Стаття присвячена розробленню адаптивної системи керування виробництвом ентомофага бракон (Habrobracon hebetor), який є перспективним гусеничним паразитоїдом у біологічній боротьбі зі шкідниками сільськогосподарських культур.Метою досліджень є підвищення ефективності виробництва ентомофагів шляхом розроблення системи керування із використанням інтелектуального алгоритму обробки інформації, зокрема, гібридної нейронної мережі прямого поширення сигналу.Методи досліджень – ситуаційне керування, експериментальні дослідження в режимі реального часу, нечіткий висновок, чисельне інтегрування.Розроблено адаптивну гібридну інтелектуальну систему керування температурою повітря боксу для лабораторного виробництва млинової вогнівки (Ephestia kuehniella), комахи-хазяїна ентомофага бракон.Проведено дослідження системи в режимі реального часу із використанням структурної моделі в Simulink/MATLAB, ANFIS – редактора, OPC Toolbox MATLAB, OPC-сервера OWEN.RS485 і Fuzzy Logic Toolbox MATLAB.Запропонована адаптивна система керування виробництвом ентомофагів дозволяє: підвищити ефективність виробництва за рахунок автоматизації складного виробничого процесу, зменшуючи при цьому вплив суб’єктивного фактору; підвищити точність підтримання температури повітря боксу для вирощування ентомокультур в умовах збурень.

Рассматривается применение нейросетевых экспертных систем в области контроля, диагностики и прогнозирования технического состояния авиационных ГТД на основе нечеткой логики. Показана методика для решения таких задач в области технической эксплуатации авиационной техники совместно с использованием фаззи-интерференсной системы программы MATLAB. Используя статистические данные о работе двигателя формируется экспертная система на основе нейронной сети позволяющая осуществлять контроль и диагностику ГТД, а также прогнозировать дальнейшее техническое состояния анализируемого двигателя. The application of neural network expert systems in the field of monitoring, diagnostics and forecasting of the technical condition of aviation gas turbine engines based on fuzzy logic is considered. The technique for solving such problems in the field of technical operation of aircraft and using the fuzzy-interference system of the MATLAB program is shown. Using statistical data on the operation of the engine, an expert system is based on the fundamental of a neural network that provide monitoring and diagnostics of gas turbine engines, as well as predicting the further technical condition of the analyzed engine.

Статья посвящена проблеме создания простой системы обеспечения безопасной парковки автомобиля на уклоне дороги. Предложен основанный на методах нечеткой логики вариант построения интеллектуальной системы парковки с применением типовых датчиков автомобиля. Проведено моделирование работы системы парковки с использованием пакетов Simulink и Fuzzy Logic Toolbox системы MATLAB и показана возможность ее реализации на базе существующих контроллеров.

Анотація:
У статті наведено результати аналітичного огляду й критичного аналізу, а також створення інформаційно-вимірювальної системи автоматичного поливу тепличних культур із використанням теорії нечіткої логіки. Під час проведення досліджень було проаналізовано існуючі системи зрошення захищених ґрунтів та виявлено їх недоліки й переваги. Було розроблено алгоритм роботи створеної системи та її структурну схему. На базі пакету програмного забезпечення MATLAB & SIMULINK та підсистеми розширення Fuzzy Logic Toolbox створено базу правил керування системою та її імітаційну модель, а також проведено її тестування. На базі програмного забезпечення Proteus було створено комп'ютерну модель системи з еквівалентною заміною основних елементів та виконано її тестування з обліком реальних умов експлуатації. Встановлено, що створена система має наступні перспективи модернізації: бездротовий зв’язок з оператором та відображення стану системи та ґрунту, збереження інформації на хмарному сховищі, розширення функціоналу з моніторингу та внесення інших параметрів до взаємодії у базі правил.

Анотація:
The paper presents an intellectualized control system for unmanned aerial vehicles. It is based on the use of the fuzzy logic, implementation of which in the Controller of the unmanned aerial device allowed to track and control the trajectory of its movement. The experimental researches prove the efficiency of the device application of fuzzy logic for control of the drone in conditions of external influences implementation. To construct an intellectualized control system of unmanned aerial vehicles, their structure was considered. The base of the system is used for quadunmanned aerial vehicle, which includes four screws, located symmetrically around the central building. The peculiarity of the drone is that its adjacent screws must spin the opposite one from each other. This requirement is explained by the need to prevent system rotation around its own central axis. Depending on the required trajectory, an important aspect was the ability to set different values of the power of the drone engines. Despite the fact that the simplicity of its structure are characterized, they are able to implement a large set of motion models together with a demonstration of high maneuverability. It is reached the presence of six degrees of freedom, which consist of three progressive and three rotating components to set the trajectory of a movement. In order to solve this problem, it was possible to solve the apparatus of fuzzy logic as the basis of the mathematical model of the system. This allowed to ensure a vague logical control of the fog, and, in turn, intellectualize the behavior of drone in the air in the conditions of external influences on the change of a predetermined trajectory of its movement. At the heart of the Intellectualized unmanned Aerial vehicle control system, two fuzzy controllers were involved in the production of control signals for the command of a UAV flight height and an angle of inclination.

