The existing push methods of supply chain information in logistics parks stay on the analysis of data surface, which leads to higher Mae value. Therefore, this paper proposes a push method of supply chain information in logistics parks based on the Internet of Things technology. Firstly, RFID structure is designed by introducing RFID, GPS, infrared, and other Internet of Things technologies to encode the materials in the logistics warehouse; secondly, the supply chain model of the logistics park is established to obtain the general ontology element model of the node enterprises in the supply chain of the park and the interaction business situation model between the node enterprises in the supply chain of the park. Finally, the average value of the node score is subtracted from the score of the node to calculate the information centralized scoring, as well as the establishment of Spark operation framework, to achieve the logistics park supply chain information pushing. In the simulation experiment, the international land port logistics park of a city is selected as a case to test. The experimental results show that the information pushing method of logistics information park supply chain based on Internet of Things technology has higher recommendation accuracy and better performance.

Logistics Park as a highly centralized logistics distribution center, information construction is very an important platform to society. In this paper, Xi'an comprehensive bonded zone as an example, the Internet of things technology for the construction of logistics park information platform focusing on the design of cloud computing data center, and realizing the sharing of logistics information. [3] Logistics Park as a highly centralized logistics distribution center, the establishment of a unified information platform is the development direction of park information application. However, because the logistics park operation is complex and uncertainty, information management platform for the management information systems in general, can not adapt to the characteristics of park operations flexible, restricted the development of the park.

<p class="0abstract">The purpose is to construct smart park platform by using the Internet of Things technology, to realize the access of intelligent systems and equipment within park, and to effectively coordinate the various systems in the park. Taking advantage of the key technologies of Internet of Things and cloud computing, smart park information hardware architecture and technical solutions are put forward, the sensor and wireless Internet of Things are applied to realize the system. The experimental results showed that the system realizes the information sharing, exchange and fusion between the various sensing subsystems, and solves the information islands phenomenon that existed in the past. In conclusion, this system can meet the actual needs of smart park, and provides a certain reference for similar park construction.</p>

Information Communication Technology has become significant to the development and growth of modern tourism. This study aimed to examine the knowledge and use of information and communication at Old Oyo National Park, Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort and Lacampagne Tropicana by using structured questionnaire directed at fifty percent of the total members of staff at the sites. Data indicated that majority of the staff at Old Oyo National Park (82.9%), Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort (95%) and Lacampagne Tropicana (88.9%) were knowledgeable about the use of information and communication technology especially the use of internet and social media. The staff were also a little competent with the use of Information and Communication Technology at Old Oyo National Park (45.7%), Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort (50%) and Lacampagne Tropicana staff (44.4%). Furthermore, the socio-demographic characteristics of the staff has a significant relationship with their knowledge on the existence of Information Communication Technology at the sites. The management need to organize proper trainings for the staff on the use of Information and Communication Technology so as to improve satisfaction of tourists.

The low participation in children's education and the high drop out rate were social problems for the community in Tanjung Pura City. There fore, Pelita reading park was established as an effort to solve this problem. However, in its operation there were several problems faced including: 1) the lack of ability and knowledge of managers in the management of reading park documentation, 2) the service was still manual, 3) most of the dominant reading park activities were in the form of reading books and story telling, 4) the absence of mobile facilities. to be used as a means of service and mobile socialization, 5). lack of facilities and infrastructure. 6) limited used of information technology. The solutions offered were in the form of: assisting partners in building management of reading park based on information systems, designing tools (gerobak pintar) and preparing reading park development programs. The method of activity carried out is mentoring partners to improve the management of reading park so that they have the ability to manage reading park based on information technology and design tools in the form of smart carts. The results of this activity were 1) There was an increase in commitment and a sense of shared responsibility between the manager and the surrounding community as indicated by the increase in the number of the management team to 11 people, 2) an increase in the expertise and skills of partners in reading park documentation management. 3) the availability of gerobak pintar suitable for storing collections of reading materials, 4) the existence of an application system for managing collections of reading [ark based on information technology and 5) increasing public interest in using the Pelita reading park as a means of learning and reading.

Green parks and open spaces are indispensable parts of an urban environment as they play important roles in promoting public health, protecting natural ecosystems and improving socioeconomic conditions of the city dwellers. Hence, the information of green and open spaces in a city needs to be provided to its governing authority and people for better management and utilisation. WebGIS technology is capable of maintaining and disseminating green park information among its users over the web. The availability of open source geospatial software and tools made this technology more cost effective and acceptable to the user community. In present study an interactive and user friendly WebGIS enabled solution is developed for green parks of Kolkata city that facilitates city dwellers and decision makers to search and visualise green parks both on map and satellite image along with park information and ground photo. It is an easy deployable solution that helps in urban planning for creating new as well as preserving the existing green spaces.

