Анотація:

Abstract The title compounds were synthesized by reaction of the elements in sealed tantalum tubes in a water-cooled sample chamber in a high-frequency furnace. These magnesium intermetallics crystallize with the tetragonal Mo2FeB2 type structure, space group P4/mbm. The lattice pa rameters of all compounds were refined from X-ray powder data. Single crystal X-ray data yielded a = 792.09(6), c = 396.31(8) pm, wR2 = 0.0396, 315 F2 values for La2Cu2Mg, a = 778.30(5), c = 384.04(5) pm, wR2 = 0.0954, 214 F2 values for Nd2Cu2Mg, and a = 762.65(5), c = 374.09(3) pm, wR2 = 0.0566, 186 F2 values for Y2Cu2Mg with 12 variable parameters for each refinement. The RE2Cu2Mg structures can be described as an intergrowth of distorted A1B2 and CsCl related slabs of compositions RECu2 and REMg. Chemical bonding in La2Cu2Mg was investigated on the basis of extended Hückel calculations and compared to isotypic La2Cu2ln. This structure was also refined from single crystal X-ray data: P4/mbm, a = 780.8(2), c = 400.1(2) pm, wR2 = 0.0351, 211 F2 values and 12 variable parameters.

Анотація:

This study tested the fracture strength of prosthetic abutments with different sizes and combinations to support a 5-implant milled framework with distal extension. Prosthetic abutments with different dimensions (4.8-mm diameter mini conical abutment and 3.5-mm diameter microconical abutment) were screwed to 5 threaded implants. The following groups were divided (n = 3): G1 with 5 miniconical abutments (standard size), G2 with 5 microconical abutments (small sized), G3 with a combination of 3 small sized abutments and 2 standard sized abutments, and G4 with a combination of 2 small sized abutments and 3 standard sized abutments. Standardized titanium frameworks for full-arch fixed dental prosthesis were milled with equidistant holes for each of the 5 implants and abutments. A loading point was selected at 18 mm away from both distal implants. A universal testing system was used for the fracture strength tests and load was applied at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min on the previously described loading points until component fracture. Mean fracture strength for each group was statistically compared (α = 0.05). Prosthetic screws were the only fractured components for all tested groups. Mean fracture strength was: G1, 1130.22 N; G2, 1031.36 N; G3, 757.9 N; and G4 792.03 N (P < .05). All prosthetic abutments and combinations that were tested provide adequate fracture strength for clinical use. However, the combination of standard and small diameter abutments leads to lower fracture strength compared with when only standard sized prosthetic abutments were used, irrespective of the abutment diameter (4.8- or 3.5-mm).

Penta(para-tolyl)antimony reacts with heptafluoropropyl(t-butyl)diketone-1,3 with the splitting out of toluene and formation of the substitution product p-Tol4Sb[t-BuC(O)СHС(О)С3F7] (1), yielding 82%. The compound was identified by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The X-ray analysis was performed on an automatic four-circle diffractometer D8 Quest Bruker (MoK radiation, λ = 0.71073 Å, graphite monochromator) at 293 K. Crystal size is 0.59 × 0.48 × 0.13 mm, P-1, a = 10.47(2), b = 10.94(2), c = 17.04 (3) Å, α = 73.12 (6), β = 88.94(8), γ = 89.94(8) deg., V = 1867 (7) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 1.39 g/cm3, F(000) = 792.0, the 2θ interval is 3.89–56.999 deg., R1 = 0.2213, wR2 = 0.5429. According to the X-ray diffraction data, compound 1 is a molecular complex, in which the antimony atoms have an octahedral coordination with two oxygen atoms and two carbon atoms in the equatorial plane; the axial positions are occupied by the two remaining tolyl ligands. The CSbC axial angle is strongly distorted and is equal to 159.6 (8)°. The CSbO diagonal angles in the equatorial plane are 167.1(7)°, 166.9(7)°. The lengths of the Sb–C bonds are 2.11(2) and 2.19 (3) Å. The formation of the chain spatial structure of crystals is due to formation of bonds between the molecules involving fluorine (H∙∙∙F 2.64−2.83 Å) and carbon (C∙∙∙F 3.005 Å) atoms. Анотація:

The main two directives of the European Commission (EC) has been regulating the automotive industry. The aforementioned directives and education of residents on environmental issues has created the need for new materials that have been produced from renewable resources and should be recycled at the end of product life cycle. The objective of this project is to develop a nonwoven materials (NWM) that would incorporate fibers of plants, which could be grown in Latvia because of suitable local climate conditions, for the use in automotive industry. Furthermore, inclusion of polymer fibers in the NWM will expand the areas of use of such material – the NWM can be transformed into a composite material by means of a thermal press. Manufacturing process of NWM consist of structure modelling and material samples manufacturing. NWM samples production process to be carried out by fibers preparation, fibers mixing, formation by airlaid method, preparation of fiber webs for fixation with a mechanical needle punching method, mechanical fixation of fiber webs, preparation of fixed fiber webs for NWM manufacturing and manufacturing of NWM by mechanical needle punching method. This article reflects the comparison of two compositions NMW (Polylactid (PLA) (60 wt%) and long flax fibres (40 wt%), and PLA (60 wt%) and technical hemp fibres (40 wt%)) with the same structure by visual appearance, geometrical parameters and tensile strength. The average surface density of hemp NWM varies in the range of 792.09 to 958,71 g•m−2 , thickness varies from 6.91 to 9.23 mm. Flax NWM average surface density is higher than hemp NWM and varies in range of 1,064 to 1,260 g•m−2, thickness of the material varies from 12.62 to 15.54 mm. For comparison, the surface density of NWM currently used in automotive industry, depending on the use of the material, varies from 100 to 1,400 g•m−2.

