Catalyst by different carriers prepared of carbon dioxide conversion sequence is: Ni/TiO2> Ni/γ-Al2O3> Ni/MgO > Ni/SiO2. Second metal, Co, Mn, Cu, La and Ce, was significantly enhanced the activity of methanation nickel-based catalysts in the carbon dioxide methanation reaction, but second metal of Cu was bad for the activity of methanation. The 10%Ni/Al2O3 and 2.5%Ce-10%Ni/Al2O3 catalysts were characterized by TG and H2-TPR,it was revealed to Ce which is benefit for reduce NiO reduction temperature and the optimal reduction temperature of the catalysts in between 400°C and 500 °C

Sb/carbon nanotubes (CNT) nanocomposite was synthesized by a facile chemical refluxing method. Investigation of the electrochemical performance of the composite which was used as an anode material in sodium-ion batteries shows that the Sb/CNT nanocomposite possessed an initial capacity of 628.6[Formula: see text]mAh g[Formula: see text]. The nanocomposite exhibited excellent rate performance with 90.8% capacity retention after 50 cycles, which is superior to that of Sb nanoparticles that were made under the same condition.

The purpose of this paper is to prepare nickel particles by arc plasma method with hydrogen addition. The effect of anode jet formation on the nanoparticle production was investigated by high-speed camera observations. The high-speed camera system with appropriate band-pass filters successfully provides the observation of anode jet image without cathode jet image. The areas of the anode jet and the cathode jet were separately estimated from the high-speed images. From these observations, the periodical fluctuation of the anode jet was confirmed. Higher hydrogen concentration leads to larger anode jet area, resulting from the enhanced evaporation of the anode material.

In this study, mechanical properties of composite laminates reinforced with various forms of glass fibers have been investigated. Tensile testing, impact testing and optical microscopy and SEM analysis results were discussed. The results of glass fiber reinforced novel composite material have been compared with the results of a commercial car front bumper material tests performed in same conditions. Study concluds that glass fiber has positive hybridization effect and increased tensile strengths, elastic modules and impact strengths in laminar hybrid composites.

Structural steel has been used since the early 1970’s in Korea as primary structural members such as columns, beams, and trusses. The materials have much higher strength such as fast construction, high load bearing capacity, high construction quality but those have a fatal weakness as well. Load-bearing capacity is going down when the structural members are contained in fire condition. Therefore, to protect the structural members made of steels from the heat energy the fire resistance performance required. Generally, the fire resistance performance have evaluated from the exact fire tests in fire furnaces. But the evaluation method takes much more time and higher expenses so, the engineering method requires. The engineering method not only adopts a science but also an engineering experience. In this paper, to make various data-bases for evaluation of structural members such as columns(H-section, RHS), beams, loaded fire tests were conducted and derived not only each limiting temperature but also fire resistance respectively.

Magnetorheological Finishing, MRF can achieve deterministic results on different surface shapes such as flat surfaces, spherical surfaces and aspheric surfaces. MRF can also overcome many drawbacks of the conventional polishing process. The schedule uncertainties driven by edge roll and edge control are virtually eliminated with the MRF process. This paper presents a polishing wheel that combines rotation motion with revolution motion while renewing the MR fluid. Stable removal characteristic can be obtained by using the composite-rotation wheel. This paper also presents some recent results of the deterministic finishing typified by the tool and its MR fluid circulation system. An example of finishing a square optical workpiece with spherical surface will be reviewed.

The paper describes a simplified methodology for the evaluation of the seismic retrofit intervention types to be performed on clusters of multi-span masonry arch bridges, on the basis of the main bridges’ geometrical characteristics. The structural behaviour of the analysed sample bridges has been evaluated in their main directions highlighting the potential local and global vulnerabilities and the related retrofit intervention typologies that need to be selected. The main aim of this study is to take the form of an useful tool for the identification of the best retrofit strategies for each masonry bridge structure in function of its geometrical characteristics and thus planning rationally the management of these bridges belonging to railway networks.

