L’attenzione alla sicurezza, connessa anche ai recenti sinistri relativi agli eventi del caso “Boeing 737 max”, il recente protocollo d’intesa raggiunto tra l’ENAC e la Scuola Superiore della Magistratura, finalizzato ad una maggiore consapevolezza reciproca per portare l’amministrazione della giustizia più vicina possibile alla realtà aviation in cui la stessa si troverà ad operare, e infine il crack Alitalia, hanno imposto un’ulteriore riflessione sulla natura dei problemi afferenti la safety degli aeromobili sia sotto il profilo tecnico (di progettazione, realizzazione o impiego), sia sotto il profilo normativo-giuridico. Questo ha condotto le società operanti nel settore a domandarsi se i loro modelli di raccolta delle segnalazioni e di comunicazione con l’ENAC dovessero essere ripensati, specie in considerazione dell’astratta configurabilità dell’art. 2638 c.c. e del conseguente illecito connesso con l’art. 25ter D.lgs. n. 231/2001. &nbsp; Parole chiave: comunicazioni obbligatorie, enti di vigilanza, ENAC, art. 2638 c.c., safety, modello 231 &nbsp; The recent attention about the safety related to the aviation incident, expecially the "Boeing 737 max" case, the new memorandum of understanding reached between Ente Nazionale Aviazione Civile (“ENAC”) and the Italian Scuola Superiore della Magistratura aimed at greater mutual awareness to bring the justice’s administration as close as possible to the aviation reality, and eventually the Alitalia’s crack, require further reflection on the aircraft safety from a technical standpoint (design, construction or use) and legal point of view. As for the background of the research on the results of direct observations at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu, the learning outcomes of cell material biology were disappointing. The research aims to see the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model on the Improvement of Biology Learning Outcomes for class XI students. The research was conducted at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu. The study population was 35 class XI students. They were using classroom action research methods, referring to Kemmis and Taggart design models. In the initial test, the mean score was 28.57%. In the first test, it increased 62.86%. The second stage increased, the mean of the second result was found to increase to 85.71%, an increase of 22.85% from the first stage test. The improvement of student learning outcomes in class XI MAN 1 Labuhanbatu in Biology Lessons with cell material ≥ 75% was successfully achieved. So that it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can make the learning outcomes of students in class XI MAN 1 Labuhanbatu in Biology Lessons with cell material increase significantly.

The research aims to determine the level of difficulty and differentiation of the exam on the middle semester of the subjects of the Physics class XI MIA 3 in MAN 2 Langsa. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that for the difficulty level was obtained 13 questions (43.33%) Easy, 17 questions (56.66%) Medium and 0 problem (0%) Difficult. The results of the analysis of the differentiator power about 10 questions (33.33%) Received, 16 questions (53.33%) Discarded and 4 questions (13.33%) Fixed. Overall about the middle semester exam of physics subjects in class XI MIA 3 in MAN 2 Langsa year 2018/2019 is categorized as a good question, because it has the largest percentage of difficulty level in the category of moderate problems, namely as many as 17 questions (56.66%) And the largest percentage of the differentiator's power in the category of questions received 10 questions (33.33%).

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on Belief in One Almighty God. Young or early age marriage is a marriage that is carried out when they are not yet 20 years old, both male and female. So that this age becomes one of the obstacles for himself, his family and society to achieve a good life stability. Based on the provisions of Law Number 16 of 2019 it states that marriage is only permitted if a man and a woman have reached the age of 19, whereas in the previous Law No. 1 of 1974 the minimum age for marriage for women was 16 years and for men 19 years old. From underage marriages there are several social problems faced, including promiscuity due to lack of control and effective communication from parents, economic factors, low education factors, cultural and traditional factors, and mass media factors. The fact is that the implementation of marriage at an early age has a negative impact on children, both physically and mentally. Based on the Study Report on Child Marriage in Indonesia, high rates of early marriage can increase the risk of death for mothers and children. Some examples of impacts that can result from early marriage include health problems, the risk of babies born with stunting, hampered education, and inharmonious marriages. Early marriage will certainly lead to underage work because like it or not, early age couples have to make a living for their next life. Because they are underage, of course finding a job will be difficult, this will result in economic difficulties and in the long term, child neglect. In other words, underage marriage can be contrary to the objectives of Islamic law and therefore the Jombang Religious Court prevents underage child marriages in Jombang Regency.

The complexity of the educational problems experienced by our nation by our cannot be solved using one approach, but requires a transdisciplinary approach to solving problems. Transdiciplinarity is a collective approach that utilizes human knowledge and analytical skills to understand larger and more complex systems. The important meaning that marks transdiciplinarity is the process of integration of multidisciplines used to discuss issues or deal with problems. The implementation of transdisciplinary implies the existence of cooperative work or synergy between the people and the sectors involved in it. Transdisciplinary application is used to achieve something beyond the quantitative dimension. The existence of synergy in the transdisciplinary concept is intended to achieve a higher level of harmony than the integration of knowledge which is called a symphony. To find out how management transidisciplinary perspective decision making at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The instruments used in this study were observation. Interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of madrasah, WKM, represents the teacher and the staff that the MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan has carried out decision-making, namely; 1. Decisions in a state of certainty, that is if all the information needed to make a decision is complete, then the decision is said to be in a state of certainty. In other words, when there is certainty, we can predict accurately the results of the action so that the decisions taken by the principal are right on target. 2. Decisions in the a state of risk, namely risk occors when the results of making a decision, even though it cannot be known with certainty, but the value of the possibility can be known. Asked for the views of the oldest, KTU and the Madrasah Head. 3. Decisions in a state of uncertainty is a situation where we cannot make a decision because it has never happened before (the first time), in this situation the head of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, if in making a decision on a problem that has never happened before, still conduct deliberation first with KTU and the madrasah head. 4. Decisions in a state of conflict sometimes decision making is not always smooth.

