O presente trabalho pretende analisar a questão do descentramento do sujeito e da construção da subjetividade na (pós)modernidade a partir do objeto avatar digital e a virtualização para melhor entender de que maneira esse novo objeto se insere e se oferece como uma nova forma de sociabilidade. O mesmo se propõe abordar e desconstruir uma certa noção de indivíduo no que esta contribui para uma concepção de sujeitos como algo dotado de uma essência que enquanto tal negaria ao sujeito a sua dinamicidade e consequentemente a dimensão representacional das relações sociais tal como demonstrada por Goffman. Portanto, o intuito desse trabalho é o de tentar restituir ao objeto avatar digital a sua validade enquanto forma legítima de relação social ao compará-lo as demais formas de relações reais e/ou virtuais.
This dissertation aims to analyze the question of the decentering of the subject and the construction of subjectivity at (post) modernity from the standpoint of the digital avatar object and the virtualization in general to better understand how this new object inserts and offers itself as a new form of sociability. It also intends to approuch and deconstruct a certain notion of individual as something provided with an essence in which as it is would ultimatly deny the dynamicity of the subject and consequently the representational dimension of social interactions such as demonstrated by Erwing Goffman. Therefore, the aim of this work is to try to restitute the validity of the digital avatar object as a genuine form of social interaction by comparing it with other forms of relations, be it real and/or virtual.

Анотація:
In 2014 the Swedish government concluded from an investigation that Swedish insights into the EU were lacking. Therefore, in 2016 the EU-handshake was an initiative from the government to strengthen the relationship between the local level and the EU. The EU handshake was non-mandatory and where municipalities joined. In 2018 the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) analysed the results of the municipalities and regions with the EU-handshake and concluded that 90 percent of the work was done in collaboration with actors from vertical-and horizontal levels. The study from SALAR did not however discuss how different actors from different levels made it possible for the municipalities to carry out their EU-handshake, and there is also no discussion on why the results of the EU-handshake differs. This study is going to concern itself with these knowledge gaps and investigate using a multilevel-governance theory as well as interviews with six municipalities´ from the south of Sweden. This study also provides new insights into municipalities role in EU-related work. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that: the relationship to EU has been strengthened through the execution of the municipalities´ EU-handshake with actors from the regional and local level.

Анотація:
The EU is a unique project both in scope and design. However at the time of writing they are losing a large member which makes it more relevant to investigate EU. This paper focuses on examining how member states develop in this community and how countries with different backgrounds respond to joining this community. The first question that is addressed is whether the richer and poorer countries converge economically against each other. This is done through the least squares method (ols) where we examine how the countries' GDP / capita at the beginning of the project effects their growth. Where a negative relationship between GDP/capita and growth would mean that members converge on one another financially. Part of the question is how a certain group has reacted to EU entry, focusing on examining the members of Eastern Europe. We examine how their membership in the EU also affects their economic growth through a similar model that was used earlier, which is then expanded with dichotomous variables and interaction terms. The study finds that convergence exists between countries but cannot determine whether it is absolute or conditional. However, there is no significant support for the fact that EU entry has affected countries from eastern Europe in any conspicuous way.

Denna uppsats belyser problemet med användandet av begreppen EU-medborgare och EU-migrant, samt vad det är som avgör huruvida man skall bli betraktad som antingen det ena eller andra. Det råder fri rörlighet för alla EU-medborgare mellan medlemsstaterna, det skapar problem när grupper som rent juridiskt inte klassificeras som medborgare, och i stället klassificeras som migrant. Skillnaden mellan att vara EU-medborgare och EU-migrant är bland annat att det skiljer sig i åtnjutandet av det sociala skyddsnätet. Romer används som ett exempel genom hela uppsatsen då de har en historia som inte påminner om någon annan, samt för att det är ett aktuellt ämne i dagens EU. Genom en komparativ studie mellan två välfärdsstater, samt en diskursanalys där Benhabibs teori ”the rights of others” appliceras diskuteras huruvida alla inom EU kan åtnjuta de mänskliga rättigheterna. Benhabibs teori tydliggör nationalstaters rädsla gentemot det främmande och bekräftar att det sker en kränkning av de mänskliga rättigheterna när människor saknar medborgarskap. Slutsatsen av denna studie är att orsaken till att romska grupper ofta faller utanför det skyddsnät som finns är på grund av avsaknaden av subjektivitet. Nationalstater ser ofta romska grupper som icke-hanterbara och det smittar av sig på civilsamhället och den generella attityden gentemot romer är negativ.
This thesis highlights the problem with the use of the concepts “EU-citizen” and “EU-immigrant”, as well as what determines whether someone should be considered one or the other. Since freedom of movement is granted EU-citizens between member states, problems arise when groups that technically do not qualify as citizens, but are classified as migrants, utilize the freedom of mobility. The difference between being classified as an EU-citizen vs an EU-immigrant is the differences in the ability to enjoy the social safety net provided by the state. The Roma people will be used as an example throughout the thesis, as the history of the group is unique, and it is currently a topic of discussion in the EU.Through a comparative study of welfare states, along with a discourse analysis utilizing Benhabib’s theory of ”the rights of others”, a discussion will examine whether everyone in the EU have the opportunity to enjoy human rights.Benhabib’s theory clarifies the nation state’s fears of that considered foreign and confirms the violations of human rights that occur when people lack citizenship.The conclusion of the study is that the reason Roma groups often fall outside the social safety net is because the lack of subjectivity of states. Nation states often view Roma groups as non-manageable, the perception rubs off on civil society and generates generally negative attitudes towards the Roma.

Esta dissertação apresenta o estudo e a tradução da peça Not I, escrita em 1972 por Samuel Beckett, para a língua portuguesa brasileira. A peça trabalha com diversos elementos explorados pelo autor em sua grande obra, como a experimentação das variadas formas artísticas e a problematização dos limites da linguagem. Beckett inscreve progressivamente em suas personagens e nos textos das suas peças a fragmentação do homem, para mostrar o esfacelamento da humanidade em um contexto de pós-guerra. Nessa pesquisa, foram estudadas estratégias para determinar um foco para a tradução que estivesse intimamente ligado à desumanização das suas personagens através da linguagem.

Abstract : This dissertation presents the study and translation of the play Not I, written in 1972 by Samuel Beckett, to Brazilian Portuguese language. The play works with several elements explored by the author in his great work, such as the experimentation of various artistic forms and questioning the limits of language. Beckett inscribes progressively in its characters and in the text of his plays the fragmentation of man, to show the crumbling of humankind in a post-war context. In this research, strategies were studied to set a focus of translation that was intimately connected to de dehumanization of his characters through language.

