The Life of Alexander Nevskii is written in two styles: a hagiographic style and a secular style. Scholarly views are divided over whether the Life was written by one person in two different styles or by two persons, either a hagiographic writer and secular editor or a secular writer and hagiographic editor. The present article hypothesizes that the Life was probably written initially in a secular style as a military tale (the “wolf”) in the second half of the thirteenth century. This military tale was the foundational layer for the subsequent writing of the Life. Some time later, probably in the second half of the fourteenth century (before 1377), an ecclesiastical redactor edited the text of the military tale adding phrases in a hagiographic style (the “sheep’s clothing”), thus creating a chronicle tale about the life of Alexander Nevskii. In the second half of the fifteenth century, a further editing took place as anti-Tatar interpolations were added, thus creating the First Redaction of the Life of Alexander Nevskii. Following a text critical analysis, this article reconstructs the First Redaction of the Life, in which the two styles are delineated. Then the article provides a translation into English of the hypothetical version of the non-extant military tale about Alexander Nevskii.

Abstract The evolutionary function of love is to create a strong bond between the partners with reproduction in view. In order to achieve this goal, humans use various sexual/reproductive strategies, which have evolved due to specific reproductive benefits. The use of particular strategies depends on many factors but one of the most important is early childhood experiences, on which life history theory (LHT) focuses. John Lee (1973) identified 6 basic love styles: eros, ludus, storge, pragma, agape, and mania. Our goal was to check whether love styles may be treated as sexual/reproductive strategies in the context of LHT - slow or fast strategy. In our study (N = 177) we found that people who prefer the slow reproductive strategy are inclined to show passionate, pragmatic and friendly love, and those who prefer the fast strategy, treated love as a game. A low level of environmental stress in childhood results in preferring eros, storge and agape love styles, belonging to the slow strategy, and a high one results in preferring ludus, which belongs to the fast strategy. People representing eros, storge or pragma styles have restricted sociosexual orientation so they prefer long-term relationships, whereas those with the ludus style are people with unrestricted orientation, preferring short-term relationships. Besides, storge, agape and pragma seem to determine preferring qualities connected with parental effort in one’s partner, mania - with mating effort, and eros - with both kinds of effort. No correlation was found between the love style and the number of children.

Abstract I draw together multimodal and creative art practices with sociological and discursive research frameworks to detail how multimodal interviewing facilitates communication of individual narratives. I offer a route for researching how embodied self-production emerges by asking: What can be learnt from analysing the context and process of narrative accounts rather than the content? Consideration is given to how a drawn visual line influences the narrative progress by inviting diverse, active and embodied engagement, while highlighting issues that participants prioritise. Attention is also given to how self-recognition and the production of identity become apparent in moments that punctuate a narrator’s story-telling. These moments are identified as discursive transitions and include switches in style or topic of conversation, expressions of emotion, pauses and extended silences. These transitions are conceptualised as examples of a ‘structuring presence’ within a narrative, and I explore how these are central to the embodied production of self-identity.

The article analyzes the conceptual paradigm of religious style as a kind of literary language in terms of the concept of an encyclopedic publication on Ukrainian stylistics. Particular attention is paid to the establishment of its differential features, functions, varieties (the language of Scripture, liturgical language, the language of preaching), categories (sacredness); coverage of the historiography of style in Ukrainian linguistics. The concept of religious style is systematized in the context of the typology of linguistic thinking, the establishment of a view of the history of literary language and its styles as phenomena closely related to the philosophy of culture, the development of national consciousness. The conceptual paradigm of religious style is based on hypero-hyponymic connections and provides substantiation of the status of concepts, establishment of their differential features and coverage of historiography of style in Ukrainian linguistics. The fundamental publication “Ukrainian Stylistics: Encyclopedia” should systematize the linguistic-stylistic terminological apparatus in the modern scientific paradigm, trace the connection of linguistic-stylistics with the theory and history of literary language. This work involves the interpretation of the category of style in the context of the typology of language thinking, the definition of its subordinate concepts, the establishment of a view of the history of literary language and its styles as phenomena closely related to philosophy of culture, development of national consciousness. The conceptual paradigm of religious style is based on hypero-hyponymic connections and provides substantiation of the status of concepts, establishment of their differential features and coverage of historiography of style in Ukrainian linguistics, which language our people refuse their daily prayers. Religious style is fully developed in all spheres of church life and unites various genres: Scripture, liturgical; Holy Father’s, life, preaching, scientific-theological, ecclesiasticallegal, educational-religious, pilgrimage, polemical, enriching the literary language with new sacred and valuable linguistic means.