Kemampuan Problem Solving adalah kemampuan dasar yang dibutuhkan guru dalam menghadapi permasalahan di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan problem solving berdasarkan gender atau jenis kelamin dan perspektif neuroscience pada guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kecamatan Lima Puluh Sumatera Utara.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji independent T-Test. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 70 guru di MAN Kecamatan Lima Puluh Sumatera Utara dengan menyebarkan skala problem solving, menggunakan googleform. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil Uji F 0.040 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.842 ≥ 0.05. Artinya tidak ada perbedaan signifikan kemampuan problem solving berdasarkan gender atau jenis kelamin dan perspektif neuroscience pada guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kecamatan Lima Puluh Sumatera Utara

The purpose of this article is to find out the learning problems faced by students at MAN 1 Banjarmasin, how the teacher's efforts are being taken in overcoming these problems. The method used is qualitative-descriptive, the research found; (1), students experience difficulties in solving assignments and material problems provided by the teacher. The problem factors that occur come from the students themselves. (2) Efforts made by teachers in schools that experience learning problems, namely maximizing their sense of hearing by listening to the teacher when explaining learning material, being guided when children do not understand the learning material and the latter is directed when children do not pay attention to the teacher explaining material in the learning process. Third, the teacher's stages in overcoming student learning problems starting from determining.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas XI Mia I di MAN I Medan dengan model problem based learning tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan din aekolah MAN I Medan. Subjek penelitianini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Mia I di MAN I Medan tahun Pmbelajaran 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 35 orang terdiri dari 1 kelas. Objek penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas XI Mia I di MAN I Medan dengan model problem based learning tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada bentuk desain bercorak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian PTK dilaksanakan dengan prosedur ; tahap perencanaan,,tahap observasi,,tahap pelaksanaan, dan ,tahap refleksi. Adapun besar peningkatan aktifitas menulis teks prosedu siswa adalah sebesar 2.33% dan peningkatan nilai secara klasikal dari hasil tes hasil belajar I ke tes hasil belajar II adalah sebesar 27,33 % atau terjadi peningkatan nilai rata – rata hasil belajar sebesar 5,59.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Kemampuan Menulis Teks Prosedur

AbstractThis research is about design and implementation of information systems in PT XYZ Outlet. The goal is to design and implement an information system that can manage data and inventory management in an integrated and centralized manner. In designing the information system, the Waterfall model is used which has the advantages that have been considered, one of which is conformity to the characteristics of the problems found. Inventory management problems in this study solved using the Min-Max Stock method. The application of the Min-Max Stock method is effective and can reduce inventory costs at PT XYZ. For Chicken Boneless Marinated, Beef Santori Tenderloin, and Coffee Bean items each reduce 5% or IDR 1,610,000, 7% or IDR 1,598,031,648, and 11% or IDR 2,150,000. The results of the design and implementation of this information system can assist in recording and managing inventory that is integrated and centralized.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas mengenai proses perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi pada Outlet PT XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh rancangan dan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem informasi yang mengintegrasikan dan memusatkan pengelolaan pencatatan serta pengelolaan persediaan. Model Waterfall digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi dalam penelitian ini karena memiliki kelebihan-kelebihan yang telah dipertimbangkan, salah satunya adalah kesesuaian dengan karakterisik permasalahan yang ditemukan. Sedangkan metode pengelolaan persediaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Min-Max Stock. Penerapan Min-Max Stock sebagai metode pengelolaan persediaan efektif untuk diterapkan dan dapat memangkas biaya persediaan di PT XYZ. Untuk barang Chicken Boneless Marinasi, Beef Santori Tenderloin, dan Coffee Bean masing-masing menghasilkan penghematan sebesar 5% atau Rp 1.610.000, 7% atau Rp 1.598.031,648, dan 11% atau Rp 2.150.000. Hasil dari perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi ini dapat membantu PT XYZ dalam melakukan proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan persediaan yang terintegrasi dan terpusat.

Careers are the "new world" that individuals will face after studying, professionalism and education. Indeed, a career becomes a vehicle for individuals to develop themselves both aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. For students, career counseling becomes important as a provision to face the world of work. This paper reviews the career counseling program at MAN 1 Medan. The formulation of this study is focused on how the orientation, implementation, and indicators of the success of career counseling programs at MAN 1 Medan. To obtain data, in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation study were carried out. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Finally, the validity of the data is obtained through triangulation techniques (both sources and methods) and perseverance of observation. The results of this study indicate that (1) orientation of career counseling is aimed at attention to the needs and problems of students in developing the careers of students, (2) the implementation of career counseling MAN 1 Medan is given according to student needs, by involving various parties in communicating and coordinating to help students in increasing their students 'potential, and (3) the success of MAN 1 Medan's career counseling program, one of which is shown by the students' interest to go to college quite enthusiastically, even so many students are accepted in various public and private universities, both in Sumatra , Java, also abroad.

The call and mission of Catholic laymen in the Church and in the midst of society is often associated with the parable of the hired people in the Lord's vineyard (Mt 20: 1-16). Changes and various problems which have been occurring in the Church and in the community at all times urge the Catholic community to respond immediately. Catholic lay people are prohibited from becoming spectators when facing various problems and changes being occurred. The question is how and to what extent has the layman tried to live a family life and organize economic, political, legal, social, cultural activities, etc. according to God's plan and will?Answering the question, this paper intends to describe a number of main things, namely: first, lay call and mission in the community, second, Spontaneously answer of lay man to the call and mission of God; third, the perfection and novelty of life; and fourth, the call for holiness of life. This writing is inspired by the parable of the hired men in the vineyard (Mt 20: 1-8).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Solving terhadap kemampuan penalaran dan hasil belajar fisika fluida statis di kelas XI MAN 1 Kepahiang. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dan jenis disain yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control design dengan dua kelas sampel yakni 1 kelas eksperimen dan 1 kelas kontrol. Pengukuran menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik inferensial dan dilanjutkan dengan uji-t dua sampel independen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model Problem Solving terhadap kemampuan penalaran di MAN 1 Kepahiang, yakni thitung 2,4 > ttabel 2,02, dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan model Problem Solving terhadap hasil belajar fisika di MAN 1 Kepahiang yang ditunjukkan dengan thitung 4,41 > ttabel 2,02. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model Problem Solving terhadap kemampuan penalaran dan hasil belajar fisika fluida statis di kelas XI MAN 1 Kepahiang.Kata Kunci : Problem Solving, Kemampuan Penalaran, Hasil Belajar

The philosophy of Martin Buber, a prominent representative of existentialism, is an anthropological pro-ject of understanding the crisis experience of man and society in the 20th century. The evolution of the dialogic idea in the direction of philosophical anthropology is caused by a new vision of historical percep-tion of the problem of man. Moreover, social and personality-oriented motives were decisive in this pro-cess. The path of the problem, from Kant to the present, corresponded to what might be called a situation of reassessment of traditional European values. Buber searches for new spiritual foundations and worldview reference points. He researches the history of human thought and distinguishes between peri-ods of «settledness», when man exists in a stable world, and periods of «homelessness», when man be-comes aware of the homelessness of this world and there takes place his problematization, he becomes a problem for himself. The anthropological perspective is either embedded in cosmological, theological or logological constructions and loses its uniqueness, or acquires a real problematic nature and depth beyond all concepts and schemes. The dialogic perception of philosophical anthropology is organically comple-mented and supported by poetic practices of deep spiritual stories (Hasidism). The author suggests that, due to its complexity, contemporary social reality opens up new possibilities and clarifies the need for di-alogue. Thus, study of M. Buber’s works by historians of philosophy is essential for an adequate under-standing of the present and future of man and humanity.

