Анотація:
The paper reveals interrelations between the concepts “economic security”, “economic sustainability”, “development” and “competitiveness” of an enterprise. Based on their consideration, the paper enhances theoretical and methodological principles of establishing competitive innovation development and economic security of an enterprise. Unlike the existing ones, these principles provide for not only alternativeness but also equal significance when choosing between achievement of high levels of competitiveness, development and economic security. Application of the elaborated suggestions enables more objective formation of the policy of management of an enterprise’s innovation development under unstable conditions considering the industrial field and the market position of the enterprise. It is proven that essential elements of enterprises’ sustainable development include innovative activity, production provision, export of science-intensive products and development of high technology services, this providing for efficient levels of enterprises’ economic security and competitiveness. Under conditions of uncertainty, there are some basic functions of an enterprise aimed at enhancing its competitiveness and economic security including the following: achieving the optimal level of an enterprise’s resulting indicators and efficient “income-risk” ratio, innovative activity, ensuring the quality of an enterprise’s intellectual capital, environmental safety and meeting required social standards.

The need for improvement and development of logistics activities at transport enterprises is determined. The content of the concept of “logistics activity” and theoretical aspects of its development at transport enterprises are revealed. Complex logistics functions and elementary logistics operations are analyzed. The role and place of logistics activity and its influence on the functioning of transport enterprises are substantiated. The efficiency of logistics activity at transport enterprises and directions of its improvement are analyzed. Among the areas identified there are three main: the use of big data (Big Data), cloud logistics and logistics platforms of supply chains, the Internet of Things. Therefore, the availability and use of information platforms and technologies are extremely important in improving the logistics activities of transport companies. With their appearance, it becomes possible to develop various mathematical methods for simplifying logistics tasks and their practical implementation. It is proved that the use of logistics contributes to the achievement of certain competitive advantages by transport enterprises. The opinions of various authors on the definition of the concept of “logistics activities” are considered and a comprehensive definition of the concept is proposed. The system of management of logistic activity of the enterprise, the place and role of the elements of logistic activity is given and it is proved that performance of tasks of logistic activity at each stage of a material flow management raises the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market of transport services.

Introduction. The analysis of the current state of development of enterprises in the conditions of transformational economy, thorough development of the process of their management necessitate theoretical rethinking of problems of motivation of human activity, its adaptation to new conditions of their functioning. Therefore, developing of scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of a motivational mechanism as a means of achieving the goals of managing enterprise development is an extremely important problem. Methods. Methods of logical generalization and comparison were used during the research to formulate the basic provisions and prerequisites for achieving the goals of the enterprise through a motivational mechanism at the enterprise; systematic analysis and synthesis, in particular, in the study of factors influencing the achievement of goals by enterprises, key characteristics and requirements related to the motivation mechanism; logical generalization - when formulating conclusions. Results. The article is devoted to the study of the essential content of the concepts of "development", "management", "motivational mechanism". The basic prerequisites for achieving the goals of the enterprise through the motivational mechanism are revealed. Systematic factors influencing the achievement of the goals of the enterprise. The essence of scientific approaches to the formation of a motivational mechanism in the enterprise is determined. Key characteristics of an effective motivational mechanism in the context of ensuring the achievement of the goals of the enterprise development are formulated based on the considered approaches. The requirements concerning the motivational mechanism as a means of realization of the goals of management of the enterprise development are substantiated. On the basis of the conducted researches the organizational and methodological components of the formation of the motivational mechanism at the enterprises were determined. Discussion. A promising area of research is to study the state of development of agricultural enterprises, the system of development management and, in particular, a motivational mechanism to further develop recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of organizational units, fuller use of resource potential, in particular, human resources through the motivation of work. The purpose of the article is substantiation and research directs of increasing efficiency management the enterprises on indicators that attend by accepting decisions. It mean, that operational system on the enterprises to complete of integrative function – reproduction means and wares of establish quality accordingly regard established quantity and in corresponding terms. All operational system, which directed on the efficiency, considered on basis general methodic preconditions. Therefore, exactly of this methodic preconditions directed upon ensuring of flexibility, stability, self-organization, economic, managing on the enterprises in process accepting decisions leaders for achievement of their efficiency. The methodological basis of the research to lie down in comparison method – for determining indicators of the enterprises that pertain to accepting decisions; and also responsibility leader field; decomposition method – for substantiation of management and organization process; evaluation method – for research of managing activities level and their efficiency on the enterprises. The scientific novelty of received results is substantiation of what on efficiency of management the enterprises essential influence is the analysis of indicators that apply for accepting decisions. In addition, the scientific novelty is all-inclusive disclosure of effectiveness the enterprises by indicators, as a measure of the resulted and perfection of organizational processes and management the enterprises. Conclusion. It is management to determine success of the enterprises into internal and external markets, quality of structural changes and availability to adapt in condition of sharp competition. It mean, that businesspersons interested in use the main acquirements, provided by management – but in comparison with analytical researches, because this give possibility achieved up clearly building of organizing structure, decrease labor intensity of managerial works, to optimized up amount manager person, strengthen managerial influence, to concentrated up efforts of all workers into achievement of put entrepreneurs aims. Анотація:
The article investigates the issues of business process reengineering of integrated enterprises. It is determined that the impact on the efficiency of market activities is associated with the use of marketing and logistics tools. The newest management systems will allow to combine functions (production and commercial) in the strategies for achievement of the maximum effect at positioning of the integrated enterprises in various markets. It is proved that the formation of the management system of an integrated enterprise should take place on the basis of system, complexity, integrity and unity. It has been identified that the issues of partnership marketing become especially important in the application of the marketing and logistics system and in the entry of the integrated enterprise into the target market. The main factors of influence and factors of customer-oriented management formation at the enterprises are presented. It is determined that business process reengineering requires the development of a combined internal marketing and logistics system in accordance with changes in the market environment. It is outlined that marketing logistics should be formed in order to get the best results in the management system of integrated enterprises. The necessity of using marketing through two-vector understanding, and logistics – in a broader management area is proved. Marketing logistics takes into account all the features of production and commercial activities of integrated enterprises. It is presented that the concept of marketing and logistics management in the process of reengineering the business processes of integrated enterprises will have its own functionality. The defined set of functions is a combination of marketing and logistics. The need to involve the tools of partnership marketing has been identified in the reengineering of integrated enterprises due to the peculiarities of production and commercial components of their activities. It is proved that the combination of the main activity can have target markets in different areas, so the combination of internal marketing and logistics strategies into one is a crucial stage of their effective development. The article is devoted to the definition of the essential characteristics of economic security of private enterprises and its main components; it is proposed to expand the main structural elements of the system of economic security of private enterprises. The main functional objectives of economic security are: ensuring the high financial efficiency of work, financial stability and independence of private enterprises on a industry scale; ensuring technological independence and achieving the high competitiveness of the technical potential of small business enterprises; achievement of high efficiency of management; achievement of a high level of personnel qualification and its intellectual potential; Minimizing the devastating impact of the results of industrial and economic activity on the state of the environment; qualitative legal protection of all aspects of the activity of private enterprises, etc. It is proposed to consider the system of economic security of private enterprises as an integral set of subjects and objects of security, an environment that ensures their interaction and purposeful activity in the internal and external environment in relation to countering threats, protection of economic interests and, in general, creation of safe conditions for functioning at the planned level indicators. Attention is drawn to European experience and standards in the field of business security, but to take into account the fact that private enterprises of Ukraine are forced to operate in more difficult and dangerous conditions than in developed countries, therefore, during the period of the current stage of reforms in the sphere of private entrepreneurship, it is recommended to introduce normative and legal base which would fine-tune the peculiarities of functioning of private enterprises and create favourable conditions for the emergence of the economic crisis in order to create a reserve of strength in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as private enterprises are a significant component of the economic security of the state.