Анотація:
Сформульовано методику синтезу системи управління на основі теорії нечітких множин. Наведено результати імітаційного моделювання системи з нечітким логічним контролером і нейроконтролером. При побудові моделей і бази правил були застосовані засоби MATLAB - Simulink, Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. Запропоновано метод нечіткої адаптації параметрів настройки регулятора. Результати моделювання показали, що при незмінних параметрах об'єкта регулювання системи з нечіткими регуляторами і нейроконтролером мають кращі динамічні показники в порівнянні з класичними системами. Виконано аналіз роботи нечіткого регулятора. Розглянуто основні процеси, що відбуваються в нечіткому висновку у нечітких системах управління.

Рассматривается структура системы информационной поддержки процессов принятия решений оператором АЭС в оперативных условиях. Анализируются функциональные возможности системы информационной поддержки оператора (СИПО) на примере Нововоронежской атомной электростанции (НВ АЭС). Данная система дает возможность оператору, управляющему распределенным комплексом технологических объектов АЭС, проводить качественный анализ и обработку больших объемов сложностpуктурированной информации и принимать своевременные адекватные решения в темпе реального времени. Кроме того, рассматривается объект управления и его структура, приводятся рекомендации, направленные на увеличение функциональных возможностей СИПО на базе искусственных нейронных сетей. Одной из многочисленных функций СИПО является прогнозирование состояния объекта управления на основе реализации программно-технологического комплекса модели энергоблока (ПТК МЭ). Однако существующая модель не способна учесть все факторы, влияющие на производственный процесс. Альтернативой здесь выступает искусственная нейронная сеть, которая в процессе обучения может сформировать искомые зависимости между большим числом параметров объекта управления и получить более полный и достоверный прогноз. Предложена структура искусственной нейронной сети на базе нечёткой системы вывода, которая реализует возможности нейронных сетей и нечеткой логики We considered the structure of the information support system for decision-making by the NPP operator in operational conditions. We analyzed the functional capabilities of the operator information support system (SIPO) using the example of the Novovoronezh nuclear power plant (NV NPP). This system provides the operator managing the distributed complex of NPP technological facilities to carry out high-quality analysis and processing of large volumes of complex structured information and make timely adequate decisions in real time. In addition, we considered the control object and its structure and made recommendations aimed at increasing the functionality of the SIPO based on artificial neural networks. One of the many functions of the SIPO is to predict the state of the control object based on the implementation of the software and technological complex of the power unit model. However, the existing model is not able to take into account all the factors influencing the production process. An alternative here is an artificial neural network, which in the learning process can form the required dependencies between a large number of parameters of the control object and get a more complete and reliable forecast. The proposed structure of an artificial neural network based on a fuzzy inference system, which implements the capabilities of neural networks and fuzzy logic

Анотація:
The paper describes a complex chemical-technological system of producing acetylene by oxidative pyrolysis of natural gas, for which ensuring technological safety is a prerequisite for its functioning. There have been discussed the ways of developing a control system for this process while ensuring its technological safety based on the definition of its area and security center. A two-level control option is proposed, in which the upper level performs dynamic correction of the tasks of the regulators of the local contours of the lower level, taking into account the safety requirements. The approach using the fuzzy logic apparatus to implement the work of the upper level of the control system in order to increase the technological safety of the process is proposed. The algorithm of the upper level of the control system is presented taking into account the frequency of obtaining information about the state of the process. To prevent an emergency in the intervals between obtaining information about the state of the process, it is proposed to use a mathematical model of the process with periodic adjustment of the input data used for calculations. The proposed version of the control system can reduce the number of emergency stops of the process, which will lead to saving resources and reducing environmental pollution.