The article is dedicated a history of the unique furniture collection of the State Tyutchev Memorial estate «Mouranovo». The author put under consideration and systematizes the main house interiors of the Memorial estate according to the furniture styles in 18"1 and 19"1 cent. The owners and creators of the interior and exterior design made all the best for comfort and attractiveness in each room of the «nest of the gentry». Furniture made by European masters was added to some items made by local joiners and wood carvers; Empire style and Biedermeyer complimented one anther, some objects in Jacob style made more prominent some goods created in historical method. The author writes about special things and details in interiors of the main house in the time of the Engelgardts, E. Boratynsky, the Putyatas, the Tyutchevs from early 19th cent, till early 20"´ cent. Special emphasis is made on the importance to preserve some objects which became historical things of the house. The eclecticism in interiors of the Mouranovo memorial estate develops a taste of its visitors till nowdays, harmony of its furniture sets and separate pieces unites not only different styles but different generations, in the same way keeping the base of the nobility family life.

Background: Studies based on effects of lifestyle on hypertension and obesity in adolescent age group are lacking in India. The present study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence of lifestyle associated risk factors in school going adolescents of Kendriya Vidyalaya in district Firozabad and their effects on hypertension and obesity.Methods: The study was carried out among 200 students of classes 9th and 11th in the age group of 13 to 17 years. Students were given a pre-designed questionnaire and feedback was taken about dietary practices and physical activity along with family history of hypertension and obesity. Height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure was measured in all children. Effects of lifestyle associated risk factors were determined on obesity and hypertension.Results: The study documents that inappropriate dietary practices (fast food consumption, low fruit intake) and less physical activity were strongly associated with high prevalence of obesity and hypertension in the adolescents. The study also showed that adolescents with positive family history of obesity and/or hypertension are also at higher risk. There was a positive correlation between high BMI and hypertension.Conclusions: School based interventions are required to educate the adolescent children about lifestyle modifications to reduce the morbidity associated with non-communicable diseases.

Diverse in nature, style, and approach, life histories enjoy a rich and established position within the broader narrative and qualitative research traditions. Nevertheless, such a position may be rendered considerably more complicated given new technologies and post-humanist developments. Rather than shy away from such new complexities, the life history field, it is argued, should embrace these developments and explore the fertile ground that might well lie at the intersections of the postqualitative, Indigenous, and place-based turns. What happens when “place” becomes the central character—the complex, entangled protagonist—of a life history focus? Exploring just such a re-imagining, this article examines the potential for creating fecund new ground for a life history of place. As a concrete example—although perhaps an unlikely source for inspiration—Phil Jenkins’s An Acre of Time: The Enduring Value of Place will be offered as a potential prototype.