A par das mudanças sociais que têm vindo a ocorrer (declínio do patriarcado, controle da natalidade, inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho, aumento das separações, maior reconhecimento dos casais homossexuais, etc. - Rodriguez & Paiva, 2009) a familia conservadora é substituida gradualmente, a partir do séc. XIX na Europa, pelas familias não tradicionais (Singly, 2014). Dentro da grande variabilidade das organizações familiares a presente Dissertação focar-se-á nas famílias homoparentais. Em Portugal, as estimativas apontam ainda para um número bastante reduzido (Costa, Pereira & Leal, 2012), o que se repercute na escassa literatura acerca destas famílias modernas e em particular sobre as suas crianças. O que iremos observar de diferente no mundo interno destas crianças? Como serão as representações das imagos parentais? Que Complexo de Édipo? Que triangulações estarão por descobrir? Embora sejam suscitadas inúmeras questões e não podendo incidir em todas, pretende-se explorar a triangulação (se ocorre e como se movimenta a criança na tríade), os processos de identificação e os objetos de desejo de dois irmãos (uma menina e um menino) numa família constituída por duas mães. De um modo geral, constatou-se que a menina se identificou ao feminino e o menino apresentou alguma instabilidade nas identificações. Ambas as crianças apresentaram uma boa diferenciação entre o mundo interno e o mundo externo, não se desorganizaram perante a angústia pré-genital, acederam ao afeto depressivo, acederam às relações triangulares e abordaram a problemática edipiana. O menino acedeu à triangulação edipiana clássica (mãepai- filho) e manifestou o fantasma do parricídio no contexto de rivalidade em relação à figura masculina (incluindo sentimentos de culpabilidade). Surgiu também o fantasma do matricídio para ambas as crianças. Além disso foi também possível observar e refletir acerca de duas situações: a problemática da diferença dentro da igualdade (duas mães e uma filha) versus a problemática da identificação dentro da diferença (duas mães e um filho). Considera-se, por fim, a presente investigação como um “abrir portas” para os demais estudos que necessitam de ser realizados na área da psicologia clinica (vertente psicanalítica) relativamente às famílias homoparentais e os seus filhos. De facto, as teorias devem adaptarse às mudanças ocorridas na sociedade e não limitar a compreensão acerca do novo e diferente.

Molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) grown CaF₂-CdF₂ superlattices (SLs) and CaF₂ thin films doped with Eu ions were investigated by laser spectroscopic techniques. Eu ions were selectively doped into CaF₂ layers and were used as an optical probe to the SLs and thin films. Physical properties of the SLs and thin films were inferred from optical transitions of divalent and trivalent Eu centres. The 4ƒ⁶5d → 4ƒ⁷ transition of Eu²⁺ has shown strain dependent peak shifts of the zero phonon line. These shifts were thought to be a result of deformation in the crystal structure primarily due to the lattice mismatch with the Si substrate. Based on the amount of shifts, the strains associated with the MBE samples were calculated. Photoluminescence (PL) bleaching and its recovery of the same transition of Eu²⁺ in SLs were also explored. At low temperature the bleaching is best described as bi-exponential decay. Localisation of the liberated electrons from the 4ƒ⁶5d absorption band was considered for the bleaching effect. It was observed that at elevated temperatures the PL intensity of the 4ƒ⁶5d → 4ƒ⁷ transition was recovered. Combined excitation-emission spectroscopy (CEES) was employed to investigate trivalent Eu centres in SLs. The strong ⁷F₀ → ⁵D₁ excitation and the ⁵D₀ → ⁷F₁ emission of Eu³⁺ were studied. A novel centre, which is assigned as I, of Eu³⁺ in SL was observed and investigated in comparison with the cubic centre (O centre) of Eu³⁺. Relative to the O centre the I centre has shown a strong thickness dependent PL which can be demonstrated with a mono layer (1 ML = 3.15 Å) resolution. Possible transformation of the I centre to the O centre was also observed by additional thermal and UV excitations. The I and the O centres are proposed as the same centre except for having an electron in the vicinity of the I centre.

Capoeira, as a body practice of African origin who had great contribution in the process of resistance to slavery, took on various meanings throughout history, from local needs and contexts. The main differences were explicit from the creation and recreation of Capoeira Angola and Regional during the 1930s, having seen that the two practices were constructed in opposition to one another. Thus, we seek to know the trajectories of some “angoleiros” and “angoleiras” in Goiânia, as well as understand the identifications of Capoeira Angola in this city. For this, we undertook fieldwork in three groups and interviews with members of the five groups in the city who identify with this aspect. Initially we differentiate between Capoeira Angola and Capoeira Regional, then we present the trajectories of “angoleiros” with emphasis on the pathways of the masters. We also held a debate on female’s in capoeira and women’s movements and existing. Finally, we debriefed the concepts of identity and identifications from the local reality. We believe there are two strains of Capoeira Angola that have differences from the ancestral form of references to understand and practice capoeira. Keywords: Capoeira,
A capoeira, como uma prática corporal de matriz africana que teve grande contribuição nos processos de resistência à escravidão, ganhou diversos sentidos e significados ao longo da história, a partir das necessidades e contextos locais. As principais diferenças ficaram explícitas desde a criação e recriação da Capoeira Angola e Regional durante a década de 1930, tendo em vista que as duas práticas foram construídas em oposição uma à outra. Destarte, buscamos conhecer as trajetórias de alguns angoleiros e angoleiras de Goiânia, bem como compreender as identificações da Capoeira Angola nesta cidade. Para isto, empreendemos um trabalho de campo em três grupos e entrevistas com integrantes dos cinco grupos da cidade que se identificam com esta vertente. Inicialmente fazemos uma diferenciação entre Capoeira Angola e Capoeira Regional. Em seguida, apresentamos as trajetórias dos(as) angoleiros(as) com ênfase nos percursos dos mestres. Realizamos também uma reflexão sobre a presença feminina na capoeira e os movimentos de mulheres existentes na capital goiana. Por último, fizemos um debate sobre os conceitos de identidade e identificações a partir da realidade local. Consideramos que existem na cidade duas linhagens de Capoeira Angola que possuem diferenças desde as referências ancestrais até a forma de compreender e praticar a capoeira.

O trabalho de projecto "eu sou muitos: a desmultiplicação do eu na arte contemporânea" resulta de uma inquietação: a de procurar entender a desmultiplicação do eu em que a arte contemporânea tanto parece insistir. Se a arte regressa ao corpo (ao eu), não o faz para o assumir como dado, determinado, autónomo ou fechado. Regressa-se ao corpo para encenar a destruição de todos os véus que o envolviam e para o denunciar enquanto poroso, atravessado, ligado, maleável, plástico, indeterminado e aberto. As práticas e estratégias artísticas contemporâneas têm trabalhado contra qualquer explicação (e redução) do eu e parecem insistir no seu carácter desmultiplicado. A desmultiplicação para que se aponta não é apenas a desmultiplicação sucessiva - os vários eus sucedendo-se no tempo -, mas, sobretudo, a desmultiplicação simultânea - o eu estilhaçado numa série de planos concorrentes, à maneira cubista. O eu é muitos - "eu sou muitos" -, porque vai sendo muitos, sucessivamente assim, porque já é muitos, simultaneamente, e porque, acima de tudo, é todas as suas possibilidades (ainda que virtualmente). Se se regressa ao corpo, é para se assumir a sua carga desejante, afectiva, que permitem que eu possa ser tudo. O eu anima, o eu é animado, e desta dupla animação resultam processos de entranhamento e de estranhamento (ou de incorporação e desincorporação), em permanente devir (o eu animando, uma e outra vez, os entranhamentos e estranhamentos a que se presta).

