DRACL is a privacy-preserving, scalable, secure, and developer and user friendly federated access control system. It allows producers to manage, through a single authentication provider, which consumers can access what content across all content hosts that support the DRACL protocol. It preserves user privacy by not revealing the producers' social networks to content hosts and consumers and allowing content consumers to access content anonymously. Unlike existing solutions, DRACL is federated (cf. Facebook Connect, Google Sign-In), does not have a single point of failure (cf. Mozilla Persona, OpenID), and does not reveal its producers' social networks to content hosts (cf. Facebook Connect's user_friends permission).

Examensarbete beskriver hur ett analysverktyg har skapats för materialförbrukningen på Motorunderhållsavdelningen på Volvo Aero Corporation. Analysverktyget tar fram snittlistor och inköpslistor till motorn PW100. Dokumentering vid skapandet av analysverktyget sker i sju delar. Genom att skapa ett analysverktyg kan de strategiska materialplanerarna på Volvo Aero lätt generera en snittlista eller en inköpslista som baseras på historisk data. Tidigare var de strategiska materialplanerana tvungna att beräkna snittlistor manuellt och mycket handpåläggning gjorde att resultatet inte alltid var pålitligt. En förstudie gjordes för att få en bättre inblick i den nuvarande organisationen och hur arbetet styrs på motorunderhållsavdelningen på Volvo Aero. Intervjuer utfördes löpande samtidigt som en litteraturstudie inom området logistik gjordes. Detta för att få tillräckligt med kunskap till att skapa ett analysverktyg utifrån behov. En kravspecifikation togs fram för att bestämma vad analysverktyget skall innehålla för funktioner. Eftersom en stor mängd data hanterades användes Microsoft Access. Data hämtades från databasen SAP. Analysverktyget är uppbygd i tre delar: 1. Snittlista: Visar den genomsnittliga förbrukningen av material för vald motortyp och underhållstyp. 2. Lagersaldo: Kontrollerar vad som finns i lager utifrån vald motortyp och underhållstyp. Nya och begagnade delar är valbara. 3. Inkommande material: Visar material som inte har levererats in utifrån vald motortyp och underhållstyp. Utifrån dessa tre delar skapades en inköpslista. Inköpslistan innehåller motortyp, materialnummer, materialbeskrivning, kvantitet, pris och ABC-klassifikation. Noggrannare listor kan tas fram vilket leder till minskad kapitalbindning och en förbättrad leveransservice. Resultatet blir mer faktabaserat eftersom tidigare historik uttnyttjas.
The thesis report describes the way of creating an analysis tool for material consumption at the department of engine service at Volvo Aero Corporation. The analysis tool generates average lists and purchase lists for PW100 engine. The documentation of the analysis tool is described in seven parts. By using the tool the structural material planner can in an easy manner generate lists that are based on earlier historical data. Instead of creating lists manually the material planner can gain more accurate lists much faster. Previously there were no fact based results in comparison with today. Pre studies were made to gain a better insight of the current organization and processes at the engine service department. Interviews with staff as well literature studies in the field of storage and spare parts manage has given possibilities to create an analysis tool. Plan of requirements were created to specify the features of the analysis tool. The program Microsoft Access was chosen due to the amout of data to construct the analysis tool. All information was brought from the database SAP. The analysis tool was built in three integrated parts: 1. Average list: shows the average consumption of material for selected engine and maintenance type. 2. Stock status: checks the stock for material for selected engine and maintenance type. New and used material is selectable. 3. Incoming material: shows incoming material that is undelivered for selected engine and maintenance type. By these three integrated parts the analysis tool generates a purchase list. The list contains engine type, material number, material description, quantity, price and ABC-classification. By implementing the analysis tool in the daily work purchases will be more accurate. Capital binding will decrease as well.

Syftet med den här rapporten är att beskriva ett antal olika tillvägagångssätt man kan använda sig av då man har behov av att dela in ett lokalt nätverk i olika segment och med det även kunna reglera trafikflödet mellan segmenten. De lösningar som presenteras i arbetet är inriktade mot mikro- och småföretag.Anledningen till att vi har valt att arbeta med det här området är att vi anser att det är viktigt för organisationer att har en strukturerad och segmenterad design på sitt interna datornätverk.Vi har arbetat genom att i förväg samla in information om olika tekniker som kan tänkas lösa vårt problem, och därefter testat olika scenarion med dessa tekniker. Data har samlats in efter varje genomfört scenario och sammanställts i statistisk form för att kunna avgöra vilken metod som var att föredra.Vi har testat lösningar där man segmenterar nätverket i en lager 2-switch medan man möjliggör och förhindrar trafikflöde mellan segmenten i en router. Även lösningar där man använder en lager 3-switch har testats. På så sätt kan routningen ske direkt i switchen och det blir betydligt mindre belastning i routern. Resultatet visar att då man vill segmentera ett nätverk så är det rekommenderat att man använder sig av VLAN och ACL:er och eventuellt i kombination med en brandvägg.Slutresultatet av rapporten är att en lösning med ”router on a stick” är den billigaste lösningen och troligen den som de flesta mindre företag skulle klara sig med. Vilken lösning man väljer beror dock helt på hur mycket pengar man vill lägga på sitt nätverk samt vad kraven är.


The purpose of this report is to describe a number of approaches that can be used when you are in need of dividing a local area network in a number of segments, and with that also be able to control how data traffic is allowed to traverse between the different segments. The solutions that are presented are focused towards micro and small companies.The reason that we have chosen to work with this matter is that we believe it is important for organizations to have a structured and segmented design of its internal computer network.We have been working by in advance collecting information about various techniques that might solve our problem, and then testing different scenarios using these techniques. Data have been collected after each tested scenario and compiled in statistical form in order to determine which method that was preferable.We have been testing solutions were you segment the network in a layer 2 switch while you allow or deny communication between the segments in a router, and also solutions were you use a layer 3 switch. In that way you can let the routing be performed in the switch, which leads to significantly lower load on the router. The result was that if you are about to segment a local area network it is recommended that you use VLAN and ACL:s, and possibly in combination with a firewall.The final result of this report is that a solution using the “router on a stick”-technique is the cheapest one, and probably the one that most small companies would get along with. However, the solution that you choose depends completely on how much money you want to spend on your network, and also what the needs are.

Робота складається з 78 сторінок, і містить 10 ілюстрацій, 23 таблиці та 6 джерел. Метою роботи є розробка системи автоматизованого збору та перевірки мережевих налаштувань. Областю дослідження в даній роботі було обрано тематику налаштувань мережного обладнання з урахуванням найкращих практик сформульованих CISCO. Результатом роботи є сформульований перелік правил та політик, що мають бути активовано на мережевому обладнанні а також програмний засіб, що проводить автоматизовано перевірку налаштувань мережного обладнання на предмет відповідності зазначеним правилам. Проведено тестування розробленого програмного засобу на віртуальному маршрутизаторі CISCO, за результатами можна вважати ціль диплому досягненою.
The work consists of 78 pages, and contains 10 illustrations, 23 tables and 6 sources. The aim of the work is to develop a system for automated collection and validation of network settings. The scope of research in this paper was chosen for the topic of network equipment settings, taking into account the best practices developed by CISCO. The result of the work is the formulated list of rules and policies that must be activated on the network equipment as well as a software tool that automates the testing of network equipment settings for compliance with the rules. Testing of the developed software on the CISCO virtual router has been carried out, according to the results, the goal of the diploma achieved.