The article substantiates that achievement of certain economic security level set by management for the current time point is a necessary but insufficient condition of further development of the enterprise. When the mentioned condition is fulfilled, the degree of its personnel’s innovation activity should also be considered. The article presents further development of the methods of assessing the level of the dependent part of economic security of the enterprise’s stakeholders, including the personnel, which, unlike others available, is based on estimation of outstanding expenditures. Innovation activity of the personnel is determined to depend on their attitudes to innovations. The article presents a developed economic and statistic toolkit of assessing the personnel’s probable attitudes to implementation of innovations considering the degree of recognizing the necessity of innovations and awareness of the enterprise’s activities in terms of innovations. The level of probable (expected) attitudes to innovations is taken as a basis for a combined classification of particular personnel categories. The article suggests a matrix approach to determining the type of enterprise development based on comparison of the level of economic security for the current time point and the personnel’s innovation activity.

At the present stage of innovative economy for-mation in Russia the solution of problems of effective industrial complex development of the country is of the utmost importance. The Russian Federation, having the considerable potential for maintaining effective development of the industrial enterprises, is at the initial stage of innovative industry modernization. For efficiency increase of industrial enterprises activity, and, in particular, mechanical engineering, it is offered to use the following events: business process reengineering of some enterprises; creation of industrial clusters on the basis of the most effectively functioning enterprises; monitoring of the strategic development level and potential of the industrial enterprises with the purpose of detecting the most and the least promising. Business process reengineering involves strong, revolutionary reorganization of the organization processes which must be accompanied by the implementation of a new information system at the enterprise. Its purpose is a sharp improvement of key activity indicators. Industrial clusters represent modern form of enterprises associations on mesolevel of economy. For the purpose of achievement of maximum effectiveness of the industry it is also necessary to monitor the enterprises of the industry based on growth rates of business cost and potential. Using the listed methods will allow to rebuild radically both the separate enterprises of the industry, and the whole industry in general and made it the leading one for economic development of the country.

Peculiarities of planning implementation at the enterprises are investigated in this paper. It is determined that the effectiveness of planning for the company largely depends on practical implementation of approved plans. Sometimes good long-term plans do not ensure the company success only because certain mistakes are made during their implementation. The successful plans transformation into practical activities can require the creation of the plan implementation project. This document can include short-term and long-term goals, tasks list, also it defines functions and responsibilities, outlines the budget and required resources as well as assumed liabilities. It is noted that during the planning implementation into practical enterprise activity it is necessary to take into account goals, deadlines and schedule times, resources allocation, assignment of performers responsibilities, performance monitoring and success measurement, plans correction and adaptation, results evaluation. It is emphasized that the planning implementation at the enterprise is a long process including a number of stages. In order to implement the plans into practical enterprise activity successfully a special document can be worked out. This document contains the following parts: introduction, management overview, major tasks, implementation schedule, security and privacy, list of resources and implementation support, documentation, performance monitoring and control, criteria for the determination of plans implementation, glossary, sources of information for planning implementation needs, approval of a certain planning implementation sequence. It is stated that for planning implementation at the enterprise, it is necessary to assign the liabilities to the responsible executors or to create a special body designed for the organized implementation of planned tasks. It is defined that failures are probable during the good plans implementation and goals achievement. It is summarized that profound preparation for planning implementation contributes to the optimal use of resources, effective plans implementation and achievement of the enterprise success.

The article considers the main aspects of strategic management of industrial development. A model of strategic management of an industrial enterprise has been developed. It is proved that the combination of integration of strategic and innovation management leads to the improvement of enterprises' competitive position in the market by creating competitive advantages. Peculiarities of formation of strategic management of innovative development at the industrial enterprise are investigated, the main of which is perspective orientation of innovative activity on inquiries of consumers, flexible reaction and continuous updating of parameters of business model, proceeding from competition requirements, towards achievement of steady advantages by development of creativity and intellectual potential of the enterprise, which causes the growth of its importance in the management system of a modern enterprise in terms of innovative development. It is determined that the main advantages of strategic thinking in terms of leadership and management of the enterprise are: the ability to subordinate all activities to a key aspect of strategy; the ability to more clearly respond to changes in the internal environment and the environment by the owners and management of the enterprise; the ability of enterprise managers to assess alternatives for capital investment and staff development, which provides opportunities for redeployment of resources to strategic areas and strategic projects for enterprise development and others. The stages of strategic innovation management are outlined, which will ensure the achievement of the desired results through the implementation of innovative implementations in the future.

Research results. There was characterized the structure of agro-industrial enterprises management in the context of the information technology development, the features of which are ensuring the management process mobility and transparency at the enterprise through the formation of strategic information support departments as the optimal method of efficient production and guaranteed profit. Scientific novelty. It was proposed the agro-industrial enterprises management structure in the context of the information technology development, the key feature of which is observance innovation and uniqueness principles of entrepreneur activity in order to determine the enterprise mobility compliance with the information technology development needs and possible prospects for successful outcome achieving. Practical significance. Financial indicators play an important role in the management of an agricultural enterprise. the tasks of the management of the agricultural enterprise are to control the efficiency of employees and maintain the financial stability of the enterprise. In this paper, the problem of ensuring effective management of an agricultural enterprise was investigated. The activity of an agricultural enterprise depends on the influence of external factors: political and legal, technical and economic, ecological and economic, demographic, socio-cultural. We studied the question of how to take into account the influence of variable external factors in the management of an agricultural enterprise. Traditional methods based on financial analysis data, in our opinion, do not fully reflect the situation in the agricultural enterprise. International management accounting standards are optional, but they allow for the use of more flexible indicators in management accounting that take into account the activities of a particular agricultural enterprise. This will facilitate short - and medium-term planning at the agricultural enterprise and facilitate the achievement of the enterprise’s tactical and strategic goals.