Urban parks not only combine the greening of the city with the natural landscape but also are places for people’s daily fitness, leisure, entertainment, and activities to meet their psychological needs. At present, the design of our country’s northeast severe cold city park is not perfect, which cannot fully highlight the regional characteristics and show the local winter natural landscape. Under the background of the lagging development of the northeast severe cold city park, we use artificial intelligence technology and data-driven algorithm to design a new northeast severe cold city elderly friendly park. The experimental results are as follows: (1) we analyze the development trend of population aging in our country. As the main demanders of urban parks, the elderly determined the research direction of the experiment, investigated the needs of different people for the park, and designed the function of the park according to the needs of the park. (2) On the basis of retaining the traditional garden design, show artificial intelligence technology in the design of urban parks and transforming the urban park design with intelligent construction can not only let tourists have better entertainment and exercise but also enable residents to better invest in the park surroundings. Intelligent park design can not only show the unique park landscape but also relieve the pressure of tourists.

Based on the importance of the construction of the regional environmental space of the urban ecological park, research on the topography, geology, hydrology, human activities and other aspects of the ecological engineering area of the park, use Geographic Information System (GIS) and MIKE21 technology to construct the regional environmental space of the urban ecological park, and establish the urban park Eco-engineering river section plane two-dimensional water flow, mathematical model analysis provides predictive engineering, simulating the change characteristics of river flow field and water level under typical flow, and the regional environment of urban ecological park can be used as a construction to ensure the safety of flood discharge and the water level along the line under the flood stability. To study the impact of urban ecological park project flood control on the flow pattern of water. Excessive water velocity can easily cause serious damage to the river embankment, which affects the structural stability of the river embankment of the ecological park and ultimately affects the flood discharge capacity of the ecological park’s rivers. MIKE21 and ecological models are adopted. Analyze the feasibility of the modeling method by numerical simulation, establish the numerical simulation model of the urban ecological park, simulate the ecological regional modeling logic system, predict and analyze the impact of the project on the change of the flood carrying capacity of the river, and provide the engineering research of the urban ecological park.

Bandung Techno Park (BTP) is a Science Park which was established with the primary purpose as a center for technology development and innovation. In the process, Bandung Techno Park attracts many visits from various circles, indicating that at Bandung Techno Park there are resources that could potentially be a visitor attraction. This study aimed to identify the resources of the core (core resources) in Techno Park that can be used as tourism appeal. Method used in this study is the observation to the location of Bandung Techno Park to take the visual data and make records. Then, for more detailed information we conducted a live interview with the manager and the architect as the main resources. From research result it was found few resources of the core attraction in the area of information and communication technology (ICT). Also it was found edutainment concept of the architecture of Bandung Techno Park. The findings of such products as core resources, namely: Mobitick (Mobile Ticketing), U-Kit, Smart Parking System, Posture Check, Incinerator and School Presence System. As the Core resources were identified Techno Park, in this region are expected to be developed into a tourist attraction and become choice of alternative tourism in South Bandung. Further study of the results of this study can be continued for the development of Techno Park as an education tourism product.

The existence of only a paper outline scheme in the National Nature Park Project does not allow to unambiguously interpret the boundaries of the object. Purpose. Development of technique for establishing the boundaries of protected areas. Methods. Cartographic using the ArcGIS geographic information system Results. The basic cartographic document for the study was a scanned map at a scale of 1:50 000 showing the boundaries of the Gomilshansky Forests National Park from the National Nature Park (NNP) Project. The main problem was the lack of elements of its mathematical basis on the map. The IT technology of geo-linking the scanned map of the park boundaries in the GIS environment includes the following actions: linking topographic map sheets at a scale of 1: 50,000 in the ArcGIS geographic information system, saving the relevant geo-linked, transformed copies of the image; visualization of digital geodata with geometry and coordinates of points of boundaries of forest areas (quarters); download the scanned map of the boundaries of the NNP from the Project of creation without geographical reference and perform the procedure of sequential addition of control points of reference; image transformation and saving the result in geotiff format. After that, a polygonal vector layer of * shp format was created and the park territory was digitized according to the NNP Project. The result of the research was a map of the boundaries of the Gomilshansky Forests National Park in geotiff format, geographically linked in the ArcGIS environment, as well as a vector layer of the National Park's territory based on it. Conclusions. The use of the developed technology allows to determine the location of any land plots in relation to the national nature park, knowing their coordinates or uploading the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine to the GIS project.