The effectiveness of this innovative isolation technique is analyzed by means of a non-linear dynamic analysis, which shows substantial improvements of the seismic response with respect to the corresponding fixed base construction.

In the present article non-destructive testing evaluation of the existing damage evolution has been applied to some buildings of the medieval town of Craco (Matera, Italy) and, in particular, to the Normand tower. Actually the little town of Craco is totally abandoned as a consequence of the activation of the landslide motions of its soil depth. Nevertheless, the Normand tower still stands because it is located on a stable and stiffer foundation ground. The tower was built in the XII century. It is 20 m tall and has a symmetric square plan, with dimensions 11 m x 11 m; it was built for defense against enemy attacks. Inside the tower a cistern in reinforced concrete was placed in 1949. It is not connected to the structural walls of the tower; however it represents an obstacle for installing the damage detection equipment and sensors. In this article a preliminary study on the masonry structure of the Normand tower is carried on. A finite element numerical model has been developed and a modal analysis has been performed. The final aim of the research is to find out the evolutionary stage of the cracks and to propose a possible retrofit of the tower.

This paper is the second one of two companion papers [1] that deal with the experience carried out in the post-seismic reconstruction plans activity in the Abruzzo region done by the research groups of the University of Catania (Coord. C.F.Carocci) and University of Genoa (S. Lagomarsino). In particular, this paper focuses on the issues related to the choice and use of the most suitable modeling strategies and analysis methods to perform the seismic assessment at scale of buildings in aggregate. Both recurring seismic responses of masonry, that is the global one and the local mechanisms, are considered. The strong complementarity with the knowledge phase, faced in detail in [1], is discussed by illustrating an application based on the use of an analytical mechanical model for the in-plane response and that of Macro Block model for the out-of-plane response.

Adsorbent composites comprising of bentonite/sodium lignosulfonate graft-polymerized with acrylamide (BLPAM) were synthesized. Results showed that the optimized preparation conditions within the experimental range were as follows: the mass ratio of acrylamide to sodium lignosulfonate was 14, the pH of the reaction medium was 4.0, the mass concentrations of the initiator and cross-linker were 0.45% and 0.30%, respectively. The Pb2+ adsorption capacity of the as-prepared BLPAM was 0.161mmol/g.

Cracks at the boundary of the brittle inclusions inside heavy forgings are major defects detrimental to the forgings’ the fatigue life and impact performance. In the forging process, the stress field around brittle inclusions is the key factor determining whether cracks appear at the boundary. To study the influences of the stress field on the crack initiation, a definition of the Average Stress Intensity (ASI) and its mathematical expression analytic are given. Average Spherical Stress Intensity (ASSI) is used as an index to investigate the rule of the stress field’s influence on the brittle inclusion boundary crack initiation. Numerical simulation results indicate that ASSI is highly relevant to crack initiation at brittle inclusion boundary and it is practical to use it as a parameter to represent the effect of the stress field on the crack initiation at the boundary of the brittle inclusion. As the algebraic value of the ASSI decreases, the crack size decreases. When the algebraic value of the ASSI is less than-2.3, there will have no cracks at the boundary of the brittle inclusion. Hot compression tests at 1220°C are conducted on a Gleeble-3180 thermal mechanical simulator with dedicated specimens and shape anvils. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is employed to observe the cracks at the boundary of the brittle inclusions inside the specimens. Observed results agree well with the numerical simulation results.

Cementing anchor plays an important role in prestressed cementing technology of heavy oil thermal recovery. For there are many problems of other anchor: undrillable structure, not to be satisfied the requirements of continue drilling or deepening old well, the authors have designed a drillable anchor. By the way of using finite element analysis, them obtained that the initial angle 38-40° was the best angle for eating into the formation; verified the intensity of anchor-pin system. Through cycling test, them verified the reliability of the anchor; obtained the curves of flow coefficient and the press differential with different nozzle. The analysis and experimental results is very important in guiding significance to optimize the design of the anchor and prestressed cementing operation.