Now in the world a problem of reliable information retrieval in the Internet network is especially critical. It is defined by increased data capacity and by the absence of control over data placement. It is offered to determine information reliability by methods of fuzzy logic at the correct formation of retrieval request. For the estimate of completeness, truth and integrity of data obtained it is offered to rely upon the analysis of information from other pages of a site found. In accordance with this the notions of topical closeness of site pages and reliability of information presented in the remaining sections. To organize an output are compiled the rules for the integral reliability output of a site page. For example, if information on a page does not coincide with analyzed one and is reliable then one can suppose that related information is reliable. Further, with the use of Mam-dani controller is carried out a defuzzification. A technology for a retrieval request organization is offered to increase an information content retrieval. The technologies offered for retrieval and analysis of information allow increasing effectiveness and a retrieval rate of reliable, integrated and true information in the Internet network.

Анотація:
Защита здоровья человека от канцерогенных рисков, а также обеспечение эффективности систем водоснабжения являются важной задачей на сегодняшний день. В связи с этим в данной работе рассмотрены вопросы применения метода контроля качества питьевой воды на базе нейросетевых технологий и методов искусственного интеллекта. В основу предложенного метода положен алгоритм нечеткого вывода Мамдани. Предложены параметры качества воды, применяемые в качестве лингвистических переменных алгоритма нечеткого вывода. Данный метод реализуется интеллектуальной информационно-измерительной и управляющей системой контроля дозирования хлорагента и содержания хлороформа на станциях водоподготовки в режиме реального времени. Разработка системы осуществлялась с использованием программного комплекса MatLab, а именно пакета нечеткого моделирования Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. Разработана структура интеллектуальной информационно-измерительной и управляющей системы. Построение информационно-измерительной системы дозирования хлорагента основывалось на принципах минимизации риска для здоровья населения. Сделаны выводы, позволяющие оценить влияние разработанной системы на повышение качества питьевой воды. Апробация работы системы позволила отразить эффективность ее применения: снижение избыточного хлорирования и канцерогенного риска образования побочных продуктов обеззараживания питьевой воды относительно применяемых на данный момент на типовых станциях водоподготовки систем контроля.

Making the right decisions in the everyday practical activities of the agrotechnologist is the most important component determining the conditions for the growth and development of plants. It takes special importance in the conditions of incomplete (fuzzy) information. One of the perspective directions of solving problems of forecasting and modeling natural and human-corrected phenomena and processes is fuzzy logic. Studies of weather forecasting and the least costly creation of optimal conditions for the growth and development of agricultural plants are devoted to the work of many domestic and foreign scientists and, accordingly, there are various and sometimes contradictory points of view on the definition of predicted norms and the timing of irrigation. The relationships obtained in most of the studies and the calculation formulas describing the relationship between the volumes of water entering the sediments and watering with the processes of its infiltration into the soil are in many cases specialized for certain soils under specific conditions and are not always portable from soil to soil. In this regard, the paper discusses the modeling of the frequency and intensity of precipitation from long-term observations, as well as numerical calculations of the intensity of water absorption into the soil under natural precipitation and irrigation. This approach allows planning erosion-safe irrigation, which, in combination with natural precipitation, provides a favorable regime in the plant-soil-air system and, accordingly, obtaining high yields for the land under consideration. The state of the soil at different times determines in many respects how, on the one hand, the proportion of soaking water, and, on the other hand, the proportion of running water. And if the first part is directly connected with the moisture supply of plants, the second directly determines the danger of erosion processes. The rate of water absorption into the soil is influenced by factors such as specific surface area, soil porosity, initial humidity, structural and water resistance of aggregates, root system and plant density, etc.

В данной работе рассматривается вопрос повышения эффективности функционирования насосных систем, как наиболее энергоемкой части нефтегазового месторождения. Обоснована актуальность темы исследования для нефтегазового машиностроения, сформулирована основная цель исследования, заключающаяся в цифровизации рассматриваемых процессов и создании отечественных систем автоматического управления с применением алгоритмов нечеткой логики и нейронных сетей. Рассмотрены методы построения современных систем управления, проанализированы их достоинства и недостатки. Рассмотрены особенности различных подходов к построению систем автоматического управления технологическими объектами при добыче и транспортировке нефти. Наиболее распространенными являются метод прямого цифрового управления или метод с применением обратных связей. Представлено классическое описание объектов автоматизации и телемеханизации на основе параметров систем. Приведены основные характеристики рассматриваемых технологических процессов, таких как добыча, подготовка и транспортировка нефти, не позволяющие добиться максимальной эффективности в существующем подходе. Выявлены наиболее важные факторы для эффективных систем автоматического управления данными объектами. Полученные экспериментальные данные показали, что параметры технологического процесса варьируются в значительных пределах от номинальных значений, что приводит к невысокому качеству работы регуляторов. Точность моделей идентификации системы на основе линейных авторегресинных методов составляет не более 30 %. Сделан вывод о необходимости применения для управления нелинейными объектами с присущими неопределенностями на основе нейронечетких и нечетких регуляторов с дискретными термами.

