The results of the study of the dynamics of the development and spread of flax anthracnosis in the conditions of the western forest-steppe of Ukraine are presented. The influence of the stability of the variety and the abiotic factors on the damage of plants by the disease is established. Анотація:
Abstract Background: POLARIS is an ongoing, prospective, real-world, noninterventional, multicenter study in patients with HR+/HER2- ABC receiving palbociclib in the United States and Canada. This report describes PRO data from a real-world setting of patients with ABC receiving palbociclib. Methods: POLARIS has a targeted enrollment of 1500 patients from ~110 sites in the United States and Canada. Key inclusion criteria included patients with HR+/HER2- ABC with evidence of metastatic disease. QoL was assessed with the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality-of-Life Questionnaire Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30). A clinical problem threshold for 5 functioning and 9 symptom scales of the EORTC QLQ-C30 was established with anchor questions assigned for each domain to assess functional health and symptom burden. Results: As of March 16, 2021, 1240 patients were treated with palbociclib and had EORTC QLQ-C30 data collected and analyzed (at baseline, n=1240; after 6 months of palbociclib treatment, n=1076; after 12 months of palbociclib treatment, n=926). At baseline, the median age of patients was 64 years (Table 1). The majority of patients were white (82%) and 98.8% were female. Nearly 95% of patients had stage 4 metastatic disease, 5.1% had locally advanced stage (III), 68% had a recurrent disease from the earlier stage (0-III), and 27.3% had de novo stage IV disease diagnosed at enrollment. In this cohort, 98.3% of patients were estrogen receptor-positive (ER+)/progesterone receptor-positive (PR+), 94% were HER2-, with 99% of patients HER2- also ER+/PR+ at or nearest to the enrollment date. The percentages of patients with functioning scale scores (physical [baseline=54.6%; month 6=50.2%; month 12=50.4%], role [baseline=28.6%; month 6=20.1%; month 12=18.6%], social [baseline=24.2%; month 6=15%; month 12=15%], emotional [baseline=37.1%; month 6=29.6%; month 12=29.4%], and cognitive [baseline=34.2%; month 6=34.5%; month 12=31.7%]) below the clinical problem threshold remained stable over the first 12 months of palbociclib treatment (Table 2). A similar trend across time was observed with the symptom scales with the percentages of patients (fatigue, pain, nausea and vomiting, insomnia, appetite loss, constipation, dyspnea, diarrhea, and financial difficulties) above the clinical problem threshold also remaining stable over the first 12 months (Table 2). Conclusions: In this PRO analysis, palbociclib treatment did not have any significant adverse impact on QoL in patients with HR+/HER2- ABC as assessed by QLQ-C30 functioning and symptom scales. Анотація:
The direct extrusion process using the mechanically alloyed powder as raw materials was applied to prepare the thermoelectric materials. The mechanically alloyed powders of Ag added Bi1Sb3Te6 were extruded using pulse discharge sintering method at temperatures ranging from 345°C to 425°C. The fractographs of extruded specimens shows that no grain size changes was observed until 385°C, but became coarser with the increase of the extrusion temperature above 405°C. The X-ray diffraction patterns showed that the intensity of (110) plane increased with extrusion temperature up to 385°C and started to drop down above 405°C. The power factor value (PF) also increased with the extrusion temperature up to 385°C and altered above 405°C. These trends agreed with the variation in intensity of (110) plane of XRD patterns. The figure of merit (Z) value of the extruded specimens at 385°C was 3.1 × 10-3 W/K, which was the highest value among the prepared specimens.

New series of selenolo[2,3- b]pyridine, pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]selenolo[3,2- d]pyrimidine, 7,8-dihydro-2,4-dimethylpyrrolo [1,2- a]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]selenolo[3,2- d]pyrimidin-10(6 H)-one and 7,9-dimethylpyrido[3′,2′:4,5]selenolo[3,2- d][1,2,4] triazolo[4,3- c]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesised from 3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridine-2(1 H)-selenone (1). Spectroscopic (IR, 1H, MS) of the newly synthesised compounds are reported.

An effective and highly regio- and diastereoselective one-pot method for the synthesis of new polynuclear dispiroheterocyclic systems with five stereogenic centers (dispiro[imidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine-6,3′-pyrrolidine-2′,3′′-indoles]) comprising pyrrolidinyloxindole and imidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine moieties has been developed. The method relies on a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides generated in situ from isatin derivatives and sarcosine to 6-benzylideneimidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazine-2,7-diones.

