Dissertation is sanctified to the decision of actual research and practice task in relation to development of theoretical positions, methodical providing and practical recommendations from forming of strategies of development of machine-building enterprises on the basis of the balanced scorecard. In dissertation economic essence is generalized and classification of development of enterprise is specified; approaches are generalized to forming of the balanced scorecard (BSC) and it is specified constituents for forming of strategies of development; the structural and logical sequence of the stages of forming of strategies of development of enterprise is worked out on the basis of BSC. Progress of industry, machine-building enterprises trends are certain on macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels. The methodical going is worked out near the evaluation of level of general development of machine-building enterprises in an internal environment taking into account BSC; the methodical going is offered near determination of favorableness of machine-building enterprises to development in an environment; procedure of determination of in-quality limits of levels of general development and favorableness is offered to development of machine-building enterprises for forming of their strategies; reasonably and the model of forming of strategic profile of machine-building enterprise that includes corporate, competition and functional strategies of development is worked out.

The integral result of the dissertation research is the development, scientific substantiation and practical approbation of theoretical-methodological and methodical bases of management of strategies of advanced scientific-technological innovative development of industrial enterprises. Following tasks are solved: research of theoretical bases of existing types of development of economic systems of different levels, definition of features, specification of concept and characteristics of advanced development; performing comparative analysis and systematization of approaches to strategic management of an industrial enterprise; clarification of the conceptual apparatus of the theory of innovation management in terms of strategic management of innovative development; improving the classification of strategies for innovative development of industrial enterprises; research of interdependence of innovative development strategies of the industrial enterprise; analysis of development features; identification, systematization and structuring of promising strategic areas of advanced scientific and technological development of leading innovative companies; formation of a system of ind icators and criteria base for the choice of strategic directions and corresponding strategies of scientific and technological innovative development of an industrial enterprise in conditions of incomplete certainty; development of a methodical approach to the reasonable definition of perspective directions and strategies of scientific and technological innovative development of the industrial enterprise; exploration of theoretical and methodological bases for selecting priority directions of knowledge application at industrial enterprises; development of a methodological approach for selection of strategic directions focused on the knowledge of the advanced scientific and technological innovative development of the industrial enterprise while technological ways rotation; improving the theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the compliance of areas of innovative development in the field of an industrial enterprise; improving the methodological approach to the formation of knowledge-focused strategy of advanced development of industrial enterprises; development of theoretical and methodological bases of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the advanced innovative development strategies and of the industrial enterprise; improvement of organizational bases of functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of strategies of the advanced innovative development of the industrial enterprise; development of a methodical approach to selection of innovative projects within the implementation of appropriate strategies for industrial enterprises’ advanced development. The following methods were applied in scientific research: abstract-logical and comparative analysis - for the study of the role and importance of science and technical-technological innovations in the innovative development; essence and efficiency of innovative systems functioning; the essence, content and role of advanced innovative acceleration in ensuring the development of industrial enterprises; factor analysis - in determining the prerequisites for the successful advanced innovative acceleration and the study of prospects and problems of development and implementation of strategies for advanced innovative development of industrial enterprises; comparative analysis, logical generalization - in the classification of approaches to strategic management of industrial enterprises, classification of strategic directions and strategies of scientific and technological innovative development, as well as strate gies for innovative development of industrial enterprises; system analysis and synthesis method - for the formation of the criteria base, system of indicators and methodological principles of managing the choice of directions and strategies of scientific a nd technological innovative development of the enterprise, knowledge management of industrial enterprises, management of knowledge strategy of innovative development; structural analysis and generalization - for studying theoretical and methodological foundations of the selection of advanced innovative acceleration directions of industrial enterprises; economic and mathematical modeling - for development of models for optimizing the choice of strategies for advanced innovative development of industrial enterprises; system approach, method of decomposition - in the development of organizational and economic mechanism for managing strategies of advanced scientific and technological development of industrial enterprises and organizational principles of its operation. The main provisions of the dissertation scientific novelty: first: identified, systematized and structured directions of scientific and technological development of innovative companies, their compliance to types of innovative development substantiated in relation to the position of leader of advanced innovative growth, providing a fundamental opportunity for industrial enterprises to select promising areas of innovative development; the methodological approach to the choice of strategic directions of knowledge-focused advanced scientific and technological innovative development of the industrial enterprise in the conditions of different technological ways identified depending on a parity of needs (existing or new) of consumers basic groups, and also means of their satisfaction (innovative products or technologies), which allows to determine approaches to the formation of comparative