U radu će se analizirati javno djelovanje Mijata Stojanovića (1818.-1881.) na političkom, pedagoškom i publicističkom polju. Bio je jedan od najistaknutijih hrvatskih pučkih pisaca, učitelja i pedagoga u 19. stoljeću. Znanja stečena cjeloživotnim samoobrazovanjem prezentirao je u učionici, na stručnim skupovima učitelja, u knjigama namijenjenima puku, školskim udžbenicima i u brojnim člancima u političkim listovima i stručnim časopisima. U njima je pisao o ulozi škola u društvu, raznim pedagoškim pitanjima, praktičnim savjetima o gospodarstvu i političkim temama. Preveo je i nekoliko pedagoških priručnika istaknutih stranih pedagoga. Svojim javnim djelovanjem pridonio je transferu ideja i znanja iz drugih europskih zemalja i njihovoj recepciji u Hrvatskoj na političkom i pedagoškom polju.

Magarci se od davnina koriste kao radne životinje, dok se danas najčešće uzgajaju za proizvodnju magarećeg mlijeka, naročito na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima kao važna sirovina u kozmetici i medicini te kao zamjena za humano mlijeko u prehrani novorođenčadi. Mlijeko magarica kao kvalitetna nutritivna namirnica koristi se za jačanje imunološkog sustava i liječenja nekih oboljenja, napose respiratornog sustava i kožnih oboljenja. Kozmetički proizvodi koji sadrže magareće mlijeko, kao što su kreme, sapuni, šamponi itd. njeguju i štite zdravu kožu te liječe problematičnu. Najčešća prodaja je na samom obiteljskom gospodarstvu zahvaljujući današnjoj internetskoj prodaji, sajmovima, dok su neki od tih proizvoda i u samim trgovačkim lancima. U budućnosti je svakako potrebna daljnja promidžba istoga, kao i sama edukacija budućih farmera.

En este artículo se estudia el episodio pluviométrico registrado el día 10 de junio de 2000 en Cataluña. En particular se analiza la lluvia caída en la cuenca de 97 km2 correspondiente a la riera de Magarola en su cruce con la autovía N-II en Esparreguera (Barcelona). Para ello se utiliza información de campo obtenida a partir de radar meteorológico, pluviómetros y pluviógrafos. Sobre la mayor parte de la cuenca se recogieron más de 150 mm de lluvia durante el episodio. También prácticamente sobre toda la cuenca cayeron más de 100 mm en dos horas. El cálculo del período de retorno asociado a la lluvia de 24 horas evidencia la naturaleza excepcional del fenómeno. No obstante la información histórica disponible es insuficiente y solo permite realizar estimaciones con una gran incertidumbre.

Subject of analysis are linguistic and stylistic characteristics of a novel „Magareće godine“ by Branko Ćopić. Published in 1960. this novel presents a story of growing up, friendship, first love, education and mischiefs of a group of children. Analysis was conducted on the level of phonostylistic, morphostylistic, lexicostylistic and semantostylistic. On the level of phonostylistic, stylistic figures of subtraction (syncope and apocope) and adjunction (paragogue) were detected. These figures were used in order to depict characters thoroughly and they indicate on local, mostly provincial and jargon use of language. On the level of morphostylistic very common and specific is use of aorist. Although this verb tense could be substituted with perfect tense, aorist is much more stylistically expressive. Ćopić uses this tense for fast change of actions; for desplaying sudden and lively occurences, as well as at the end or the beggining of direct speech. On the level of lexicostylistic very common is the use of deminutives, augmentatives, exclamations and imitative words. Having in mind, that this literary work is part of literature for children, use of expressive lexic has a function of expressing what is dear, scary, funny or strange to children, or what is small or big. Also, this level of analysis is typical by its use of many nicknames, which is again specific for works from the area of literature for children. Nickanames are created by shortening names and last names, and are also based on physical characteristics or behaviour of its carrier. They mostly have positive meaning, but those of negative meaning are also present. Among lexic and syntactic figures very common is the use of anaphora, rhetorical question, aposiopesis, ellipsis, accumulation (and its varieties), and epizeuxis. On the level of semantostylistic simile is a very common figure. It is used to make expression more lively and to make abstract terms more concrete. Its common use in this litraray work is in order to create humoristic effect. Except this figure, very common is the figure hyperbole. Using semantic figures, together with ellipsis and epizeuxis, Ćopić presents and revives the manner how children speak, and makes this literary work close to those that are intended to read it. Linguostylistic analysis of Ćopić's work „Magareće godine“ has detected that this literary work is abundant is means of expressive lexic, lexic, syntactic and semantic figures, types of aorist and phonetic and phonological figures of substraction and adjunction.