The impact of plateau environment on working performance of diesel engine is greater, it is important to explore the research of power restoration of diesel engine in plateau environment. In this paper, the numerical simulation model of a whole diesel engine with high-power is established based on the GT-POWER software, and the accuracy of the model is verified by the bench test. Based on this, the best intake air amount of compensation of the engine are calculated with different conditions in plateau environment, the compensation intake device with the idea which the high-pressure air of the vehicle storage is introduced into the engine to restore the power is proposed, and the relevant hardware and software are designed. Through real vehicle tests show that the compensation intake device can improve the dynamic performance of diesel engine effectively, which provide a basis for diesel engine design and improving the applicability of the existing diesel engine of vehicles in plateau environment.

The control system performance requirement was divided into three parts. They were the stability, rapidity and accuracy. The time-frequency domain analysis in the requirements of three performance were measured through quantitative performance index. The mutual restriction of time-frequency performance and system characteristic parameters of normal second order was discussed. The correlation of system time-frequency performance index was established. The relationship between time-frequency performance indexes in standard two order system was extended to higher order system. The mutually constraining and time-frequency correlation between each performance index was obtained by analysis and calculation. The work had been done above had practical significance to reflect the system dynamic performance in different analytical domains.

Pseudancistrus sidereus is described from two collections of specimens from Amazonas, Venezuela. Pseudancistrus sidereus differs from all other members of Pseudancistrus based on the presence of a unique keel on the caudal peduncle formed from the concave dorsal sections of the plates in the ventral series, light spots on the body (these may be yellow in life) centered on the body plates and the absence of the characteristics of the more derived members of Pseudancistrus such as hypertrophied odontodes along the snout in males and females and the loss of evertibility of the cheek plates. Pseudancistrus includes Lithoxancistrus and Guyanancistrus and is diagnosed by the following synapomorphies: no suture between pterotic-supracleithrum and hyomandibula, no contact of the hyomandibula with the prootic, straight, spoon-shaped anterior process of metapterygoid, nasal bone not much wider than laterosensory canal running through it, sphenotic not contacting posteriormost infraorbital externally, and a short ventral ridge on the pelvic basipterygium (lost in some species). Two species formerly assigned to Guyanancistrus are placed in different genera. Hypostomus guacharote is placed in Lasiancistrus and Chaetostomus trinitatis is placed in Ancistrus.Se describe Pseudancistrus sidereus, con base en dos colectas de espec menes del Amazonas venezolano. This study tried to monitor the alterations of muscle enzymes activity - creatinokinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) - in a group of horses that participated of 70 and 100km distance rides in five competitions of an annual endurance championship under tropical climate. Pre ride levels (U/l) were 245.13±9.84 for CK, 496.61±14.76 for LDH, and 328.95±8.65 for AST. When compared to these levels, the results revealed a significant decrease in all enzymes activities in the first moment of the rides. Peak levels, significantly different, were reached, immediately after rides by CK (413.591±50.75); 24 hours post rides by LDH (628.61±33.30); and 48 hours after rides by AST (389.89±16.96). Monitoring of recovery period revealed different behavior among enzymes activities with CK values returning to pre ride values (279.61±23.05) 24 hours post rides, while LDH and AST values returned to pre ride values (505.25±33.78 and 359.35±24.90, respectively) 72 hours post rides. These data revealed different alterations in concentration of muscular enzymes in endurance horses directly related to the duration of the effort.

The liquidus temperature of molten salt NaCl-KCl-NaF-WO3 system was measured by differential thermal analysis. The results show that in the molten salt system when 0.1379 eutectic temperature is 616.5 °C, eutectic composition is =0.3846, =0.3846, =0.1923, =0.0385; when >0.1379, eutectic temperature is 628.9 °C, eutectic composition is = 0.3390, = 0.3390, =0.1695, = 0.1525.