The use of Instagram social media is used by the community in carrying out many activities ranging from entertainment, doing business, looking for information or other activities. This study examines and discusses how Instagram is used as a promotional medium by the Madiun Umbul Square tourist park which is managed by the Marketing and Creative team through the Instagram account @maduiunumbulsquare and to find out follower responses to posts on the Instagram account @madiunumbulsquare. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through interviews and documentation and then analyzing it using the marketing mix theory or the marketing mix and the linkages to the use of Instagram features. Then test the validity of the data using the source triangulation method.The results of this study state that in promoting the Madiun Umbul Square tourist park using Instagram media in the form of posts, captions, comments, hashtags, tags, likes, followers, mentions, geotagging, Instagram stories, live Instagram and Reels Instagram can support the online promotion process in providing information , and influencing tourists to visit the Madiun Umbul Square tourist park. Based on the results of observations and interviews with several followers, Instagram social media is effective in increasing visitor interest. Evidenced by the statements of followers who know the Madiun Umbul Square tourist park through posts from the @maduiunumbulsquare account. The presence of Instagram social media is effective in increasing visitor interest.

With the rapid development and widespread application of information technology, 5G, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT), the construction of "smart parks" has become a common trend in park development. To create a "smart security" park with core features of security, access control, and energy efficiency, addressing the challenges of difficult monitoring, lack of order, and dispersed timing in the delivery process of inbound logistics vehicles, this study proposes an Intelligent Entry Logistics Vehicle Management System based on IoT technology. This system integrates wireless communication technology, mobile terminal technology, GPS positioning, and vehicle management application services from the Smart Park Data Service Platform to efficiently monitor logistics vehicles within the park. Furthermore, the system focuses on intelligent parking space planning and allocation to provide comprehensive support, including optimizing the processes of vehicle entry and exit and parking. The design goal of this system is to enhance the security of inbound logistics vehicles within the park and provide more convenient parking and cargo handling services.

This study aimed to assess the perception of tourists on the usage of information and communication technology at Old Oyo National Park, Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort and Lacampagne Tropicana by using structured questionnaire directed at 384 tourists randomly; 20 tourists at Old Oyo National Park, 150 tourists at Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort and 214 tourists at Lacampagne Tropicana. Data was analyzed and presented descriptively using tables and inferentially using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results indicated that the tourists mostly made use of internet and social media at the sites. The tourists also perceived that the use of Information Communication Technology would be an innovative approach to solving some of the problems of sustainable tourism development and that use of Information Communication Technology has made work easier and faster. Furthermore, the study indicated significant differences in some socio-demographic characteristics as well as perception on the usage of ICT at the sites (P<0.05). Management of ecotourism sites should therefore create more awareness on the usage of other forms of information communication technology at their sites so as to further enhance tourists’ satisfaction.

This paper reviews the basics of GPS and GIS technology and describes their application for locating trees in rural park and forest settings. During a hazard tree survey in a Massachusetts state park, project members investigated the feasibility of using GPS and GIS to create maps that highlighted individual trees and other landmarks. The project intended to show that GPS and GIS can accurately locate trees. This technology is especially useful for arborists and urban foresters who need to map trees in rural parks, along rural roads and trails, and on large estates and institutional land, where other location methods are impractical. Depending on a variety of circumstances, GPS and GIS can be used in combination with aerial photographs or standard line and symbol maps to create appropriate tree maps for a particular area. Although certain problems still hinder the mapping process, new technology developments will expedite using GPS and GIS to produce maps.

Purpose This study aims to examine technology adoption practices in Chinese theme parks by leveraging text mining and sentiment analysis approaches on actual theme park customers’ online reviews. Design/methodology/approach The study text mined a total of 65,518 reviews of 490 Chinese theme parks with the aid of the Python program. Further, it computed sentiment scores of the customer reviews associated with the ratings of each categorized technology practice applied in the theme parks. Findings The study identified two major categories of technology applications in theme parks: supporting and experiential technologies. Multiple statistical tests confirmed that supporting technologies consisted of three types: intelligent services, ticketing and in-park transportation. Experiential technologies further included five aspects of technologies according to Schmitt’s strategic experiential modules (SEMs): sense, feel, act, think and relate. Originality/value The study findings contribute to the current understanding of theme park visitors’ perceptions of technology adoption practices and provide insightful implications for theme park practitioners who intend to invest in high technology solutions to deliver a better customer experience.