The paper undertakes an analysis of vocabulary of the village Gospodjinci (Voyvodina, Serbia), collected with the help of questionnaire of the “Serbian Dialect Atlas” project (about 400 questions). This dialect belongs to the Shumadiya-Voyvodina dialect, which represents the basis of the Serbian literary language, and the vocabulary of this dialect is quite similar to a literary vocabulary (dialectisms make up 5%). Most of the identified dialectisms are also common outside of the Voyvodina. The lexical corpus under study is also compared with the vocabulary of another Shumadiya-Voyvodina dialect — the dialect of Bela Crkva in North-Western Serbia. With 27% of the answers of questionnaires from two villages differing, 10% are partly varying (in one dialect one word is used whereas in the other — two words). In some cases lexical differentiation between the Gospodjinci dialect and Bela-Crkva dialect reflects common Serbian synonymy. Some of the differential lexemes are important from the geo-linguistic point of view and oppose the dialects of Voyvodina to some of the Serbian dialects: pevac — petao ‘rooster’, verenica -zaručnica ‘bride’, zmija — guja ‘snake’, pule — magare ‘donkey’ etc. Lexical isoglosses allow us to conclude that the area of Voyvodina may be included in both Western and Eastern Serbo-Croatian areas.

Let $S_{h,m}$, $h>0$, $m\in {\mathbb N}$, be the spaces of polynomial splines of order $m$ of deficiency 1 with nodes at the points $kh$, $k\in {\mathbb Z}$. We obtain exact values of the best $(\alpha, \beta)$-approximations by spaces $S_{h,m}\cap L_1({\mathbb R})$ in the space $L_1({\mathbb R})$ for the classes $W^r_{1,1}({\mathbb R})$, $r\in {\mathbb N}$, of functions, defined on the whole real line, integrable on ${\mathbb R}$ and such that their $r$th derivatives belong to the unit ball of $L_1({\mathbb R})$. These results generalize the well-known G.G. Magaril-Ilyaev's and V.M. Tikhomirov's results on the exact values of the best approximations of classes $W^r_{1,1}({\mathbb R})$ by splines from $S_{h,m}\cap L_1({\mathbb R})$ (case $\alpha=\beta=1$), as well as are non-periodic analogs of the V.F. Babenko's result on the best non-symmetric approximations of classes $W^r_1({\mathbb T})$ of $2\pi$-periodic functions with $r$th derivative belonging to the unit ball of $L_1({\mathbb T})$ by periodic polynomial splines of minimal deficiency. As a corollary of the main result, we obtain exact values of the best one-sided approximations of classes $W^r_1$ by polynomial splines from $S_{h,m}({\mathbb T})$. This result is a periodic analogue of the results of A.A. Ligun and V.G. Doronin on the best one-sided approximations of classes $W^r_1$ by spaces $S_{h,m}({\mathbb T})$.