Aggravation of crisis processes in the economy impedes trends in technology improvement, which leads to a certain lag behind the current needs of social reproduction and the need to increase the investment activity of enterprises. Encouraging enterprises’ investment activity is carried out through a mechanism in which there are legal, economic, and financial relations between the subjects of investment activity on the attraction of investments predominantly in the priority directions and branches. The research purpose is to determine the essence and provide the author’s interpretation of concept “organizational and economic mechanism for encouraging investment activities of enterprises” and to develop its structure. The research subject is the development of the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activity of enterprises and substantiation of its main elements. Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is a combination of theoretical and scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization and comparison, theoretical and logical generalization. In particular, the following methods are used: analysis and synthesis – when studying the investment activity of the enterprise; systematisation and comparison – to identify the elements that determine the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activities of enterprises; scientific abstraction – for the formation of theoretical generalization and conclusions. The paper considers different interpretations of the concept “organizational and economic mechanism for encouraging investment activities of enterprises”. According to the authors, the organizational and economic mechanism for encouraging investment activities of enterprises is a multi-level hierarchical system of the main interconnected elements and their typical groups (subjects, objects, principles, methods, and tools), during and under the influence of which economic relations between all elements of the system are harmonized. Results. As a result of the analysis of the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism, the authors came to the conclusion that any mechanism is a complex structure of interconnected and interacting economic elements, processes, and phenomena that ensure achievement of the set goal. The proposed organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activity of enterprises allows investors to minimize investment costs, reduce risks when entering into an investment agreement, or more accurately estimate future revenues from project implementation. Further research directions are deepening of the interrelation of specific features of investment processes in Ukraine with its institutional environment, determination of features of economic relations as the structure of institutes that provide an overflow of investment resources from financial to real sectors of the economy. Practical implications. The practical significance is manifested in the possibility of using the proposed organizational and economic mechanism to encourage investment activities of enterprises, which ensures the effectiveness of managerial influences while promoting investment activity to achieve a specific goal in the external and internal environment of the enterprise. Value/originality. The originality is the substantiation of structural elements of the organizational and economic mechanism for promoting investment activity of enterprises that influence and determine the directions of encouragement of investment activities of enterprises, which allows combining the study of active business processes, financial support, and creation of information support.

This report aims to analyze the impact of state grants upon the effectiveness efficiency of the enterprises in the Agricultural sector. The presence/absence of the correlation between the “received state grants - financial results from the activity of the agricultural enterprises” was studied. The efficiency of agricultural enterprises is expressed through the indicators of profitability and productivity. The empirical data for a period of 10 years 2008 – 2017 were shown in the study. The main activities of the surveyed enterprises are crop, livestock and combined - crop-livestock. Based on the results obtained, it is expected that the receipt of grants will have a positive influence on the performance of enterprises in the agricultural sector, measured by indicators of effectiveness and productivity. The following research hypotheses have been proved: the positive effect of the grant is more obvious in larger agricultural enterprises, which have higher productivity and profitability compared to small and medium-sized farms; agricultural enterprises which receive grants and are characterized by higher investment activity and are also characterized by higher innovation activity; based on the predominant number of crop enterprises, it is assumed that this type of activity leads to the achievement of higher financial results as a result of the activity of the agricultural enterprises; the age of the enterprises, expressed through the years of their activity, contributes significantly to higher profitability and productivity of the carried out activity.

Innovation is a major factor in the future development of humanity in general and the economy in particular. Ukrainian economy is currently going through a difficult period, which requires the search for innovative ways out of this situation. One of the possible ways to solve this problem is to build an innovative logistics strategy. The article examines the conceptual foundations of innovative and logistical activities in Ukraine. The essence and significance of the logistical approach in the activities of enterprises are defined. It is noted that the essence of the logistical approach is the integration of individual links of the commodity chain into a single system that will ensure the most effective management of the continuous material flows. The relationship of logistics with innovative activity of enterprises is identified. The place of logistical approach to management of innovative activity of enterprise is determined. Management aspects of innovation and logistics development are researched. It is specified that in conditions of openness of implementation of innovative processes, those enterprises that can quickly implement an innovative idea do gain a competitive advantage. The basic components of the conception of innovation logistics are outlined. The main provisions of the logistic conception in the development and management of innovative activities of enterprises are distinguished. It is summarized that innovative activity on the basis of logistics forms an effective mechanism for innovative management of enterprises. The use of a logistical approach to the management of innovative activities contributes to the achievement of the goal and strategic targets of the enterprise, in particular, with its implementation, the efficiency of economic, financial, economic and sales activities increases; the target audience is expanding, resulting in an increased demand for products (goods) and services; profit increases; competitive positions in the market are strengthened.

Implementation of innovation in the field of product, process, organization and/or marketing, as part of the competitive struggle, is therefore linked to the achievement of various objectives and effects. The main objective of the study was to describe the relationship between the different effects of innovation activity and the extent of innovative activity of industrial enterprises, such as investment in innovation and implementation of innovative solutions. The survey had been conducted in years 2010-12 in 1067 industrial companies, operating in Eastern Poland (Warmia-Mazury, Podlasie, Lublin, Świętokrzyskie and Podkarpackie voivodeships). The methodological part of the analyses is based on the probability calculus - probit regression. Industrial enterprises in Eastern Poland indicated on improved quality of products offered on the market and increased range of products as the main effects of innovation activity. Analysis of innovation activity phenomena characterized in the article may have an impact on the perception of regional innovation policy, in terms of its nature and direction, as well as the vital question of the effectiveness of instruments of supporting innovativeness of industrial enterprises in Eastern Poland.

While carrying out production, economic and foreign economic activities, domestic enterprises face important issues of ensuring their financial stability and effective management of the financial resources’ formation, distribution and use process. The purpose of the paper is to build a conceptual model for managing the financial resources of an enterprise in the implementation of foreign economic activity, which will allow for high-quality diagnostics of financial resources at the stages of their formation, distribution and use. Results. The influence of globalization processes on the functioning of domestic business entities provides for a periodic renewal of the mechanism and model for financial resources management. The main constituent elements of the model for managing the enterprise financial resources are characterized, namely: the aim and main objectives; subjects of financial resources management; technology of financial resources strategic management at the enterprise; factors of influence on the management processes and the system of ensuring the financial resources management of the enterprise in the implementation of foreign economic activity. The technology of the company's financial resources strategic management has been developed. A conceptual model for managing the financial resources of an enterprise in the implementation of foreign economic activity has been formed, which considers organizational, functional and information support. Conclusion. The application of the financial resource management conceptual model in the practical activities of enterprises will ensure the achievement of the goals and objectives of the enterprise, contribute to the improvement of its financial condition and the movement of financial flows, as well as allow alternative management decision-making on the formation and implementation of the strategy for managing the financial resources of the enterprise in the conditions of new foreign markets development.

