Genau am 15. Mai 2009 ist sie 110 Jahre geworden – die Glauchauer Stadt- und Kreisbibliothek. Mit einer großen Festveranstaltung am 18. Mai dieses Jahres wurde dieses Jubiläum im Konzertsaal des Schlosses Forderglauchau begangen. Außerdem finden das gesamte Jubiläumsjahr weitere Veranstaltungen zur Feier des 110jährigen Bestehens statt. Im Herbst 2009 gibt es zwei literarische Höhepunkte. Am 18. September stellt der bekannte und mehrfach ausgezeichnete Autor Ingo Schulze sein Buch „Adam und Evelyn“ vor. Der ehemalige Pfarrer der Nicolaikirche zu Leipzig und maßgebliche Akteur der friedlichen Revolution von 1989, Christian Führer, liest anlässlich „20 Jahre friedliche Revolution“ aus seiner Autobiografie „Und wir sind dabei gewesen“ am 16. Oktober 2009 in der Bibliothek.

Die vorliegende explorative Studie will einen Beitrag zur Qualifikationsentwicklungs-forschung im Informationsbereich leisten, indem Stellangebote an Absolventen bibliotheks- und informationswissenschaftlicher Studiengänge aus dem Jahr 1996 sowie aus dem Zeitraum Oktober 2010 bis September 2011 einer Inhaltsanalyse unterzogen werden. Die gewonnen Daten der beiden Untersuchungszeiträume werden statistisch ausgewertet und unter Anreicherung qualitativer Betrachtungen verglichen. Die Erhebung univariater Häufigkeitsverteilung soll dabei die Entwicklung einzelner Qualifikationsbereiche in den Anforderungen der Informationseinrichtungen beleuchten und Rückschlüsse auf markante Wandlungen des Berufsfeldes von Informationsfachleuten ermöglichen. Ergänzend sollen die Ermittlung bivariater Häufigkeitsverteilungen sowie eine Clusteranalyse häufig auftretende Merkmalskonstellationen herausfiltern und zu Anforderungsprofilen verdichten. Insgesamt flossen 92 Anzeigen des Jahres 1996 und 211 Anzeigen aus dem Zeitraum 2020/ 2011 in die Analyse ein. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich eine deutliche Ausdifferenzierung der Qualifikationsanforderungen, die insbesondere auf einer Zunahme der Nachfrage nach IT- und Managementqualifikationen sowie überfachlichen Kompetenzen fußt. Diese erweitern nach Maßgabe der untersuchten Stellenangebote traditionelle Anforderungsprofile der Sammlung, Erschließung und Vermittlung von Informationen und tragen zur Konstituierung neuartiger, stark informationstechnologisch fokussierter Qualifikationsprofile bei, ohne dem Stellenwert bibliothekarischer, archivarischer und dokumentarischer Fachqualifikationen Abbruch zu tun.

I contend that Jung provides insights in keeping with Shakespeare's own intent as in many respects they were "of like mind." It is the attempt of this thesis to demonstrate how this might be so, comparing Jung's own writings with those of Shakespeare. The Introduction provides an overview: what the thesis sets out to do. The first chapter represents a highly technical treatment for determining an exact location for the Globe Playhouse. It is as if one were an archaeologist requiring as much evidence as possible for determining where the foundations might lie within a given site. But this determination of the Globe's center and the shape of the Globe's groundplan represent a mandala form ("mandala" is the Sanskrit word for "circle"). Jung's work after his departure from Freud (1913-1928) became progressively more concentrated on the significance of mandalas (his first mandala drawing was in 1916). The mandala form represented integration and evidence for it was found not only in the dreams of his patients but in the artifacts of all civilizations - in the groundplans for cities and buildings, and in the art and religious practices of diverse peoples reaching back to Rhodesian cliff-drawings. I relate Hamlet and its use of soliloquy to the central motif of the mandala the protection of the center. Using his Tavistock Lectures as a point of departure, Chapters 2-3 take up Jung's figure of the Psyche, divided up into ectopsychic, endopsychic, personal unconscious, and collective unconscious "spheres." "Chapter 2: The Four Functions" deals with Hamlet, Othello, The Winter's Tale, and Measure for Measure. "Chapter 3: The Shadow" refers to King Lear, The Tempest, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. After a consideration of King Lear, I relate Joseph Campbell's "journey of the hero" to Jung's figure of the Psyche with reference to the three plays mentioned above. Chapter 4 treats Jung's descriptions of "anima" and "animus" in relation to Macbeth. Some attention is then given to the characters of Ophelia, Gertrude, Desdemona, Cordelia, and Hermione, and their depreciation. "Chapter 5: Jungian Criticism" takes up the way in which literature may be viewed from the angle of Jung-oriented criticism with particular reference to Hamlet, Macbeth, Henry IV, Part I, Twelfth Night, Much Ado About Nothing, and King Lear. The Conclusion is followed by Appendices A-G which summarize and amplify Jungian thinking treated in this thesis and conclude with a statement about Shakespeare by Peter Brook. The Bibliography Section provides a list of works consulted in relating the Globe Playhouse to its site and works consulted in regarding the Globe and Shakespeare's work in the light of C. G. Jung.