Rad polazi od analize religijski i kulturološki uvjetovanih predrasuda prema figuri magarca koje su posredno utjecale na stereotipno književno predstavljanje magarećeg lika. Dva se književna stereotipa učestalo vezuju uz lik magarca – magareća prerušavanja i magareće metamorfoze. Stereotipno prerušavanje razvijeno u basni (Ezop), kasnije je uglavnom u funkciji književnih alegorija (Lewis,Orwel) u kojima se animalističkim pogledom na svijet nerijetko prenose sociološki i kulturološki opterećene poruke. Metamorfoza ili pomagarčenje tematski otvara i pitanje identiteta i razvojna puta kojim književni lik prolazi, od grijeha i kazne do iskupljenja (Apulej). Funkcionalno, liku je magarca gotovo uvijek dodijeljena ulogasnižavanja, tj. prevođenja s visokog i duhovnog na tjelesno i nisko, što ga vezuje uz parodije i književne travestije (Fauvel, Cervantes, Shakespeare). Lik tovara u hrvatskoj književnosti prešao je književni put od jednostavne frazeološke do složenije simboličke razine. Dok se u Držićevoj Tireni slika tovara vezuje uz uvredljivu psovku ili poslovicu koja odražava predrasude o gluposti i obijesti, slojevito intertekstualno čitanje koje nudi Plač Marka Koćine o izgubljenjutovara u Zavalatici Augustina Draginića, kao i alegorijski epilij Pad s tovara Antuna Kaznačića, otkriva složenije razine funkcioniranja tovarećeg lika, pretežito u funkciji snižavanja i parodiranja žanra.Na kraju rada daje se osvrt na naturalističku novelistiku Marka Uvodića i crtice iz splitske književnosti u kojima je tovar sivac postao simbolom izgubljene težačke prošlosti toga grada. Dok u povijesnim "magarećim" žanrovima magarac ima vlastiti glas da bigovorio umjesto čovjeka o ljudskim problemima i tako posredno predstavljao ljudsko biće, u Uvodićevoj naturalističkoj novelistici, magarcu se oduzima književni glas, te ga u tekstu zastupa autorski pripovjedač. Time se, međutim, obogaćuje metaforički potencijal magarećeg lika – Uvodićev je tovar sivac obespravljeno bićekoje, ne govoreći o sebi ni u svoje ime, nijemom i gotovo metafizički uzvišenom patnjom demonstrira bestijalnost čovjeka.

The problem of optimal recovery is considered for functions from their Fourier coefficients known with error. In a more general statement,this problem for the classes of smooth and atalytic functions defined on various compact manifolds can be found in the classical paper byG.G. Magaril-Il'yaev, K.Y. Osipenko.Namely, the paper is devoted to the recovery of continuous real-valued functions $y$ of one variable from the classes $W^{\psi}_{p}$, $1 \leq p< \infty$,that are defined in terms of generalized smoothness $\psi$ from their Fourier coefficients with respect to some complete orthonormal in the space $L_2$ system$\Phi = \{ \varphi_k \}_{k=1}^{\infty}$ of continuous functions, that are blurred by noise.Assume that for function $y$ we know the values $y_k^{\delta}$ of their noisy Fourier coefficients, besides $y_k^{\delta} = y_k + \delta \xi_k$, $k = 1,2, \dots$,where $y_k$ are the corresponding Fourier coefficients, $\delta \in (0,1)$, and $\xi = (\xi_k)_{k=1}^{\infty}$ is a noise.Additionally let the functions from the system $\Phi$ be continuous and satisfy the condition $\| \varphi_k \|_{C}\leq C_1 k^{\beta}$, $k=1,2,\dots$,where $C_1>0$, $\beta \geq 0$ are some constants, and $\| \cdot\|_{C}$ is the standart norm of the space $C$ of continuous on the segment $[0,1]$ functions.Under certain conditions on parameter $\psi$, we obtain order estimates of the approximation errors of functions from the classes$$W^{\psi}_{p} = \left\{ y \in L_2\colon \| y \|^p_{W^{\psi}_{p}} = \sum\limits_{k=1}^{\infty} \psi^p(k) |y_k|^p \leq 1 \right\}, \quad 1 \leq p< \infty,$$in metric of the space $C$ by the so-called$\Lambda$-method of series summation that is defined by the number triangular matrix $\Lambda = \{ \lambda_k^n \}_{k=1}^n$, $n=n(\delta) \in \mathbb{N}$,with some restrictions on its elements.Note, that we extend the known results [8, 7] to a more wide spectrum of the classesof functions and for a more general restrictions on the noise level.In our results a case is considered when the noise is stronger than those in the space $l_2$ of real number sequences, but not stochastic.