BACKGROUND: Radical cystectomy is the standard treatment for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer and superficial neoplasms in cases of resistance to intravesical immunochemotherapy. AIM: To establish the frequency of local pelvic recurrence in patients with bladder cancer after radical cystectomy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: From 1997 to 2022 radical cystectomy was performed in 407 patients with bladder cancer: 344 (84.5%) men and 63 (15.5%) women. Orthotopic urinary diversion methods were performed in 302 (74.2%) patients, including gastrocystoplasty 24 (5.9%), ileocystoplasty 253 (63.8%) and sigmocystoplasty 25 (6.1%) patients. Continent skin diversion of urine was performed in 13 (3.2%) patients, ureter transplantation into the sigmoid colon in 42 (10.3%) patients, and ureterocutaneostomy in 50 (12.3%) patients. RESULTS: Local recurrence in the pelvis after radical cystectomy was observed in 33 (8.1%) patients: 27 (81.8%) men and 6 (18.2%) women. The average age of men with relapses was 58.7 11.7 years (from 43 to 73 years), women 50.0 7.8 years (from 24 to 65 years). Simultaneous metastatic lesions of internal organs were detected in 6 (18.2%) patients. Local pelvic recurrence after radical cystectomy occurred more often in lymphopositive patients with extravesical spread of the primary low-grade tumor. The median time from radical cystectomy to detection of pelvic recurrence was 7.0 months, from the moment of detection of pelvic recurrence to the death of the patient 4.5 months. CONCLUSIONS: The frequency of local pelvic recurrence of bladder cancer after radical cystectomy is 8.1%. The survival rate of patients with local pelvic recurrence is extremely low.

The obtained 2-arylthieno[3,2-b]-furan-5-carboxylic acid chlorides Ia - Ic and 3-chlorothieno[3,2-b]benzo[b]furan-2-carboxylic acid chloride afforded in substitution nucleophilic reactions the corresponding esters V and carboxylic acids VI which were decarboxylated to VII. 3-Chlorothieno[3,2-b]benzo[b]furan-2-carboxylic acid chloride (Id), 6-ethoxycarbonyl-3-chlorothieno[2',3':4,5]furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid chloride (IV), and ethyl 3-chlorothieno[2',3':4,5]furo[3,2-b]indole-2-carboxylate (VIII), synthesized under conditions of triethylphosphite reduction from ethyl 6-chloro-2-(2-nitrophenyl)thieno[3,2-b]furan-5-carboxylate (Va), are new heterocyclic systems.

Ethyl 5-amino-3,4-diphenyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridazine-6-carboxylate (1), ethyl 5-aminofuro[ 2,3-c]pyridazine-6-carboxylate (2) and 5-aminofuro[2,3-c]pyridazine-6-carboxamide (3), are obtained from 4-cyano-5,6-diphenyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone. 5-Acetamido and 5-chloroacetamido derivatives prepared from 1, undergo cyclization on heating to form 2-substituted pyridazino[4',3':4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-d]oxazin-4(5H)-one (5a, b). The reaction of 1 and 2 with hydrazine gave 6-carbohydrazide derivatives (7 a, b). Compound 3 undergoes condensation with acetyl chloride, chloroacetyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, formamide and carbon disulphide to furnish the corresponding pyrimido[4',5' :4,5]furo[2,3-c]pyridazin-4(3 H)-one derivatives. The reaction of 1 with o-aminophenol gave 3,4-diphenyl-11-oxo-10,11-dihydro-12H -pyridazino[ 4',3' :4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-b][1,5]benzoxazepine.

Szidatitrema yamagutii n. sp. was found in the air sacs and body cavities of 2 bearded barbets, Lybius dubius, and a white-necked myna, Streptocitta albicollis, that died at the Audubon Zoo, New Orleans, Louisiana between June, 2000 and April, 2005. The new species can be distinguished from Szidatitrema philomachii and Szidatitrema vogeli, the only species currently assigned to this genus, by having a smaller egg size (80–105 by 40–55 compared to 117–126 by 54–72 and 110 by 50, respectively) and the testes of S. yamagutii n. sp. are less obliquely positioned relative to each other. Szidatitrema yamagutii n. sp. further differs from S. philomachii by lacking an oral sucker and having larger testes (anterior testis 405 by 375 compared to 270 by 210; posterior testis 435 by 370 compared to 225 by 210) and from S. vogeli by having a shorter cirrus sac (345 compared to 554) ), smaller testes (anterior testis 405 long compared to 700; posterior testis 435 long compared to 500), a smaller ovary (220–330 wide compared to 400), and a larger postovarian space (approximately 10% of body length compared to 6%). This new species was likely introduced into the Audubon Zoo through the importation of species of Old World birds.

New fluorescent compounds, benzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine 5,5-dioxides (3a–g), 2-amino-4-methylsulfanylbenzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine (6), and 2-amino-4-methylsulfanyl-7-methoxybenzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]pyrimidine (7), were synthesized in good yields from heterocyclic ketene dithioacetals (1a–c) and guanidine carbonate (2a) or (S)-methylisothiourea sulfate (2b) in pyridine under reflux. Among the fused pyrimidine derivatives, compound 3c, which has an amino group at the 2-position and a benzylamino group at the 4-position of the pyrimidine ring, showed the strongest solid-state fluorescence. The absorption and emission properties of the compounds were quantitatively reproduced by a series of ab initio quantum-chemical calculations.