The CSbC equatorial angles are not equivalent: the largest angle is observed on the side of intramolecular contacts [103.6(5), 109.0(4), 147.2(4)° for 1A, 105.0(4), 108.1( 4), 146.6(4)° for 1B and 104.39(17), 105.33(17), 150.21(16)° for 2]. The OSbO axial angles are 175.3(4), 176.0(4), and 175.10(10), respectively.

O trabalho expõe uma abordagem diferenciada no Ensino de Ciências, apresentando resultados de diferentes intervenções didáticas utilizando da arte do origami, permeando reflexões sobre o processo de construção e de aplicação experimental, como contribuição nas práticas pedagógicas na formação inicial de professores. A aplicação do trabalho foi desenvolvida com alunos do curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas da Universidade de Brasília, na disciplina de Didática das Ciências Naturais. A atividade desenvolvida demostrou que trabalhar com origami no Ensino de Ciências pode ser considerada uma boa ferramenta de ensino, haja vista que estimula a participação dos alunos podendo desperta criatividade, contribuindo para a construção do conhecimento de forma prática e se mostrando como um ótimo material didático

O crescimento do mundo virtual impacta diversos aspectos da vida social. Como desdobramento, o método de pesquisa chamado de Netnografia (Kozinets, 1998), uma adaptação do método etnográfico para o mundo virtual, também vem despertando cada vez mais o interesse de pesquisadores e apresentando excelentes resultados em estudos acadêmicos Por exemplo, a utilização do método já pode ser vista em algumas disciplinas como ciências da saúde (ERIKSSON E ERIKSSON, 2013), educação (FERREIRA; DA SILVA, 2014), estudos da religião (LOVE, 2011), turismo (MKONO, 2011), entre outras. Entretanto, apesar do reconhecimento de diversas áreas do conhecimento de que o crescimento do mundo virtual tem impactos em diversos aspectos da vida contemporânea e das potencialidades do uso metodológico da netnografia, nota-se a predominância de seu uso na investigação de fenômenos apenas na área de Marketing (BRENGRY-HOWEEL et al, 2011), ainda não parecendo gozar de muita popularidade em outras áreas da Administração. Desta forma, o objetivo do presente artigo é apresentar os pressupostos da netnografia e do método de análise de discurso adaptado para o mundo virtual, a Análise de Discurso Mediada por Computador (ADMC), considerando as suas possibilidades de uso e suas contribuições para a pesquisa na área da Administração.

Minyak kayu putih merupakan salah satu hasil hutan bukan kayu yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Saat ini permintaan minyak kayu putih diperkirakan akan terus meningkat dengan bertambahnya populasi penduduk dunia dan berkembangnya berbagai industri yang memanfaatkan minyak kayu putih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan, kelayakan usaha petani HHBK kayu putih (Melaleuca cajuputi) dan sistem pemasaran hasil panen kayu putih (Melaleuca cajuputi). Lokasi penelitian terletak di Hutan Lindung Desa Montong Sapah Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survey dan wawancara dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuisioner terhadap 14 responden yang dilaksanakan pada bulan januari 2020. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan random sebanyak 15% dari jumlah petani HHBK kayu putih (Melaleuca cajuputi) yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Tani Hutan Tenem . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan petani dalam kisaran waktu 1 tahun adalah sebesar Rp. 2.901.000, rata-rata tiap kali panen dalam kisaran waktu perdua bulan sebesar Rp. 792.000 dan tingkat kelayakan usaha dimana R/C Ratio menunjukkan 2,58 ≥ 1,3 yang berarti menguntungkan, maka usaha ini layak dilanjutkan. Dalam analisis pemasaran menunjukkan bahwa petani menjual kayu putih ke satu tempat (monopoli) dengan 2 sistem pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh pihak pembeli yaitu 64% pembayaran langsung dan 36% pembayaran kemudian. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan maka diharapkan petani meningkatkan usaha pemeliharaan seperti pemangkasan (prunning) sesuai petunjuk teknis kemudian perlu adanya campur tangan pemerintah untuk menentukan harga jual daun kayu putih ,mencari informasi pasar untuk mendapat nilai jual maksimal atau optimal dan frekuensi kerja penyuluh lebih ditingkatkan kembali

Анотація:

O Estado de São Paulo é o principal centro mercantil, corporativo e financeiro brasileiro. A Secretaria de Estado da Educação de São Paulo (SEE) administra cerca de cinco milhões de alunos, 230 mil professores, 5.500 escolas. O número de alunos do Estado de São Paulo é maior que o da população de 15 estados brasileiros. Diante desses números verifica-se a importância de desvelar a política educacional na rede estadual de ensino de São Paulo, explicitando o construtivismo como um elemento estratégico dessa política. A SEE vem mantendo, desde 1983, portanto, há mais de vinte e cinco anos, o construtivismo como discurso pedagógico oficial e, ao mesmo tempo, como um dos pilares para a formatação de um modelo de escola em sintonia com as injunções neoliberais e pós-modernas por meio de dispositivos legais, produção e circulação de materiais distribuídos à rede de ensino. Esses mecanismos funcionam como interventores sobre a prática pedagógica e veiculam valores, teorias e ideologias, trazendo implicações que podem ser observadas no precário desempenho do alunado nos diferentes instrumentos de avaliação de aprendizagem. Assim, o percurso dessas publicações nos últimos 25 anos deve servir à análise das políticas públicas para a educação paulista e se prestar à denúncia das conseqüências da opção teórico-pedagógica da SEE: formação de baixa qualidade limitada à reprodução da divisão social do trabalho.