Methodological basis of research are became methods and principles of scientific cognition. The general and special methods and receptions are used for grounding the effectiveness, process of the applied value of the using the creative account and audit in practical activity of enterprises. Including the methods of systematization and generalization, which are used for the analysis of the existent aspects of the using the creative account and audit in different industries of enterprises activity; inductions and deductions, which are used for the grounding the applied value of the using of creative account and audit; analogies, which are used for the evaluation of application and adaptation the creative account and audit to the operating of modern enterprises conditions and its intellectual potential. The basic hypothesis of research became the supposition, that application of creative account and audit in different industries of Ukraine national economy must not violate the set legislation, assist correct forming and account of financial indexes, the objective are opened the useful information and adapted its to the necessities of users. Statement of basic material. It is well-proven that the methods of creative account and audit on an enterprise are related to personality, which applies its on the basis of same experience, flexibility and originality of thought, logic of reasoning and intuitional penetration in essence of the phenomena, which take place on an enterprise. Therefore, where a creative account and audit are attracted, conditioning becomes important parts of enterprises activity for creation, as independent to the value, presence of wage and moral incentives of professional development of workers (accountants, auditors), development of high level of internal culture of enterprise, access of all members of labor collective to information, democratization and humanizing of enterprise activity, possibility of quarry height, social stability on an enterprise, high financial and economic strength, becoming security and development of general creative production in all forms of its display; co-operating the scientific, educational establishments with a production, rapid the input of the newest, original methods and management methods in a production; organization of high-quality education, developed infrastructure of receipt the knowledge, creation of strategy the development of enterprise, which should has in a presence the program of rewards, encouragements and using the wide spectrum of stimulus the innovative creative activity. It is offered, that approach have originality and practical meaningfulness and allow to send development of creative competence from an account and audit in the different educational programs of future specialists, which study specialty "Account and taxation", bringing in of young research workers to researches, which touch development of account and audit the subjects of manage in the conditions of creative economy. Introduction. In an unstable market environment, it is quite difficult to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities for agricultural enterprises using traditional methodological approaches. We believe that now there is a need to develop methodological approaches that will help to establish the relationship in the marketing management system, taking into account the changing market conditions and the resource potential of the agricultural enterprise. Methods. The following methods are used to achieve this goal, namely: methods of monographic comparative analysis and specific methods in the field of analysis of theoretical and analytical foundations of marketing activities to determine the strategic prospects of marketing activities, identify effective measures to improve marketing activities in agricultural enterprises. Research methods are based on theoretical developments and scientific tools, which includes analysis and evaluation of formulated methodological approaches to assess the effectiveness of management of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises on the basis of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The research methodology also provides for the generalization of scientific sources that explore the rational aspects of management and increase the effectiveness of marketing activities of enterprises in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Results. Theoretical approaches to understanding the management of enterprise marketing activities are summarized, and the distinction and fundamental relationship between the categories «marketing performance» and «marketing efficiency» are established. It has been found that the main purpose of these categories is to achieve the desired results, in which the achievement does not take into account the method and the costs incurred, and the efficiency takes into account the way with the resources expended. The formation of a holistic system for managing the effectiveness of marketing activities is achieved through synchronization of the process of influencing marketing tools in order to create an overall synergistic effect. We have developed a balanced system of indicators of the enterprise to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities of the enterprise, which considers the specific activity and business orientation of the agricultural enterprise. It is proved that, depending on strategic goals, business orientations of agrarian enterprise are determined, which set the future vector of business development, therefore marketing activity should promote business development. Discussions. Promising areas of further research are the development of methods for analyzing the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities in the agricultural sector. It is proved that dynamic and efficient development of investment activity is a prerequisite for ensuring economic growth of the country and ensuring reproductive dynamics on an innovative basis. Activation of investment activity results in the manifestation of economic, environmental, social effects at the macro, meso and micro levels. The approaches of foreign and domestic theory of investment activity are generalized, the methods of state regulation of the investment process are systematized, which facilitated the substantiation of the components of the investment mechanism. The means of cognition and economic categories are described as an instrument for understanding the functioning of the investment mechanism and the financial regulation of the activities of investment institutes, as well as the results and means of this knowledge used in the theory and practice of studying the problems of improving the investment mechanism. The information and analytical provision by statistical authorities of the process of studying investment processes in the context of the main forms of investment is emphasized, investments in fixed capital are described, which characterize direct investments in the reproduction of fixed assets of economic entities. The peculiarities of investing activities of agricultural enterprises and the main forms of its implementation are characterized. It is substantiated that investment activity is one of the types of economic activity, which represents an important form of realization of the economic interests of its participants, namely increasing competitiveness, stability and sustainability of functioning in the conditions of a changing environment of an agricultural enterprise. It was established that investment activity to ensure the reproduction of the components of resource support of enterprises is oriented towards capital investments for the following purposes: timely updating of basic means of production, introduction of new or improved equipment, equipment, technologies, new high-quality varieties of plants and animal breeds, etc., which leads to significant positive changes in production activity. The main elements of the project documentation and the procedure for conducting their examination are described. It is proved that investment activity on the reproduction of resource support is connected with the provision of positive reproductive dynamics in the processes of economic activity, which are achieved by the interaction of the complex of organizational and economic mechanisms, and the purposeful development of the agricultural enterprise and the economy of the industry as a whole. Presented measures related to the processes of reproduction of resource supply of agricultural enterprises, provide long-term sustainable development, which involves achievement of high financial and economic results, social and ecological effect, while using the resources available at the disposal of the enterprise are highlighted. These aspects are closely linked to the formation of a reproductive policy of an agricultural enterprise on the principles of sustainable development. Making changes in the processes of marketing research, the formation of marketing strategies, market segmentation with consideration of issues regarding product positioning will increase the level of marketing efficiency in the enterprise. Only with the improvement of technologies to ensure effective marketing activities for the company it becomes possible to expand market segments, constantly monitor changes in consumer preferences (needs), as well as trends in doing business in a particular segment of sales and more. The article examines the essence of marketing and marketing activities of the enterprise. It is determined that the improvement of marketing activities, namely marketing technologies at the enterprise is an urgent task due to the growing role of marketing activities and its impact on the results of the enterprise. The interdependence of management functions and management functions of marketing activity of an industrial enterprise is proved. The role of such components of the management system as control and analysis in improving the efficiency of marketing activities of the business entity is proved. The basic directions of improvement of marketing activity of the industrial enterprise, in particular in marketing researches, in a price policy, at product development, in advertising activity, in organizational structure and in the organization of distribution of the goods are allocated. The influence of the formed marketing strategy on the achievement of the set current and strategic goals of doing business is substantiated. The basic concepts of marketing on the basis of which the company manages marketing activities are considered. The influence of the organization of the marketing structure (marketing department) and the corresponding information support on the effectiveness of marketing activities and obtaining the goals of the enterprise is studied. The necessity of forming a system of indicators according to which the management staff will be able to assess the level of efficiency of marketing activities of an industrial enterprise is proved.

The profession of the accountant has many aspects. Accountants shape the largest amount of information in an enterprise and play an important role in the enterprise's activity. This profession is highly regulated, very responsible and usually includes a wide range of topics: including but not limited to different spheres of accounting, formation of accounting policies, or even information system for enterprises. This suggests the need for an investigation into the accountant's profile, in order to determine the set of features which ideally should be developed for the profession. The purpose of the article is to investigate the accountant's profile from the perception of students and practitioners. For the achievement of this purpose the following methods were used: a questionnaire-based study, information systematization, comparison, and summarization. The results of the research from the study were used for the evaluation of the profile of the accountant, for the development of the necessary set of features an accountant should hold, and finally, the results may be used for the future assessment of accounting study programs of higher educational institutions.

Introduction. The article deals with the main factors, conditions and mechanisms of implementation of innovative development of enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. The goal of corporate social responsibility and mechanisms of providing innovative socio-economic development of enterprises of agroindustrial complex are determined. It is established that one of the most important elements of the activity of agrarian enterprises should be the development of its innovation policy, which will include the implementation of social projects and tactical aspects of the development of social events. Goal. The purpose of the article is to justify the necessity of introducing corporate social responsibility into the system of strategic innovation management of agroindustrial enterprises with a focus on the creation and implementation of social projects. Method (methodology). In carrying out the research applied general scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, analogies and comparative analysis, the method of decomposition and the detail of processes. The use of these methods greatly contributed to the achievement of the research goal. Results It is proved that corporate social responsibility of a business is beyond the state requirements and therefore it is not subject to mandatory implementation. This is a voluntary enterprise response to social needs of society. Integrated effect is determined by the overall quality of enterprise management and awareness of leadership on social needs of society. Implementation of the basic principles of CSR in the implementation of social projects can significantly increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The main stages of the management process of social and economic projects of distributed organizational structures of the regional level are proposed.

