Aplikasi rekomendasi penyelesaian langkah pada permainan rubik menggunakan algoritma kociemba berbasis adalah sebuah aplikasi atau perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan langkah dalam permainan rubik serta membantu pemain untuk memecahkan permasalahan permainan rubik. Masalah yang dihadapi pemain pemula dalam permainan rubik adalah tidak adanya aplikasi yang dapat membantu pemain untuk menyelesaikan masalah rubik dengan dimensi 3x3. Tujuan dibuatnya aplikasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah pemain pemula untuk mendapatkan langkah dalam menyelesaikan permainan rubik. Algoritma kociemba merupakan sebuah metode yang menghasilkan langkah optimal sebanyak 30 langkah dengan 2 fase (Two Phase) yaitu fase pertama menghasilkan 18 langkah dan fase kedua dengan 12 langkah. Dari metode yang diterapkan dengan menguji perbandingan 10 pemain dengan sistem menunjukan bahwa 7 pemain tidak dapat menyelesaikan permainan rubik dimensi 3x3 dan 3 pemain dapat menyelesaikan permainan rubik dengan waktu lebih dari 10 menit. Namun, aplikasi yang menerapkan algoritma kociemba menghasilkan waktu kurang 1 menit dengan 22 langkah.

Born in Sydney in 1911, Sydney Dattilo Rubbo was educated at Sydney Boys? High School and the University of Sydney (BSc, 1934) before travelling to London to further his studies. He obtained a diploma in bacteriology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (1935) and was awarded a scholarship for microbiological research at the University of London (PhD, 1937). Returning to Australia in 1937, Rubbo took up an appointment as a senior lecturer in the Department of Bacteriology at the University of Melbourne where he taught students of medicine, dentistry, science and agricultural science. A ?brilliant and provocative lecturer?, he inspired a generation of students. He also studied and completed a medical degree (MB, BS, 1943) and in 1945, at the age of 33, was appointed Professor of Bacteriology (Microbiology from 1964), a position he held until 1969.

Rubik küpünün çözümünün hiper gruplar yardımıyla literatürde var olan grup cebirsel yapısından farklı bir cebirsel yapıyla tasarımı sağlanmıştır. Rubik küp çözümünün stratejisinin gelişim kaydedeceği yöntem olarak genelleştirilmiş permütasyon hiper grup kavramı benimsenmiş olup; grup teoride uygulanan yöntemlerin geliştirilmesi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Soyut cebir çalışmalarının uygulama bulması konusunda tüm dünyada yetersizlikler mevcut olmasına rağmen bu çalışma ile Rubik küpün hiper gruplar yardımıyla çözümleme esası elde edilmiş; böylece ulusal ve uluslararası akademik araştırmalara, ülkemizdeki soyut cebir alanında yürütülen çalışmaların uygulaması olması hususunda katkı sunulmuştur. Dolayısıyla Rubik küp yardımıyla literatürde var olan cebir çalışmalarının uygulamaya dönüştürülebilir olduğu kanıtlanmıştır.

The Research and Development aimed to find out the target needs and the learning needs and develop appropriate English learning materials especially for using media in learning process for Grade 5 students at Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Gisting. The purpose of this study is to increase and develop the students’ vocabulary in daily activity. The product of this study is using two different types of rubiks, 2x2 and 3x3 rubik. In each rubik has a worksheet. Based on the material evaluation and implementation, the students can increase their vocabulary using these rubik and the rubik is so useful for learning process.