U okviru doktorske disertacije ispitan je nutritivni kvalitet mleka magarice balkanske rase tokom laktacije. Prosečna suva materija mleka magarice balkanske rase iznosi 9,26%. Sadržaj proteina tokom laktacije kreće se od 1,40% do 1,92%. Prosečan sadržaj mlečne masti je 0,61%, a sadržaj laktoze iznosi 6,50%. Sadržaj analiziranih minerala: Ca, Na, K, Mg, P i Zn se povećava tokom laktacije i maksimalna vrednost utvrđena je 170. dana. Primenom kapilarne elektroforeze definisan je profil proteina mleka magarice balkanske rase. Identifikovane su sledeće proteinske frakcije: αs1-kazein, αs2-kazein, β-kazein (A, F), α-laktalbumin (A, C), β-laktoglobulin, lizozim, laktoferin, serum albumin i imunoglobulin čiji sadržaj opada tokom perioda laktacije. Sadržaj α-laktalbumina se kreće od 3090 mg/l do 1990 mg/l, a lizozima varira od 1040 mg/l do 2970 mg/l. Navedene frakcije proteina su najzastupljenije u mleku magarice balkanske rase. Laktoferin i imunoglobulin su frakcije sa najmanjim udelom u mleku magarice balkanske rase. Korišćenjem gasne hromatografije/masene spektrometrije utvrđen je sastav masnih kiselina mleka. Udeo esencijalne linolne kiseline (C18:2 n6) kreće se u opsegu od 7,08%, do 9,69%, a udeo α-linoleinske kiseline (C18:3 n3) varira od 5,85% do 7,83%.                                      Sastav mleka magarice balkanske rase kompariran je sa nutritivnim karakteristikama humanog mleka tokom 40. i 90. dana laktacije. Utvrđene su značajne razlike u sadržaju proteina mleka, mlečne masti i minerala. Odnos kazeina i proteina surutke kreće se od 0,68 do 0,75 u mleku magarice, dok u humanom mleku varira od 0,59 do 0,70. Udeo -linoleinske kiseline (C18:3 n3) je oko 2,5 puta veći u mleku magarice u odnosu na humano mleko.Generalno se može zaključiti da mleko magarice balkanske rase ima specifične nutritivne karakteristike koje variraju u zavisnosti od sastava hrane za životinje i analiziranog perioda laktacije.
Nutritional quality of Balkan donkey milk during lactation was investigated within this thesis. The mean content of dry matter, fat and lactose in the Balkan donkey milk was 9.26%, 0.61% and 6.50%, respectively. Protein content during lactation period ranged from 1.40% to 1.92%. Content of the analyzed minerals: Ca, Na, K, Mg, Zn and P increased during the lactation period and reached their maximum value at 170th day. The protein profile of Balkans donkey milk was defined by application of capillary electrophoresis when the following protein fractions: αs1-kazein, αs2-kazein, β-kazein (A, F), α-laktalbumin (A, C), β-laktoglobulin, lysozyme, lactoferrin, serum albumins and immunoglobulins, whose content decreases during lactation period,were identified. α-lactalbumin contents ranged from 3090 mg/l to 1990 mg/ and lysozyme varies between 1040 mg/l to 2970 mg/l. These two protein fractions were the most abundant in the Balkan donkey milk, while lactoferrin and immunoglobulin were at least represented. The fatty acid composition of Balkan donkey milk was determined using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The share of the essential linoleic (C18: 2 n6) and α - linolenic (C18: 3 n3) acid rangred from 7.08 % to 9.69% and from 5.85 % to 7.83 %.Nutritional quality of Balkan donkey milk has been compared with the nutritional quality of human milk during the 40th and 90th day of lactation. Significant differences in the protein content of milk, fat and minerals were found. The ratio of casein and whey protein ranged from 0.68 to 0.75 in the Balkan donkey milk, while in human milk this value varies from 0.59 to 0.70. The share of α-linolenic acid (C18:3 n3) is around 2.5 times higher in donkey than in human milk.The main conclusion is that Balkan donkey milk has specific and unique nutritional quality which depend on the feed composition and on the analyzed period of lactation.

