Resumo:
The article considers the possibility of solving the fundamental problems of cognition through the use of gen-eral systems theory as an epistemology. For this purpose it is necessary to develop and expand the general theory of systems, which is achieved through its rethinking from the position of essentialism. The expected properties of such a reinterpreted general theory of systems will give it an advantage over epistemology. These advantages are due to the greater transparency of the general theory of systems, as well as the orientation to the traductive methods of thinking, best suited to the task of forming a system of knowledge as a model of be-ing with unattainable absolute certainty. In the framework of the general theory of systems (reinterpreted from the position of essentialism) the problem of cognizability of the world is solved based on the recognition of the existence of isomorphisms – the most important empirical fact, confirming the finite complexity of the world and the possibility of its cognition. According to the general theory of systems, the limitedness of our knowledge refers to particularities, minor details, but not to the general understanding of forms, phenomena and the laws of the universe corresponding to them.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы «практического» применения политической теории и политической философии, ее место в структуре познания политического. Особое внимание уделяется проблеме «практичного знания» (Usable knowledge)а также его релевантности. Различие между обычным политическим теоретизированием и «практичным знанием» заключается в цели исследования, а отнюдь не в методах или способах артикулирования. Актуальность задачи приобрела особое значение в связи со сложившейся за последние годы недооценкой значения политической теории как для реальной политики, так и процесса политологического образования.

Lorsque tout le monde sait une chose, que tout le monde sait que tout le monde la sait, que tout le monde sait que tout le monde sait que tout le monde la sait et ainsi de suite, cette chose est dite connaissance commune. Aumann [1976] fut le premier à proposer une caractérisation formelle de la notion de connaissance commune dans l’article « Agreeing to Disagree ». Ce formalisme a soulevé un certain nombre de questions passionnantes. Peut-on expliquer les différences de comportements ou de croyances au sein d’un groupe par des asymétries d’information lorsque ces différences sont connaissance commune dans le groupe ? Des joueurs ont-ils besoin d’une forme de connaissance commune pour se coordonner sur un profil d’actions ? La communication permet-elle de faire émerger la connaissance commune au sein d’un groupe d’individus ? L’objectif de cet article est de passer en revue les travaux ayant proposé des réponses à ces questions.

The phenomenon under investigation is the transition from an industrial society to a society that is based to a larger extent on knowledge resources. The question the authors are investigating is: What are the key value creation processes in a knowledge-based organization? The objective of the article is to understand and explain the social mechanisms that influence the development of knowledge-based organizations. The method used is conceptual generalization. The findings are linked to a new emphasis on information structure (infostructure), and a new way of organizing (front line focus), the modulization of work processes, and global competence clusters.

This article discusses the development of the type of knowledge held to be crucial for creativity and innovation, and which is referred to here as hidden knowledge. The research question investigated is: How can organizations develop hidden knowledge? The first purpose of the article is to bring forth a type of knowledge which can give some foundation for knowledge management and innovation. The second objective is to give some foundation for the HR-department, in order to bring knowledge management theory to practical use. The authors develop five propositions concerning a mini theory for the development of hidden knowledge. A descriptive framework of “knowledging” is also developed at the individual, team and organizational levels, for tacit, implicit, explicit and hidden knowledge, which can be used of the HR-department to increase innovation in the organization