This research is based on a rubik game involving the coefficient of friction. Rubik when difficult to rotate then the coefficient of friction is large. Rubik has several lubricants including Maru Lube, Ellips, and Kit Shampoo. This study aims to determine friction coefficient between the inclined plane of glass and rubik beams with lubricating. The beam is launched on an inclined plane and measured travel time. The results of the measurement of the coefficient of friction of the three lubricants namely Maru Lube lubricant has a coefficient of friction value of 0.4586, Ellips lubricant of 0.4375, and shampoo Kit lubricant of 0.4630. Based on these data it can be concluded that Ellips lubricant is the most slippery and more effective lubricant to use.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share (TPS) berbantuan alat peraga rubik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan desain pretes-postes dan kelompok kontrol tidak acak (nonrandomized control group, pretest-posttest design) dengan kelompok eksperimen siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran TPS berbantuan alat peraga rubik dan kelompok kontrol siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Dilibatkan 70 siswa SMP di Kabupaten Lamongan dalam pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran kooperatif TPS berbantuan rubik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada prestasi belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif TPS berbantuan alat peraga rubik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional.

The non-linear polypyridylruthenium(ii) complex (Rubb7-TNL) exhibited good antimicrobial activity, but surprisingly was also highly active against cancer cells. The results suggest Rubb7-TNL may have potential as a new anticancer agent.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran TPS berbantu media rubik terhadap hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 03 Bulakan Kabupaten Pemalang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain One Gruop Pretest Posttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Rata-rata nilai pre-test yang diperoleh dengan nilai tertinggi 92 dan nilai terendah 44. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test diperoleh dengan nilai tertinggi 100 dan nilai terendah 60. Hal tersebut telah dibuktikan dalam pengujian hipotesis, yang menyatakan bahwa nilai t-hitung ≥ t-tabel (17,17 > 1,980) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat keefektifan model pembelajaran TPS berbantu media Rubik terhadap hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 03 Bulakan Kabupaten Pemalang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah supaya model pembelajaran TPS dan media Rubik dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative guru dalam mengajar

Industrial areas in Albania have had an important role for many years during the communist regime, but their industrial function declined after the 1990s. This study focuses on the industrial areas of Laç and Rubik, two small towns in Albania. The closing of some industrial activities in these towns has increased environmental pollution and health issues of their inhabitants due to the release of toxic substances in the territory. There were chosen these two towns to compare because: First, they are near each other and are part of the same District of Lezha; Second, they both are two ex-industrial towns which were created by the establishment of the industry, former Chemical and Metallurgical Combine in Laç and former Copper Plant in Rubik; third, in both towns the industry has caused environmental pollution in their vicinity, but mostly on the waters of Mat river; fourth, after the year 1990, when the industry that created them has stopped functioning, they have good possibilities to develop religious tourism. In both towns are two important and much-visited churches: the Church of St. Ndout, Laç and the Church of Shelbuemi in Rubik. Another reason is the lack of studies for the ex-industrial areas in Albania, especially for Laç and Rubik. The main aim of this study is to identify and assess the levels of pollution caused by ex-industrial building (actually not functioning) on land, air, water, and human health and to find the best way for their effective reuse and functional transformation.

Perancangan ini bertujuan membuat media pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini dengan memperkenalkan beberapa warna untuk anak dengan menggunakan permainan rubik sebagai media utama. Data didapat dari wawancara pada salah satu guru PAUD dan observasi langsung di sekolah PAUD SPAS desa Parigi. Perancangan yakni, memilih ide, konsep, tema, pemetaan gagasan, membuat sketsa, merancang digitalisasi dengan vector, coloring, tipografi, hingga final desain. Hasil perancangan secara keseluruhan menghasilkan sebuah permainan yang bisa digunakan untuk media pembelajaran. Media ini terdiri dari media utama yaitu rubik balok pocket (mini), dengan media pendukung berupa buku Quiz, stiker, kemasan, notebook, x-banner, dan gantungan kunci.