Parking is an unrelenting problem, with more vehicles having an impact on the way how to park a vehicle. Some experts have made various breakthroughs in overcoming parking problems; one of them is using smartphone technology as a system to facilitate the way to park. This study aims to analyse user acceptance using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology UTAUT method with structural equation models (SEM-PLS), against 221 respondents. The result is that performance expectations, effort expectancy, and social influence variables have a significant effect on behavioural intention. Then the facilitating conditions variable and behavioural intention significantly influence the use of behaviour for using smartphone parking systems. Furthermore, this research is expected to help the government to find out what factors affect the parking system.

Sustainable development is one of the three main objectives of geoparks. As China has the largest number of global Geoparks, it is of increasing importance for us. The involvement and support of the local community are indispensable to the sustainable development of the Park. But how to achieve the goal in the network age is a big problem. Taking the practice of Mt. Sanqingshan Geopark in recent years as an example, the paper explores the involvement into the Park construction and management by the local residents in different ways, especially through the modern information technology, such as tourism geographic information system (TGIS), in order to share the fruits of Park development, and achieve the sustainable development of the Geoark.

The informatization of agricultural industry cluster promotes agricultural modernization. However, agricultural industry cluster in China has no real use of modern information technology. It does not form a rational application system and perfect frame structure, and also it has not reached in the true sense of "industrial clusters", further it influences the competitiveness of agricultural regional economy and the individual as a whole. We mainly study the model of agricultural industrial cluster information, combined with the realistic version of the "happy farm", by reference to the network of food pattern, to establish urban modern agriculture Demonstration Park. By SWOT analysis of the construction of the information platform model, we find out that information of agriculture ecological park to solve the main problems, the overall framework of information technology services of public building agricultural cluster model, focus on building the application function module of the realistic version of the "happy farm".

To improve the comprehensive quality of urban community sports parks and enhance the modern life quality of residents, first, wireless communication technology is discussed. Second, the construction of community sports parks and the concept of interaction design (IxD) are explored. Finally, a comprehensive assessment of the construction of sports facilities in the park is carried out. In the research method, a field investigation is carried out on the sports park built in Chongqing first, and the research content is designed according to the investigation results. Then, the current sports park construction results are investigated and evaluated by means of a questionnaire survey. The research results show that the five community sports parks in Chongqing still need to be improved in terms of their comprehensive construction. The most obvious in terms of their essential functions is the Yangtianwo community sports park, which has the lowest comprehensive score of 29 (total score is 60). Subsequently, in the comprehensive evaluation of community sports parks, Yangtianwo has the lowest satisfaction evaluation. Finally, in the evaluation of wireless communication technology, residents have the lowest satisfaction with Dashuijing community sports park, and the evaluation score is 20 (total score is 30). It denotes that the comprehensive evaluation of Yangtianwo is the worst among the five community sports parks. The research not only provides a reference for the construction of community sports parks in Chongqing but also contributes to the comprehensive development of community sports parks.

Science Techno Park (STP) Unand's partnership with various government, business, and legal institutions will continue for the foreseeable future in order to disseminate innovators' knowledge to the larger community. The issue that frequently arises is that the file search procedure is tough to locate. Furthermore, the enormous number of inventors at Andalas University are recorded in Microsoft Excel files, making it difficult for users to locate inventory data. The data that is then entered is frequently duplicated, leaving the user perplexed about the information presented. As a result, at STP Unand's Technology Business Development Center, a web-based cooperative information system was created. The goal is for STP Unand's engagement with partners to be automated, and for data collecting on the number of inventors in Unand to be structured. The SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method is used in this study. SDLC is a software development cycle that encompasses software development techniques, phases, and tools. The waterfall paradigm was used in the design of this application. the waterfall method was successfully used to build or design a collaborative information system application. Based on the outcomes of each stage of the waterfall method, namely analysis, design, coding, and system testing, it is possible to conclude that the design of this collaborative information system application has been successfully built in accordance with needs.

