Анотація:

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of social media-integrated microteaching, viewing it from the effectiveness, efficiency and practicality aspects. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data collection methods used are using instruments that were distributed to students undertaking the social media-integrated microteaching course. The population in this study were 15 students as respondents. The evaluation results showed an effectiveness level of 91.15, the efficiency of 91.43, and practicality of 94.44.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan microteaching yang diintegrasikan dengan media sosial yang dilihat dari efektifitas, efisiensi dan kepraktisan microteaching yang diintegrasikan dengan media sosial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan instrument yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa yang mengambil matakuliah microteaching yang diintegrasikan dengan media sosial. Responden ada sebanyak 15 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas sebesar 91,15 , efisiensi sebesar 91,43 dan kepraktisan sebesar 94,44.

Abstract: This research was aimed to develop teaching materials for badminton material in the form of interactive multimedia. The results of the badminton expert validation showed a percentage of 91.89%, learning experts showed a percentage of 89.58% and the results of media expert validation showed a percentage of 87.80%. With the results of the validation, the product is feasible to be tested. Furthermore, for product trials, the percentage of small group trials was 90.10% and the percentage of large group trials was 91.15%.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran untuk materi bulutangkis ke dalam bentuk multimedia interaktif. Hasil validasi ahli bulutangkis menunjukkan persentase sebesar 91,89%, ahli pembelajaran menunjukkan persentase sebesar 89,58% dan hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase sebesar 87,80%. Dengan hasil validasi tersebut maka produk layak untuk diujicobakan. Selanjutnya, untuk uji coba produk, persentase ujicoba kelompok kecil sebesar 90,10% dan persentase ujicoba kelompok besar sebesar 91,15%.

Abstract Key to our understanding the immune response during cell injury is the recognition of the unique mechanism used by the body to detect and respond to cell destruction. We show data that a vacuolar ATPase (a2V) is responsible for detecting aseptic cell injury and directs the activities which can lead to both tissue repair and disease pathogenesis. Rapid clearance of cellular debris is a crucial event to prevent host proteins from being recognized by immune cells to prevent unnecessary inflammation. a2V is a key protein that is up-regulated during sterile inflammation. After membrane receptors detect proximal cell death, a2V migrates to the plasma membrane and the N-terminus (a2NTD) is cleaved and secreted into the extracellular space. a2NTD stimulates primary human monocytes to secrete IL-1β. a2NTD also stimulates THP-1 cells in a concentration-dependent manner to up-regulate pro-inflammatory genes including IL-8, MCP-1 and MMP-9. We show a2NTD binding to monocytes cell surface that is reversible in a competition binding assay via flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy. These data show involvement of CD14 with a2NTD binding and possible interaction between a2NTD's receptor and the inflammasome. We describe a new pathway by which monocytes respond to tissue destruction. Secretion of a2NTD represents a vital pathway utilized by tissues to initiate immune responses after cell injury.

Анотація:

This study was conducted to determine the type and composition of food contained in the stomach of the Spotchheek emperor Lethrinus rubrioperculatus in Napo Keluar Nain Likupang waters based on sex and body size. Samples were taken from the catch of fishermen and then the fish samples were then taken to the laboratory for data collection. The method used to determine the composition of fish food used the Index of preponderance (IP). The results showed that the food habits of Spotchheek emperor in Napo Luar Nain Likupang waters with the types of food contained in the stomach of Spotchheek emperor, namely fish, shrimp, gastropods, Polychaeta, crabs (megalopa), and octopus where the main food of Spotchheek emperor is IP fish (94,16%). While the main food based on sex and length of body size is fish, with male IP 96.98% and female 91.15% respectively, while based on body length of Spotchheek emperor where small IP 91.06%, medium IP 98.45% and large IP 82.22%. Sampel diambil dari hasil tangkapan nelayan kemudian sampel ikan selanjutnya dibawah ke Labolatorium untuk pengambilan data. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui komposisi makanan ikan digunakan indeks bagian terbesar (IBT). Metode ini digunakan untuk menilai bermacam-macam jenis makanan ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebiasaan makanan ikan lencam di Napo Keluar Nain Perairan Likupang dengan jenis makanan yang terdapat dalam lambung ikan lencam yaitu ikan, udang, gastropoda, polychaeta, kepiting (megalopa) dan octopus di mana makanan utama dari ikan lencam adalah ikan IBT (94,16%). Sedangkan makanan utama berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan panjang ukuran tubuh yaitu ikan, dengan masing-masing IBT jantan 96,07% dan betina 91,15% sedangkan berdasarkan panjang ukuran tubuh ikan lencam IBT kecil 91,98%, sedang 98,45% dan besar 82,22%. Анотація:

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the results of bags made from banana fronds using macrame technique. This research method is experimental research, the type of experiment in this study is pure research, namely the experiment of making bags made from banana fronds using macrame technique, in this experiment making bags with 3 models namely models A, B, and C, using the basic ingredients of banana fronds. This research variable uses a single variable that is the quality of a bag made from banana midrib, this variable does not affect or be influenced by other variables. Data collection methods in the researchers' documentation and questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique uses descriptive percentages. The results of research on bags were tested for quality by 39 respondents. The results of the quality test analysis showed that the overall bag product was very high, with an average value of 87.05% -91.15%. The highest quality studies were found in bag model C with an average value of 91.15%, the criteria were very high, then bag A with an average value of 87.05, and bag B with an average value of 90.00%. The conclusion from this study is that the highest quality is found in the C model bag with a percentage value of 91.15%. Keywords: baggage quality, banana fronds, macrame technique.

Abstract: Every marriage must experience various problems that occur especially in the wrong communication between husband and wife. A true communication must be well established, especially during the wife's pregnancy, especially for the husband. The East Java Provincial Health Office stated that the K4 coverage for East Java Province was 91.15 percent. Pamekasan Regency is a Regency in East Java that has less desire for visits to pregnant women's health services is 92,75 percent, while target MSS. This study uses an observational quantitative cross-sectional approach with a sample of 112 married couples determined using the technique Accidental Sampling. Data collection using questionnaires includes two parts, namely husband's discussion and wife's discussion, based on The results show that there is an influence between husband's discussion on ANC visits and there is no influence between wife's discussion on ANC visits with the meaning that there is a role for husband and wife discussions to encourage ANC visits. the health of the wife and fetus is healthy until the delivery is smooth. And improve and develop programs related to the promotion of maternal and child health (MCH). Abstrak: Setiap pernikahan pasti mengalami berbagai masalah yang terjadi terutama pada komunikasi yang salah antara suami istri. Suatu komunikasi sejatinya harus terjalin dengan baik terutama pada masa kehamilan istri, terutama bagi suami. Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur menyatakan bahwa cakupan K4 untuk Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar 91,15. Kabupaten Pamekasan merupakan Kabupaten di Jawa Timur yang mempunyai hasrat kunjungan yang kurang terhadap pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil adalah 92,75 persen, sedangkan sasaran SPM Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif observasional pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan jumlah sampel 112 pasangan suami istri yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner meliputi dua bagian yaitu diskusi suami dan diskus istri, berdasarkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh antara diskusi suami terhadap kunjungan ANC dan tidak ada pengaruh antara diskusi istri terhadap kunjungan ANC dengan makna ada peran diskusi suami dan istri terhadap mendorong melakukan kunjungan ANC. Dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi dan motivasi kepada sang istri terhadap kepatuhan kunjungan ANC agar kesehatan istri dan janin sehat hingga persalinannya pun lancar. Dan meningkatkan dan mengembangkan program-program terkait promosi kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA).

Abstract Bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is immunostimulatory at a low dose but immunosuppressive at a high dose in the respiratory tract as observed in animal studies. Relevant to LPS-mediated immunosuppression in the lungs of animals is the protective effect of high doses of LPS in allergic diseases such as asthma in humans. Our study investigated the impact of a high dose of LPS on cells of the innate immune system in the lung to elucidate the basis of LPS-mediated immunosuppression. A high LPS dose blunted house dust mite-induced airway eosinophilia and Th2 cytokines production. Conversely, adoptively transferred Th2 cells were unable to mount allergic airway inflammation in LPS-treated lungs. The high LPS dose promoted the development of a lung-resident myeloid cell type in a TLR4- and MyD88-dependent fashion that suppressed lung DC-mediated reactivation of primed Th2 cells. Adoptive transfer of these myeloid cells suppressed allergen-induced airway inflammation. These data suggest that LPS-induced non-migratory myeloid cells might contribute to the protective effects of LPS in allergic airways disease by dampening Th2 effector functions in the lung. Анотація:

Background: Clinical outcomes data are a crucial component of efforts to improve health systems globally. Strengthening of these health systems is essential if the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) are to be achieved. Target 3.2 of SDG Goal 3 is to end preventable deaths and reduce neonatal mortality to 12 per 1,000 or lower by 2030. There is a paucity of data on neonatal in-hospital mortality in Kenya that is poorly captured in the existing health information system. Better measurement of neonatal mortality in facilities may help promote improvements in the quality of health care that will be important to achieving SDG 3 in countries such as Kenya. Methods: This was a cohort study using routinely collected data from a large urban neonatal unit in Nairobi, Kenya. All the patients admitted to the unit between April 2014 to December 2015 were included. Clinical characteristics are summarised descriptively, while the competing risk method was used to estimate the probability of in-hospital mortality considering discharge alive as the competing risk. Results: A total of 9,115 patients were included. Most were males (966/9115, 55%) and the majority (6287/9115, 69%) had normal birthweight (2.5 to 4 kg). Median length of stay was 2 days (range, 0 to 98 days) while crude mortality was 9.2% (839/9115). The probability of in-hospital death was higher than discharge alive for birthweight less than 1.5 kg with the transition to higher probability of discharge alive observed after the first week in birthweight 1.5 to <2 kg. Conclusions: These prognostic data may inform decision making, e.g. in the organisation of neonatal in-patient service delivery to improve the quality of care. More of such data are therefore required from neonatal units in Kenya and other low resources settings especially as more advanced neonatal care is scaled up.

Анотація:

D301 resin was used to separate and purify total anthraquinones in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. It was found that the optimized dynamic adsorption conditions is pH7.0, flow velocity of 1.0 BV/h and extracting solution with concentration of 0.3g/mL and optimized dynamic elution conditions is hydrochloric acid with concentration of 0.15mol/L, 75% ethanol, and flow velocity of 1.0 BV/h. Under the above conditions,the average adsorption rate and desorption rate are respectively 89.75% and 91.15%, indicating that extraction efficiency of total anthracenone of emodin is relatively high and that the technology enjoys strong stability.

Ekstrak selulosa yang berasal dari rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan substitusi pembuatan kantong kertas kraft yang biasanya dibuat dari pulp kayu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas kantong kertas kertas kraft dari ekstrak rumput laut E. cottonii apabila dibandingan dengan kertas kraft berstandar SNI. Rumput laut E. cottonii yang digunakan berasal dari pantai Krakal, Gunung Kidul, Jogjakarta. Pembuatan kertas kraft dilakukan dengan ekstraksi selulosa dari E. cottonii diikuti dengan pemasakkan hingga hancur, pencetakan dan pengeringan sehingga berbentuk pulp lembaran. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 1 faktor yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak rumput laut E. cottonii dengan tiga taraf yang berbeda yaitu 15%, 20%, dan 25%. Parameter pengujian yang dilakukan adalah ketahanan tarik, ketahanan sobek, daya regang dan derajat kecerahan (CIELAB). Data parametrik yang didapatkan diuji dengan sidik ragam (P<5%), dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) untuk melihat perlakuan yang berbeda. Hasil yang didapatkan pada uji ketahanan tarik pada konsentrasi 15%, 20% dan 25% berturut - turut, yaitu 1,80 ± 0,22 kN/m; 5,54 ± 0,42 kN/m dan 7,33 ± 1,28 kN/m, ketahanan sobek 737,62 ± 91,15 mN; 2260,00 ± 173.18 mN dan 2991,90 ± 525.04 mN, daya regang : 3,86 ± 1,78%; 7,24 ± 0,83% dan 7,08 ± 2,15%, untuk uji gramatur : 70 gram; 73,09 gram dan 75,75 gram. Hasil uji perbandingan kualitas kertas kraft paper bag dari subsitusi ekstrak selulosa 20% dan 25% telah memenuhi SNI, sedangkan pada konsentrasi 15% belum memenuhi SNI. Cellulose extract from Eucheuma cottonii seaweed can be used as a substitute for making kraft paper bags. Kraft paper are usually made from wood pulp. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of kraft paper bags from seaweed extract E. cottonii when it compared to SNI kraft paper. The E. cottonii seaweed used comes from Krakal beach, Gunung Kidul, Jogjakarta. The kraft paper was first made by extracting cellulose from E. cottonii, it was cooked, crushed, printed , dried and finally it was formed to pulp sheet. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 1 factor concentration of seaweed extract E. cottoni with three levels concentration 15%, 20%, and 25% respectively. The test parameters performed were tensile resistance, tear resistance , tensile strength and brightness (CIELAB). Data were analysed using Anova and tested continued Honestly Significant Different test (HSD). The results obtained in the tensile resistance test at a concentration of 15%, 20% and 25% were 1.80 ± 0.22 kN / m; 5.54 ± 0.42 kN / m and 7.33 ± 1.28 kN / m, in the tear resistance test were 737.62 ± 91.15 mN; 2260.00 ± 173.18 mN and 2991.90 ± 525.04 mN, the tensile strength were 3.86 ± 1.78%; 7.24 ± 0.83% and 7.08 ± 2.15%, for successive grammar tests: 70 grams; 73.09 grams and 75.75 grams. The evolution of the microstructure and texture of CSP thin-gauge non-oriented silicon steel was investigated by OM, XRD and EBSD. Results show: (1) the equiaxed surface grains with 28.13 µm average grains size accounted for 19.14% of through-thickness, while deformed band structure dominated the center layer and the other maintained at a composite structure with the first two. With the cold-rolled reduction rate enhancing to 91.15%, the stratification structure transformed into a complete fibrous structure. Annealing from 925 °C to 975 °C, the average grain size of the annealing plate similarly increased, which begins with 67.3 µm and ends at 80.58 µm. (2) The texture of the hot-rolled sheets mainly located at Cube and Goss texture, while with the cold-rolled process executing, the type and volume of texture change and finally stabilize at α fiber texture ({110}//RD) with the peak at {114}<110> at 91.15% reductions rate. The {411}<148> texture on the α* fiber line throughout maintained the strongest texture at different annealing temperatures. (3) The initial re-crystallization temperature is in the range of 600–620 °C, and the re-crystallization is roughly completed at 700 °C. Part of {411}<148> oriented grains nucleated at {411}<148> sub-grains originated from α fiber deformed structure, and the others nucleate at the grains boundaries of the deformed α fiber grains or in the inner of {111}<110> and {111}<112> grains. When the re-crystallization was accomplished at 750 °C, {411}<148> oriented grains are significantly larger than other oriented grains compared to 680 °C or the less. (4) Best magnetic properties were obtained at 975 °C with the B50 = 1.506 T and P10/400 = 16.19 W/kg.