ABSTRACT Alkanes are oxidized in Acinetobacter sp. strain ADP1 by a three-component alkane monooxygenase, composed of alkane hydroxylase, rubredoxin, and rubredoxin reductase. rubA andrubB encode rubredoxin and a NAD(P)H-dependent rubredoxin reductase. We demonstrate here that single base pair substitutions inrubA or rubB lead to defects in alkane degradation, showing that both genes are essential for alkane utilization. Differences in the degradation capacity for hexadecane and dodecane in these mutants are discussed. Two genes, estBand oxyR, are located downstream of rubB, but are not necessary for alkane degradation. estB encodes a functional esterase. oxyR encodes a LysR-type transcriptional regulator, conferring resistance to hydrogen peroxide.rubA, rubB, estB, andoxyR constitute an operon, which is constitutively transcribed from a ς70 promoter, and anestB-oxyR containing message is also transcribed from an internal promoter.

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan pilihan untuk pegiriman dan penyimpanan informasi. Informasi tak hanya disimpan di komputer, namun dapat dikirimkan dan disimpan di internet. Informasi juga tak hanya disimpan pada tulisan, namun bisa dilakukan dalam bentuk citra digital, meskipun keamanan yang diberikan masih kurang. Hal ini berakibat rentannya pencurian citra oleh pihak ketiga untuk kepentingan pribadi sehingga bisa merugikan pemilik citra. Penelitian ini menawarkan untuk memberikan pengembangan keamanan pada citra digital. Keamanan tersebut berasal dari enkripsi citra dengan menggunakan algoritma kubus rubik. Keamanan diawali dengan pembangkitan deret kunci baris dan kunci kolom dengan fungsi MD5 berdasarkan kata kunci, kemudian dilakukan pengacakan pada tiap piksel secara horizontal dan vertikal sesuai dengan kunci kolom. Citra yang telah teracak akan mengimplementasikan gerbang XOR pada tiap pikselnya. Sehingga algoritma kubus rubik akan menghasilkan citra terenkripsi. Analisa yang dilakukan adalah tingkat keberhasilan proses enkripsi dan proses dekripsi, senstifitas kunci, serangan citra, kecepatan proses, tipe file penyimpanan, dan media pengiriman yang digunakan. Algoritma kubus rubik disimpulkan aman terhadap serangan kunci dengan parameter perbedaan 1 bit pada kunci baris dan kunci kolom yang digunakan. Penyimpanan tipe PNG memiliki keuntungan yang terbanyak, karena file PNG memiliki ukuran paling kecil dan dapat memberikan hasil dekripsi dengan kecocokan 100% dengan citra asli.