Background. Since the incidence of adenocarcinoma of the oesophagus is rising, the prognosis is poor, and surveillance programs are expensive and mostly cost ineffective, there is a need to increase the knowledge of risk factors in Barrett’s oesophagus and oesophageal cancer in order to be able to give attention to medical prevention and/or surveillance programs.Aim. To study if there is a correlation between the development of Barrett’s oesophagus and GOR (gastro oesophageal reflux), family history of GOR, and life style factors, such as alcohol, smoking habits, and mental stress.Methods. Fifty-five consecutively selected patients with Barrett’s oesophagus (BO) examined at Linköping University Hospital’s Oesophageal Laboratory were matched by sex, age, and duration of reflux symptoms with 55 GOR patients without Barrett’s oesophagus at the Oesophageal Laboratory. The medical charts in respective groups were examined for comparison of life style factors, mental stress, medication, duration of gastroesophageal acid reflux at 24 hr-pH-metry, and incidence of antireflux surgery and of adenocarcinoma of the oesophagus (ACO). Also, potential gender differences and diagnosis of ACO were studied.Results. Mean percentage reflux time on 24 hr-pH-metry was higher for the Barrett’s oesophagus group, 18% for women and 17% for men compared to 4% for women and 4% for men in the control group (P<0.05). Family history of GOR was more frequent in Barrett’s oesophagus patients (62%) than in the control group (35%) (P<0.05). Male patients with Barrett’s oesophagus had medical therapy for their GOR symptoms to a higher extent (38%) than male controls (65%) (P<0.05). No difference was found in the number of tobacco users or former tobacco users between Barrett’s oesophagus patients and controls. Barrett’s oesophagus patients had the same level of alcohol consumption and the same average BMI as the control subjects. Female patients with Barrett’s oesophagus rated themselves as more mentally stressed (67%) than the female controls (38%) (P<0.05). In the five-year medical chart follow-up, five of 55 patients developed adenocarcinoma among the Barrett’s oesophagus patients, none in the control group.Conclusions. Long reflux time and family clustering of GOR seem to influence the development of Barrett’s oesophagus. Smoking habits, alcohol consumption and BMI do not seem to have any impact on the development of Barrett’s oesophagus.

I will first focus on problems which might emerge in narrative interviews with people who have experienced long-term trajectories of suffering, before discussing the researcher’s specific style of doing this particular biographical interview – a style which is marked by sensibility and considerateness, but might contain some problems nevertheless. Afterwards, I will deal with two formal features of the interviewee’s introductory narrative – a complicated background construction and an extended pre-coda commentary – in order to reveal the analytical significance of these features for a deeper understanding of the interviewee’s life history and her way of making sense of her experiences. The article ends with a discussion of some topics which are relevant for an analytical abstraction.

Konglish (Korean 콩글리쉬) is officially a Korean-style English language and it is the English language used by Korean speakers. This term is a combination of the sounds of two words with different meanings, the less common terms are Korlish (1988), Korenglish (1992), Korglish (2000) and Kinglish (2000). Konglish contains words that have come into Korean from English, and many of them are incomprehensible to English speakers. A common example is the Korean term 핸드폰 (hand phone) for the English "mobile phone". Straight English words, wrongly translated words from English into Korean, or fake English words imported from Japanese have been used as the “Konglish” words in Korean. The use of “Konglish” is common in South Korea as a result of American cultural influence, but the language is not familiar to North Koreans. English is also present in the domains of main streets, restaurants, and shopping areas in Seoul and the rest of South Korea, where Koreans use English mainly to sociolinguistically express luxury, youth, sophistication, and modernity.

Research into styles in psychology (from the 1950s to the 2000s) has undergone a kind of life cycle − from styles being widely studied to those falling into oblivion. Further constructive study of this problem requires creation of new R&D (research and development) programs, generalization of the experience gained in various schools of thought. The paper aims to provide a historical and theoretical analysis concerning the results of research on the phenomenon of «style» in Russian psychology; the research subject is the phenomenon of style (individual style of activity, styles of activity, styles of business communication). Hypotheses: 1. Regular reproduction of the same standard approaches in research and development does not promote constructive progress in the study of a scientific problem. 2. The study of the phenomenon of «style» based on the model of business communication styles allows us to emphasize several aspects in the evolution and functioning of style that were not distinguished when studying styles on other models (educational, sports, work). The article critically analyzes the history and results of studying the problem of style (individual style of activity, styles of activity) in Russian psychology (particularly within the Perm school), the use of the concept of «system» in Russian psychology, attitudes towards scientific opponents, trends in R & D within one school of thought, etc. The conditions for further constructive studies of the phenomenon of style are discussed (using new models that contribute to the discovery of new properties of style, making it possible not to attribute but to study its systemic properties as a unique psychological system; raising questions about the place and role of different styles in the processes of a phenomenon’s formation–development–functioning– disintegration, about the unity and difference of styles in the «chain» of their manifestations, about their structural and functional unity, about the self-similarity of their organization, etc.). Use of the model of business communication styles is believed to contribute to solving relevant scientific problems.