A study based on spatial distribution of Scorodophloeus zenkeri was performed in the device 400ha Biaro forest. Both specie has multiple uses, including industrial exploitation by the quality of wood. An inventory of the forest potential of these specie were made based on values in abscissa (x) and ordonna (y) for all individuals. At the end of this inventory, 9115 feet were counted with 9098 feet at reserve Yoko and 17 individuals at Biaro forest. The spatial distribution of individuals of both specie is aleator type at reserve Yoko and aggregated type at Biaro forest.

Artikkeli käsittelee toisen maailmansodan (1939–1945) ja sen jälkeisten vuosien muistelukerrontaa elämäntarinan säikeenä tutkimalla, millaista on sota- ja jälleenrakennusajan muistelukerronta Vammaisena Suomessa 2013–2014 -elämäkertakokoelmassa. Tutkimuksen metodologinen perusta on tarinallisen kiertokulun malli, jonka ytimiä ovat sisäinen ja kerrottu tarina sekä kulttuurinen tarinavaranto. Vammaisten ihmisten yhteys tarinalliseen kiertokulkuun on usein esteellistä, mutta esteisyys rakentuu suhteessa kerrottavaan aiheeseen. Sota-aika määrittyi elämäntarinan aineellisena ja kerronnallisena olosuhteena, jonka vaikutukset saattoivat ulottua myös myöhempään elämänkulkuun. Jälleenrakennusajan muistelukerronta kiteytyy ristiriitaisten tunteiden kerronnallistumiseen aineellisten kiinnekohtien ja ruumiillisen työn kautta. Raskaita muistoja sanallistettiin esineiden ja paikkojen avulla, jotka välittävät menneisyyden tunnemaailmoja. Yhteys kulttuuriseen tarinavarantoon rakentuu suhteessa kerrottuun teemaan ja saavutettavissa oleviin resursseihin, ja yhteys erilaisiin kulttuurisiin tarinaresursseihin vahvistaa kertovaa toimijuutta ja elämäntarinan rakentamista. Mitä moninaisemmin ihmisellä on mahdollisuus käyttää tarinallisia resursseja elämäntarinansa rakentamiseen, sitä vahvemmaksi hänen narratiivinen toimijuutensa rakentuu. With an eye on the context of the contemporary university, David Hansen attends in this article to the significance and cultivation of a democratic imagination. While the university is under pressure to put its long-standing educational purposes in service of the global economy and the state, faculty across the various disciplines enjoy considerable latitude to create classroom and other settings that can draw out students’ imaginative response to the world. To illuminate this prospect, Hansen engages the American poet Walt Whitman’s magisterial evocation of democracy, Song of Myself (first published in 1855). Whitman enacts three ‘offices’ of the poet which he shows are at the same time constituents of a democratic imagination: (1) to attend to potentially dynamic aspects of everyday life to which people are typically blind, (2) to project democratic arrangements that contrast with present practices, and (3) to provoke people to remember, which is to say make vivid once again, aims and ideals that have served people well but which are easy to let fall into the shadows in the face of pressure. Hansen suggests that university faculty retain the power to help activate in students, and in themselves, these imaginal proclivities. The results may not be overtly dramatic, but they constitute an ongoing ‘quiet’ revolution – a turning or ‘revolving’ toward genuine educational and democratic values.

