Meanwhile, samples were taken using a total sampling technique, namely 100% (24) and trials were carried out at other schools that had the same characteristics. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses percentage formulas and rank order formulas. The research results show that students' understanding of the PIK-R organization is still relatively low. Students in organizations have low activity, and there is a significant relationship between students' understanding of the PIK-R organization and their activity. This means that the higher the student's understanding of the PIK-R organization, the more active the student is in the organization, but conversely, the lower the student's understanding of the PIK-R organization, the lower the student's activeness. Nurses are often the primary source of donor referrals to an organ procurement organization. Early exposure to donation information during nursing school may enhance nurses' ability to identify and refer potential donors once they are in nursing practice. Although organ procurement organizations strive to provide donation education to nursing students, this process can drain an organization's resources. Therefore, to facilitate the educational process with a minimum of disruption to the function of the organ procurement organization, a standardized approach to donation was developed. After the program had been in place for more than a year, students and organ procurement organization staff alike reported great satisfaction with this standardized approach.

According to Prof. Dr. sondang P. Siagian, organization is a form of association between two or more people who work together and are formally bound in the framework of achieving predetermined goals and in that bond there is a person or group of people called subordinates. The student organization referred to in this study is a forum or facility for its members as students to add insight into knowledge both from an academic and social perspective so that it can help improve their academic achievement and ability to socialize in society. This research itself is related to extra-student activities where students should be aware that the majors student association is an organization that is under the auspices of the department where they carry out lecture activities, therefore a department-level student organization should not have a negative impact on student academic activities as its members. , on the contrary, this student organization should have a positive impact on academic activities and student achievement as its members. The organization a student participates in can also shape the character of a student in it. However, students who join these organizations must also consider or maintain the academic value of their studies. Don't put the organization first and don't care about the value of academic achievement. It can be concluded that most students who take part in this organization at Uin Khas Jember, when they enter the organizatio they will be more concerned with the organization and have a negative impact on their academic achievement scores.

Business ethics has become an indispensable part of business practice, and in the long run, a prerequisite for successful business. Unethical business can damage the reputation of the organization, which can be the cause of many negative consequences for the organization. Ethics as a key element of successful business should enable the provision of true information, as well as a correct and honest attitude of the organization towards stakeholders, the social community and the environment in which it operates. Achieving these goals was a challenge for a large number of organizations in the business environment before the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is especially increased during this pandemic. Leadership has the most important role in creating the ethical culture of the organization. Because of that, it is very important for future managers to develop awareness of the importance of business ethics for the organization's business, as well as awareness of ethical decision-making in conditions of risk and major crises, as is the case with the pandemic. The paper analyzes the attitudes of students of management, as future managers, about business ethics in the organization's business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research results showed that students are aware of the importance of business ethics, but not equally of all segments that it covers.

We propose a solution to this problem through creation of teaching methods aimed to develop a perception of of nature, compositional and technical skills and abilities. We study the principles of the approach to the plein air practice working program of the leading architectural universities in Russia, and also compare and analyze two approaches to the program: an interdisciplinary approach based on the relationship of architecture with the visual arts - drawing and studying architectural monuments and holding a plein air in the form of master classes by professional artists, with an emphasis on techniques and technologies of work in the plein air. Revealing the methodological features of building a program for mastering the universal and general professional competencies of an architect and designer: acquaintance with the monuments of architectural heritage, a creative research approach to the object of study, the development of compositional thinking and the basics of linear constructive drawing, the development of graphic techniques necessary for working on sketches of projects. One of the primary challenges in teaching Organizational Behavior concepts is that undergraduate business students often have little or no work experience. We propose a method that utilizes students’ experience in the university as the basis for understanding these concepts. This understanding is achieved by highlighting the fact that the university is an organization and that students are members of this organization. Students are encouraged to think about how the material applies to them in the university. This approach, we believe, has increased students’ interest in the material and helped them reflect on the concepts, thus providing opportunities to grow and develop both as students and as individuals. We used surveys that were distributed in the university and answered by the students. Students participated in experiments, and in many instance, they were surprised by the results.