competitive advantages of the innovative enterprise; a system of indicators and criteria basis for selection of directions and strategies of industrial enterprises innovative development management was developed, which allows to establish the level of sufficiency of external and internal prerequisites for a particular type of development and assess the compliance of directions and strategies with existing trends in science and technology; theoretical and methodological principles of organizational and economic mechanism for managing strategies of advanced scientific and technological innovative development of industrial enterprises were developed. the essence and content of the mechanism, which allows to purposefully manage the implementation of strategies of technological breakthrough and market "subversive" innovations to ensure long-term competitive perspective was formed; Improved were: the classification of innovative development of industrial enterprises strategies was improved, and contrasting to existing ones is based on principles of separation of competitive strategies regarding types of innovative development is generalizing and combining existing classifications, expands the theoretical basis of innovation management of innovative development; classification of approaches to strategic management of an industrial enterprise was improved by dividing them into two levels - basic approaches, selected according to general elements of the management system (object, goals, concept), management approaches considering its process from the standpoint of competitive advantages (external or internal), which allows to determine the role and place of each of the approaches, as well as the order of their interaction in the overall system of strategic management of the enterprise; theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the compliance of innovative development of industrial enterprises directions to trends of technical and technological development of the field by indicators that characterize new technologies, products and marketing methods. This allows to obtain a more reasoned assessment of management decisions with different combinations of input data and choose the most effective strategy for the enterprise; methodical approach to defining strategies of innovative scientific and technological development of an industrial enterprise was improved involving the solutions tables for selection types of strategies depending on the level of its innovative development potential, as well as their varieties - depending on the chosen type of innovative business and options for new products the innovation cycle, which increases efficiency and reduces the risks of innovative solutions; methodical approach to optimizing the choice of innovative projects was improved based on a three-component system of criteria: "level of development / cost" taking into account risk, "compliance of innovation parameters to its participants / costs", comparison with investment attractiveness of the project allowing to quantify demands of the innovation process participants, to form a set of activities to increase the efficiency of innovation and make decisions in conditions of incomplete certainty; organizational principles of functioning of organizational and economic mechanism of strategy management of advanced innovative development of the enterprise, in the context of formation of four project groups for realization of complexes of homogeneous functions of the mechanism, definition and systematization of intraorganizational and interorganizational conflicts of subjects of innovation process, ways of solving them, which enhances the effectiveness of advanced development strategies management; Further developed were: the essence of the concept of "advanced development of the enterprise" in terms of clarifying its basic characteristics and prerequisites for implementation, which deepens the theoretica l basis of the management mechanism of advanced innovative development at the micro level; clarification of the definition of "innovation development strategy", which complements and clarifies the existing interpretations in terms of taking into account the main structural elements of the process of strategic management of innovation development, which deepens the foundation of the theory of innovation management; methodical approach to determining the priority directions knowledge application system of the enterprise as a basis for innovative development, which provides a choice of an expanded range of areas - from commercialization of products based on the knowledge system to adjustments to the management mechanism, which improves the quality of management of knowledge-focused strategies of innovative development; a comprehensive methodological approach to the formation of knowledge-oriented strategy of advanced development of industrial enterprises, which, in contrast to existing ones, focuses on solving consumer problems rather than meeting their needs, which increases the validity of innovative solutions and, accordingly, the innovator's chances to success. The practical significance of the obtained results for the management of enterprises is the development of theoretical and methodological regulations, conclusions and recommendations. The dissertation is devoted to the development and scientific substantiation of conceptual foundations, theoretical principles, methodical approaches and practical recommendations for the management of strategies of advanced scientific and technological development of industrial enterprises. The specifics of national innovative systems of Ukraine and countries occupying leading positions in economic growth are investigated, their comparative analysis is carried out, and the prospects of innovative development of the domestic economy are outlined. The leading role of science and technological innovations for the success of innovative development, especially in industry, is proved, based on the analysis of industrial revolutions and changes in technological systems. Theoretical bases of existing types of development of economic systems of different levels are investigated. The essence of the concept of enterprise’s advanced development and its features are defined. A simplified mechanism of advanced development is proposed. As a classification feature, "in relation to the leader" is proposed distinguishing advanced development from alternative types. Thus, there are three types of innovative development: overtaking, at the level of the leader, advanced. Their essence is revealed; the main characteristics, as well as factors promoting their application are defined. The main prerequisites for the success of advanced innovative development strategies are identified. The approaches to strategic management of the industrial enterprise are analyzed and systematized, their classification is improved. The system map of strategic management is developed, based on the improved classification of approaches and the sequence as well as the essence of the stages of strategic management. It shows the place of each approach