Все реальные системы имеют нелинейный характер, обычные контроллеры не всегда могут дать хорошие и точные результаты. Нечёткий логический контроллер используется для получения лучшего отклика. Модель для моделирования разрабатывается, и все предположения делаются до разработки модели. Была сделана попытка проанализировать эффективность нечёткого регулятора по сравнению с традиционным ПИД-регулятором для системы управления температурным режимом колонны синтеза аммиака, и их результаты были сопоставлены. Анализ выполняется посредством компьютерного моделирования с использованием набора инструментов CoDeSys V2.3 и Matlab-Simulink. Это исследование показывает, что применение нечёткого логического контроллера дает лучший результат. All real systems are non-linear; conventional controllers cannot always give good and accurate results. The fuzzy logic controller is used to get the best response. The model for the simulation is developed and all assumptions are made before the model is developed. An attempt was made to analyze the effectiveness of a fuzzy controller versus a conventional PID controller for an ammonia synthesis tower temperature control system, and the results were compared. The analysis is performed by computer simulation using the CoDeSys V2.3 and Matlab-Simulink toolkit. This research shows that using a fuzzy logic controller gives better results.

Статья содержит обоснование актуальности и необходимости разработки экспертных систем оценки технического состояния строительных объектов. Представлено описание структуры, методов построения и принципов работы нечеткой экспертной системы определения категории технического состояния строительных конструкций. Особенность описания состояния строительной конструкции заключается в неопределенности, источниками которой могут быть: невозможность точного измерения контролируемых величин; неточность исполнительских действий; невозможность четкого описания ситуации и т. п. Принятие решения о состоянии связано с решением задачи при весьма нечетких исходных данных, связанных с приблизительными «лингвистическими» характеристиками входных параметров (дефектов и повреждений конструкции, прочности материалов и пр.). Процесс определения категории технического состояния представляется как совокупность взаимосвязанных этапов (подзадач) решения поставленной задачи. Для оперативного выполнения этих этапов с помощью системного онтологического анализа произведена интеграция соответствующих подзадач в виде многоуровневой иерархической структуры (онтографа). Иерархический принцип позволяет упорядочить декларативные знания по этапам и скоординировать результаты решений соответствующих подзадач, используя разнородные информационные потоки. Построение формальных схем и моделей решения задач, характеризующихся недостаточностью информации, противоречивостью и малой достоверностью при обследовании строительных объектов, позволяет выполнять теория нечетких множеств и ее приложения. Определение четкого значения категории технического состояния предусматривает использование модели нечеткого логического вывода Мамдани. Формирование соответствующих баз знаний по Мамдани, в которой все значения входных и выходной переменных заданы нечеткими множествами, не вызывает трудностей у эксперта. Результаты исследований использованы при разработке исследовательского варианта экспертной системы для оценки технического состояния железобетонных изгибаемых элементов. Апробации и верификация программы проводилась на реально существующих конструкциях эксплуатируемых зданий и сооружений.

In e-commerce, profit depends on both quantitative and qualitative indicators - Internet services and their quality, trends in market size, fluctuations in business activity depending on the season, customer inflows and their outflows, product costs. All of these indicators have fuzzy descriptions. E-commerce is a dynamic segment of economic activity. Despite the general principles of marketing, this direction has a number of unique opportunities. The main focus of e-commerce is the sale of services and goods using the Internet. At the same time, the possibilities of e-commerce are very diverse. In this article, we will consider one of the possibilities - an online store. This is a software product that is designed as a Web site, which is further used as a platform for shopping and selling goods. This article discusses using the fuzzy logic apparatus to build an e-commerce model and evaluate alternatives. The statement of the problem is as follows: with many alternatives, we have outcomes: in the case of certainty, one, and with uncertainty, perhaps a certain number of options. Each specific outcome is characterized by a certain state that the object will have after implementing the alternative described by the efficiency criterion that determines the value of the outcome preference indicator. It is necessary to determine the strategy for choosing the most preferable alternative, corresponding to the performance indicator.

