Анотація:

Fred 25 är en båt som ska vara tillgänglig för alla oavsett rörelseförmåga. Den är en 7,5 meter lång aluminiumbåt med bogramp i fören. Målet vid framtagningen av båten har varit att en ensam rullstolsburen skeppare skall kunna hantera båten helt själv. Det finns ett antal problem med båten som måste lösas. I detta projekt har fokus legat på att få fram en billig och effektiv tätning av rampen samt en låsning av rampen som går att automatisera. Dessa problem skall lösas med minimala ändringar på båtens nuvarande konstruktion. Att utveckla bogrampen med dessa krav och önskemål är möjligt, det är dock svårt att få fram optimala koncept då få eller inga ändringar kunde göras på båten. Detta leder till lösningar som motverkar de inbyggda felen istället för att bygga bort dem. Det koncept som valdes för att täta rampens nederkant bestod i en gummiduk som fästes på rampens utsida och skrovet under rampen.För att täta rampens sidor bedömdes en cliplist med rörprofil vara bäst. Cliplisten kläms fast över sargen på rampen och rörprofilen fyller ut glappet mellan ramp och skrov. Den nyframtagna låsningen av rampen bygger på samma princip som tidigare d.v.s. att flärpen fälls över två låsbultar. Tidigare har denna manöver fått göras manuellt men med det framtagna konceptet hissas rampen upp i flärpen och låses på så sätt automatiskt. Tester på Fred 25 med de modifikationer som projektet resulterat i bör göras för en fullständig utvärdering.
Fred 25 is a boat that is supposed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of mobility. It is a 7.5 m long aluminum boat with ramp at the bow. The objective in the development of the boat has been that one wheelchair bound skipper can manage the boat all by himself. There are a number of problems with the boat to be resolved. In this project the focus has been on developing an inexpensive and effective sealing of the ramp and a locking of the ramp that goes to automate. These problems must be solved with minimal changes to the boat's current design. Developing the bow ramp with these requests is absolutely possible. However, it was difficult to obtain optimal solutions in which few or no changes could be made on the boat. This leads to solutions that counteract the built-in errors rather than erase them.For sealing the bottom of the ramp, the concept chosen consisted of a rubber mat that attaches to the outside of the ramp and the hull underneath the ramp.In order to seal the sides of the ramp a tubular rubber ledge was chosen. The rubber ledge clamps over the rib of the ramp and fills the gap between the ramp and the hull. The newly developed locking for the ramp follows the same principle as before i.e. a board with holes that folds over two locking bolts. Earlier this maneuver has been done manually, but with this new solution the board is hoisted up with the ramp and folds over the bolts automatically. Tests on the boat Fred 25 with the modifications which this project has resulted in has to be made for full evaluation.

Анотація:

Due to the lower cost and error free data transmission capabilities offered by packet switching, numerous countries have installed national packet switched networks. The South African packet network, SAPONET-P, became operational in 1982 and has been growing rapidly, creating a need for network test equipment. This thesis describes the design of a high speed traffic generator which can be used to test and monitor the throughput capabilities of equipment or part of the network as a whole. To meet the main requirement of the traffic generator, that it should support a number of high speed X.25 lines, a multiprocessor architecture was chosen to cope with the high data throughput. An IBM PC was used as the base system, with several specially designed X.25 cards being installed in its expansion slots. The major part of the work done was on the design and development of the X.25 cards, each of which provides two high speed (64 Kbps) X.25 links. In order to achieve this throughput, the card uses three processors coupled on a local bus to a 256K multi-port memory. Two WD25ll processors implement the link level of the X.25 packet switching protocol (LAPB), with the required software being micro-encoded on the chip. An 8088 processor, the same as is used in the PC, implements the packet level, the traffic generator and overall control of the card. Extensive use was made of programmable array logic (PAL) devices to implement the system logic required. All programs for the traffic generator are written in the modern and powerful c language which is ideally suited to the application. The software was written in a modular fashion with the various modules being linked together by means of a set of common data structures. Use was made of packet buffers and job queueing to allow the traffic generator to cope with very high peak data rates. As well as programs for the X.25 cards, a monitor program runs on the PC and allows the· user to view statistics screens and modify the traffic generator configuration. While primarily designed for the,traffic generator application, the X.25 card may also be configured for a variety of other networking applications. By substituting a local area network (LAN) processor for the X.25 one, the card can be used as a low cost network card or as a network file server. The card can also be configured to provide a low cost means of connecting a PC based workstation to the packet switching network. As all programs are downloaded onto the cards from the PC, it is relatively easy to modify or upgrade the software. Thus while meeting the original project requirements, the traffic generator design has a flexible and expandible nature.