Indigenous knowledge about biodiversity and conservation is valuable and can be used to sustainably manage protected areas; however, indigenous communities continue to be marginalized due to the belief that their values and behaviors do not align with the overarching mission of conservation. This paper explores the extent of local knowledge and awareness of biodiversity, conservation and protected area management of indigenous communities at Khuvsgol Lake National Park, Mongolia. We investigate current levels of biodiversity awareness and explore perceptions toward conservation values and park management governance. Most respondents had a high awareness of existing biodiversity and held positive attitudes toward nature conservation and protected areas; however, insufficient knowledge of park rules and low levels of trust between local residents and park authorities may undermine conservation objectives in the long run. We identify an unequal share of economic benefits from tourism and preferential treatment toward elite business owners as a source of conflict. Limited information channels and poor communication between local residents and park authorities are also a source for low-level participation in conservation activities. Leveraging the increasing use of information communication technology, such as mobile phones, can serve as a new mechanism for improved information sharing and transparent reporting between local communities, conservationists and protected area authorities.

With the rapid development of a new generation of information technology and data systems, there are more and more modern logistics park projects appearing in China. However, in the process of the construction and operation of a logistics park project, there is often a lack of coordination between the multiple parties (usually the government, the development enterprise and the entered enterprises), which leads to a series of problems such as low efficiency and disordered management and so on, finally affecting the project performance. However, few studies have focused on this phenomenon, and prior studies are unclear regarding the impact of multi-agent collaboration on logistics park project performance. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the link between multi-agent collaboration and the logistics park project performance based on survey data from Yunnan Province in China. The empirical analysis was conducted using the partial least squares (PLS)-based structural equation modeling with Smart PLS 2.0. The data analysis results suggest that the three dimensions of multi-agent collaboration (management, mechanism and information collaboration) have a significant positive impact on the performance of a logistics park project. Under different environmental dynamics conditions, different strategies should be adopted by a logistics park project to improve the performance. This study provides a new perspective for understanding the value of multi-agent collaboration in logistics park projects both in theory and practice.

Therefore, it is essential that we tighten our control on each level and break the chain of disaster through disaster monitoring technology, risk assessment technology and emergency rescue technology. And the whole work should be based on the theory of chain-cutting disaster mitigation and the technology of 3S digital information. We should emphasize on the function of disaster prevention when we plan Binhai Industrial Park and design the industrial buildings, improve the technique of comprehensive disaster prevention within the framework of urban planning. With the adoption of certain counter-disaster strategies (the strategies should be related to the natural causing factors of the industrial disaster, such as storm tide), we will achieve our goal of building a disaster-free industrial park.

Cultural and creative industries have the characteristics of spatial agglomeration. They not only show the situation of “local concentration and overall dispersion” as a whole but also have the function of self-strengthening development. In order to improve the service capacity of tTitan aerospace cultural and creative industry space, the park provides high availability and wide bandwidth physical outgoing lines, optimizes the private cloud computing capacity of the park, and improves the high availability performance of the network under the large business mode of the park. Finally, it is found that the increase of/in occupancy rate, GDP, and total service revenue of the park have been improved. In this paper, starting with the current situation of China’s population and the current situation of Fantian business combined with information technology, space aggregation was carried out to build an aviation business park by high-tech means, so that they can attract more talents with high knowledge and high R&D ability to move in and drive the economic development at that time.

With the extensive application of data analysis in various parts of the landscape design process, Building Information Modeling (BIM), City Information Modeling (CIM), and Landscape Information Modeling (LIM) all aim to achieve key data sharing and collaboration in the whole cycle and promote the development of smart cities. Landscape element indicators are complex, diverse, and difficult to quantify, which is one of the reasons for the slow development of LIM. However, with the development requirements of LIM, quantifying landscape elements and transforming landscapes into digital landscape information has become a hot spot in the landscape design industry. Landscape parametric design aims to transform the design elements into quantifiable parameters, obtain the design scheme by changing the value of the parameters, and form the design results based on digital information. It is one of the foundations of LIM. Based on the Rhino + Grasshopper (R+G) platform, this study takes Shuixizhuang Park as an example and establishes the parametric design approach for the park entrance. The approach involves several steps: (1) Confirming the boundary and key points of the park to prepare the basic data for parametric design. (2) Utilizing the Physarealm Algorithm Method (PAM) to simulate crowd paths, the Site Slope Algorithm Model (SSAM) to analyze terrain slope, the Road Intersection Algorithm Model (RIAM) to determine the scope of the park entrance area based on the national and local design codes, and the Crowd Density Algorithm Model (CDAM) and Crowd Convenience Algorithm Model (CCAM) to analyze the density and convenience of the crowd to preliminarily confirm the park entrance. (3) Meeting the basic requirements of the crowd and vehicle gathering and spread by using the Square Area Review Algorithm Model (SARAM) and Parking Lot Review Algorithm Model (PLRAM) to recheck the site area of the park entrance square and park lot to optimize the park entrance. This approach constructs several site analysis models based on the R+G platform and introduces PAM to analyze crowd activity paths, proposing a landscape parametric design method that integrates crowd activity and landscape design requirements. Compared with the classical design, the landscape parametric design derived from the comprehensive data analysis reduces human interference, is more scientific and practical, and better meets the requirements of people entering the park. The approach also provides ideas for other landscape parametric site selections. By adjusting the values of element parameters, the approach can also be applied to the site selection and design of other landscapes.