Анотація:
The main topic of the thesis is the Common Commercial Policy of European Union that began with the liberalization of internal trade and the integration of the foreign trade of the member states. It describes historical process of trade policy's development along with the actual problems. This part is explaining why the Common Commercial Policy is so meaningful nowadays. Very important part of the thesis is dedicated to the common rules, which EU uses not only in its internal trade, but also in foreign trade with third states. Next part describes trade relations of EU based on agreements between the Community and other non-EU countries or international organizations. The agreement can be based on bilateral relations between the EU and trade partners or in form of multilateral relations under WTO. Special attention must be paid to the actual trade relations between the Community and Russia, while the importance of Russian Federation in international relations constantly rises. Before understanding the role of Russia for the EU is very important to look at the position of Russian in the world economy and its perspectives in the future. The thesis describes economic, political and trade relations between the EU and Russian federation from the period of its rise up to date. The main advantages from the Common Commercial Policy can be found at the end of the thesis.

The thesis analyses and assesses tax systems in the Czech Republic, Austria, Estonia, Latvia and Ukraine. Each structural components of corporate income tax and also taxation of profit shares paid to partners are compared. The comparison of taxation concepts are drawed mainly from the national perspective but the cross-border aspects are described as well. Based on all findings the conclusions about advantages and disadvantages of the tax systems are set.

This literature study aims to review previous research to examine in what manner the European Union (EU) affects the Swedish educational system. The literature study presents how a communal educational policy for the EU was formed by the acceptance of the Lisbon Strategy in the year 2000. The strategy also marks the start of an intensified cooperation between the EU and its member states. The preferred tool of the EU used to influence the individual member states is, according to the reviewed research, the Open Method of Coordination (OMC). Several researchers also point out that the EU has presented various policies which have influenced the member states curriculums, as well as the Swedish curriculum. The terms life-long learning and entrepreneurship are examples of terms presented by the EU and has since been included in the Swedish curriculum. At the time of collection of research material, the focus was placed on the methods and tools as well as treaties and strategies, as they have been highlighted as factors for influencing member states educational systems. The selected and reviewed research has then been analyzed in order to answer the objective and questions of the literary study concerning how the EU influences its member states by these methods and tools.

SyfteAtt utvärdera effekterna och bieffekterna av tandblekningsprodukter innehållande eller utsöndrande av väteperoxid på permanenta tänder hos personer under 18 år. Studien gjordes med tanke på barn som drabbats av missfärgade tänder med ett objektivt och subjektivt behandlingsbehov. Detta i syfte att insamla all nuvarande forskning på området samt ställa detta mot EU-direktiven utfärdade 2012. SökstrategierEn systematisk sökning av litteraturen gjordes i databaserna Medline, Cochrane, Embase och Scopus. Inkluderade artiklar skulle vara på antingen Engelska, Svenska, Danska eller Norska. SelektionskriterierStudierna skulle vara gjorda på personer under 18 år med produkter som innehöll eller utsöndrande väteperoxid. Enbart studier på permanenta tänder inkluderades. Studierna var tvungna att utvärdera positiva och/eller negativa effekter av behandlingen. Blekningen skulle utföras in vivo. Fallrapporter inkluderades enbart i syfte att finna eventuella allvarliga bieffekter. ResultatTotalt identifierades 214 artiklar varav 13 stycken uppfyllde inkluderings- och exkluderings-kriterierna. Fyra studier bedömdes ha låg risk av bias, åtta av medelhög samt en som hög risk av bias. Syftet och studiedesignen varierade mellan de inkluderade studierna. De flesta studierna var utförda på mildare missfärgningar samtidigt som de saknade erforderliga uppföljningstider. SlutsatsDet finns inte tillräckligt med studier gjorda på personer under 18 år som utvärderar effekterna av bleking med väteperoxid på fall med mer omfattande missfärgningar. Ett begränsat antal studier med medelhög risk av bias ger ett visst stöd för blekning med väteperoxid på mildare fall av missfärgningar. Samtidigt rapporterades ett stort antal milda, övergående bieffekter. Tills motsatsen bevisats finns ett etiskt stöd för EU-direktiven etablerade 2012.
AimTo investigate the effects and adverse events of tooth whitening performed on children with permanent teeth by the use of products containing or releasing hydrogen peroxide. This was made considering children affected by objectively and subjectively observed tooth discolorations in purpose to consolidate existing research and compare it to the EU directives established 2012.Search strategiesA systematic search of the literature was conducted using the databases Medline, Cochrane, Embase and Scopus. Only studies published in English, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian were included. Selection criteriaThe selection criteria aimed to include studies performed on patients under the age of 18, using whitening products containing or releasing hydrogen peroxide. The bleaching process had to be performed in vivo on permanent teeth. Case reports were included only to be separately reviewed looking for severe side effects and adverse events.ResultsA total of 214 articles were identified and 13 met the inclusion criteria. Four papers were judged to have a low risk of bias, eight a moderate risk and one a high risk of bias. Most studies were performed on mild discolorations while they lacked in necessary follow-up times.ConclusionThere are not enough studies evaluating the effect of using hydrogen peroxide to bleach more severe discolorations on individuals under 18 years old. A limited number of studies showed some support for bleaching with hydrogen peroxide on mild tooth discolorations. Parallel to this, the included studies demonstrated a high number of mild and transient adverse events. Until proven otherwise, the lack of studies gives some ethical support to the EU-directives established 2012.

Mitt examensarbete har främst bestått av inhämtande av kunskap om EU-bidrag. Om möjligheter / förutsättningar för att söka bidrag för ett internationellt samarbete, med två skolor, i två olika Europeiska länder. Det viktigaste är att göra de olika momenten i rätt ordning. Till min hjälp har jag haft kommunens internationella sekreterare, Karin Wessman, som kan det här på sina fem fingrar. Samtidigt som jag inhämtat informationen, har jag jobbat med att vår skola ska starta upp ett internationellt samarbete med andra europeiska skolor. Allt från att förankra det hos arbetslaget och rektorn till att skriva idéskissen och söka samarbetspartner. Tanken är att du genom detta arbete ska få en överblick över hur du ska gå tillväga när du ska söka EU-bidrag, lite av en handledning.

Po vstupu do Unie musely autonomní komunity implementovat evropskou legislativu, která zasahovala do oblastí, kde dosud měly výlučné pravomoci, bez možnosti tuto legislativu ovlivnit. Práce analyzuje, jak Katalánsko a jiné autonomní komunity usilují o možnost podílet se na evropském rozhodovacím procesu, na jaké limity ze strany EU a španělské centrální vlády naráží a jaké nástroje při prosazování svých zájmů používají. Důležitá část je věnována reformě katalánského autonomního statutu, který byl pro zapojení Katalánska do rozhodovacího procesu EU významným posunem.