Some problems in configurations of network devices are difficult to identify. Access control lists present an important part of many configurations. Conflicts among rules of an access control list can cause holes in security policy or quality of service. In this paper we focus on identifying and classifying conflicts among rules of an access control list. Discovering all possible types of conflicts is not a trivial task. We present optimized algorithm for complete access control list analysis using tries, based on existing research by Baboescu and Varghese. The tool for detecting conflicts among access control list rules of one given Cisco, HP or Juniper device using tries based algorithm has been implemented. Bit vectors in tries use WAH compression method to reduce memory consumption. Implemented tool was tested for correctness and performance. The hypothesis that this solution would make the analysis of access lists significantly faster has been proven.

L’augmentation de la fréquence hebdomadaire des séances d’Hémodialyse (HD) serait la technique qui se rapprocherait le plus du rôle physiologique des reins. L’Hémodialyse quotidienne (HDQ) a été développée afin d’améliorer la qualité de vie des patients ainsi que l’épuration sanguine. Néanmoins, son association avec la survie reste controversée et son lien avec l’accès à la greffe rénale n’avait jusqu’alors jamais été étudié. Par ailleurs, les connaissances en termes de pratiques en France étaient jusqu’à aujourd’hui très faibles. Dans ce contexte, cette thèse vise à caractériser les patients français en HDQ et leurs trajectoires en plus d’analyser l’association entre l’HDQ et la transplantation rénale et la survie des patients. Une étude épidémiologique a été menée à partir du Réseau en Epidémiologie et Information en Néphrologie (REIN) où ont été inclus tous les patients âgés ≥18 ans et qui ont démarré une séance d’HDQ entre 2003 et 2012 en France. L’extraction d’un certain nombre de données biocliniques de REIN a permis de montrer que les patients français en HDQ étaient caractérisés pour présenter des profils très hétérogènes. En effet, en fonction de l’âge médian (64 ans) deux sous-groupes de patients ont pu être comparés : les âgés (moyenne d’âge : 76,6 ± 6,9 ans) en mauvaises conditions médicales et qui décédaient rapidement ; les jeunes (moyenne d’âge : 47,2 ± 12 ans) qui étaient en HDQ avant d’accéder à la greffe. Par ailleurs, en fonction des trajectoires initiales, deux sous-groupes ont également pu être comparés : patients démarrant directement par HDQ (dHDQ, n=257) ; patients démarrant par un autre traitement (cHDQ, n=496). Ensuite, cette thèse a permis de montrer qu’en France, après l’inscription sur la liste, les patients en HDQ avaient une moindre probabilité d’accéder à la greffe que les patients en HD 3x/semaine (SHR=0,74 ; IC 95%: 0,58-0,95). Par ailleurs, après ajustement sur l’âge, le sexe et les comorbidités, l’HDQ était associée avec un sur-risque de décès (HR=1,58 ; IC 95%: 1,4-1,8) en comparaison avec l’HD 3x/semaine. Ce travail de thèse a permis d’élucider nos connaissances en termes de pratiques associées avec l’HDQ bien que les raisons pour lesquelles les patients démarrent une HDQ ne sont pas connues. Nous émettons l’hypothèse que les indications pour l’HDQ en France sont probablement différentes de celles appliquées dans d’autres pays, ceci pourrait expliquer nos résultats en termes de mortalité
An increase frequency of weekly sessions of Hemodialysis (HD) should be more physiological than a conventional HD 3x/week. Daily Hemodialysis (DHD) was developed in order to enhance patients’ quality of life in addition to blood purification. Nevertheless, its effect on survival remains controversial and the association between DHD and the access to renal transplantation has never been evaluated. Moreover, knowledges about DHD practices in France were until today very poor. In this context, the aims of this thesis was firstly, to describe profiles of French patients on DHD and their initial trajectories; secondly to analyze the association between DHD and renal transplantation, then survival in comparison with conventional HD 3x/week. An epidemiologic study has been conducted based on Renal Epidemiology and Information in Nephrology (REIN) registry. Were included all patients aged ≥18 years who initiated a DHD between 2003 and 2012 in France. Bio-clinical data analyses showed that French patients were characterized to present various profiles. Indeed, according to the median age (64 years), two sub-groups were distinguished and compared: old (mean age: 76.6 ± 6.9 years) in bad medical conditions who died rapidly; young (mean age: 47.2 ± 12 years) waiting for renal transplantation. Moreover, according to the initial trajectories, two sub-groups were also constructed: patients starting directly with DHD (dDHD, n=257); patients starting with another dialysis before switching for DHD (cDHD, n=496). Then, this thesis allowed showing that in France and after being waitlisting, patients on DHD had lower probability of being renal transplanted (SHR=0.74; 95%CI: 0.58-0.95). Then, after the adjustment on sex, age and comorbidities, DHD was associated with a higher risk of death compared to conventional HD 3sessions/week. Reasons why a patient started a DHD are unknown, but this work allows us to enhance our knowledges in terms of medical practices associated with DHD. We hypothesized that DHD indications in France might be different from other countries which could explain our results in terms of mortality

This masters thesis describes simulation of network using Network Simulator. Model of network and description of simulation is extracted from the analysis of configuration files of active network devices, and translated by a parser. Concept and implementation of the parser is described here. Because IPv4 addressing is not supported in Network Simulator, it was added as a new module. The Network Simulator is also extended by filtering properties of packets using access control lists. Practical usage of the implemented modules is demonstrated on a simulation of real network.