in the strategic management system. The expediency of application of the concept "strategy of innovative development" of the enterprise is substantiated, based on the analysis and generalization of opinions on the content of the category "strategy" and "innovative development" at the enterprise level, as well as their association. The classification of an industrial enterprise’s strategies of innovative development is improved. Prospects and main problems of formation and implementation of strategies of outstripping innovative development of domestic industrial enterprises are determined. The analysis of features of development of the leading innovative companies is carried out, promising strategic directions of their scientific and technological innovative development are defined, systematized and structured. The interdependence of strategies of innovative development of an industrial enterprise, distinguished by different classification features, and their correspondence to the strategic directions of scientific and technological development are investigated. The indicators’ system and criteria base of the formalized management of choice of directions and strategies of innovative development of industrial enterprises are formed. It involves determining the level of prerequisites for overtaking development and, if indicators are satisfactory, further assessing the adequacy of preconditions for development at the level of the leader and advanced development; assessment of compliance of directions and development strategies with the tendencies of science and technology. The methodical approach to the grounded definition of perspective directions and strategies of scientific and technological innovative development of the industrial enterprise is developed. The methodological approach to the choice of strategic directions of the industrial enterprises' advanced innovative development focused on knowledge in the conditions of change of technological ways is developed. The methodical approach to definition of priority directions of application of enterprise' knowledge as a basis of its innovative development is improved. The theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the compliance of areas of industrial enterprises' innovative development to trends in technical and technological development of the sphere of its activity is improved. The methodological approach to the management of the formation of knowledge-oriented strategy of advanced innovative development of industrial enterprises is improved. Recommendations on the choice of directions of enterprise' scientific and technological innovative development depending on results of diagnostics of its potential are offered. Methodological bases of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the industrial enterprise' advanced development strategies are developed. The hierarchical system of principles of formation and functioning of the mechanism is offered. The organizational bases of the mechanism functioning are improved. Possible conflicts of the innovation process are generalized: internal, taking place within the innovative enterprise; as well as conflicts in the process of interaction of the subjects of the innovation process: economic contractors and contact audiences of the enterprise. Ways to resolve conflicts are suggested. The methodical approach to optimization of a choice of innovative projects within realization of strategies of advanced development is proposed. The system of optimization criteria consists of three groups of indicators: "level of preconditions for development/costs" taking into account the risk; "compliance of the parameters of innovation activity to its participants/costs"; comparison by indicators of investment attractiveness of the project. The obtained results confirm the expediency of developing a dissertation research on the management of strategies of outstripping scientific and technological innovation development and provide a significant increase in the efficiency of innovation activities of industrial enterprises.

Повний текст джерелаThe dissertation is devoted to the formation of the strategy of corporate social responsibility of enterprises in the conditions of integration processes development. A generalization of the theoretical foundations for the development of the corporate social responsibility concept was made and its place and role in the management system of the machine-building enterprise was determined. The international experience of conducting social activity of business entities is analyzed and the features of the national model of socially responsible activity of enterprises are outlined. The analysis of influence of modern tendencies of machine-building industry development on the peculiarities of management of socially responsible activity of enterprises and their interrelation with stakeholders is carried out. The influence of organizational and functional load on the mechanism of enterprises’ management of socially responsible activity of machine-building industry is revealed. The program-targeted approaches to improving the management of corporate socially responsible activities of machine-building enterprises have been formed to determine the directions of social sphere development in modern integration conditions of management. In the context of the development of stakeholder theory, the author made the grouping of key stakeholders of the enterprise on the basis of their affiliation with the CSR implementation levels by the following characteristics: the nature of the institutional form, interaction with the enterprise, the degree of influence of social activity of the enterprise on the stakeholder, the degree of influence of stakeholders on social activity of the enterprise, belonging to the enterprise, depending on the functions performed in the implementation of its socially responsible behavior. Detailing the manifestations of external social activity of enterprises at the macro and micro levels will optimize their ranking, which will allow responding promptly to changing requirements for the level of CSR development in integration processes by making appropriate management decisions. The characteristics of the interests of the main stakeholder groups in the context of sustainable development are identified. A scientific and methodological approach to carry out internal monitoring of the achieved CSR level is proposed, which consists of five stages: formulating goals and defining a list of target strategic indicators; evaluation and analysis of local indicators by performance blocks; calculation of group and integrated CSR indicators; data analysis and development of recommendations for increasing the level of performance components; data visualization and documentation. The criteria of corporate social activity of the enterprise are systematized, which include ethical, legal, integration, economic and philanthropic taking into account the interests of external and internal stakeholders of the enterprise. Structural-logical model of strategy of risk management in the non-compliance with