The issue of the energy security became widely discussed in the expert community and on several levels of the European policy during the recent years. The aim of this thesis is finding suitable tools of the energy policy of the EU and sketching of possible appearance of the energy mix in the next few decades. The first part describes the chosen methodology of the risk management. This is followed by the analysis of the current energy position of the EU. In the third part there are closely analyzed the particular factors of the risk, which enables a structured sight of the issue. The following chapter investigates current political struggle in energy questions on the European level. The consequences between the particular risk factors are evaluated in the last chapter using three scenarios of the possible future development. This analysis leads to prognosis of the energy mix in both the mid-term and the long-term horizon.

Shortening supply of strategic raw materials (mostly oil and gas) and increasing demand for these energy raw materials in fast-growing Asian economies caused EU to put energy security among its top interests. The key goal of this thesis is to propose possibilities to increase energy security of the EU so that Europe has continuous and stable energy supplies both from its own sources and from import. I will analyze the current state of EU energy security in the first part of the thesis. I will focus on using EU's own resources and assess the benefits and drawbacks of using renewable energy sources compared to traditional sources. Then I will analyze dependency of EU on energy import and describe particularities and risks of current suppliers. The second part of the thesis will be focused on increasing energy security of the EU. Could the common energetic policy strengthen the energy security? I will also focus on possibilities of supplier and energy sources diversification. Last but not least, I will examine the topic of energetic savings and its impact on energy security.

No conjunto da produção literária contemporânea, observa-se que a inclusão de personalidades e acontecimentos históricos (também do âmbito da história literária) no enredo de narrativas ficcionais tem se constituído em um terreno fértil para muitos autores. Entre as obras representativas dessa tendência, marcada pela constante oscilação dos limites e cruzamentos entre o discurso ficcional e os discursos narrativos extraliterários que o cercam, sobretudo o histórico e o biográfico, situa-se A última quimera (1995), de Ana Miranda. Nesse romance, a autora ficcionaliza, em torno da figura histórica do poeta Augusto dos Anjos (1884-1914), determinados episódios sócio-político-culturais, localizados especialmente no Rio de Janeiro durante a fase de consolidação da República. O espaço ocupado pelo presente estudo tem como objetivo revisar alguns dos principais textos produzidos acerca do poeta Augusto dos Anjos, a fim de que se possa demonstrar como os acontecimentos de sua vida foram interpretados e representados, ao longo de aproximadamente noventa anos, pela crítica e historiografia literárias e também pela biografia tradicional. Após esse levantamento, pretende-se verificar, através da análise crítica do romance A última quimera, de que maneira Ana Miranda se apropria de certos eventos "reais" para compor sua narrativa ficcional e em que medida tal procedimento aproxima seu discurso daquele formulado pela história.

A pergunta proposta nessa pesquisa lançou uma discussão: quais os sentidos que mulheres, com possibilidades de sentir diversos tipos de atração erótica ou de se relacionar fisicamente de diversas maneiras com outras mulheres, atribuem às relações sociais que estabelecem em um gueto GLS de Florianópolis? Essa questão trouxe à cena importantes categorias de análise: homoerotismo feminino, relações sociais e gueto GLS. Tais categorias foram problematizadas nessa dissertação de mestrado e contemplam os estudos sobre constituição de subjetividades, os estudos de gênero e dos modos de vida que, por sua vez, englobam e analisam teoricamente outros aspectos que se destacaram na pesquisa de campo desenvolvida no decorrer dessa investigação. O presente trabalho vai ao encontro da proposta de repensar a ciência do ponto de vista das mulheres, de dar-lhes espaço de palavra, na tentativa de desconstruir o modelo androcêntrico que tem norteado a maioria dos estudos científicos há tempos, inclusive na área da Psicologia. Assim, o estudo dos inúmeros agenciamentos de subjetivação que atravessam o sujeito cotidianamente constitui uma perspectiva de pesquisa bastante interessante, na medida em que trabalha a idéia de identidade pessoal socialmente construída e inacabada, legitimando gênero como categoria útil para se problematizar e investigar alguns aspectos fundamentais no processo de constituição do sujeito. Ao término desta pesquisa conclui-se que as relações sociais estabelecidas entre as mulheres (com outras mulheres e homens) que transitam pelo gueto, constituem e significam esse território na mesma medida em que são por ele constituídas. O gueto, enquanto espaço de construção de subjetividades, media a própria construção dessas mulheres não apenas como pessoas com possibilidades de se relacionarem afetiva e sexualmente com outras do mesmo sexo que o seu mas, sobretudo, enquanto sujeitos no mundo. O trânsito desses sujeitos no interior do gueto indica o cerceamento das condutas dessas mesmas pessoas fora dos limites desse território. Reconhecido como lugar de proteção e legitimação de comportamentos e posturas, o gueto problematiza os domínios do espaço privado e do espaço público, (re)produzindo modos de vida bastante peculiares.

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar os sentidos que estudantes adultos do Campo atribuem às relações que se processam entre a Educação de Jovens e Adultos .. EJA, e a sua permanência nessa modalidade de ensino. Os sujeitos da pesquisa são sete adultos, seis assentados(as) em áreas da Reforma Agrária e uma acampada, no estado de Santa Catarina, vinculados ao Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra .. MST, matriculados em três diferentes turmas de um projeto de alfabetização de adultos do Programa Nacional de Educação na Reforma Agrária. PRONERA/INCRA. A perspectiva teórico- metodológica que embasa a pesquisa centra-se nos pressupostos de Bakhtin e seu Círculo. Sob esse aporte, foram articulados a Educação de Jovens e Adultos .. EJA, MST e Educação do Campo, referenciais relevantes à compreensão analítica requerida pelos dados. Fotografias, tomadas pelos sujeitos da pesquisa, e entrevistas, geradas no processo de discussão ao longo de 2006 e 2007, sintetizaram o percurso de geração dos dados numa composição otográfica constituída na forma de Cartema. Na pesquisa, as fotografias cartemizadas foram compreendidas como enunciado fotográfico, pois assinalam escolhas que trazem em sua produção refrações de um dado contexto, tanto de quem as produziu quanto de quem as interpretou. Assim, para proceder à análise dialógica, considerei os discursos desses adultos do Campo na condição de enunciados, os quais, indissociáveis da sua materialidade constitutiva, trouxeram marcas dos tempos e das temporalidades dialógicas (BAKHTIN, 2000) na sua produção enunciativa, configurando, em especial, o sentido que esses adultos do Campo atribuíram à própria escolarização. Na análise do Cartema, estreitaram-se pontes com o vivido que focaram: nas Pelejas. pelo presente, o passado .. as conquistas já efetivadas; nas Travessias .. o presente pelo presente .. um vivido onde o que se quer conquistar se tornará possível sustentado num coletivo; nas Iluminuras .. pelo presente, o futuro .. a memória de futuro como vir-a-ser que enuncia os sentidos atribuídos à escolarização de EJA no Campo. Essa relação temporal deu visibilidade à produção de efeitos de sentido atribuídos à escolarização que se reveste em permanência, nessa modalidade de ensino, quando sustentada e alavancada por conhecimentos gestados num vivido inconcluso que não se pauta em garantias individuais de acesso à escolarização, mas se reconhece como um percurso dialogicamente marcado no qual o que se quer é construído coletivamente.
This study aims to analyze the meanings that countryside adult students attach to the relationships that take place between the Youth and Adults Education .. EJA (Educação de Jovens e Adultos), and their stay in this mode of education. The research subjects were seven adults, six settlers in areas of agrarian reform and camped in the state of Santa Catarina linked to the Movement of Landless Rural Workers .. MST (Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra), enrolled in three different classes of an adult literacy project of the National Education Program in Agrarian Reform - PRONERA / INCRA. The theoretical-methodological perspective that underlies the research focuses on the assumptions of Bakhtin and his Circle. Under this supply the Education of Young Adults - EJA, MST and Rural Education were articulated, references to relevant analytical understanding required by the data. Photographs taken by the research subjects, and interviews, generated in the process of discussion throughout 2006 and 2007, synthesized the data path generation in a photographic composition formed in the shape of Cartema. In the present research, the cartema photographs were stated as photographic announcement since they indicate choices that bring in their production refractions of a given context, both of whom produced as of those who played. Thus, to investigate dialogic, I have considered the speeches of those countryside adults on the condition of statements which, inseparable from their materiality constitutive, brought trademarks of times and dialogic temporalities (Bakhtin, 2000) in its enunciative production, setting in particular, the sense that these countryside adults attributed to schooling itself. In the analysis of Cartema, bridges were narrowed with the experience that focused on: battle (Pelejas) - at present, the past - the successes already become effective, the crossings (Travessias) - this at present - a living where you want to make it possible to achieve a sustained collectivity; in Iluminuras - at present, the future - a future as a memory come to be suggesting the meanings attributed to the education of adult education in the countryside. This temporal relationship has given visibility to the production of meaning effects attributed to schooling that dresses itself this way permanently, in this mode of teaching, when sustained and leveraged by knowledge gestated in a unfinished living that does not lie in individual guarantees of access to schooling, but it is recognized as a route dialogically marked in which what is wanted is to be built collectively.