There is a proven relationship between adult attachment and parental style, yet the use of Life History Theory, in a “majority of the world” country, with advanced statistical analysis, can bring new results. In view of this, the objective of this study was to identify and relate the perceived parental style of 150 Brazilian women aged 18-45 years. The Relationship Style Scale and the Parental Bonding Instrument were used. Attachment security ranged from 48.0% to 67.9%, which exposes the impact of the type of statistical analysis. Analyses of structural equation models revealed that the maternal control dimension was more important to the attachment style of women, while paternal care and control were both relevant. Life History Theory can explain this result through the influence of maternal control on changes in female development, which are due to different parental investment, which influences sexual strategy.

David Montgomery was larger than life in his personal style and self-presentation as well as in his spirit. Both watching and listening to him in conversation were a treat. So absorbed would he become in explaining some little-known incident of labor militancy that his entire body would get involved, his hand gestures and physical movements growing broader, requiring his listener to stand back to get a fuller view. His intense interest in labor history and patient willingness to share his knowledge with younger scholars testified to his faith in labor far more effectively than any manifesto. He communicated a sense of labor history as a shared enterprise in which we were all fellow workers.

Fillers and Botox are two of the most popular procedures. Dermal fillers are effective treatments used to soften and reduce wrinkles and deep lines, fill out the cheeks and smooth facial contours. There are four main types of injectable dermal fillers, including fat, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and microsphere-containing carriers of another material such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). So that to understand any type of injection, it is important to look at its history for valuable lessons and for successful progress. Honestly, it is very interesting to see what and where the world gets in the last 40 years of injectable. Today, we will be examining the brief history of dermal fillers from their bovine collagen roots, to the advanced fillers that are available today. In this review, we aimed to show some types of dermal fillers including a variety of its complication in soft tissue. Also, we try to correlate the factor of lifestyle with its variant effects.

Abstract At almost every university, there is an option for undergraduates to enroll in directed readings or research, independent studies, or some other form of tutorial-style education, although not much is known about them or best practices associated with them for undergraduate students interested in aging. This project reviews available literature about tutorial-style education and describes the multidimensions involved in these learning experiences. Search phrases such as “history of Oxford tutorials”, “tutorial classes”, and “student traits in tutorials” were used in Google Scholar to find literature, returning 142 articles. Articles were included if the literature was published in a periodical, findings were not redundant, and measures connected to the objectives of this project, and, by these criteria, ten articles comprised the final sample for review. Student characteristics, instructors, and other factors, like the time intensity of the tutorial course and the student’s connection to the subject area, have been found to impact tutorial-style education. The review is the first of its kind to use its findings to propose a set of best practices to enhance the experience for students interested in aging, including the fit of student and instructor, skillsets of successful students, and modalities, and advance a research agenda to better understand and communicate practices in tutorial-style education for undergraduates in aging.

Introduction: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the commonest form of diabetes affecting more than 90% of the diabetic population worldwide. The prevalence of type 2 diabetes and its complications are increasing in the world, including developing nations like Nepal. This study aimed to determine the association between the lifestyle risk factors and the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Nepalese population.
 Methods: This is hospital based cross sectional observational study done in the urban area of Nepal. Records of clients coming for the general health checkup in Grande International Hospital were evaluated in this study. Comparisons of the lifestyle factors in participants having and not having type 2 diabetes mellitus were done.
 Results: Significant associations with diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2 were seen in age (P ≤ 0.001), associated hypertension (P ≤ 0.001), dyslipidemia, family history of DM (P ≤ 0.001), alcohol use (P ≤ 0.001), and tobacco use (P ≤ 0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds of having diabetes were high in age group above 40 (OR – 6.9, CI 3.82 – 12.47), history of hypertension (OR- 3.84, CI 2.42 – 6.08), tobacco users (OR-2.26, CI 1.12 – 4.53), alcohol users (OR-3.99, CI 2.47 – 6.44), family history of DM (OR-2.44, CI 1.53 – 3.89), and abdominal obesity in both males (OR-3.9, CI 2 – 7.4) and females (OR-9.6, CI 3.78 – 24.35).
 Conclusions: The modifiable risk factors - obesity, smoking and alcohol use carry significant risks of developing type 2 diabetes. These red flag signs call for urgent attention to look for and rectify the modifiable risk factors in Nepalese population to prevent diabetes.