ObjectiveThe aim of the current investigation was to explore gender related differences in anxiety among undergraduates from 22 countries.MethodStandard Arabic Version of the Kuwait University Anxiety scale (comprised of 20 brief statements, answered on a 4-point intensity scale, anchored by 1: Rarely and 4: Always) was administered to Arabic undergraduates, recruited from the following countries: Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Saudis Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, U.A. Emirate, Oman, Yemen, Egypt, Sudan, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, and Morocco. (n = 608, 271, 879, 842, 948, 780, 782, 435, 154, 393, 342, 833, 1185, 275, 291, 295, 375, & 706. While the English Version was administered to American (n = 273) and Pakistan (n = 462) samples, the Germen version was administered to the Germen subjects (n = 157), Moreover the Spanish version was administered to the Spanish sample (n = 312).ResultsIt was found that females significantly had higher mean anxiety scores than did their male counterparts in 15 countries: Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Yemen, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Pakistan, American, & Spain.ConclusionFemale preponderance of anxiety has been a consistent finding. In the present researcher opinion, the anxiety score of any given person is the end product of both biological and psychosocial factors and their interaction. Furthermore, the response styles, especially social desirability and the tendency to hyperbole had an impact on anxiety score.

A series of imidazo[4,5-e][1,3]thiazino[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazines was synthesized via a cascade sequence of hydrolysis and skeletal rearrangement of imidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazin-7(8H)-ylidene)acetic acid esters in methanol upon treatment with excess KOH. Imidazo[4,5-e]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-6(7H)-ylidene)acetic acid esters are also suitable substrates for the reaction. In this case hydrolysis and thiazole ring expansion were accompanied with the change of the thiazolotriazine junction type from thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazine to thiazino[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazine.

To identify the mechanism(s) by which acidity alters the composition and richness of chironomid communities and to determine the acid tolerance of chironomid taxa inhabiting a large river, pH was manipulated in three stream channels. The chironomid community that developed after a 10-wk exposure to pH 4.5 was poorer in species and lower in abundance than those exposed to pH 5.9 or 7.4 (reference pH). The reduced density of chironomids at pH 4.5 was not a result of differential egg deposition, behavioural drift, or emergence. Acid-enhanced larval mortality appeared to be the primary mechanism accounting for reduced density. Tribelos predomined in the channel acidified to pH 4.5, while Ablabesmyia was predominant in the other channels. Tanytarsus, Microtendipes, and Nilothauma were the most acid-sensitive taxa. When pH was returned to 7.4 from 4.5, the composition and density of the community changed rapidly; acid-sensitive species invaded quickly, and within 6 wk the community resembled that in the other channels. These results suggest that acidity is important in structuring and maintaining lotic communities and that reduction in acidic emissions should lead to rapid biological recovery of acidified lotic systems, provided that acid-sensitive species have survived in nearby refuges.

Eleven rats were given twice-daily intraperitoneal injections of 20 mL of dialysis fluid containing 4.5% glucose for 6 weeks. The peritoneal ultrafiltration capacity of this group was compared with that of a control group of 10 rats that had received no injections by measuring the volume and glucose concentration of the dialysate remaining in the peritoneal cavity 2 hours after injection. Animals that had received injections of dialysis fluid showed significant loss of peritoneal ultrafiltration: volume of dialysate remaining in the control group was 31 (13–35) mL, and in the experimental group was 25 (11–45) mL, with p<0.02 (Mann-Whitney). This was associated with enhanced glucose absorption: glucose absorbed by the control group was 382 (312–706) mg, and 595 (435–738) mg in the experimental group (p<0.002, Mann-Whitney).

Ethyl 6-oxo-3-phenyl-1,6-dihydropyrano[3,2- e]indole-2-carboxylate 3a-c were synthesised from ethyl 2-[(2-oxo-2 H-1-benzopyran-6-yl)-hydrazono]-3-phenylpropanoate 2a-c. Compounds 2a-c was in turn prepared by reacting diasotised solution of 6-aminocoumarin and ethyl-2-benzylacetoacetate. N-nitroarylation of ethyl 6-oxo-3-phenyl-1,6-dihydropyrano[3,2- e]indole-2-carboxylate 3a-c was carried out with 2-chloronitrobenzene to give ethyl 1-(2-nitrophenyl)-6-oxo-3-phenyl-1,6-dihydropyrano[3,2- e]indole-2-carboxylate 4a-c, which on catalytic reductive cyclisation with H2/Ni affords 7-phenyl-5 H-pyrano[3′,2′:4,5]indolo[1,2- a]quinoxaline-6,10-dione 5a-c. The structures of all these compounds have been established on the basis of analytical and spectral data. All the compounds show significant antibacterial activity.