Species of the genus Fusarium are characterised by the exceptional intraspecies and interspecies variability in respect to morphological, physiological and genetic properties. Intraspecies and interspecies diversity of Fusarium verticillioides and Fusarium proliferatum isolates in the production of fumonisin B1 according to their origin from maize and wheat grains was studied. Fumonisin B1 production potential of investigated 42 isolates was assessed by HPTLC and ELISA method. All 22 and 20 investigated F. verticillioides and F. proliferatum isolates, respectively, had the ability to produce fumonisin B1 toxin. Fumonisin B1 production potential of F. verticillioides and F. proliferatum varied from 88.60 ppm to 1,300.60 ppm and from 2.37 ppm to 1,246.00 ppm, respectively. According to Mann-Whitnev U test, there were no significant differences between the fumonisin B1 production mean values of isolates of F. verticillioides originated from maize and wheat (628.13 ppm and 696.38 ppm, respectively), as well as, fumonisin B1 production mean values of F. proliferatum isolates (212.32 ppm and 158.07 ppm, respectively). Variability coefficient values indicated that fumonisin B1 production potential variability was more expressed in maize than wheat originated isolates for both species.

AbstractThe alpha-amylase activity in tracheobronchial secretions of 16 consecutive patients with a total laryngectomy was studied. None of these patients had a tracheopharyngeal fistula or pulmonary disorder which might affect the amylase activity. This study proves the presence of amylase in tracheobronchial secretions of laryngectomized patients with a normal lung at a level between x and y and the quantitative analysis of the amylase activity is discussed. The relevance of investigating laryngectomy patients is because of the nature of the surgery the lower respiratory tract is permanently and physically isolated from any other source of salivary amylase. No similar study of the analysis of amylase in normal lung tissue had been reported before.This information may be of value in order to detect salivary aspiration in patients with a tracheostomy or endotracheal intubation if the level in the aspirate is in the order of a-b times greater than that found in normal tracheobronchial secretions, (x = 35 and y = 1125 i.u./l; a = 31.8 and b = 628.6 i.u./l).

Aluminum alloys in this study using a mixture of aluminum profiles and former piston. Former piston is used to get the high enough of element Si. The addition of TiB element (Titanium-Boron) as much as 0.02% at the time of casting expected to improve the mechanical and physical character of aluminum, so that expected the aluminum alloy has a strength that is much better than without the addition of any element. Aluminum alloy to manufacture screw will be casted by using sand molds on three types of variations mold temperature 200oC, 300oC and 400oC. The Test were conducted to determine the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy and physical that are : tensile test, hardness test, and metallographic with an optical microscope. The maximum test result occurred in Al-Si alloy material with TiB addition 0.02% and a heating temperature mold 400oC produces maximum tensile stress of 628.86 N / mm², while for Vickers Hardness Number (VHN) gives the figure of 114 kg / mm2; and for the results obtained from the data metallographic structure formed hypereutectic silicon which form the primary silicon phase. That phase provides high wear resistance. Finally, it is evident that the Al-Si alloys mentioned above can improve the properties of aluminum to manufacture a screw.

Electrically conductive polycrystalline composite diamond (EC-PCD) material, which consists of electrically conductive diamond particles, has recently been developed for the purpose of providing the material with both excellent tool properties and machinability. This paper deals with effects of giving ultrasonic vibrations to an electrode on the EDM characteristics of EC-PCD with a view to achieve a great improvement in electro-discharge performance. In this series of EDM experiments, three types of ultrasonic vibration modes were selected (axial vibration, flexural vibration and complex vibration). The result showed that the removal efficiency of EC-PCD increased in any vibration modes. Especially when axial vibration with large amplitude and complex vibration composed of axial mode and flexural mode were given to the electrode, removal efficiency became four times higher than that obtained when no vibration was given. And, electrode wear rate was reduced to one third or 68% against the value of 187% obtained when no vibration was given. Furthermore it was shown that the effects resulted from not only the cavitation action of the working fluid but also the vibrational action of the electrode itself.