В работе проводится разработка методического подхода и программного обеспечения оценки и регулирования рисков реализации угроз несанкционированного доступа к данным автоматизированной информационной системы «Умный дом». Предлагается оригинальный подход к анализу защищенности таких систем, основанный на применении аппарата теории рисков и нечёткой логики. Произведен анализ существующих подходов к обеспечению безопасности информационных систем. Построена методическая база оценки рисков и рекомендации по их регулированию. Предложенный методический подход реализован с помощью имитационного программного комплекса. Предложена методика регулирования рисков, основанная на анализе состояния межмашинного взаимодействия внутри сети с течением времени. Произведена оценка эффективности методического подхода к оценке и управлению рисками. The work contains a methodological approach and software for assessing and regulating the risks of the implementation of threats of unauthorized access to the data of the automated information system "Smart House". An original approach to the analysis of the security of such systems is proposed, based on the use of the theory of risks and fuzzy logic. The analysis of existing approaches to ensuring the security of information systems has been carried out. A methodological basis for assessing risks and recommendations for their regulation has been built. The proposed methodological approach is implemented using a simulation software package. A risk management methodology based on the analysis of the state of machine-to-machine interaction within the network over time is proposed. The effectiveness of the methodological approach to risk assessment and management was assessed.

It consists in the fact that in addition to objective laws, subjective representations and judgments of people play an essential role in their functioning. Almost all concepts in natural language and our knowledge in most areas are fuzzy. The ability of a person to make the right decisions in real situations containing a large number of uncertainties and inaccuracies requires the creation of a mathematical theory that would take into account and model the approximate judgments of a person.

Рассматривается подход с применением системы на нечеткой логике для объяснения решений искусственной нейронной сети на задаче классификации. Особенность рассматриваемого подхода состоит в использовании эволюционных алгоритмов для автоматического проектирования моделей. In this paper, we consider an approach using a fuzzy logic system to explain the solutions of an artificial neural network on classification problems. A feature of the approach under consideration is the use of evolutionary algorithms for automatic design of models. It is shown that tuning a fuzzy system at the inputs and outputs of a neural network makes it possible to obtain a simple and interpretable rule base with an accuracy comparable to that of a neural network.

Changes in the legislation of Ukraine lead to a gradual transition to international standards in the field of ensuring the protection of information in information and communication systems of government authorities. However, the latest regulatory framework is based on the regulatory documents of the past. In this regard, it became necessary to develop new approaches to assessing the security of information and communication systems. One of the options for solving this problem is the use of penetration testing methods. During this procedure, the parameters of the complex protection tools are tested using publicly available tools used by cybercriminals. After completing this procedure, three options for the results are possible, which are described by fuzzy terms: the system meets the requirements of regulatory documents, the system does not comply with the requirements of regulatory documents, the system partially meets the requirements of regulatory documents and needs to be improved. As a result, the problem arises of developing a model that allows obtaining an integral indicator of security based on a fuzzy knowledge base. The article analyzes international documents in the field of cybersecurity and normative documentation of the system of technical protection of information in Ukraine. As the criteria for evaluating the system, the criteria of security against unauthorized access were selected, which in turn are defined in the existing national regulatory documents. A model of a fuzzy hierarchical system for assessing the security profile has been developed, which sets a set of assessment criteria and the sequence of their use. The proposed hierarchical model makes it possible to present the assessment process in an explicit form and implement the process of checking the criteria, indicating the degree of confidence of the expert in the relevance of the assessment criteria. The system was implemented in the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox environment of the Matlab application package. Computer experiments have shown the possibility of applying the developed model in practice.

В данной статье предлагается методика количественной оценки рисков успешной реализации атак, направленных на нарушение конфиденциальности данных на этапе проектирования систем, основанная на применении нейро-нечетких сетей. Представлен программный инструментарий, для выбора оптимальной конфигурации системы, который позволяет выбирать и сравнивать различные конфигурации выбранных устройств, и как итог, выбрать наиболее оптимальную для себя конфигурацию. Получена методика количественной оценки риска на этапе начала эксплуатации систем в условиях отсутствия статистики ущерба, несмотря на качественный характер входных параметров, оцененных экспертами. Данная методика основана на многокаскадном применении логического интерфейса Мамдани. Декомпозиция оцениваемых параметров позволяет уменьшить влияние субъективных оценок экспертов на исследуемый объект. Предложенная методика реализована с помощью имитационного программного комплекса. This article proposes a method for quantifying the risks of successful implementation of attacks aimed at violating data confidentiality at the system design stage, based on the use of neuro-fuzzy networks. The software toolkit for selecting the optimal system configuration is presented, which allows you to select and compare different configurations of selected devices, and as a result, choose the most optimal configuration for yourself. A method for quantifying the risk at the start-up stage of systems operation in the absence of damage statistics is obtained, despite the qualitative nature of the input parameters evaluated by experts. This technique is based on the multi-stage application of the Mamdani logic interface. The decomposition of the estimated parameters makes it possible to reduce the influence of subjective expert assessments on the object under study. The proposed method is implemented using a simulation software package.