Abstract Introduction Insomnia is common among adults with chronic heart failure (HF), often not explained by sleep apnea (SA), and associated with daytime symptoms and poor daytime function. The purpose of this randomized controlled trial was to evaluate the sustained effects of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) on insomnia severity and sleep characteristics over 6 months among adults with stable chronic HF. Methods We included adults with HF who had at least mild insomnia [Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) &gt; 8] and no more than mild SA or SA treated with continuous positive airway pressure. We randomized in groups to 8 weeks of group CBT-I (Healthy Sleep: HS) [4 group sessions + calls on alternate weeks] or attention control (Healthy Hearts: HH) [HF self-management education + brief sleep hygiene] in the same format. We administered the ISI, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Dysfunctional Beliefs & Attitudes about Sleep Scale (DBAS), and the Sleep Disturbance Questionnaire (SDQ) at baseline (T0), 2 weeks after treatment ended (T1) and at 6 months (T2). Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics and mixed effects models with random intercepts and slopes. Results The sample include 175 participants (HS: N = 91; 62 + 13 years; 58% Male; 15% Black; 68% NY Heart Class II-III) (HH: N = 84; 64 + 12.5 years; 56% Male; 17% Black; 70% NY Heart Class II-III). There was no significant difference at baseline in demographic characteristics or the mean ISI [HS: 15.3 (4.5); HH: 14.4 (4.5)], but a greater percentage in the HS group had clinical/moderate-severe insomnia (ISI &gt; 15) (HS: 60.4% vs. HH: 47%). The CBT-I intervention (HS) was associated with significant improvement in insomnia severity (ISI: p = .001), sleep quality (PSQI: p = .002), and sleep-related cognitions (DBAS: p = .0006; SDQ: p = .0138), and a modest effect on self-reported sleep duration (46 vs. 20 mins, p = .054), but no effect on sleep efficiency. At 6 months, 12.9% of the HS group, compared with 24.9% of the HH group had clinical insomnia. Conclusion CBT-I has sustained effects on insomnia, sleep-quality, and sleep-related cognitions in people with HF. Support (if any) R01NR01691 (NSR, PI)

ABSTRACT We have developed an open-source pipeline for the analysis of Spitzer/IRAC channel 1 and 2 time-series photometry, incorporating some of the most popular decorrelation methods. We applied this pipeline to new phase curve observations of ultra-hot Jupiters MASCARA-1b and KELT-16b, and we performed the first comprehensive reanalysis of 15 phase curves. We find that MASCARA-1b and KELT-16b have phase offsets of $6^{+11}_{-11}~^{\circ }$W and $38^{+16}_{-15}~^{\circ }$W, dayside temperatures of $2952^{+100}_{-97}$ and $3070^{+160}_{-150}$ K, and nightside temperatures of $1300^{+340}_{-340}$ and $1900^{+430}_{-440}$ K, respectively. We confirm a strong correlation between dayside and irradiation temperatures with a shallower dependence for nightside temperature. We also find evidence that the normalized phase curve amplitude (peak-to-trough divided by eclipse depth) is correlated with stellar effective temperature. In addition, while our different models often retrieve similar parameters, significant differences occasionally arise between them, as well as between our preferred model and the literature values. Nevertheless, our preferred models are consistent with published phase offsets to within −8 ± 21 degrees (−1.6 ± 3.2 sigma), and normalized phase curve amplitudes are on average reproduced to within −0.01 ± 0.24 (−0.1 ± 1.6 sigma). Finally, we find that BLISS performs best in most cases, but not all; we therefore recommend future analyses consider numerous detector models to ensure an optimal fit and to assess model dependencies.

A method was developed for the synthesis of new fused 3-alkyl-substituted derivatives of thieno[3,2- d ]pyrimidin-4(3 H )-ones based on 11-(2-furyl)-8,8-dimethyl-7,10-dihydro-8 H -pyrano[3′′,4′′:5′,6′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]-thieno[3,2- d ]pyrimidin-4(3 H )-one via nucleophilic substitution in the pyrimidine ring. A series of fused 4-amino-substituted 11-furylthieno[3,2- d ]pyrimidine derivatives was also synthesized from the corresponding 4-chloro derivative.

Several new complexes of Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) containing Cyanex 302 [bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) monothiophosphinic acid] were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, molecular mass determination, magnetic, UV-Visible and IR studies. The prepared metal complexes has the compositions: 2. [CrL3].H2O, 3. K[MnL3].H2O, 4. [FeL2].H2O, 5. K[CoL3] and 6. K[CuL3].H2O (Where, L means anion of bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) monothiophosphinic acid). The complexes 2, 3, 5 and 6 are assumed to have octahedral geometries, but the complex 4 is tetrahedral based on experimental data. From magnetic measurements all the complexes are found to be paramagnetic. Measured molar conductance showed that the complexes 2 and 4 are non-electrolytes and complexes 3, 5 and 6 are electrolytes. Three polymers consist of donor-acceptor building block, where the electron-donating fluorinated benzodithiophene (BDTF) unit is linked to the electron-accepting 4H-cyclopenta[c]thiophene-4,6(5H)-dione (IND) derivative via thiophene (T) or thieno [3,2-b]thiopene (TT) bridges. The absorption range of the polymer donors based on IND in this study shows 400~800 nm, which complimenting the absorption of Y6BO (600~1000 nm). The PSC’s performances are also significantly impacted by the π-bridges. NFAs inverted type PSCs based on polymer donors and Y6BO acceptor are fabricated. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the device based on IND-OTT-BDTF reaches up to 11.69% among all polymers with a short circuit current of 26.37 mA/cm2, an open circuit voltage of 0.79 V, and a fill factor of 56.2%, respectively. This study provides fundamental information on the invention of new polymer donors for NFA-based PSCs.