Through setting up different fillet on protection plate, the air flow state of measurement process could be improved. The change of gas velocity, temperature and pressure was analyzed for different protection plate structure by fluid simulation software, the validity of the theoretical analysis was verified, which can provide the theory basis for structure optimization of the honing head.

Applying the comparative law of equivalent flow capacity, these two plans are compared, and then the final objective and optimal design is obtained. With this layout redesign, the logistics operational efficiency is improved, and the production system is optimized.

Prototype observation and finite element analysis were carried out on a weld seam between a spiral case and a penstock of #6 generator in a certain power plant. According to the observation data and finite element calculated results, deformation and stress were analyzed for the weld seam in continuous operating stage (power generation, EL. 206.00). The results show that in the normal operation power generation stage, the strengths of the penstock, the spiral case and the weld seam are all satisfied; Even if the inlet water level reaches to EL. 275.00, the three parts are all safe (when the residual stress isn’t considered, the stress is far lower than the strength allowed values). However, the stress at point E is obviously higher, it is necessary to make further testing inspection. Finally the following suggestions are given: (1) the strain gauges should be arranged both circumferentially and axially, this is because the circumferential stress of weld seam is greater than axial stress; (2) the stiffener rings should be moved left by 50mm, thus the axial stress can be minimized and the circumferential stress can also be reduced.

Machining processes, such as milling, are considered to be too complex to be modeled accurately by using analytical or even numeric means due to involvement of various control parameters, some of them highly vague and imprecise. Such situation calls for application of nonconventional methods for modeling the responses of interest with acceptable degree of accuracy. In this work, a computational intelligence tool, possessing quick learning ability, has been used for modeling and predicting tool’s flank wear and workpiece surface roughness in milling of cold work tool steel. Six numeric and two categorical input parameters were used in the artificial neural network model. 116 data sets were used for training the network, while 13 were used for testing. Both the responses were modeled with acceptable degree of accuracy.

Sacrificial anode cathodic protection is one of the most widely used methods in protecting buried oil pipe lines against the corrosion damages. In the present work, a series of Aluminum alloys have been prepared as sacrificial anodes candidates to be used in the protection of the oil pipelines that pass through the Al-Hilla region. These prepared alloys were microstructurally and electrochemically characterized to evaluate their performance as Al-sacrificial anodes for cathodic protection of oil pipes The relationships between the protection potential with time, sacrificial anode life, discharge currents, and capacity of sacrificial anodes were found, taking into consideration the distance between sacrificial anode and protected steel sample. According to the results obtained, the best selection of sacrificial anodes was (Al-4% Zn-0.5% Sn) alloy at 30cm in Al-Hilla region.

The orthogonal experiment is processed for high-speed milling superalloy GH4169 with TiAlN coated carbide inserts. The surface roughness prediction model based on cutting parameters is established by using the least-squares regression method. And the effect of cutting parameters on surface roughness is studied. According to the prediction model of surface roughness, a model of cutting parameters optimization by using genetic algorithm based on annealing penalty function is established for maximum material removal rate under specified surface roughness values. Obtain the optimal parameter combination when the surface roughness Ra≤0.2µm, and the experimental validation is done. These results provide the basis for improving processing efficiency of processing GH4169 and choosing parameters under specified constraint conditions.