Apart from shelter, traditional houses were built to accommodate the spiritual factors such as religious, cultural values and way of life. Thus, it tends to evolve over time to reflect the environmental, cultural, technological and historical context in which it exists. This paper discusses the development of architectural style on the Malay traditional houses in Perak. It is based on data collectively gathered from KUTAI researchers conducted since 1997. More than 400 houses were observed. Architectural transformation found in the roof design, spatial organization, architectural elements and decorative elements within the period of 150 years. Findings of this study strengthening and establish the Perak Malay architectural style.

As a necessity of nomadic life, they earned their lives by farming and they met their needs thorough animal breeding. As a house, they lived in “boz uy” that is a traditional Kyrgyz house made of felt. While they lived in their traditional house, they taught their children to make various clothes from animal materials and used animal milk and wool. This traditional life style was transferred from the old generation to the young generation through the history. More importantly religious and moral teaching took place in this traditional house, “boz uy.” Parents not only taught their children the traditional life style, but also taught them human relations such as regard for old people, love for children, hospitality and others.

Based on fieldwork in Nenets tundra encampments and multiethnic villages on the northern Yamal Peninsula, this article discusses people’s experiences and expectations of married life. Two types of marriage—”arranged” and “love marriage”—are used to illustrate how marriage brings to the fore the political economy of desire and local reflections on the good society. The article suggests that while Soviet ideology and post-Soviet neotraditionalist discourses have endorsed customary attitudes toward arranged Nenets marriage, love marriage including marriage with Russians often leads to a situation in which “love” or “alien romance” is tempered by “reason” rather than relying on a “modern” nuclear family ideal. It argues that tundra marriage, including arranged marriage, is commonly underwritten by subjectively understood chances of leading a good family life.

Increasing prevalence of type 2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in children in developing countries should not be neglected at all. This future adult population, if they are given awareness to change in lifestyle and diet pattern at their adolescent age, definitely could help to control the disease group to a certain extent. Traditional diabetes education might not be sufficient to control diabetes. Early awareness on prediabetes and how much is the risk of prediabetes to diabetes and its consequences are important. The impact of family health history on the individual perception of the disease may vary between individuals and between diseases. These perceptions could be used to motivate preventive health behaviour such as promotion of screening or behaviour change (alcoholism or smoking), diet pattern and exercise modifications. Changes in life style like reduced physical activity and sedentary behaviour in relation to COVID-19 may also become increased risk to life style diseases. Having a place in the concept of landscaping, which is an important factor in human life for integration with nature, garden art has shown a continuous development since its formation back in history. The first examples of garden styles in history were shaped with the effects of religious, philosophical, and mythological ideas. As in all branches of fine arts, garden art is nurtured by historical insights of style, and the reflections of cultural heritages are visible in all the designs that appear. It can be understood that the basis of the professional and modern garden designs is the historical gardens, and they show a development in that direction. In order to establish and document the historical formation and development processes of garden art, initially a definition of the concept of garden was made and the historical development of garden art was examined within the garden art styles of Antiquity, Middle Ages, Far East, Islamic, and British periods, in the research forming this study. After that, the Renaissance period garden style, meaning ‘rebirth’, which forms the detail of this study is examined with its historical development, its characteristics, and samples, in detail.

Leon Trotsky was not only an outstanding writer and speaker amongst Marxist politicians of his time, but he also could be named as one of the most well-known (auto)biographer. It was not only politics, that differed him from other high-ranking Bolsheviks, but it was a culture as well. Many of Trotsky’s rivals accused Trotsky of being extreme individualistic, alien to collectivist ideology. However, if to consider Trotsky’s biographical narratives in complex, the individualism was somewhat correct characteristic, as Trotsky indeed pointed the role of real persons, including of his own, in the history. Until recently, scholarly treatments of this issue have largely taken on Trotsky’s autobiography titled “My life: An Attempt at an Autobiography” (1929), yet this celebrated book had a certain background. The aim of article is to re-examine Trotsky’s literary and political activity in the context of his (auto)biographical texts, taking the period of the Russian Civil War as a case-study. The balance of pragmatics and poetics in his texts was reflected by Trotsky himself during the early period of the Civil War, when he publicly emphasized that he did not like the “military style”, but “got used to using the style of a publicist in life and literature”. Trotsky’s subsequent activities demonstrated that the balance between the dynamics of these two styles was determined not only by politics, but also by the author’s deeply rooted ideas about the place of his own “self” in writing.