Caring for human resource development is an important issue in all directions, on a macro, micro, and individual level CITATION Gul13 \t \l 1033 (Gulua, Ekaterine, 2013). This is the key pillar of effectiveness and progress CITATION Gul12 \l 1033 (Gulua, Ekaterine, 2012), this is a resource that is responsible for rational development of all other resources. The level of human resource development is directly proportionate to the development of the organization, the country's development, and conversely the more developed a country, an organization is, the more appreciated are the people - the main factor of its success CITATION Gul142 \l 1033 (Gulua, Ekaterine;, 2014). The developed countries differ from developing ones by the attitude towards a person, his/her potential. Therefore, organizations need to take care of people in many ways: spiritual, physical, intellectual (basic, emotional, social), career development. Only in this case the organization gets dedicated, case-oriented, highly qualified employees. At the same time, the main moral responsibility for their managing power is simplifying development opportunities for the human being. CITATION Gul11 \l 1033 (Gulua, Ekaterine;, 2011). One of the most interesting issues in human resource management is the management of human resource development. Consequently, it provides good opportunities for scientific research. The main purpose of the functioning of human potential management laboratory is the actualization of these issues at all levels in Georgia. The present work is dedicated to studying employed students’ challenges in Georgia. The issue of employed students’s development is complex and depends on many issues such as: country development level, level of students’ consciousness and their material status, development level of higher education institutions, employers' organizational policies, etc. The aim of the present paper is to evaluate the attitude of the organizations towards the employed students-colleagues.

This study examines campus organization involvement as a mechanism for social capital development. Researchers used analysis of variance (ANOVA) to examine variations in network size, strength, and composition for international students involved in different types of campus organizations. The researchers also examined the relationship of campus organization involvement to international students’ sense of attachment to the university. Students who participated in major-based organizations or leadership programs had larger, less dense, more diverse networks that lead to social networks which are particularly advantageous to social mobility. Students who participated in campus organizations related to their own cultural heritage had networks built of friends from all cultures, creating a greater sense of belonging and attachment to the university. Implications of social capital for practice and future research are discussed.

Introduction. The relevance of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that in today's dynamically developing socio-economic conditions, one of the competitive advantages of organizations is the presence of committed employees. Often, young people who are still studying at a university and have not received a profession can be employees. In this regard, the need to consider various aspects of the organizational commitment of working students is actualized, since there are not enough studies on this issue. The purpose of the empirical study was to study the commitment to the organization in which students of the architectural and civil engineering university work. Materials and methods. The study involved 127 people studying at the St. Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering at the university and working in various organizations. Of these, 59 people are full-time students, 68 people are students of the correspondence department, the average age was 21.6, the average length of service in the current job was 2 years. The study of the content of the personal meaning of the organization was carried out using a modified version of the technique of J. Sacks «Unfinished sentences». To determine the degree of actual commitment, a projective test-drawing "I am in the organization" was used. To measure the level of involvement in professional activities, the Utrecht scale of involvement by A. Bakker, W. Shaufeli was used. The level of affective commitment to the workplace was determined using the WACMQ (Workplace affective commitment multidimensional questionnaire) methodology Morin A. J. S. Results. The average level of indicators of involvement in professional activities was revealed: energy (M=21.2; SD=7), devotion (M=17.1; SD=7.1), absorption in activities (M=21.8; SD=7, one). Working students are more committed to a career (M=28.0; SD=7.1), and then to clients (M=25.1; SD=7.3). Reliably significant differences were found between full-time and part-time students: full-time students are more committed to colleagues, clients and careers (p ≤ 0.05–0.001). For students, the personal meaning of the organization is to receive positive emotions, in creativity, a pragmatic attitude towards the organization, is characterized by a career orientation, is ambivalent. 66% of students showed a high level of actual commitment, 21% of students show a low level, 13% show an average level of commitment to their organization. Correlation analysis revealed links between indicators of commitment to the organization: a pragmatic attitude towards the organization and the presence of career prospects increase the commitment of an employee to the organization (r=0.24; p≤0.01). With an increase in work experience, the commitment to the profession (r=0.20; p ≤ 0.05), the organization (r=0.22; p ≤ 0.05) increases and immersion in activities increases (r=0.27; p ≤ 0 .01). With increasing age, immersion in activities increases (r=0.27; p≤0.01) and commitment to the client decreases (r=-0.18; p≤0.05). Factor analysis showed the presence of signs of organizational commitment inherent in working students: devotion (0.76), actual commitment (0.79), energy (0.69). Conclusion. The results can be applied in organizations when developing measures aimed at forming, maintaining, increasing the organizational commitment of employees, when planning organizational changes, to attract young professionals to the organization, etc.
