Common Saint-John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) and pot marigold (Calendula officinalis) are rich in such biologically active substances (BAS) as carotene, ascorbic acid, essential oils, vitamins, tannin and resinous substances, as well as flavonoids that bear evident wound healing properties and antiulcerous properties. The object of this study was BAR composition of the complex dense herb extract of St. John's wort and flowers of marigolds (1:10). In order to introduce a new herbal substance into medical practice, it is necessary to develop methods for its identification and quantification. The TLC [thin layer chromatography] method was used to identify the BAR in the extract under study, and the method of absorption spectrophotometry was proposed for quantification of the content of flavonoids. As a result of the conducted research, there were selected characteristic substances - identification markers of the extract, the choice of which was in accordance with the requirements of the SPF on the quality of the herb of St. John's wort and the flowers of pot marigold, and there was indicated the position and coloring of the zones in the chromatographic profile of the tested extract solution. Such approach will enable objective identification of the extract as a substance and as an active pharmaceutical ingredient in the formulation. The criterion for quantitative standardization of the complex dense extract is the content of the amount of flavonoids not less than 1.5% in terms of hyperoside and dry substance.

Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana Linn) is one of the tropical plants grown in many countries, including Vietnam. This is a fruit of high nutrition value and its fruit peels have been used in many traditional remedies. Many scientific publications showed that mangosteen peel contains active ingredients such as xanthone, anthocynin and tannins in this study, we investigated extraction of anthocyanin from fresh mangosteens’ peel of Vietnam in organic solvent and then isolation by supramolecular method. Antioxidant activity was determined in vitro using DPPH reagent. Using 90% acetonitrile acidified with 1% HCl as a solvent, with a ratio of material to solvent of 3 (v/w) at 4°C for 3.5 hours. Anthocyanin content in the extract reached 0.41% dry matter, antioxidant activity DPPH was 51.28 nmol Trolox/mg. Next, anthocyanin was separated by liquid liquid extraction with a solvent mixture (1 water and 2 dichloromethane) and then isolated by supramolecular method with flavocomelin and aluminum chloride. The results of the anthocyanin isolation test by supersymmetry showed that anthocyanin complexes are formed with flavocomelin and aluminum chloride. That way could separate high purity anthocyanins without sophisticate instruments. The antioxidant activity of the super molar complex was 25.39 nmol Trolox/mg. Practical applications Anthocyanin extracted from peels of mangosteen, can be used afterward for additive in some food application as natural coloring substance and antioxidants for preservation.

In recent decades, interest in the quality of sexual life has significantly increased all over the world, not only among men but also among women, especially in low-birth-rate European countries. Improving this quality will not only resolve health issues in men and women, but will also improve the demographic situation in these countries. Scientific research in the field of both male and female sexual dysfunction is developing at a rapid pace. Both men and women go through the same phases of sexual reactions cycle: sexual desire, sexual arousal, and, as a result, orgasm and resolution phase. During the phase of sexual arousal, in both men and women, the blood flow to pelvic organs increases, but in the event of erectile dysfunction in men and frigidity in women, this process weakens or does not occur at all. Furthermore, the innervation of genital organs in male and female organisms is identical. Activation, which enables genital innervation, launches the activation of blood circulation in the target organs. Therefore, in case of ED in men, and in case of female sexual arousal disorder in women, along with other specific treatment methods, it is useful to perform non-invasive stimulation of insufficiently active physiological mechanisms of sexual arousal. However, for the treatment of ED in men, such stimulation has already been successfully used for a long time – that is the low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy, which allows to restore the erection mechanism itself. Studies from throughout the world, including those conducted by Ukrainian scientists, have established that low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy induces neovascularization and therefore improves blood circulation. The intensity of the basal and sexually stimulated genital blood flow is a necessary physiological tool of sexual arousal and orgasmic discharge, which makes the subject of artificial stimulation of this indicator by means of shock wave therapy in both men and women particularly important. The use of shock wave therapy can have a number of advantages not only due to the increased blood and lymph flow in the genitals, but also due to the powerful stimulation of the release of neurotransmitters and hormones which provide emotional coloring to the sexual feeling and increase libido (serotonin, dopamine, endorphins etc.). Therefore, along with combined therapy, the method of low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy can be successfully used in the treatment of female sexual dysfunction. Анотація:
The aim of the work is to develop a new type of producing healthy fruit-vegetable ice-cream-sorbet with the record BAS content using fresh vegetables and fruits as raw materials (especially, berries: blackberry, cherry, apricots, sea buckthorn, fruits – apples, lemons with zest, vegetables – spinach, olives, pumpkin) and innovative technological methods, such as cryogenic “shock freezing” and low temperature comminution. There was offered and developed a new way of preparing healthy fruit-vegetable ice-cream-sorbet, based on using cryogenic “shock” freezing and fine-dyspersated comminution of vegetables and fruits as an innovative method of structure creation and getting sorbets with the record BAS content. The complex effect of these methods results in activation and extraction of hidden BAS from fruits and vegetables in the free form, and also in pectin transformation from the inactive form into the active one. A peculiarity of producing sorbets is the use of only natural ingredients (fruits, berries, vegetables) and also the absence of artificial food supplements (stabilizers, stiffeners, emulsifiers, synthetic coloring agents and so on). The new method allows to preserve vitamins and other BAS of initial raw materials completely in sorbets. At the same time it gives a possibility to extract from raw materials hidden inactive BAS forms, bound in nanocomplexes with biopolymers and mineral substances, into the free, easily-assimilated nanoform. The mass share of BAS in sorbets is 2,5…3,5 times more that in fresh fruits and vegetables that is controlled by standard chemical methods. At the same time the new method allows to extract and transform into the soluble form pectin substances that are in fruits and vegetables in the inactive hidden form more completely (by 70 %). The mass share of soluble pectin in sorbets is 3,0…5,0 times more than in fresh raw materials. The following fruits and vegetables were chosen at preparing sorbets: apples, blackberry, cherry, apricots, sea buckthorn, pumpkin, spinach, olives, lemon with zest. They are known for their treating-prophylactic properties and first of all favor strengthening of the human organism’s immunity. The recipes of healthy sorbets were developed – 3 types of fruit-vegetable ice-cream with chlorophyll-containing, carotene-containing and anthocyan-containing fruits and vegetables. Natural fruit-vegetable raw materials at preparing ice-cream-sorbets act as five in one: a source of BAS, stiffeners, structure-creators, coloring agents and aromatizers. New types of sorbets are in the nanosize form and exceed analogues by BAS. Technological regimes of producing ice-cream-sorbets are developed at the stand semi-industrial equipment.

In the Komi Republic, the set of climate-adapted varieties of berry crops is very limited. The assortment identified as a result of the study will be proposed for implementation in KFH, horticultural societies and household farms of the Republic of Komi. Of the berry crops bred in the republic, red raspberries (R. Idaeus L.) are of particular importance for the North, as a source of valuable food and medicinal substances. Its fruits contain sugars (up to 10%), organic acids (up to 2.5%), tannins and coloring substances, salts of iron, potassium, copper; pectin; vitamins of group B, PP, folic and ascorbic acids, carotene, sitosterol and other biologically active compounds. In recent years, interest has been revealed in repairing and photoneutral forms of raspberries, the fruits of which ripen after the fruiting of all berry crops traditional for the North and prolong the flow of fresh products. The object of study is a raspberry collector's nursery. Research methods - stationary experience, methods of statistical analysis of data. In 2018, the laying of a collection nursery of raspberry repair forms began: winter-resistant; with high yields and coarseness. Varieties with a complex of economically useful features are noted: - Ruby necklace variety in terms of sugar content (4.69%), dry substances (11.67%), high productivity (0.59 kg/pog. m), coarseness (average berry weight - 6.50 g), taste (tasting rating 5 points) and commercial and consumer qualities; - variety Firebird in terms of vitamin C content (57.02 mg%), good productivity (0.55 kg/pog. m), large fruit (average berry weight - 6.60 g), maximum berry weight (9.29 g), commercial and consumer qualities; - Hercules variety in vitamin C content (59.14 mg%), good productivity (0.56 kg/pog. m), coarseness (average berry weight - 6.92 g), maximum berry weight (9.00 g), commodity and consumer qualities.