INTRODUÇÃO:Os medicamentos pertencentes à RENAME têm sua eficácia comprovada são embasados sob critérios técnicos e científicos, e quando prescritos assumem profunda relevância dentro do contexto da saúde pública brasileira, por facilitarem o acesso aos medicamentos.OBJETIVO: Avaliar a associação entre acesso a medicamentos e prescrição segundo a Relação Nacional de Medicamentos Essenciais (RENAME). METODOLOGIA: Foram analisadas cópias de receitas médicas obtidas da pesquisa intitulada Experiência de Acesso da População de Baixa Renda a Medicamentos e Genéricos, Município de São Paulo 2005; para as análises estatísticas, foram utilizados os programas Epi-Info 2000 e OpenEpi. RESULTADOS: A média de medicamentos com receita foi de 2,5 / desvio padrão: 1,5479; o percentual de nenhum acesso e acesso parcial ás prescrições, juntos, foi de 54por cento ; nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde foram realizadas mais da metade das prescrições analisadas; a forma farmacêutica predominante foi comprimidos; cerca de 75por cento dos medicamentos estava presente nas listas de medicamentos essenciais, nacional ou municipal; dos medicamentos prescritos, 78por cento foram obtidos e 41por cento , dos que não estavam prescritos, também foram obtidos. CONCLUSÃO: Do total de medicamentos analisados, 65por cento estavam prescritos segundo a RENAME, e desses, 78por cento , foram obtidos; as Unidades Básicas de Saúde foram responsáveis por fornecer mais da metade das receitas; a quantidade de medicamentos prescritos mostrou-se negativamente correlacionada ao percentual de acesso aos mesmos; as prescrições quando seguem a RENAME têm a chance de acesso entre 4 a 6 vezes maior de se obter os medicamentos
INTRODUCTION: The medicaments belonging to RENAME have their eficiency verified, under technical and cientific criteria and when they are prescribed they become a matter of great concern regarding the Brazilian Publich Health because they facilitate the access to medicaments. OBJECTIVE: Evaluate the association between access to medicaments and prescription according the National List of Essential Medicaments (RENAME). METHODOLOGY : Copies of the medical prescriptions obtained from the research called Experience in Access to medicament and Generic of Low income population, Sao Paulo Municipal Discrict, 2005,and also the Programs Epi-Info 2000 and OpenEpi because of the statistic analysis. RESULTS: The average of medicament with prescription was 2,5 / Standard Deviation: 1.5479, the percentage of no access and partial access together was 54per cent. More than a half of the analysed prescriptions were done at the Health Fundamental Units. Also, among the pharmaceutical kinds, tablets and pills were the dominant ones and around 75per cent of the medicaments were present in the lists of essential medicaments in the country and districs. Among the prescribed medicaments, 78per cent were obtained while 41per cent of the non-prescribed ones were also obtained. CONCLUSION: From a total of the analysed medicaments, 65per cent of them were prescribed observing RENAME, and 78per cent of them were obtained. The Health Fundamental Units were responsible for providing more than a half of the prescriptions. The amount of medicaments involved were negatively correlated to the number of medicaments. The prescriptions that observe RENAME have 4 to 6 times more chances to be successful when it comes to obtaining medicines

This thesis examines the implementation of the new digital information and communications technologies (ICTs) by the Women in Film and Television (WIFT) Non-government organisation (NGO) at the state, national and international levels through an ethnographic, participant observation case study, informed by the precepts of feminist research. A quantitative survey of Australian peak women's NGOs participating in the electronic mailing list - Pamela's List is also conducted mapping the context in which WIFT operates and providing an overview of Australian women's peak NGOs' uptake and use of ICTs. The findings are situated in relation to a review of the international surveys available on women's NGOs and the surveys and research reports available on the overall NGO sector, nationally and internationally. The study addresses two neglected areas in the ICT literature. For over a decade Feminist theorists have pointed to the omission of gender as a focus in studies on the new information and communications technologies. There has also been little research and few surveys into the uptake of ICTs by either women's NGOs or the broader NGO sector, nationally or internationally. The detailed, longitudinal case study of the implementation process from pre-establishment through to advanced use of digital communications by a women's NGO at state, national and international level is also unique. Combined with the survey, it affords the opportunity to not only document which ICTs are being adopted but also why particular technologies are being used over others and how they are being used. Despite key successes, the results show less than optimum uptake, a lack of advanced or strategic use, and the myriad of challenges shared by all three WIFT organisations, Australian women's peak NGOs, and the national and international NGO sector in utilising ICTs. The reasons for this are analysed revealing the conflicting values between the NGO sector and those underlying the development of ICTs and demonstrates that difficulties systemic to both the technology and the NGO sector are limiting access and utilisation by women's NGOs. While the myths of women as technophobic are seriously challenged by the findings, the study highlights the importance of gender factors in limiting access and uptake and shaping the use of ICTs. Australian women's NGOs' uptake is shown to be less than their mixed gender counterparts and the study also reveals a lack of acknowledgement by government of gender as a key factor in the uptake of ICTs. It is also shown that significant funding, infrastructure support and policy initiatives recognising the special technological and communication challenges of women's NGOs and the overall NGO sector are needed, if both are to fully and strategically embrace these technologies and function effectively in the new millennium. The significant contribution to knowledge of this thesis lies foremost in furthering the understanding of gender as a key factor in the uptake and utilisation of the new ICTs while at the same time challenging the patriarchal myth of women as technophobic. It thus contributes to the reconstruction of the epistemologies surrounding women's relationship to technology. The study also contributes to furthering the current very limited knowledge and understanding of women's NGOs and the overall NGO sector's uptake and use of information and communications technology. The knowledge and the critical insight provided is not purely historical but rather as the push to take up broadband begins, has relevance to this and future technological innovations. Without an understanding of the process, requirements and challenges faced by women's NGOs and the NGO sector in general, the existing problems will continue to be replicated. E-LIS is an open access archive for library and information science. With over 5,800 documents as of June 2007 (over 5,000 in February 2007 when the archive was investigated in-depth), E-LIS is the world’s largest archive for LIS. Over half the documents in ELIS are peer-reviewed. E-LIS is particularly strong in English and Spanish language documents, but supports over 22 languages. With this multilingual support and a global team of volunteer editors, E-LIS has significant diversity in content, an advantage over traditional, english-based LIS resources. Not surprising, this tool designed by and for librarians features robust and user friendly search options. Lack of phrase searching, and pointing to a cross-archiving searching tool no longer supported when much better options are available, are identified as areas for improvement.

This work presents the comparison made through simulations of discreet events, accomplished with the software ARENA, the techniques of Time Division Duplex (TDD) and Frequency Division Duplex (FDD). Techniques present in the pattern IEEE 802.16 and used by WiMAX in the bi-directional channels of uplink and downlink. The simulation model considered in the line of arrival of the services the concept FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and the simulations were accomplished considering five applications (Streaming, Download, Web, E-mail and Small-Transaction) for downlink and uplink. The number of channels in the Base Station varied from 4 to 60, with a throughput of 600 kbps. The regarded efficiency parameter was the minimum number of channels necessary in each one of the standard channels. The simulations were accomplished in three sceneries., In the first scenery it was considered the same profile of traffic for downlink and uplink, in the second scenery a traffic of downlink 2, 5, 10 and 15 times larger than the one of uplink. And, in the third scenery it was considered different proportions of traffics varying from 2 to 5 times more, 5 to 10 times more and from 10 to 15 times more. The analyses were done considering as efficiency parameter the converge of the waiting time of the users. ,It was verified that in asymmetric data traffic, the TDD technique was more efficient and there were spectrum idleness in the FDD technique.
Este trabalho apresenta a compara??o efetuada por meio de simula??es de eventos discretos, realizadas com o software ARENA, das t?cnicas de Duplexa??o por Divis?o no Tempo (TDD) e Duplexa??o por Divis?o da Freq??ncia (FDD), t?cnicas presentes no padr?o IEEE 802.16 e utilizadas pelo WiMAX nos canais bidirecionais de uplink e downlink. O modelo de simula??o considerou na fila de chegada dos servi?os o conceito FIFO (First-In, First-Out) e as simula??es foram realizadas considerando cinco aplica??es (Streaming, Download, Web, E-mail e Small-Transaction) para downlink e uplink. O n?mero de canais na Base Station variou de 4 a 60, com um throughput de 600 kbps. O par?metro de efici?ncia considerado foi o n?mero m?nimo de canais necess?rio em cada um dos canais padr?es. As simula??es foram realizadas em tr?s cen?rios, sendo que, no primeiro cen?rio se considerou o mesmo perfil de tr?fego para downlink e uplink, no segundo cen?rio com tr?fego de downlink 2, 5, 10 e 15 vezes maior que o de uplink. E, no terceiro cen?rio com propor??es variadas de tr?fegos variando de 2 a 5 vezes mais, 5 a 10 vezes mais e de 10 a 15 vezes mais. Realizadas as simula??es foram feitas as an?lises dos desempenhos, tomando como par?metro de efici?ncia a taxa de chegada e o tempo de espera do usu?rio perante aplica??es t?picas utilizadas na tecnologia de banda licenciada WiMAX, que segue este padr?o. A an?lise efetuada permitiu identificar, dada estas condi??es de tr?fego, qual das t?cnicas seria a mais indicada. Constatou-se ainda que em tr?fego de dados assim?tricos a t?cnica TDD se apresentou mais eficiente e, observou-se existir ociosidade de espectro na t?cnica FDD.

