2 Ga e εNd (T) com valores negativos a positivos (-4,0 até +1,88). A lavra da mineralização aurífera de Fazenda Nova teve seu inicio em 2004, entretanto os recursos oxidados foram exauridos e a lavra interrompida no final de 2006. No inicio de 2010 foi reconhecido o potencial sulfetado nesse deposito e definido um recurso inferido de 650 koz com 4,0 g/t Au (cut-off de 2,0 g/t Au). A mineralização de Fazenda Nova está hospedada em diques das Intrusivas Bacilândia (principalmente em doleritos e diorito pórfiros) apresentando três estágios de alteração hidrotermal: i) o estágio inicial, ou mineralizante, consiste de uma alteração pervasiva biotítica e sericitização dos feldspatos acompanhada por stock-work de quartzo e brechas silificadas. A alteração pervasiva ocorre associada com uma disseminação de sulfeto composta por arsenopirita-pirrotita-scheelita-stibinita, além de siderita e apatita hidrotermal. A arsenopirita desse estágio apresenta formato acicular e apresenta ouro invisível além de inclusões de grãos de galena, pirita e ouro, que origina o caráter refratário do minério. A temperatura estimada para cristalização de arsenopirita, pirrotita junto ao ouro foi de 340°C; ii) O estágio intermediário é composto stock-work de calcita e quartzo com uma assembleia hidrotermal de clorita, epidoto, turmalina e titanita associado a sulfetos como pirrotita-pirita-arsenopirita. A arsenopirita neste estágio é tabular não apresenta inclusões de sulfetos e nem de ouro. A temperatura estimada para o par de sulfetos arsenopirita-pirita foi de 305°C; iii) O último estágio é composto por veios e brechas composto apenas por calcita-ankerita sem alteração hidrotermal ou mineralização aurífera. Tantos os diques como a mineralização apresentam uma forte relação espacial com a Falha Bacilândia, uma estrutura NNW de segunda ordem da Zona de Cisalhamento Moiporá-Novo Brasil. A Falha Bacilândia deve ter atuado como uma estrutura profunda que canalizou os magmas das Intrusivas Bacilândia assim como os fluidos hidrotermais. A maior atividade desta falha ocorreu em aproximadamente 574-572 Ma e está associado à geração de maior volume de diques, tal como os estágios hidrotermais no depósito de Fazenda Nova. Processos magmáticos atuaram de forma crucial na fertilidade do Au e concentração de fluidos hidrotermais: O depósito de Fazenda Nova foi classificado como Reduced Intrusion Related epizonal baseado nos seguintes aspectos: i) mineralização hospedada em magma reduzido pós-colisional;ii) processos magmáticos atuando na concentração de Au e outros metais; iii) textura epizonal de veios como stock-work/brechas associadas a sulfetos com temperaturas de cristalização entre 340-305 °C, indicando um alto gradiente hidrotermal; iv) associação metálica de Au-As-W-Sb; v) Isótopos de C-O em veios de calcita com valores equivalentes a carbonatos magmáticos ou hidrotermais mantélicos.
The Goiás Magmatic Arc became recently a strategic terrain for gold exploration by Yamana Gold, for this reason the substantial exploration budget has been invest in this terrain, aiming the advanced of scientific knowledge and the discovery of new deposits. The most recent discovery was the Fazenda Nova Gold deposit, located in Jaupaci Belt (180 km west from Goiânia), one of the volcanic sequences in the Arenópolis Arc (southern portion of Goiás Magmatic Arc). Motivated by discovery of Fazenda Nova deposit, this thesis aims to understand the geological setting of Jaupaci Belt as well as the mineralization model of Fazenda Nova gold deposit. Thus, to achieve these proposed goals were performed geological mapping, drilling section interpretation, drill core descriptions, thin section description, whole rock analysis, ore and mineral chemistry, electronic petrography using MEV, Sm-Nd isotopic analysis, zircon petrography using CL image and U-Pb aging of rocks using LA-ICP-MS method. Two events of magmatic events were defined in Jaupaci Belt: the first, in arc setting that took place between ca. 770-750 Ma and the second, generated in post-collisional setting, occurred between 597-506 Ma. The arc setting magmatism was separated in two main pulses: the first encompasses Type-1 Suite Ma represented by 770 Ma old ilmenite-bearing tonalities and granodiorites with peraluminous and calc-alkaline affinity. The second encompasses Type 2 Suite magnetite-bearing, metaluminous magmas represented by orthogneisses (753 ± 12 Ma) and basal metarhyolites (748 ± 10 Ma) of the Jaupaci Sequence. The Sm-Nd isotopes of Type-1 Suite display TDM ages from 0.86 to 0.91 Ga and positive εNd (T) with values ranging from +4.6 to + 5.4. The sources from these rocks were interpreted from melting of juvenile crust in late stage of intra-oceanic arc. The Type-2 Sm-Nd data showed slightly old TDM ages with 1.1 to 1.21 Ga old and positive εNd (T) values ranging from +1.1 to +2.08. The sources of these rocks were interpreted as melting of overthickned juvenile crust in a continental arc setting. The post-collisional event was divided in three events temporally related to generation of Moiporá Novo-Brasil Shear Zone: the pre-kinematics (~597-587 Ma), the sin-kinematics (~577-539 Ma) and the post-kinematics (~511-506 Ma) events. The pre-kinematic event took place in extensional setting with mantle upwelling and delamination of sub-continental mantle lithosphere. The magmatic rocks from this event comprise I- and A-type granitoids, bimodal volcanism, as well as set of dikes called as Bacilândia Intrusives (composed by dykes of gabbros, dolerites, trachyte, diorite porphyry and syenite porphyry). The Sm-Nd isotopic data from the pre-kinematic rocks showed TDM ages ranging from 0.75 Ga to 0.9 and εNd(T) with positive values ranging from +2.3 to +6.6. The sin-kinematics event occurred in compressional regime with development of green-schist metamorphism, development of Dn deformation event and deep translithospheric strike-slip shear zones. The most paramount structure is Moiporá Novo-Brasil Shear Zone, this deep shear zones allowed the interaction of mantle and lower crust, inducing the generation of A-type sin-kynematic granitoids as well as a large volume of Bacilândia Intrusive dikes. The sin-kinematics A-type granites display the same geochemical feature of pre-kinematics granites, however Sm-Nd TDM ages are older with values ranging from 1.27 to 2.25 Ga and negative εNd (T) with values varying -1.0 to -20. On the other hand, the dikes of Bacilândia Intrusives from this event showed TDM ages between 0.75 – 0.88 Ga and positive εNd (T) with values ranging between +3.51 to +4.5. The post-kinematic event took place in extensional setting with generation of undeformed type-A granite and lamprophyre. The TDM ages showed variation of 0.9 – 1.2 Ga, while εNd (T) values varying between negative to positive (-4.0 to +1.88). The mining of gold mineralization of Fazenda Nova have been started in 2004, however, the oxidized resources were depleted and the mining was interrupted in late 2006. In early 2010, was recognized sulphide potential in this deposit and the exploratory works defined an inferred resource of 650 koz with 4.0 g/t Au (cut-off of 2.0 g/t Au). The mineralization is hosted in dikes of Bacilândia Intrusives (mainly in dolerites and diorite porphyries) with three hydrothermal stages: i) the early or mineralized stage, comprise pervasive sericitization of feldspar and biotitization with stock-work of quartz and silicified breccias associated with disseminated sulfide assemblage of arsenopyrite-pyrrhotite-scheelite-stibinite in addition to hydrothermal siderite and apatite. The most common sulfide in this stage is fine-grained acicular arsenopyrite that hosted invisible gold and inclusion of gold, galena and pyrite grains. The temperature estimated for crystallization of acicular arsenopyrite and pyrrhotite along with gold was of 340°C;ii ) intermediate stage is represented by stockworks of calcite-quartz veins associated with hydrothermal assemblage of chlorite, tourmaline, epidote, titanite and disseminated sulfide assemblage of pyrrhotite-arsenopyrite-pyrite. The arsenopyrite at this stage display tabular texture with no sulfides or gold inclusion. The crystallization temperature of tabular arsenopyrite-pyrite was estimated with 305°C; iii) the late stage is veining and brecciation infilled by monotonous calcite-ankerite with no gold mineralization or hydrothermal alteration. The dikes and gold mineralization present strong relationship with the Bacilândia Fault. The Bacilândia Fault is a second order crustal-scale shear zone that branch out of the major crustal-scale Moiporá-Novo Brasil shear system along the NNW direction. The Bacilândia fault play important role to channelize melts to uppercrust and mineralized hydrothermal fluids. The major activity took place at ~574-572 Ma with emplacement of large volume of dikes of Bacilândia Intrusives and most likely development of hydrothermal stages in Fazenda Nova deposit. The Fazenda Nova deposit was classified as epizonal Reduced Intrusion Related based on the follow evidences: i) mineralization developed during post-collisional tectonic setting above previously metasomatized subcontinental lithosphere mantle; ii) high geothermal gradients indicate by ore deposition at temperatures of 340° to 300°C and veins textures formed only shallow depths (<4 km); iii) metal association of Au-As-W-Sb iv) volatile saturation induced by magmatic processes such as fractional crystallization, magma mixing, or crustal assimilation; v) CO2 hydrothermal veins with C-O isotopes displaying magmatic/mantle fluids affinities.

Inserido no contexto do Arco Magmático de Goiás, o Complexo máfico-ultramáfico Mangabal está associado a um conjunto de diversas intrusões neoproterozóicas formadas durante o a orogenia brasiliana, no centro do Brasil. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a evolução magmática e o metamorfismo do Complexo máfico-ultramáfico Mangabal. Para tanto foram realizados trabalhos de campo, descrição e amostragem de testemunhos de sondagem, descrições petrográficas em seções delgadas e polidas, química mineral, imageamento em microscópio eletrônico de varredura (MEV) e análises químicas isotópicas de isótopos de Sm e Nd. O Complexo Mangabal está inserido na Zona de Cisalhamento São Luís dos Montes Belos e é composto por dois corpos máfico-ultramáficos acamadados metamorfizados. O membro norte apresenta aproximadamente 6 km²; já o membro sul, distante aproximadamente 2 km do anterior, possui aproximadamente 29 km² de área em superfície. Ambos os corpos exibem a mesma mineralogia, sequência de cristalização ígnea e composição química mineral. A estratigrafia do Complexo de Mangabal pode ser dividida em três zonas principais: i. Zona Máfica Inferior, localizada na porção basal da intrusão, composta por norito adcumulático; ii. Zona Ultramáfica, caracterizada por dunito e harzburgito e iii. Zona Máfica Superior, predominantemente de composição norito, com porções isoladas de dunito feldspático. O complexo apresenta sequência de cristalização composta por: Olivina + Cromo-Espinélio > Olivina + Ortopiroxênio > Ortopiroxênio + Plagioclásio > Clinopiroxênio. A mineralogia primária das rochas é frequentemente substituída por mineralogia metamórfica, devido ao metamorfismo heterogêneo sobreposto ao Complexo. Apesar da recristalização mineralógica, tal transformação metamórfica muitas vezes preserva as texturas magmáticas. O metamorfismo sobreposto ao complexo atingiu fácies metamórfica anfibolito de alta pressão, marcada pela presença da paragênese cianita-ortoanfibólio-hornblenda-plagioclásio, atingindo pressões de aproximadamente 8.5 kbar e temperaturas de até aproximadamente 750 °C. A mineralização primária de Ni-Cu-EGP sulfetado ocorre em rochas máficas e ultramáficas do complexo, porém a deformação superimposta no complexo pode localmente remobiliza-la. A mineralização é predominantemente do tipo disseminada, tanto nas rochas máficas quanto ultramáficas, porem localmente ocorrem em textura maciça.
Inserted in the context of the Goiás Magmatic Arc, the mafic-ultramafic complex of Mangabal is associated with several neoproterozoic mafic-ultramafic intrusions formed during the Brasiliano Orogeny in the center of Brazil. This study included fieldwork data, systematic drill-core sampling, mineral chemistry and Sm-Nd isotopic geochemistry in order to better understand the petrology of the mafic-ultramafic complex of Mangabal and associated Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization. The Mangabal Complex is inserted in the São Luís dos Montes Belos Shear Zone and is composed of two metamorphosed mafic-ultramafic bodies. The northern limb is approximately 6 km² and is stretched towards E-W; already the south member, distant approximately 2 km of the previous one, is approximately 10km wide by 5.5km long. Both bodies exhibit the same mineralogy, igneous crystallization sequence and mineral chemistry. The stratigraphy of the Mangabal Complex can be divided into three main zones: i. Lower Mafic Zone, located in the basal portion of the intrusion, composed by addcumulatic norite; ii. Ultramafic Zone, characterized by dunite and harzburgite and iii. Upper Mafic Zone, consisting predominantly of norite composition, with isolated portions of feldspathic dunite. The complex has the following crystallization: Olivine + Chromium-Spinel> Olivine + Orthopyroxene> Orthopyroxene + Plagioclase > Clinopyroxene. The primary mineralogy is often replaced due to an overlapping heterogeneous metamorphic transformation. Despite the mineralogical recrystallization, metamorphic transformation often preserves the magmatic textures. The metamorphism superimposed on the complex reached high-pressure amphibolite facies, marked by the presence of kyanite-ortoamphibole-hornblende, reaching pressures of approximately 8.5 kbar and temperatures up to 780 ° C. The primary Ni-Cu-EGP sulfide mineralization occurs in mafic and ultramafic rocks of the complex, but the deformation in the complex can locally remobilize the sulfides and, particularly, nickel and palladium. The mineralization is predominantly disseminated, occurring in both mafic and ultramafic rocks, but massive sulfide levels occur locally, mainly in metamorphic portions.