The paper presents the result of investigation on aluminum-silicon (LM6) alloy cast using pressurized lost foam casting process. The study investigated the effect of pressure and sand size on porosity of the casting produced. Air pressure of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bars was applied on the solidifying alloy poured in mould of sand sizes 16-30, 40-60, 60-100 (AFS). The porosities of casting were measured using optical microscope which was equipped with image analyzer. For porosity of castings, all surfaces of solidified castings were captured by digital camera for better observation. The results show that applying pressure during solidification of the LM6 alloy has significant influence on casting porosity of the alloy. By increasing the applied pressure, the porosity percentage based on gas porosity decreased when pressure was applied. Consequently, the removal rate of gas porosity improved by increasing the sand size to finer size 60-100 (AFS), so there is less gas porosity in samples. Besides, rising air pressure lead to fulfilling of molten which improves the casting porosity.

Through methods, such as microscope analysis, metallography examination, the causes resulting in tee joint crack of subcritical power station boiler platen superheater header have been analyzed. The result indicates the tee joint crack originated in the original defects, expanded to connect with reheat cracking and leaked finally. In repair crack, the measures of reducing residual stress, such as lower welding heat input, reducing thickness of welding layer, hammer blowing, assigning reasonably heat treatment power ,lengthening holding time and so on, were taken. The welding repair succeeded greatly.

This paper presents a structural analysis of a masonry chimney built in the 1940s, which is currently being cataloged as local interest heritage. This structure has not served any industrial purpose for the last thirty years. The chimney is located in the town of Agost (Alicante - Spain) and directly exposed to the prevailing winds from the sea, as it is approximately 12 km away from the waterfront and there are not any significant barriers, which could protect the structure against the wind. There are longitudinal cracks and fissures all along the shaft because of the chimney’s geometrical characteristics, the effect of the masonry creep and especially the lack of maintenance. Moreover, there is also a permanent bending deformation in the upper 1/3 of the height due to the wind pressure. A numerical analysis for the static behavior against gravity and wind loads was performed using the structure’s current conditions after a detailed report of its geometry, its construction system and the cracking pattern. Afterwards, the dynamic behavior was studied, i.e. a seismic analysis using both response spectra and accelerograms in order to examine the structural stability. This work shows the pre-monitoring analysis before any experimental testing. Using the current results the future test conditions will be determined (e.g. number of sensors and monitoring point location, excitation systems, etc) prior to a possible structural reinforcement by applying composite material (fiber reinforced polymers).

The paper deals with the design of a distributed structural monitoring network for a selected set of strategic structures belonging to the city of L’Aquila. Preliminary design criteria are discussed on the basis of previous authors’ experiences in this context. Specific attention has been dedicated to analyse the expected acceleration response measurements induced by small seismic excitations for the general purpose of monitoring.

In this paper, the experimental modal identification analysis of the public building “San Giacomo” in Corfu (Greece) is illustrated. It represents the unique example of a structure built utilising carves stones inside the city of Corfu. The building has a rectangular plan shape with dimensions 24.75 x 14 m, and height 9 m; all the floors are made by wood. The monitoring system consists of several elements properly connected: the units of acquisitions or piezoelectric accelerometers (in total 18 installed on the different walls) with a sensitivity of 1000 mV/g; the data acquisition system or DAQs positioned at each monitored level; the laptop with an acquisition software; the cables that connect all elements to each other. The paper describes the phases of the investigations, the technical details of the performed in-situ tests, the first identified frequencies of the building by means of the classical methods of Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) and the comments about the acquired data.

The present work aimed at evaluating the mechanical properties, thermal behaviors and morphology of blends prepared by thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), polyamid-6(PA6) and epoxy resin (GradeE51). The SEM micrographs displayed a noticeable change in the type of surface structure on adding epoxy resin. The tensile strength, elongation at break of TPEE/PA6/Epoxy resin blends were significantly improved compared to TPEE/PA6 blends. The DSC results proved that the melt temperature (hard phase) of TPEE/PA6 blends tended to fuse together and the melt temperature (soft phase) increased with the content of epoxy resin increased

The colloidal crystal template or opal with a closed-packed face centered cubic (fcc) lattice was prepared from monodisperse polystyrene (PS) microspheres by gravity sedimentation, and it was used for the fabrication of polyaniline hybrid with inverse opal structure. The template provided void space for the infiltration of Bi2Te3 and monomer that was then in situ polymerized to polyaniline. The opal composite was then soaked in toluene for completely removing PS microspheres to form porous polyaniline hybrid with inverse opal structure. The PS microspheres were replaced by air microspheres, which interconnected each other through the windows on the polyaniline hybrid wall. Both the wall and the air void constitute continuous phases. The polyaniline hybrid with inverse opal structure was observed with scanning electronic microscopy.