Relevance. Irrigation of the greenhouse soil plays an important role in the cultivation of greenhouses plants. Given the significant number of existing systems and methods on monitoring and irrigation of soil in the world, there are almost no systems that are based on fuzzy logic taking into account the growing season plants factor. Consequently, an urgent scientific task arises on developing of the monitoring a method of the greenhouse soil moisture content taking into account the types and periods of the greenhouse crops growing season. Purpose. Development of the method and implementation of the system prototype on monitoring and control of the greenhouse soils moisture content based on the fuzzy logic rules taking into account the types and periods of plants vegetation. Methodology. In course of the research, the following methods have been used: analysis and systematization of well-known scientific and applied results, experimental tests of computer-integrated equipment, synthesis and testing of hardware and software computer models on systems automation, comparative analysis of the modeling and experimental tests results. Results. The main scientific and applied results include: the algorithm and model for assessing plant parameters from the growing season, the mathematical model of the soil moisture dynamics, the fuzzy rules base for moisture control taking into account the types and periods of the agricultural crops, an experimental full-scale model of the computer-integrated system. Scientific novelty. The method of the computer-integrated monitoring and control of the greenhouse soils moisture content based on fuzzy logic has been developed, which, unlike the known ones, takes into account the influence of types and periods of growing crops, which allows precision control of relative humidity in real time. Practical significance. The mathematical model of the soils moisture dynamics, the structural diagram and algorithm of the system’s operation, the fuzzy logic rules base, the program code of the system and experimental model of the system have been obtained. All of these results can be scaled and modified depending on plant types, soil type and volume, planted surface area and fuel pump capacity. Figures 15, tables 7, references 22.

Energy consumption factors in the systems of cooling, heating, air conditioning and lighting in a building have a significant impact on the energy costs. Intelligent energy control methods help modernize the engineering systems of buildings, while using artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic for minimizing energy consumption is espe-cially effective in the operation of buildings. To control energy consumption there was proposed the Mamdani fuzzy inference system, selected membership functions of Gaussian, triangular and trapezoidal shapes in the course of the research, implemented the types and functions of inputs and outputs for engineering systems control subsystems in software. According to the input and output parameters, the following systems were designed: lighting, smart window, HVAC; fuzzy inference tables were built, graphical data analysis was performed. The proposed control solutions for the implementation of fuzzy rules based on linguistic variables make it possible to adapt the building management system to environmental conditions and prevent excessive energy consumption. The study substantiates the choice of energy-consuming parts of the building; when forming control actions, fuzzy logic rules are applied in functional ranges. The fuzzy inference system was shown to generate the solutions in accordance with changing input data, integrated control is implemented, the responses of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are analyzed depending on the input membership function. It is proposed to control the intensity of ambient light using motion sensors, including optical ones. It is shown that the results obtained make it possible to achieve a reduction in lighting energy consumption by 15 - 25%, maximum use of external light, ensuring a comfortable temperature regime, and also lead to implementing the coordinated and integrated control functions

The statistical data of capital investment development by spheres of economic activity, distribution of capital investments by sources of financing for 2020 are analyzed. The technique of risk assessment of the innovative project taking into account quantitative and qualitative factors of influence for acceptance of the considered administrative decision is developed. The classification of risk factors influencing the investment phase on the size of the innovation project is developed. Risk management modeling is based on the use of fuzzy logic theory. The technique of fuzzy inference helps to calculate the predicted indicator in the form of a fuzzy set using the expression system "IF - THAT", which combines fuzzy terms of output and input variables using operations AND and OR, adopted in fuzzy set theory, and correspond to operations min and max. Linguistic statements, presented in tabular form, will correspond to the developed system of fuzzy logical equations, which characterizes the surface of the variables for the corresponding terms. The constructed membership functions will be used in modeling the intellectual support of management decision-making to choose the best option for an innovative project. To move from the resulting fuzzy set to a quantitative estimate, it is necessary to perform a defasification procedure, which means the conversion of fuzzy information into a clear form.