AbstractOscarkempffite, ideally Ag10Pb4(Sb17Bi9)∑=26S48, is a new mineral species found in old material (1929–30) from the Colorada vein, Animas mine, Chocaya Province, Department of Potosi, Bolivia. It is associated with aramayoite, stannite, miargyrite, pyrargyrite and tetrahedrite. Oscarkempffite forms anhedral grains and grain aggregates up to 10 mm across. The mineral is opaque, greyish black with a metallic lustre; it is brittle without any discernible cleavage. In reflected light oscarkempffite is greyish white, pleochroism is distinct, white to dark grey. Internal reflections are absent. In crossed polars, anisotropism is distinct with rotation tints in shades of grey. The reflectance data (%, air) are: 39.9, 42.6 at 470 nm, 38.6, 41.7 at 546 nm, 38.1, 41.2 at 589 nm and 37.3, 40.6 at 650 nm. Mohs hardness is 3–3½, microhardness VHN50 exhibits a range 189–208, with a mean value 200 kg mm–2. The average results of four electron-microprobe analyses in a grain are: Cu 0.24(7), Ag 14.50(8), Pb 11.16(14), Sb 28.72(16), Bi 24.56(17), S 20.87(5), total 100.05(6) wt.%, corresponding to Cu0.24Ag9.92Pb4.00Sb17.36Bi8.64S47.84 (on the basis of Me + S = 88 apfu). The simplified formula, Ag10Pb4Sb17Bi9S48, is in accordance with the results of a crystal-structure determination. The density, 5.8 g cm–3, was calculated using the ideal formula. Oscarkempffite has an orthorhombic cell with a = 13.199(2), b = 19.332(3), c = 8.249(1) Å, V = 2116.3(5) Å3, space group Pnca and Z = 1. The strongest eight lines in the (calculated) powder-diffraction pattern are [d in Å(I)hkl]: 3.66(35)(122), 3.37(70)(132), 3.34(100)(250), 2.982(55)(312), 2.881(86)(322), 2.733(29)(332), 2.073(27)(004) and 2.062(31)(182). Comparison with gustavite, andorite and roshchinite confirms its independence as a mineral species.

High conversions, short reaction times, cleaner reaction profiles and usage of a stable and also inexpensive catalyst are some of the advantages of this method.

Material und Methoden: Retrospektive Auswertung aller angiografischen Eingriffe des Jahres 2010 und Evaluation der 10 am häufigsten durchgeführten (Port-, Dialysekatheter, PTA von Ober- (OS) und Unterschenkel (US), TACE, Stents (Becken, viszeral, supraaortal), SIRT, zerebrale Coilembolisation). Berechnung der DRG-Anteile und Analyse, ob die Interventionen die DRGs modifizierten und Mehreinnahmen erzeugten. Kalkulation der Vergütung gemäß GOÄ für stationäre und ambulante Patienten. Berechnung von Material-, Personal- und Sachkosten für die Interventionen. Es konnte keine Abhängigkeit der DRGs von den durchgeführten Interventionen nachgewiesen werden. Schlussfolgerung: Die Auswertungen ergaben bei Analyse der DRG-Anteile ein Mischbild aus Verlusten (Port- und Dialysekatheter, Stent Becken und viszeral) und rechnerischen Mehreinnahmen (PTA OS/US, Stent supraaortal, TACE, SIRT). Das Coiling erscheint wirtschaftlich neutral. Eine reine Abrechnung nach GOÄ führt lediglich im ambulanten Sektor zu Gewinnen. Einschränkend muss jeder radiologische Eingriff natürlich ebenfalls als Teil der gesamten DRG gesehen werden.

AbstractForty Charolais and 40 Limousin × Holstein Friesian bulls, 8 months old and weighing 315 kg live weight at the start of the experiment, were given grass silage to appetite throughout.From 315 to 425 kg live weight they received: no supplement (S0), 1 kg (S1), 2 kg (S2) or 4 kg (S4) of a rolled barley supplement per head per day. After a mean treatment live weight of 425 kg had been achieved for each breed, the daily supplement of all treatments was changed to 3 kg of rolled barley per head per day until individual animals were adjudged to have attained a European Community (EC) external fatness score of 3 to 4L, at which point they were slaughtered.Daily growth rates from 315 to 425 kg live weight were 0·67, 0·82, 0·94 and 1·25 (s.e.d. 0·042) kg for treatments S0, S1, S2 and S4 respectively. Following the change of supplement rate at 425 kg live weight, daily gains were 1·46, 1·36, 1·27 and 1·16 (s.e.d. 0·051) kg/day, giving overall gains of 0·99, 1·05, 1·08 and 1·19 (s.e.d. 0·033) kg/day respectively. The numbers of days taken to achieve slaughter condition from the start of the trial at 315 kg were 277, 251, 243 and 207 (s.e.d. 5·3) days respectively. Bulls were slaughtered at 17·0, 16·2, 15·9 and 14·7 months of age and produced carcass weights of 330, 324, 322 and 305 (s.e.d. 6·5) kg respectively.Silage dry-matter intakes were 5·9, 5·1, 4·8 and 4·2 kg/day during the initial phase when differential supplement levels were being given and 7·0, 6·8, 6·2 and 5·8 respectively during the finishing period when all groups were being given 3 kg barley supplement daily. Food conversion ratios (kg dry matter intake per kg gain) were 9·1, 7·3, 6·9 and 5·8 during the initial phase and 6·4, 6·9, 6·9 and 7·2 respectively after 425 kg live weight.It is concluded that barley supplements of 0 to 2 kg/day offered with high-quality grass silage during the growing stage (8 to 12 months of age), followed by at least 3 kg/day will produce finished bulls at an average of 325 kg carcass weight at 16 to 17 months of age. A higher level of 4 kg barley during the growing stage will reduce the slaughter period to approximately 15 months of age but carcass weight will also be reduced. Further studies are required to define the precise level of barley supplement during this earlier period.