The successful implementation of an inclusive education system relies heavily on educators, since they engage daily in reciprocal interactions with learners. The implementation of an inclusive education system in South Africa was part of the educational reforms that occurred after 1994. Inclusive education promotes the full personal, academic and proficient development of all learners and is based on values such as human dignity, the achievement of equality and the advancement of human rights and freedom. Although most educators were only trained for either mainstream education or specialised education, they now had to cope not only with the diverse challenges posed by individual learner barriers, but also with broader systemic issues such as non-protective legislation and policy, cultural prejudice, inaccessible and unsafely built infrastructure, and lack of parental involvement. The complexity of the interactive relationships between different systems such as learners, educators, families, schools and the learning context were recognised and therefore the ecosystemic perspective was applied. The purpose of the research was to explore the experiences of educators in ordinary schools regarding the challenges involved in inclusive learning contexts, and to identify the competencies that they apply to deal with some of these challenges. A qualitative research design was chosen, using a case study to obtain an in-depth understanding of educators' experiences in a specific context. The study was conducted in the North-West province at Klerksdorp Secondary School. The school is characterised by its cultural diversity among educators and learners. Various contextual and micro systemic barriers that threatened an enabling learning environment were observed. Seven educators, one male and six female, participated in the research after ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the University, the Department of Education, the Head of the school as well as the individual participants. Participants were involved in the research through purposive sampling. Three methods of gathering data were used in this research, namely written assignments that were completed by the participants; in-depth follow-up interviews and a focus group with all the participants. Thematic content analysis was used to identify themes and subthemes in the educators' descriptions of their experiences. The findings indicated that educators demonstrated competencies that enabled them to support learners and initiate and form collaborative relationships in an inclusive learning environment. The competencies associated with supporting learners included unconditional acceptance, focussed observations, adaptation and flexibility and motivating and encouraging learners to achieve. The competencies associated with the initiation and forming of collaborative relationships included involving parents in the learning process and forming collaborative relationships with colleagues. The findings clearly indicated that although educators had not received formal training in dealing with learners challenged with barriers to learning, they intuitively explored various ways of co-creating enabling learning contexts. Various implications for the Department of Education and school management teams are suggested. The Department of Education's training policy should acknowledge teachers' existing competencies. Educators should form part of advisory committees that could advise the Department of Education about the development of inclusive learning contexts. School management teams and institutional support teams could emphasise collective planning for inclusion so that educators' expertise is explored and further developed.