A Faixa Brasília é um grande cinturão Neoproterozóico que se localiza na parte central do Brasil e é constituído pelas seguintes unidades morfotectônicas (I) uma espessa sequência de rochas sedimentares e metassedimentares Neoproterozoicas, (II) O bloco arqueando Goiás (IV) complexo granulítico Anápolis-Itauçu, e (IV) Arco magmático Neoproterozóico de Goiás. A parte central e sul da Faixa Brasília se caracteriza pela presença de um extenso magmatismo sin- a pós-colisional. O sienito Uruana é um complexo intrusivo composto principalmente por um corpo quartzo sienítico elipsoidal que mede 20x7 quilômetros e está alongado na direção E-W, um corpo alongado na direção NW-SE e alguns stocks subordinados de composição álcali-feldspato sieníticas que afloram a norte do corpo principal e têm até 1 quilômetro de diâmetro, Todos os litotipos do sienito de Uruana apresentam deformação proto-milonítica a milonítica e uma paragênese metamórfica de xisto verde, Esses intrusivos preservam algumas texturas e minerais primários. Os quartzo sienitos representam a principal litologia do corpo principal e se caracterizam por ter uma textura porfirítica definida por fenocristais centimétricos de microclínio envolvidos por matriz fanerítica composta principalmente por edenita, flogopita, k-feldspato quartzo e plagioclásio. Os quartzo sienítos se caracterizam pela presença de enclaves microgranulares (EM) que têm composições que desde granodiorítica até quartzo sienítica e são representados por uma paragênese mineralógica de microclínio, edenita, pargasita, flogopita e em menores quantidades de diopsídio plagioclásio e quartzo. A parte norte do corpo principal é interceptada por diques sin-magmáticos de composições que variam desde ultramáficas a intermediarias. Os diques ultramáficos são principalmente constituídos por flogopita, diopsídio e menores conteúdos de álcali feldspato. Os diques intermediários apresentam uma paragênese mineral similar ao quartzo sienito hospedeiro que é representada minerais essências de álcali felsdpato, anfibólio, flogopita e menores quantidades de quartzo e plagioclásio. Os stocks subordinados são principalmente constituídos por álcali-feldspato sienitos. Mostram textura porfirítica definida por fenocristais de tamanhos centimétricos de microclínio e micro-fenocristais de diopsídio e augita imersos em matriz microfanerítica de k-feldspato, biotita e em menor conteúdo de quartzo e plagioclásio. O sienito de Uruana se caracteriza geoquimicamente por ter ampla variação em SiO2 (45.08 -67.12%) alto conteúdo de K2O (2.25 -8.62 %), altas razões de K2O/Na2O (1.42-4.46), altos enriquecimentos em LIlLE (Ba=270-5897 ppm; Sr=294-2185 ppm) e em terras raras leves (LREE). Características geoquímicas indicam que as rochas do sienito de Uruana têm afinidade potássica a ultrapotásica. Os quartzo sienítos têm assinatura potássica, os diques ultramáficos têm assinatura lamproítica, enquanto os álcali-feldspato sienito têm assinatura minettica e os diques e MMes são rochas ultrapotássicas transicionais. Os quartzo sienitos e os EM tem valores de εNd que variam entre 9.06 -+0.22. Características geoquímicas e isotópicas do Sienito Uruana sugerem que os magmas geradores destas rochas, foram derivados da fusão parcial do manto litosférico heterogêneo metassomatizado com pequenos aportes do manto astenosférico. Idades de U-Pb em zircão indicam que o sienito de Uruana se cristalizou em 614.7±3.1 Ma, essa idade é contemporânea ou pouco mais jovem com o do pico metamórfico da orogenia Brasiliana na porção central da Faixa Brasília, sugerindo que a fusão parcial do manto continental litosférico metassomatizado e o manto astenosférico ocorreu num contexto sin a pós colisional associado a delaminação litosferica. Este processo permitiu a ascensão do manto astenosférico que causou a fusão parcial de pequenas porções do manto astenosférico, por descompressão adiabática e ao mesmo tempo gerou uma anomalia térmica que deu origem a uma fusão extensiva do manto continental heterogêneo metassomatizado. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT
The Brasília Belt is a large Neoproterozoic orogenic belt in central Brazil consisting of different morphotectonic units: (i) Neoproterozoic supracrustal sequences (ii) the Goiás Archean block (iii) the Anápolis-Itauçu granulite complex and iv) the Neoproterozoic Goiás Magmatic Arc. An extensive syn- to post-collisonal magmatism is present in the central and southern parts of the Brasilia belt. The Uruana syenite represents a complex intrusive composed by a main ellipsoidal body of quartz syenites with dimension of approximately 20x7 km to the west, an elongated body to the east and some peripheral stocks of alkali feldspar granites.of approximately 1 km in diameter located to the NW of the main body, all intrusives body show a green schist metamorphic paragenesis and a proto-mylonitic to mylonitic deformation, preserving primary magmatic textures. Porhyritic quartz syenites represents the most abundant lithology of the main ellipsoidal body. Their texture is characterized by cm-size phenocrysts of microcline in a faneritic matrix composed of edenite, biotite, microcline, and minor quartz diopside, augite and plagioclase. The quartz syenite is characterized by the presence of microgranular enclaves (Mes) with granodioritic to quartz syenitic composition and is represented by microcline, edenite, pargasite, phlogopite, and minor diopside plagioclase and quartz. Syn-magmatic dykes, of ultramafic to intermediate composition cropout in the northern sector of the main body. The ultramafic dykes are mainly constituted of phlogopite, diopside and minor k-feldspar, whereas intermediate dikes have paragenesis similar to the quartz syenitic host. The peripheral stocks are represented by porphyritic alkali feldspar syenite with cm-size microcline phenocrysts and clinopyrexene microphenocryst in a microfaneritic matrix of k-feldspar, phlogopite, and minor quartz and plagioclase. The geochemical composition of the Uruana syenite rocks show wide variation in SiO2 (45.08 to 67.12 wt. %), high K2O content (2.25 to 8.62 wt. %), high K2O/Na2O ratios (1.42 to 4.46), display strong enrichment in LILE (e.g., Ba=270-5897 ppm; Sr=294-2185 ppm) and rare earth elements (LREE). The Uruana syenite rocks have potassic to ultrapotassic affinit i) ultramafic dykes show lamproitic signature, ii) felsic dike and the Mes have transitional ultrapotassic characteristics iii) Alkali feldspar syenite present minette-type signature and iv) syenite have potassic signature. The quartz syenite and the Mes show variable Nd isotopic compositions with εNd values varying from −9.06 to +0.22. Geochemical and isotopic characteristics suggest that the different lithotypes of the Uruana syenite represent magmas derived by partial melting of a heterogeneous Metasomatized Continental Lithospheric Mantle (MCLM) and in minor part of the asthenospheric mantle. The crystallization age of the Uruana syenite of 614.7 ± 3.1 Ma similar to the age of the metamorphic peak in the central part of the Brasilia belt suggesting that the partial melting processes could be related to lithospheric delamination. This mechanism permitted the ascent of hot astenospheric mantle that underwent to small scale partial melting by adiabatic descompresssion and at the same time generated a thermal anomaly that generated a more extensive partial melting of the MCLM.