Relevance As part of the study, a control system for driving the supply of a CNC lathe based on fuzzy logic was developed using the MATLAB software package. The development is carried out on the basis of experimentally defined (both theoretically and empirically) shared functions of belonging (including Gauss functions and sigmoidal functions built on a single basis). This avoids the appearance of stagnant zones where the regulator does not respond to changes in the incoming parameters of the control object. The results obtained showed the development efficiency, which is expressed by the economical use of the synchronous motor life. Economy is achieved due to surface roughness sensor provided in control system. As a result of the design of the control system, it is possible to adjust the speed of rotation of the motor, and the quality of the machined surface of the part. It is worth noting that the regulation is based on the empirical dependence of the roughness of the processed surface of the part on the radius at the tip of the cutter and the supply. Coherence and sequence of functioning of system components allowing for control of fuzzy values of electric motor parameters is ensured by developed transfer function of ball-screw pair. To share the two components of the system, the transfer function is mathematically derived, the correctness of its calculations is confirmed graphically. For the operation of the CNC lathe motor control system based on fuzzy logic, a fuzzy rule unit has been developed. The unit functionality provides for stabilization of the motor rotation speed in case of three main situations: with an increase in the indicator from the norm, with its mismatch to the lower side and with full compliance. Its operation is arranged in such a way that due to the previously specified conditions it is possible to detect inconsistencies of fuzzy values of the set of parameters. In general, it is worth noting that the effectiveness of the resulting development was confirmed experimentally, the results of the experiment make it possible to assert that the electric motor control system functions properly and is effective at all stages of the electric drive operation. Aim of research Develop a fuzzy logic control system model to drive the longitudinal feed of the CNC lathe. To form a rule block of a fuzzy control system that facilitates its operation on the entire surface of a fuzzy set without stagnant zones. Research methods As part of the study, a model of a fuzzy control system was developed using the MATLAB package, the results showed that the development functions on the entire surface of a fuzzy set, without stagnant zones. Fuzzy regulator rule block is formed. This facilitates the operation of the control system on the entire response surface, that is, the ability to control the synchronous motor performance at all stages of the part processing process. Results As part of the study, a fuzzy logic control system was developed to drive the longitudinal supply of the CNC lathe. The system is based on shared membership functions built on a single basis. A number of mathematically formulated transfer functions have been developed, which provide correction of the rotation speed of the synchronous motor, consistent transmission of the obtained data to subsequent control system units for further control of the rotation speed of the cutting tool. To ensure the operation of the control system, a fuzzy rule unit has been developed, which consists of three control directions, the operation of which is automatically determined by the control system based on data on non-conformity of parameters obtained from a specially provided surface roughness sensor of the machined part.

Servo drives are one of the most widely utilized devices in various mechanical systems and industrial applications to provide precise position control. The study of servo driver produc-tiveness and performance index is the important task. In this work, PID controller and fuzzy log-ic controller (FLC) were developed to control the position of a DC servo drive. The MATLAB Simulink program was investigated and implemented to calculate the values of servo drive pa-rameters, and a scheme for simulating the operation of a servo drive using different controllers was presented. A mathematical model of a DC servo drive for a positioning control system has been proposed. The control characteristics of the PID controller, fuzzy logic controller and fuzzy PID controller are compared. The simulation results have shown that the PID controller allows for an overshoot of about 1 % with a settling time of about 4 sec. The use of the fuzzy PID con-troller reduces the maximum overshoot to 1 % and decreases the settling time to 2 sec. As a re-sult, the fuzzy PID controller allows for better performance and efficiency compared to other controllers.

Розглянуто підхід до автоматизації процесу керування зрошувальними системами із застосуванням нечіткої логіки. Потужність та інтуїтивна простота нечіткої логіки як методології вирішення проблем гарантує її успішне застосування в системах контролю та аналізу інформації. При цьому відбувається підключення людської інтуїції та досвіду оператора. Запропонований підхід дозволяє підвищити точність керування вологістю ґрунту, забезпечити отримання планових врожаїв сільськогосподарських культур, економити водні та енергетичні ресурси за рахунок їх раціонального використання. The highest yield of agricultural crops is achieved with the optimal amount of moisture, nutrition, heat, air and light. In this case, the necessary water regime for agricultural crops is created by the appropriate irrigation regime, which establishes the norms, timing and number of irrigation, depending on the biological characteristics of crops, natural and economic conditions. In determining the flow of water to irrigation take into account water consumption or total evaporation, which depends on climatic conditions, the amount of thermal energy that enters the surface, soil moisture, species and yield of the crop. Therefore, the issues of adaptation and self-studying of automated systems for controlling soil moisture in the conditions of the action of random weather factors, changes in the characteristics of the control object, improving the accuracy of control due to the operational consideration of the perturbations of the object, ensuring the receipt of planned yields of agricultural crops for the rational use of energy and water resources. In addition, modern water management systems for crops should not only provide sufficient management accuracy, but also forecast the need for plants in water for a certain period, minimize energy and water costs without loss of crop, be reliable and easy to operate, provide the operator with complete and timely information the value of all parameters and the state of the control system. A comprehensive solution to these problems is possible only through the development of modern technical means of automation, new mathematical models of moisture transfer in the unsaturated zone of soil and methods of managing moisture content of agricultural crops. Thus, the development of methods for automated management of moisture content of agricultural crops, taking into account perturbations, is an actual scientific and practical task. To solve these problems, the approach to automating the management of irrigation systems with the use of fuzzy logic is considered. The power and intuitive simplicity of fuzzy logic as a solution to problems ensures its successful application in information monitoring and analysis systems. At the same time there is a connection of human intuition and operator experience. The offered approach allows to improve the accuracy of soil moisture management, to ensure that planned crops are harvested, and to save water and energy resources at the expense of their rational use.