Млеко магарице је тек последњих година доспело у фокус научних истраживања, иако су његова благотоворна терапеутска и козметичка својства позната још од античких времена. Упркос томе што знање о функционалности млека магарице константно расте, његов антимикробни потенцијал остаје најмање истражен. Литературни подаци о микробиологији и евентуалној антимикробној активности млека магарице балканске расе која егзистира на подручју Србије и околних балканских земаља су јако лимитирани. Ово млеко се традиционално конзумира без претходне топлотне обраде, што покреће низ питања која се односе на здравствену безбедност конзумирања млека у сировом стању. Предмети истраживања ове докторске дисертације били су утврђивање микробиолошког квалитета сировог млека магарице балканске расе, као и испитивање његове антибактеријске активности према одабраним сојевима Escherichia coli, Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes и Klebsiella pneumoniae. У циљу утврђивања главних носилаца антибактеријског дејства, као и самог модела антибактеријског деловања, у одабраним узорцима овог млека намењеним извођењу антибактеријских испитивања, извршено је одређивање садржаја антимикробних протеина - лизозима и лактоферина, као и садржаја калцијума. У узорцима млека магарице предвиђеним за испитивање антибактеријске активности према S. aureus и L. monocytogenes, одређен је садржај масних киселина са документованом антибактеријском активношћу према Грампозитивним бактеријама. Присуство L. monocytogenes и Salmonella spp. није утврђено ни у једном од 137 испитаних узорака сировог млека магарице, док је број E. coli, колиформних бактерија, Enterobacteriaceae, квасаца и плесни и суспектног B. cereus био испод границе детекције методе. Према резултатима добијеним у овој докторској дисертацији сви испитани узорци сировог млека магарице балканске расе су задовољавали захтеве европских регулатива 92/46/ЕЕC и EC 853/2004 и са микробиолошког аспекта су у потпуности били безбедни за директно конзумирање без претходне топлотне обраде. Сирово млеко магарице балканске расе је показало различиту антибактеријску активност према Грам позитивним и Грам негативним бактеријским сојевима тестираним у оквиру ове докторске дисертације, чији интензитет је зависио од нивоа контаминације узорака млека тестираним патогеном и температуре инкубирања. Температура инкубирања од +15 °C је у односу на +9 °C била генерално повољнија за активност антибактеријских супстанци у млеку магарице према свим тестираним патогенима, али је антибактеријски потенцијал узорака млека магарице на +15 °C био лимитиран бржим умножавањем испитаних бактерија на овој температури. То је посебно важило за узорке са већим нивоима контаминације (103 и 104 cfu/ml). Антибактеријска активност сировог млека магарице према L. monocytogenes и S. aureus се нa свим радним температурама састојала од продужeња лаг фазе и инхибирања бактеријског раста, док се у случају S. Enteritidis, S. Typhimurium, E. coli АTCC 8739, E. coli АTCC 10536 и K. pneumoniae она огледала у редукцији њиховог почетног броја и/или продужењу лаг фазе. Резултати ове докторске дисертације су указали на калцијум зависну природу антибактеријске активности сировог млека магарице према S. Enteritidis, S. Typhimurium и оба тестирана соја E. coli. Најснажнију антибактеријску активност према K. pneumoniae показали су узорци млека магарице, који су поред великог садржаја лизозима имали и велики садржај лактоферина, па би у овом случају основни механизам антибактеријског деловања млека магарице могао бити синергизам лизозима и лактоферина. Лизозим је највероватније главни носилац антибактеријске активности млека магарице балканске расе, обзиром да је у односу на други антимикробни агенс – лактоферин у тестираним узорцима млека магарице детектован у вишеструко већој концентрацији. Известан допринос антибактеријској активности млекамагарице балканске расе према L. monocytogenes и S. aureus могле би да дају и масне киселине са документованим антибактеријским дејством према Грам позитивним бактеријама (линолна, лауринска и олеинска киселина), које су у анализираним узорцима млека магарице у збиру чиниле од 40,3 до 54,7% од укупних масних киселина.