Introduction. One of the priority tasks for our country is to activate the innovative activity of domestic enterprises. The most important modern tool for increasing the activity of innovative development is digitalization. To achieve high efficiency of digital transformation processes in the context of innovation, it is necessary to determine the most promising option for implementing digitalization processes in order to activate and maintain a high level of efficiency in the development and implementation of innovations at domestic enterprises. Theoretical analysis. Existing theoretical approaches to the concept of digitalization define it as a driver of innovative development. The transition to digital technologies transforms the innovative activity of the enterprise, providing a wide range of opportunities, both by improving the efficiency of processes, and by developing and launching new products or services to the market. While there is a lack of scientific interest in issues complementing the digital transformation of the management system, whereas the concept of balanced digital transformation of production and management systems of the enterprise is not considered that determines the low performance of the initiated change processes of innovation. Empirical analysis. It has been revealed that currently the transition to “digital” is carried out mainly in the production sector. At the same time, there is no relationship between digital technologies used in the management system and the production system, which negatively affects both the effectiveness of current and innovative activities, while research by foreign authors shows an increase in profitability as a result of the synergistic effect of simultaneous digital transformation of the management system and production. Results. A conceptual approach to digitalization of innovative activities of domestic enterprises has been proposed, based on synchronous, dynamic, complementary digital transformation of the production and management spheres. It will ensure the achievement of the goals set.

The features of entrepreneurship functioning in Ukraine are investigated, the main problems of enterprises functioning are outlined in the article. It is noted that entrepreneurship is the driving force of the economy, since the efficiency of the enterprises operation directly affects economic development and some life of the population. The problems of domestic business development are presented, a number of measures were proposed that would create a favorable competitive environment for business development in Ukraine. It is stated that the development and expansion of small and medium-sized businesses is one of the priorities of the state economic policy in Ukraine. The main goals of Ukrainian economic policy are the achievement of economic growth, raising the standard of population living, full employment, course stability of the national currency, achievement of foreign economic equilibrium, etc. Achievement of these goals is primarily connected with the prospects of domestic business development. The main features of entrepreneurship are described as indicating that entrepreneurship not only creates a competitive environment, but also contributes to the efficient allocation of resources, the development of scientific and technological progress and changes in the management system. The analysis of statistical data on the number of business entities during 2010-2017 is carried out in parallel with the structural analysis by types of economic activity by individual industries. The general features that are inherent in the national economy are determined, the value of the relative change in the number of economic entities is regarded. It is indicated on the problem of small business development in Ukraine, with its much more effective raise in developed countries. It is also noted that the number of large enterprises in recent years has been decreasing, which is due to the general economic crisis and in connection with the military events in eastern Ukraine, where large enterprises were mainly engaged in their business activities. Focused attention to the problems that impede the development of domestic business entrepreneurship of the regulatory imperfection and legal regulation; unregulated lending to small and medium businesses; lack of financial support from the state; unequal conditions for the management of small and large enterprises; reduction of consumer demand, aggravation of problems in the banking sector has been done. The main tendencies of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine are outlined, among which one can distinguish: provision of state support to small and medium enterprises engaged in investment, innovation and scientific and technical activities; the number limitation of permit documents and simplification of the opening procedures of enterprises; improvement of tax, statistical reporting, reduction of tax pressure on the economy; ensuring a high level of innovation activity of domestic enterprises, reducing pressure from the controlling bodies, countering corruption and a number of other measures. In Ukraine, at the present stage, there are many problems hindering the development of domestic business, the solution of which will increase the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity, will ensure the expansion of the business sector and reduce the share of the shadow sector. In the study of the peculiarities of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine, it was discovered that entrepreneurial activity is multifaceted in its content; it mobilizes active people capable, makes them constantly search for new ways of combining available resources to produce higher quality products at lower costs, while trying to maximize their own profits – get higher profits. Introduction. Hotels are luggage and service enterprises. To make the right management decisions and increase profits hospitality enterprises must have accurate, timely, and truthful information on the issues of commercial activities. The most effective way to obtain this information is possible when conducting a regular external audit. It is the quality of the current audit that determines the financial position of the state enterprise. Night audit is one of the areas of internal audit of hotel enterprises, aimed at ensuring the safety of assets, verifying the reliability of accounting information, improving the efficiency of operations, and their compliance with enterprise policy. Night audit is of particular importance for managers and owners of hotel enterprises, as it helps to assess the implementation of the objectives of production and economic activity. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of night auditing in the hotel industry. Methodology of research. The achievement of this goal was carried out with the help of general scientific and applied research methods, in particular: methods of scientific abstraction - to substantiate the essence and significance of night audit as an aspect of internal control in the hotel industry; methods of logical generalization - to determine the main tasks of the night audit; methods of systematization, detailing and grouping - to consider the methods and basic functions of night auditing. Results. Analyzing and systematizing the scientific works of many scientists, the essence, purpose, and tasks of night audit were determined, the technology and methods of night audit of the hotel were considered, the main competencies of night auditor in the process of control operations were clarified. Conclusions. The practical significance of the obtained results is to determine the need to introduce the practice of night audit as a full-fledged type of control. The scientific novelty of the research results is the deepening of the theoretical foundations of night audit technology to improve the accounting and control support of the management system of the hotel industry. Further research will focus on the detailed implementation of night audit automation in hotel activity.

Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of the conceptual foundations of strategic management to ensure the economic security of the enterprise in the process of building systems of economic protection of the results of activities of agro-business subjects as an effective mechanism for counteracting external and internal threats. Methodology of research. Scientific methods are used in the writing of the articles, in particular: theoretical generalization – to understand key theories of strategic management; synthesis and analysis – to detail the systems of economic protection of the results of the activity of the subjects of agribusiness as an object of research by its breakdown into parts; abstract and logical method – during the study of the structure of the components of the system of economic protection of the results of the enterprises. Findings. The toolkit of economic protection of agribusiness entities, which can be further transformed and supplemented according to the research of the peculiarities of functioning of their activity in the current market conditions, is investigated. It is substantiated that economic protection of the results of the enterprise activity should include a system of diagnostics and risk management, which will further ensure within the enterprise itself to make prompt decisions on strategic risk management both internal and external environment. The scheme of risk management in the system of economic protection of investment activities of agribusiness entities is proposed. The systems of economic protection of the results of activity of enterprises are improved. Originality. The main criteria of efficiency of economic protection of interests and results of activity of subjects of agro-business in the long term are substantiated: profitability of own capital and economic equilibrium, which characterizes rationality and prudence of management of economic resources and creates a basis for achievement of strategic goals of the enterprise in the long term. Practical value. The introduction of the proposed research results into the activities of agribusiness entities for the use of conceptual principles of strategic planning will contribute to the establishment of a system of economic protection of the results of business activity and dynamic development. . Goal. Coverage of introduction of innovative concepts in the system of management of activity of sanatorium and resort enterprises. Research methodology. The following methods were used: analysis (theoretical review of scientific literature on the problem of research); a synthesis that made it possible to integrate individual parts of the facility into a single unit (development of a Balanced Scorecard for health resort enterprises in terms of socio-economic security); benchmarking that allowed us to map concepts (spa marketing, business performance management, and balanced scorecard). Results. The peculiarities of the management system of the sanatorium and resort enterprises in the conditions of social and economic security are considered. It is stated that the concept of management in terms of ensuring the socio-economic security of any enterprise of the sanatorium and resort complex is based on clearly formed systems of organization of management of socio-economic development. The basic methods of implementation, organization and management of social and economic security at the enterprise are distinguished. It is noted that spa marketing is a concept of management of the spa enterprise, which provides a comprehensive study of the needs of clients in the spa treatment and recreation for their fullest satisfaction through complex efforts to produce, sell and promote the spa product in a competitive market with the aim ensuring socio-economic security and profit. The basic processes covered by the concept of Business Performance Management for spa companies are presented. The Balanced Scorecard Balance Scorecard system has been developed for sanatorium and resort enterprises in terms of social and economic security. Scientific novelty. The basic innovative concepts (spa marketing, Business Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard) are proposed, which introduction into the enterprise management system will ensure effective management decisions, achievement of strategic goals, increase of profit and social and economic security in general. Practical importance. The introduction of our proposed concepts into the management system of sanatorium and resort enterprises will provide such an institution with a complete and effective implementation of processes for managing its activities, providing customer service and optimizing the functions and management procedures performed.