Um dos principais problemas da Didática - geral e específica, nesse caso, da História - é o da seleção e organização de conteúdos de ensino. Considerando a complexidade e a historicidade dessa tarefa, este texto busca os fundamentos históricos das seleções e organizações de conteúdo para o ensino de História do Brasil e de História Geral, desde as origens da disciplina no século XIX às grandes linhas de organização contemporâneas de conteúdo. Parte-se do pressuposto de que os efeitos da modernidade, do nacionalismo e do europeísmo modelam e condicionam a disciplina escolar, gerando características que perduram até hoje, impondo limitações a projetos de mudanças. Intermediariamente, os processos de descolonização sustentam projetos alternativos de História e de ensino de História, entre os quais se registra a História da América, proposta no Brasil no início do século XX. Com a ressalva crítica ao quadripartismo da História Geral e ao tripartismo da História Nacional, são esquematizadas as propostas de tratamento didático do conteúdo histórico: História Geral e Nacional canônicas (abordagens tradicionais lineares), História Integrada, História Temática, História regressiva ou retrospectiva e História através dos Meios de Produção do marxismo.

Collected by honeybees, Bee pollen is a flower pollen gathered from selected flower species by special pollen traps, therapeutic qualities and reproductive performance of bee pollen are given from biologically active substances. Lead is a heavy metal, which induce reproductive intoxication, comes in the high levels from human activities.The aim of the present study was to evaluate the impact of bee pollen hydro-ethanolic extract on adult Wistar rat testis exposed to lead acetate sub-acute intoxication (15 days), highlighted using histological technics in situ. The biochemical and biometric measurement were conducted to verify any eventual toxicity of hydro-ethanolic extract in vivo. Animals were divided into four equal groups: first control group was treated orally with distillated water (1 ml) by gavage. The second group was administered 100 mg/kg/bw/day of a hydro-ethanolic extract of bee pollen, the third group was administered 30 mg/kg/bw/day lead acetate, the fourth group was given the both treatments in the same levels. The results showed that the relative organs weight indicates that only left kidney (p=0.001) and spleen (p=0.001) were attenuated without a considerable difference of the liver (p=0.07). the same was shown for relative weight of sexual organs. In addition, no significant difference, was marked, in serum biochemical parameters except for: Blood urea nitrogen, Alanine aminotransferase, Total bilirubin and Direct bilirubin. furthermore, ameliorative effect was shown after lead-induced alteration after histological stain of seminiferous tubules, indicating low lumen of seminiferous tubules with presence of spermatogonia and wide height of seminiferous epithelium. Biological activities of bee pollen extract, alleviate the lead induced toxicity on rat testis, marked by a complete spermatogenesis and prevention of Sertoli cells destruction.

Анотація:

Este trabalho apresenta uma proposta de solução para um problema da Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB), que consiste em definir os roteiros de transporte com coleta e entrega simultâneas a partir de um terminal central localizado no Rio de Janeiro. É proposto um método de solução baseado na meta-heurística Busca Dispersa integrada com a meta-heurística Descida em Vizinhança Variável como método de melhoria de soluções. Esta proposta de solução foi aplicada em uma instância real do problema da FAB e em três conjuntos de problemas-teste da literatura, tendo apresentado resultados indicativos de que o método desenvolvido é competitivo com outras abordagens de solução para esse problema considerando as mesmas restrições.

Introdução: Dentre os pacientes com Acidente Vascular Encefálico (AVE), cerca de 20% a 50% apresentam comprometimento na memória explícita. Objetivo: comparar o desempenho de pacientes e saudáveis em testes de memória explícita, de acordo com o tipo de evocação, livre e por reconhecimento. Métodos: Foram avaliados 6 pacientes e 6 indivíduos saudáveis. Os participantes observaram, em uma tela de computador, uma série de 8 figuras, uma após a outra, depois referiram quais figuras foram visualizadas anteriormente, de forma livre e por reconhecimento quando misturadas a 8 novas figuras. Os dados foram analisados pela ANOVA. Resultados: Os dois grupos apresentaram média de acertos significativamente menor na evocação livre do que no reconhecimento. Entre as figuras, observou-se maior acerto nas de objetos/animais e um menor índice nas de atividades funcionais. Conclusão: Os resultados apontam a necessidade de utilizar diferentes tipos de figuras e evocação na avaliação e tratamento de pacientes com AVE.

El pronombre tú en español puede adoptar dos tipos de referencia: una deíctica que señala prototípicamente al interlocutor y otra que no se refiere directamente a él, sino que  utiliza la segunda persona para expresar contenidos generales o argumentos. Esta segunda, que se ha dado en llamar genérica o inespecífica, la hemos redenominado tú objetivador ya que constituye un tránsito del dominio de la primera persona hacia la segunda; esto es, un uso de ‘tú’ en lugar de ‘yo’ como recurso de objetivación. Se estudiarán las frecuencias de la variante expresa y omitida en distintos textos conversacionales y de los medios de comunicación del Corpus Conversacional del Español de Canarias. Las diferencias entre el significado de objetivación de la variante expresa y omitida respectivamente es gradual, además, cada una de ellas coaparece con distintos elementos lingüísticos que contribuyen a conformar este significado y obtienen frecuencias dispares en los textos analizados.