Pembelajaran biologi di sekolah menuntut siswa agar tidak hanya memahami suatu konsep, prinsip, teori, hukum dan postulat yang berkait dengan kehidupan makhluk hidup beserta interaksinya dengan lingkungan, namun juga memahami bagaimana menghadapi persoalan hidup dan menghadapi fenomena alam yang terjadi di sekitar karena kekuasaan Tuhan sehingga seseorang mampu mengarahkan diri menuju manusia seutuhnya dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual secara holistik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) mampu membangun kecerdasan spiritual siswa kelas X pada MAN 1 Halmahera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, dilaksanakan di kelas X-A. Instrumen tes digunkan untuk mengukur kecerdasan spritual. Analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran biologi berbasis PBL dapat berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan spiritual siswa sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran PBL dapat membangun kecerdasan spritual siswa kelas X MAN 1 Halmahera Selatan.

 Abstract The learning load for madrasas is greater because it accommodates the curriculum program set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology plus a curriculum program related to Islamic religious content set by the Ministry of Religion. This high learning load is carried out in accordance with regulations from the center without any adjustments according to the resources and orientation of education services in each madrasah. This study aims to examine curriculum management which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation at MAN 1 Bekasi City. The results of the research found that curriculum management at MAN 1 Bekasi City was still focused on implementation that had not been well planned and evaluation based on problems. The operational curriculum that has been prepared does not yet describe the practice of educational services carried out at MAN 1 Bekasi City. Input the results of the study to MAN 1 Bekasi City as a proposal to improve curriculum documents.

Competency is a standard of ability required to describe both qualitative and quantitative qualifications of a person. It also underlies the execution of professional duties or technical skills. A person is declared competent in a particular area if he masters the skills related to his field of work. To carry out his duties, a counseling teacher at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh must perform his job professionally so that the counseling guidance process works well. This research discusses the professional competencies that must be owned by a counseling teacher to solve the learning problems experienced by students at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data is obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that counseling teachers at MAN Rukoh have a relevant educational background. Eventually, they have professionally done their work and also responsibly solve student's problems. The counseling teachers at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh provide individual services for students so that their learning problems can be solved well.

his study aims to improve the ability to solve physics problems and student learning outcomes in the materials of Straight Motion Kinematics with the initial ability to use ordinary practicum methods and practicum methods with different procedures. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The subject of this research is class X MIA 2 MAN Sipirok, each class totaling 30 students. Class X MIA 2 uses practicum procedures commonly used in schools. The treatment instruments used were syllabus and lesson plans, and for the test instrument used five questions for problem-solving skills and ten questions for student learning outcomes. The results obtained are the ability to solve physics problems in class XI MIA 2. After learning with practicum methods, the ability to solve problems and student learning outcomes increase. This is indicated by (1) Learning outcomes using the demonstration method have increased from cycle I students who did not pass 70% and passed 30%, in cycle II students who did not pass 25% and passed 75%. This happens because the demonstration method used in the first cycle is the usual demonstration method and in the second cycle uses a demonstration method with different procedures. (2) Aspect of problem-solving according to the indicator of problem-solving has increased namely identifying aspects in the first cycle of 43.52% and the second cycle to 72.53%, aspects of implementing the strategy in the first cycle 56.42% and in the second cycle to 77.63 %, aspects of formulating Physics problems in the first cycle 33.90% and in the second cycle to 76.72%, aspects of interpreting Physics problems in the first cycle 53.52% and in the second cycle to 86.15%. In delivering material, educators still often use conventional teaching methods so that it affects the activeness and understanding of students in learning activities. It is necessary to use the right teaching method so that students can understand the material optimally. This research aims to determine the Development of Problem Solving Methods in Class IX Fiqh Subjects at MAN 9 Jombang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study explain that the Problem Solving Method is intentionally performing procedural tasks in a series of activities, bit by bit systematically. By using the Problem Solving Method in Fiqh subjects, it is very influential on student activity and understanding. The advantage of the Problem Solving Method is that students are trained to think in a structured and systematic way so that students know the implementation of fiqh subjects. The application of the Problem Solving Method in Fiqh subjects is limited in the capacity of students' knowledge, experience and time, this is a drawback of the Problem Solving Method.

This study aims to determine the phenomenon of cyberpiracy based on Instagram at MAN 2 Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative approach; the type of research is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The subjects in this study were 30 students at MAN 2 Ponorogo who were active users of Instagram. Most of them are users of the "Add Yours" feature on the Instagram application. The results of this study are that 96.7% of the negative impacts of using the Instagram application were found, and 30% of students had used this feature due to a lack of understanding of cyber piracy. The negative impact is the Add Yours feature which is a form of cyber piracy crime. Students use this feature only to follow trends. However, after students know this, they no longer use this feature. The formation of morals in today's young generation is needed to limit themselves in dealing with various problems that exist both in the real world and the virtual world.

