This theoretical framework, which is over thirty years old, is part of a traditional vision of marketing; the company must create value for its customers and in the experiential paradigm, this creation involves the setting up of an experiential context aiming at re-enchanting the consumption.This observation has raised several questions for the author: on the one hand can the company create experiments? and on the other hand what do we mean by "re-enchantment"? These are the questions that nourished the initial reflection of this thesis. This reflection led to the formulation of a problem and research questions around the ordinary experience lived by the consumer.In marketing several authors have identified the main aspects that emerge from the ordinary experiences of consumers. Nevertheless, this research does not capture what they represent from the point of view of the consumer. However, from a managerial perspective, identifying the "ordinary" from the consumer's point of view will enable companies to understand where the value they perceive from the experience they have described as ordinary is. Thus, this would allow companies to set up measures devices to improve the ordinary of their customers through the implementation of a daily marketing. Thanks to a qualitative methodology (interviews and photo-analysis), this research examines the understanding of consumers' experiences through experiences they describe as ordinary. With the help of scientific works and the original contribution of literature that this thesis provides an analysis of this ordinary universe through consumption. Searching what constitutes this type of experience makes it possible to interpretative framework which will help understand the meaning that consumers attach to it

Texto completo da fonteNouns-verbs double dissociation is supposed to be an empirical fact and is, as such, commonly referred to in aphasiological litterature ; this work is an attempt to put it to the test. Based on an original experimental material designed to avoid some of the methodological biases met by former works (classically, two variables are studied : a semantic one, through the use of object and action lexemes, and a syntaxic one, through the use of nouns and verbs, and this does not allow to conclude as to whether nouns-verbs double dissociation is a fact or an artefact), we try to bring the performances of aphasic (anomic and agrammatic) patients into light in a multiple case study : their ability at oral denomination of pictures of actions is tested in the case of actions that can be lexicalized both as nouns and verbs. Our aim is to investigate on the occurrence of nouns-verbs double dissociation once the semantic category of the lexical items has been homogenized (actions). In the frame of this work, the collected data have first shown the absence of nouns-verbs double dissociations for aphasics as well as the prominence of morphological factors in lexicon recovery. Our study suggests that the categorial distinction between nouns and verbs should be refined. Hence a strong emphasis on a carefully selected linguistic material ; the linguist is thus brought back at the core of the investigation process. At the same time, the study of some aphasic productions (e. G. Neologisms) in ‘tip of the tongue' type situations enabled us to consider more closely the psycholinguistic processes that may be at work in the course of action production. Thus, inhibitory mechanisms might be at the core of lexicon production. This would imply a new investigation on the automatic/voluntary dissociation as introduced by Baillarger (1865) and Jackson (1866 ;1891). This would allow to consider neurological disturbances in a wider dimension, taking the locutor's complexity into account : as a human being, made of language as well as of affects

Texto completo da fonteReferring to the analysis of the semantic, phonematic and rythmic scheme of the "formulette" from oral tradition on the one hand and to its ways of appropriation by the child in ordinary schools and specialized schools on the other hand, this thesis supports the idea of an interdeoendance between the transmission of the "formulette", its use and the appropriation of the knowledge. The use of this "formulette" characterized by the ability of reproducing the childhood rhythm, is easily recognized in the situation of ploufage" and, in fact, it is the result of several successive acts of appropriation. It links the body, the voice, the rhythm and depends on the qualify of the support given by the mother to her child. Consequently, the study of these differences noted between the ordinary schools and the specialized ones shows that the use or not of the "ploufage" situation is connected not only to the child’s mental organization but moreover to his school results. To be more precise, this thesis has actually helped to show the mental running of a child in both affective and cognitive notions showing the importance of its conflicts dealing with his own emotional experience in the cognitive area