Mleko magarice je tek poslednjih godina dospelo u fokus naučnih istraživanja, iako su njegova blagotovorna terapeutska i kozmetička svojstva poznata još od antičkih vremena. Uprkos tome što znanje o funkcionalnosti mleka magarice konstantno raste, njegov antimikrobni potencijal ostaje najmanje istražen. Literaturni podaci o mikrobiologiji i eventualnoj antimikrobnoj aktivnosti mleka magarice balkanske rase koja egzistira na području Srbije i okolnih balkanskih zemalja su jako limitirani. Ovo mleko se tradicionalno konzumira bez prethodne toplotne obrade, što pokreće niz pitanja koja se odnose na zdravstvenu bezbednost konzumiranja mleka u sirovom stanju. Predmeti istraživanja ove doktorske disertacije bili su utvrđivanje mikrobiološkog kvaliteta sirovog mleka magarice balkanske rase, kao i ispitivanje njegove antibakterijske aktivnosti prema odabranim sojevima Escherichia coli, Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes i Klebsiella pneumoniae. U cilju utvrđivanja glavnih nosilaca antibakterijskog dejstva, kao i samog modela antibakterijskog delovanja, u odabranim uzorcima ovog mleka namenjenim izvođenju antibakterijskih ispitivanja, izvršeno je određivanje sadržaja antimikrobnih proteina - lizozima i laktoferina, kao i sadržaja kalcijuma. U uzorcima mleka magarice predviđenim za ispitivanje antibakterijske aktivnosti prema S. aureus i L. monocytogenes, određen je sadržaj masnih kiselina sa dokumentovanom antibakterijskom aktivnošću prema Grampozitivnim bakterijama. Prisustvo L. monocytogenes i Salmonella spp. nije utvrđeno ni u jednom od 137 ispitanih uzoraka sirovog mleka magarice, dok je broj E. coli, koliformnih bakterija, Enterobacteriaceae, kvasaca i plesni i suspektnog B. cereus bio ispod granice detekcije metode. Prema rezultatima dobijenim u ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji svi ispitani uzorci sirovog mleka magarice balkanske rase su zadovoljavali zahteve evropskih regulativa 92/46/EEC i EC 853/2004 i sa mikrobiološkog aspekta su u potpunosti bili bezbedni za direktno konzumiranje bez prethodne toplotne obrade. Sirovo mleko magarice balkanske rase je pokazalo različitu antibakterijsku aktivnost prema Gram pozitivnim i Gram negativnim bakterijskim sojevima testiranim u okviru ove doktorske disertacije, čiji intenzitet je zavisio od nivoa kontaminacije uzoraka mleka testiranim patogenom i temperature inkubiranja. Temperatura inkubiranja od +15 °C je u odnosu na +9 °C bila generalno povoljnija za aktivnost antibakterijskih supstanci u mleku magarice prema svim testiranim patogenima, ali je antibakterijski potencijal uzoraka mleka magarice na +15 °C bio limitiran bržim umnožavanjem ispitanih bakterija na ovoj temperaturi. To je posebno važilo za uzorke sa većim nivoima kontaminacije (103 i 104 cfu/ml). Antibakterijska aktivnost sirovog mleka magarice prema L. monocytogenes i S. aureus se na svim radnim temperaturama sastojala od produženja lag faze i inhibiranja bakterijskog rasta, dok se u slučaju S. Enteritidis, S. Typhimurium, E. coli ATCC 8739, E. coli ATCC 10536 i K. pneumoniae ona ogledala u redukciji njihovog početnog broja i/ili produženju lag faze. Rezultati ove doktorske disertacije su ukazali na kalcijum zavisnu prirodu antibakterijske aktivnosti sirovog mleka magarice prema S. Enteritidis, S. Typhimurium i oba testirana soja E. coli. Najsnažniju antibakterijsku aktivnost prema K. pneumoniae pokazali su uzorci mleka magarice, koji su pored velikog sadržaja lizozima imali i veliki sadržaj laktoferina, pa bi u ovom slučaju osnovni mehanizam antibakterijskog delovanja mleka magarice mogao biti sinergizam lizozima i laktoferina. Lizozim je najverovatnije glavni nosilac antibakterijske aktivnosti mleka magarice balkanske rase, obzirom da je u odnosu na drugi antimikrobni agens – laktoferin u testiranim uzorcima mleka magarice detektovan u višestruko većoj koncentraciji. Izvestan doprinos antibakterijskoj aktivnosti mlekamagarice balkanske rase prema L. monocytogenes i S. aureus mogle bi da daju i masne kiseline sa dokumentovanim antibakterijskim dejstvom prema Gram pozitivnim bakterijama (linolna, laurinska i oleinska kiselina), koje su u analiziranim uzorcima mleka magarice u zbiru činile od 40,3 do 54,7% od ukupnih masnih kiselina.