The new 2,9-dimethyl-4H-oxazolo[5’,4’:4,5]pyrano[3,2-f]quinolin-4-one was successfully prepared through the three-component iodine-catalyzed reaction of n-butyl vinyl ether with the new 8-amino-2-methyl-4H-chromeno[3,4-d]oxazol-4-one. The latter was prepared by the reduction of 2-methyl-8-nitro-4H-chromeno[3,4-d]oxazol-4-one with Pd/C in a hydrogen atmosphere. The above nitro compound was synthesized by the condensation of N-(4-hydroxy-6-nitro-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)acetamide with P2O5 under microwave irradiation. The above acetamide derivative was prepared during the nitration of 2-methyl-4H-chromeno[3,4-d]oxazol-4-one with H2SO4 and KNO3. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was confirmed by FT-IR, LC-MS, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR analyses. Preliminary biological tests show significant anti-lipid peroxidation activity for the title compound and the other synthesized new intermediates, as well as interesting soybean lipoxygenase inhibition for acetamide 2 (IC50 55 μM) and nitro-compound 3 (IC50 27 μM).

Fiesselmann thiophene synthesis was applied for the convenient construction of thieno[3,2-b]thiophene derivatives. Thus, new 5- or 6-aryl-3-hydroxythieno[3,2-b]thiophene-2-carboxylates were obtained by condensation of 5- or 4-aryl-3-chlorothiophene-2-carboxylates, respectively, with methyl thioglycolate in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide. The saponification of the resulting esters, with decarboxylation of the intermediating acids, gave the corresponding thieno[3,2-b]thiophen-3(2H)-ones. The latter ketones were used to synthesize new N,S-heterotetracenes, namely 9H-thieno[2',3':4,5]thieno[3,2-b]indoles by their treatment with arylhydrazines in accordance with the Fischer indolization reaction.

В условиях промышленной технологии получения молочных продуктов высокого качества и рыночной экономики ведения молочного скотоводства к животным предъявляются повышенные требования в отношении молочной продуктивности. К наиболее распространенным на территории России можно отнести черно-пеструю породу коров, численность которой составляет 57 % поголовья молочного скота. При этом самые низкие качественные показатели, среди молочных пород, отмечены именно в молоке коров черно-пестрой породы. Эффективным методом совершенствования продуктивных качеств этой породы животных можно считать скрещивание с другими породами, обладающими более высокими показателями продуктивности. В результате поглотительного и воспроизводительного скрещивания черно-пестрой породы коров с голштинским можно добиться улучшения технологических характеристик молока. При этом установлено, что скрещивание целесообразно проводить до кровности 1/2 и 5/8 по голштинской породе с переходом на разведение «в себе». Выход молочного жира в обеих группах составил 162,5 и 167,4 кг соответственно, что на 29,5 и 34,4 кг больше в сравнении с чистопородными аналогами. У помесных коров, по сравнению с черно-пестрой, значительно увеличилась продолжительность лактаций. Так, у коров черно-пестрой породы продолжительность первой лактации составила 305 суток, а у помесей от 1/4 до 7/8-кровности по голштинам – от 312 до 417 суток, 2-й лактации, соответственно, 302 и 306 – 369, 3-й – 302 и 315 – 372, 4-й – 310 и 315 – 366, 5-й – 300 и 303 – 405, 6-й и старше – 292 и 284 – 361 сутки.

Thiazolotriazole derivatives have a number of biological activities. Electrophilic intramolecular cyclization of unsaturated alkyl derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole under the action of various electrophilic reagents (halogens, tetrahalides of chalcogenides) is the most effective and simple method of synthesis of thiazolotriazoles. It was previously reported that 3-metalylthio-4,5-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazole reacts with aryltellur-trichloride to form an adduct of the substrate-electrophile composition 1: 1. Therefore, the aim of this research is to study the regioselectivity of aryltelluriumchlorination of allyl thioethers 1,2,4-triazole. It was found that in different solvents 3-allylthio-4-phenyl-5- (3-chlorophenyl) -4H-1,2,4-triazole with p-methoxyphenyltellurium trichloride forms a molecular adduct of similar composition. Instead, the addition of sodium perchlorate as doping additive to the reaction medium changes the direction of the reaction and leads to the formation of 6-(dichloro-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-tellanyl) methyl)-5,6-dihydro-3H-thiazolo perchlorate [3,2- b][1,2,4]triazolium-7. Thus, thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazolium salts were obtained as a result of aryl telluriumchlorination of 4,5-diaryl-substituted 3-allylthio-1,2,4-triazoles. Optimal conditions for proceeding of tellurium-induced cyclization have been found.