Le premier dispositif a été mis en place dans le cadre d’une recherche-action menée en Communauté française de Belgique se proposant d’implémenter et de pérenniser un dispositif d’intégration/inclusion scolaire. Le second dispositif évalué est constitué de classes de l’enseignement spécialisé de type 8. Les deux dispositifs étudiés s’adressent à la même population, celle d’enfants ayant des troubles/difficultés d’apprentissage et orientés vers l’enseignement spécialisé de type 8.
Nous avons procédé à l’évaluation de la qualité de huit expériences d’inclusion en école primaire et de treize classes d’enseignement spécialisé de type 8. Ces expériences débutaient en 1re année (CP) dans une classe d’enseignement ordinaire (de 12 à 22 élèves) où étaient intégrés 3 à 7 élèves relevant de l’enseignement spécialisé de type 8.
Les résultats présentés reprennent les deux premières années de cette évaluation. À l’analyse de ces différentes dimensions, nous constatons que cette évaluation de la qualité des deux dispositifs comparés est nécessairement à nuancer. Au regard de l’analyse des différentes dimensions et indicateurs pris en considération dans la présente recherche, le dispositif inclusif et celui d’enseignement spécialisé de type 8 se montrent globalement comparables sur les composantes de base (population, objectifs et ressources). Toutefois, ils se différencient fondamentalement par le contexte dans lequel ils se déploient et par la configuration du travail collaboration entre professionnels (co-enseignement et co-intervention). Les résultats montrent des effets légèrement plus positifs en faveur des élèves inclus, surtout en lecture/écriture. Toutefois, la taille de notre échantillon, le caractère de la recherche (recherche-action), des indicateurs contradictoires, etc. ne nous permettent pas de généraliser nos résultats.
De plus, le modèle multidimensionnel d’évaluation de la qualité demande à être interrogé au niveau de son opérationnalisation pour rechercher une plus grande validité, fiabilité et sensibilité. Cependant, ce relativisme ne doit pas occulter le fait que si nous ne pouvons nous prononcer de manière claire envers l’un ou l’autre dispositif, la présente recherche-action a sans doute permis de mieux comprendre les deux dispositifs étudiés et l’émergence d’une configuration originale et crédible de ressources permettant l’inclusion de ces élèves en enseignement ordinaire.

However, their sustainability is understudied in consumer research.Drawing on Neo Institutional Theory, our main purpose in this research is to understand how ordinary consumers and materiality through institutional work sustain an illegal practice. By examining the case of illegal downloading in France from 2008 to 2013, and a qualitative method, based on interviews and secondary data, we show how artefacts are enabling the illegal practice and shape the consumption of pirated content.Results expose how an illegal practice is institutionalized through materiality. Our main contribution is to bring an understanding on how materiality may destabilize an institutional order. We offer also some managerial implications regarding the legal offer of digitalized contents

In 2012 Brazil reached the first place in the international ranking of plastic surgery proportionally per citizen. During the last years there has been a leap in the number of men who undergo plastic surgery with aesthetic and not reparatory purpose, which reflects a change in the forms of use of the masculine body in contemporaneity. Neoliberal ideology has extrapolated the economy limits, has invaded the forms of acting and desiring and has made the body one more asset to be produced and consumed. The market prevails over other forms of belief, serving as a kind of religion to which the subject becomes obedientiary as they face castration. The impact of the discourse of science The impact of science discourse and widespread commoditization leads to the promotion of a homo economicus as to its relation to fruition. Based on to the discourses theory of Jacques Lacan, the research interviewed men who used medical interventions with aesthetic purpose (plastic surgeries, filling with botox, facelift, etc.) and make a peculiar usage of the body. Two cases stood out: one being diagnosed as neurotic and the other as an “ordinary psychotic”. The research ends with the implications on the cultural field of these new ways of subjectivation that priviledge identification to the object rather than its erotical use

Ces contraintes expliquent, au niveau global, une grande convergence des quatre projets : durée des séquences, contenus abordés, présentation des savoirs...
Au−delà des contraintes, subsiste une marge de manœuvre que les enseignants investissent personnellement et qui explique, à un niveau plus local, la diversité des pratiques observées. Ainsi, les scénarios prévus se distinguent par la stratégie d'enseignement (place de la technique opératoire, méthodes de justification de la technique et des propriétés...), par les tâches proposées comme par l'organisation de l'institutionnalisation. Suivant les séquences, les activités des élèves varient sensiblement entre des objectifs de construction de connaissances et de simples applications de techniques, leurs interventions en classe diffèrent tout comme les interactions avec leurs professeurs. En de nombreuses occurrences, des analyses croisées ont cependant confirmé, pour chaque professeur, l'existence d'une cohérence de ses pratiques d'enseignement.