Topicality. The activities of modern enterprises are characterized by a mismatch of environmental and economic interests, an inefficient policy in the field of environmental security, which leads to negative external and internal consequences. Therefore, tools need to be improved to ensure the environmental security of the enterprise. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation of a mechanism for ensuring environmental security of the enterprise. The objectives of the study are: to clarify the essence of environmental security, its mechanism of maintenance; definition of principles, criteria, prerequisites for the formation of a mechanism for ensuring environmental security; substantiation of the purpose, goals, functions, structure of this mechanism. Research results. Theoretical and methodological formation provisions of the mechanism of ensuring the ecological security of the enterprise, which consist in the refinement of such elements of methodology as basic theories and paradigms, approaches according to which the subject area, target orientations, subject-object structure, criteria, methods, determine the content content of the components of this mechanism. Determined the essence of the mechanism of ensuring the environmental security of the enterprise as a set of institutions, principles, levers, methods and instruments of influence to ensure such conditions of its (enterprise’s) functioning, which guarantee the achievement of economic and social development goals, prevent (minimize) destructive impact and preserve (improvement) of qualitative and quantitative parameters of the external environment of the enterprise. A functional approach to meaningful filling of the mechanism as a set of the following blocks has been developed: formation of institutional conditions for ensuring the environmental security of the enterprise; organizational and information analytical support; goal setting; substantiation of the strategic set of enterprise development; development of environmental policy; strategic planning; choice of instruments of legal, economic, technical, organizational character; control. Conclusion. Ensuring the ecological security of enterprises is possible only through the selection of such a set of effective instruments of influence on all processes and spheres of its activity within a single mechanism, which will allow timely identification and prevention of internal and external threats to the development of the enterprise, to realize the set goals without harming the environment.

The article presents the results of research on the topical issue of achieving the global goal of sustainable development by 2030. So, the urgent problem of substantiating the tasks of the institutional micro-level of enterprises during their transformation in accordance with the sustainable development principles in the bioeconomy model has been solved. The article is aimed at publishing scientific achievements that improve the theoretical foundations of sustainable development by positioning the bioeconomy in relation to sustainable development, comparing the components of bioeconomy and sustainable development goals, and defining the objectives of enterprises in this context. Having analyzed and compared the essence of bioeconomy and bioeconomics, the authors have identified their significant differences in such characteristics as the conceptual basis of the two models, their focus issues, and the factor seen as the main driver of economic growth. The choice of bioeconomy as a concept that is closer to sustainable development is argued. Significant polarity of scientists' views on bioeconomy as a set of processes and phenomena is revealed. Two types of interpreting bioeconomy are substantiated. Scientists in the first group believe that bioeconomy covers all the components of socio-economic relations connected wtih the production, consumption and utilization of biological resources, including renewable energy. The other group criticizes bioeconomy as a concept and call it a political project of economic influence. The article expresses the authors’ view on bioeconomy as a model, a mechanism for achieving certain global goals of sustainable development, which are mainly related to its environmental component. On this basis, the place of the bioeconomy model in the sustainable development system is substantiated, and the tasks of the sustainable development of an enterprise in the bioeconomy model are determined. These tasks can be divided in two groups, namely 1) tasks of the company’s own activity, and 2) tasks of supporting and assisting other enterprises, whose activities meet the global sustainable development goals and ensure their achievement.

At the present stage of market relations, competition plays an extremely important role not only as a major factor in the development of individual enterprises, but also entire countries. The rapid processes of globalization make it possible to expand markets, but not every company can compete with other firms in foreign markets. The article examines the concepts of “competition” and “competitiveness of the enterprise” in foreign markets. Since today in the modern world competition is the driving force of any economy, without it the existence and development of the economy in general is impossible. The success of any business depends on the ability to compete in the market of goods or services. In the period of globalization and integration in the international space, the formation of a rational sequence of planning such activities is becoming increasingly important for enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity. This type of management activity contributes to obtaining additional profits through the use of the benefits of international labor and international integration, as well as identifying prospects and possible options for the development of foreign economic activity of organizations. That is why the technology of foreign economic activity planning is becoming especially relevant today. The article considers the factors influencing the planning of foreign economic activity of the enterprise, investigates the theoretical foundations of planning, suggests ways to improve the planning of foreign economic activity of the enterprise to increase competitiveness. The company’s success in the domestic or global market is its competitiveness, and as a result there is stability in the market. Competitiveness is the ability of an enterprise to conduct a fair competition in the chosen market, using all its resources productively, and as a result to make a profit. If the company occupies a leading position in the competitive market, then its product is in demand from consumers and has some advantages over the products of competitors. Managing the competitiveness of the enterprise is partly a function of general management, the purpose of which is to ensure the viability and sustainable operation of the enterprise in the event of any changes in the external environment. International competitiveness is the achievement by an enterprise of competitive advantages in competition on the international market. The study of competitiveness revealed its factors that influence the planning of imports. Internal factors depend on the nature of the enterprise, while external – on the state of the environment. Thus, successful foreign economic activity is determined by the optimal organizational structure of the department of foreign economic activity, coordination of all departments and specialists who provide export-import operations of the enterprise.

The article investigates and highlights the approaches to defining the concept of “enterprise restructuring” depending on the state of its development strategy, substantiates the economic essence of the concept of “innovation” and “innovative activity “. Based on the combination of characteristics and essence of these concepts, the definition of “innovative restructuring” is formalized and the author’s definition is proposed. It is determined that innovative restructuring is practiced not so much in crisis enterprises as in enterprises that operate stably and seek radical quality change. When making changes, the main ones should be the innovative orientation of management systems, production flexibility, purposeful and effective innovations. It is proved that for effective and complex innovative restructuring it is necessary to improve the enterprise management system by developing and implementing new principles, methods and management structures. That is why the elements of the mechanism of innovative restructuring of the enterprise were singled out and the functions of innovative restructuring were defined and detailed, which allowed to improve the conceptual and categorical apparatus of this economic concept. It is proved that the condition for effective implementation of innovations in the framework of restructuring is the presence of innovative potential in the enterprise. In addition, the transition of the enterprise from one stage of development to another involves the gradual development of innovation potential. This explains the close relationship and mutual influence between innovative restructuring and the innovative potential of the enterprise. Thus, the achievement of goals in the process of enterprise restructuring will depend on the ability to form an effective system of innovation management and the level of innovation potential of the enterprise – its ability to achieve innovative goals.