A Suíte São Luís de Montes Belos (SSLMB) é constituída por um conjunto de intrusões ultramáficas, afetadas por processos hidrotermais, mineralizadas a dois tipos de vermiculita. Os corpos estão alojados na unidade ortognáissica Sanclerlândia (822 Ma), Arco Magmático Arenópolis (AMA), porção sudoeste da Faixa Brasília. Mais de quarenta corpos ultramáficos de formato elíptico, intrusivos e dispostos ao longo das direções NE-SW e N-S, compõem a SSLMB. Embora os processos hidrotermais sejam amplamente distribuídos, ocorrem zonas menos alteradas com rochas ígneas parcialmente preservadas, possibilitando a distinção de uma estratigrafia ígnea com camadas intercaladas de peridotitos e de clinopiroxenitos. A paragênese ígnea é constituída por olivina (Fo87) + diopsídio + flogopita tipo I nos peridotitos e diopsídio + flogopita nos clinopiroxenitos. Hidroflogopita I (flogopita I + vermiculita I), tremolita, serpentina e magnetita constituem a paragênese hidrotermal do serpentina - magnetita - vermiculita - flogopitito (srp-mt-vrm - flogopitito), produto de alteração do peridotito. O equivalente hidrotermal do clinopiroxenito é o vermiculita - flogopitito (vrm - flogopitito) com paragênese constituída por flogopita tipo II, actinolita, tremolita e titanita. Os corpos da SSLMB são intrudidos por hornblenditos, diques pegmatíticos quartzo-feldspáticos, hornblenditos e veios feldspáticos. Os hornblenditos são constituídos por hornblenda (70 - 90% do volume), flogopita tipo III, titanita e flúorapatita. Os diques félsicos são constituídos por albita (Ab90), quartzo, sanidina (Or83) e turmalina. Os veios possuem feldspatos de mesma composição dos diques félsicos. As intrusões pegmatíticas félsicas resultam em diferentes interfaces de reação nos diferentes corpos. Quando inseridas em meio à peridotitos e seus derivados hidrotermais, produzem três zonas de alteração: (i) zona da antofilita; (ii) zona da hidroflogopita I; e (iii) zona da hidroflogopita I, quartzo e feldspato. Em clinopiroxenitos e vrm - flogopititos, as intrusões félsicas produzem uma borda de reação com lamelas de flogopita II e vermiculita II orientadas. A vermiculita ocorre disseminada em srp-mt-vrm - flogopititos, vrm - flogopititos e nas bordas dos diques pegmatíticos. O argilomineral foi gerado principalmente durante o intemperismo, porém o processo de vermiculitização da flogopita do tipo I iniciou no final do evento hidrotermal. Datação U-Pb em titanita associada à alteração de diopsídio em vrmflogopititos forneceu uma idade de 556 Ma, interpretada como a idade do início do processo de transformação de vermiculita I a partir de flogopita I. Padrão enriquecido de elementos terras raras (ETR) em relação ao condrito e valores negativos de Nd (-3,2 a - 5,2), são típicos de intrusão ultramáfica em crosta continental espessa. Apesar da idade dos corpos da SSLMB ser desconhecida, a ausência de deformação e metamorfismo regional sugere que essas intrusões são posteriores à colisão final e fechamento da Faixa Brasília. A química de rocha total e os valores de Nd, sugerem que essas rochas são derivadas do manto metassmatizado, em um ambiente envolvendo subducção de placa, com magmatismo gerado a partir da hidratação e metassomatismo da cunha mantélica. No AMA as unidades supracrustais (890 - 574 Ma) e ortognáissicas (899 - 630 Ma) são justapostas por zonas de cisalhamento transcorrentes com direções NNE a NNW. Alguma dessas estruturas podem ter controlado a disposição dos corpos SSLMB e a percolação dos fluidos hidrotermais, enriquecidos em potássio, responsáveis pela alteração de peridotitos e clinopiroxenitos.
The São Luís de Montes Belos Suite (SLMBS) consists of a group of ultramafic intrusions that hosts important vermiculite deposits. The SLMBS crops out at the southwestern-most part of the Brasília Fold Belt within the Sanclerlândia orthogneissic unit in the Arenópolis Magmatic Arc (AMA). The SLMBS is composed of more than forty elliptical-shaped intrusive bodies distributed along the NE-SW and N-S trends. Although affected by hydrothermal processes, primary mineralogy and texture are still partially preserved, allowing the distinction of a layered sequence with alternating peridotites and clinopyroxenites layers, characterized by olivine (Fo87)+diopside+phlogopite type I and diopside+phlogopite type II, respectively. The mineral paragenesis of serpentinte - magnetite - vermiculite - phlogopitite (srp-mt-vrm - phlogopitite), peridotites hydrothermal product, consits of hydrophlogopite I (phlogopite I + vermiculite I), tremolite, serpentine and magnetite. The mineral paragenisis of vermiculite - phlogopitite (vrm - phlogopitite), clinopyroxenites hydrothermal product, consist of phlogopite type II, actinolite, tremolite and titanite. Hornblendite and felsic pegmatitic dykes and veins cross cut the SLMBS bodies. Hornblendites are composed by hornblende (70 - 90% v.), phlogopite, titanite and fluorapatite. Felsic dykes contains albite (Ab90), quartz, sanidine (Or83) and tourmaline, and result in different mineralogical assemblages at the interface with ultramafic rocks, forming three distinguishable zones within peridotite: (i) anthophyllite zone; (ii) hydrophlogopite I zone; (iii) hydrophlogopiteI+quartz+feldspar zone. In clinopyroxenites, oriented lamellae of flogopita II and vermiculite II are formed at the contact with felsic dykes. Vermiculite occurs as disseminated grains in peridotite and clinopyroxenite alteration products (srp-mt-vrm phlogopitite and vrm phlogopitite), respectively, and and at the contact between the pegmatitic dyke and the host rock.. The vermiculite mineral deposit was mainly formed by weathering, but there is textural evidence that at least part of the vermiculitization process of phlogopite I initiated during the hydrothermal imprint. U-Pb LA-MC-ICPMS dating of titanite from a vrm phlogopitite provided an age of 556±19 Ma, interpreted as representative of the timing of hydrothermal imprint on the SLMBS suit. However, although the SLMBS emplacement age is unknown, the absence of deformation and regional metamorphism suggests that these intrusions are later to the final stages to the final ocean closure and continental colision of Brasília Belt. Combined whole rock litogeochemistry and Sm-Nd systematics values indicates these rocks were derived from metasomatized mantle partial melting in a scenario involving final orogen relaxation. The AMA supracrustal (890 - 574 Ma) and orthogneissic (899 - 630 Ma) units are juxtaposed to each other along NNE to NNW stike-slip zones. Some of those structures may have controlled the disposition of SLMBS bodies and the percolation of potassium-enriched hydrothermal fluids, responsible for the alteration of peridotites and clinopyroxenites.