Abstrak Visual Spasial merupakan salah satu kecerdasan yang memungkinkan anak memahami informasi dalam bentuk gambar lebih baik daripada teks Untuk menstimulasi visual spasial anak di TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo digunakan permainan VISIC (Visual Spatial of Rubic),yakni permainan yang menggunakan bangun terdiri dari 4 bagian permainan. Pada bagian pertama rubik terdapat warna-warna yang berbeda. Pada bagian kedua rubik terdapat permainan untuk mencari jalan. Pada bagian ketiga terdapat papan tulis kecil untuk anak menggambarkan imajinasinya. Pada bagian keempat rubik terdapat gambar geometri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilakukan di TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, Jember pada bulan Oktober 2020. Sumber data 3 anak dengan kemampuan visual spasial yang berbeda, dan guru kelas. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, Jember tentang analisis karakteristik kecerdasan visual spasial anak usia 4-5 tahun dalam permainan VISIC (Visual Spatial of Rubic) anak-anak dalam TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, Jember memunculkan karateristik kecerdasan visual spasial.Hal tersebut terjadi secara bertahap. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Visual Spasial, Permainan VISIC (Visual Spatial of Rubic) Abstract Visual Spatial is one of intelligences that allows children to understand information by images better than text.To stimulate the visual spatial of children in TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, VISIC (Visual Spatial of Rubic) is used, a game that uses shapes consisting of 4 game parts. In the first part of the Rubic there are different colors. In the second part of the Rubik there is a game to find a way. In the third part there is a small blackboard for children to describe their imagination. In the fourth section of the rubik there is a geometric drawing. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which was conducted at TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, Jember in October 2020. Data sources were 3 children with different visual spatial abilities, and classroom teachers. Methods of data collection are carried out through observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research at TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, Jember, the analysis of the characteristics of the visual spatial intelligence of children aged 4-5 years in the VISIC (Visual Spatial of Rubic) game children in TK Dharma Wanita II Tempurejo, Jember bring out the characteristics of spatial visual intelligence. Celem badań jest ocena ciemnienia miąższu bulw surowych i gotowanych Helianthus tuberosus oraz określenie ich przydatności do bezpośredniej konsumpcji i przetwórstwa spożywczego. Doświadczenia polowe przeprowadzono w latach 2003–2005 w Parczewie na glebie wytworzonej z piasków gliniastych lekkich, o lekko kwaśnym odczynie. Eksperyment prowadzono metodą bloków zrandomizowanych w 3 powtórzeniach. Czynnikami eksperymentu były 2 odmiany słonecznika bulwiastego: Albik i Rubik. Stosowano pełną dawkę obornika w ilości 25 t  ha-1 oraz nawożenie mineralne w ilości 100 kg N; 43,6 kg P; 124,5 kg K  ha-1. Przeprowadzono ocenę ciemnienia miąższu bulw surowych i gotowanych badanych odmian wg skali 9-stopniowej. Eksperyment wykazał, iż intensywniejszą barwą miąższu bulw odznaczała się część stolonowa niż wierzchołkowa bulw gotowanych. Ciemnienie bulw surowych i gotowanych determinował czynnik genetyczny. Mniejszą skłonnością do ciemnienia miąższu bulw gotowanych oraz surowych po 1 godzinie odznaczała się odmiana Albik. Odmiana Rubik wykazała się natomiast większą stabilnością badanych cech jakości.

This study aims to describe students' mathematical thinking processes in terms of math anxiety. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests, documentation and interviews. The determination of the subject used a purposive sampling technique by taking 5 student level subjects who had very high, high, medium, low, and very low levels of math anxiety. The results showed that in the process of working on the test instrument in the form of HOTS questions, subjects with very low levels of anxiety were able to solve the first and second problems correctly. In the entry phase, the subject fulfills the I know, I want, and introduce rubik. And in the attack phase it fulfills the rubik's try, may be, and why. In the review phase it only fulfills the Rubik's check, and does not meet the rubik reflect and extend. This can be seen from the results of work that does not use a general formula.

Three cultivars of Jerusalem artichoke Albik, Rubik and Gute Gelbe were grown under different nitrogen fertilization regimens: 0, 80 and 120 kg N·ha−1. Phenolic compounds were extracted from tubers using 80% (v/v) methanol. The total phenolics were determined with the Folin–Ciocâlteu reagent and antioxidant activity was assessed using the ABTS (2,2’-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)), FRAP (ferric-reducing antioxidant power), and DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) assays. The content of individual phenolic compounds was determined by HPLC. The effect of nitrogen fertilization on the total phenolics content was observed for the Albik cultivar. In the Rubik variety the lowest content was recorded at fertilization zero, and in the Gute Gelbe variety at this fertilization level the content of phenols was the highest. At fertilization 120 kg N·ha−1, the highest ABTS test results were noted for all cultivars. For the Albik variety no effect of fertilization on the FRAP test results was noted; for the Rubik variety at zero nitrogen fertilization, the value for FRAP was the lowest, and it was the highest Gute Gelbe. The results of the DPPH test in the Gute Gelbe variety did not depend on the fertilization used. In the other two varieties, the lowest DPPH results were obtained at zero nitrogen regimen. Three main phenolic compounds were determined using HPLC. One of them was chlorogenic acid and the other two were derivatives of caffeic acid. The content of chlorogenic acid in tubers of the Gute Gelbe variety depended on nitrogen fertilization; the highest content of this compound was found in the case of fertilization zero. Statistical analysis showed a correlation between the content of phenolic compounds in tubers and their antioxidant potential. The results of this study suggest great potential for using Jerusalem artichoke tubers as a rich source of phenolic compounds with high antioxidant capacity.