Ao se qualificar/desqualificar, o trabalhador vive um processo contraditório e de confronto nas relações sociais de produção capitalistas. O capital, ao mesmo tempo em que exige maior escolarização do proletário, contraditoriamente simplifica as atividades no interior da indústria, desenvolvendo a “pedagogia capitalista” das habilidades e competências, pois expropria o saber nas relações de trabalho e internaliza as formas de produção estranhadas/alienadas. Assim, o trabalhador amplia a escolarização formal, porém permanece nas condições assalariadas da agroindústria, que busca constantemente capturar a subjetividade para o consenso das formas de produção capitalistas, envolvendo o proletário na trama das relações de controle e domínio. O estudo aqui relatado se utiliza do método do materialismo dialético, segundo o qual capital e trabalho não estão separados, mas unidos dialeticamente no processo produtivo. A área de estudo compreende o município de Xaxim, no Oeste Catarinense, caracterizado pela presença de grandes grupos agroindustriais, além de um significativo setor de comércio e serviços, voltado para atender, majoritariamente, as mencionadas agroindústrias.

Abordando cuestiones esenciales para el movimiento feminista como la maternidad, la sexualidad de la mujer, la identidad o la doble jornada en el sector agrícola y haciendo un gran uso del lenguaje audiovisual, la adaptación cinematográfica de la novela de Robert James Waller pone el acento (ya sea de forma intencionada o casual) en los tabúes de las mujeres de la época y en los mandatos de género que éstas debían asumir. Abstract Glycogen synthase kinase (GSK)-3β, a serine/threonine kinase, reportedly regulates the canonical Wnt and Hedgehog pathways. Evidence indicates that thrombopoietin, a major regulator of thrombopoiesis, induces several signaling pathways, such as MAPK, PI3K, and JAK/STAT. Here, we present data showing a novel role of GSK-3β in megakaryocyte (MK) and platelet production in an in vitro hematopoietic cell culture system. Primary human low-density bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) were grown in serum-free media containing thrombopoietin and several inhibitors: PD98059, SB202190, LY294002 or TWS119 was used to inhibit MAPK, p38MAPK, PI3K, or GSK-3β, respectively. The MK or platelet cell count was examined by flow cytometry on day 12 using the relative value of CD41 (+)/propidium iodide (+) cells or platelet size CD41 (+) cells, respectively, versus 106 BMMNCs on day 0. When the cells were treated with PD98059, SB202190, or LY294002, the MKs and platelets decreased in number compared with the non-treated control cells. In contrast, MK and platelet production was increased by the presence of TWS119 in the cell culture [TWS119 (+)] as compared with its absence in the cell culture [TWS119 (−)]: MKs, 24965.3±5437.7 vs 5763.7±874.0, p=0.0038, platelets, 6645.8±792.0 vs 3276.0±298.1, p=0.0023. In addition, human CD34 (+) cells were obtained from BMMNCs and grown in the liquid culture system, and each small interference RNA (siRNA) for GSK-3β or negative control was transfected into the cells on day 3. The frequency of CD41 (+)/propidium iodide (+) cells in siRNA-GSK3β transfected-cells was 2-fold higher than that in siRNA-negative control transfected cells. The transcriptional profiling was then compared between BMMNCs in TWS119 (+/−) to study the mechanism underlying the effect of GSK-3β on MK and platelet production. This analysis using the Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 Gene Chip array, which covers approximately 50000 transcripts, demonstrated genes with significantly increased or decreased expression in TWS119 (+) relative to TWS119 (−) at day 8. Of those genes, some factors associated with cytoskeletal organization, such as Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor and β tubulin cofactor A, had increased expression, while others, such as supervillin and α tubulin, had decreased expression. The BMMNC-derived MKs and platelets in TWS119 (+/−) were morphologically analyzed with electron microscopy. The size of MKs in TW119 (+) was larger in diameter than that of MKs in TWS119 (−). Also, there was abundant mature MKs in TWS119 (+) whereas most MKs in TWS119 (−) were immature at day 8. However, there was no difference in the ultrastructure of platelets obtained from the MKs in TWS119 (+) or TWS119 (−). The findings of the present study demonstrated that GSK-3β negatively regulates MK and platelet production. Alterations in the MK morphology and/or maturation time might contribute to this regulation.

Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is the most important and strategic cereal crop in Egypt and has many bread wheat varieties. Seventeen Egyptian bread wheat varieties used in this study with a set of sixteen wheat microsatellite markers to examine their utility in detecting DNA polymorphism, estimating genetic diversity and identifying genotypes. A total of 190 alleles were detected at 16 loci using 16 microsatellite primer pairs. The number of allele per locus ranged from 8 to 20, with an average of 11.875. The polymorphic information content (PIC) and marker index (MI) average values were 0.8669, 0.8530 respectively. The (GA) n microsatellites were the highest polymorphic (20 alleles). The Jaccard's Coefficient for genetic similarity was ranged from 0.524 to 0.109 with average of 0.375. A dendrogram was prepared based on similarity matrix using UPGMA algorithm, divided the cultivars into two major clusters. The results proved the microsatellite markers utility in detecting polymorphism due to the discrimination of cultivars and estimating genetic diversity.