Localizada na porção noroeste de Goiás, próximo à divisa com Tocantins, a linha de refração sísmica profunda de Porangatu foi levantada com cerca de 120 sensores distribuídos ao longo de 320 km na direção WNW-ESE. com um tiro a cada 50 km ao longo do perfil. Atravessa a porção centro-leste da Província Tocantins, iniciando sobre a Faixa Araguaia e Passando, em direção a leste, pela porção norte da Faixa Brasília, abarcando os terrenos do Arco Magmático de Goiás. Maciço de Goiás e parte oeste da zona externa. O Lineamento Transbrasiliano. a Zona de Cisalhamento Rio dos Bois e o Sistema de Falhas Rio Maranhão constituem significativas feições estruturais atravessadas pela linha sísmica. A modelagem de dados sísmicos e gravimétricos preexistentes permitiu obter a distribuição de velocidades (Vp e V$) e de densidades (p) para a região e caracterizar as rochas da crosta e manto litosférico em termos dos parâmetros elásticos razão de Poisson (a), módulo de bulk (k). módulo de Young (E), módulo de Rigidez (^x) e constante de Lamé A í”aixa Araguaia foi imageada apenas na crosta superior e apresenta VP /VS de 1.76. o de 0.26. 53 GPa de tc. 80 GPa de E. 30 GPa de n e 33 GPa de X. O Arco Magmático de Goiás, mapeado até a crosta inferior, apresenta variação de 1.63-1.70 de VP /VS . 0.20-0.24 de a. 50- 88 GPa de tc. 86-148 GPa de E. 33-57 GPa de e 25-50 GPa de k. No Maciço de Goiás, imageado até a crosta inferior, a variação é de 1.63-1.75 de VP /VS e 0.20-0.26 de o. 56-68 GPa de k. 90-134 GPa de E. 34-52 GPa de |i e 32-41 GPa de X. A zona extema da Faixa Brasília, mapeada na crosta superior, apresenta variação de 1.65-1.69 de VP /VS e 0.21-0.23 de o. 44-55 GPa de k. 81 -94 GPa de E. 31 -36 GPa de n e 23-31 GPa de l. A análise conjunta desses dados ressaltou as diferenças entre os terrenos geológicos. O bloco crustal a oeste da Serra Azul foi definido como subdomínio geofisico onde a crosta possivelmente represente porção de interdigitação dos terrenos da borda leste da Placa Amazônica com os da borda oeste da Província Tocantins (Arco Magmático de Goiás). Em termos de composição das rochas, os dados confirmaram composição félsica para as crostas superior e intermediária e definiram composição máfica para a crosta inferior, independente do domínio geológico. O manto apresenta composição ultramáfica. Embora tenham contribuído com as discussões, os parâmetros elásticos calculados não foram decisivos na interpretação das características da crosta e do manto. A maioria das inferências deriva das análises de distribuição de V,». VP Vs e densidade.
Placed on the northwestern portion of Goias State, near Tocantins, the Porangatu deep seismic refraction line was deployed with 120 recording points along a WNW-ESE 320 km long transect, in which shots were made every 50 km. It crosses the central-east region of Tocantins Province, from Araguaia Belt to northern Brasilia Belt, covering Goias Magmatic Arc. Goias Massif and the western portion of external zone. Significant geological structures transected by the seismic line are Transbrasiliano Lineament. Rio dos Bois Shear Zone and Rio MaranhSo Fault System. Seismic and gravimetric modeling of previously obtained data allowed obtaining velocity (VP e Vs ) and density (p) distribution of the region and characterizing the elastic parameters Poisson ratio (o). bulk modulus (k). Young modulus (E). Shear modulus (n) and Lame's constant X of the crustal and lithospherical mantle rocks. Araguaia Belt, modeled only on the upper crust, presents VP /Vs of 1.76. a of 0.26. 53 GPa of k. 80 GPa of E. 30 GPa of |i and 33 GPa of X. Goias Magmatic Arc. mapped from upper to lower crust, exhibits a range of values: 1.63-1.70 of VP /VS . 0.20-0.24 of o. 50-88 GPa of k. 86-148 GPa of E. 33-57 GPa of and 25-50 GPa of X. Similarly. Goias Massif was also mapped from upper to lower crust and presents a range of 1.63-1.75 of VP /VS . 0.20-0.26 of a. 56-68 GPa of k. 90-134 GPa of E. 34- 52 GPa of n and 32-41 GPa ofFinally, the external zone of Brasilia Belt was modeled only on the upper crust and presents 1.65-1.69 of Vp/Vs. 0.21-0.23 of a. 44-55 GPa of k. 81-94 GPa of E. 31-36 GPa oi> and 23-31 GPa of I. Data analysis highlighted differences of geological terranes. West of Serra Azul. the crustal block was defined as a geophysical domain in which the crust possibly represents an interfingering portion between the eastern border of Amazonic Plate and the western border of Tocantins Province (Goias Magmatic Arc). Composicionally, data showed that upper and middle crust present felsic composition and that lower crust is mafic. Mantle is ultramafic. Although helpful to the development of discussion, elastic parameters were not crucial during the interpretaton of crustal and mantle characteristics. Most of conclusions derived from VP . Vp/Vs and density distribution analysis.