The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the process of learning Arabic online during the covid-19 pandemic for students of class MAN 1 Makassar city. 2) the problem of learning Arabic online during the covid-19 pandemic class XI MAN 1 Makassar city students. 3) the effort made to overcome the problems of learning Arabic online during the Covid-19 pandemic for class XI MAN 1 Makassar city students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were interview, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that (1) the online learning process consists of planning and implementing learning. Planning by preparing RPP in advance and implementing it using whatsAap and e-learning platforms. (2) the problems of learning Arabic online are internal and external. Internal problems, namely, problems in online learning techniques. There are still many students who have difficulty and do not understand the material, then the problem of motivation and interest. External problems include problems in the family environment, namely there are still parents who do not care about their children's education and problems in the school environment, namely the lack of interaction between students and teachers. (3) Efforts are made to overcome the problems of online learning Arabic during the covid-19 pandemic for class XI MAN 1 students by Arabic language teachers, namely for students who do not understand the material that has been given through online learning, the teacher will hold additional classes scheduled three times per week. Efforts made by students if they do not understand the material, namely watching the material that has been given and asking or discussing with friends.Keywords: problematic, online learning, covid-19.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan model Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi pokok fluida statis di kelas XI semester I MAN 3 Medan T.P. 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA MAN 3 Medan yang berjumlah 6 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah berjumlah 6 soal essay test yang telah divalidasi oleh 2 orang validator dan telah dilakukan uji validitas butir, uji reliabilitas, uji tingkat kesukaran, dan uji daya pembeda. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes 28.92 dan nilai rata-rata postes 77.86, Kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes 28.22 dan nilai rata-rata postes 58.83. Pada uji t dua pihak memperoleh nilai thitung < ttabel yaitu 0.4 < 2.002 maka H0 diterima, berarti kedua kelas memiliki kemampuan awal yang sama. Kemudian hasil uji t satu pihak memperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 7.26 > 1.671 sehingga Ha diterima, Sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan model Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi pokok fluida statis di kelas XI semester I MAN 3 Medan T.P. 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah, Fluida Statis ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the effect of the use Problem Bassed Learning model on students' problem solving skills on the subject matter Static Fluid in class XI semester I MAN 3 Medan T.P. 2019/2020. This type of research is a quasi experiment with a population of all students in class XI MIPA MAN 3 Medan amounting to 6 classes. Research sample consisted of 2 classes determined by cluster random sampling technique, XI MIPA 1 as an experiment class and XI MIPA 2 as a control class. The instrument used is the problem solving skills test amounting to 6 items essay test type, that had been validated by 2 validators and had been item validity test, reliability test, difficulty level test, and distinguishing test. The experiment class gets an average pretes score 28.92 and average postes score 77.86, The control class gets an average pretest score 28.22 and average posttest score 58.83. In the t-test of two parties obtained tcount < ttable which is 0.4 < 2,002, so H0 was accepted, meaning that two classes had the same initial skill. Then in the t-test of one parties obtained tcount > ttable which is 7.26 > 1,671, so Ha was accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application Problem Based Learning model on students' problem solving skills in the subject matter of Static Fluid in class XI semester I MAN 3 Medan T.P. 2019/2020.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, problem solving skills, Static Fluid

The reason of implementation of counseling at school is to help students solving their problems. So that, students learning can be optimized. Several approaches that are often used in school counselors in helping students to solve problems often can not resolve the problems without delay. This is because the counselor is less to understand the character of the students in depth. Guidance and counseling Islam as alternative approaches that can be used to help solve the problems of students, especially students in MAN Kab. Banyumas all Muslim. So the model of Islamic Guidance and counseling is considered very appropriately carried out at MAN Kab. Banyumas, because this approach is in accordance with the norms implemented in the schools. The most fundamental goal of this approach is to help people in realizing himself to be fully human so they able to achieve happiness in this world and in the hereafter. Dasar pemikiran penyelenggaraan konseling di sekolah adalah membantu terentaskannya semua permasalahan siswa. Sehingga siswa dalam belajar bisa lebih optimal. Beberapa pendekatan yang sering digunakan konselor di sekolah dalam membantu memecahkan permasalahan siswa seringkali belum bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan secara tuntas. Hal ini dikarenakan konselor kurang begitu memahami karakter dari siswa secara mendalam. Bimbingan dan konseling Islam sebagai alternatif pendekatan yang bisa digunakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan siswa, terlebih siswa di MAN Kab. Banyumas semuanya muslim. Sehingga model bimbingan dan konseling Islam ini dirasa sangat tepat dilaksanakan di MAN Kab. Banyumas, dikarenakan pendekatan ini sesuai dengan norma-norma yang keseharian dilaksanakan di sekolah-sekolah tersebut. Tujuan yang pa ling pokok dari pendekatan ini adalah membantu individu dalam mewujudkan dirinya menjadi manusia seutuhnya yang mampu meraih kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat.

The purpose of this research and development is to describe the learning process before and after using the problem-based learning Akhlak-Sufism module, the validity and practicality of the problem-based learning Akhlak-Sufism module in Class XI Religion of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. This research is an R&D research using the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implementation-Evaluation) to produce a Problem-Based Learning Morals-Sufism Module. The test subjects in this study were Religious Akhlak-Sufism teachers of Class XI MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. The research subjects were students of Class XI Religion at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. There are 2 types of data in this development research, namely: qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection techniques are: 1. Needs analysis instruments, 2. Validity instruments, and 3. Practicality instruments. The results of the validation of the RPP for the Morals-Sufism Subject were 90% in the very valid category. The validation results of the Problem Based Learning Akhlak-Sufism Module with a percentage of 90% are very valid categories. The results of practicality or limited trials of the Problem Based Learning Akhlak-Sufism Module with a total percentage result of 94% in the very practical category.

Essentially intellectual level of students very heterogeneous between each other, there are uniquely gifted children who have strong interest in the various areas. Children have talented with such types require specific educational services in order to grow their potential so it can actualize themselves optimally. Without relevant education services, gifted children will be the group “wrong parenting children†who failed to provide a significant contribution to the progress of the nation. One form of educational services for students who have exceptional ability and intelligence is through the Acceleration Program (accelerated learning), kind of a program to accelerate the period of study for students who have high intelligence and are entitled to receive special attention in order to stimulate the development of achievements and talents. Therefore, in the learning process in madrasah is needed a proper implementation of the curriculum and can facilitate their potential, especially associated with the Arabic language curriculum as a pillar for education based on Islam. In accordance with the identification of problems arising at the location, this research is limited to the implementation of Arabic language learning in which related with the method and the strategy chosen by the teacher for teaching, the media and the tools needed and applied curriculum, so this study focused on identifying implementation learning Arabic and the problems faced by teachers in teaching Arabic at accelerated classes in MAN 2 Tulungagung. As defined formula, this research was designed using qualitative descriptive approach. This approach was chosen because research will produce descriptive data and then analyzed and interpreted to get a conclusion.