Анотація:

During the industrialization of the 19th century the negative health effects of vitamin D was discovered as children in the cities developed osteomalacia or more commonly known as rickets caused by vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is produced in the skin from 7-dehydrocholesterol during sun-exposure and enhances intestinal phosphor and calcium absorption thus enhancing the bone remodeling process. Now, in the 21st century, Vitamin D is still relevant as positive health effects have been recognized and with it an increased number of samples and a demand for accurate analyzing. Vitamin D is commonly believed to be sensitive to ultraviolet radiation in serum and blood samples and therefore have traditionally been kept protected from light exposure from the time of sampling until the finished analyze. However recent studies have proven 25- hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH]D) to be stable in both whole blood and serum. As previous studies have been primarily conducted in research laboratories with the aim to study vitamin D under specific research-laboratory conditions the aim of this study was to study the stability of 25[OH]D in serum and whole blood within both primary care- and hospital laboratories under normal and exaggerated conditions with the purpose to evaluate possible pre-analytical issues with everyday handling processes. The assay used was high pressure liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLCMS/MS, and the sought analytes 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, 25[OH]D2 and 25[OH]D3. The results showed that 25-hydroxyvitamin D is stable in serum for 24 hours at room temperature whilst exposed to light both ultraviolet and fluorescent. The analyte is also stable for up to four freeze-thaw cycles rendering the process of light-protection and samples frozen immediately after centrifugation superfluous. The results also ensure reliable results even if samples are accidently left on benchtops or saved refrozen to be reanalyzed at a later date.
Under den industriella revolutionen på 1800 talet upptäcktes de negativa hälsoeffekterna av vitamin D-brist då barnen i städerna utvecklade rakit (osteomalaci) eller engelska sjukan som sjukdomen också kallas på grund av brist på sol och D-vitamin. Vitamin D produceras i huden från 7-dehydrokolesterol vid solexponering och ökar upptaget av fosfor och kalcium i tarmen som i sin tur förbättrar återuppbyggnaden av skelettet. Vitamin D är fortfarande aktuell även nu i vår tid men då för dess nyupptäckta hälsofrämjande egenskaper som till exempel förebyggandet av coloncancer. Detta medför även en ökning av antalet analyser och kräver därmed en adekvat analysmetod. Traditionellt har det antagits att vitamin D är ljuskänsligt i alla former därför har blod och serum ljusskyddats, från provtagningstillfället fram tills dess att analysen är utförd. Dock har nya studier visat att 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH]D) är mycket stabilt bundet till vitamindbindande protein i både serum och helblod. Syftet med studien var att utvärdera om 25[OH]D i serum och helblod behöver ljusskddas genom att studera stabiliteten hos 25[OH]D i både serum och helblod under normala primärvårdslaboratorie- och sjukhuslaboratorieförhållanden samt under extrema förhållanden för att utvärdera eventuella preanalytiska problem eller fel relaterade till den vardagliga hanteringen av vitamin D prover. Proverna analyserades med högupplösande vätskekromatografi-tandem masspektrometri, HPLC-MS/MS, och de sökta analyterna var 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, 25[OH]D2 och 25[OH]D3. Resultat från studien visade att 25-hydroxyvitamin D är stabilt i serum i 24 timmar i rumstemperatur med ljusexponering från både ultraviolett och fluorescerande ljus. 25-hydroxyvitamin D är även stabil i serum upp till fyra frys- och tiningscykler. Detta gör att provhanteringen kan förenklas genom att dessa prover inte behöver ljusskyddas samt att serumet ej behöver frysas in direkt efter centrifugering. Resultatet säkerställer även tillförlitliga resultat om prover lämnas framme på bänken av misstag eller om prover behöver sparas och frysas om för att analyseras vid senare tillfälle.