Klarspråk handlar om att skriva vårdat, enkelt och begripligt. Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka klarspråksarbetet i EU-texter riktade till allmänheten med utgångspunkt i huruvida de interna direktiven rekommenderar klarspråk och om de faktiska översättningarna skrivs på klarspråk. För att uppnå detta genomfördes en analys på direktiven i jämförelse med de svenska klarspråksriktlinjerna utgivna av Språkrådet. Därefter analyserade jag två EUtexter med allmänheten som mottagare utifrån de aspekter som tas upp i klarspråksrekommendationerna. Som lyfts i metodavsnittet finns det flera svårigheter vid klarspråksundersökningar såsom en avsaknad av tydliga definitioner av så kallade byråkratiska och ålderdomliga ord och uttryck. Resultatet visar vidare att de interna direktiven rekommenderar klarspråk men att översättningarna i varierande grad följer dessa rekommendationer. Med andra ord har det klarspråksarbete som utförs av Europeiska kommissionen ännu inte slagit genom på bred front i praktiken.

O presente trabalho buscou caracterizar a estrutura e dinâmica relacional de famílias que estão no Estágio Tardio do ciclo vital na perspectiva de cada um dos membros do casal de idosos. Utilizou-se da abordagem da pesquisa qualitativa, sendo entrevistadas onze famílias, representadas por seus respectivos casais, totalizando vinte e dois participantes. Os instrumentos para a coleta de dados foram dois: um roteiro estruturado, o qual o casal respondia em conjunto e outro semi-estruturado, que foi respondido individualmente. A análise dos dados foi realizada por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo do tipo categorial-temática. Foram estabelecidas sete grandes categorias e suas respectivas subcategorias de análise. O pensamento sistêmico e a teoria do ciclo vital foram os suportes teóricos que sustentaram a análise dos resultados. Dentre estes se destaca: os sentimentos e vivências advindos do processo de envelhecimento, no qual surgem as preocupações, a resignificação da espiritualidade, a experiência da viuvez e as diferenças de gênero. A velhice como fase de mudança e reclusão em que há a vivência da aposentadoria e a conseqüente diminuição da renda e da rede de amigos. A dificuldade de conviver com crenças e valores atuais e, por outro lado, a sabedoria, a experiência e a tranqüilidade, são como ganhos desse período. Conclui-se que as pessoas que estão no Estágio Tardio, hoje, estão diante do desafio de conviver com as conseqüências das diferentes configurações familiares, coexistindo com o modelo tradicional configurando um distanciamento entre as gerações. Essa temática ainda necessita ser investigada e apreciada pelos profissionais de saúde no sentido de se prepararem para lidar com famílias em Estágio Tardio.

Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar como se constitui o brincar com videogame numa brinquedoteca escolar identificando e problematizando as relações tecidas entre crianças e outros atores envolvidos nos seus cotidianos, buscando, por meio das vozes das crianças, compreender os impactos dessa forma contemporânea de brincar na construção das culturas infantis. Desenvolvida na linha de pesquisa Educação, Comunicação e Tecnologia, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (Udesc), vinculada ao projeto Tablets, computadores e laptops: análise sobre políticas, infraestrutura e aspectos pedagógicos da inserção de novas tecnologias na escola (Observatório da Educação Obeduc/Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Ensino Superior Capes) e realizada com base em uma perspectiva etnográfica, a pesquisa de campo acompanhou 44 crianças (de 6 a 9 anos), estudantes dos Anos Iniciais do ensino fundamental do Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), nos momentos em que frequentavam a brinquedoteca dessa instituição. Os instrumentos metodológicos utilizados foram: observação, diário de campo, metodologias visuais (vídeos), entrevistas individuais e em grupo. A pesquisa fundamentou-se nos pressupostos dos estudos da criança, especialmente nos estudos que vêm sendo feitos nesse campo sobre as culturas infantis e a cultura lúdica, e inseriu-se numa tendência que busca o aprofundamento do estatuto da criança enquanto ator social, que com sua ação e na relação com os adultos e seus pares contribui para a construção e reconstrução das culturas infantis. Mediante as análises das vozes das crianças, quis-se superar explicações deterministas e essencialistas acerca da relação das crianças e mídias digitais, promovendo uma análise das formas como esses discursos são mobilizados e retrabalhados pelas crianças em suas práticas cotidianas. Essa escolha oportunizou dar visibilidade aos mundos sociais e culturais das crianças, além de levar em consideração a escassez ou quase inexistência de estudos em que o ângulo da abordagem se desloca do estudo dos videogames ou sobre os efeitos deles nas crianças, para olhar o que jogam e como jogam. As conclusões da pesquisa são sintetizadas em quatro eixos: a) as transformações e adaptações que as crianças promovem na brinquedoteca escolar, onde é permitido brincar, destacando as tensões e sutilezas das relações entre dois componentes do ofício da criança o brincar e o estudar; b) as aprendizagens que as crianças têm construído na relação com os seus pares e com os videogames; c) o videogame como uma forma de brincar contemporânea; d) as relações intra e intergeracionais envolvidas nessa brincadeira contemporânea, com destaque a dois temas que se repetiram com frequência durante a pesquisa: vício e violência. Ressalta-se também o papel importante de uma brinquedoteca dentro da escola, na medida em que possibilita uma lógica em que as crianças podem experimentar processos de ensino e aprendizagem com seus pares não centrados nas professoras, valorizando o brincar como uma atividade em que a criança aprende não apenas conteúdos curriculares, mas de formação enquanto sujeito humano, produto e produtor da cultura.