<p>Quality of learning can be affected by the effectiveness of the communication that was built by the teacher in the learning process. To produce an effective learning process, teachers are required to have good communication skills. Therefore, to know the implementation, effectiveness and communication enabling and inhibiting factors in the learning that takes place in an educational institution conducted a study entitled "Analysis of Communication Learning Institute of Islamic Education (Case Studies in Karawang regency MAN)". This study aims to determine the implementation of learning communication, enabling factors, inhibiting factors and the effectiveness of communication and how learning occurs in MAN Karawang regency. Results of this study are expected to provide solutions to the problems of learning communication especially in MAN Karawang regency. The method used is the case study method, the study design using the communication network analysis of Rogers &amp; Kincaid. In this study developed the concept of the fifth components of learning communication, communication source, message communication, communication channels, message recipient, and feedback. Research instruments developed through questionnaires, interviews and field observations. The study was conducted in 4 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Karawang district with a total sample of 120 students and 127 teachers. he results show the communication of the fifth components of learning, which is best done by teachers and students is a component of the message communication with a percentage of 96 %, whereas the lowest was learning media component that is equal to 72 %. Fifth components of learning communication concept which is based on the results of this study suggested to do in madrasah aliyah in Karawang regency.</p><p>Keyword: Learning communication, communication variabel, effectivityy</p>

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir, 2) Bagaimana Hasil Belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir, 3) Bagaimana pengaruh model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) terhadap Hasil Belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning), hasil belajar dari penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) dan bagaimana pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 219 orang siswa dan peneliti mengambil 28 orang siswa sebagai Sampel.. Teknik pengumpulan data penulis yang menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisi data yang diperoleh dari lapangan digunakan rumus Product Moment. Setelah dihimpun dan dianalisis terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits peserta didik di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir. Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) dalam kategori sedang dilihat dari hasil angket yang telah penulis sebarkan kepada 28 siswa kelas X.IPA.1. Penerapan model pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) sudah cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil angket yang menunjukkan Model pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) mencapai 64,28%. Hasil Belajar Peserta didik di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir termasuk dalam kategori sedang dilihat dari hasil ujian yang didaptkan oleh responden, dengan persentase 60,71%. Setelah dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment, maka terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik di MAN 01 Ogan Ilir Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dengan rxy = 0,511. Harga perhitungan product moment lebih besar dari pada harga “r” tabel baik pada taraf signifikansi 5% maupun 1% (0,3738<0,511>0,4785).

As a guidance and counseling teacher, of course, has the task of helping students overcome these problems by identifying learning problems experienced by students, analyzing these problems appropriately, offering learning style solutions or solutions to students solving these learning problems. The point is that students are able to be independent in learning. The results of research conducted by researchers using the DCM questionnaire (Checklist of Problems) to 31 students of class X IIK 2 in MAN 3 Bantul get the highest problem is the problem of study habits. In the aspect of the problem of study habits, the highest item that becomes a problem is irregular learning time, if learning is often sleepy, studying only at night, studying when there are tests, and often feeling lazy to learn. Bk teachers need to make a description of what needs are given to students, how their goals, alternative service and what kind of evaluation to be given to students. Based on the results of the study it has been presented that it is known that students need help providing effective tutoring services that can affect the learning habits of students of class X IIK.

A misconception is a wrong explanation and an idea that is incompatible with the scientific understanding accepted by the experts. Misconceptions often occur because the concepts learned and accepted by students are different. The purpose of this study was to determine how the misconception of guidance and counseling services in SMA and MAN Idi Rayeuk. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the misconception of guidance and counseling services in MAN 1 Idi Rayeuk still occurs because the teacher who serves as a counseling teacher is not a BK teacher but is a graduate of Sociology who is given the responsibility to solve student problems, less because they do not understand the theory and how to implement the BK services provided to students to deal with their problems. Meanwhile, in SMA N 1 Idi Rayeuk, misconceptions do not occur, because the teachers who provide BK services are graduates of S-1 guidance and counseling. The service and implementation of the BK program have started to be carried out well because BK teachers are able to carry out their duties in implementing BK services in accordance with the operational guidelines for the implementation of guidance and counseling for high school (SMA).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan minat belajar Matematika para peserta didik yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Problem-based learning di MAN Kebumen 2 kelas XII IPA, (2) Mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe problem-based learning yang benar/tepat dalam pembelajaran Matematika para peserta didik kelas XII IPA MAN Kebumen 2 yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar (3) mendeskripsikan kelebihan dan kelemahan model pembelajaran kooperatif Problem-based learning dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas XII IPA MAN 2 Kebumen, (4) mendeskripsikan hasil analisis efektivitas penerapan pendekatan model pembelajaran kooperatif problem-based learning dalam meningkatkan minat belajar matematika siswa kelas XII IPA MAN 2 Kebumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA -2 MAN 2 Kebumen tahun 2017/2018. Data yang diperoleh dari instrumen minat belajar dan data observasi di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif Problem-based learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar matematika. Minat belajar yang dicapai siswa meningkat, pada siklus I 20,59% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 79,41%.

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran problem solving dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Aceh Timur pada Semester Ganjil tentang Matriks Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Solving”. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep matriks melalui pembelajaran problem solving. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI. IA1 MAN 1 Aceh Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, sebanyak 31 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) sebanyak 2 siklus dengan 4 kali pertemuan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Kemampuan Koneksi matematis salah satu bagian yang penting dalam proses belajar mengajar matematika yang harus dimiliki oleh para peserta didik untuk membantu mereka menyelesaikan berbagai masalah. Namun, fakta bahwa kemampuan ini masih rendah di kalangan siswa menunjukkan bahwa ada cara yang baik untuk meningkatkannya. Penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah—juga dikenal sebagai problem based learning—dapat diterapkan di dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana model pembelajaran ini dapat membantu siswa dalam peningkatan kemampuan pengkoneksian matematis mereka. Metode campuran digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari semua siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Aceh Barat, termasuk siswa MIA 1. Siswa memiliki kemampuan koneksi matematis yang sedang atau rendah, menurut hasil N-Gain. Dari hasil penganalisaan data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan koneksi matematika pada peserta didik, meskipun belum sepenuhnya memenuhi semua indikator yang ada.

This study aims at describing the problems and abilities of MAN 2 Model students in Medan Helvetia in using Arabic. These problems are analysed based on the students’ ability in Muhadatsah and Qawaid. The study employed mixed research method with descriptive and presentative data analysis. The results showed that in regard to Muhadatsah, Arabic learning activities at MAN 2 Model have a fairly low standard since the students do not have a habit of using Arabic in the school environment so that students are unable to speak Arabic actively dan fluently. Meanwhile, in terms of Qawaid mastery, the students are not provided with systematic materials in learning the rules of Arabic (nahwu-sharaf). The only Arabic learning media relies on textbooks given to the students.