This research started from industrial construction in rural area, which is the construction of a cement company in Bayah that give the impact on the environment and social of society, this study used a qualitative descriptive method, the data of research were obtained through interview and documentation study, with the aim to describe how the power relation took place in the village between the head of village and the cement company. To describe this power relation, this research used Gaventa's Power Cube theory, that look at the power from three dimensions of the power cube. These dimensions are the form of power, power space, and power level. The three dimensions above are seen separately, but each other has relationship like rubik cube, which if one dimension is changed, it will have the impact on the others. From this study, there are several findings, that the power relation based on three dimensions of the power cube, the power relation between the village heads and the cement company is related each other when illustrated in a rubik cube.

Many social institutions concerning on education field open English classes for children by recruiting volunteer teachers. However, this voluntary English teaching activity makes the materials provided are not well structured so that the preparation of teaching materials is needed based on the needs of the learners involved. This research aims to identify the English learning needs in Rubik Social School. The method applied are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The subject of research is the students and voluntary teachers. The results of the study include the target needs and learning needs. The target of English learning needs at the Rubik Social School is to support English subjects taught in formal schools and become the basis of skills for further education. The learning materials needed are simple vocabularies and expressions in which topics are close to children such as parts of the body, colours, family, fruits and vegetables and others. English learning is held in a face-to-face meeting and taught by voluntary non-native speaker teachers every week. The results of this study should be continued as material for the syllabus and teaching materials.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengaplikasikan metode studi kasus. Pemerolehan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan data sekunder dari dokumentasi. Analisis data meggunakan model deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa guru bahasa Indonesia kelas VIII SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Azhar Kota Jambi telah melakukan penilaian pada tiga ranah sesuai dengan Kurikulum 13 yaitu, ranah sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang tetap berpedoman kepada rubik penilaian. Penilaian terfokus kepada KD Berita pada aspek mendengarkan dan berbicara, KD Puisi pada aspek membaca, serta KD Slogan dan Poster pada aspek menulis. Namun, dari tiga ranah penilaian tersebut, masih terdapat komponen penilaian yang tidak terlaksana, seperti pada penilaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan, dikarenakan faktor keterbatasan waktu yang diberikan pada masa pandemi covid-19, dan banyaknya materi serta rubik penilaian yang harus diisi. Dari hasil penelitian disarankan agar guru lebih meningkatkan lagi implementasi assesment dalam pembelajaran, baik itu menyusun dan melaksanakan proses penilaian pada tiga ranah penilaian yaitu penilaian sikap, pengetahuan maupun keterampilan. Parents/caregivers are the most important actors in preventing dental caries since early childhood. Parents have a major role in introducing the importance of maintaining dental health in children. One of the methods that parents can use is by telling stories about dental health to children. Based on previous study showing high prevalence of dental caries among children in Semarang City, we would like to initiate a storytelling training program for parents of students studying at Komunitas Rubbik Indonesia, Semarang. The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge of storytelling techniques with children's story books with the theme of dental health. The method that will be used is the creation of dental health education storybooks for children aged 4-7 years and providing training on storytelling techniques for 25 parents of children in the Indonesian Rubbik community. The evaluation of this program shows that parents acknowledge satisfaction with the program and there is a significant difference in the results of pre-test and post-test for parents' knowledge regarding dental health. This activity was able to start the process of using storytelling techniques as a method of dental health education in children.

