The aim for this project is to develop functional clothes for the autumn and the winter season which provides a contrast to the designs presented today by outdoor and sports companies. The target group is fashion oriented city parents that do not hesitate to pay a little extra for a product representing their life style. This project provides a foundation of information to support the idea that it is possible to design technically functional outer wear for children without the sporty look.By using brainstorming and a mood board, a picture collage which gives the essence of the product, the concept “rocky playfulness” was developed. This concept is a contrast to the sporty expression.Throughout the whole project the design process has been the guide to reach the goal. This means that the project started with a primary research on materials, sustainable issues and eco-certificate, competitors, safety and guidelines for children’s wear and requirements from the user and the target group. The process continued by brainstorming and sketching in order to present three concepts. By evaluation using a function analysis one final concept was chosen for further processing.The result is a jacket and a pair of trousers as shell garments in order to use it a longer period of time during the season. The parts of the clothes mostly exposed, are enhanced with stronger, more hardwearing fabric. The choice of colors is black. This is due to the inspiration by a rocky attitude where black is often seen, but it is however not the only reason. Black is a more genderneutral color suitable for both boys and girls. It is also a practical color considering that dirt doesn´t appear as clearly as if the garment had a brighter color.One other important aspect of this project is to use material coherent with recycling and a sustainableway of thinking, focusing on finding functional material which supports this. During the research the material Eco Storm, from the Japanese manufacturer Teijin, was found. It is a polyestermembrane with an outer fabric made of recycled polyester.The conclusion of this project is that it is possible to produce/design functional wear with an urban feeling. This is in itself nothing new, it has been used in adult clothing, but the difference is that the technical function materials are excluded in the children’s wear. With Urban kids this is now also an option for the children.

This study intends to research the current situation that children’s story houses and children’s theaters face as well as establishing a difference between the two. By case study method, including in-depth interviews and observations this study looks at what age group is appropriate for a story house and what age group is appropriate for a theater plus the benefits that these institutions bring to their respective age levels. Children, and their parents, are being less exposed to drama in theaters as they look forward to attending story houses because the shows provide children with fun and lively activities that teach children morals while making them smarter and yet, achieve a balance of physical, social and art.

Following the development and policy promotion of the cultural creative industry worldwide in recent years, and to broach from the construct of station economic policy, the objective in the development strategy and measures of Taiwan’s creative life industry lies in responding to the development of the world economic trend. And by sifting through Taiwan’s local industries for their sustainability, innovativeness and educational significance, the story house have emerged as a feature industry offering core knowledge with innovative, foresight thinking, bestowing a high quality of aesthetics embodying in the product, services, activity and venue, drawing the children to listen to the story and be enchanted with the story. In the 21st century of a digital high-tech era, little seems to have been done by the industry operators to apply and explore the high-tech strategy. In light of which, the study attempts to devise a high-tech strategy by adopting the emerging technology of the “augmented reality” and focusing on the industry’s characteristics, with which to explore how the children’s picture book scan be a feature teaching medium for the industry by integrating it with augmented reality. The study attempts to devise a strategy in applying the augmented reality in children’s picture books by first analyzing and studying pertinent literature on augmented reality, the creative life industry, children’s behaviors, teaching mediums and picture books, and next utilizing the field surveys and the development of an augmented reality system, through which to develop augmented reality-oriented children’s picture books. An evaluation is then conducted with the children, their parents and the industry operators through the storytelling of the augmented reality-based picture books, aided with the experiment, observation, questionnaire and interview methods, to explore where the value of the development of augmented reality-based children’s picture books lies. A summation of the study findings shows, 1. The augmented reality technology is able to conserve the time and cost needed to produce the tangible props of story house for the creative life industry, and cut down the storage space needed to hold the tangible props. 2. Geometric-shaped 3D virtual objects can be easily prompted in an augmented reality DART system. 3. The storytelling of the children’s picture books, as aided by the augmented reality technology, is able to draw the children’s learning motivation, and is helpful to enhance the children’s concentration and learning yield. 4. The augmented reality technology is a fine information tool ideal for creating the picture books, and offers the rudimentary characteristics and educational significance inherent of the picture books. 5. Applying the augmented reality technology in the creative life industry’s “story house” offers a diverse and innovative interacting experience mechanism, making it an innovative digital teaching medium.