This paper is an attempt to analyse the transcultural elements in the novels The Tiger’s Daughter and Wife written by Bharati Mukherjee, an Indian diasporic writer. Mukherjee’s writings reflect her own life as an immigrant, as she writes about the pain of adjusting to a completely alien land with its own culture and beliefs. Through her stories, the readers are able to catch a glimpse of the immigrant life, and their conflict between location and culture. An attempt is made to explore the concept of transculturalism in her novels by tracing the respective journeys of the protagonists, Tara and Dimple, with the help of Homi Bhabha’s concepts of mimicry, third space and hybridity.

The current study set out to evaluate and examine the difficulties faced by houseboat owners in solid waste management as well as possible solutions to these difficulties. The study was conducted at four sites of Dal Lake: Lakut Dal, Bod Dal, Gagribal, and Nigeen Lake. A list of registered houseboats was acquired from the Lake Conservation Management Authority (LCMA) in 2023 indicates that there are 950 houseboats in Dal Lake. Data were gathered using a structured interview schedule. A sample of 100 houseboats, 25 from each site, was selected using stratified random selection; this represents about 10.5% of the total population. The study found that the restrictions faced by houseboat owners differed depending on how easily LCMA services could be accessed at each location. The absence of a nearby color-coded waste facility was cited by 92% of houseboat owners in Site 1 as their main concern. Site 2's outcomes were comparable, the absence of consistent (weekly) solid trash collection services being identified by 84% of houseboat owners as their main challenge, 88% of site 3 houseboat owners cited the absence of solid trash collection services provided by LCMA, and 56% of site 4 houseboat owners said they were happy with the existing collection services. Nonetheless, the largest obstacle faced by 40% of houseboat owners is the absence of regular garbage collection services. The houseboat owners in Dal Lake nevertheless face several challenges on a daily basis, which are discussed in more depth.

Dentro de la literatura secundaria sobre el florentino identifico tres tipos de respuesta a esta pregunta, lo que llamo aquí tres diferentes manifestaciones del enemigo. Según estas lecturas, el enemigo de la milicia maquiaveliana es a) el cristianismo, el modo de vida instituido por esta religión; b) lo imprevisible, los accidentes cuya ocurrencia no se puede anticipar, es decir, la fortuna, y c) los grandes, cuyo deseo es el de dominar al pueblo.

Penyebaran virus ini juga langsung dibicarakan oleh banyak kalangan masyarakat twitter, saat ini virus corona tengah menjadi perhatian dunia internasional. Banyaknya jumlah angka korban dan cepatnya penularan virus membuat masyarakat khawatir dan muncul berbagai opini tentang virus corona, Opini inilah yang kemudian di analisa untuk diketahui polaritasnya dengan analisis sentimen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Logistic Regression dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dimana SVM memiliki nilai akurasi 91,15% dalam data test sedangkan metode Logistic Regression mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebanyak 87,68% dalam data test.

Abstract With the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems, fuel cell vehicle (FCV) has the advantages of high energy efficiency and zero emission, which has become the development direction of the automotive industry in the future, and the driving range of FCV is one of the key factors affecting its commercialization. In the existing FCV driving range test method, the Hydrogen tank needs to be hydrogenated, cooled and supplemented before measurement. Through an example analysis, if the hydrogen supplement operation is not carried out, the driving range will be reduced to 91.15%. Through the test and result analysis, this paper discusses the influence of hydrogen replenishment operation on FCV mileage, so as to provide guidance for fuel cell vehicle users.