This paper shows a field-trial investigation comparing the use of IPv4 and IPv6 protocols on web pages access considering the real user perspective and the transition period from IPv4 to IPv6. To perform this study, it was developed a testbed in which three adressing configurations of Internet Protocol, IPv4, IPv6, and Duas Stack (IPv4+IPv6), were used to access the top 100 world most visited web pages with an IPv6 enabled address. In addiction, several software tools were developed, that enabled more than 600 simultaneous accesses between IPv4, IPv6 and Dual Stack, to each of these pages. Those accesses were performed every hour during the period of a month, enabling to obtain more than 20 GB of information on the web access. Results showed that lower loading times obtained by IPv6 and Dual Stack are related to the partial acquisition of the content. In fact, for IPv6, the number of web pages with faster loading times goes from 57 to 20% when the average number of bytes obtained by IPv6 and the IPv4 is similar. For Dual Stack the number goes from 25 to 5% given the same conditions. It was also noted that 18 of the 100 pages which were considered, no content would be presented to the user in more than 50% of the performed accesses. Regarding the preference for IPv6 instead of IPv4, on Dual Stack it was observed that 90% of the acquired content for 27 of 100 web pages was made by IPv6.
Este trabalho apresenta um estudo de campo, comparativo, sobre a utiliza??o dos protocolos IPv4 e IPv6 no acesso a p?ginas web. Foi considerada a perspectiva de um usu?rio real deste tipo de servi?o, no atual per?odo de transi??o do IPv4 para o IPv6. Para que tal estudo pudesse ser realizado, foi desenvolvido um arranjo no qual tr?s configura??es de endere?amento do Protocolo de Internet, IPv4, IPv6 e Pilha Dupla (IPv4+IPv6), foram utilizadas nos acessos ?s 100 p?ginas web, com suporte ao I v6, mundialmente mais visitadas. Al?m disso, foram desenvolvidas uma s?rie de shell scripts que possibilitaram mais de 600 acessos simult?neos do IPv4, IPv6 e Pilha Dupla, a cada uma dessas p?ginas. Tais acessos foram executados de hora em hora, durante o per?odo de um m?s, possibilitando a obten??o de mais de 20 GB de informa??es relativas ao acesso web. Os resultados do estudo mostraram que os tempos de carregamento menores obtidos pelo IPv6 e pela Pilha Dupla, est?o relacionados com a aquisi??o parcial do conte?do. De fato, para o IPv6, o n?mero de p?ginas web com tempos de carregamento menores diminui de 57 para 20% quando a m?dia do n?mero de bytes obtidos pelo IPv6 e pelo IPv4 ? similar. Para a Pilha Dupla, dadas as mesmas condi??es, o n?mero diminui de 25 para 5%. Tamb?m foi observado que para 18 das 100 p?ginas web consideradas, nenhum conte?do foi apresentado ao usu?rio em mais de 50% dos acessos efetuados. The alterations to the way knowledge is produced and the great amount of documents stimulate and pressurize into changes in cataloguing. In this context, a theoretical model for cataloguing known as Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) was published in 1998. Generally speaking, the cataloguing codes are divided into two parts: one related to description and another to the access points. This work aims to analyse the procedures to choose the access points of personal responsibility of the bibliographic records, in order to relate them to the concepts shown in the FRBR. The present work is characterized as a theoretical search and the investigation resorts to deductive approach to analyse the rules and the internationally accepted principles utilized in the choice of the access points. This search also has an empirical part to collect factual data about the use of cataloguing rules and to compare the registers with or without the use of the FRBR. As a result, it is observed that the cataloguing rules are still directed to the impressed catalogues. However, the concepts presented by the FRBR are related to the automated catalogues. The FRBR enlarge the dimensions of the responsabilities about the content of work and expression, and they translate the social changes to the possibilities of information representation in the bibliographic records. With the FRBR the rules have to be stipulated to facilitate the user activities. This implies in the review of the cataloguing rules, mainly the ones related to the choice of the access point. In this way, the professional of information will pay more efforts to determine which the access points for the user are. Among the uncountable impacts caused by the FRBR, perhaps the most important are to resume the discussion about the cataloguing in theoretical level and to highlight the importance of intellectual work of professional of information.
As altera??es na forma de produ??o do conhecimento e o grande volume de documentos pressionaram e estimularam mudan?as na cataloga??o. Nesse contexto, foi publicado em 1998 um modelo te?rico para a cataloga??o conhecido como Requisitos Funcionais para Registros Bibliogr?ficos (FRBR . Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records). Em geral, os c?digos de cataloga??o s?o divididos em duas partes: uma destinada ? descri??o e outra aos pontos de acesso. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar os procedimentos para a escolha dos pontos de acesso de responsabilidade pessoal do registro bibliogr?fico, relacionando-os com os conceitos apresentados nos FRBR. Caracterizada como uma pesquisa te?rica, a investiga??o recorreu ? abordagem dedutiva para analisar as regras e os princ?pios aceitos internacionalmente utilizados na escolha dos pontos de acesso. A pesquisa tamb?m possui uma parte emp?rica para coletar dados factuais sobre a aplica??o de regras de cataloga??o e comparar os registros com e sem a base dos FRBR. Como resultado, observou-se que as regras da cataloga??o ainda se direcionam aos cat?logos impressos. No entanto, os conceitos apresentados pelos FRBR se relacionam aos cat?logos automatizados. Os FRBR ampliam as dimens?es das responsabilidades sobre o conte?do de uma obra e express?o, traduzindo as altera??es sociais para as possibilidades de representa??o da informa??o nos registros bibliogr?ficos. Com os FRBR as regras devem ser estipuladas para facilitar as atividades dos usu?rios. Isto implica na revis?o das regras de cataloga??o, especialmente as relacionadas ? escolha dos pontos de acesso. Assim, o bibliotec?rio empenhar? mais esfor?os para determinar quais ser?o os pontos de acesso necess?rios aos seus usu?rios. The conceptions of the judicial function, the process and the factors of legitimacy of the norm of decision are changed according to the model of State (liberal, social democratic and constitutional). The right of access to justice, likewise, follows the ideals present in constitutional movements experienced in different historical moments. The deficit of legitimacy of the judiciary is recurring subject of study in the doctrine, especially in the face of democratic standards that permeate the current paradigm of state. Under the process law, the essential element for the distinction of the states based on the rule of law (formal and material) and the democratic constitutional state lies in the democratic guarantee of participation to the litigants in the process of elaborating the norm of decision. The concern about the participatory democracy and the concretion of fundamental rights has as presupposition the conception of popular sovereignty. Keeping this effort in mind, the civil procedure cannot be oblivious to such considerations, especially when it justifies its constitutional conformation from the institutionalization of discourse within the procedural field (democratic principle) and of the democratization of access to justice, leading to the necessary contestation of the theory of instrumentality of the process. The democratic prospects of civil procedure and the concern about the legitimacy of the rule of decision cannot be moved away from the analysis of the judicial function and the elements that influence the legal suit s progress. The computerization of the judicial process entails extensive modification in the way the judicial function is developed, in view of automation of activities held, of the eliminating of bureaucratic tasks, manual and repetitive, and of streamlining the procedure. The objective of this study is to analyze the dogmatic changes and resulting practices from the implementation of the Judicial Electronic Process (JEP), prepared by the National Council of Justice, under the parameters of procedural discourse and democratic access to justice. Two hypotheses are raised, which, based on a bibliographic-documentary, applied and exploratory research, are contested dialectically. The expansion of publicity of procedural acts and the facilitating of communication and practice of such acts are elements that contribute to the effective participation of the recipients of the norm of decision in its making process and, therefore, the democratic principle in the procedural field. Ensuring access (to the parts) to the case files and reasonable duration of the process along with the preservation of its founding principles (contradictory, legal defense and isonomy) are essential to ensure democratic access to justice within the virtual system
As concep??es acerca da fun??o jurisdicional, do processo e dos fatores de legitimidade da norma de decis?o s?o alteradas conforme o modelo de Estado (liberal, social e democr?tico constitucional). O direito de acesso ? justi?a, do mesmo modo, acompanha os ideais presentes nos movimentos constitucionais vivenciados em momentos hist?ricos distintos. O d?ficit de legitimidade do Poder Judici?rio ? mat?ria recorrente na doutrina, mormente diante dos par?metros democr?ticos que permeiam o atual paradigma de Estado. No ?mbito do direito processual, o elemento essencial para a distin??o entre os Estados de direito (formal e material) e o Estado democr?tico constitucional reside na garantia democr?tica de participa??o dos sujeitos processuais no processo de elabora??o da norma de decis?o. A preocupa??o com a democracia participativa e a concretiza??o dos direitos fundamentais tem como pressuposto a concep??o da soberania popular. Nesse af?, o processo civil n?o pode estar alheio a tais considera??es, mormente quando se justifica a sua conforma??o constitucional a partir da institucionaliza??o do discurso no ?mbito processual (princ?pio democr?tico) e da democratiza??o do acesso ? justi?a, com a necess?ria contesta??o da teoria da instrumentalidade do processo. A perspectiva democr?tica do processo civil e a preocupa??o com a legitimidade da norma de decis?o n?o podem se afastar da an?lise da fun??o jurisdicional e dos elementos que influenciam no andamento processual. An exploratory study about the open access to scientific information in three journals from Information Science. The literature review includes the discussion about the importance of scientific communication to increase the bibliographic production in the field. The main goal was to identify the influence of open access to the scientific information on the use of published papers ; as specific goals, (a) the creation of an exploratory study using the references from Ci?ncia da Informa??o, Perspectivas em Ci?ncia da Informa??o e TransInforma??o; (b) collecting the needed information from the selected journals looking for relevant changes during the analyzed period of 8; and (c) a quantitative analysis from the data collected. According to the quantitative reference method analysis used in this study, 59 issues and 9145 references were analyzed, considering their CAPES Qualis A level as selection criteria, and also, having the minimum of 8 years of regular publication in order to use of this analysis. The period of analysis was different from each journal because it was intended to study 4 years of only printed version, and other 4 years with the electronic version also available. The main conclusions drawn from this work were that the open access to scientific information, when applied in Information Science field, in the mentioned period of time, does not have any significant influence on increasing the number of references; there possibly is an influence from the authors related to the references the they intend to publish depending on the respective journal; and also that most of the citations are in English language.