Abstract Geographic Information Systems (GIS) provide the ability to georeference, or link, historic maps and photographs to current digital map images. The technology allows researchers of historic sporting landscapes to document change, assemble predictive models that identify potential archaeological sites, and more accurately interpret historic sites. This article examines the historic locations of baseball parks in Indianapolis, Indiana, and uses Washington Park to demonstrate GIS methods. Constructed in 1905 and site of the first Negro National League game in 1920, the park was demolished in the mid 1930s. Its landscape had changed so dramatically that no feature of the park can be recognized. The precision of GIS applications allowed the identification of several of the park’s features, including the key location of home plate (86° 10’ 54” W, 39° 46’ 1” N). As a result, several public history interpretive features and programs are being implemented to commemorate this unique landmark of the city’s sports history.

History is also a part of the information that is easily available at this time. One of the famous historical figures from Banjarmasin is Prince Antasari. Prince Antasari is a National Hero of the kingdom of Banjar in his resistance to the Dutch troops. This makes the history of Prince Antasari need to be known by the people of Banjar itself, especially among children. One way of delivering this information without the need for digital technology is through Educational Parks. The approach that will be applied to the Educational Park is the Neo-Vernacular approach. This approach will find unique things that exist in the Banjar traditional building and apply it to the design of the “Prince Antasari Educational Park with a Neo-Vernacular Approach in Banjarmasin City”.

AbstractThe main paper aims to evaluate the impact of organisational competence on knowledge and information flows within cluster organisations and technology parks, with particular emphasis on innovative content knowledge. The paper addresses the research question: “What set of competencies of cooperating companies allows access to information and knowledge in cluster and parks structures?” The authors report their findings from a quantitative study carried out in four cluster organisations and three technology parks functioning in Poland. The research sample covered a total of 269 enterprises: 132 cluster members and 137 park tenants. The primary method of data collection was a survey questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the interdependence of variables, ANOVA, and logistic regression. The research showed that the surveyed enterprises from both analysed groups preferred cooperation with partners of a similar level of competence development and the same or complementary scope of competence. This set of competencies of cooperating organisations also guaranteed better access to information and knowledge resources, including confidential information and new knowledge. This study additionally indicated that the knowledge creation activities performed by the cooperating cluster organisations depended on the proximity of the competencies of organisations as well as on the nature of the information, disseminated within the cluster organisations. The theoretical contribution is related to the results obtained by analysing the phenomenon of information and knowledge dissemination in cluster and park structures, revealing the impact made by the competence proximity of cooperating organisations on the access to this such resources. Thus, the findings supplement the state-of-the-art knowledge of the concept of industrial clusters by presenting a broader view on cooperation developed in geographical proximity, based on a set of various partner competencies.

This study aims to measure the effects of knowledge sharing behavior and the level of informa- tion technology innovation on employee performance on electronic manufacturing company located in Bata- mindo Industrial Park. In this article, the authors use research design methods that are associative through survey by distributing questionnaires to the respondents at random. Then, a mathematical model is established through multivariate regression where the interaction of the independent variables and dependent variable is established. As the results, the study concludes that knowledge sharing behavior partially has no significant effects on employee performance but has significant effect on the level of information technology innovation to performance and simultaneously both variables have a significance effect to employee performance.

