This paper is dedicated to the challenges of the use of the most popular content management systems (CMS) in software development. Fundamental information about the selected CMS platforms and vulnerability analysis are introduced. The review is made on CMS like Umbraco, Sitecore, WordPress and Drupal categorized in two groups defined by the technology used for development. And as the IT world changes a lot these brings one constant battle against threats. Therefore, this article will add some vulnerabilities analysis of the selected systems since 2014. Results were grouped by common vulnerabilities of the selected platforms and such specific ones.

HPC systems are complex in architecture and contain millions of components. To ensure reliable operation and efficient output, functioning of most subsystems should be supervised. This is done on the basis of collected data from various logging and monitoring systems. This means that different data sources are used, and accordingly, data analysis can face multiple issues processing this data. Some of the data subsets can be incorrect due to the malfunctioning of used sensors, monitoring system data aggregation errors, etc. This is why it is crucial to preprocess such monitoring data before analyzing it, taking into the consideration the analysis goals. The aim of this paper is, being based on the MSU HPC Center monitoring data, to propose an approach to data preprocessing of HPC monitoring systems, giving some real life examples of issues that may be faced, and recommendations for further analysis of similar datasets. Высокопроизводительные вычислительные системы сложны по архитектуре и содержат миллионы компонент. Чтобы обеспечить надежную работу и эффективную отдачу, необходимо контролировать работу всех их подсистем. Это делается на основе данных, собранных различными системами журналирования и мониторинга. Это означает, что используются разные источники данных, и, соответственно, анализ данных может столкнуться с множеством проблем, связанных с обработкой этих данных. Некоторые из подмножеств данных могут быть неверными из-за неисправности используемых датчиков, ошибок агрегирования данных системы мониторинга и т.д. Вот почему крайне важно проводить предварительную обработку таких данных мониторинга перед их анализом, принимая во внимание цели анализа. Цель этой работы, описать подход к предварительной обработке данных суперкомпьютерных систем мониторинга на основе опыта работы СКЦ МГУ, привести некоторые реальные примеры проблем, с которыми можно при этом столкнуться, а также рекомендации по дальнейшему анализу подобных наборов данных.

Living systems employ both covalent chemistry and physical assembly to achieve complex behaviors. The emerging field of systems chemistry, inspired by these biological systems, attempts to construct and analyze systems that are simpler than biology, while still embodying biological design principles. Due to the multiple phenomena at play, it can be difficult to predict which phenomena will dominate and when. Conversely, there may be no single rate-limiting step, but rather a reaction network that is difficult to intuit from a purely experimental approach. Mathematical modeling can help to sort out these issues, although it can be challenging to build such models, especially for assembly kinetics. Numerical and statistical methods can play an important role to facilitate the synergistic and iterative use of modeling and experiment, and should be part of a systems chemistry curriculum. Three case studies are presented here, from our work in peptide-based systems, to illustrate some of the tools available for model construction, model simulation, and experimental design. Examples are provided in which these tools help to evaluate hypotheses, uncover design principles, and design new experiments.

<p>Industrial practitioners widely adopt the microservice architecture to build applications. An application with microservice architecture can be composed of a set of individual services. Although microservice can improve the scalability of a system by isolating services, the complexity and difficulty of defect detection and analysis grow. High verification cost, a long feedback cycle, and high communication cost pose challenges to the maintenance of microservice systems. To address the problem, we propose a call chain tracing and analysis approach designed for the microservice architecture. To evaluate its effectiveness, we implement our approach as a plugin, namely Cam, to monitor and analyze exceptions by tracing call chains. Currently, Cam is packaged as a maven plugin for applications using Spring Cloud, which is an opensource microservice framework for Java programs. We experiment it with a microservice system to demonstrate its availability. The result shows that Cam can help software engineers understand the workflow of a service call and locate potential defects.</p> <p> </p>

Recently developed, relatively inexpensive systems make digital speech analysis available to many teachers, clinicians, and researchers who have not had access to previous systems. Addressing these prospective users, we survey five microcomputer programs and two dedicated devices for recording, editing, and analyzing speech. We review the capabilities, requirements, and user interface of each system. We recommend considerations for prospective users and for developers of the next generation of such programs and devices. Finally, we briefly survey seven additional systems.

Performance characteristics are reviewed for seven systems marketed for acoustic speech analysis: CSpeech, CSRE, ILS-PC, Kay Elemetrics model 5500 Sona-Graph, MacSpeech Lab II, MSL, and Signalyze. The characteristics reviewed include system components, basic capabilities (signal acquisition, waveform operations, analysis, and other functions), documentation, user interface, data formats and journaling, speed and precision of spectral analysis, and speed and precision of fundamental frequency analysis. Basic capabilities are also tabulated for three recently introduced systems: the Sensimetrics SpeechStation, the Kay Elemetrics Computerized Speech Lab (CSL), and the LSI Speech Workstation. In addition to the capability and performance summaries, this article offers suggestions for continued development of speech analysis systems, particularly in data exchange, journaling, display features, spectral analysis, and fundamental frequency analysis.