e16708 Background: SCAN measured global readiness to provide diagnostics and treatments for NET patients in terms of awareness, availability, quality and affordability. This analysis focused on patient and healthcare professional (HCP) awareness of NET diagnostics and treatments. Methods: During Sept-Nov 2019, NET patients and HCPs completed an online survey (available in 14 languages). Results: There were 2795 respondents from 68 countries across 6 continents (2359 patients/carers; 436 HCPs). Primary NETs were most often gastroenteropancreatic NETs (GEP NET; 71% [1408/1983]), particularly small intestinal (35% [690/1983]) or pancreatic (20% [402/1983]). Biopsy was the most well-known diagnostic option in the overall NET patient group (82% [1917/2325]), the GEP NET patient subgroup (83% [1156/1395]) and HCPs (94% [411/435]), followed by CT (all patients: 81% [1874/2325]; GEP NET: 80% [1118/1395]; HCPs: 86% [376/435]). More HCPs were aware of specialized diagnostics, such as 68Ga-DOTA PET CT (HCP 81% [353/435]) and chromogranin A (CgA; 79% [344/435]), than patients (all: 68% [1574/2325] & 62% [1451/2325], respectively; GEP NET: 69% [962/1395] & 67% [936/1395]). The vast majority of all patients (87% [1983/2275]), GEP NET patients (89% [1215/1363]) and HCPs (91% [392/431]) knew surgery was a treatment option. Somastatin analogues were recognised as a treatment option by 90% of HCPs (387/431), but only 75% of GEP NET patients (1019/1363) and 70% of all NET patients (1599/2275). Nearly a quarter of HCPs (22% [95/431]) and one-third of patients (all: 33% [755/2275]; GEP NET: 30% [409/1363]) had not heard of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT). The majority of patients (all: 88% [2007/2273]; GEP NET: 89% [1213/1370]) and HCPs (93% [396/425]) were aware of conventional imaging, such as CT/MRI/ultrasound, being used for ongoing monitoring of NETs. Approximately a third of all NET patients and a quarter of HCPs were unware CgA (patients: 32% [723/2273]; HCPs: 22% [94/425]) or 68Ga-DOTA PET CT (patients: 29% [670/2273]; HCPs: 24% [102/425]) were ongoing monitoring tools. Similarly, CgA and 68Ga-DOTA PET CT were not recognized by 27% of GEP NET patients (364/1370 & 371/1370, respectively). Conclusions: Increased awareness of NET diagnostics and treatments, particularly newer, more specialized tools, amongst both HCPs and patients is required to ensure continued advancements and improvements in the global standard of care for NETs.