As-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy was solid dissolved at atmospheric temperature under different pressures (room pressure、2、3、4、5 and 6 Gpa) and under high-pressure (6 Gpa) at different temperatures (atmospheric temperature, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 °C). The microstructures of the products were characterized by optical microscope and their corrosion resistance was investigated. The results show that increasing the solution pressure at atmospheric temperature has no obvious effect on the microstructure of AZ91D, but decreases the corrosion resistance. Increasing the solution temperature under the high-pressure can obviously improve the microstructure of the alloy, and markedly increases the corrosion resistance, especially over 400 °C.

Анотація:
Phosphogypsum is a by-product of industrial phosphoric acid producing with wet method, a simple and efficient way to produce high quality CaCO3by phosphogysum is presented in this work. Calcium in the phosphogypsum converts into Ca (OH)2with the addition of NaOH, acid insoluble substances and metal ion which was also separated from calcium in phosphogypsum by HCl and NH3·H2O respectively. The purity and whiteness of CaCO3produced by the carbonization of purified CaCl2solution are 98% and 96%. The optimum mass ratio of phosphogypsum, NaOH and HCl was 25:12:35. Chemical characterization of the resultant CaCO3was performed by XRD, SEM, TG and chemical titration method, which indicate that this method is effective in producing spherical CaCO3at room temperature, moreover, the purity, whiteness and thermostability of calcium carbonate can meet most of application requirements for industrial CaCO3.

Анотація:
Brief introduction of research progresses of hydrophobically associating water soluble polymer, as well as a synthesis method of a hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer P (AM/KAA/MAHB). Meanwhile the molecular structure is characterized, and the viscosity behavior of the ionic hydrophobic-associating polymer solution is analyzed. The influences of polymer concentration, temperature, shear rate and water salinity of the saline solution on apparent viscosity are discussed. The critical associating concentration of polymer in salt solutions and salt thickening effect are also studied. The results show that the polymer possesses obvious temperature resistance and salt tolerance compared with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide polymer.

In this paper, the magneto-elastic nonlinear random vibration of a clamped rectangular thin plate in magnetic field is studied. According to the magneto-elastic theory of plates and shells and the theory of structural random vibration, the magneto-elastic nonlinear random vibration equation of a clamped rectangular thin plate in a magnetic field is derived. Then the nonlinear random vibration equation is transferred into the Ito differential equation, and the Ito differential equation is solved using FPK equation method. Thus the numerical characteristics of displacement response and velocity response of the rectangular thin plate are obtained. Finally, through a numerical example, the influences of magnetic field parameters on the numerical characteristics are discussed, and some methods which can be used to effectively control the random vibration responses of the plate are given.

Анотація:
A U-shaped metal seal in coiled tubing wellhead hanging device was designed, the metal seal material is brass(H59, H70). The contact stress of sealing interface was analyzed by finite element method analysis, the U-shaped seal has elastic-plastic deformation after excitation force applied, and the plastic deformation region concentrated in contact areas. The influence of U-shaped metal seal initial clearance on sealing effect was presented, the reasonable initial clearance ratio region are 0.8 to 0.9. Excitation forces in different excitation angles were calculated, the reasonable excitation angle region are 15° to 20°. Metal seal overcomes the defects of conventional rubber elastomers, that ensure the safety of wellhead hanging device construction, also improve the service life.