The survey has been conducted over 598 students selected from 5 different schools of Palampur & Baijnath Tehsil of Distt. Kangra, H.P from class 11th and 12th having same social and cultural background. The students were distributed a questionnaire proforma containing 19 questions. In this study it was found that boys are leading the girls in use of mobile phones, internet activities, watching television, playing video games and bike driving. Most of the students who have accepted for driving the bike with maximum speed over 50 km/ hr on hilly roads of Himachal Pradesh were found below the age of 18 years, which is against driving laws. Thoughts of committing suicide have also been accepted by the students. Most students were found aware about their career. The most favoured career option by boys was Indian Armed Forces and for girls to be a doctor. About 91% students have preferred government job. On a question about the barrier in achieving their career goal maximum students had accepted their bad luck as a barrier in achieving their career goal. Most of the students have chosen their parents & teachers as their role model.

In the autumn of 2021, a new medieval site of Aktyuba was discovered in the Southern Urals. As a result of the research, a sacrificial complex was discovered, consisting of a richly decorated horse harness with polymetallic (silver, gold) shields in the Hungarian (Carpathian) style, as well as a belt consisting of a buckle and shields of the Altai (Srostki) style. The subsequent cartography of such materials indicates that they are distributed in sites of the Hungarian type, located in a strip from Altai to the Carpathian basin. Radiocarbon dating of the complex of the Srostki and Carpathian styles at the burial grounds of Uyelgi and Aktyuba made it possible to determine that they coexist in the Southern Trans-Urals within the 9th century, i. e ., before the exodus of the Hungarians to a new homeland. In this regard, the authors conclude that the “Carpathian” style seems to be a new special pictorial concept, which is based on the ideas and pictorial plots of the Sayano-Altai. It is a kind of rethought and artistic reworking of the same plant ornamentation, which is based on flowers, leaves, buds and fruits of the Tree of Life, as well as plots of anthropomorphic and zoomorphic Buddhist-Nestorian semantics. From this follows the assumption that the origin of Hungarian pictorial motifs did not take place in the Carpathian basin, but in the contact zone, which was the Southern Trans-Urals, under the direct influence of immigrants from the Sayano-Altai regions. At the same time, the production and raw materials resources of the Southern Urals are by no means inferior to the Altai deposits. In this regard, it is not accidental that the direct mixing of these styles takes place in the burial complexes of Uyelgi and Aktyuba.

Objective: The present study evaluates the impact of a range of psychosocial factors on the outcome of major depression while controlling for the effect of clinical variables. Method: Patients ( n = 171) seen in consultation at a mood disorders clinic completed measures of neuroticism, rumination, coping style, sexual abuse history, and parental bonding experiences at Time 1 and completed measures of interpersonal and achievement life events and depression 12 months later. Results: In univariate analyses, neuroticism, rumination, interpersonal and achievement life events, and sexual abuse history were associated with nonremission, whereas avoidance coping was associated with remission at Time 2. Interpersonal and achievement life events and sexual abuse history were associated with nonimprovement, whereas avoidance coping was associated with improvement at Time 2. Significant predictors of both remission and improvement in logistic regression analyses controlling for clinical variables (depression and anxiety severity, duration of illness, and age) included avoidance, interpersonal life events, and the interaction between avoidance and interpersonal life events. Conclusions: Interpersonal events and responses to depression (that is, coping) play an important role in the outcome of major depression. Further attention to coping style and interactions between psychological factors and life events is warranted in future research on depression persistence.