The aim of research is to develop a method for the production of a new generation of protein snacks using a protein vegetable and milk base and vegetable fortifiers from spicy and carotene-containing vegetables using cryo and mechanical destruction processes. The method is based on the use of a deep processing method as an innovation, which consists in a complex effect on vegetable and protein raw materials of cryo and mechanical destruction processes in modern quick-freezing and low-temperature crushing equipment. The proposed method allows to get new protein snacks with a high content of protein, BAR and phytocomponents in an easily digestible form. A new generation of protein snacks has been developed to strengthen the immune system using cryogenic protein base and vegetable raw materials. Nano-additives from dried peas and specially processed soft brine cheese are used as a protein base. Pea nanoadditives obtained using non-enzymatic catalysis – mechanolysis, mechanical destruction contain 21.5 ... 23.0% of complete protein, which includes 49% of amino acids in a bound state and 51% in a free state. During the special processing of soft brine cheese with the help of mechanical destruction, 50 ... 55% of the bound amino acids of the protein are transformed into free α-amino acids in an easily digestible form. The proposed method makes it possible to more fully reveal the biological potential of vegetable and protein raw materials, to transform protein, BAS and phytocomponents in a bound form into easily digestible nanocomponents into a free easily digestible form. In addition, the processed protein base and raw materials acquire new properties - structure formation, gelation, coloring ability. The obtained protein snacks are natural, differ from the traditional ones by their high content of complete protein and the absence of synthetic impurities (preservatives, thickeners, colorants, etc.). In addition, 100 g of new products can satisfy the daily requirement for biologically active substances (β-carotene, L-ascorbic acid, phenolic compounds)

The interaction between food colorant tartrazine and lipase was studied by multi-spectroscopic and molecular docking simulation under simulated physiological conditions to evaluate the toxic of tartrazine at the protein level. The results showed that tartrazine could effectively quench the endogenous fluorescence of lipase. The thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the van't Hoff equation, and the Gibbs free energy ΔG<0, indicating that the reaction was spontaneous; ΔH<0, ΔS>0, indicating hydrophobic interaction played a major role in forming the tartrazine-lipase complex. as shown by the synchronous fluorescence, UV-vis absorption and circular dichroism data, tartrazine could lead to the conformational and micro environmental changes of lipase, which may affect its physiological function. Molecular docking results showed that tartrazine was site in the active center of lipase, which altered the microenvironment of amino acid residues at the catalytic active center of lipase.

Curcumin is the active ingredient of turmeric. It is widely used as a kitchen spice and food colorant throughout India, Asia and the Western world. Curcumin is a major constituent of curry powder, to which it imparts its characteristic yellow colour. For over 4000 years, curcumin has been used in traditional Asian and African medicine to treat a wide variety of ailments. There is a strong current public interest in naturally occurring plant-based remedies and dietary factors related to health and disease. Curcumin is non-toxic to human subjects at high doses. It is a complex molecule with multiple biological targets and different cellular effects. Recently, its molecular mechanisms of action have been extensively investigated. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. Under some circumstances its effects can be contradictory, with uncertain implications for human treatment. While more studies are warranted to further understand these contradictions, curcumin holds promise as a disease-modifying and chemopreventive agent. We review the evidence for the therapeutic potential of curcumin fromin vitrostudies, animal models and human clinical trials.