Estudo explorat?rio sobre o acesso aberto ?s informa??es cient?ficas em tr?s revistas da ?rea da Ci?ncia da Informa??o. A revis?o de literatura incluiu a discuss?o sobre a import?ncia da comunica??o cient?fica para fins de elabora??o de novos estudos. O objetivo geral foi identificar a influ?ncia do acesso aberto ?s informa??es cient?ficas sobre o uso dos artigos cient?ficos das referidas revistas; como objetivos espec?ficos, (a) a elabora??o de estudo explorat?rio utilizando as refer?ncias das revistas Ci?ncia da Informa??o, Perspectivas em Ci?ncia da Informa??o e TransInforma??o; (b) a coleta de informa??es das revistas selecionadas para fins de identificar mudan?as relevantes no per?odo de an?lise e (c) a an?lise quantitativa dos dados colhidos nos per?odos pr?-estabelecidos das revistas selecionadas. De acordo com o m?todo quantitativo de an?lise de refer?ncias empregado neste estudo, foram analisados 59 fasc?culos e 9.145 refer?ncias, considerando como crit?rio de sele??o das revistas o fato de serem consideradas Qualis A nacional pela CAPES e apresentarem tempo de publica??o suficiente para a aplica??o desta an?lise. O per?odo de an?lise deste estudo variou entre as revistas, pois tevese como inten??o analisar quatro anos em que as mesmas eram publicadas somente em formato impresso e quatro anos ap?s seu in?cio de publica??o tamb?m em acesso aberto. The growing accumulation of people in urban centers caused chronic problems of the cities to begin to take an increasingly unsustainable. Primarily related to lack of infrastructure coupled with sanitation and lack of investment in critical sectors such as health, education, housing and transportation, these problems start to deteriorate markedly the quality of life of city dwellers and put into test management policies of the spaces urbanized. To reverse this situation, shows is essential to the use of tools (highlighting this harvest rates and environmental indicators) that help in assessing the current conditions and may assist in predicting future scenarios. From the information listed above, now put the research seeks to present an index called ISBA Environmental (Sanitation Index) which looks at the four urban systems (water, sewer, solid waste and urban drainage) from the viewpoint of application in a geographical cutout specific - in this case the Drainage Basin XII, defined by the Plan of Urban Drainage Stormwater in the city of Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte. This index, together with analysis of other factors sought to trace the current conditions of the basin and thus, assist in proposing the best solutions. For the preparation of the index was applied a questionnaire with a sample of 384 (three hundred eighty-four) households that aimed to study two variables: access to services and satisfaction of the population in relation to these. The ISBA has shown that the system is the most deficient collection and disposal of effluents (ICE = 47.66%), followed by the drainage of rainwater (IDAP = 54.17%), water supply (AAI = 61, 36) and solid waste collection (IRS = 78.28). With the ISBA was possible to verify that the qualitative data shows whose subjectivity is evident (as is the case of user satisfaction) can be of great importance when an assessment, since we obtained the correlation coefficient between the variables "Access" and " Satisfaction "equal to 0.8234, showing a strong correlation between the existence / quality of service offered and the impressions of the population that receives them
O crescente ac?mulo de pessoas nos centros urbanos fez com que problemas cr?nicos das cidades passassem a tomar propor??es cada vez mais insustent?veis. Relacionados principalmente a falta de infra-estrutura de saneamento e somadas a falta de investimentos em setores cr?ticos como sa?de, educa??o, habita??o e transporte, estes problemas passam a degradar acentuadamente a qualidade de vida dos citadinos e colocam em teste as pol?ticas de gest?o dos espa?os urbanizados. Para reverter tal quadro, mostra-se imprescind?vel o uso de ferramentas que auxiliem na avalia??o das atuais condi??es e possam auxiliar na predi??o de cen?rios futuros. A partir das informa??es elencadas supra, a presente pesquisa busca apresentar um instrumento ambiental denominado ?ndice de Saneamento B?sico (ISBA) que visa a analise dos quatro sistemas urbanos (?gua, esgoto, res?duos s?lidos e drenagem urbana) sob a ?tica de aplica??o em um recorte geogr?fico especifico no caso a Bacia de Drenagem XII, definida pelo Plano de Drenagem Urbana de ?guas Pluviais da cidade do Natal, capital do Rio Grande do Norte. Este ?ndice, juntamente com an?lises de outros fatores ajuda a tra?ar as atuais condi??es da bacia e com isso, auxiliar na proposi??o das melhores solu??es. Para a aplica??o do ?ndice foram utilizados obtidos atrav?s de um question?rio com uma amostra de 384 (trezentos e oitenta e quatro) resid?ncias que objetivava estudar duas vari?veis: acesso e a satisfa??o da popula??o aos servi?os de saneamento. O ISBA mostrou que o sistema mais deficit?rio ? o de coleta e destina??o final de efluentes (ICE=47,66%), seguido pela drenagem de ?guas pluviais (IDAP=54,17%), o abastecimento de ?gua (IAA=61,36) e a coleta de res?duos s?lidos (IRS=78,28). Abstract The aim of the study was to describe and analyse access to care and factors relating to access to care theoretically and empirically. Access to care is a theoretical concept, analysed through waiting list lengths categorised by field of special health care. Public health services and related factors, access to care and the disparity between demand and supply are analysed within a theoretical framework. The study is divided into a theoretical and an empirical section. Access to care was studied through a mixed methods approach, based on a two-phase empiric material. The first phase is composed of focus group interviews (N=4). Interviewees were hospital district administrators and medical directors as well as chairpersons of the board and council or their representatives. The interviews were analysed by phenomenographic methods. The second phase is composed of waiting list data collected by THL (N=79) as well as population and prevalence data acquired from SOTKAnet (N=12) for 2008–2010. For 2009–2010, hospital district documents include financial statements (N=16), annual reports (N=23), annual statistics (N=6), personnel reports (N=21) and balance sheet books (N=6). The second phase were statistically analyzed. Results of the study on factors affecting access to care are divided into two themes: 1. challenges related to access to care from the hospital district’s perspective and 2. component factors of the realisation of access to care. Macro-level challenges related to access to care are legislation, politics, regulatory bodies, uniform grounds for non-urgent treatment, Current Care Guidelines recommendations and the connection between access to care, Current Care Guidelines recommendations, uniform grounds for non-urgent treatment, prioritisation and regulations. Meso-level challenges are operative decision-making and organisational operations models, resources, supply-based demand and the chain of treatment. Component factors of the realisation of access to care are the variance in waiting list lengths between different fields; the connection between waiting lists, the population and the hospital district; population size and its prevalence as well as resources and financial factors
Tiivistelmä Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli kuvata ja analysoida hoitoon pääsyä ja siihen vaikuttavia tekijöitä teoreettisesti ja empiirisesti. Hoitoon pääsy on teoreettinen käsite, jota analysoidaan erikoisaloittaisten jonojen pituutena. Teoreettisessa viitekehyksessä tarkastellaan julkisen terveydenhuollon palveluja ja niihin vaikuttavia tekijöitä, hoitoon pääsyä sekä kysynnän ja tarjonnan epäsuhtaa. Tutkimus jakautuu teoreettiseen ja empiiriseen osaan. Hoitoon pääsyä tutkittiin mixed methods -menetelmällä kaksivaiheisen empiirisen aineiston pohjalta. Ensimmäinen vaihe koostui fokusryhmähaastatteluista (N=4). Haastateltavina olivat SHP:n johtajat ja johtajaylilääkärit sekä SHP:n ky:n valtuuston ja hallituksen puheenjohtajat tai heidän edustajansa. Haastattelut analysoitiin fenomenografisen menetelmän mukaisesti. Hoitoon pääsyn haasteita makrotasolla olivat lainsäädäntö, politiikka, STM, THL ja EOA merkityksellisinä tahoina, yhtenäiset kiireettömän hoidon perusteet, Käypä hoito -suositukset sekä hoitoon pääsyn, Käypä hoito -suositusten, yhtenäisten kiireettömän hoidon perusteiden sekä priorisoinnin ja sääntelyn yhteys. The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the execution of a new building home for elderly people. The intention is to construct a new apartment building for pensioners who are able to do activities of daily living. There can be found 24 lease flats for a maximum of 30 accommodated people. The home offers 12 hours care service and has rooms for carers, dining rooms, places for rehabilitation, outpatient care and stores for keeping accommodated people’s things. The whole area has wheelchair access and counts with the movement of people with reduced mobility. The building is designed as brick, using clay blocks which are put on concrete foundation strips. Thermal insulation is a combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with hanging plates. The roofing is designed partly as a float double-shell roof with timber truss girder, and partly as a single-shell roof with concrete load-bearing structure. The drawing documentation has been created using computer programs AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and the programs by doc. Dr. Ing. Zbyněk Svoboda (Teplo, Area, Stabilita, Simulace) and another simple computer programs like Excel were used for the thermal assessment.