Повний текст джерелаDiabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by impaired glucose metabolism, whose inadequate glycemic control can reduce life expectancy and impair quality of life. Due to high government investment, poor adherence by the user and little rapport of the multidisciplinary team in the program self-monitoring blood glucose (AMG), appeared motivated this study with the objectives of evaluating the performance of the team; develop and evaluate educational strategies for effective performance monitoring in type 2 diabetic patients in the AMG. We conducted a qualitative and quantitative research, the principles of action research. A total of ten professionals Basic Health Unit and Health Reference Elderly (UBS/URSI) Carandiru, SP. Eight meetings were held with educational interventions, participatory and reflexive strategies. To evaluate the performance of the team an instrument of perception and was used to assess knowledge was applied pre-and post - tests. The AMG was worse with dimension Review: little appreciation, absence of permanent education and actions that strengthen and/or value the work of professionals and systematic review. It was found best results pos test. The collective construction actions established itself as: update, add knowledge, interdisciplinary rapport, case discussion, self-assessment, focus on promotion and prevention, strengthening the program, set goals for membership, user awareness, joint consultations with multidisciplinary care and inclusion in the annual work plan. Interventions contributed to identify factors affecting the routine work, enhance the knowledge/skills, encourage participation and create a favorable environment for teamwork. Therefore efforts should be targeted to interactive strategies that are incorporated into the practice of professionals for greater integration of the team, for the benefit of the user
O diabetes mellitus (DM) é uma doença crônica, caracterizada pelo comprometimento do metabolismo da glicose, cujo controle glicêmico inadequado pode reduzir a expectativa de vida e comprometer a qualidade de vida. Devido ao alto investimento governamental, a baixa adesão por parte do usuário e o pouco entrosamento da equipe multiprofissional no programa automonitoramento glicêmico (AMG), surgiu a motivação deste estudo com os objetivos de avaliar a atuação da equipe; desenvolver e avaliar estratégias de educação para a efetiva atuação no acompanhamento de pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 no AMG. Realizou-se uma pesquisa quali-quanti, nos princípios da pesquisa-ação. Participaram dez profissionais da Unidade Básica de Saúde e de Referência Saúde do Idoso (UBS/URSI) Carandiru, SP. Foram realizados oito encontros, com intervenções educativas, com estratégias participativas e reflexivas. Para avaliar a atuação da equipe foi utilizado um instrumento de percepção e para avaliar o conhecimento foi aplicado um pré e pós-testes. O AMG foi dimensão com pior avaliação: pouca valorização, ausência de educação permanente e de ações que fortalecem e/ou valorizam a atuação dos profissionais e avaliação sistemática. Constataram-se melhores resultados no pos teste. Na construção coletiva estabeleceu-se como ações: atualização, agregar conhecimentos, entrosamento interdisciplinar, discussão de casos, auto avaliação, focar na promoção e prevenção, aprofundamento no programa, estabelecer metas de adesão, conscientização do usuário, articulação das consultas com o atendimento multiprofissional e inclusão no plano de trabalho anual. As intervenções contribuíram para identificar fatores que interferem na rotina de trabalho, aprimorar os conhecimentos/competências, estimular a participação e criar um ambiente favorável para o trabalho em equipe. Desta forma esforços devem ser direcionados para que estratégias interativas sejam incorporadas na pratica dos profissionais, para uma maior integração da equipe, em benefício do usuário

Повний текст джерелаThe main objective can be summarized as to develop and characterize a new MGA formulation using nanotechnologies. It implies:
1. To study in vitro the effectiveness and cytotoxicity of formulations against Leishmania.
2. To develop preliminary in vitro uptake studies in macrophages using quantum dots assisted imaging.
3. To study MGA release profile from the new delivery device developed.
The present development of a new dosage form of MGA starts with the elaboration of emulsions, self-emulsifying drug delivery systems and nanosuspensions. However, the main part is centralized by the microencapsulation of MGA by spray drying using the preliminary studies as reference and the polymer chitosan as the main excipient. Spray drying technique has been used to elaborate two kinds of nano/microspheres, on one side those which come from emulsions and on the other side those which come from solutions. Both cases have been morphologically characterized and their effectiveness has been studied in vitro against Leishmania parasites. Moreover, the ability to be phagocyted by macrophages cells has been investigated using quantum dots assisted imaging in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Connecticut during a stage.
A new meglumine antimoniate delivery device for the treatment of leishmaniosis has been properly developed using spray drying technique achieving efficiencies of encapsulation higher than 90 % and process yields of 60 %. All the antimony IC50 values from encapsulated meglumine antimoniate in the chitosan microspheres tested against promastigotes and amastigotes are considerably lower compared to the mean value of IC50 in Glucantime® solution and give an Safety Index ratio higher than 1. Moreover, it is reported for the first time a novel in vitro activity of chitosan against L.infantum with a low cytotoxicity in macrophages assays (PATENEP P200700968). The uptake studies confirm the better suitability of chitosan as polymer to target drugs to macrophages compared to the commonly used PLGA.
It has been shown that high percentages of chitosan in solutions to be spray-dried reduce the yield of the process, produce larger wrinkled microspheres but increase the efficiency of encapsulation. Chitosan microspheres exhibit a biphasic prolonged release for 24 h, characterized by an initial burst effect followed by slow release. High polymer ratios reduce the drug release in all the study. Moreover, high percentages of glutaraldehid in chitosan microspheres tend to increase significantly the presence of Non-Fickian drug release mechanism. These microspheres show the slowest release for the first 3 h but the highest percentage of drug released at 24 h. Moreover, they are among the more active microspheres against L.infantum. The minimum antimony IC50 value of chitosan microspheres is obtained using high percentages of glutaraldehid, low percentages of chitosan and low inlet temperatures. This new delivery system could offer a new pharmacological tool for treatment of leishmaniosis that reduces the doses required, lowering toxic side effects due to meglumine antimoniate.