The study is a record of the process of thinking dialogue among the children who encounter literature reading. It mainly applies story-telling technique to attract the kids to perform the fiction of The Man who Plants trees. Using paper display to raise questions from students so as to learn how to inquire and approach problems. As the reality and fiction of the story intertwine into their living experience, the kids will assumedly change their narrations and grasp their language expression better. The process may also enhance their capacity to create stories. The research found that the kids may have their imaginative playmates in the role-play games and create non-real characters. They are also capable of prefigure future, face challenge, empathize others and cultivate vivid wisdom. The habit of raising questions and involving in discussions enables their ability to verify according to evidence. As the kids wholeheartedly involved in reading, with their innocence and readiness for reception, they can truly enjoy literary reading. When the kids realize that fictive story can be as moving as real one, they may find the core of discussion. The meaning of discussion is not for an answer, but resides in the process of approaching answers. When kids like the story, they will also expect the process. Adults who desire to have dialogue with kids needs to understand their unique way of dialogue, find the access to do that, listen and appreciate aspects of their lives. By these, kids can become story narrator. It is the best way to reflect literature into our life.

This study conducts a case study for brand development by in-depth interviewing, and the purpose of this study is to investigate how brand managers use story marketing as strategies for developing brand to build up brand advantage. Story marketing has been applied in business management, brand marketing, branding, brand narrating and other brand strategy to produce an outstanding effect and contribution, but in the past marketing researches related to story marketing rarely use comic and animation as well as combined local culture as main issue for story marketing, in order to further construct brand development strategies of a company. This study utilized a silver company, KISS KISS Jewelry which makes continuous animation stories as a research objective to reveal the perceived difference between brand managers and customers when company used a story telling to deliver core branding spirit or meanings. Moreover, in order to decrease the perceived difference, this study provides several appropriate techniques or tactics for story marketing, and further develops brand strategies to build up brand advantages. The results and findings of this study could also provide companies, who attempt to use story telling as brand marketing strategy, with suitable tactics by utilizing appropriate story marketing and brand development strategies. The main points of this study are as follows: (1) this study utilizes textual level strategy to investigate the perceived difference between brand managers and customers when company used a story telling to deliver core branding spirit or meanings; (2) to probe the negotiating circumstance between various media cultures used by brand managers and the meanings of consumption identified and practiced by consumers, and get understanding to the true meanings of consumption when customers purchase jewelry through the application of the constructing interactive model of meanings; (3) this study utilizes KISS KISS silver jewelry company as a case study to investigate how KISS KISS company to strengthen the linking of brand strategy between company and customers when the company is proceeding a story marketing, and further to propose the brand development strategy by utilizing story telling as main issues and tactics.

The major purpose of this research is to explore if drama strategies and education meaning occurring in the activities of Kid’s Story House which influence and benefit childre’s creativities. Whereas the emphasis on aesthetic education of Five Disciplines in recent years, the range of preschool aesthetic education was being defined above all the process of research, and further, made a study of the inner objective of present and creativity. Seeing the industry recent developed if not only lead the parents and children who have less participation in theatre, but also achieve the learning outcomes of creativeness storming via interesting activities as well as indwelling drama strategies. This article adopted action research to proceed with 60 minutes once a week designed course for an art class of independent Story House in Taipei City in a period of 8 weeks. Splitting into 2 groups, one was being the Experimental Group who implement Story House and the other was being the Control Group who will be tested by Thinking Creatively in Action and Movement from Torrance, and supported by analyzing search of documental information alone with records of observation and interview. Analyzing in-and-out teaching of Kid’s Story House performance finds out which type of performance could be improved by problem-discovering in the process of execution. Through this research provide the questioners of the said performed type several positive respond, hope to furnish teachers and participants with different selection to consider if Kid’s Story House can be the medium to complete promoting creativeness of aesthetic education.

In Taiwan region,the National Income(NI) are getting higher.People are having greater consuming potential these days. Therefore,the demand for region shopping centers in Taiwan has rised. However,the development-stratagem of region shopping centers here is still in the situation of chaos. An efficient norm concerning market demands, consumer behaviors, and constructing plans of region shopping centers has not been set up.For investors, this is indeed a high-risk thing to do. In a region shopping center''s development plan,for the investors,when it comes to choose the types of stores,the main investing goal are the best profits. Most profits come form the rent income of gross leasehold areas. Even so,the space arrangement of shopping center''s gross leasehold area are mostly based on the experience of the investors or architect''s design.Most investors don''t put it into consideration that each store type and store kind''s rent level and different square measure of gross leasehold area will have an influence on the benefits of the investors. This study is proceeding in the point of view of investors, analysing proper square measures for different store types and store kinds in gross leasehold areas. So, it emphasises in the rent levels of the type of stores and the kind of stores and also their future variables and tendency. From some previous studies, the feasures and suitable circumstances of each decision-making analysis are shown here. The main point of this study is to find the optimal return and minimum risk. I decided to use Markowitz''s portfolio theory as a core of my study. Because it also involves some variables and uncertainty, I use the fuzzy theory to give those variables some estimators. This will help the investors to find the efficient frontier, and at the same time, take the investor''s non-difference curve of risk into consideration, to find the most proper area utilization rule.