Pro gradu -tutkielman tavoitteena oli selvittää oululaisten 18–25-vuotiaiden nuorten suusyöpätietoisuutta. Tutkimuksessa pyrittiin kartoittamaan, mitä nuoret tietävät suusyövän oireista, riskitekijöistä ja yleisyydestä. Lisäksi tarkoituksena oli selvittää, vaikuttaako sukupuoli, elämäntavat ja koulutus suusyöpätietoisuuteen. Tutkimus toteutettiin face-to-face haastattelulla Oulun yliopiston kirjasto Pegasuksessa ja Oulun kaupungin kirjastossa. Haastatteluun osallistui yhteensä 60 nuorta, joista oli 30 miehiä ja 30 naisia. Haastateltavista kuusi oli suorittanut peruskoulun, 22 oli suorittanut toisen asteen koulutuksen tai oli sellaista parhaillaan suorittamassa ja 32 oli suorittanut korkeakoulun tai oli sellaista parhaillaan suorittamassa. Saatujen tulosten mukaan oululaisten nuorten suusyöpätietoisuus oli pääasiassa heikkoa tasoa. Tulokset osoittivat, että suusyöpätietoisuuden eri osa-alueiden, kuten oireiden, riskitekijöiden ja yleisyyden tietäminen oli kauttaaltaan samansuuntaisia kuin muualla maailmalla. Nuorten tietoisuus oli vahvasti yhteyksissä siihen, mikä oli heidän koulutustasonsa. Korkeakoulun suorittaneet tai sitä parhaillaan suorittamassa olevien tietoisuus oli selvästi parempaa kuin toisen asteen koulutuksen tai peruskoulun suorittaneiden. Lisäksi monipuolinen ruokavalio ja lähipiirissä esiintynyt suusyöpä nosti suusyöpätietoisuuden tasoa. Tutkimuksen myötä saatiin tietoa siitä, mikä on oululaisten nuorten suusyöpätietoisuuden taso. Vähäisen haastateltavien määrän vuoksi tulokset ovat vain suuntaa-antavia, mutta tutkimuksen perusteella voidaan todeta, että suusyöpätietoisuus on huomattavan alhainen. Suusyöpä on aggressiivisesti leviävä syöpämuoto, jonka esiintymiseen voidaan vahvasti vaikuttaa elämäntavoilla. Jatkossa voisi tutkia tarkemmin suusyövän riskitekijöiden ja ensioireiden tietoisuutta ja näiden myötä miettiä, kuinka voidaan parantaa tietoisuutta ja tätä kautta vaikuttaa suusyövän esiintymiseen.

A Guerra fiscal entre estados brasileiros é um processo estudado a mais de vinte anos, com a maior parte dos trabalhos sendo de cunho qualitativo. O presente trabalho explora a dinâmica da guerra fiscal sob um enfoque empírico, tomando com elemento central as alíquotas efetivas do ICMS para cada Unidade Federativa, e analisando-as através de um uma série de painéis espaciais visando modelar o processo de fixação de alíquotas e testar a existência de interações estratégicas entre os governos. Os resultados, para o período entre 1986-2013, corroboram a existência de interações estratégicas entre os estados e seus vizinhos, implicando na geração de distorções alocativas causadas sobre o processo de competição fiscal sobre a economia.
Abstract : The "fiscal war" between brazilian states are studied for more than Twenty years , with most work being of qualitative nature . The present work explores the dynamics of this fiscal competition process from a empirical approach, taking the effective rates of the ICMS tax for each state as a central element, and analyzing the data with use of a series of spatial panel models aimed at modeling the process of fixing rates and testing the existence Strategic interactions between governments. The results for the 1986-2013 period confirm the existence of strategic interactions between states and their neighbors, resulting in the generation of allocative distortions through the process.

Master’s thesis deals with design and calculation of one body condensing steam turbine of 25 MW with samples for paper-making industry. The thesis is focused on calculation of the turbine’s heat balance with two technological samples and regeneration which consists of two low pressure heaters and a deaerator with a power reservoir. The steam turbine is designed with a water cooling condenser with down output. The flow part is calculated with lengths of blades. There are basic strength and proportion calculations. In the end of the thesis the turbine’s heat balance is recalculated to 80% and 105% scheme according to an assignment. Another part of this thesis is a drawing of a longitudinal cut of the turbine including a connector with a gearbox.