The present study focuses on judicial officers coming from Constantinople to Thessalonike in the 11th century. The judge of the theme of Thessalonike was in charge of trying cases in the region. From the second fifth of the 11th century, however, his jurisdiction was extended to the greater financial and judicial unit of Boleron, Strymon and Thessalonike as well. Lead seals and documents from the archives of the monasteries of Athos prove that many of the krites of Boleron, Strymon and Thessalonike had been previously krites of the velum and judges of the hippodrome who performed their duties in the capital and belonged to the ranks of the “small judges”. These judicial officers tried cases that were referred to them, while they could also function as assessors of the “great” or superior judges of Constantinople, i.e. the droungarios of the vigla, the dikaiodotes, the protoasecretis, the eparchos of the city, the koiaistor and the epi ton kriseon. The latter could delegate the authority to try cases to the “small” or inferior judges. Consequently, the judges of the velum and the judges of the hippodrome could also be sent from Constantinople to the themes by the emperor or other officials, in order to examine some cases and then return to the capital. This is confirmed by the primary sources, which mention for example the case of judge of the hippodrome Michael Rhodios, who was sent by Alexios I Komnenos in 1084 from Constantinople to the region of Thessalonike, in order to examine a dispute between the Lavra monastery and the brother of the emperor, Adrian. Some years later Michael Rhodios was sent again to try cases in Thessalonike, but this time as krites of Boleron, Strymon and Thessalonike. Consequently, apart from the judge of Boleron, Strymon and Thessalonike, other judges delegated by the emperor or by high officers could also examine cases there, as happened in other themes. From the 14th century on, as Macedonia developed its own law schools, a person who had acquired legal training and judicial experience in Thessalonike could continue his judicial career in Constantinople.

Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. Introduction Controversy remains about the best strategy for STEMI reperfusion during the COVID-19 pandemic. There are no uniform criteria in this setting and it has been proposed that fibrinolysis may be the strategy of choice during lockdown. The aim is to present our experience and safety in maintaining the guidelines based STEMI reperfusion strategy. Methods and purpose Retrospective study comparing patients treated for STEMI during the period of lockdown in Spain (03/15/2020 to 05/31/2020) and patients with STEMI treated in the same period of the previous year (2019). Result We included 73 patients from the pre-COVID period versus 67 patients from the lockdown. Baseline characteristics are showed in table 1. There were no significant differences neither in the choice of reperfusion strategy (fibrinolysis or primary percutaneous coronary intervention) nor in the occurrence of complications. Independently of the reperfusion strategy, there was not a significant increase on reperfusion times (table 1). There were no significant differences in complications during admission. In our experience, PPCI achieved similar in-hospital and 30-day mortality, as compared with fibrinolysis during the COVID-19 lockdown (Image 1). There was not any case of SARS-CoV2 infection among cath lab staff. Conclusions To use conventional guidelines based reperfusion strategy of STEMI patients is a safe and effective strategy during the COVID-19 lockdown. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan menentukan tema-tema pokok kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem among karya Ki Hadjar Dewantara sebenarnya merupakan suatu sistem pendidikan yang lengkap dan komprehensif. Oleh karena itu, pada dasarnya dapat diterapkan sepanjang waktu, seperti yang dilaksanakan di SMA Taruna Nusantara. Namun demikian dalam pelaksanaanya untuk perguruan Tamansiswa yang terbatas fasilitasnya ada beberapa hal yang tidak bisa dilaksanakan, misalnya rumah untuk pamong dan kunjungan ke rumah siswa sudah jarang dilakukan. A partir da estruturação de um Instituto de Planejamento Urbano e da ação de prefeitos urbanistas, a capital paranaense sofreu modificações consideráveis e contínuas desde a década de 1970. Analisar o processo de planificação urbana de Curitiba nos últimos quarenta anos e principalmente o discurso que o legitima, assim como sua divulgação e apropriação, é o objetivo do presente texto.

Untuk mengetahui bagaimana keefektifan penerapan pembelajaran tematik yang dikembangkan ini digunakan penelitian action research. Subjek penelitian adalah 19 siswa kelas II SD Sekayu 02 Semarang, dan 43 siswa kelas II SD Tambakaji 03 Semarang. Variable penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah kerja ilmiah siswa, aktivitas siswa, aktivitas guru, prestasi belajar siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif. Pembahasan hasil penelitian pada kesempatan ini difokuskan pada kemampuan kerja ilmiah siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tematik yang dikembangkan pada SD Sekayu 02 Semarang dan SD Tambakaji 03 Semarang berturut-turut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja ilmiah siswa dari peringkat kurang (1,7 dan 1,44) menjadi baik (3,2 dan 3,06). Este estudo examina os deuses, os homens e o livre arbítrio de humanidade no Tebaida de Estácio. Os papéis dos deuses principais e secundários são discutidos, sobretudo os papéis de Júpiter, Plutão e das Fúrias. Ao contrário dos pontos de vista da maioria dos críticos, o principal estímulo da ação humana do poema revela-se provir da motivação interna e das ações dos deuses, em vez da disposição inata e do impulso dos humanos individuais. A conseqüência do controle sobrenatural dos assuntos humanos é que os personagens do poema têm pouca oportunidade para exibir livre arbítrio e conseqüentemente e influenciar signficativamente a direção dos eventos que ocorrem na epopéia.