Aim. To study the state of physiological reactivity of the organism and blood antioxidant defense system of female rats and their offspring under prolonged feeding with “nanoaquacitrates” of germanium, chromium, and selenium. Methods. To accomplish the stated objective we carried out physiological and biochemical studies, using colori- metric methods to study the content of glycoproteins and separate monosaccharides of their carbohydrate com- ponents. The state of antioxidant defense system was studied by the intensity of lipid peroxidation that was also determined using the colorimetric methods based on the content of lipid hydroperoxides and TBA-active products in blood. Results. The intergroup differences in the content of glycoproteins and their carbohydrate components in the blood of female rats and their offspring of both experimental groups have been observed compared against the control. This may indicate approximately the same integrated biological effect of chromium, selenium, germanium in the second group, fed with chromium and selenium citrates along with the drinking water, calculated as 50 μg per 1 kg of body weight (b.w.) for Cr and Se, and germanium citrate – 15 μg Ge per 1 kg of b.w. The fi rst group served as a control; and the third one was fed with chromium and germanium citrates, calculated as 50 μg per 1 kg of b.w. for Cr, and germanium citrate – 15 μg Ge per 1 kg of b.w., which results in the activation of the physiological reac- tivity system. However, the integrated physiological effect of citrate compounds of the three elements – chromium, selenium, and germanium – on the rats of the second group was more signifi cant, as confi rmed by a high probability of differences compared against the control group. The complex of microelements, used in these quantities, dem- onstrates signifi cant antioxidant activity, which is typical for each microelement. Conclusions. Feeding mature, 4–8-month-old, rats (feeding started at 4 months and lasted till the end of the 8 th month) and young, 0–4-month-old, rats (feeding started at birth and lasted for 4 months) with “nanoaquacitrates” of germanium, chromium, and sele- nium causes an increase of physiological reactivity in their bodies, which is evidenced as follows, 1) the increase in the ceruloplasmin content in the blood of mothers and infant rats, in haptoglobin and sialic acids – only in mothers, and in protein-bound hexoses – in infant rats; 2) a reduction in the intensity of lipid peroxidation in the blood of mature females and young rats with lower content of lipid hydroperoxides and TBA-active products in the blood of the animals from experiment groups, which is more signifi cant in females; 3) identical orientation of the integrated physiological effect of chromium, selenium, germanium, and the combination of chromium and germanium on the organism of female and young rats which causes general activation of reactivity of the organism and its antioxidant system that is more vivid for females.

Introduction. There are over 12 000 medicinal plants encountered nowadays which are a biogenetically formed complex of biologically active compounds (BAC) and are extensively used in scientific as well as folk medicine. The plants which are used as food products and contain a large number of biologically active compounds are of great importance. Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) from Asteraceae family belongs to the group of plants which due to the presence of different groups of BAC is widely used as cholagogue, hepatoprotective, diuretic, antisclerotic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, hypoglycaemic agent. BAC of artichoke is represented by carbohydrates, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, essential oil etc.The aim of the study – identification and determination of the quantitative content of inulin in the artichoke inflorescences collected inUkraine andFrance.Methods of the research. The presence of inulin in the studied plant material was confirmed using the Molisch’s test. The quantitative content of inulin in the artichoke inflorescences was determined spectrophotometrically (method 1) and by the means of GC chromato-mass-spectrometric method (method 2).Results and Discussion. The appearance of the dark-violet coloring confirmed the presence of inulin in both samples of the plant material studied. The content of fructosanes’ sum, determined spectrophotometrically, was found to be 2.31 % in the artichoke inflorescences collected inUkraine, and 2.77 % in those collected inFrance. The content of inulin determined by the means of GC chromato-mass-spectrometry comprised 119.30 mg/ml and 147.60 mg/ml respectively.Conclusions. The presence of inulin was confirmed using the Molisch’s test in both samples of artichoke inflorescences.The content of inulin in the artichoke inflorescence collected inUkraineandFrancewas determined by the means of spectrophotometric and GC chromato-mass-spectrometric methods of analysis, and comprised 2.31% and 119.30 mg/ml respectively in the artichoke inflorescences collected inUkraine, and 2.77% and 147.60 mg/ml respectively in the artichoke inflorescences collected inFrance. The results obtained allow considering the plant material of artichoke of Ukrainian and French origin interchangeable for the biologically active substances obtaining.