Pertumbuhan media online yang semakin banyak membuktikankan bahwa pembaca berita lebih tertarik untuk membaca secara online, dikarenakan berita dapat diupdate setiap saat dan kapanpun serta mudah diakses dengan adanya internet. Tercatat ditahun 2019 terdapat 2.700 portal berita yang terverifikasi oleh dewan pers dari total 47.000. hal ini menandahkan bahwa jumlah data berita yang dikelolah setiap hari oleh masing-masing portal cukup sangat banyak. Teknologi website rata-rata digunakan oleh media kabar sudah cukup baik dalam mengelolah informasi berita yang akan ditampilkan, namun banyaknya data berita yang dikelompokan pada jenis-jenis berita saat ini masih dikelompokan secara manual oleh manusia. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya teknik data mining, dapat dimanfatkan dalam pengklasifikasian kategori/jenis/rubik berita yang dilakukan secara otomatis. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes Classifier(NBC) namun sebelum diklasifikasi, data berita berupa teks terlebih dulu dilakukan teknik preprosessing untuk menemukan indeks kata dalam berita yang berbobot, diantara teknik case folding, tokenisasi, stopword dan stemming, algoritma stemming yang digunakan yaitu porter stemmer. Dari hasil uji terhadap 15 data berita yang diklasifikasikan oleh NBC pada tiga ketegori berita sport, otomotif dan finance memperoleh hasil lebih banyak relevan dengan data pakar. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini mampu mengklasifikasi berita sesuai dengan kategori/rubik masing-masing dengan keakuratan sebesar 79%.

Abstract In 1995, the patent protection for the internationally famous Rubik’s Cube expired. Ernő Rubik, the Hungarian inventor of the three-dimensional puzzle, had to find an alternative way to maintain his monopoly on the market and thus had the shape of the Cube registered as a 3D Community trademark in 1996. However, the idea of perpetuating the exclusive rights related to the Rubik’s Cube only proved to be successful for ten years, as in 2006 Simba Toys GmbH & Co. KG, a German competitor of Rubik, filed an application for declaration of invalidity against the 3D Rubik’s Cube trademark. The application was based on the lack of distinctive character, descriptiveness and functionality of the 3D trademark. This was rejected by OHIM. The invalidity case ended up before the Court of Justice of the European Union, upon the appeal of the German competitor. The Court found that the Rubik’s Cube trademarks should have been declared invalid, and transferred the case back to OHIM, which then had to bring a new decision that was in line with the interpretation of the CJEU. The study analyses the two rounds of invalidity proceedings, the key issues which emerged throughout the case, the interpretation of functionality by OHIM and the CJEU, and the legal background and the prospect for 3D shape marks in the EU.

The church monastery ‘Shelbuen’ Rubik in Albania has tourist and historical values, as it is made in a different style from most historical monasteries in the country. On 26 November 2019, the church was hit by an earthquake. This research examines the damage resulting from this earthquake on its masonry and structural elements, as well as their interactions. The research aims to ascertain the extent of damage to the stonework in the church and its seismic resistance. It seeks to propose options for interventions to restore and strengthen the structure. To select interventions, different types of masonry walls of the church are analyzed. different connections of the structural elements are also analyzed, using computer simulations of the whole system in different variations to identify problems and test the effectiveness of their solutions. Geographical and historical data on seismic activity in the region are studied to assess future threats. The paper proposes to carry out a thorough restoration of the masonry walls, restoring the roof and the drainage systems, while adding structural reinforcement to the cracks that have formed to avoid their enlargement. This is to improve the resistance of the Rubik Church to earthquakes and to preserve its historical value. Such techniques will significantly improve the earthquake resistance of the church particularly with regard to shear and seismic displacement.