Also, marketing activities in the field of mechanical engineering helps to reduce the impact of elements of uncertainty and risk in the production and marketing activities of the enterprise. The practice of foreign machine-building enterprises indicates that the achievement of significant results in the activity is possible only with a thorough study of the machine-building market, as well as competitors operating in it, their careful assessment and consideration of their experience in their own activities. Taking into account the above features of the marketing activities of machine-building enterprises can be one of the ways to increase the competitiveness of domestic machine-building enterprises in international markets. Systematizing and analyzing objective information about the state of the market of machine-building products, the company is able to independently develop recommendations for making specific management decisions and methods of their implementation, to achieve the end results of efficiency in the activities of its machine-building enterprise. Marketing analysis of the external environment of domestic machine-building enterprises indicates that there is a complex and complex problem of competitiveness of the machine-building complex of Ukraine in world markets. In general, we can say about the domestic engineering industry: it is technologically backward, institutionally underdeveloped, too vulnerable to public policy and market fluctuations in the world market. Ukrainian machine building requires a comprehensive formation and gradual implementation of the national strategy for the development of the machine building industry and ensuring the appropriate level of its competitiveness in international markets. This necessitates the search for ways and means that can facilitate the transition of domestic machine-building enterprises to a better condition. Consideration of practice, analysis of development trends of machine-building enterprises allows to improve the quality of strategic management decisions, which will in the long run increase the level of competitiveness and enter new markets for domestic machine-building enterprises.

The aim of the article is to study the innovative capabilities of a production enterprise, it is determined that the inefficient use of innovative ideas by enterprises results from the need to increase the economic development of industrial enterprises and the introduction of innovative ideas and projects, as well as the development of a model of innovative development of the corresponding type. The subject of the study is: factors of generating signs of innovation, the influence of scientific and technical developments on the industrial enterprise is determined. The analysis of the existing structure allows us to determine precisely the priority directions of innovative development in the conditions of global changes and integration into the world economic space of post-socialist enterprises, taking into account constructive and key factors ensuring their resultant effect. In addition, a closed scheme of the formation of a system of strategic innovation development, which will allow the verification of the adequacy of predictive values and ensure the achievement of strategic innovative performance of the business entity, is proposed. Methodology. The article uses classical methods of scientific research, among which are: observation, scientific abstraction and comparison, analysis and synthesis. Results. The conducted research is based on the thesis that structural and dynamic shifts within the production enterprise and their transition to a qualitatively new level of economic growth are only possible if active development of innovative resources of different nature will increase the ability of the enterprise to self-development, improve competitive positions, and make it possible to become an equal partner in the world community. Practical implications. Explains the complex causes of the current state of industrial enterprises, namely, former socialist enterprises, their problems were identified, and the ways of the enterprises’ exit to the new level of development are proposed taking into account the constitutive and key factors of ensuring the effectiveness of the innovation activity itself. The closed-loop scheme of strategic innovation development of a production enterprise is suggested in the practice of management that will protect an enterprise from the inefficient use of innovative resources and innovative opportunities on the basis of a counter-check on the adequacy of the constructed forecasts and the feasibility of carrying out innovative changes and attracting investment resources. Value/originality. Most of the countries of the world strive to be committed to the Concept of Sustainable Development and develop their own national system for monitoring progress towards the implementation of the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals. In most cases, implementation is ensured through the national projects that have an infrastructure nature. At the same time, it is very appropriate to use the achievements of business organizations, primarily industrial enterprises, which include environmental and social goals as providing direct production activities. These goals and, accordingly, the indicators that evaluate them, reflect the process activity of the enterprise. The study shows the role of the project activity of the enterprise, which ensures the successful implementation of process goals within the functional direction (by the example of the environmental and social spheres of ensuring the production process of the enterprise). As a result of the analysis of the industrial enterprises standard reporting, indicators that meet the parameters of sustainable development approved in the Russian Federation, are identified. Recommendations are given for expanding the sustainable development goals that an industrial enterprise can meet in the framework of ensuring its production activities.

Sales activity is an essential element of the unified management system of any modern business entity. At present, sales of products are no less important than the production component. It is worth noting that in certain industry segments, as well as industrial and manufacturing sectors, an effectively organized and implemented sales system forms about 70% of the success of all business activities. These circumstances are predetermined by the fact that such industrial enterprises are forced to operate in a highly competitive market environment. At present, thanks to the research of modern theoretical scientists and various specialists, the management of product sales has reached a completely different qualitative level of development of theoretical and methodological justification, as well as scientific and applied solutions. All this justifies and actualizes the high degree of significance and prospects of the selected subject area of scientific research. In the context of the latter, the content essence and conceptual tasks of the marketing activity of an economic entity were studied; the system of organization and promotion of sales of products in conditions of risk, instability and uncertainty at the endo - and Exo-levels is investigated; the features of the process of selling industrial products of the object of research are identified and analyzed. The scientific achievement was a carefully developed scientific and theoretical basis for the system of organization, functioning and promotion of sales activities of the object under study in conditions of risk, instability and uncertainty of the market environment. Author's scientific achievements (directions of realization of sales activity at the enterprise; principles of organization of the sales management system in modern market conditions; elements of sales planning; means of sales promotion; forms of sales in the organization of sales activities at the enterprise; methods for improving the efficiency of the sales network at the enterprise), presented in the content part of the study, have a high theoretical and utilitarian significance, the latter determines the possibility of applying developments in research, educational and applied fields of activity.

General and special methods are used in the course of the research, in particular methods: dialectics and scientific abstraction – in determining the essence of the concept of management of innovative development of energy service enterprises and its components; graphic – to depict the constituent elements of the concept in the relationship; monographic – to describe the concept, its ideas and provisions. Findings. The essence of the concept of management of innovative development of energy service enterprises as the generalized understanding of separate processes which comprehensively characterizes it and promotes achievement of the purposes or the decision of problems is defined. The constituent concepts are established, in particular: the purpose, principles and features of activity, and also functions, methods and tools by means of which the set purposes are reached. Emphasis is placed on the dependence of the management of innovative development of the enterprise on environmental factors that directly and indirectly determine the supply and demand for innovation in the field of energy services. A schematic representation of the concept is given. The essence and significance of each constituent element of the concept are detailed; the elements of the innovation management system are emphasized separately. The directions and tools of integration of innovative development into all subsystems of the enterprise are substantiated. The urgency of increasing the level of innovative development of energy service enterprises through the introduction of the latest developments is substantiated. Some innovative solutions to which energy service enterprises should pay attention are characterized. Originality. The understanding of the concept of management of innovative development of energy service enterprises is systematized, and also elements of external environment and system of management of innovative development are structured in detail. In contrast to existing developments, the proposed concept more clearly and comprehensively substantiates the theoretical foundations of integration of innovative development into all management subsystems, as well as systematizes the impact of external factors on the innovative development of energy enterprises. Practical value. The proposed concept forms a theoretical and methodological basis for improving the management system of innovative development of energy service enterprises and ensuring the growth of the level of innovative services to improve energy efficiency. The essence of diversification and its directions is investigated in the article. Significance of external and internal effects of diversification, their interdependence is proved. The basic approaches to diversification of activity of economic entities are determined, causality of the diversification mechanism is established. The main types of diversification are highlighted and the classification of diversification according to its directions, methods and purpose for accounting and analytical purposes is proposed. The accounting and analytical goals of diversification implementation are investigated and their relationship with its strategy and processes is determined. The social results of the implementation of diversification processes at the enterprises for the society are determined and the achievement of the social effect of the diversification of the activity of the enterprises is substantiated. It is proved that the classification features and types of diversification highlighted in the article have the greatest influence on the organization of accounting of the enterprise and information support of the management personnel, who chose the diversification strategy of development. Diversification factors have been formulated. It is emphasized that the goal of diversification determines the result they seek to obtain in the course of diversification, and accordingly influences the composition of indicators that must be analyzed in order to determine whether the goal has been achieved, ie to determine the effectiveness of diversification processes. The role of diversification in the economic activity of the enterprise is determined. The classification features of diversification processes have been systematized. It is proved that diversification of business entities is a universal instrument of risk management, stabilization of financial stability and improvement of profitability indicators, and its use provides an opportunity to formulate long-term competitive advantages, attract investment capital and introduce innovative processes.