Дисертацію присвячено розробці безпігментних одношарових хімічно та термічно стійких темнозабарвлених склоемалевих покриттів для захисту побутової техніки, зокрема кухонних газових та електричних плит, що отримуються за технологією POESTA. Синтезовано основи отримання покриттів вказаного типу, згідно із якими розробляється скломатриця із заданими фізико-хімічними властивостями, на основі якої отримується склоемалева фрита шляхом введення в оптимізований склад скла комплексного активатору зчеплення, одночасно виконуючий роль активного забарвлюючого комплексу, який поєднує задані міцнісні характеристики безпігментних одношарових темнозабарвлених склоемалевих покриттів. Встановлено межі значень структурних факторів, які забезпечують міцну структуру кремнекисневого каркасу скла в системі R₂O (Na₂O+K₂O+Li₂O) – RO (CaO+BaO+SrO+MgO) – TiO₂ – ZrO₂ – B₂O₃ – SiO₂ і заданий рівень її структурнозалежних експлуатаційних властивостей за рахунок встановлених співвідношень склоутворювачів і модифікаторів. Розроблено склад і співвідношення комплексного активатора зчеплення із урахуванням його впливу на характеристики міцності системи "склоемаль – сталь", корозійну здатність склорозплаву та експлуатаційні властивості покриттів, який одночасно виконує роль активного забарвлюючого комплексу. Обрано іонний механізм забарвлення та встановлено колірні координати в ККС XYZ, RGB, L*a*b. Проведено промислові та лабораторно-промислові випробування на підприємствах та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо використання результатів.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of pigments free direct chemically and thermally resistant dark-colored glass-enamel coatings for the protection of household appliances, in particular kitchen gas and electric plates, obtained by the technology POESTA. The bases of obtaining the coatings of this type are synthesized, according to which the glass matrix is developed with the given physicochemical properties, on the basis of which glassmelee frit is obtained by introducing into the optimized composition of the MS complex agglomer activator, simultaneously performing the role of the active coloring complex which combines the specified strength characteristics of pigments free direct glass-enamel coatings with their dark coloring. The boundaries of the values of structural factors, which provide a solid structure of the silica-oxygen glass frame in the system R₂O (Na₂O+K₂O+Li₂O) – RO (CaO+BaO+SrO+MgO) – TiO₂ – ZrO₂ – B₂O₃ – SiO₂ and the specified level of its structurally dependent performance properties due to the established ratios of glass modifiers and modifiers. The composition and ratio of the complex coupler activator have been developed taking into account its influence on the strength characteristics of the glass-enamel-steel system, the corrosion capacity of the glass-fiber alloy and the operational properties of the coatings at the firing temperatures of 800 to 830 °C. Selected the ionic mechanism of color, which was realized by the components of the filling station, and the color coordinates are established in the XYZ, RGB, L*a*b, according to RAL. Industrial and laboratory-industrial tests were carried and practical recommendations for the use of development results are developed.