A positive educational climate is decisive for learning, student well-being and teacher satisfaction. Through a case study focused on three schools with a high level of socio-cultural, linguistic and skills diversity that develop the Rubik educational project, different components that could contribute to generating a good educational climate were analyzed. The constant close and rigorous accompaniment of the teaching staff, the positive expectations towards each student, the decriminalization of error as a fundamental part of learning, the construction of a interdependence network and support among the students, the development of autonomy, responsibility and metacognition about one’s own personal process, the use of methodologies that facilitate personalization and significance, and orientation towards learning and academic achievement are presented as some of the components that generate an educational climate favorable to the inclusion and involvement of students. La creación de un clima educativo es determinante para el aprendizaje, el bienestar del alumnado y la satisfacción docente. A través de un estudio de caso centrado en tres colegios con un alto nivel de diversidad socio-cultural, lingüística y de capacidades que desarrollan el proyecto educativo Rubik, se analizaron diferentes componentes que podrían contribuir a generar un buen clima educativo. El constante acompañamiento cercano y riguroso del profesorado, las expectativas positivas hacia cada escolar, la despenalización del error como parte fundamental del aprendizaje, la construcción de un tejido de interdependencia y ayuda entre el alumnado, el desarrollo de la autonomía, la responsabilidad y la metacognición sobre los propios procesos, la utilización de metodologías que facilitan la personalización y la significatividad, y la orientación hacia el aprendizaje y el logro académico se presentan como algunos de los componentes que generan un clima educativo favorable a la inclusión y la implicación del alumnado.

Both organisms contained at least four alkane monooxygenase gene homologs (alkB1, alkB2, alkB3, and alkB4). In both strains, the alkB1 and alkB2 homologs were part of alk gene clusters, each encoding two rubredoxins (rubA1 and rubA2; rubA3 and rubA4), a putative TetR transcriptional regulatory protein (alkU1; alkU2), and, in the alkB1 cluster, a rubredoxin reductase (rubB). The alkB3 and alkB4 homologs were found as separate genes which were not part of alk gene clusters. Functional heterologous expression of some of the rhodococcal alk genes (alkB2, rubA2, and rubA4 [NRRL B-16531]; alkB2 and rubB [Q15]) was achieved in Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas expression systems. Pseudomonas recombinants containing rhodococcal alkB2 were able to mineralize and grow on C12 to C16 n-alkanes. All rhodococcal alkane monooxygenases possessed the highly conserved eight-histidine motif, including two apparent alkane monooxygenase signature motifs (LQRH[S/A]DHH and NYXEHYG[L/M]), and the six hydrophobic membrane-spanning regions found in all alkane monooxygenases related to the Pseudomonas putida GPo1 alkane monooxygenase. The presence of multiple alkane hydroxylases in the two rhodococcal strains is reminiscent of other multiple-degradative-enzyme systems reported in Rhodococcus.