Abstract : This research has as objective to investigate how it constitutes to play with videogame in a school toy library, in order to identify and problematize the relations developed between the children and other actors involved in their everyday routines, seeking through the children voices , to comprehend the impacts of this contemporary way to play on the construction of the infant cultures. This project was developed on the research line Education, Communication and Technology, of the Post-Graduation Program in Education of the State University of Santa Catarina (Udesc), linked to the project Tablets, computers and laptops: analysis about policies, infrastructure and pedagogical aspects of the insertion of new technologies at school (Education Observatory Obeduc/Coordenation for the Improvement of Higher Level Education Capes) and formulated based on a ethnographical perspective, with a field research that accompanied 44 children (from 6 to 9 years old), students of the First Years of fundamental education at the Application School of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), during the times that they attended the toy library at this institution. The applied methodological instruments were: observation, field journal, visual methodologies (videos), individual and group interviews. The research was grounded on the assumptions of the child studies, especially on the studies that have been made in this field about the infant cultures and the play culture, and it was inserted in a tendency that seeks the deepening of the child s status as a social actor/actress, that with his/her action and in the relation with the adults and their pairs, s/he contributes to the construction and reconstruction of the infant cultures. Through the analyses about the children s voices, we wished to overcome determinist and essentialist explanations about the relations between children and the digital media, promoting an analysis of the ways that these discourses are mobilized and reworked by children in their everyday practices. This choice provided visibility to the social and culture worlds of the children, valorizing them as culture producers, beyond taking in consideration the lack or the almost inexistence of studies in which the approach angle dislocates from the videogame studies or about their effects on the children to look at what they play and how they play. The conclusions of this research are synthetized in four branches: a) the transformations and adaptations that the children promote at the school toy library, where it is allowed to play, highlighting the tensions and subtleties of the relations between two elements of the child occupation playing and studying; b) the learnings that the children have built on the relations with their pairs and with the videogames; c) the videogame as a way of contemporary playing; d) the intra and intergenerational relations involved in this contemporary play, featuring two themes that repeated frequently during the research: addiction and violence. We also emphasize the important role of a toy library inside the school, as it enables the logic in which the children can test teaching and learning processes with their pairs while not centered on the teachers, valuing playing as an activity that the child learns not only curricular contents, but also formation as human being, product and producer of culture.

Анотація:
The purpose of this essay is to investigate if the agenda-setting theory is applicable as an explanation for the development of Swedes’ support for the European Union. To do so, this essay investigates five important events in Swedish integration into the European Union, namely the Swedish referendum about the EU membership, the protest during the EU summit 2001, the financial crisis, Sweden’s second presidency of the Council of the European Union and the British referendum about their EU membership. A qualitative content analysis was used as method and agenda-setting theory was used as a tool to analyze the development of the public opinion of the Swedish integration process into the European Union.    The results show that the media has had an effect on how the public opinion for the EU has progressed over time. There is a correlation between Media’s positive coverage and the positive progress of the public opinion towards an EU membership. One of my conclusions is that the agenda-setting theory is able to aid the explanation of the change in public opinion, in a long-term perspective, rather than its short-term effects that have been previously proven.

Анотація:
One of the common debates in the European Union revolves around the argument that labour mobility in the EU is too low and well below the general expectations. Since the implementation of neoliberal policies in the 1980s, the EU has increasingly favoured ‘high labour mobility levels within the EU’ and has desperately been trying to increase them ever since. In particular, in the last decade the EU has implemented various programmes in order to boost labour mobility between the member states. This thesis challenges the current view of EU institutions with their call for higher mobility levels between the EU member states. According to migration theories (the neoclassical theory of migration), individuals move in order to profit from economic advantages, i.e. they move to regions with better prospects of earning higher wages. In other words, under this lens migration takes places between economically different regions. In addition, the EU has been trying to achieve convergence between the regions by implementing cohesion polices, which means the reduction of economic disparities between regions. Through semi-structured interviews, the motivations of EU-migrants between converged and non-converged regions are explored and compared. The outcomes of this research study bring into question the perspective of the EU institutions by providing evidence that high mobility levels cannot be achieved in converged regions as both ambitions correlate from the same source, namely wage differentials. The EU is thus following paradoxical aims.

O consumo excessivo de bebidas alco?licas e tabaco ? considerado uma das doen?as mais devastadoras e dispendiosas atualmente, sendo respons?vel por in?meros efeitos prejudiciais aos indiv?duos e ? sociedade. Dentre as ?reas de investiga??o que abordam o consumo de ?lcool, muitas se preocupam em determinar os mecanismos de a??o desta subst?ncia no enc?falo. Apesar de anos de pesquisa, ainda ? pouco o conhecimento sobre os mecanismos pelos quais o ?lcool afeta as fun??es neurol?gicas e quais seriam as causas exatas das defici?ncias cognitivas e de mem?ria relacionadas ao seu uso. Por outro lado, as a??es da nicotina j? foram bastante estudadas, e o mecanismo de a??o melhor estabelecido. No entanto, o uso concomitante de ?lcool e nicotina ainda necessitam de pesquisas mais aprofundadas no sentido de se estabelecer como as drogas interagem no sistema nervoso e quais as consequ?ncias do uso combinado. Uma das principais fun??es do sistema nervoso ? a capacidade de aprender e lembrar. Os reflexos condicionados s?o mudan?as comportamentais, que podem ser aprendidas a partir de experi?ncias repetidas. Essa aprendizagem pode sofrer altera??es de acordo com mudan?as fisiol?gicas e neurais, por exemplo, ap?s o uso de subst?ncias psicoativas, como o ?lcool e nicotina. Devido ? complexidade do sistema nervoso dos mam?feros e de suas respostas comportamentais variadas, outros modelos animais mais simples t?m sido propostos, entre eles, o peixe paulistinha, Danio rerio. Neste trabalho, utilizamos esta esp?cie, com o objetivo de testar os efeitos de ?lcool, nicotina e ?lcool + nicotina no desempenho cognitivo do peixe na tarefa de aprendizagem associativa. Neste sentido, seis grupos foram testados: Controle (C00A00, n=13), ?lcool 0,5% agudo (Ca00Aa0.5, n=9), ?lcool 0,5% cr?nico (Ca0.5Aa0.5; n=13), Nicotina 50mg agudo (Ca00An50, n=13), ?lcool 0,5% cr?nico + nicotina 50mg agudo (Ca0.5An50, n=15), ?lcool 0,5% agudo e Nicotina 50mg agudo (Ca00Aa0.5An50 n= 7). Nossos resultados mostram que o peixe paulistinha ? capaz de realizar tarefas associativas, mesmo sob a??o de ?lcool 0,5% agudo, ?lcool 0,5% cr?nico, associa??o ?lcool cr?nico + nicotina 50mg agudo, ?lcool 0,5% agudo e Nicotina 50mg agudo. No entanto, a nicotina (50mg) aguda interferiu negativamente na aprendizagem do animal. Nossos resultados sugerem que o peixe paulistinha consegue executar tarefas de aprendizagem associativa em labirinto em cruz. Ademais, os grupos expostos ao ?lcool e que receberam a associa??o do ?lcool e da nicotina, n?o tiveram o desempenho afetado com exce??o do grupo que foi exposto somente a nicotina.