У кваліфікаційній роботі представлена розробка проекту цеху з виробництва кисломолочної продукції потужністю 60 т переробленого молока за зміну. Асортиментом даного виробництва є йогурт плодово-ягідний, пляшка картонна, ДСТУ 4343:2004 , 400 г, сметана жирність 15%, плівка поліетиленова, ДСТУ 4418:2005, 350г, кефір жирність 4% , пляшка пластикова, ДСТУ 4417:2005. В проекті наведено розрахунки з технології виробництва продуктів запропонованого асортименту. Обґрунтовано вибір процесів та режимів виробництва. Описано організацію технохімічного та мікробіологічного контролю. При підборі технологічного обладнання передбачено високопродуктивні машини та апарати, що забезпечують модернізацію трудових процесів та безперервну роботу цеху, максимальне використання сировини та максимальне завантаження обладнання. Наведене обладнання розміщено згідно зі встановленими нормами і забезпечує поточність технологічного процесу. Кваліфікаційна робота містить 3 розділи: 1. Технологічна частина. 2. Екологічна частина 3. Охорона праці. У процесі роботи виконано відповідні креслення для зображення цеху з виробництва заданого асортименту.
The qualification work presents the development of the project of a shop for the production of fermented milk products with a capacity of 60 tons of processed milk per shift. The range of this production is fruit and berry yogurt, cardboard bottle, DSTU 4343: 2004, 400 g, sour cream fat content 15%, polyethylene film, DSTU 4418: 2005, 350 g, kefir fat content 4%, plastic bottle, DSTU 4417: 2005. The project provides calculations on the technology of production of the proposed range. The choice of production processes and modes is substantiated. The organization of technochemical and microbiological control is described. The selection of technological equipment includes high-performance machines and devices that ensure the modernization of labor processes and continuous operation of the shop, maximum use of raw materials and maximum load of equipment. The given equipment is placed according to the established norms and provides current of technological process. The diploma project contains 3 sections: 1. Technological part. 2. Ecological part. 3. Labor protection. In the course of work the corresponding drawings for the image of shop on production of the set assortment are executed.

I förvaltningslagen, föreskrivs att myndigheter skall handlägga ärenden ”så enkelt, snabbt och billigt som möjligt utan att säkerheten eftersätts”. Man skall också bereda andra myndigheter tillfälle att yttra sig i de frågor som kan beröra deras verksamhetsområde. I lantmäterimyndighetens ramlag, fastighetsbildningslagen, står det i 4 kap 25 § att samråd ska ske med andra myndigheter ”vid behov”. I 4 kap 25 a § samma lag finns även en tydlig koppling till kommunens byggnadsnämnd i de frågor som berör befintlig eller tillkommande bebyggelse utanför planlagt område. Syftet med detta examensarbete är därför att dels utreda hur detta samrådsförfarande fungerar i praktiken samt hur man hanterar bedömningarna i samband med hänskjutande enligt 4 kap. 25 a § FBL. För att få någorlunda jämförbara förhållanden har tio kommuner i Stockholms län valts ut i en första fallstudie avseende samrådsrutinerna gentemot byggnadsnämnden. I den andra fallstudien undersöker vi närmare hur själva hänskjutande processen fungerar. Studierna visar att samrådsrutinerna överlag är ganska strukturerade och långtgående inom specifikt det statliga Lantmäteriet i Stockholms län. Samrådet används inte enbart som det föreskrivs i lagen och förarbetena utan fungerar även som informations- och samarbetsforum avseende främst planfrågor mellan de olika myndigheterna. El consumo de drogas de síntesis ha ido en aumento, estos nuevos derivados sintéticos son análogos estructurales de la feniletilamina N-sustituidos, este grupo ha provocado severos casos de intoxicación e incluso probablemente la muerte de varios usuarios. En Chile estas drogas se presentarían principalmente como tres derivados conocidos como 25-I-NBOMe, 25-C-NBOMe y 25-B-NBOMe, y ya han desplazado al LSD como el principal alucinógeno consumido y sin conocerse todavía la concentración de sustancias activas presentes en cada dosis. En este trabajo se desarrollan dos metodologías analíticas para la determinación de compuestos NBOMes en estampillas incautadas en Chile; estas son cromatografía planar instrumental HPTLC y cromatografía de gases con detector de masas GC/MS como técnicas alternativas de fácil manejo y costo. Estas metodologías demostraron ser robustas y confiables para el propósito previsto y una vez validado los métodos se analizaron muestras reales de estampillas, donde más del 90% del total corresponde a 25-C-NBOMe, en un rango de la concentración muy amplio. Posteriormente se implementó y validó una metodología para la detección del principal componente encontrado en estampillas (25-C-NBOMe) pero para la matriz orina como diagnóstico de intoxicación aguda. Según nuestro conocimiento, este es el primer reporte acerca de la composición química de las estampillas de derivados NBOMes empleando las técnicas desarrolladas en este trabajo
The consumption of synthetic drugs has increased, these new synthetic derivatives are structural analogs of N-substituted phenylethylamine, and this group has caused severe cases of poisoning and even death probably in several users. In Chile these drugs are mainly represented as three derivatives known as 25-I- NBOMe, 25-C-NBOMe and 25-B-NBOMe, and have displaced the LSD as the main hallucinogen consumed without know the concentration of active substances in each dose yet. In these work two analytical methodologies for the determination of NBOMes compounds in seized blotters in Chile are developed; these techniques are instrumental planar chromatography HPTLC and gas chromatography with mass detector GC / MS as alternatives with easy handling and cost. These methods proved to be robust and reliable for the intended purpose and once the implemented methods were validated, we analyzed real samples of blotters, where more than 90% of the total was identified as 25-C-NBOMe in a wide range of concentration. Subsequently we implemented and validated a methodology for the detection of the main component found in blotters (25-C-NBOMe) but for analysis of urine as diagnosis of acute poisoning. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report about chemical composition of blotters with NBOMe derivatives using the techniques developed in this work