The aim of the thesis was to design a building named Hotel Aztec. The building will serve for accommodation and recreation. The restaurant is also part of the hotel. There is a car park near the hotel building. The hotel has four floors and basement. There are 26 suites, 2 of them are three bed rooms, 20 double or twin rooms and 4 single rooms. The south-facing orientation of the suites ensures sufficient insolation. In ground floor there is one twin room for disabled persons. In ground floor there is restaurant with kitchen connected with bar in basement. There is also wellness centre, mechanical rooms and storages. On the northeast side of the hotel there are offices and rooms for employees and training room. The loadbearing masonry is from sand-lime blocks and there are cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs and concrete foundations. The external wall is insulated with ETICS. All roofs are warm flat, over the restaurant there is intensive green roof, The roof over the 2nd floor is walkable - roof terrace. Over the 3rd floor there is non-walkable flat roof. The building is heated by heat pumps and there is mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.

Cieľom tejto práce je návrh analýzy tvaru haldy vhodnej pre potreby analyzátora 2LS. 2LS je nástroj pre analýzu C programov založený na automatickom odvodzovaní invariantov s použitím SMT solvera. Navrhované riešenie obsahuje spôsob reprezentácie tvaru programovej haldy pomocou logických formulí nad teóriou bitových vektorov. Tie sú následne využité v SMT solveri pre predikátovú logiku prvého rádu na odvodenie invariantov cyklov a súhrnov jednotlivých funkcií analyzovaného programu. Náš prístup je založený na ukazateľových prístupových cestách, ktoré vyjadrujú dosiahnuteľnosť objektov na halde z ukazateľových premenných. Informácie získané z analýzy môžu byť využité na dokázanie rôznych vlastností programu súvisiacich s prácou s dynamickýcmi dátovými štruktúrami. Riešenie bolo implementované v rámci nástroja 2LS. S jeho použitím došlo k výraznému zlepšeniu schopnosti 2LS analyzovať programy pracujúce s ukazateľmi a dynamickými dátovými štruktúrami. Toto je demonštrované na sade experimentov prevzatých zo známej medzinárodnej súťaže vo verifikácii programov SV-COMP a iných experimentoch.