Os orógenos Brasília e Araguaia são cinturões Neoproterozoicos da Província Tocantins. Desenvolveram-se durante a amálgama do W-Gondwana, como consequência da colisão e colagem de blocos alóctones, arcos acrescionários e sequências metavulcanossedimentares correlatas entre os crátons Amazônico e São Francisco-Congo. Na porção setentrional do Orógeno Brasília rochas plutônicas calci-alcalinas de arco magmático se estendem por mais de 250 km e constituem a extensão do Arco Magmático de Goiás (AMG). Apresentam na área estudada características estruturais diversas dos setores de arco ao sul. A distribuição das rochas de arco e embasamento estão controladas pelo Lineamento Transbrasiliano (LTB) que constitui peça fundamental na macroestruturação regional. O LTB deforma e baliza arcos magmáticos distintos entre os blocos de embasamento, ao passo que lascas da infracrosta se inserem nos arcos, formando uma rede intrincada de blocos com caraterísticas químicas e isotópicas díspares. Todos estes elementos tectônicos em conjunto compõem por definição um complexo orogênico. Para identificação dos diversos segmentos e eventos tectônicos realizou-se mapeamento, litoquimica, datação U-Pb e isótopos de Nd em um grupo especifico de tonalitos e granodioritos principalmente. Os resultados definiram: Um embasamento que representa o segmento de infra- mesocrosta com fontes arqueanas e paleoproterozóicas. Determinações U-Pb indicam idades de 2142+11 a 2083+18 Ma para rochas ígneas, mas apresentam intervalos de TDM mais longos de 2980 Ma a 1500 Ma com fontes de ɛNd mistas sugestivas de contribuição juvenil e de derivação crustal. Há no mínimo dois arcos neoproterozóicos sobrepostos neste espaço. O primeiro com características litoquímicas de arco insular, sem participação de crosta antiga e é correlacionado à Acrescão de Mara Rosa, de idades U-Pb entre 848±4 Ma a 810 ±4 Ma, TDM entre 1480 e 910 Ma e ɛNd(T840) com valores de +1.56 a +5.14, sugerindo fontes juvenis. Um segundo evento magmático mais jovem é reconhecido. É formado por magmatismo calci-alcalino associado a uma margem continental ativa e nomeado de Santa Terezinha de Goiás. São identificados em três estágios evolutivos, arco-continente (transicional), colisional a pós-colisional e maturo. O estágio arco-continente possui fontes mistas e heterogêneas, parte reciclagem crustal, parte juvenil com TDM desde 2610 a 960 Ma, e em torno de 1.2 Ga, ɛNd de -25.44 a +6.13. O Estágio colisional representa a maturidade química do arco. Possui valores elevados LILE e HFSE com anomalias positivas em Th, La, K e Zr e depletações em Ba, Nb, P e Ti, padrões assimétricos e enriquecidos em ETRL, depletados em ETRP com anomalias negativas de Eu. Determinações U-Pb em zircão indicam idades de 594+2 Ma, 586+3 Ma e 540+5 Ma e zircões herdados do arco insular com idades 822+15 Ma, 884+11 Ma e 855 Ma, TDM entre 2860 e 900 Ma e ɛNd(T580) de -22.42 a +2.84, a grande maioria negativa indicando retrabalhamento crustal com pouca contribuição juvenil. Rochas de tendência adakitica ocorrem associadas a este estágio. São tipo HSA (Alta SiO2), alto Na2O>4%, baixas razões K2O/Na2O <0.5, curvas de ETR muito fracionadas, sem anomalias de Eu, alto Sr (>631 ppm), baixo MgO% (<1.8, baixo), Y (<13 ppm), alta razão Sr/Y> 30 e >50(média), Yb (< 1.13 ppm), alta razão La/Yb (>45) e (La)n/(Yb)n (>30), baixo HFSE, como Nb<8 ppm (média), Ta<0.5 ppm (média). Possuem idades modelo heterogeneas as mais jovens entre 0.97 e 0.96 Ga com ɛNd (T0.58) entre –0.60 e -0.95, indicando participação de material de derivação crustal. Determinações U-Pb em zircão apontam idades entre 590-540 Ma. A interpretação petrogenética sugere uma fusão primária parcial abaixo de 5% na base da crosta máfica continental entre o campo rutilo eclogito e anfibolito-hornblenda eclogito com anfibólio-Cpx-granada no resíduo. Os adakitos mais jovens indicam um contexto pós-colisional com produtos de fusão derivados de delaminação da crosta inferior. O estágio maduro apresenta padrões com maior enriquecimento em HFSE e ETRL do que em LILE. As idades de cristalização são próximas a 540 Ma. Rochas básicas pós-orogênicas analisadas apresentam fontes crustais e juvenis e TDM entre 1490 e 820 Ma, com ɛNd(T530).de -1.11 a +4.26. O LTB insere um complexo orogênico na porção setentrional do Orógeno Brasília constituindo uma intensa zona de cisalhamento transcontinental transcorrente e uma sutura crustal limitando diversos blocos com uma geometria de “pop up”, que amálgama os sistemas de arcos e o embasamento no W-Gondwana.
The Brasília and Araguaia orogens are Neoproterozoic belts of the Tocantins Province, developed during the amalgamation of the W-Gondwana, as a result of a collision involving allocthonous blocks, accretionary arcs and related metavolcanosedimentary sequences between the Amazon and San Francisco-Congo cratons. In the northern portion of the Brasilia Orogen calc-alkaline plutonic rocks of magmatic arc extend over 250 km and is the extension of the Goiás Magmatic Arc (AMG). The study area show different structural characteristics from south arc sectors. The distribution of arc rocks and basement are controlled by the Transbrasilian Lineament (LTB) that is a key element in the regional structure. The LTB deform and keep distinctive magmatic arcs between basements, while infracrustal wedges are inserted in the arcs, and form an intricate network of blocks with a broad range of chemical and isotopic characteristics. All these tectonic elements comprise an orogenic complex. The various segments and tectonic events were identified using geological mapping, litochemical analyses, U-Pb dating and Nd isotopes in a specific group of tonalite and granodiorite rocks mainly. The results defined: An early basement with Archean and Paleoproterozoic sources. U-Pb dating indicates ages 2142+11 to 2083+18 Ma for igneous rocks, but have large broader TDM intervals: 2980 Ma to 1500 Ma, with mixed ɛNd sources suggestive of juvenile contribution and crustal reworking. There are at least two Neoproterozoic arcs overlapping in this space. The first with chemical characteristics of island arc, without participation of ancient crust and correlated with Mara Rosa accretion. The rocks presents U-Pb ages between 848± 4Ma to 810±4 Ma, TDM between 1480 and 910 Ma and ɛNd(T840) +5.14 to +1.56, suggesting juvenile sources. A second group of arc is recognize and is the youngest magmatic event. It consists of a calc-alkaline magmatism of the active continental margin type named Santa Terezinha de Goiás. In continental arc is identified three stages: arc-continent (transitional), collisional to post-collisional and mature. The arc-continent stage has mixed and heterogeneous sources, recycled crust and juvenile portion with TDM from 2610 to 960 Ma, and average around 1.2 Ga with ɛNd from -25.44 to +6.13. The collisional stage is the chemical maturity of the arc. It has high values of LILE and HFSE with positive anomalies of Th, La, K and Zr, depleted in Ba, Nb, P and Ti, asymmetrical patterns and LREE enriched, depleted in HREE with negative anomalies of Eu. U-Pb dating in zircon indicate 594+2 Ma, 586+3 Ma and 540+5 Ma and heritage of the island arc aged 822+15 Ma, 884±11 Ma and 855 Ma, TDM between 2860 and 900 Ma and ɛNd(T580) of -22.42 to +2.84, the most negative resultindicating crust reworking with some juvenile contribution. Chemical evidences of Adakites like occur associated with the latest collisional stage. characterized by adakites like HSA (High SiO2), high Na2O> 4%, lower ratios K2O/Na2O <0.5, very fractionated REE curves without Eu anomalies, high Sr (> 631 ppm), low MgO% (<1.8, below) , Y (<13 ppm), high ratio Sr Y> 30 and> 50 (average), Yb (<1.13 ppm), high ratio La/Yb (> 45) and (La)n/(Yb)n (>30), low HFSE such as Nb <8 ppm (average), Ta <0.5 ppm (average). Moreover present heterogeneous model ages between 0.97 and younger 0.96 Ma with ɛNd (T0.58) between -0.60 and -0.95 signatures, indicating involvement of crustal derivation material. Determinations U-Pb in zircon indicate ages of 590-554 Ma. The petrogenetic interpretation suggests a partial primary melting below 5% at the base of the continental mafic crust between rutile eclogite and amphibolite field-hornblende amphibole eclogite with-Cpx-garnet in the residue. Younger like adakites indicate a post-collision context, fusion products derived from the delamination of the lower crust. The mature stage shows patterns with LREE and HFSE enrichment than LILE. The crystallization ages are close to 545 Ma. Analyzed post-orogenic crustal basic rocks present and juvenile sources, TDM between 1490 and 820 Ma, with ɛNd (T530) -1.11 / +4.26. The LTB is responsible for the insertion of orogenic complex in the northern portion of the Brasília Orogen constituting an intense zone of strike-slip shear transcontinental and a crustal suture limiting several blocks with a pop up geometry, which amalgamates the arc systems and basement in W-Gondwana.

