Повний текст джерелаThe calculations of the parameters of the conveyor installation have been carried out, which include: traction calculation of the conveyor, design of the drive station, determination of the required power of the electric motor, selection of the gearbox, design of the tension station. Comparison of various automation systems is carried out, the features of the conveyor line operation when introducing SAUKL equipment are considered. A frequency converter was selected and the input and output EMC filters were calculated. In the power supply section, calculations of short-circuit currents, grounding, selection of the composition of electrical equipment were performed, and an assessment of technical and economic indicators was made. In the economic and organizational part, an analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise, as well as indicators of the economic analysis of the project, is given. In the section on labor protection, issues of industrial sanitation, electrical safety, fire safety are considered.
Выполнены расчеты параметров конвейерной установки, которые включают: тяговый расчет конвейера, проектирование приводной станции, определение необходимой мощности электродвигателя, выбор редуктора, проектирование натяжной станции. Выполнено сравнение различных систем автоматизаций, рассмотретны особенности эксплуатации конвейерной линии при внедрении аппаратуры САУКЛ. Был выбран преобразователь частоты и рассчитаны входной и выходной фильтры электромагнитной совместимости. В разделе электроснабжения выполнены расчеты токов короткого замыкания, заземления, выбор состава электрооборудования и произведена оценка технико-экономических показателей. В экономико-организационной части приведен анализ финансового состояния предприятия, а также показатели экономического анализа проекта. В разделе охрана труда рассмотрены вопросы производственной санитарии, электробезопасности, пожарной безопасности.

У роботі розроблено автоматизовану систему керування процесом виробництва керамічної У роботі було проаналізовано режими роботи козлового крану. На основі аналізу розглянуто основні аспекти ПІД регулювання роботою крану з метою зменшення часу на розвантажувальні операції. Проведено розрахунок та моделювання роботи усіх регуляторів для запобігання розхитування вантажу. При цьому повинна забезпечуватись максимальна швидкість розвантаження. Розраховано всі параметри автоматичних регуляторів для управління електроприводом. Впровадження такої системи керування дозволить значно скоротити час вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт.

The modes of operation of the gantry crane were analyzed in the work. Based on the analysis, the main aspects of PID control of the crane in order to reduce the time for unloading operations are considered. The calculation and simulation of all regulators to prevent load shaking. The maximum unloading speed must be ensured. All parameters of automatic regulators for control of the electric drive are calculated. The introduction of such a control system will significantly reduce the time of loading and unloading operations.

Повний текст джерелаThe principles of construction, tasks and algorithms for the operation of the automated complex (AK) for the diagnosis of the operation of electric motors of continuous operation of mining enterprises are proposed. The proposed scheme is a technical solution for the diagnostic system. The system consists of local microcontrollers and a central computer. Microcontrollers implement algorithms for diagnosing, and computers - the technical state of the mechanisms. These tools take into account four components: a network, a converter, an engine and a technological mechanism in the areas of energy consumption, its use and power management. The advantage of the system is that only the settings for the programs of local microcontrollers change for different types of AK. Such solutions will allow to easily adapt the system to a specific task. The main costs do not belong to the hardware part of the system, but to the development of algorithmic and software. The advantage of AK is that it will streamline the level of diagnostics in real time, taking into account the mode of loading and the impact of the quality of the supply voltage.
Разработаны принципы построения, задачи и алгоритмы работы автоматизированного комплекса (АК) для диагностики работы электродвигателей установок непрерывного действия горных предприятий Предложены схемно-технические решения системы диагностирования. Система состоит из локальных микроконтроллеров и центральной ЭВМ. Микроконтроллеры реализуют алгоритмы диагностирования, а ЭВМ - техническое состояние механизмов. Эти средства учитывают четыре составляющие: сеть, преобразующее устройство, двигатель и технологический механизм в плоскостях потребления энергии, ее использование и энергоуправления. Преимуществом системы является то, что для разных типов АК меняются только настройки программ локальных микроконтроллеров. Такие решения позволят легко адаптировать систему к конкретной задаче. Основные расходы приходятся не в аппаратную часть системы, а на разработку алгоритмического и программного обеспечения Преимуществом АК является то, что она позволит рационализировать уровень диагностирования в реальном времени с учетом режима нагрузки и воздействия качеству питающего напряжения.