Texto completo da fonteThe ecological transition is investing the field of environmental communication by mobilising two distinct communicational phenomena, documentary film and transitional civic initiatives revealing attitudes that renew the interconnection between our tradition and the living world. By letting our comprehension of the way species function broaden, the permaculture-inspired ecological transition would allow for another relation to others. In communication sciences, players of the transition movement would be focusing on the present in numerous countries, thus encouraging the creativity of its protagonists based on their abilities and ensuring that daily actions would build the world of tomorrow. Developed by individuals with increased capabilities on environmental issues, inclusive, this cultural movement would rely on different narrative structures composing a communication gathering facts and sensitive experiences. From a corpus of movies that marked a turning point in the field of ecological documentary films, and the observation of a new permaculture-based transition project, the research conducted in information and communication sciences using an inductive and anthropological method prioritises the study of processes set up by the protagonists as well as the narrative processes employed, allowing to access interpersonal and inter-groups communications showing how people integrate notions of culture, performativity and acculturation in their daily lives. Texto completo da fonteDeeply embedded in our daily lives, digital technology appears as an essential component of our era. In our mind, this phenomenon is largely addressed by marketing research but remains affected by several limits. On the one hand, we notice that most researches focus on a specific technology. This results in a partial approach of practice’s digital shift. On the other hand, we argue that researches approaching digital shift in a larger scope fail to give social thickness to the use of technology. With this in mind, we adhere to the principles of « sociologie des usages » theoretical framework to enlighten the integration of digital devices into shopping practices. In order to face theoretical challenges related to the practice’s digital shift we introduce the concept of digimorphosis in marketing research. Given the diversity of shopping practices, we propose an application of the concept to grocery shopping. In order to position ourselves as close as shoppers, we opt for a qualitative methodological positioning. Here as well, the challenges related to the digital shift require reconsidering the techniques traditionally used to collect data, bring new ones and combines them to enrich our understanding of shopper’s behavior in a connected world. Our analysis leads to the identification of a three axes analytical framework designed to appreciate the digimorphosis of shopping practices: (1) the community axe which address shopping as a collective practice; (2) the spatio-temporal axe which address shopping as a situated practice; (3) the mercantile axe which address shopping as a practice based on value creation

The subjects were children aged from 9 to 12, mostly children of immigrants, growing up in Belsunce, a working-class neighbourhood in the centre of Marseille. The aim of this thesis is to use children's everyday experiences to reconstruct their perceptions of the social world in a context of globalisation. In a number of children’s ordinary activities, one can see local patterns interact with large-scale realities. While performing these activities the children elaborate and construct ways of categorising the world, form groups that belong and construct the 'other'. Analysing this identity construction in children shows that children make the world explicit using referents to which they attach importance (ethnicity, religion) , while other referents are less important, even though they make a big difference to the child s experience (age, gender). These ordinary categories of activity also result in specific types of relation to the self The children of Belsunce think of themselves as subject through socially-constructed categories, which borrow both from locally available definitions (teacher’s pet, “hooligan”) and from globalised semantic and normative groupings (“illegal” ). Finally, the study shows how children experience being members of certain public institutions, and gives their point of view on the causes of social suffering

It aims at analyzing what is at stakes in this process by means of theoretical tools such as psychology and psychoanalysis. It is also concerned with the understanding of how this «hand to hand» and «presence to presence» practice gets its anchorage in time and how it unfolds it and refers to it. The get together process, as well as my own practice, are the expression of desire – desire of the Other. Each of my paintings is an attempt to answer this single question: «How would the person posing for me like to be painted?». Then, as if guided by his or her wish, my brushes enter into action in order to fulfill it to the best of my abilities – the task is of course impossible, because language implies a loss and gets us apart from one another. Each of us sees oneself as unique, for we are separated from each other: we are indeed surrounded by emptiness. The Other and emptiness don’t belong to the outside, they are part of ourselves. In the field of psychoanalysis, we manage to find our unity through imagination. Psychoanalysis, meditation, alchemy and painting have all in common to be based on practice. Each of these disciplines deals with insight in its own way: in the end they all benefit from each other