corporate social responsibility of machine-building enterprises in the conditions of activation of integration processes is developed, which made it possible to reveal more precisely the directions and measures of increasing CSR level based on monitoring and neutralizing the risks of non-compliance with CSR to minimize their negative impact. The directions and measures for increasing the level of CSR on the basis of monitoring and neutralization of risks of noncompliance with CSR to minimize their negative impact are determined. Using the expert survey and statistical information of the studied enterprises, the individual indicators of financial, social, stakeholder relations, social-labor and environmental components of corporate social responsibility of enterprises were defined and their integral indicators were determined. It is proved that for the enterprises of the machine-building industry it is important to comply with the limits of the defined indicators in order to constantly dynamically increase the integrated level of corporate social responsibility of the machine-building enterprises. Based on the expert method, it is established what indicators, in particular, include financial, social, stakeholder relations and social and labor components that are included in the integral indicator of the level of corporate social responsibility of the enterprise. The formula dependence of the integral indicator of the enterprise CSR level on the constituent indicators, which it includes, is derived. The integral CSR level indicator allows coordinating with partners the measures for the development of corporate social responsibility of the enterprise in the strategies of integration growth. It is proved that the increase of the CSR level of the enterprise will be due to any increase of individual components of the CSR. A scientific and methodological approach to assessing the level of corporate social responsibility of enterprises in the system of its strategic development is developed and describes the main stages of this assessment. The scientific and methodological approaches to calculating the weighting coefficients of groups of indicators are proposed in order to determine the objective integral indicator of the level of corporate social responsibility of the machine-building enterprise. The distribution of the main principles of CSR and strategic objectives of CSR, which are integrated into the overall business strategy of the enterprise in the conditions of the development of integration processes, is carried out. According to the list of goals and principles of CSR, the goal of the social responsibility strategy is solving a number of socially significant problems by creating prerequisites for a decent level of social security and promoting social cohesion. Therefore, the formation and implementation of an effective CSR strategy for the company involves the differentiation of external and internal spheres of implementation of social responsibility programs. In the process of forming a corporate strategy, measures have been proposed that allow increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. The main directions for improving the relationship of strategic management and corporate social responsibility, as well as the problematic aspects in managing the CSR strategy at the enterprise are taken into account. In developing the strategy of corporate social responsibility an important component is its realization. When implementing the CSR strategy, the enterprise receives operational information about the current status of CSR, the possibility of introducing certain measures and the difficulties that arise. Of particular importance is the assessment of the effectiveness of measures aimed at implementing the strategy of corporate social responsibility at the enterprise and determining the competitive advantages of enterprise development in conditions of deepening the integration processes. It is proved that effective implementation of CSR strategy of an enterprise is impossible without relationships with stakeholders and their spheres of influence, which include: the state, enterprise staff, business partners, the environment, local communities, taking into account the external forms of CSR manifestation and integrating the internal components of socially responsible enterprise policy. It is determined that the development of a strategy of socially responsible activities and its integration into the strategy of enterprise development is obligatory. It is important to include it in the strategic map of enterprise development. Then it will be possible to evaluate the internal and external spheres of CSR within each strategic perspective on the economic, social and environmental components of CSR, summarizing them in the perspective of "Social responsibility of entrepreneurial activity". It is proved that implementation of conceptual bases of the implementation of CSR strategy in the conditions of integration processes of functioning, taking into account the directions of their development will enable the enterprise: to identify and evaluate problems in the social and labor sphere, to carry out their probable consequences for all social partners; identify directions and specific measures to improve the current state of socially responsible regulation of labor relations, develop ways to implement them, evaluate and select the most effective of them; to carry out continuous implementation of the planned perspective actions, while actively using the system of internal and external control; use progressive management methods, apply the principles of social responsibility within the overall corporate governance system for more effective regulation of labor relations, and provide the necessary resources; to develop a positive image focused on the priority of ensuring decent work, saving the life and health of employees; ensure openness and accessibility of information in the area of social responsibility through adequate information sharing and dialogue with all stakeholders; to ensure information openness and transparency, to establish active direct and feedback with all stakeholders. The basic principles of CSR and strategic goals of CSR are distributed, which are integrated into the overall business strategy of the enterprise under the conditions of development of integration processes. According to the list of CSR goals and principles, the goal of a social responsibility strategy is to address a range of socially significant issues by creating the preconditions for a decent level of social security and promoting social cohesion. Therefore, the formation and implementation of an effective CSR strategy of an enterprise involves the delimitation of the external and internal sphere of social responsibility programs realization. The directions of formation of a socially responsible strategy and its implementation tools are determined depending on the sectoral and regional specifics of the enterprise activity, which allowed identifying the main socially responsible programs that can be implemented by the enterprise in its activities.