Identificar o uso das mídias sociais, especificamente Facebook e Twitter, nas campanhas eleitorais dos candidatos a prefeito de Campo Grande, em 2012, é o objetivo central deste estudo. Para as análises, foram selecionados Edson Giroto, Vander Loubet, Alcides Bernal, Reinaldo Azambuja e Marcelo Bluma. A escolha foi baseada naqueles que possuíssem perfis ou páginas estabelecidos no Twitter e no Facebook, no dia seis de julho de 2012, início oficial da campanha eleitoral. Por meio de Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2010), a categorização dos resultados, definida a priori, teve base nos estudos em ciberjornalismo de Palácios (1999), sob os aspectos de suas características de forma e conteúdo (hipertextualidade, interatividade, multimidialidade, personalização, memória e instantaneidade). A investigação apontou que o conceito de comunicação digital foi adotado em todos os sítios web de redes digitais dos candidatos, em maior e menor escala.

Tendo como referencial teórico principal os conceitos de diáspora moderna, este artigo estuda as identidades culturais dos descendentes de libaneses em Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Uma comunidade expressiva tanto numericamente como nos seus marcos identificatórios, está radicada na cidade há aproximadamente 60 anos, em um constante ir e vir entre o Líbano e o Brasil, seja em um processo profundo de reimigração, de novas migrações ou de visitas, em uma intensa criação de laços entre os dois países (a princípio, mas não apenas). Tudo faz com que sendo diaspórica, essa comunidade tenha traços específicos de construção e transmissão de identidade. Aqui, esses aspectos serão abordados por meio da análises de entrevistas que foram realizadas com 24 descendentes de libaneses sobre o assunto. Descobre-se a dupla lealdade entre os países, a tentativa de reprodução do modo de vida do Líbano em Foz do Iguaçu, o sentir-se libanês, os conflitos e as angústias desse processo oriundo. Confirma-se: identidade pluralizada.

Abstract Context Asian elephant numbers are declining across much of their range driven largely by serious threats from land use change resulting in habitat loss and fragmentation. Myanmar, holding critical range for the species, is undergoing major developments due to recent sociopolitical changes. To effectively manage and conserve the remaining populations of endangered elephants in the country, it is crucial to understand their ranging behavior. Objectives Our objectives were to (1) estimate the sizes of dry, wet, and annual ranges of wild elephants in Myanmar; and quantify the relationship between dry season (the period when human-elephant interactions are the most likely to occur) range size and configurations of agriculture and natural vegetation within the range, and (2) evaluate how percentage of agriculture within dry core range (50% AKDE range) of elephants relates to their daily distance traveled. Methods We used autocorrelated kernel density estimator (AKDE) based on a continuous-time movement modeling (ctmm) framework to estimate dry season (26 ranges from 22 different individuals), wet season (12 ranges from 10 different individuals), and annual range sizes (8 individuals), and reported the 95%, 50% AKDE, and 95% Minimum Convex Polygon (MCP) range sizes. We assessed how landscape characteristics influenced range size based on a broad array of 48 landscape metrics characterizing aspects of vegetation, water, and human features and their juxtaposition in the study areas. To identify the most relevant landscape metrics and simplify our candidate set of informative metrics, we relied on exploratory factor analysis and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. Based on this analysis we adopted a final set of metrics into our regression analysis. In a multiple regression framework, we developed candidate models to explain the variation in AKDE dry season range sizes based on the previously identified, salient metrics of landscape composition. Results Elephant dry season ranges were highly variable averaging 792.0 km2 and 184.2 km2 for the 95% and 50% AKDE home ranges, respectively. We found both the shape and spatial configuration of agriculture and natural vegetation patches within an individual elephant’s range play a significant role in determining the size of its range. We also found that elephants are moving more (larger energy expenditure) in ranges with higher percentages of agricultural area. Conclusion Our results provide baseline information on elephant spatial requirements and the factors affecting them in Myanmar. This information is important for advancing future land use planning that takes into account space-use requirements for elephants. Failing to do so may further endanger already declining elephant populations in Myanmar and across the species’ range.