Texto completo da fonteBecoming a parent is a major life event that is often associated with feelings of happiness but can also cause psychological distress. The context in which parental adjustment takes place is defined by the characteristics of the parent, the child and the socio-cultural environment in which the parent lives and which influences his state of health and well-being. The context of the first year is particularly marked by the many challenges and adjustments related to the development and specific needs of young children. In addition, the birth of a chronically ill child complicates parental adjustment and can cause stress. To carry out this adjustment, it is necessary for the parent to have resources on which to rely, such as social support and parental self-efficacy (PSE). This thesis work consists of four studies. The first study validates a French adaptation of the Karitane Parental Confidence Scale (KPCS) which measures PSE among parents of children under one year of age. The second study presents a literature review on the relationship between PSE and parental psychological well-being. The third study highlights the mediating effect of PSE on the relationship between social support and parental psychological well-being. Finally, the fourth study proposes a grounded theory that accounts for early parental adjustment in the case of rare abdominal-thoracic disease in children.The results highlight the need to take into account the characteristics of the context in which parents must adjust in order to support them and promote their health and well-being.Keywords: parenthood, parental self-efficacy, social support, health, well-being, parental adjustment, pediatrics, grounded theory

Texto completo da fonteMentally disabled subjects attending a specialized institute and who are subjected to an integration project gothrough a number of experiments marked with failures, unexpected meturus, and exclusions which threaten their well-being. Our study deals with a group of 20 mentally disabled individuals aged 12 to 18 attending an IME (Specialized Education Institute) and members of a traditional sportsclubs. The reasons for these failures could be attributed to a choice of sport which would be unsuitable for the subjects because of their abilities and their real needs. In order to gather field data, we used the interview or observation techniques or both simultaneously through an analysis of speech and observation. The reference to a “conative model” enabled us to set up a conative curriculum personal to every actor in the situation (institutional personnel, club assistants and subjects) and allowed us therefor to identify the actors conations, the socio conative conflicts generated between different groups and particularly their levels and nature. These conflicts stem from the absence of integration mediators both material or human. The setting up of an integration scheme based on a conative pedagogy will enable a permanent assessment and regulation of the activities proposed to the subjects by means of the setting up situations best adapted to their abilities and real needs, thus favouring their well-being

Texto completo da fonte“The vast majority of accidents remain related to the dangerous behaviors of road users”. This straightforward statement is now accepted as a truism by the road safety community, although it is based on questionable premises. The most basic problem is that the research done during last decades was almost completely focused on analyzing solely the failing aspects of driving – accidents, traffic offences, driving errors and mistakes, high-risk and dysfunctional drivers, attitudes and psychological traits that may lead to dangerous driving, etc. In so doing, we came to forget that we still have plenty to learn about the art of ordinary driving. How can we expect to address the entire process of road accidents without first having identified, and clearly understood, the mechanisms of “regular” driving? How can we deepen our understanding of driving behaviors if we are completely ignoring all the usual, “normal” activities people do as they are driving their vehicles? This thesis was realized with the view to better understanding the driving behaviors, taking into account their diversity and richness. The study more specifically looked into the issue of habits, as they are a significant aspect of driving behaviors, but also as they are resilient, in that they pose real barriers to all those who are trying to change individual driving behaviors. In-depth interviews with 30 drivers, male and female, aged between 17 and 54, were meant to answer the following questions, among others: What are the different driving habits made of? To what extent do they direct driving behaviors? How do they hamper the change or modification of adopted practices? What are the factors that lead them to set in? The results of the analysis laid the foundations of a driving behaviors model in which body sensations take a central role, and the habit – which is more related to the idea of comfort than to ideas of automatism or repetition – contributes not only to the sustainability, but also to the regulation of the various behaviors adopted on the roads.