Ο κλασικός κύβος του Rubik είναι ένα τρισδιάστατο πάζλ με μαθηματική δομή που η επίλυσή του απαιτεί την εφαρμογή ενός αλγορίθμου. Ορισμένα άτομα εμφανίζονται ιδιαιτέρως ικανά στην επίλυσή του αφού δρουν μεθοδικά και αποφεύγουν τις τυχαίες και χρονοβόρες κινήσεις που οδηγούν στις 4,3Χ1019 πιθανές καταστάσεις του κύβου.Προκαταρκτική έρευνα διεξήχθη σε αστική περιοχή με σκοπό να εξεταστούν οι συγκεκριμένες γνωστικές διαδικασίες που ενεργοποιούνται κατά την επίλυση του κύβου. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 11 δεξιόχειρα παιδιά μέσης ηλικίας 10.01 χρόνων, τα οποία δοκιμάστηκαν στην επίλυση του κύβου 3Χ3 αφού πρώτα εκπαιδεύτηκαν σε αυτήν. Επίσης τους χορηγήθηκαν Δοκιμασίες Αξιολόγησης Γενικής Νοημοσύνης, Ειδικών Μαθησιακών Δυσκολιών και Αισθητηριακών Δεξιοτήτων.Τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα αφορούσαν τη σχέση της ταχύτητας επίλυσης του κύβου με i) τη νοημοσύνη, ii) τις γλωσσικές δεξιότητες, iii) τη λεπτή κινητικότητα και iv) το χρόνο εκπαίδευσης στην επίλυση του κύβου.Τα ευρήματα της μελέτης έδειξαν ότι η ταχύτητα επίλυσης του κύβου σχετίζεται θετικά με τη μη λεκτική νοημοσύνη και τη λεπτή κινητικότητα, ενώ η μειωμένη ταχύτητα επίλυσης σχετίζεται με τις γλωσσικές δυσκολίες. Επιπρόσθετα ευρέθη ότι η διάρκεια εκπαίδευσης στην επίλυση του κύβου δε σχετίζεται με τη νοημοσύνη ωστόσο σχετίζεται αρνητικά, σε στατιστικά σημαντικό βαθμό, με τις κινητικές δεξιότητες.Συμπερασματικά, η πιλοτική εμπειρική έρευνα ανέδειξε ότι η επίλυση του κύβου ποικίλει ανάμεσα σε άτομα με διαφορετική γνωστική δυναμική χωρίς ωστόσο να μπορεί να προσδιοριστεί έγκυρα η αιτιολογία. Το θέμα χρειάζεται περαιτέρω διερεύνηση με μεγαλύτερο δείγμα και τον έλεγχο εκείνων των εξωγενών μεταβλητών που επηρεάζουν τα άτομα τόσο κατά την εκμάθηση όσο κατά την επίλυσή του με απώτερο σκοπό την αξιοποίηση του κύβου Rubik στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία.

Selective staining of extracellular vesicles (EVs) is a major challenge for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Herein, the EV labeling properties of a new class of tetranuclear polypyridylruthenium(II) complexes, Rubb7-TNL and Rubb7-TL, as phosphorescent stains are described. These new stains have many advantages over standard stains to detect and characterize EVs, including: high specificity for EV staining versus cell staining; high phosphorescence yields; photostability; and a lack of leaching from EVs until incorporation with target cells. As an example of their utility, large EVs released from control (basal) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated THP-1 monocytic leukemia cells were studied as a model of immune system EVs released during bacterial infection. Key findings from EV staining combined with flow cytometry were as follows: (i) LPS-stimulated THP-1 cells generated significantly larger and more numerous large EVs, as compared with those from unstimulated cells; (ii) EVs retained native EV physical properties after staining; and (iii) the new stains selectively differentiated intact large EVs from artificial liposomes, which are models of cell membrane fragments or other lipid-containing debris, as well as distinguished two distinct subpopulations of monocytic EVs within the same experiment, as a result of biochemical differences between unstimulated and LPS-stimulated monocytes. Comparatively, the staining patterns of A549 epithelial lung carcinoma-derived EVs closely resembled those of THP-1 cell line-derived EVs, which highlighted similarities in their selective staining despite their distinct cellular origins. This is consistent with the hypothesis that these new phosphorescent stains target RNA within the EVs.

El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación es analizar las concepciones existentes sobre los efectos del sistema de control de constitucionalidad en el Paraguay, desde una perspectiva de seguridad jurídica. Por un lado, la doctrina señala que la Constitución y las normas vigentes revelan, de manera expresa, la existencia del efecto inter partes como consecuencia de la declaración de inconstitucionalidad de la Sala Constitucional o del Pleno de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mientras que, por el otro, la interpretación de disposiciones constitucionales realizada por la máxima instancia judicial construye la existencia de un efecto erga omnes cuando las decisiones son tomadas por su Pleno, e inter partes cuando las decisiones son tomadas por la Sala Constitucional. La existencia de estas posturas ¿puede afectar la seguridad jurídica del ciudadano? Para responder este interrogante se recurre a parámetros establecidos por H. Ávila y G. Gómetz, a fin de llegar a conclusiones relevantes que atañen principalmente a aspectos dinámicos y estáticos de la normativa que regula el control de constitucionalidad paraguayo.