Penerapan metode PBL dalam pembelajaran statistika lanjut juga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa karena proses pembelajaran lebih ditekankan pada penerapan teknik dan prosedur statistika sehingga memudahkan mahasiswa untuk memahami konsep dan penerapannya. Berpartisipasi di dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan secara aktif dengan dilandasi oleh motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi, mahasiswa baru dapat mengaktualisasikan diri. Selain itu, memiliki kemampuan yang lebih dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa baru lainnya yang tidak berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan diantaranya mampu membangun karakter mahasiswa yang lebih matang dalam berpikir, cakap dalam sosialisasi dengan lingkungannya dan kritis disaat menyikapi adanya suatu permasalahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa baru dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan.Peneliti menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yaitu cara penetapan sampel oleh peneliti secara random atau acak dalam kelompok atau gugus bukan individu dari populasi yang sudah ditentukan.Hasil analisa data koefisien korelasi yang menunjukkan ada hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa baru dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di Universitas Muhamadiyah Malang dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar (r = 0,608 : p 0,000 < 0,5) yang artinya sangat signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara store image dan loyalitas konsumen.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Tempatnya dilakukan di toko busana Mayang Collection. Subjek penelitian adalah 62 yang terpilih berdasarkan teknik insidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunkan skala store image dan loyalitas konsumen.Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh r=0,653 dengan nilai probabilitas kesalahan (p)=0,000 yang berarti hubungan positif antara store image dengan loyalitas konsumen, dimana semakin positif store image konsumen maka akan semakin tinggi pula loyalitas konsumen. Sebaliknya semakin negatifstore image konsumen maka akan semakin rendah pula loyalitas konsumen. Adapun koefisien determinan variabel (r²)store image dengan loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 0,426. Dengan demikian sumbangan efektif dari store image dengan loyalitas konsumen adalah sebesar 42,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu value atau nilai (harga dan kualitas), convenience and Availabity (kenyamanan dan kemudahan), satisfaction (kepuasan), service (pelayanan), guarantee or warranty (garansi atau perbaikan produk). Place of research is done in cloth shop Mayang Collection and done during two weeks. This research done by propagating two scales, which is scale store image and consumer loyality.From research which has been done obtained r=0,653 with mistake probability value (p)=0,000 is meaning positive relationship between store image with consumer loyality, where increasingly positive store image consumer hence excelsior would also consumer loyality. On the contrary increasingly negativity store image consumer hence would increasingly low also consumer loyality. As for variable determinant coefficient (r²) store image with consumer loyality is 0,426. Thereby effective contribution from store image with consumer loyality is equal to 42,6%, while the rest equal to 57,4% influenced by other variable of which is not checked in this research that is the price and quality, convenience and Availabity, satisfaction, service, guarantee or warranty. Saat ini beberapa sekolah menyelenggarakan dua program belajar yaitu program reguler dan akselerasi. Program akselerasi dikhususkan bagi siswa yang berbakat akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan penyesuaian sosial pada siswa akselerasi di SMPN 1 Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dari seluruh siswa akselerasi yang ada di SMPN 1 Malang yang berjumlah 46 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengambil data adalah dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala kematangan emosi dan skala penyesuaian sosial. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kematangan emosi dengan penyesuaian sosial (r =0,794, p<0,01). Artinya bahwa apabila kematangan emosi siswa akselerasi tinggi biasanya akan di ikuti dengan penyesuaian sosial yang tinggi, begitu juga ]jm’’sebaliknya. Adapun besarnya sumbangan efektif kematangan emosi dengan penyesuaian sosial sebesar 63%, sedangkan sisanya 37% disebabkan oleh faktor lain. Acceleration is specifically directed for students with academic talent. According to previous research, it is said that talentful students who got in acceleration program received some bad social adjustment. Bad social adjustment is influenced by some factors, one of them is emotion maturity. So, this research aimed to find out relations between emotional maturity with social adjustment in acceleration students in SMPN 1 Junior High School of Malang. The research is quantitative correlational research. Research subject is taken from all acceleration students in SMPN 1 Junior High School of Malang who consisted of 46 students. Instrument used to take data is by using two scale, which is emotional and social adjustment. Data analysis technique in this research is supported by correlation product moment test. According to the research, it is found out there’s significant positive relations between emotional maturity with social adjustment (r =0,794, p<0,01). It means when acceleration class student’s emotional maturity is high, it would be followed with high social adjustment in the contrary. Effective contribution of emotional maturity with social adjustment is about 63% while rest of 37% caused by another factors. Keywords: Emotional maturity, Social adjustment, Acceleration

Menjalani kehidupan sebagai anak jalananan tidak lepas dari berbagai macam permasalahan, yang menyebabkan mereka mengalami kecemasan. Maka, kecenderungan untuk menerapkan mekanisme pertahanan ego guna meredakan kecemasan tersebut pun muncul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel 2 pengamen jalanan di traffict light. Penggalian data digunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif pasif. Sebagai uji keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi sumber, yaitu kepada teman terdekat subjek. Mekanisme pertahanan ego yang ditampilkan oleh kedua subjek antara lain: represi, avoidance, pengalihan, dan sublimasi. Mekanisme pertahanan ego represi sebagai awal dan pembentuk mekanisme pertahanan ego lainnya, sehingga tampak sering muncul pada kedua subjek. Dampak negatif mendominasi, sehingga hal tersebut mengarah pada perilaku neurosis. Hal ini tampak pada salah satu subjek yang minum minuman beralkohol, bersikap agresi, dan menarik diri dari lingkungan (withdrawl). Pada subjek lainnya, subjek juga menarik diri dari lingkungan (withdrawl) dan bersikap agresi. Sedangkan dampak positifnya, yaitu kedua subjek lebih memilih menjalani pekerjaan sebagai pengamen daripada menjadi pencopet, serta tetap fokus mengamen tanpa harus berkelahi dengan pihak-pihak yang mengancamnya ketika di jalanan. Kata kunci: Mekanisme pertahanan ego, Anak jalanan Live the life as street children can not be separated from various kinds of problems, so it is often causing they had anxiety. Then, the tendency to apply a ego defense mechanism in order to relieve anxiety of the ego that has emerged.This study aimed to know what ego defense mechanisms which appeared on street children. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with sample used is 2 street busker on the traffic light. For data mining used semi structured interviews and participatory observation passively. As a test of the validity of the data to check the correctness of data triangulation source, that is done to the nearest friend of the subject. Ego defense mechanism shown by both subject: repression, avoidance, diversion, and sublimation. Repression as the start and common ego defense mechanism other, so repression looked often appear on both subject. The negative impact is dominated, so it leads to neurosis behavior. It looks while one of subject drinks an alcohol beverages, be aggression, and draw away from the environment (withdrawl). The other subject also draw away from the environment (withdrawl) and be aggression. Meanwhile, positive impact over all that is both subject preferring undergo a job as a busker rather than becoming pickpocket as well as keep the focus busking without having to fight with those who threaten them when on the streets. Considerado uno de los ejemplos más representativos del ensayo fílmico, el cine de Chris Marker se ha caracterizado hasta la reciente fecha de su muerte por una insistente interrogación sobre el poder y la función de la Imagen. En este sentido, el filme Sans soleil (1982) supone una referencia ineludible al establecer un punto de acceso a una nueva etapa de su dilatada carrera donde el interés por las imágenes del presente se iría sustituyendo por una obsesión por las imágenes del pasado, ya sean aquellas que han servido para escribir la Historia, ya sean aquellas de carácter más íntimo que se arremolinan caóticamente en las memorias individuales. Unas y otras imágenes componen Sans soleil, imágenes acumuladas por un coleccionista consciente de la especial melancolía que las impregna, y que pasan a constituirse en escritura fílmica. Es precisamente esta escritura el objeto de estudio del presente artículo, más concretamente, la manera en la que ésta desarrolla un característico discurso sobre el tiempo, la imagen y la memoria que se demostrará decisivo en la posterior filmografía markeriana. Chris Marker’s films, which are considered to be some of the most representative examples of film-essay, have been marked until his recent death by a persistent questioning over the power and the purpose of Image. His film Sunless (1982) is at that respect an unavoidable reference when establishing a first step into a new phase within his long career. A phase where he slowly dropped interest for images of the present and developed instead an obsession for images from the past. The obsession comprised those images used to write History, as well as the more intimate ones that belong to the chaotic flow of individual memories. Sunless is made out of both kinds of images. Images accumulated by a collector who is aware of the special melancholy they are steeped in. Images that become film writing themselves. This article explores this writing, and more specifically, its characteristic discourse about time, image and memory, which will prove to be decisive along the following markerian filmography.