Idrottsämnet är ett populärt ämne och har funnits i den svenska skolan i över 200 år och har visat sig ha en positiv effekt på elevers hälsa, då fysisk aktivitet bland annat bidrar till att minska risken för hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar, benskörhet och cancer. Syftet med arbetet är att ur ett didaktiskt perspektiv undersöka hur kursplanen i idrott och hälsa har förändrats under de senaste 25 åren avseende ämnets innehåll, metod och syfte. Studien baseras på en kvalitativ textanalys där en jämförelse av kursplanerna sker med hjälp av en analysmodell, där tidigare forskning och teoretiska utgångspunkter ligger som grund. Resultatet visar att innehåll, metod och syfte som är baserat på de didaktiska frågorna vad, hur och varför har ett flertal likheter och skillnader i kursplanerna. Rubriker och sidantal i de olika kursplanerna samt lärarens förutsättningar att göra didaktiska val har bland annat förändrats under åren och kunskapen om att eleverna ska få en förståelse om hur fysisk aktivitet bidrar till en bättre hälsa och välbefinnande är något som är oförändrat i alla kursplanerna. De centrala begrepp som är framtagna genom analysmodellen behandlas även kontinuerligt i de olika kursplanerna.

Process modeling has become an essential part of many organizations for documenting, analyzing and redesigning their business operations and to support them with suitable information systems. In order to serve this purpose, it is important for process models to be well grounded in formal and precise semantics. While behavioural semantics of process models are well understood, there is a considerable gap of research into the semantic aspects of their text labels and natural language descriptions. The aim of this paper is to make this research gap more transparent. To this end, we clarify the role of textual content in process models and the challenges that are associated with the interpretation, analysis, and improvement of their natural language parts. More specifically, we discuss particular use cases of semantic process modeling to identify 25 challenges. For each challenge, we identify prior research and discuss directions for addressing them.