Implementation of religious teachings should be a guideline for human life in order to achieve happiness together. However, in doing social life of human society faced with three problems, namely inability, powerlessness and uncertainty. So today, especially in Bandung, often socio-religious conflict played by the followers of the religion itself. Ironically, the religious teachings of the estuary is often seen as a conflict. This is the dissonance between theory and facts, causing a mismatch. Thus, the researchers want to analyze to these problems, by focusing research on socio-religious conflict resolution in Bandung, whether the function of religion as a cause of conflict or even as conflict resolution.

This research is based on the recruitment process at MAN 3 Palembang which has been running well but requires improvement due to lack of suitability. Therefore, the author formulated research problems and research questions aimed at understanding the planning of educational staff recruitment at MAN 3 Palembang. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach employing qualitative research methods. The informants for this study were the Head of Administration, Administrative Staff, and Committee Chair. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the planning of educational staff recruitment at MAN 3 Palembang is fairly good. The research findings can be seen in the planning of educational staff recruitment at MAN 3 Palembang through the conduct of deliberation activities on departmental needs and the determination of needs based on procedures guided by the ANJAB-ABK owned by the personnel administration department. In conclusion, the author finds that the planning of educational staff recruitment at MAN 3 Palembang is quite satisfactory. With the establishment of targets and goals, formulation of current conditions, identification of all facilities and obstacles, and development of plans. This can be seen from the school's planning of educational staff recruitment by considering the aspects that serve as references or reasons for the recruitment, thus making this planning effective and efficient. Penelitian ini berlatar belakangi proses rekrutmen di MAN 3 Palembang yang telah berjalan baik namun memerlukan perbaikan karena kurangnya kesesuaian. Oleh karena itu, penulis merumuskan masalah penelitian dan pertanyaan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memahami perencanaan rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan di MAN 3 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Tata Usaha, Staff Tata Usaha, Ketua Panitia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan di MAN 3 Palembang berjalan cukup baik. Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dalam perencanaan rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan di MAN 3 Palembang dengan pengadaan kegiatan musyawarah kebutuhan bagian serta penetapan kebutuhan berdasarkan procedural yakni dengan berpedoman pada ANJAB-ABK yang dimiliki oleh bagian tata usaha kepegawaian. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan di MAN 3 Palembang cukup baik. Dengan adanya, menetapkan target dan tujuan, merumuskan keadaan saat ini, mengidentifikasi segala kemudahan dan hambatan, mengembangkan rencana. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari pihak sekolah yang sudah merencanakan rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan dengan melihat aspek yang menjadi acuan atau alasan dilakukannya rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan sehingga perencanaan ini berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.

The research aims describe the discourse components and patterns structure of perdukunan (a person who can make contact with the world of spirit or the world of shamanism, medicine man, healer, exorcist, etc) advertisement. The objective of this research is to analyze the discourse perdukunan advertisement. In addition, the descriptive method combined with sociolinguistic study approach use in this research. Three stage of descriptive method are data collecting, data analysis, and analysis explanation. Data recourse take from Posmo tabloid. The data are described by the theory of discourse analysis and situational aspects on the theory sociolinguistics. Base on the elaboration and the explanation of data, it is found that perdukunan advertisement component and pattern varies. Perdukunan advertisement discourse component consists of problems elements, resolutions of those elements, and the reinforcements of element. The discourse pattern of perdukunan advertisement consists of introduction, body and closing. Those three parts comprised both main components and supporting component. The main component was the information which proved the information of O1 identity, problem and resolution. The supporting component was the proposition which confirmed or supported the information of main components. Those which included in the supporting components were testimony, guarantee and suggestion.

As a component whose benefits are expected, hospital management also focuses on the effectiveness of patient health services. By using appropriate management, problems related to patient complaints, waiting times, drug distribution to the performance of health workers can be measured. The management in question is by applying the concept of Lean. The use of the Lean concept in hospital management is proven to be able to reduce problems in patient care and even hospital organization. This also has an impact on improving the quality of the hospital concerned. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Lean management to improve the quality of service systems in hospitals in Indonesia. This research uses the method of literature study or Systematic Literature Review with national quality scientific journals as data. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the use of Lean management applied in Indonesia is already going well. Hospitals benefit especially in the field of 5M (Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine) utilization.

Abstract This study aims to explain Public Relations in developing the Image of Madrasah Institutions at MAN 2 Ponorogo. To explain the implementation of the Public Relations strategy in developing the image of Madrasah Institutions at MAN 2 Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The results of the analysis show: Public relations at MAN 2 Ponorogo include providing information services from an agency/educational institution to customers (the wider community) and prioritizing good communication. In MAN 2 Ponorogo, there are two types of communication commonly used, namely verbal communication and nonverbal communication. The pattern of public relations strategy at MAN 2 Ponorogo includes four main steps, namely planning by identifying problems and planning programs based on problem analysis, organizing by forming administrators and delegation of authority who will be involved in programs of public relations activities, implementation of program implementation and communication with strategy. and program reporting/evaluation. Implementation of public relations strategy through internal and external activities. By using school strategies, functional, operational. From the results of observations or observations, several problems were found that occurred in teacher job satisfaction. Problems that cause a lack of work engagement, social support and capability for teachers. The aim of this research is to find out how work engagement, social support and work engagement influence teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto. Quantitative techniques were used in this research. The population in this research is non-permanent teachers or GTT at MAN 2 Mojokerto. 35 GTT (non-permanent teachers) at MAN 2 Mojokerto answered the questionnaire used to collect research data. The method used is by distributing questionnaires via the Googleform application. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that: teacher performance satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is significantly influenced by the work engagement component with a t value of -2.342 and a significance of 0.026 > 0.05. According to the research results, teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto is not influenced by social support with a value of t 0.173 and significance 0.863 <0.05. Based on the research results, it is known that capability has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at MAN 2 Mojokerto with a t value of 2.891 and a significance of 0.0007 < 0.05

When man has come to the highest level of achievement of the use of ratio, well known as postmodern era, religion is still believed to be the solution of humanistic problems. Even in the ultimate level of the use of ratio, religion becomes an expectation. This expectation will never be a reality unless religion can play its part in our every day life. Religion nowadays is understood formally, partially and exclusively. This makes it hard for the religion to cope with the ongoing problems encountered by human beings. To make thing worse, this understanding even can lead to a more severe condition where religion is blamed to be the cause of some social chaos, riots, violence, oppression and injustice. Therefore, to make the dream comes true, religion should be able to play its role universally, as the characteristics of its values. Moreover, if it is believed that a religion comes from the Al-Mighty God, the God of all universes, the values and teachings of the religion are values that go into effects to the whole humankind.