The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the multifunctional building. The multifunctional building is located in the central part of the town Náměšť nad Oslavou. The building has 4 floors. It is partly cellared building with flat roof and walkable terraces. This building is consisted of 2 functional parts, the first part is designed for living and the second one is designed for contact with the customer. There are shops and offices. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and cellars for housing units. In this multifunctional building we can find 13 residential units and five offices. All of the floors are connected with staircase and lift. The Carpark and the private garden with playground are also part of this residential area. This building is based on concrete blocks. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and connecting walls are made of ceramic blocks. A monolitic ceiling construction is the combination of the iron and the concrete. Two types of insulation are used in peripheral walls. The first one is called ETICS, external thermal insulation composite system, made of polystyrene. The second type of insulation is facade cladding system where the main insulation layer is made of mineral wool. The insulation layer is replaced by XPS polystyrene where facade is in contact with the ground. Facade cladding panels are made of cement and wood fibers called Cembrit.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The designed sports centre building is situated in the southern part of the town of Polička, in the area determined for sports and free time activities complexes and areas. It is a two-floor, non-cellar, flat-roof building. It is based on plain concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The bearing, peripheral and partition walls are designed from POROTHERM hollow clay blocks. Reinforced concrete columns are designated in open disposition areas. The ceiling construction is made from SPIROLL pre-stressed concrete floor slabs and point-supported reinforced concrete slabs. The peripheral walls of the first aboveground floor are insulated with external thermal insulation system with a protective gabion facade. The peripheral wall thermal insulation in a bowling restaurant and gym halls extension is designed from a ventilated facade with CEMBRIT METRO facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into two main parts with a shared entrance. The sports centre with gyms and other sports facilities form the first part. Three squash courts, a mini-football piste, a special room for spinning and alpinning, a room for group exercising and cloakrooms with sanitary facilities are designed within one part of the sports centre. The Internet Engineering Task Force designed a next-generation routing architecture, called the Locator Identifier Separation Protocol (LISP), to solve the problem of excessively numerous routing tables and insufficient border gateway protocol routing scalability. LISP implements Routing Locators (RLOC) and Endpoint Identifiers (EIDs) for IP addressing to yield the ability to move EIDs without breaking data connections. The Access Control List (ACL) is one of the most popular applications, which is used to restrict, classify, and identify traffic protocols, e.g. TCP, UDP, and ICMP, from source or destination. However, the ACL’s protection becomes inefficient when EIDs move to new xTR because ACL rules are irremovable. We proposed a novel ACL mobility mechanism to implement ACL rules into LISP architecture to defend against attacks. Specifically, in our proposed method, ACL rules were integrated into Map Register and Map Notify to transmit from xTR to Map Server and Map Server to xTR when an EID moves from xTR to another xTR (new), respectively. Thus, ACL rules can be moveable based on EIDs locations.

Enquadramento: Em 2008, materializou-se a criação de um sistema integrado de referenciação e gestão do acesso à primeira consulta de especialidade hospitalar nas instituições do Serviço Nacional de Saúde (SNS) – Consulta a Tempo e Horas (CTH). O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar as principais vantagens e constrangimentos associados à implementação do CTH no Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa, EPE e analisar o comportamento da lista de espera face à sua implementação. Metodologia: Para a concretização dos objetivos propostos foi realizado um estudo observacional descritivo com recolha de informação retrospetiva sobre os pedidos de primeira consulta referenciados para o CHTS, via sistema CTH, referentes aos anos de 2017 a 2019. Resultados: No triénio em análise, o CHTS aumentou, de forma sustentada, o número de primeiras consultas realizadas (o total de primeiras consultas aumentou 9,2% e o número de primeiras consultas via CTH 5,3%). A procura diminui no ano de 2018, mas, no triénio, registou um crescimento de 5,8%. Apesar do crescimento verificado na procura, o número de utentes em lista de espera decresceu, no triénio, 24,1%, existindo, a 31 de dezembro de 2019, 17.935 utentes a aguardar realização de consulta no CHTS. Quanto ao tempo médio de espera, verificamos, no triénio, uma redução de 40 dias, fruto da abordagem assumida pelo CHTS para gestão da lista de espera, através da implementação de um plano de recuperação. As principais vantagens identificadas estão relacionadas com a desmaterialização do processo de referenciação e o aumento da sua transparência, enquanto que os constrangimentos se relacionam com a falta de interoperabilidade de sistemas e o facto de o sistema CTH se aplicar apenas a pedidos referenciados pelos Cuidados de Saúde Primários (CSP). Conclusões: O sistema CTH veio alterar o paradigma da referenciação para primeira consulta hospitalar e, consequentemente, da gestão do acesso. Apesar dos constrangimentos associados, o sistema CTH constitui uma mais valia para a gestão do acesso a primeiras consultas no CHTS, uma vez que, por um lado, simplificou e desmaterializou o processo e, por outro lado, introduziu mais transparência e controlo. É agora necessário desenvolver o sistema de forma a colmatar os constrangimentos identificados.
Background: In 2008, an integrated referencing and management system for first specialty consultations in hospitals of the National Health System was created – Consulta a Tempo e Horas (CTH) (that could be translated as Timely Consultation). The objective of this work was to identify the main advantages and difficulties associated with the implementation of CTH at Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa, EPE (a hospital system composed by two hospitals in the north of Portugal) and analyze the behavior of the first consultation waiting list relatively to the implementation of this system. Methodology: To attain the stated objectives, a descriptive observational study that involved the collection of retrospective information on first consultations prescribed and referred to CHTS via CTH concerning 2017-2019 was conducted. Results: In the three years analyzed, CHTS consistently increased the number first of outpatient consultations (the total number of first consultations increased 9,2% and the number of first consultations via CTH increased 5,3%). In 2018, there was a decrease in demand; but in the three years, demand for first consultations in CHT increased 5,8%. Despite this increase, the number of patients in the waiting list decreased 24,1% from 2017 to 2019, and, in 31st December 2019, there were 17.935 patients in the system waiting for a consultation. Concerning the average waiting time, in the three years under analysis there was a reduction of 40 days due to the management of CHTS that involved the implementation of a recovery plan. The main advantages of CTH identified were relate with the digitalization of the referencing process and an increase of transparency. On the other hand, the difficulties concerned lack of lack of interoperationality of Information Technology systems and the fact that CTH is only applicable to patients referred through primary health care. Conclusions: CTH system changed the paradigm of referencing to first outpatient specialty consultation and, consequently, the management of access to first consultation. Despite its difficulties, CTH has improved the access to first outpatient specialty consultation in CHTS, since it simplified and digitalized the whole process and introduced a higher degree of transparency and control. For the future, the system should be improved in order to overcome the difficulties identified.