The steroid hormone 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1,25(OH)2D3] rapidly stimulates the uptake of phosphate in isolated chick intestinal cells, while the steroid 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [24,25(OH)2D3] inhibits the rapid stimulation by 1,25(OH)2D3. Previous work in this laboratory has indicated that 24,25(OH)2D3 inhibits phosphate uptake in isolated intestinal cells and perfused duodenal loops. It is critical to show this effect in the whole animal to determine the presence of any confounding factors. Studies were therefore undertaken to determine if 24,25(OH)2D3 had a similar effect in vivo. 24,25(OH)2D3 has two isomers which are 24R, 25dihydroxyvitamin D3 [24R,25(OH)2D3] and 24S, 25dihydroxyvitamin D3 [24S,25(OH)2D3]. We studied these two isomers separately and tested them over a time course of 1, 5, 10, 15, and 18 h after steroid using chicks on regular diet, but fasted, and chicks on a lower vitamin D diet. All chicks were anesthetized prior to surgical exposure of the duodenal loop and injection of a solution containing H3 32PO4 into the lumen. An initial time course study of phosphate transport determined that 3 to 9 min of absorption in vivo was in a linear range, as judged by serum levels of radioactivity. Chicks were then injected with either 200 μg of 24R,25(OH)2D3, 20 μg of 24S,25(OH)2D3, or vehicle for control groups within the same time course studies. We found that the isomers had different effects on phosphate absorption. 24R,25(OH)2D3 had a hypophosphatemic effect in vivo. The serum levels of radionuclide revealed hypophosphatemic effects at 1, 5, 15, and 18 h time points with a decrease of 20%, 42%, 39%, and 43%, respectively, (P< 0.05) compared with controls; chicks raised on a low vitamin D diet also showed a decrease in phosphate absorption at 10 h time point by 33%. In contrast, 24S,25(OH)2D3 stimulated intestinal phosphate absorption at the 5-h time point by 64%, but had no other effects at the other time points tested. Because 24S,25(OH)2D3 was largely ineffective, dose-response studies were undertaken with only the 24R,25(OH)2D3 isomer. In comparing phosphate absorption in chicks fasted 18 h, and dosed with vehicle, 100 μg, 200 μg, or 300 μg of steroid 1 h prior to experimentation it was found that the lowest dose increased absorption to 99% of controls, while the 200 μg and 300 μg doses decreased phosphate absorption. Das „Rosa Archiv Leipzig“ beging 2011 mit seiner Bibliothek das 25-jährige Bestehen. Es wurde von seinem Gründer Jürgen Zehnle, der es heute noch betreibt, am 1. Februar 1986 in der Leipziger Waldstraße 44 gegründet, wo es bis 1994 ansässig war. Nach vielen vergeblichen Versuchen, eine selbständige Organisation zu schaffen (siehe „Karl-Heinrich-Ulrich-Gesellschaft“) die das Archiv, die Bibliothek und einen Veranstaltungsort in sich vereinen und offen für alle Interessierten sein sollte, brachten auch Angliederungsversuche an verschiedene damals „gesellschaftlich anerkannte“ Gruppierungen wie die Pirkheimer-Gesellschaft oder den Kulturbund keinen Erfolg, da man für die knapp 850.000 Schwulen und Lesben Ostdeutschlands keinen Bedarf sah.

Utvecklingsavdelningen för hydraulcylindrar på Bosch Rexroth AB har identifierat ett marknadssegment för en lågpriscylinder som kan arbeta med högt tryck. Företaget har idag en lågpriscylinder på marknaden och vill vidareutveckla denna för att klara högre tryck. Detta examensarbete har utförts som en förstudie med syftet att presentera olika konstruktionslösningar av nuvarande cylinders ingående delar, för att erhålla de önskade egenskaperna. Arbetet började med att ingående bryta ner den nuvarande cylindern i mindre delar för analys. Det gjordes även en studie av konkurrenterna och vad deras sortiment har att erbjuda. I studien framkom att den sökta typen av cylinder redan idag finns på marknaden, vilket tyder på att efterfrågan finns samt att målet med utvecklingsprojektet inte är orealistiskt. När förståelsen av problembilden blivit klar kunde ett antal kritiska områden preciseras. För att få fler infallsvinklar om hur problemen kan behandlas, utfördes litteraturstudier. Litteraturstudierna resulterade i flera olika beräkningsteorier att använda. Teorierna utvärderades och applicerades sedan på de kritiska områdena. Ett flertal koncept att lösa problemen genererades fram och utvärderades mot de konstruktionskriterier som tidigt i utvecklingsarbetet hade identifierats. Trovärdigheten i de beräknade koncepten granskades sedan med hjälp av praktiska tester i företagets laboratorium. Slutligen kunde rekommenderade lösningar till företaget presenteras. Beräkningarna visar att förändringar behöver göras i cylindern. Godstjockleken i cylinderröret bör ökas för att klara det högre trycket. Även dimensionerna i framgavel och i bakgavel ökas för att erhålla en mer robust cylinder. Gängförband mellan kolv och kolvstång modifieras för att motstå den ökade spänningen som uppstår på grund av högre tryck. För att säkerställa att modifieringarna är tillräckliga måste fler prover utföras.