This research is motivated by learning difficulties that occur in economics subjects, therefore the teacher's strategy in overcoming student learning difficulties in economics subjects is very necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the economics teacher's strategy in overcoming students' learning difficulties at MAN Purwakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the strategy used by economics teachers in overcoming economic learning difficulties is by using an expository strategy, namely a strategy that emphasizes the process of delivering material verbally from the teacher to a group of students with the intention that students can master the subject matter optimally. Just as the teacher takes a personal approach and provides additional lessons, if there are students who are really difficult to understand the material the teacher is more focused on helping these students, thus the teacher can find out what difficulties students are experiencing and motivate students to leave. of the problems experienced. The conclusion of this study is that the role of the teacher is very large in overcoming student learning difficulties.

Unit Residue Catalityc Cracking (RCC) di desain untuk mengolah treated residue (DMAR) dari ARDHM dan Atmospheric Residue (AR) dari Crude Destillation Unit (CDU) dengan bantuan katalis. Proses pembakaran katalis memerlukan supply Air Instrument sebanyak 100% dari Main Air Blower (MAB) ke regenerator. Sebanyak 70% menuju ke upper regenerator sedangkan 30% ke lower regenerator. pada unit RCC permasalahan utamanya adalah terjadi cut off, Untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya cut off di unit RCC menggunakan Root Couse Problem Solving (RCPS) sehingga ditemukan akar dari permasalahan yaitu Controller memberikan command yang salah sehingga Control valve UCV-702 A, UCV-702 B dan UCV-702 C membuka secara bersamaan. Untuk mengatasi terjadinya cut off sehingga dengan menggunakan metode Fault tree analysis (FTA) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa controller harus diganti karena permasalahan lifetime.

<p><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan modul berbasis <em>Problem Based Learning</em><em> </em>pada materi aturan pencacahan yang layak, valid, dan juga efektif digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian <em>Research and Development</em> (R&amp;D) atau penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu tahap <em>define </em>(pendefinisian), tahap <em>design</em> (perencanaan), dan tahap <em>develop </em>(pengembangan). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA MAN 3 Langkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi modul adalah 4,33 berada pada kategori layak tanpa revisi dengan skor ≥ 2,5. Angket respon guru yang merupakan komponen kelayakan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat positif dengan nilai 94% atau berada di antara interval 85% ≤ RS ≤ 100%. Angket respon peserta didik yang merupakan komponen efektivitas dengan nilai 85% atau berada pada interval 85% ≤ RS ≤ 100% dengan kategori sangat positif. Tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis menunjukkan skor peningkatan 0,42 dengan kategori sedang. Disimpulkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria efektif.<strong></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong></p><p>Modul, <em>Problem Based Learning</em>, Komunikasi Matematis<strong></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong></p><p><em>This research was conducted to develop a module based on Problem Based Learning on enumeration rules material that is feasible, valid, and also effective to measure students' mathematical communication skills. The type of research used is Research and Development (R &amp; D) research or development research which consists of 3 stages, namely the define stage, the design stage (planning), and the develop stage. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA MAN 3 Langkat. The results showed that the result of module validation was 4.33 in the feasible category without revision with a score of ≥ 2.5. The teacher response questionnaire which is a component of eligibility shows very positive results because it is in the 94% interval between the 85% ≤ RS ≤ 100% interval. Student response questionnaire which is a component of effectiveness with a value of 85% in the interval 85% ≤ RS ≤ 100% with a very positive category. Mathematical communication skills test showed an increase score of 0.42 in the moderate category. ABSTRAKSekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa. Karena disekolah siswa dibelajarkan tentang tata tertib dan kedisiplinan, aturan atau tata tertib sekolah berfungsi supaya siswa menjadi disiplin. Secara sederhana disiplin dapat diartikan sebagai sikap patuh, tata dan tertib terhadap peraturan yang berlaku disekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatandeskriptif kualitatif yang membahas tentang peranan Guru PKn dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa. Peran disiplin memang sangat penting bagi setiap individu, apalagi bagi peserta didik. Karena sikap disiplin yang muncul dari kesadaran diri seorang anak akan mengantarkan kepada kesuksesan belajar dan tentunya sikap disiplin itu didukung oleh kesadaran mentaati aturan, norma-norma dan tata tertib yang berlaku agar siswa menjadi individu yang tertib, teratur dan disiplin dalam berbagai hal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan peranan Guru PKn dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa, (2) Mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi oleh Guru PKn dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa, (3) Mendeskripsikan solusi yang dilakukan oleh Guru PKn dalam mengatasi pelanggaran kedisiplinan siswa. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Guru PKn MAN Malang 1 telah membina kedisiplinan siswa dengan baik, (2) Kendala dari pelaksanaan disiplin sekolah kurang disadari oleh siswa dan cenderung melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah dan kurang adanya komunikasi antara pihak sekolahdanguru-guru dengan orang tua siswa terhadap masalah kedisiplinan siswa tetapi hanya sebagian dari guru-guru saja. (3) Solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kedisiplinan siswa, Guru PKn tetap melakukan pengawasan dan selalu mencaritahu permasalahan yang ada pada diri peserta didik dan tentunya pihak sekolah jugaserta guru-guru dan karyawan yang ada di MAN Malang 1 berupaya agar saling kerjasama dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa.Oleh karena itu, tidak hanya petugas tatib saja yang membina kedisiplinan siswa tetapi semua civitas akademik yang ada di MAN Malang 1 harus menyadarinya serta ikut bertanggung jawab yang berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan siswa. Maka dari itu pihak sekolah harus lebih mengefektifkan peraturan tata tertib lebih baik lagi dengan memberikan sanksi kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran agar siswa tidak melanggar peraturan tata-tertib sekolah.Kata kunci : Guru, Siswa, Kedisiplinan.ABSTRACTSchool is formal education institution which is a very important component in developing the students discipline. Since in school the students are taught about the order and discipline, rules or school rules which still work in order to make the students being discipline. Simply discipline can be interpreted as a submissive attitude, order and discipline of the school regulations.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach which discusses about the role of Citizenship teachers in building students discipline. The role of discipline is very important for each individual, especially for the learners. Because of the discipline which appear from a child’s self-awareness will lead to the success of learning and actually discipline was supported by awareness obey the rules, norms and rules that applied in order to make the students become individuals who orderly, organized and discipline in various ways. The purpose of this study were:(1) Describing the role of Citizenship teachers in building the students discipline, (2) Describing the constraints faced by Citizenship teachers in building the students discipline, (3) Describing the solution that applied by Citizenship teachers in addressing violations of the student discipline.From this study we can concluded that: (1) Citizenship teachers at MAN Malang 1 has been built the students with good discipline, (2) The problems in the implementation of school discipline neglected by students and tend to commit violations of school rules and lack of communication among the school and teachers the teacher with students parents on disciplinary problems but only several teachers. (3) The solution was done in addressing student discipline; Citizenship teachers remain to observe and always seek out the existing problems in self-learners and actually also the school and the teachers and employees in MAN Malang 1 should do mutual cooperation in student discipline. Therefore, not only the Rule officer who build the students discipline but all the academic community in Malang MAN 1 should be aware of and take responsibility related to students discipline. Thus the school should streamline further about the disciplinary rules by giving sanction to the student who commits an offense so the students do not violate the rules of school discipline.Keywords : Teacher, Students, Discipline.