AbstrakTaman Rekreasi Sengkaling memiliki luas keseluruhan 9 hektar yang terdiri dari 6 hektar diantaranya ada taman dan pepohonan hijau. Mengingat luasnya Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling, disana tidak ada peta dan tempat lokasi pusat informasi wahana berada di pintu masuk yang tentu akan membuat pengunjung bingung ketika sudah berada didalam Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling ingin mengetahui informasi wahana dan membutuhkan waktu lama dalam mencapai tujuan wahana yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan yang ada, maka dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang bisa memberikan informasi dan navigasi sehingga pengunjung dapat dengan mudah mengetahui informasi wahana dan navigasi menuju lokasi wahana. Augmented Reality adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi dan ataupun tiga dimensi ke dalam lingkungan nyata tiga dimensi. Teknologi Augmented Reality ini digunakan untuk pembuatan aplikasi untuk informasi dan navigasi pada Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Pada pengujian sistem berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dengan 5 pertanyaan kepada 30 responden untuk memakai aplikasi AR Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. Dari pengujian sistem aplikasi AR kepada user yang memilih setuju dengan presentase 91%. Maka hasil yang didapatkan, penggunaan aplikasi Augmented Reality direspon baik oleh pengunjung Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling.Abstract Sengkaling Recreation Park has a total area of 9 hectares consisting of 6 hectares of which there are parks and green trees. Given the breadth of the Sengkaling Recreation Park, there is no map and location of the information center where the vehicle is located at the entrance which would make visitors confused when already in the Sengkaling Recreation Park wants to know vehicle information and takes a long time to reach the desired destination. Based on the existing problems, it requires an application that can provide information and navigation so that visitors can easily find information on vehicle and navigation to the location of the vehicle. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines two-dimensional and / or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real three-dimensional environment. This Augmented Reality technology is used for making applications for information and navigation in Sengkaling Recreation Park. On testing the system based on the results of the questionnaire with 5 questions to 30 respondents to use the AR Sengkaling Recreational Park application. From testing the AR application system to users who choose to agree with a percentage of 91%. Then the results obtained, the use of Augmented Reality applications responded well by visitors to the Sengkaling Recreation Park.

Multi-microgrid collaborative scheduling can promote the local consumption of renewable energy in the smart grid and reduce the operating costs of the power grid park. At the same time, the access of the distributed energy storage (ES) system provides an opportunity to further enhance the park’s peak shaving and valley filling capacity, thereby reducing costs. However, the uncertainty of photovoltaic (PV) power generation and load demand seriously affects the profit maximization of the microgrid in the park. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a stochastic optimal scheduling strategy for industrial park smart microgrids with multiple transformers based on the information gap decision theory (IGDT). We first introduce a revenue maximization model for industrial parks, incorporating a two-part tariff system and distributed ES. Subsequently, we employ an envelope constraint model to accurately represent the uncertainty associated with PV generation and load demand. By integrating these components, we establish the IGDT stochastic optimization scheduling model for industrial parks with multiple transformers. Finally, we simulate and analyze the performance of the proposed IGDT model under various cost deviation factors during typical spring and summer days. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy in mitigating the impact of PV generation and load uncertainty on industrial parks. The IGDT-based scheduling approach provides an efficient solution for maximizing revenue and enhancing the operational stability of industrial park microgrids.

Abstract Purpose This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively, which is conducive to the integration of innovation resources, the coordinated development of innovative subjects, and the improvement of innovation abilities. Design/methodology/approach Based on the Z-Park patent cooperation data, we establish Inter-Enterprise Technology Transfer Network model and apply the concept of Pivotability to describe the key links of technology diffusion and quantify the importance of innovative partnerships. By measuring the topologically structural characteristics in the levels of branch park and the technosphere, this paper demonstrates how technology spreads and promotes overall innovation activities within the innovation network. Findings The results indicate that: (1) Patent cooperation network of the Z-Park displays heterogeneity and the connections between the innovative subjects distribute extremely uneven. (2) Haidian park owns the highest pivotability in the IETTN model, yet the related inter-enterprise patent cooperation is mainly concentrated in its internal, failing to facilitate the technology diffusion across multiple branch parks. (3) Such fields as “electronics and information” and “advanced manufacturing” are prominent in the cross-technosphere cooperation, while fields such as “new energy” and “environmental protection technology” can better promote industrial integration. Research limitations Only the part of the joint patent application is taken into account while establishing the patent cooperation network. The other factors that influence the mechanism of technology diffusion in the innovation network need to be further studied, such as financial capital, market competition, and personnel mobility, etc. Practical implications The findings of this paper will provide useful information and suggestions for the administration and policy-making of high-tech parks. Originality/value The value of this paper is to build a bridge between the massive amount of patent data and the nature of technology diffusion, and to develop a set of tools to analyze the nonlinear relations between innovative subjects.