Donkey's milk has recently become a very popular topic among scientific community although it has been used for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes since ancient times. Even though the number of investigations concerning donkey's milk functionality has increased, the studies on its antimicrobial potential are limited. Especially, there is a lack in literature data on microbiological quality and antibacterial activity of donkey's milk obtained from Domestic Balkan breed originated in Serbia and other countries in Balkan region. The fact that this milk is traditionally consumed without heat treatment launches a series of issues concerning its safety.The aim of this thesis was to determine microbiological quality of Domestic Balkan donkey's milk, as well as to investigate its antibacterial activity against the selected strains of Escherichia coli, Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes and Klebsiella pneumonia. In order to determine the major antibacterial substances, as well as the model of antibacterial activity, the content of antimicrobial proteins (lysozyme and lactoferrin) and calcium was determined. The amount of fatty acids which are known to be effective against Gram-positive bacteria was determined in milk samples tested for antibacterial activity against S. aureus и L. monocytogenes. The presence of L. monocytogenes and Salmonella spp. was not detected in any of the 137 raw donkey's milk samples, while the levels of E. coli, coliform bacteria, Enterobacteriaceae, yeast and molds and suspect Bacillus cereus were below the limit of detection of the assays. According to obtained results, all examined Domestic Balkan donkeys' raw milk samples werein accordance with the EU regulations 92/46/ЕЕC and EC 853/2004 in terms of theirmicrobiological quality, thus being completely safe for direct consumptions, without thermal treatment. Raw Domestic Balkan donkey's milk has expressed different antibacterial activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria strains tested in this thesis, with the intensities which depended on contamination level and incubation temperature. In comparison to temperature of +9 °C, the incubation temperature of +15 °C was more favourable for activity of antibacterial substances in donkey's milk against all tested pathogens. However, the antibacterial potential of donkey's milk samples at +15 °C was limited with rapid multiplication of bacteria at this temperature. This was especially pronounced in samples characterized with higher contamination levels (103 and 104 cfu/ml). Antibacterial activity of raw donkey's milk against L. monocytogenes and S. aureus at all tested temperatures reflected in prolonged lag phase and inhibition of bacterial growth, while the activity against S. Enteritidis, S. Typhimurium, E. coli АTCC 8739, E. coli АTCC 10536 and K. pneumonia comprised reduction of initial bacterial numbers and/or prolongation of lag phase.Results obtained in this thesis have indicated on calcium dependent antibacterial activity of raw donkey's milk against S. Enteritidis, S. Typhimurium and both E. coli strains. The most pronounced antibacterial activity against K. pneumonia was found in donkey's milk samples which besides high content of lysozyme had high content of lactoferrin, thus indicating that the basic antibacterial mechanism of donkey's milk might be the synergism between lysozyme and lactoferrin. Lysozyme was probably the substance with the highest antimicrobial activity in Domestic Balkan donkey's milk, since it was detected in significantly higher concentrations than lactoferrin. The fatty acids which are known to be effective against Gram-positive bacteria (linoleic, lauric and oleic) and which comprised from 40.3 to 54.7% of total fatty acids in tested samples, may also contribute to antimicrobial activity of Domestic Balkan donkey's milk against L. monocytogenes and S. aureus.

Dostoevsky’s early works are normally excluded from the field that concurs to form the image of his theological system. Conversely, the aim of the present chapter is to “rehabilitate” this early period and find its place within the overall picture of Dostoevsky’s https://doi.org/10.22455/978-5-9208-0663-5-267-304 © 2021. Magaril-Il’iaeva 268 Татьяна Магарил-Ильяева theology; this will be achieved, not by considering the different works separately, but rather through the disclosure of their common spiritual worldview which was developed by the author at that time. The research analyses the reasons why the ontological level of Dostoevsky’s early works is so difficult to read, especially when compared with the mature novels. The essay describes the spiritual context where the formation of young Dostoevsky took place and identifies in it the most important impulses that influenced the future writer. Starting from an analysis of the 1930s correspondence between Dostoevsky and his brother the work raises questions about the destiny of man in a world where spiritual and material elements are present on radically unequal terms, about the correlation between the earthly and the divine dimension, about the manifestation of a spirit which is constrained in matter, and about the possibility of knowing God in the reality at man’s disposal. Furthermore, all these questions are situated within the philosophical and mystical context of that time. The final part of the research shows how the spiritual quests through which Dostoevsky underwent at young age transformed into art during 1840s, thus becoming instruments for the spiritual transformation of man.