In line with the sharp competition due to technological development and environment the that is so dramatically in all aspects of human life, then every educational institution need professional human resources of education in order to provide excellent service and value. In other words, educational institutions are should not only able to provide satisfactory service (customer satisfaction) but also oriented on the value (customer value). The research results show that the development of human resources of education in MAN Bireuen consist of improving human resource education through teacher training. The necessary training is tailored to the needs of teachers. The training was carried out to take upgrade teachers’ performance that was low. Several obstacle faced in the development of education human resources the lack of teacher training and teachers’ knowledge in the field of information technology (IT). To solve these problems can be done through training program of teaching profession (PLPG) which aims to create a professional teacher and Teacher Competency Test (UKG). The Indonesian government should improve the quality of LPTK as teacher producers, and conduct teacher training on information and communication echnology (ICT) intensively.

Abstract: This study aims to describe deeply about the low morale of adolescents such as promiscuity, drug abuse, and fighting. Based on these problems, MAN 2 Ponorogo develops madrassas with a vision of RUBI (Religious, Excellent, Cultured, Integrity).This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study: (1) The stage of differentiation strategy planning begins with the madrasa head creative thinking that is motivated by learning theory. Next, the vision formulation stage which includes the preparation of RKM, RKTM, and RKATM; (2) The stage of implementing the differentiation strategy includes the implementation of activities in madrasas based on RUBI; (3) Evaluation stage, which includes monitoring and evaluation by the team chosen by the madrasa head, so that results are obtained in the form of obstacles in each aspect of RUBI along with solutions for its resolution. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang rendahnya moral remaja seperti pergaulan bebas, penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan tawuran. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, MAN 2 Ponorogo mengembangkan madrasah dengan visi RUBI (Religius, Unggul, Berbudaya, Integritas). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini: (1)Tahap perencanaan strategi diferensiasi diawali berpikir kreatif kepala madrasah yang dilatarbelakangi teori pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, tahap perumusan visi yang meliputi penyusunan RKM, RKTM, dan RKATM; (2)Tahap pelaksanaan strategi diferensiasi meliputi implementasi kegiatan di madrasah berdasarkan RUBI; (3)Tahap evaluasi, meliputi monitoring dan evaluasi oleh tim yang dipilih kepala madrasah, sehingga didapatkan hasil berupa kendala pada setiap aspek RUBI beserta solusi penyelesaiannya.

Today, the people of the World including Indonesia have entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by increasing internet connectivity, as well as the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT). Efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) through education channels are the main key in following the development of the industrial revolution 4.0, one of which can be achieved by optimizing the use and application of digitalization technology in education. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekanbaru applies web-based semester exams in the process of assessment and evaluation of students' learning. This study uses qualitative approach. The results of the study implementation of web-based semester exams history subjects in MAN 1 Pekanbaru there are four stages conducted, namely the petrencanaan stage, the organizing stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage.While the inhibitory factors of the implementation of web-based semester exams are power outages and network loss, devices that often experience problems, exam problems that appear incomplete. The impact of the implementation of web-based semester exams on the effectiveness of historical learning assessment at MAN 1 Pekanbaru is economical, time effectiveness, assessment objectives and easy and flexible.

The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of history learningduring the Covid-19 pandemic and to describe the obstacles and advantages ofhistory learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitativeresearch using descriptive method. Data collection techniques by observation,interviews and documentation studies. The analysis is carried out by collecting dataaccording to the actual facts and then the data is compiled, processed, and analyzedto provide an overview of the existing problems. The results of this study indicate thatthe process of learning history during the covid-19 pandemic at MAN 2 AcehTamiang was based on distance learning using internet media to make it easier toaccess learning materials. the efforts made are by using google classroom, whatsapp,google from to facilitate the learning process, by sending videos, pictures, or notburdening students with many assignments and the advantages of learning historyduring the covid-19 pandemic at MAN 2 Aceh Tamiang, namely teachers can makelesson plans, prepare learning media, facilitate communication in learning, and makelearning more relaxed. As well as barriers to learning history during the covid-19pandemic at MAN 2 Aceh Tamiang, namely students experiencing problems in quotasand signals. During the teaching and learning process, students did not listen to theexplanation of the material from the teacher and some students had to borrow aneighbor's cellphone. It is recommended for teachers to have good competence,especially in using learning methods in history subjects, in addition, history teachersare required to be more creative in the process of implementing history lessons.

Indonesia is a country that always tries to keep up with the developments of the Globalization Era and persuasion, every change of Head of State (President) as well as Change of Minister of Education, curriculum changes are made. The curriculum in Indonesia has undergone several changes until finally a new curriculum was born in 2013, which we usually call the 2013 Curriculum. The 2013 curriculum is running well in several schools. However, without being planned in early 2020 in various countries in the world experiencing the covid-19 pandemic, it has an impact on the learning of school students in Indonesia. What students usually do offline learning is now done boldly. In accordance with the problems that occurred, this study aims to analyze "How to Apply the 2013 Curriculum when online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MAN 2 Madiun". The method used is qualitative based on numbers and data in addition to using literature research. From the results of the study, there were several problems experienced by students and teachers such as lack of understanding of the material, difficulty in communicating, mastery of technology. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many things in the world of education. As educators, teachers must find solutions to any problems that occur so that learning activities continue to run well during the COVID-19 pandemic