At present, China’s economic development has made unprecedented progress, but it is also facing a severe situation, and the environmental carrying capacity has almost reached its limit. For this reason, the government vigorously promotes the construction of ecological civilization and advocates green development, circular development, and low-carbon development. Enterprise green operation is a business activity that integrates environmental protection into the whole process of enterprise operation and management. It requires the guiding ideology of business operations and every link of business management to be based on environmental protection. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems between the development of corporate GDP and green protection and analyze the impact of green business development policies on China’s corporate GDP. In order to further clarify the impact of green development on social development of Chinese enterprises, this paper investigates the economic and environmental aspects of green transformation enterprises nationwide. The research results show that China’s green enterprise development has achieved remarkable development achievements. The average growth rate of China’s green development GDP in recent years has begun to significantly exceed the average growth rate of green GDP over the same period. The average annual growth rate of the enterprise’s total economic growth of green environmental protection GDP has reached 11.58%, surpassing the average growth rate of the green GDP economy of the same period of 0.12%. Chinese companies have also achieved impressive corporate achievements following the implementation of the national guidelines for green development. For the first time in 31 inland provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, chemical companies have achieved green production, and the average GDP growth rate has reached 8.75% for the first time.

The article deals with the features of the controlling implementation in trade enterprises in the context of the international dimension, the possibility of adapting international approaches to the Ukrainian conditions of business. The essential concept of controlling and its connection with realization of the general functions of management is defined. It is established that controlling is a management subsystem that ensures the achievement of the mission and system of goals of the enterprise, covers all areas of activity, business processes and business facilities. It is determined that effective business processes are the driving force of success of a trading company, so the implementation of processes should be monitored and any deviations should be corrected in a timely manner. It was found that the concept of controlling is not limited to pure control. The impossibility of considering controlling only at the final stage of management is substantiated. Controlling ensures the achievement of the goals of trade networks, directing the functioning of the management system of trade entrepreneurs in a single direction, defined by strategic, tactical and operational plans. The experience of other countries in controlling conducting at trade enterprises is studied. The tools of foreign practice that can be used in the implementation of controlling of different areas (marketing controlling, procurement and logistics controlling, financial activities controlling, sales controlling, financial activities controlling) are defined: kaizen system, Just-in-time system, CRM, benchmarking, ABS-analysis and XYZ-analysis, PIMS, outsourcing matrix, DPS method, profitability chart «Maisigma», PEST-analysis, Monte Carlo method, methodology of «quality circles», sensitivity analysis, construction of a map of strategic groups, quality standards, performance indicators, calculation of inventory levels, comparison of costs in the value chain, change management, management of «weak» signals, hierarchy of strategies, building a map of business processes. Implementation of controlling provides an increase in trade to 25%; increase in profit from 10 to 12%; increase in profitability from 8 to 20%; increase labor productivity to 30%.

Іntroduction. Economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity is one of the most important criteria that are associated with the achievement of strategic goals in the development of the enterprise. The main problem in evaluating and applying cost-effectiveness tools is to obtain the best financial results through the use of all available resources. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the problems and generalize those concepts that are related to the choice of methodological approaches and directions of development of economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity. Results. The paper analyzes of modern methods of estimation of economic efficiency of business activity is made. Problems and shortcomings were identified as well as the implications of using these methods. The concept of economic and social efficiency is elaborated and disclosed, as well as the essence of theoretical and practical aspects on estimation of the enterprise activity efficiency is revealed. Characterization of methodological approaches and methods themselves was also carried out. The analysis on the use of modern methods of performance evaluation in the context of modern development of Ukrainian enterprises is carried out. Positive and negative aspects of application of modern methods of estimation of efficiency of activity of the enterprise were revealed. Priorities of development of methods of estimation of efficiency on the conditions of adaptation taking into account development of market relations are also investigated. Conclusion. Thus, the analysis of modern methods of assessing the economic efficiency of entrepreneurial activity at the present stage makes it possible to conclude that the valuation methods used have positive and negative factors. The conducted research revealed problems in the application of modern methods in practice in business activity.

The competitiveness of any structural unit is determined by its competitive position, and the competitive position, in turn, is the presence of competitive advantages or competitive advantage.The purpose of the study of the authors of this article is to identify the necessary competitive advantages of the company staff, which contribute the achievement of exclusive competence of staff, and, ultimately, the competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole.Research methods:comparative analysis - to identify, develop and enhance competitive advantages; system analysis – to substantiate the specific features of competitive advantages of personnel; matrix – for positioning competitive advantages of personnel of enterprises; taxonomies – to calculate their magnitude and forecast directions of development.Results: The acquisition, development and maintenance of competitive advantages as the basis for achieving the competitiveness of the enterprise is proposed to be considered in three directions: to achieve the competitiveness of the company's products; to achieve the competitiveness of the organization itself; to acquire certain, necessary for this organization, the exclusive competence of the personnel of the enterprise.Conclusions: One of the prerequisites for proper development of an enterprise against the backdrop of acute competition is the formation of a strategy for personnel management that is adequate to the overall strategy of the organization, and one of the main prerequisites for the creation of an adequate competitive strategy for managing the personnel of the enterprise is the presence of competitive advantages of personnel, their identification or acquisition, development and consolidation.

The article brings out the problems of unjustified equalization and fragmentary formalization of such definitions as «creative economy», «creative industries», «cultural industries», «creative product», «product of creativity». Based on retrospective analysis, it is argued that cultural industries are part of the creative industries and, correspondingly, the use of these concepts as synonyms in the economic scientific field be incorrect. On the basis of comparative analysis, the fundamental difference between enterprises of various types of economic activity in the creative economy and enterprises of creative industries was identified, which is determined by the results of creative process. It is substantiated that in the former case such a result is the product of creativity, which is a combination of creative ideas and non-standard solutions that ensure the achievement of the desired results of the enterprise in dynamic business environment and/or represents the final market product. The result of creative process in the field of kindred industries is a creative product – a specific symbolic and semantic ware, characterized not only by its economic, but also its socio-cultural value, which includes some socially significant content, is determined by the current conditions of socio-economic reality. The proposed authors’ definition of creative industries is, according to the results of the research, a sphere (type) of entrepreneurial activity based on the intellectual and creative abilities of economic interaction entities as to creation and offer of a creative product that meets the socio-cultural needs of consumers.