RESUMO - Objectivos Um dos problemas mais comuns nos sistemas de saúde e particularmente naqueles que têm uma estrutura predominantemente pública são os elevados Tempos Espera (TE) para cirurgia. Este projecto tem como principal objectivo identificar a importância relativa em Portugal das determinantes do TE cirúrgico. Metodologia Para clarificar essa importância, aplicou-se um questionário desenvolvido pelo Fraser Institute, utilizado para a análise anual dos TE no Canadá, recorrendo a um painel de peritos e através da realização da técnica Delphi, procurou-se consensualizar quais as determinantes das Listas Espera (LE), mais importantes. Para ilustrar a diversidade de perspectivas, recorreu-se também à análise de trabalhos realizados por inúmeras organizações, onde pudemos observar e recolher distintas abordagens, políticas e técnicas da questão das LE em países com diferentes tipos de sistemas de saúde. Resultados Os resultados obtidos revelam que os peritos consideraram a disponibilidade de tempo no Bloco Operatório (BO) e a de anestesiologistas, como as determinantes com maior impacto no aumento das LE. Conclusões Dos dados recebidos relativos ao Sistema Integrado Gestão Inscritos Cirurgia (SIGIC), bem como dos retirados de relatórios oficiais, concluímos que as LE cirúrgicas tiveram evolução positiva, nomeadamente na redução da mediana do TE da Lista Inscritos Cirurgia (LIC) (meses), no entanto, os objectivos dos Tempos Máximos Resposta Garantidos (TMRG) não estão a ser cumpridos. A análise das diferentes iniciativas e estratégias políticas para combater as LE, permitiu-nos sugerir caminhos a explorar, tendo como objectivo minorar o problema das LE: cuidados integrados, optimização da eficiência na utilização da capacidade instalada e maior aposta na cirurgia de ambulatório.
ABSTRACT - Objectives High waiting times (WT) for access to elective surgery is one of the most common problems in health systems and particularly for those who have a predominantly public health insurance. The project's main objective was to identify the relative importance in Portugal of WT determinants in access for surgery. Methodology To clarify this matter, we used a questionnaire developed by the Fraser Institute, which is applied for the annual analysis of WT in Canada, using a panel of experts and by conducting the Delphi technique, we attempted to achieve consensus which are the most important determinants of waiting lists (WL). To illustrate the diversity of perspectives, also resorted to analysis of work by numerous organizations, where we could observe and collect different approaches, policies and techniques to the question of WL especially in countries with different types of health systems. Results The results reveal that the experts considered the availability of operating room (OR) time and anesthesiologists, as the determinants that strongly affect the lengths of their WL. Conclusions Received data relating to Integrated Management System for the Surgery Waiting List (SIGIC), as well as taken from official reports, we conclude that the surgical WL had positive developments, including the decrease of median WT of the Entry List for Surgery (LIC) (months), however, the objectives of maximum waiting time guaranteed (TMRG) are not being succeed. The analysis of different policy initiatives and strategies to tackle WL, allowed us to suggest ways to explore such as: integrated health care, optimizing efficiency in capacity utilization and large increase of day surgery, to improve the WL problems.

This study wants to build a system let user search English and Chinese OA journal articles easily, it is different from search engines and commercial database. Developing the LIS Open Access Journal Directory, based on OAIS reference model, including archival, ingest, access and management module. This directory ingesting and archive the data and metadata of DOAJ and E-LIS. Consumer could use OAI-PMH to harvest those data had collected. System administrators could manage metadata.   For further research, log file analysis, situation of data loss from DOAJ and E-LIS and auto recommend wrong metadata to administrators and users. The results is this system could apply to different subject, disciplines, organization and data type.

Contexto Condições tratadas por cirurgia contribuem com 28-32% de DALY's, excedendo o burden de doenças como VIH/SIDA e tuberculose. No entanto, a concepção errada sobre a custo-efetividade dos cuidados cirúrgicos leva a um escasso investimento na promoção do seu acesso em países de baixo e baixo médio rendimento. Até então, não existem listas oficiais pela Organização Mundial de Saúde para cirurgias essenciais. Metodologia Realizamos uma revisão de literatura sistemática de listas essenciais de cirurgia com aplicabilidade em países de baixo e baixo médio rendimento. De seguida, comparamos e categorizamos as listas recolhidas. Resultados Foi compilado um total de 100 procedimentos, organizados por onze domínios médicos. Os procedimentos mais mencionados eram referentes a cirurgia geral, trauma, seguidos de ginecologia e obstetrícia. Conclusão Existem, na literatura, listas construídas por especialistas. Há uma necessidade para uma lista essencial que possa guiar no fornecimento de cuidados cirúrgicos. Tal lista deve ter input de países membros para garantir que é adequada às necessidades locais. Vários desafios têm sido reportados relacionados com a coleção de dados e com as barreiras no acesso à cirurgia que influenciam de forma significativa o conceito de cuidados cirúrgicos essenciais. Este conceito deverá assentar bases para orientações que levem ao fornecimento adequado de cuidados cirúrgicos a nível nacional e local, integrando coleção de dados e compreensão das barreiras no acesso.

So far, there is no World Health Organization (WHO) official list of essential surgeries. Methodology We conducted systematic literature research of the lists of essential surgery applicable to LICs & LMICs. We compared the lists gathered and categorized the procedures listed. Results A total of 100 procedures were gathered, spread over eleven medical domains. The most mentioned procedures were general surgery and trauma-related, followed by obstetrics and gynaecology. Conclusions There are, however, existing lists created by different panels of experts. There is a need for an essential surgery list that will guide the provision of surgical care. Such lists should have direr input from member countries to ensure that they are appropriately adapted to the local needs of the country. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена впровадженню списків контролю доступу для забезпечення інформаційної безпеки в ТМ «Копійочка». Розроблені заходи дозволили підвищити рівень захищеності персональних даних, які зберігаються і обробляються в інформаційній системі підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи була розробка і реалізація проекту по впровадженню списків контролю доступу в мережі ТМ «Копійочка». Для досягнення поставленої мети були вирішені такі завдання: - виконано техніко-економічну характеристику предметної області та підприємства; - проведено аналіз ризиків інформаційної безпеки підприємства; - виконано обґрунтування необхідності вдосконалення системи забезпечення інформаційної безпеки і захисту інформації на підприємства; - виконано огляд методів забезпечення захисту даних в мережі підприємства; - виконано огляд методів використання списків контролю доступу; - розроблено і реалізовано проект по використанню списків контролю доступу в Cisco iOS.
The qualification thesis is devoted to the to implementation Access Control Lists to ensure information security in the Kopiyochka trademark. The developed measures will increase the level of security of personal data that is stored and processed in the enterprise's information system. The purpose of the qualification paper was to develop and implement a project to implement access control lists in the network of TM Kopiyochka. To achieve this goal it was necessary to solve the following tasks: - technical and economic characteristics of the subject area and enterprise are performed; - analysis of information security risks of the enterprise was carried out; - justification of the need to improve the system of ensuring information security and Information Protection at Enterprises was carried out; - an overview of methods for ensuring data protection in the enterprise network is performed; - an overview of methods for using access control lists has been performed; - a project on using access control lists in Cisco iOS has been developed and implemented.