The paper presents the results of classification of the short technical texts on the purpose of instruments using fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic. An important stage in designing special-purpose technical systems is the choice of equipment with specific operational characteristics. The need to categorize short technical texts, which present a brief description of equipment, annotations, fragments of databases, appears due to the fact that information about the equipment found in thematic abstract collections, technical and design documentation or in contextual advertising is often not structured and scattered. The other problems are a large number of typos, incorrect word usage and definitions in the texts. Much attention is paid to the characteristics of the objects of research and to recording their specific features – a large number of technical terms, abbreviations, symbols. The classifying technique is described, the expediency of application of fuzzy inference of Sugeno system associated with fuzziness of the natural language, the simplicity of mathematical calculations in the course of the experiment. A Sugeno model combines the description of the objects of research in the form of linguistic rules and functional dependencies. This approach greatly facilitates the interpretation of classification results

In this article based on the processing of statistical data from various electronic resources the most frequent types of threats to information security (UBI) for medical information systems (MIS) are identified and their classification is carried out. The issues of determining the actual UBI when creating MIS that process personal data using a specific technology of expert assessment are considered. The proposed methodology for determining actual threats to information security for MIS, in comparison with those used, eliminates subjective assessments that are a characteristic feature of traditional expert assessments. Its use also makes it possible to assess the relevance of information security threats for MIS that do not have qualified specialists in the field of information security in the staff of a medical institution, which is relevant for a large number of medical institutions. The authors investigate the practical possibilities of using the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic in determining the actual UBI for MIS for various purposes.

The application of the tools of the Anylogic simulation model development environment is described, which makes it possible to clearly understand the basic principles of identifying mobile objects that are sources of radio emission. The article presents the main research results of various approaches to solving the problem of positioning radio signal sources based on measuring the level of its power by base stations of wireless data transmission networks. The positioning problem was solved under conditions of high mobility of the radio signal source. To solve the problem, a set of methods was used: trilateration, fuzzy logic, statistical test method (Monte Carlo), splitting method, as well as heuristic. The results obtained were tested in the developed prototypes in the form of simulation models in the Anylogic environment. Field measurements made in real operating conditions of positioning systems were used as initial data. Within the framework of this work, the following main results were obtained: implementation of a complex of modeling algorithms that carry out a number of random processes: motion of radio signal sources and propagation of radio waves; algorithms that implement the analytical calculation of the estimated location area based on various methods. A complex of simulation models of positioning systems has been developed, which makes it possible to visualize the determination of the location of a radio signal source in an urban environment, taking into account its mobility. Conclusions are formulated regarding the results of the conducted research. The scientific significance of the work lies in the development of a heuristic positioning algorithm based on sector partitioning and fuzzy logic. The practical value of the work lies in the development of a set of algorithms and their practical implementation in the form of applications in the Java language for the Anylogic modeling environment, which allow investigating the effectiveness of various predictive algorithms for positioning accuracy.

The article discusses the process of braking an all-wheel drive electric vehicle with an indi-vidual drive of the driving wheels with a different coefficient of adhesion of tires to the road along the sides of the electric vehicle. A feature of this work is the use of fuzzy logic in the braking torque control system by the actuators of the front axle of the vehicle. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the proposed type of control is preferable in comparison with the control of only one actuator - the brake mechanism.

The paper considers the units of psychological systems proposed in the works of the founders of activity theory (L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinstein and others) from the perspective of a fuzzy logic model of the unity of opposite sides of the units developed by the author. A clear distinction is drawn between the concepts of 'unit', 'basic unit' and 'cell' of a psychological system. The paper also reviews some goals, outcomes and means of exploring psychological systems with the 'method of units'. This method is aimed at finding com¬ponents in a system that have significant features in common with this system, features which can turn into each other through the 'moments of their equality' or unity. Describing such transitions (for example, of con¬scious actions into unconscious operations) helps to reveal the mechanisms of the corresponding psychological processes. The paper draws a comparison between the 'chunks of information' in cognitive psychology and the 'units of psychological interaction' in activity theory.