The accession of the Republic of Belarus to international agreements on the protection of biological and landscape diversity has increased attention to the study of the structure, functioning and preservation of landscapes of protected natural areas. The purpose of the national park “Narochanskiy” is to preserve unique natural complexes as a standard of landscapes, a repository of genetic fund of plant and animal life of Belarusian Poozerye, as well as to increase efficiency of use of the territory of the park, the area of which is 87.1 thousand hectares, in environmental, scientific, educational, tourist, recreational activities. At present, Belarus is developing automated and referral system of protected natural areas using GIS-technologies. As part of the creation of a block of natural structural components of this system, the methodology of digital mapping of landscapes of the national park was developed. The method of digital maps creation with the use of GIS-technology includes inventory and analytical stage of materials collection, mapping of natural landscapes, their assessment for compliance with criteria of rarity and typicality, visualization of information in ArcGIS 10. In the research landscape, geographical, cartographic methods, methods of the geoinformation analysis of data were applied. The information was organized into a geodatabase. Feature datasets contain basic cartographic information (boundaries of the national park, hydrographic network, settlements, roads), as well as thematic layers of quaternary deposits, geomorphometry, soils, vegetation, landscapes. In ArcGIS 10, legends of landscape map and maps of rare and typical natural landscapes of the park have been created. The methodology and results of digital mapping of landscapes can be used to improve the management of the national park “Narochanskiy”.

The article deals with the issue of biodiversity conservation in a unique natural area located in the northern part of the Small Sea. The Zama area is an inaccessible tourist site due to the local road, where you need to drive at least 80 km along a difficult road strewn with boulders. The highway construction project will change the habitats of Red Book and endemic species of the Pribaikalsky National Park (PNP). The article considers the toponymy, climatic and edaphic characteristics of the area. The ecological characteristics and floristic richness of the habitats of plant species in the PNP are also explored. Plant communities of successional type in anthropogenically disturbed areas are described. The reasons for anthropogenic impact and recommendations for the restoration of natural communities are provided. The changes and the effect of human activities are described. The research materials can be used for creating an information basis for decision-making on preventing negative consequences of tourism activities and the environmental safety of Lake Baikal.

With the continuous development of 5G, big data, the Internet of Things (IOT) and other technologies, the smart park will realize data sharing, information processing and transmission, and finally tend to be smart city. There are some problems such as unclear design dimensions, poor interactivity of subsystems and high expansion costs in the development of smart park. In the face of these problems, an application-oriented comprehensive management platform system of intelligent park is designed. It is built on a digital twin software-defined campus which is scalability and flexibility with wisdom in the cloud and application at the end as the core service concept. The overall system architecture and management platform module composition are introduced in which the software defined network (SDN) technology is used to separate the control plane and data plane and the four dimensions of people, things, affairs and space are digitalization in the smart Park. One application carries a variety of park services such as production, official business handling, property administration and so on to realize the effective application of the underlying network facilities. The project of high-tech information intelligent park of the Chinese Sixth Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry Company Limited has been implemented. As an engineering case the platform system can provide personalized design for the park and carry out multi-professional and multi-terminal integrated management, application and display so as to improve the intelligent management level and the service experience to create greater economic and social value.

Abstract This paper aims to describe the actions carried out by the Cyber-park incubator of Sidi Abdellah during the period of 2010–2020 in order to support young project holders. The Cyber-park of Sidi Abdellah is the first Algerian experience of creating a technology park. The project is very ambitious; it reflects the Algerian political will to build an information society and accelerate the transition of Algeria to a knowledge economy. However, through our reading of the statistics provided, we can say that the number of project holders affiliated to the incubator of Sidi Abdullah, especially the number of projects accepted, is still far from the objectives presented by the incubator. On the other hand, we have found that the Cyber-park incubator focuses much more on the training of entrepreneurs, while the financial side is totally absent.

Purpose – The paper aims to present the results of a research project designed to explore the impact of the establishment and operation of a broadband enabled digital training facility at the Mill Park public library, focusing on the role of public libraries in both engaging and educating local communities and exploring issues related to the provision of training through public libraries, benefits or problems in doing so and the relationship to new and existing services. Design/methodology/approach – The paper takes a case study approach, following the development of the training program and changes implemented throughout the first two years of operation. Findings – The Mill Park Library has successfully met, if not exceeded, the goals of promoting broadband services, up-skilling the community and promoting digital readiness within it local community. Both directly and through partnerships with other organisations and schools, it has not only addressed the needs of community members but also engaged them more fully with the library’s other services. Practical implications – The paper offers insight into the value of strong community-based networks in supporting the successful design and implementation of information and communication technology (ICT)-related training programs.