Повний текст джерелаPolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were produced by many pyrolitic or combustion processes. They were found in soils, often in high concentrations. Remediation of industrial sites contaminated by P AHs requires an initial diagnosis of the pollution. In this perspective, an analytical procedure based on UV spectrophotometry was developed and validated with about 80 soil samples. Different exploitation methods of the samples UV spectra enable to develop simple and rapid characterization tools. A PAH UV index is proposed for the estimation of global PAH concentration. A more accurate exploitation of the spectra gives an indication on the presence or the absence of some individual PAH like benzo[ a ]pyrene. A maturity index based on a two wavelength approach constitutes an indicator of the potential evolution of soil contamination in natural conditions. Laboratory methodology was adapted to field analysis and a test kit was designed for this purpose. The test duration is 20 minutes

Повний текст джерелаThe thesis is devoted to research and development of new vector control algorithms for autonomous induction generators (IG) with improved static and dynamic characteristics. Based on the analysis of existing control methods and types of existing electric power generation systems, it is shown that: a) the classic PI-vector control algorithm has no rigorous theoretical substantiation; b) the stability of essentially nonlinear system is not proved; and c) it is sensitive to coordinate and parameter perturbations. The theoretical analysis and investigation of the stability properties and characteristics of the saturated IG vector control systems in the standard configuration with linear PI current and voltage controllers (which take into account the saturation of IG magnetic system) are performed. Classic algorithm provides local asymptotic stability of DC-link voltage and rotor flux regulation under limited load current and decomposition of the voltage and q-axis current subsystems, based on the two-time scale separation. A new feedback linearizing control of DC-link voltage is developed. It is synthesized on the base of the balance equation of electromechanical conversion and for the first time provides the linear dynamics of the voltage regulation subsystem regardless of changes in angular speed, module of rotor flux vector and load current. A method for the synthesis of direct vector control of the IG flux subsystem based on a new reduced order flux observer has been developed. The systems with developed algorithms were studied in simulation. It is shown that static and dynamic characteristics degrade when using standard configuration with linear PI current and voltage controllers under conditions of active rotor resistance variation. Under high active rotor resistance increase, this algorithm does not provide stable operation unlike developed robust algorithm. The robust algorithm with direct field orientation has been developed, which provides robustness to variation of rotor active resistance. An adaptive observer, which takes into account the IG saturation, has been synthesized and investigated in autonomous mode and as part of an adaptive control system. It provides higher accuracy level of flux tracking by applying the combination of robust vector control algorithm (to rotor active resistance variations) and the adaptive observer, providing exponential estimation of rotor active resistance. The adaptive control system does not require information about the initial values of the rotor active resistance. Intensive experimental comparison study of proposed controllers and indirect vector control with linear PI voltage regulators were conducted on the created experimental installations with IGs of 2.2 kW and 5.5 kW rated power. Experimental results coincide with the simulation and shows that improved dynamic quality indicators of DC-link voltage control are obtained as well as higher efficiency is achieved. The results of the work were implemented in the educational process at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in teaching the subjects "Electromechanical systems in environmentally friendly technologies", "Robust and adaptive control in electromechanical systems".

The dissertation is devoted to the creation of unified methodology for the synthesis of control systems for electric drives, based on the condition of providing the desired dynamic properties on the output coordinate, given graphically in the form of transition function or a set of points. The discrete regulator, which provides the ability to tuning up on quantizeddesired transition functions of finite duration, is called a discrete time equalizer. A mathematical apparatus is proposed that allows performing synthesis of automatic control systems based on discrete time equalizer both with full compensation for control object dynamic properties (idealized variant) or with using the modified structural schemes principle of symmetry. The integrating unit is used as inverse transform modification block. To compensate for parametric and coordinate disturbances, a combined control structure has been developed, which includes two discrete time equalizers: main and compensating. The synthesis of electromechanical systems with direct current (DC) motors on the basis of discrete time equalizer (servosystem, interconnected system, system with decreased influence of the backlash, two-zone speed regulation system) was performed and a study of the obtained results was carried out by means of mathematical modeling. Synthesis of the vector control system of alternating current (AC) electric drive based on discrete time equalizer was realized and a study of the obtained results was carried out by means of mathematical modeling. Obtained generalized transfer functions for control objects in the reactive and active loops and the transfer functions of their inverse models allow synthesizing the systems of vector control of AC electric drives on the base of discrete time equalizer in relative units for a wide range of industrial asynchronous motors. To carry out experimental research, a laboratory test bench was created, which allowed the technical implementation of the of DC motor speed automatic control system, synthesized on the base of discrete time equalizer. Proposed technics of the basic values assignment and the desired transition function presentation in relative coordinates allows user to input data in accordance with predefined template, which is convenient for performing further verification for the possibility of physical implementation by support vector machine (SVM) method.