A 100 W fibre laser source was used to minimize the surface roughness of 3D-printed Onyx parts. Furthermore, this study aimed to determine the mechanism of surface finishing, the influence of the laser process parameters (laser power, pulse frequency, and laser scanning path) on the surface morphology, and the influence of the scanning path on the dimensional accuracy of the investigated Onyx 3D-printed specimens. A significant reduction in surface roughness of 91.15% was achieved on the S3 Onyx 3D-printed specimen following laser surface polishing treatment using a 50 W laser power and a frequency of 50 kHz. The laser scanning path had little influence on the surface roughness, but had a major impact on the geometrical deviation of the treated sample.

Electrocoagulation (EC) has been proven by a substantial number of studies to be an efficient technology to remove organic pollutants from wastewater. Nevertheless, the high energy consumption of this technology inhibits its extensive application. The objective of this work is to investigate the feasibility of electrical energy conservation and high efficiency by using Pulse Electrocoagulation (PE). PE, a combination of a pulsing technique and EC, was proposed in an attempt to treat the dye wastewater. The results demonstrated that PE, as compared with DCE (direct current electrocoagulation), resulted in up to 51.66% energy conservation by using two iron electrodes as anode and cathode. Moreover, this high energy conservation was obtained during a high level of treatment efficiency: 99.62% of color removal and 91.15% of COD removal for 1000 mg L-1 4BS solution in a short electrolyzing time of 15 mins.

The present study which was conducted to find out the difference in the knowledge levels of the tribal and non tribal farmers of Rajasthan about improved production technology of Ajwain. 130 respondents (65 tribal and 65 no tribal farmers) were selected randomly. Data was collected using interview schedules. From the study it was concluded that majority of tribal and non tribal framers had medium knowledge level about improved production technology of Ajwain. More number of non tribal famers had higher knowledge level as compared to tribal farmers. It was found that the tribal farmers possessed maximum knowledge regarding “Harvesting” (81.54 MPS) and least knowledge regarding “Fertilizer application” (54.36 MPS) of improved production technology of Ajwain. While, non-tribal farmers possessed maximum knowledge regarding “Time of sowing” (91.15 MPS), and least knowledge regarding “Plant protection measures” (61.31 MPS) of improved production technology of Ajwain.

Анотація:

Les auteurs ont utilisé les données provenant de 975 agneaux, nés pendant les saisons d'agnelage de 1984-1990 et issus de 18 béliers, en vue d'analyser les paramètres génétiques suivants: poids à la naissance, poids au sevrage, gain quotidien avant sevrage, poids corporel à 30, 60 et 90 jours. Ces paramètres génétiques ont été calculés à partir des corrélations entre les demi-frères paternels. L'héritabilité pour le poids à la naissance, le poids au sevrage, le gain quotidien avant sevrage et le poids corporel à 30 et 60 jours ont été respectivement de: 0,35, 0,44, 0,33, 0,36, 0,39. Les corrélations génétiques étaient le plus souvent élevées et toutes positives, particulièrement entre le poids au sevrage et le poids à 60 jours (0,77). La corrélation phénotypique correspondante était également positive et élevée (0,80). Aucun antagonisme génétique n'a été décelé parmi les caractères étudiés. La réponse à la sélection pondérale entre 60 et 90 jours devrait constituer un moyen efficace.

Анотація:

A more realistic and hence nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete structures is becoming increasingly important. A combination of the displacement method, the transfer matrix method, and a crosssection module is suggested which leads to an effective analysis method for reinforced and prestressed concrete frames. The combined method considers both material and geometrical nonlinearities including large displacements and rotations. The computation of the system is incrementally and iteratively carried out by the displacement method. At element level, an extended transfer matrix method is used. Thus neither displacement nor force shape functions are required. Instead, the axial strain and curvature distributions along the element are segmentally approximated by polynomials. The transfer matrix method provides both the element forces and the element stiffness matrix. It is recursively applied to the deformed element, which is discretised into individual segments whose number and lengths depend on the stiffness gradient. The cross section module is based on cross-sectional integration. It takes into account nonlinear material behaviour including cracking, softening and yielding of reinforcement. The combined method is presented for plane frames but can be extended to spatial systems.