Background: The interest of vitamin D has increased in the last years. That is because there is so many possible positive effects of vitamin D and also because many individuals has vitamin D deficiency. Modern man spends much time indoors which leads to lower levels of vitamin D. People who have emigrated from a sunny climate to a Nordic climate often gets a deficiency due to a more pigmented skin which requires a larger amount of UVB to get an adequate synthesis of vitamin D. Aim: The aim with this study is to compare and evaluate how similar the instrument mini VIDAS measures 25(OH)D total against the current existing method cobas e 602. A discussion about if 25(OH)D total has a place in primary health care is included in the study. Method: The comparison was based on 39 samples. The samples was analyzed on cobas e 602 and mini VIDAS. A precision test was performed. External controls from DEQAS was also included in the study. The results have been presented with simple linear regression analysis, mean value, SD and CV. Results: The comparison between cobas e 602 and mini VIDAS gave a coefficient of determination of 81,34 %. mini VIDAS was closest to the external controls target values. Conclusion: There is no obvious conclusions about if mini VIDAS fulfills the requirement to be introduced to primary health care. The coefficient of determination of 81,34 % should be at least 95 %. However is mini VIDAS closer to the external controls target values then cobas e 602. There is factors that implies that 25(OH)D total has a place in primary health care with regards to demand, use and because many individuals has vitamin D deficiency. The instrument is also user-friendly to a primary health care laboratory.
Bakgrund: Intresset för vitamin D har ökat de senare åren. Det beror dels på att det finns många eventuella positiva effekter av vitamin D och dels på att många individer har brist på vitamin D. Nutidens människa spenderar mycket tid inomhus vilket leder till lägre nivåer av vitamin D. Personer som har utvandrat från ett soligt klimat till nordiskt klimat får ofta brist på grund av en mer pigmenterad hud som behöver större mängd UVB för att få en adekvat syntes av vitamin D. Syfte: Syftet med den här studien är att jämföra och utvärdera hur lika det patientnära instrumentet mini VIDAS mäter 25(OH)D total mot befintlig metod cobas e 602. Diskussion om analysen 25(OH)D total har en plats i primärvården ingår även i studien. Metod: Jämförelsen baserades på 39 st prover. Proven analyserades på cobas e 602 och mini VIDAS. Ett precisionsförsök gjordes. Externkontroller från DEQAS inkluderades även i studien. Resultaten har presenterats genom enkel linjär regressionsanalys, medelvärde, SD och CV. Resultat: Jämförelsen mellan cobas e 602 och mini VIDAS gav en förklaringsgrad på 81,43 %. mini VIDAS var närmst externkontrollernas målvärden. Slutsats: Det går inte att dra självklara slutsatser ifall mini VIDAS uppfyller kraven att införas i primärvården. Förklaringsgraden som är på 81,43 % bör vara minst 95 %. Däremot överensstämmer mini VIDAS med externkontrollerna bättre än cobas e 602. Det finns faktorer som tyder på att analysen 25(OH)D har en plats i primärvården med avseende på efterfrågan, användningsområde och antal individer med brist. Instrumentet är dessutom användarvänligt för ett primärvårdslaboratorium.

Many of the song cycles written by Schumann have been studied over the years and it is well known that his most prolific time of song production was the year 1840. Myrthen, Op. 25, has been studied less than some of his other cycles because it calls into question the modern view of the song cycle and for this reason is difficult to classify. What is most difficult about the classification of Op. 25 is that there is no immediately apparent narrative. In addition, the musical relationships which exist are usually considered to be of little consequence. What scholars are left with is a group of songs that in Schumann's mind constituted a song cycle but to the modern eye seems to be anything but. The most prevalent view concerning the organization of Op. 25 is that it is a collection of songs. Given his view of Lieder and his compositional process, in addition to the fact that it was presented to Clara as a wedding gift, I believe that Schumann had a specific organization in mind for this work. In this thesis I argue that due to the way in which Schumann conceived of and composed song cycles, the musical relationships are not what bind Op. 25 together although these relationships do exist. Instead, the organization hinges mainly on the text which represents a narrative of the relationship between Robert and Clara, which differs from the modern view of what classifies a group of songs as a cycle.