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата технічних наук (доктора філософії) за спеціальністю 05.17.11 "Технологія тугоплавких неметалічних матеріалів". – Національний технічний університет "Харківський політехнічний інститут", Харків, 2017. Дисертацію присвячено розробці безпігментних одношарових хімічно та термічно стійких темнозабарвлених склоемалевих покриттів для захисту побутової техніки, зокрема кухонних газових та електричних плит, що отримуються за технологією POESTA. Синтезовано основи отримання покриттів вказаного типу, згідно із якими розробляється скломатриця із заданими фізико-хімічними властивостями, на основі якої отримується склоемалева фрита шляхом введення в оптимізований склад скла комплексного активатору зчеплення, одночасно виконуючий роль активного забарвлюючого комплексу, який поєднує задані міцнісні характеристики безпігментних одношарових темнозабарвлених склоемалевих покриттів. Встановлено межі значень структурних факторів, які забезпечують міцну структуру кремнекисневого каркасу скла в системі R₂O (Na₂O+K₂O+Li₂O) – RO (CaO+BaO+SrO+MgO) – TiO₂ – ZrO₂ – B₂O₃ – SiO₂ і заданий рівень її структурнозалежних експлуатаційних властивостей за рахунок встановлених співвідношень склоутворювачів і модифікаторів. Розроблено склад і співвідношення комплексного активатора зчеплення із урахуванням його впливу на характеристики міцності системи "склоемаль – сталь", корозійну здатність склорозплаву та експлуатаційні властивості покриттів, який одночасно виконує роль активного забарвлюючого комплексу. Обрано іонний механізм забарвлення та встановлено колірні координати в ККС XYZ, RGB, L*a*b. Проведено промислові та лабораторно-промислові випробування на підприємствах та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо використання результатів.
The dissertation on competion of a scientific degree of the candidate of engineering science on a speciality 05.17.11 "Technology of refractory nonmetallic materials". – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute", Kharkiv, 2017. The dissertation is devoted to the development of pigments free direct chemically and thermally resistant dark-colored glass-enamel coatings for the protection of household appliances, in particular kitchen gas and electric plates, obtained by the technology POESTA. The bases of obtaining the coatings of this type are synthesized, according to which the glass matrix is developed with the given physicochemical properties, on the basis of which glassmelee frit is obtained by introducing into the optimized composition of the MS complex agglomer activator, simultaneously performing the role of the active coloring complex which combines the specified strength characteristics of pigments free direct glass-enamel coatings with their dark coloring. Les travaux développés dans cette thèse portent sur le design de nouveaux photo-sensibilisateurs organo-ferreux comme alternative à ceux couramment utilisés basés sur des métaux nobles comme le ruthénium. Or le remplacement du ruthénium par le fer pour des applications optoélectroniques est un gros challenge en raison de la forte propension des complexes de fer à subir une désactivation rapide de leurs états excités par peuplement d’états haut spin MC. Dans ce contexte, nous avons synthétisé plusieurs familles de complexes homoleptiques de fer(II) possédant des ligands bidentés de type pyridyl–carbène. Ces ligands permettent d’atteindre une géométrie très proche de l’octaèdre pour les complexes de fer correspondants ce qui permet d’obtenir un fort effet de champ de ligands, déstabilisant les états MC et allongeant ainsi leur durée de vie. Les différents complexes ont été caractérisés par spectroscopie UV-visible, électrochimie, spectrométrie d’absorption transitoire femtoseconde et calculs DFT. Dans un premier temps, l’impact de l’organisation des ligands autour du centre métallique sur les propriétés photophysiques a été étudié et montré une forte influence de l’isomérie fac/mer. En effet l’isomère facial possède une relaxation plus lente de l’état 3MLCT en comparaison de l’isomère méridional. Par ailleurs, des variations au niveau de l’unité carbénique ont également été effectuées. Il a été démontré que l’introduction de conjugaison dans la partie NHC ou encore d’hétéroatomes conduit à une déstabilisation encore plus importante des états MC, permettant d’atteindre des durées de vie de l’état excité 3MLCT remarquables, de l’ordre de 25 ps. Sur la base de ces résultats, les complexes les plus prometteurs ont été modifiés par introduction de fonctions carboxyliquesdans l’optique de leur chimisorption sur une photo-anode de TiO2 et d’une possible application en tant que sensiblisateurspour les cellules solaires à colorant (DSSC)