Ernst Krenek's opera Karl V presents an ingenious interpretation of the life of the sixteenth-century Holy Roman Emperor, which argues not only dramatically but also musically for the contemporary political significance of the Emperor's life. This was no forced pairing of music and politics, for Krenek had found that the historical and theological problems raised by the Emperor's ‘justification’ at the end of his life bore a striking resemblance both to the aesthetic dilemmas he was then having to face as a composer and issues common to the wider struggle for national identity and political legitimacy in Austria after World War I. This essay introduces these themes in the work, and Krenek’s rationalisations of the way he presents them. It considers their implications for our understanding of the history of serialism in music more generally, and for an aspect of Krenek's compositional development that has perplexed later commentators: the apparent stylistic gulf between this opera and Jonny spielt auf.

Sejak tahun 2004, tiga perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS) terkait PTM, yang meliputi tidak merokok, aktivitas fisik, konsumsi tinggi serat belum memenuhi target. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penggalian riwayat dan nasihat gaya hidup sehat yang dilaporkan oleh pasien dan dokter. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan potong lintang pada 57 dokter dan 251 pasien puskesmas. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner terstruktur dan wawancara di empat puskesmas di Kota Yogyakarta dan delapan puskesmas di Kabupaten Sleman mulai September 2011 sampai dengan Januari 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih banyak dokter yang memberikan nasihat tentang gaya hidup sehat daripada menanyakannya. Dokter lebih sering melakukan penggalian riwayat dan nasihat tentang kebiasaan merokok daripada tentang olah raga dan pola makan. Penggalian riwayat dan nasihat yang dilaporkan oleh dokter dan pasien berbeda. Menurut pasien, dokter seharusnya bertanya dan memberi nasihat gaya hidup sehat. Karakteristik dokter tidak berhubungan dengan penggalian riwayat dan nasihat gaya hidup sehat yang dilakukan. Penggalian riwayat tentang hidup sehat menjadi prediktor kuat dalam memberikan nasihat untuk melakukan gaya hidup sehat.Epidemiological transition has been occurred in Indonesia in the last two decades. The increasing prevalence of non communicable disease (NCD) has shifted the communicable disease. This pattern has been predicted since the 2004. National health survey reported that the Indonesian’ clean and healthy behavior (PHBS) related to NCD, namely, not smoking, exercise and high fiber diet were still far from the target. The role of physician, particularly primary health care is crucial to overcome those health problems. This cross sectional study aimed to assess history taking and advice on healthy life style reported by patient and physician. Participants were 57 physicians and 251 patients of primary health care (Puskesmas). Data were collected by structured questionnaires and interviews at 4 Puskesmas in Yogyakarta City and at 8 Puskesmas in Sleman District, started between September 2011 and January 2012. The results showed that physicians more carried out health advice on healthy life style than ask about them. Patients and physicians reported differently in the history taking and advice on healthy life style. Physician was more asking and advice about smoking habits than exercise and high fiber diet. Characteristics of physicians did not correlate with history taking and advice of healthy lifestyle. History taking of healthy life style was a strong predictor to conduct advice on healthy life style.

Background and Aim: Marital stability is considered a core index of continuity and durability of mutual independence, trust and friendship, and it is considered a predictor of marital happiness, and is influenced by many individual and interpersonal factors. Therefore, the aim of this research was to develop a structural model for predicting the instability of married life based on attachment styles and coping styles: the mediating role of resilience in conflicted couples. Methods: The descriptive research method was correlation type. The statistical population included couples who were referred to police counselling centres in Tehran in 2019, and 300 people were selected as a statistical sample using the available (voluntary) sampling method. The members of the statistical sample responded to Edwards et al.'s marital stability instability scale (1987), coping styles questionnaire by Lazarus and Folkman (1985) and Connor and Davidson resilience questionnaire (2003). Results: The findings showed that coping styles directly predict the instability of marital life in conflicted couples, and resilience had a significant mediating role in the relationship between emotion-oriented and problem-oriented coping styles and marital instability. In addition, the results showed resilience had a significant mediating role in the relationship between secure attachment style, insecure-avoidant attachment style and marital instability (P < 0.01). However, resilience did not have a significant mediating role in the relationship between bisexual attachment style and marital instability (P > 0.01). Conclusion: It can be concluded that teaching effective coping styles, paying attention to resilience and identifying attachment styles of couples can prevent injuries that threaten the stability of married life.