Досліджено та систематизовано теоретичні аспекти особливостей управління стратегічним потенціалом підприємства. Розкрито сутність стратегічного потенціалу підприємства, наведено його структурні складові, видові прояви та узагальнено наявні підходи до управління ним. Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку машинобудівного комплексу України, на основі чого визначено пріоритетні напрями підвищення його конкурентоспроможності. Проведено оцінку фінансової стійкості підприємств автомобілебудівної галузі як однієї з найбільш перспективних у структурі машинобудування. Здійснено аналіз методів управління стратегічним потенціалом, що використовуються на вітчизняних підприємствах машинобудівного комплексу. Розроблено структурно-логічну модель та алгоритм управління стратегічним потенціалом машинобудівних підприємств. Запропоновано методику оцінювання стратегічного потенціалу підприємства на основі розрахунку інтегральних показників рівня та ефективності його використання. Отриманий із застосуванням методики результат дозволяє обрати конкретну стратегію розвитку господарюючого суб’єкта, для чого розроблено матрицю стратегій розвитку підприємства. Основні положення роботи впроваджені в практику діяльності вітчизняних підприємств машинобудівного комплексу.
В диссертации обосновано комплексное решение проблемы совершенствования управления стратегическим потенциалом машиностроительных предприятий и разработаны практические рекомендации по его осуществлению. В первом разделе „Теоретические аспекты особенностей управления стратегическим потенциалом предприятия” проведено исследование становления термина „потенциал предприятия”, выделено три эволюционные подходы к научному пониманию этой категории: ресурсный, результативный, целевой. Охарактеризована сущность стратегического потенциала предприятия, представлена его структура как определенная взаимосвязанная совокупность локальных потенциалов каждого вида ресурсов; приведена классификация видовых проявлений стратегического потенциала, которая учитывает особенности деятельности машиностроительных предприятий; систематизированы имеющиеся подходы к оценке и управлению стратегическим потенциалом предприятия. Во втором разделе „Аналитическая оценка предпосылок развития стратегического потенциала машиностроительных предприятий Украины” на основе анализа динамики развития отечественной машиностроительной отрасли определены приоритетные направления повышения ее конкурентоспособности, которые укрепят позиции машиностроительных предприятий не только на внутренних, но и на внешних рынках. Используя общеизвестные модели диагностики банкротства: Альтмана, Таффлера, модели R, проведена комплексная оценка финансовой устойчивости предприятий автомобилестроительной отрасли как одной из наиболее перспективных в структуре машиностроения. Осуществлен анализ применяемых методов управления стратегическим потенциалом на отечественных предприятиях машиностроительного комплекса, в результате которого выявлено, что на автомобилестроительных предприятиях Украины существует неэффективная система управления, которая не позволяет в полной мере осуществлять стратегическое управление предприятием. В третьем разделе „Совершенствование методического обеспечения управления стратегическим потенциалом машиностроительных предприятий” разработана структурно-логическая модель и алгоритм управления стратегическим потенциалом машиностроительных предприятий, позволяющие учитывать влияние различных факторов внутренней и внешней среды на функционирование предприятия. Выделены ключевые принципы управления стратегическим потенциалом предприятия. Практическое использование предложенной модели управления стратегическим потенциалом предприятия представлено в виде стратегической карты, в которой отражены причинно-следственные связи между целями и элементами стратегического потенциала машиностроительного предприятия. Предложена методика оценки стратегического потенциала предприятия, основанная на расчете интегральных показателей, позволяющая, с одной стороны, оценить уровень стратегического потенциала, который есть у предприятия, а с другой – эффективность и равномерность его использования. На основании вычисленных интегральных значений уровня стратегического потенциала и эффективности его использования разработана матрица стратегий развития предприятия, с помощью которой руководители фирм могут определиться с дальнейшими стратегическими направлениями деятельности машиностроительных компаний. Основные положения работы внедрены в практику деятельности отечественных предприятий машиностроительного комплекса.