In accordance with accessible literature was constructed functioning circuit schema and subsequently there was constructed a motherboard which is mainly assembled from SMD technology. It makes this modem mobile and very easy usable in terrain. Modem communicates with PC via USB bus. Also this bus is used as power source for this device. Die sächsische Finanzverwaltung hat sich in den vergangenen 25 Jahren sehr erfolgreich entwickelt. Die schnelle Einführung der Marktwirtschaft und der D-Mark brachten 1990 ein sehr komplexes Steuersystem nach Ostdeutschland, das den Aufbau einer vollständig neuen Verwaltung notwendig machte. Zum 1. Juli 1990 nahmen in Sachsen 35 Finanzämter ihre Tätigkeit auf. Vom Vordruck bis zum Schreibmaterial, vom Schreibtisch bis zu Steuergesetzen und Aktenschränken musste alles organisiert werden, was eine Dienststelle funktionstüchtig macht. Eine große Herausforderung, die die Mitarbeiter der ersten Stunde gemeinsam mit den Aufbauhelfern aus den alten Bundesländern meisterten. Diese Sonderausgabe des Finanzspiegels wirft einen Blick zurück auf die Anfangszeit unserer Verwaltung und ihre Entwicklung in den letzten 25 Jahren. We have extended our detailed survey of the local white dwarf population from 20 to 25 pc, effectively doubling the sample volume, which now includes 232 stars. In the process, newstars within 20 pc have been added, a more uniform set of distance estimates as well as improved spectral and binary classifications are available. The present 25 pc sample is estimated to be about 68 per cent complete (the corresponding 20 pc sample is now 86 per cent complete). The space density of white dwarfs is unchanged at 4.8 +/- 0.5 x 10(-3) pc(-3). This new study includes a white dwarf mass distribution and luminosity function based on the 232 stars in the 25 pc sample. We find a significant excess of single stars over systems containing one or more companions (74 per cent versus 26 per cent). This suggests mechanisms that result in the loss of companions during binary system evolution. In addition, this updated sample exhibits a pronounced deficiency of nearby 'Sirius-like' systems. 11 such systems were found within the 20 pc volume versus only one additional system found in the volume between 20 and 25 pc. An estimate of white dwarf birth rates during the last similar to 8 Gyr is derived from individual remnant cooling ages. A discussion of likely ways new members of the local sample may be found is provided.

На токах аграрних господарств України сьогодні використовуються переважно повітряно-решітні самопересувні очисники вороху, типу ОВС-25, які здійснюють відділення домішок від зернового матеріалу за відмінністю у аеродинамічних властивостях та за розмірами. При цьому розділення за розмірами (товщиною або шириною) відбувається на коливальних станах (грохотах), оснащених плоскими пробивними решетами. Пришвидшення орієнтації зерна відносно отворів решіт можна досягти шляхом використання решітних полотен з поздовжно-профільованою робочою поверхнею.

A busy life which was started from the graduation of college made people forget what dream and life purpose were. This paper interviewed 68 people twice from 2011 to 2017, six years. First recordation in 2011 was about what their personality, dreams, thought and also life purpose were. The second recordation was in 2017, they have joined their career as an employee for six years, I wondered what kind of events changed them most during these few years. The interviewees can know who they was be though the letter of recordation, and they also did refresh their life experience in the process of interview.This paper quotes the thesis “White” of kenya hara who is a famous Japanese designer.“White”,said by kenya hara, is not only a coloration but also a state between human illusion and reality. “ “White” is nonbeing. The audience can use their life experience to image the stories that happened on those interviewees without tell them the truth that let them be inspired and empathic. To figure out all the things will be happened on anybody no matter good or worst it is will be the most important purpose in this creation program. Because people understand that life is impermanent while they see somebody suffered.