This thesis work deals with the design of new organoferrous photosensitizers as an alternative to those commonly used based on noble metals such as ruthenium. However, the replacement of ruthenium with iron for optoelectronic applications is a great challenge due to the high propensity of iron complexes to undergo a fast deactivation of their excited states by lower-lying high-spin MC states. In this context, we have synthesized and characterized various series of homoleptic iron(II) complexes bearing bidentate pyridyl-carbene ligands. These ligands allow these complexes to reach geometry closer to the octahedral one which results in a stronger ligand-field, destabilizing the MC states and thus increasing their lifetimes. These different complexes were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, electrochemistry, femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy and DFT calculations. At a first stage, the impact of the ligand arrangement around the metal center on photophysical properties has been studied, showing a strong influence of fac/mer isomerism. Indeed, the facial isomer possesses a slower 3MLCT relaxation compared to that of the meridional. Furthermore, variations in the carbene unit have also been carried out. It has been shown that increasing the π-conjugation or the presence of additional heteroatoms in the NHC moiety leads to a significant destabilization of the MC states, reaching remarkable 3MLCT excited state lifetimes up to 25 ps. Based on these results, the most promising complexes have been modified by introducing carboxylic acid functional groups in view of their chemisorption on a TiO2 photoanode and a possible application as sensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC)

God Help the Child illustrates the possibility of confronting trauma to claim a worthy self through a complex process of testimony. Both Bride and Booker reconstruct past traumas, first by encountering people who activate buried memories and then by telling their stories to each other in the holding space they create. Together, Bride and Booker retrieve their childhood traumas to gain agency and self-esteem by “bearing witness” to their representative African American testimonies. In this way, Morrison’s novel becomes a symbolic holding space for African American trauma. The complicated components of testimony reveal the elements of African American trauma—inherited trauma from generations of racism, colorism, violence, abuse, and discrimination in housing, jobs, and education—that Bride and Booker must examine. This idea of community testimony connects specifically to African American culture through three avenues of shared experience: the church, music, and community suffering.

The body of the article goes on to discuss the creative models of a student’s personality’s development in the process of mastering the course «Theory and methods of musical education of the preschool children». In general, the teacher's profession accumulates a big number of opportunities for the creative improvement of a would-be teacher's personality. All types of activities used while working with children in the process of mastering the artistic competencies (like fine arts, modeling, designing, appliqué work or musical activities) require not only technical skills, but also sufficient creative imagination, lively idea, the ability to combine different tasks and achieve the goals. Achieving this task is possible if students are involved into the process of mastering the active types of musical activities – singing, musical-rhythmic and instrumental activity, development of aesthetic perception of musical works. While watching the group of students trying to master the musical activity, it is easy to notice that they are good at repeating simple vocal and music-rhythmic exercises. This is due to the young man's ability to imitate. Musical and instrumental activities require much more efforts and attention. It is focused on the types and methods of sound production by the children's musical instruments, the organization of melodic line on the rhythm, the coherence of actions in the collective music: ensemble or the highest form of performance – orchestra. Other effective forms of work include: the phrase-based study of rhythmic and melodic party, the ability to hear and keep the pause, to agree the playing with the musical accompaniment of the conductor, to feel your partner, to follow the instructions of the partiture. All the above-mentioned elements require systematic training and well selected music repertoire. Students find interesting the creative exercises in the course of music-performing activities which develop musical abilities, imagination and interpretive skills of aesthetic perception of music, the complex of improvisational creativity in vocal, musical-rhythmic and instrumental activity. The experiments in verbal coloring of a musical work are interesting too. Due to the fact that children perceive music figuratively, it is necessary for the teacher to learn to speak about music in a creative and vivid way. After all, music as well as poetry or painting, is a considerable emotional expression of feelings, moods, ideas and character. To crown it all, important aspects of the would-be teacher’s creative personality’s development include the opportunities for practical and classroom work at the university, where they can develop the musical abilities of students as well as the professional competence of the would-be specialist in music activity. The period of pedagogical practice is the best time for a student, as it is rich in possibilities and opportunities to form his or her creative personality. In this period in the process of the direct interaction with the preschool-aged children students form their consciousness; improve their methodical abilities and creative individuality in the types of artistic activity.