The complex problem’s decision of management improvement of machine-building enterprises strategic potential was grounded in thesis. Practical recommendations in relation to his realization were developed. The theoretical aspects of features of management of enterprise strategic potential were investigated and systematized. Essence of enterprise strategic potential was exposed; its structural constituents and specific displays were resulted, and present approaches to the management strategic potential were generalized. The develop trends of Ukrainian machine-building complex were analyzed. The estimation of financial firmness of automotive industry enterprises was conducted. The analysis of methods of management of domestic machine-building enterprises complex strategic potential was executed. Structurally logical model and algorithm of management machine-building enterprises strategic potential were developed. The method of evaluation of enterprise’s strategic potential was offered. The matrix of enterprise development strategies was developed. The main provisions were implemented in practice of domestic machine-building enterprises.

З’ясовано соціально-економічний зміст корпоративної власності для уточнення її прояву у вигляді виробничих корпоративних структур, охарактеризовано специфіку процесів трансформації структури корпоративної власності в Україні й встановлено її основні тенденції. Розроблено структурну модель управління корпорацією для узгодження інтересів. Запропоновано підхід до ідентифікації впливу моделей управління прибутком корпорацій на структуру їх власності. Сформовано напрями вдосконалення структури власності підприємств із корпоративною формою власності. Запропоновано модель формування оптимальної структури корпоративної власності для забезпечення дохідності прав власників.
Диссертационная работа посвящена разработке теоретических и практических аспектов становления и развития корпоративной собственности машиностроительных предприятий производственного сектора экономики, а также, рассмотрению вопросов управления и формирования структуры корпоративной собственности производственных предприятий в контексте ее трансформации, управлению корпоративной собственностью машиностроительных предприятий в условиях трансформационной экономики. В первом разделе диссертации обобщено теоретические положения относительно управления структурой корпоративной собственности, в частности производственных предприятий, и выработаны на этой основе обоснованные предложения относительно формирования эффективной структуры корпоративной собственности отечественных предприятий в процессе управления ими. Во втором разделе проведен анализ процессов трансформации структуры корпоративной собственности в Украине, охарактеризована динамика и основные тенденции, определены особенности формирования структуры корпоративной собственности в Украине и её влияние на корпоративное управление; идентифицировано влияние моделей управления прибылью корпораций на структуру их собственности. В третьем разделе разработана структурная модель управления корпорацией для согласования интересов собственников с интересами развития корпорации, предложены пути совершенствования структуры собственности корпоративных предприятий в процессе управления. Исследовано социально-экономическое содержание корпоративной собственности, для уточнения её проявления в виде производственных корпоративных структур. Охарактеризована специфика процессов трансформации структуры корпоративной собственности в Украине и обнаружены её основные тенденции. Разработана структурная модель управления корпорацией для согласования интересов. Предложен подход к идентификации влияния моделей управления прибылью корпораций на структуру их собственности. Сформированы направления усовершенствования структуры собственности предприятий с корпоративной собственностью в процессе управления. Предложена модель формирования оптимальной структуры корпоративной собственности для обеспечения доходности прав собственников. Предложены подход и порядок составления функциональной карты производственной корпорации, которая является матричной комбинацией функциональных характеристик подсистем корпораций как по структурным единицам корпорации, так и по управленческим функциональным подсистемам и позволяет идентифицировать модель управления прибылью предприятия и дивидендную политику, а также сформировать направления совершенствования структуры собственности корпоративных предприятий в процессе управления
Theoretical approaches concerning corporate ownership management are generalized and recommendations concerning formation of an effective corporate ownership are substantiated and offered. Social-economic essence of corporate ownership for clarification of its manifestation in the form of industrial corporate structure is described. The features of the corporate ownership structure transformation in Ukraine are described and its main trends are defined. The structural model of the corporation management for coordination of owner’s interests is developed. The approach concerning identification the impact of revenue management to the structure of corporate ownership is offered. Main directions to improvement the corporate ownership structure in management process are formed in the thesis. A model of corporate ownership optimal structure to ensure the owners return is proposed.