In addition, cell cycle proteins Aurora-kinase (A, B and C) have been widely studied since Aurora A and B were found overexpressed in many cancers such as MB. Recent studies show that there is an association between Wnt pathway and Aurora kinase proteins. However, few studies have been conducted to confirm this association. Moreover, there are no studies reporting the effects of AMG900 in MB, by focusing on the regulation of the Wnt pathway. The aim of this study is to evaluate Wnt pathway modulation by Aurora kinases inhibitor AMG900 in pediatric medulloblastoma cell lines. Conventional PCR, sequencing, qRT-PCR, transient transfection, clonogenic assay, Western Blot and cell cycle assays were performed. UW402, UW473 and ONS-76 cell lines did not present mutations in exon 3 of CTNNB1 gene and exon 15 of APC gene. There was no significant expression of CTNNB1 and their target genes in these cell lines, confirming that they did not have Wnt pathway activated. Considering this, transient transfection was necessary. After this trial, there was an increase in expression of CTNNB1 gene and its target genes Cyclin D1 and C-Myc in the three cell lines, which was not observed in Aurora kinases. Furthermore, in the clonogenic assay, a reduction in the number of colonies in UW473 and ONS-76 cell lines was observed. It was also observed an increase in ?-catenin protein, Aurora A and B in UW473 cell line, but not in ONS-76 cell line. However, after treatment there was a decrease in protein expression of ?-catenin, Aurora A and B in both cells. Transfection did not change the cellular percentile in G2 / M in UW402 and UW473. In ONS-76 there was a significant increase in G2 / M, and the treatment with AMG900 potentiated this block only in this cell line. Results suggest that there may be some relation between the inhibition of Aurora kinase protein and protein expression in Wnt pathway.

This approach questioned legally acquired situations by foreign companies and leaded to waves of nationalisations in the 60s and the 70s in latin america. The contentious that resulted from these nationalisations did not contributed as attended to restructure international investment law, promoting domestic law and national jurisdiction to regulate foreign investment. The debt crisis obliged latinamerican countries to sign bilateral treaties of promotion; protection and quarantee of investments, suscribing to principles and rules that lead to presume their renunciation of the new order and their subjection to classique international law. Its juridical problematic is investment promotion to foreign countries. There is from it two groups of contracting countries. Firstly are developed and industrial countries or the origin countries, secondly the developing countries or host countries. In its first part is studied the theorical aspect of arbitration. The 25, 41 and 42 articles of its convention arbitration and others of its arbitration rules have been commented with a critical spirit for keeping its obligation arbitration and its voluntory arbitration. The 42 article of bird arbitration convention is about the law application to the dispute. Its amendment leads the application of the national law of the state contracting to the dispute if not the international development law is applied. Recognition and enforcement of icsid award collide with the immunity of the contracting and sentenced state to the dispute. Icsid arbitration is classical. It is not conformity with international development arbitration law. The miga (multilateral investment guarantee agency) is studied in the second part of the thesis. States organisms of insurance and quarantee of investment must refer to its rules and to the development cooperation

“Car modification” is a culture which derived from the development of automobile industry and motor racing. Through the means of modification, people can satisfy their desire and imagination for speed and show their own personality. With advanced manufacturing technology and the progress of design practices, today's cars are increasingly highlighting their unique aesthetics and characteristics. Exterior modification of cars is full of creative space and brings the car aesthetics to a whole new level. The styling design of aero kit in the field of exterior modification is the main theme of this creation. The research begins with the formation and development of car modification culture, and then go deep into understanding the package of aero kit and its’ relationship with car styling. Then, by studying how “symbol” and “image” affect the styling design from the perspective of car and the styling case analysis of cars with aero kit to sorted out the design focuses. Next, the author applied the design focuses into the industrial development process to execute the styling design of aero kit. In the end, the design result will be inspected through mock-up and test. The “Mercedes AMG GT front lip aero kit” is accomplished by the author through the time working in the industry. The whole process lasted more than three months and is about to enter the production stage. Through the interviews with the owner of the company and the supervisor of the design department, their comments and suggestions will be the author’s design reference in the future.

Electronic commerce is a dynamically evolving business methodology that is changing the context and boundaries of markets and technology. As its use increases, however, questions arise as to how companies are measuring the success of this new market medium, and if the appropriate strategy is driving its growth. Research in this area can help determine whether internet commerce represents incremental competitive advantage, an extension of traditional business processes, or a paradigm shift in the structure of electronic markets and the use of information technology. This research adopts the case study approach to examining the issues, challenges, and project lessons learned from a large firm engaged in electronic commerce (EC) on the Internet. Organizational drivers, the role of information technology (IT), business strategy, and critical success factors were explored. Additionally, customer impact and satisfaction with electronic commerce transactions were measured. Evidence was gathered using multiple sources and methods including a pre-interview questionnaire and structured interviews with the firm''s project team and management and a web-based customer survey linked from the firm''s electronic commerce web site. The findings of this study show that for this firm, electronic commerce over the Internet is an appropriate and successful tactic in support of the firm''s business strategy and low-cost provider competitive positioning. Evidence supported the synergistic relationship between business strategy and strategic fit for this successful electronic commerce project. The study also determined that depending upon the EC strategy, business processes may be minimally affected, rather than dramatically changed as often predicted in electronic markets. Additionally, the historical use of technology is not necessarily a predictor of success or failure in electronic commerce. This very conservative user of technology was successful in a new and innovative area that supported its overall business strategy and focused on its core competence. The resulting research model and eighteen working propositions provide a basis for further research in other firms and across industry boundaries.