This article provides a genre analytical approach to the typology of User Generated Content (UGC) of YouTube. The article investigates the construction of navigation processes on YouTube. It suggests a pragmatic genre approach that is expanded through a focus on YouTube’s technological affordances. Through an analysis of the different pragmatic contexts of YouTube, it is argued that a taxonomic understanding of YouTube must be comprehended around the vacillation of a user-driven bottom-up folksonomy and a hierarchical browsing system that emphasises a culture of competition and favours the already popular content of YouTube.  With this taxonomic approach, the UGC videos are registered and analysed in terms of an empirical based observation. The article identifies and characterises various UGC categories and their principal characteristics. The article further discusses general tendencies of the UGC within the interacting relationship of new and old genres. The article advocates that the utility of a conventional categorical system is primarily of analytical and theoretical interest rather than a practical instrument, as a consequence of the complexity and diversity of the navigating possibilities of YouTube.

É dissertado que para uma empresa garantir a prosperidade, a mesma deve ser eficaz nos sistemas de liquidez, estabilidade, resultabilidade, economicidade, produtividade, invulnerabilidade e elasticidade. Foi utilizado o método dedutivo, com base em pesquisa bibliográfica e levantamento, como procedimento metodológico. A informação contábil possui papel relevante para o processo de avaliação de empresas e para o mercado de capitais. Este estudo analisou a relação entre os componentes do lucro, os accruals e o fluxo de caixa. Adotou uma medida de oportunidades de crescimento que captura também a expectativa do mercado: o índice market-to-book. A amostra apresentou 1.089 observações das empresas com capital aberto listadas na Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo (Bovespa), entre 2000 e 2006. Utilizou-se uma regressão múltipla pooled para observar a relação entre as variáveis e firmas ao longo do tempo (efeito combinado). Os resultados mostraram que tanto os accruals como o fluxo de caixa possuem relação positiva com o índice market-to-book. No entanto, revelam mais associação com o fluxo de caixa. Este estudo contribui com a escassa pesquisa nacional que busca verificar a relação dos componentes do lucro com o valor das firmas. Destaca-se que os accruals – se comparados ao fluxo de caixa – não são menos importantes no processo de valuation ou na possibilidade de afetar o valor das organizações. Porém, eles fornecem informações adicionais.

O presente trabalho fornece uma introdução aos conceitos teóricos de participação em planejamento ambiental e manejo de conservação da natureza. Através de um amplo estudo bibliográfico, se conseguiu resumir os principais critérios para a avaliação de processos participativos. Baseados nestes critérios se demonstra, através de um estudo de caso, quais as limitações e possibilidades de instrumentos participativos para gerenciar conflitos sócio-ambientais relacionados ao espaço urbano. Trata-se de um processo de planejamento participativo na periferia de Porto Alegre que visa a atualização do plano diretor de um bairro em cooperação com a população atingida. A avaliação deste projeto sustenta a argumentação de que processos participativos podem contribuir substancialmente para a democratização do planejamento urbano. Mas, ao mesmo tempo, ficou claro que não se pode acreditar que a participação da população seja a panacéia para a gestão urbano-ambiental.

Анотація:

«Mercator» (Medocc, INTERREG IIIB) is a European project that is aimed at a detailed investigation of the historical and archeological heritage of the Mediterranean area. Within this project, broad research is being financed regarding the importance of the development of the main ancient merchant routes in this region. These various tasks include this integrated geophysical survey at the Tres Tabernae site, an ancient statio along the Appian way (close to Latina, central Italy). This was carried out using several techniques that are focused on the identification of buried archeological remains. The main goal of this investigation was to cover the area surrounding this partially excavated site to obtain a quick, but meaningful, result relating to the presence of interesting buried features. For this, the geophysical techniques involved were frequency-domain electromagnetic induction, ground-penetrating radar, and magnetometry. To obtain the best results, these methods were optimized, taking into account the kind of structures involved and their relation to the environmental context. The combination of these different geophysical techniques shows good results, indicating the possible presence of new buried structures, such as walls, floors and a lead pipe.
