Roofing businesses or businesses in Indonesia have developed quite rapidly in recent years, with various formats and types. In the midst of Indonesia's economic conditions which are experiencing difficult times, the roofing business can still survive because everyone definitely needs housing, for example. The Rooftop retail business has even more potential to develop, as evidenced by the proliferation of this business from big cities to small towns. CV. Maestro Atap Bekasi is a company that sells roof tiles, pvc, tile accessories. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of sales promotion and product quality on consumer buying interest in CV. Maestro Roof Bekasi. There are several variables that are connected, namely Sales Promotion (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Purchase Interest (Y). This method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is Consumer CV. Maestro Roof Bekasi with a total sample of 79 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of data analysis show that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant direct effect on Buying Interest. Product quality has a positive and significant direct effect on Purchase Intention. And UK Sales Promotion has a positive and significant direct effect on product quality. A roofing manufacturer is motivated to increase accountability, minimize risk and differentiate themselves from other manufacturers to increase their sales. In order to achieve this, the manufacturer approached the research group to implement a warranty program that measures the performance information of their systems and applicators. The manufacturer submits a list of warranted jobs to the researchers, researchers perform a satisfaction check by calling the end users and report back to the manufacturer. Concepts utilized by the manufacturer include the use of warranty to ensure performance decreases risk, transparency is the best way to mitigate risk and risk can be mitigated before it happens. The research revealed that warranty program minimizes the risk for manufacturer and clients and helps differentiates the manufacturer by identifying end users that are not satisfied, applicators that are low performing, jobs that are leaking, customer retention rate and having a running log of satisfaction rating for every warranted job.

Small industry "Roof", has a big role in helping the economic life of businesses because they can take advantage of free time in addition to farming so that they can increase their income. For this reason,to get an increase in the income of tile craftsmen, it is necessary to give input on the importance of creativity in tile roofing. The existence of creativity is expected to get an increase in the number of tile sales, especially in the area of Jatisari Village, Kebumen District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Based on the description discussed above, the main problems in this study are: How to develop creativity in roof production to increase the income of tile business in Jatisari Village, Kebumen District, Kebumen Regency? In this study the aim was to find out how to develop creativity in roof production to increase roof business revenues in Jatisari Village, Kebumen District, Kebumen Regency. The results of this study are expected to be useful and provide benefits to all parties, among others: It is expected to be used as a material consideration or input for small industries to pay more attention to aspects that affect the income.

Application of information system on the inventory will provide many benefits for the company in developing company in order to improve the company's performance become more effective and efficient. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies, to know overall about inventory items in the company. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the inventory as a resource physical economy that needs to be held and maintained in order to support the process booking goods and sales in progress PT Monier. PT Monier is as a company manufacturers concrete roofing materials with the production system where the process for creating objects with cross-section of fixed. The methods of analysis used is descriptive data analysis method. Engineering data collection with do the observations to the company, conducting interviews, and route the study library with books, the literary, the materials gained during lectures relevant to the problems examined. Research results shows that the control of inventory items It often happens booking of the goods to the supplier in excess inventory and the shortage of supplies. Due to the lack of regard for the State of inventory items. Inventory data input errors often occur more than once for similar goods give rise to errors in reporting. Then the author here attempted to analyze the problems against information systems inventory items and to find solutions to the fore of the existing problems by fixing a system that is less than optimal. This research was carried out in a manufacturing company producing industrial paints for steel roofing and walling. The level of sales of industrial paint varies and fluctuates depending on product demand from customers. Due to fluctuating demand and forecasting methods for current product demand that is less accurate based only on demand from the previous period, the inventory of imported raw materials has not been optimal. The ARIMA method is used to forecast and then control imported raw material inventories using the probabilistic Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity, safety stock, re-order points and order frequency so as to minimize the total inventory cost. With the probabilistic EOQ method that implements the existence of safety stock will be able to minimize the risk of a shortage of imported raw materials so that the burden of shortage costs can be minimized. The results shows that the proposed method provides a total inventory cost savings of Rp.493,832,731 or obtained a 66% reduce cost compared to the company method

The gamma dose rate exposure levels from different brands of building materials at commercial distribution stores/shops in two major cities in Ondo State, Nigeria, were measured using a well calibrated Inspector 1000 scintillator detector. The results showed that the different brands of building materials which are Corrugated iron sheet, Aluminum roofing sheets, Conduit pipes, Paints, Cement, PVC pipes, Wash hand basin, Bath tub, Water closet, Kitchen zinc, Asbestos, Floor tiles, Wall tiles, Bullet proof door, Binding wire, rings and rods, Red bricks, Galvanized pipes, Copper pipes, Water tanks contributed excess annual effective doses of 0.332 mSv/y and 0.311mSv/y to store keepers in Ikare Akoko and Akure cities respectively. The indoor and outdoor annual effective dose of each of the investigated two cities are correlated using simple linear regression equations. The results of the modeling and experiment show that annual effective dose received by the occupants of these shops/stores was about 12 % higher than what could be received in a typical natural radiation environment in the two cities because the building materials acts as a source of radiation indoor. The research indicated that the typical habit of using poorly ventilated and confined space as stores/shops by the sales men might subject them to internal exposure through inhalation of radon gas and its short-lived decay products. Implementation of the developed equations would definitely promote rapid determination of outdoor annual effective dose through indoor annual effective dose and ultimately save time and other valuable resources.