The first step will analyze and assess the system of drawing EU funds in the Czech Republic, then make a direct processing of cost-benefit analysis of the selected project. In the third step I use a questionnaire, in which will be identified the problems which face the municipalities and how they solve these problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze four upper secondary school teachers regarding their educational focus on the European Union (EU). Furthermore, it is assessed what effect the growth of EU has had on content taught in Social Science A. The result of this study is contrasted with prior studies having a similar focus. To achieve the purpose of this study, five research questions were created. Conducting interviews of a qualitative character were chosen as the method for collecting information to answer the research questions. The interviewees were teachers of different sex, different professional experience regarding years and area of teaching. The interview questions were of a narrative kind yielding approximately half an hour long interviews.

 

The study shows that the most common areas taught are: the history of EU, the institutions (foremost; the Minister Council, the European Parliament, and the Commission), and how EU and Sweden relate to and affect each other. Although the content taught by the different teachers is equivalent, the teachers differ in what parts they choose to emphasize. Changes in the content taught resulting from changes in the syllabus are stressed by two of the interviewees. No differences depending in years of experience were detected.  However, there exists a difference in the emphasis of different parts between teachers in programs preparing students for further studies and teachers serving in occupational preparing programs. To conclude, the educational content taught by the four interviewees is considered to be equivalent. From a democratic perspective I believe that this is a conclusion of great importance.

The purpose of this study is to illustrate why Norway is not a member of the EU from a rational choice perspective. In order to fulfil this purpose, two questions will constitute the framework of the study. These are:

1. What are the arguments of the EU-opposers in the Norwegian EU-debate?

2. Is it rational for Norway to stand outside the EU?

The first question was answered by analyzing and mapping out the arguments of the Norweigan EU-opponents and then using a critical literature study to analyse them. To demarcate the study, only the arguments of the parliamentary parties that are opposing a Norwegian EU-membership, and the official organisation Nei til EU (No to the EU) were included. The second question was tested by using a rational choice theory and a number of keywords from the classical rational actor model; objectives, alternatives, consequences and choice. These keywords constituted the main analyzing instrument of the study and was applied on the empirical material.

The main arguments of the opposers of a Norweigan EU-membership, are widely spoken democracy, freedom of action, environment and solidarity. The debate is hard to map out because of its general character but is very homogeneous. The second question is answered partly in the light of the first one and the result shows that it is rational for Norway to stay outside the EU today, but the question may have to be reassessed in the future, and probably will be since the debate is still so fervent.

I dag är det vanligt att EU-medborgare företar en gränsöverskridning med sin familj inom EU. Samkönade par har möjlighet att ingå äktenskap i fem medlemsstater, men eftersom äktenskapet inte erkänns i övriga 22 medlemsstater riskerar det samkönade paret att mottagarstaten ser äktenskapet som ogiltigt i rättslig mening vid en gränsöverskridning inom EU. Samkönade par som redan är gifta kan dock erhålla visst skydd för de fall en medlemsstat föreskriver samkönat registrerat partnerskap. EU-rätten föreskriver inga minimikrav för hur registrerat partnerskap bör utformas i medlemsstaters nationella rättssystem. Det har i sin tur vilket lett till att rättskyddet för samkönat registrerat partnerskap ser olika ut bland medlemsstaterna. Samkönade civilstånd är därför rättsosäkert vid gränsöverskridningar sett ur ett helhetsperspektiv. Familjerätten är ett rättsområde där medlemsstaterna har suveränitet. Medlemsstaterna har därför själva rätten att besluta hur familjerätten utformas i det nationella rättssystemet, men det finns vissa restriktioner. Medlemsstaternas utövande av sin suveränitet måste ske i konformitet med etablerade EU-principer och annan relevant EU-rätt. Kommissionen har kommit med ett förslag om ett automatiskt erkännande av civilståndshandlingar och uppsatsens syfte är därför att utreda om ett automatiskt erkännande är kompatibelt med gällande EU-rätt. För att besvara syftet i uppsatsen utreds gällande EU-rätt med direkt eller indirekt inverkan på samkönade relationer. Vidare utreds förslaget om ett automatiskt erkännande av civilståndshandlingar i kommissionens grönbok om minskad byråkrati för medborgarna tillsammans med de yttranden som grönboken mottagit från olika organisationer. Genom att ställa ett automatiskt erkännande av civilståndshandlingar mot gällande EU-rätt leder slutsatsen fram till vilka hinder och möjligheter som föreligger vid genomförandet av förslaget. De hinder och möjligheter som föreligger talar för att ett automatiskt erkännande av civilståndshandlingar är genomförbart. EU-rätten ställer vissa krav på medlemsstaterna även om medlemsstaterna har suveränitet inom familjerätten. Följden blir att EU måste samarbeta med medlemsstaterna för att säkerställa rättssäkerheten av civilståndshandlingar när EU-medborgare vidtar gränsöverskridningar inom EU.
Today it’s common for EU-citizens to move across borders with their families within the EU. Same-sex couples have access to marriage in five Member States, but because their marriage is not recognized in the other 22 Member States the same-sex marriage might be void in a legal sense in another Member State. Same-sex couples who are already married may benefit from some protection in the event that a Member State provides same-sex registered partnership. EU law does not provide a minimum requirement when Member States develop legal protection for same-sex couples through registered partnership in their legal system. This in turn has led to the differences among the Member States when it comes to same-sex registered partnership. Therefore, a same-sex civil status doesn’t provide a legal certainty in cross-border situations when looked upon from a broader perspective. Family law is an area of law where Member States have sovereignty. Therefore, the Member States have the right to shape the family law themselves in their national legal system, although there are some restrictions. When Member States exercise their sovereignty they must still exercise it in conformity with established EU principals and other relevant EU law. The Commission has now proposed an automatic recognition of civil status records and the purpose for this thesis is therefore to analyze whether an automatic recognition of civil status record are compatible with existing EU law. In order to answer the purpose in the thesis, EU law with direct or indirect impact on same-sex relationships is analyzed. Furthermore, the proposal of an automatic recognition of civil status records in the Commissions Green Paper on less bureaucracy for citizens is analyzed together with the opinions the Green Paper received from different organizations. When looking at the compatibility of an automatic recognition of civil status records and existing EU law, the conclusion highlights the obstacles and opportunities that exist with the implementation of the proposal. The obstacles and opportunities that exist suggest that an automatic recognition of civil status records is achievable. EU law imposes certain requirements on Member States, although Member States have sovereignty over their national family law. The previous suggests that the EU must work together with the Member States in order to ensure the legal certainty of civil status records when EU-citizens cross the borders within the EU.