Abstract Immunomagnetic TCRab-depletion and reduced intensity conditioning (RIC) for haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (HHCT) has been reported to result in improved immune reconstitution and clinical outcome in children. We here report the first clinical results in 10 adult patients. HHCT using TCRab-depleted grafts was performed in 7 men and 3 women (median age at transplantation 35 years, range 21-68 years). Patients were treated for ALL (n=1), AML (n=5), CLL (n=1), NHL (n=2) or SAA (n=1). Disease status prior transplantation was CR in two patients, minimal residual disease but cytologic CR in 1 patient, conditioning out of aplasia after salvage chemotherapie in 4 patients, and active disease in 3 patients. Haploidentical donors were parents (n=3), siblings (n=4) and children (n=3). Seven patients were treated with HHCT due to relapse after first (n=6) or second (n=1) allogeneic HCT. In 3 patients, HHCT was performed as primary transplantation. Conditioning regimen was myeloablative (12 Gy TBI/high dose cyclophosphamide) in 1 patient and reduced intensity conditioning (fludarabine/clofarabine, thiotepa, melphalan) in the remaining 9 patients. All conditioning regimens included ATG and mycophenolate mofetil as postgrafting immunosuppression until day +30. Patients received a median of 6.18 x 106 (range 3.4-20.4 x106) CD34+,5.92 x 106 (range 2.26-14.84) CD3+and 36.77 x 106 (range 15.75-51.84) CD56+ cells per kilogram body weight. TCRab-depletion of the grafts was a median of 4.5 logs with 0.38 104 TCRab+ CD3+ (range 0.06-1.17) cells per kilogram body weight in the graft. Median engraftment of neutrophils (&gt; 500/µl) and thrombocytes (&gt; 25.000/µl) occurred on days 12 (range day 8-15) and 14 (range day 10-23), respectively, with one patient not achieving thrombocyte engraftment until death. Patients were followed for a median of 276 days after HHCT (range 41-723 days). To date, 6 patients remain alive and in CR (60%). Four patients died due to viral infections (n=4, 40%) at a median of 92 days after HHCT (range 41-100 days) comprising adenovirus viremia, varicella zoster virus encephalitis, respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia and herpes simplex virus pneumonia. One patient also suffered from severe graft versus host disease (GvHD) of the liver. Acute GvHD ≥II occurred in a total of 5 patients with development of chronic GvHD not being observed. None of the patients experienced relapse of the underlying hematologic disease, the non-relapse mortality was 40%. Median overall and disease free survival were not reached during the observation period. Immune reconstitution was studied by flow cytometry at least every week for a median follow-up of 122 days after transplantation (range 25-558 days). Detailed information on immune reconstitution data is provided in the table. Median T cell (CD3+) engraftment (&gt; 200/µl) occurred on day 42 (range 21-397 days). Two patients did not reach &gt; 200/µl CD3+ cells until death. Engraftment of CD4+ T cells &gt; 200/µl was only achieved in 3 patients during the observation period. Our data indicate that in comparison to approaches applying CD34 selected or CD3/CD19 depleted grafts, depletion of TCRab T cells in HHCT might lead to more rapid immune reconstitution. The incidence of Clostridium difficile infection has recently increased in North American and European countries. This pathogen has been isolated from retail pork, turkey, and beef products and reported associated with human illness. This increase in infections has been attributed to the emergence of a toxigenic strain designated North America pulsed-field gel electrophoresis type 1 (NAP1). The NAP1 strain has been isolated from calves as well as ground meat products, leading to speculation of illness from consumption of contaminated meat products. However, information on C. difficile associated with beef cattle during processing and commercially produced ground beef is limited. To address this data gap, samples from various steps during beef production were collected. Samples from hides (n = 525), preevisceration carcasses (n = 475), postintervention carcasses (n = 471), and 956 commercial ground beef samples were collected from across the United States. The prevalence of C. difficile spores on hides was 3.2%. C. difficile spores were not detected on preevisceration and postintervention carcasses or in commercially produced ground beef. Phenotypic and genetic characterizations were carried out for all 18 isolates collected from hide samples. Twenty-two percent of the isolates were nontoxigenic strains, while 78% of the isolates were toxigenic. Toxinotyping and PCR ribotyping patterns revealed that 6 and 33% of the isolates were identified as NAP1 and NAP7 strains, respectively. This article evidences that the prevalence of C. difficile, specifically pathogenic strains, in the U.S. beef production chain is low.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi solusi membantu tim helpdesk dalam mengelola proses dari membuat tiket hingga penyelesaiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma kombinasi Forward Chaining untuk mengelola SLA (Service Level Agreement) pengerjaan tiket dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk prioritas pengerjaan tiket. Pengujian telah dilakukan sebanyak 600 data, metode forward chaining mencatat SLA pengerjaan tiket seperti urutan 1 sampai 20 berdurasi 7.9 jam indikator warna hijau, 21 sampai 40 durasi 6 jam berindikator kuning, 41 sampai 70 berdurasi 3 jam indikator hijau, 71 sampai 172 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 173 sampai 174 durasi 4 hari, 175 sampai 230 durasi 2 hari 21 jam, 231 sampai 260 berdurasi 8 jam berwarna kuning, 261 sampai 305 4 jam berwarna hijau, 306 sampai 325 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 326 sampai 345 berdurasi 12.6 jam berwarna kuning, 346 sampai 356 berdurasi 6.5 jam warna hijau, 357 sampai 469 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 470 sampai 475 berdurasi 4 hari, 476 sampai 556 berdurasi 2 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 557 sampai 576 berdurasi 23.9 jam berwarna kuning dan 577 sampai 600 berdurasi 7 jam serta berwarna hijau. POCl3 mediated divergent synthesis of (+)-S-mahanimbine provides five natural and seven new natural derived unusual oxidative cyclised tetracyclic carbazole compounds (2–13). 1–13 were screened for the first time against Plasmodium falciparum and 2, 6 and 7 were proven the most potent (IC50 values of 2.7, 4.5, and 3.2 μM respectively).

1,3-Dimethyl-5-aryl-1,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocyclohepta[5,6]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones 4a, b (the linear regioisomers) and the Schiff bases, 6-N-benzylidenamino-1,3-dimethyluracil derivatives 5a, b, were isolated from a three-component reaction of cycloheptanone, 6-amino-1,3- dimethyluracil, and 4-chloro- or 4-bromobenzaldehyde. Surprisingly, 1,3-dimethyl-10-aryl-1,5,6,7, 8,9-hexahydrocyclohepta[4,5]pyrido-[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones 6f, g (the angular regioisomers which are described for the first time in the literature under the given reaction conditions) and the Schiff bases, 6-N-benzylidenamino-1,3-dimethyluracil derivatives 5f, g, were isolated and characterized from the reaction with 4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 4-cyanobenzaldehyde. However, the three-component reaction of 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil, cycloheptanone, and 2-methoxybenzaldehyde afforded 1,3-dimethylbenzo[4,5]pyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-3,4-dione (7). Single crystal X-ray diffraction and 13C NMR studies of 4a and 6f provided support for the established structures. Some of the new products were tested for antiinflammatory activity comparable to indomethacin.