The dissertation aims to investigate evidence that José (2011), Rubem Fonseca work it is a autoficcional work. To this end, the work is divided into three chapters: the first search limits and origins of the term autofiction examining its principle based on another well known term which is the autobiography; the second chapter is focused on the analysis of the work of Rubem Fonseca as a whole, its main features, everything that makes Rubem Fonseca an author recognized for his work with language; finally, the last chapter is devoted to the study of the book José, in which is trying to point out all the evidence that this work it is an autofiction.
Esta dissertação tem como objetivo a investigação de evidências de que a obra José (2011), de Rubem Fonseca, se configura como uma obra autoficcional. Para tanto, o trabalho se divide em três capítulos: o primeiro busca os limites e origens do termo autoficção, examinando seu princípio com base em outro termo bastante conhecido, que é a autobiografia; o segundo capítulo é voltado para a análise da obra fonsequiana, suas principais características, tudo aquilo que faz de Rubem Fonseca um autor reconhecido pelo trabalho com a linguagem; por fim, o último capítulo é voltado para o estudo do livro José, no qual se tenta salientar todas as evidências de que essa obra se trata de uma autoficção.

I denna uppsats undersöks EU-kommissionens kommunikation med allmänheten i två översatta informationsbroschyrer. Med avstamp i diskursanalytisk teori analyseras såväl texterna som deras kontext. Syftet med undersökningen är att beskriva vilken bild broschyrerna förmedlar av EU och EU- invånarna samt relationen dem emellan. En utgångpunkt är att texterna bär uttryck för auktoritet, som beror av de text-externa relationerna och som synliggörs genom olika språkliga strategier. Analysen visar att EU konstrueras på två olika sätt i texterna: dels som en stark och pålitlig aktör, dels som ett naturligt existerande geografiskt område. EU-invånaren i sin tur upptecknas som en del av en gemenskap, och som någon med skyldigheter men framförallt med rättigheter. Broschyrerna uttrycker auktoritet genom språkliga strategier som signalerar makt och solidaritet, men EU:s reella makt över invånarna är ofta nedtonad. Texterna reflekterar en värld där EU:s ställning inte är oomstridd, och broschyrerna verkar på flera sätt för att ge unionen existensberättigande. Undersökningen aktualiserar också frågor om hur översättningsaspekten inverkar på diskursen, och mynnar ut i konstaterandet att översättarna har en betydande roll i sammanhanget.

In 1999 the European Union (EU) defined for the first time common priorities in the area of migration and asylum. In 2014 the Justice and Home Affairs Council is deciding on the fourth multi-annual strategic guidelines. This thesis examines the role of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the EU influencing these guidelines through the European Commission public consultation, and their impact on shaping the future agenda for migration and asylum. While the EU has gained more competences in this field and increased legal protection standards across the EU, member states favour restrictive and security-oriented policies. EU NGOs represent a more liberal rights based approach, and having difficulties getting their points across. A step-by-step process tracing reveals the factors that enabled influence, such as a structured civil dialogue with opportunities for input. However, there were also elements disabling this influence, related to the disconnection between civil society and the Council, which partly undermined the purpose of the consultation.

This thesis explores perceptions and preferences on regional action in EU-related frameworks among regional actors in Western Sweden. Building upon the literature on Europeanisation and the Fusion approach, three dimensions of Europeanisation are clarified and explored– download, upload and crossload – and together with a set of five variables that constitute the Micro Fusion Framework; a comprehensive analytical tool is developed. The thesis analyses the intense debate among the members of West Sweden that took place from 2011 to 2013 that focused on how to functionally organise the regional office in Brussels in order to meet future challenges. Surprisingly, the members eventually decided to terminate their cooperation and close the jointly owned office in Brussels in spite of the fact that it has been widely regarded as successful and effective. Diverging perceptions and preferences is understood in terms of three positions on regional action; a download-, upload- and a coherent oriented position. Finally, the thesis presents the empirical findings and discusses in relation to three fusion scenarios, infusion, defusion and clustered fusion. In terms of Micro Fusion Framework, the dynamics shaping why West Sweden was finally regarded as a dysfunctional arena for regional action are explained by a shift of attention and action among regional actors in Western Sweden that led to pressure for further institutional adaptation in order to meet the demand of how ‘to get the best out of the EU’. Further, this redefinition of how to handle EU-affairs within the upload-oriented position was accompanied by positive attitudes towards the potential to bypass the state and thereby pursue regional priorities directly in Brussels given the compound nature of the EU. In contrast, those regional actors that are found to be more download-oriented often question the benefits of uploading activities in practice and advocate close relations to the state. A coherent oriented position recognises the importance of activities related to both of the vertical dimensions of Europeanisation.
I avhandlingen studeras regionala aktörers uppfattningar och attityder till regionalt handlande i EU-relaterade frågor. För att hantera EU-frågor etableras ofta regionala representationskontor i Bryssel. Ett av de största och framgångsrikaste regionala kontoren i Bryssel var West Sweden som representerade västsvenska kommuner och regioners intressen i EU. År 2011 inleds en intern diskussion bland dess medlemmar om hur kontoret bör utvecklas för att möta nya utmaningar i en föränderlig omvärld. Diskussionerna är intensiva, och något överraskande beslutar dess medlemmar att lägga ned verksamheten ett par år senare. I avhandlingen analyseras diskussionen utifrån ett europeiseringsperspektiv. Med hjälp av en analysram som definierar tre dimensioner av europeiseringsprocesser identifieras tre olika positioner i diskussionen; en download-, upload- respektive sammanhållen position. Det kan vara frestande att förstå West Swedens nedläggning som ett uttryck för att subnationella aktörer ”drar sig tillbaka” och föredrar aktiviteter inom nationalstatens domäner. Avhandlingen argumenterar för att så är inte fallet. Nedläggningen av West Sweden förstås som en konsekvens av ökade spänningar mellan regionala aktörer som anammar ett download- respektive upload-orienterat förhållningssätt.

This thesis deals with the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2009 in terms of energy and energy security. In the introductory theoretical part the notion of "energy security" is defined and the chapter analyzes energy in the EU primary law too, including jurisdiction of the issue to a particular Union's institutions. In the practical part of the thesis the priorities of the EU in energy and energy security are described and steps that CZ PRES made to increase EU energy security are analyzed. Particular emphasis is placed on the gas crisis and the general supply of gas, which played during the Czech Presidency a significant role. Final chapters focus on the shift in the EU's energy security during the forthcoming Swedish and the Spanish Presidency.

This master thesis tests the statement whether the EU Economic Policy related to the Internal Market Project decreases the costs of doing business or not. We tested the conducting of business of Global Company in seven various regions (Visegrad Countries, Baltic, East Balkan Countries, Croatia, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey). We framed the research period into 2011 and focused on four major Research Fields (Transportation, Cross-border Trading, Consumer Protection and Financial Regulation). Based on the cost impact analysis we could confirm that Internal Market Project decreases the costs of doing business.