Resumo:

Jag har valt att skriva om förhållandet mellan Jung och den esoteriska tradition som benämns Fjärde vägen. Anledningen till detta val är att jag i båda dessa traditioner, den jungianska och Fjärde vägen, ser ett intressant kritiskt ifrågasättande av vår moderna tids uppfattningar om människan och det mänskliga psyket. Jung framhåller individuationsprocessen som en möjlighet att växa till en fullödig människa.

Inom den Fjärde vägen betonas vikten av att ta sin situation på allvar och att genom medvetet arbete och självobservans skapa sig en riktig själ.

Båda dessa skolor träder fram i en tid av stora och omskakande förändringar under början av 1900-talet. Båda skolorna ifrågasätter den själlösa massmänniska som den nya tiden har genererat och försöker utarbeta verktyg för att råda bot på tidens tillkortakommanden.

Min avsikt är att undersöka deras syn på människan och människans själsliga framåtskridande. Jag tror att detta kan vara ett fruktbart och meningsfullt studium där nya vinklar kan leda framåt.

Mina frågeställningar är:

Vilken syn på människan har de två riktningarna och vilka konsekvenser får detta?

Vilka likheter och skillnader finns det mellan Jungs syn på människans själsliga utveckling och den som Fjärde vägen skolan står för?

The main objective of this study is to deepen the religious thought of C. G. Jung as a possible expansion of knowledge in the field of Religious Science. Within the subdiscipline of Psychology of Religion, Jung can be considered as one of its main representatives and its most significant theoretical contributions covered a wide field of dialogue with philosophy, Christian theology, mythology and history of religions. However, his work needs further studies so that we can overcome a range of misunderstandings, besides interdisciplinary, theoretical and epistemological disputes. To achieve this end, we propose here to investigate the distinct layers of meaning of religious experience - the object of this work - in order to reflect the uniqueness and centrality of this notion in his theory and his worldview. Our hypothesis is that there is in Jungian thought a significant theoretical development from the time that Jung deepens the study of religions, which would allow us to recognize a new level in reference to what is traditionally called a religious experience, particularly within the Christian tradition. Jung seeks to move away from the atheistic reductionism of Freud, and also from the opposite position of the "omnipotence" and "omniscience" of theological discourse, trying to create a reserved niche of "knowledge" (gnosis / science) about the religious experience. In other words, Jung proposes and seeks to demonstrate that one could speak of the experience of God, validly and efficiently, without the corsets of metaphysics and theology. In support to our research we resorted on the canonical work of Jung, the work of commentators and letter-writing materials available
O objetivo principal deste trabalho é o aprofundamento do pensamento religioso de Carl Gustav Jung como possibilidade de ampliação do conhecimento no campo das Ciências da Religião. Dentro da subdisciplina da Psicologia da Religião, Jung pode ser considerado como um de seus mais expressivos representantes e seus aportes teóricos cobriram um amplo campo de diálogo com a filosofia, a teologia cristã, a mitologia e a história das religiões. Contudo, sua obra ainda precisa ser mais estudada a fim de que possamos superar uma gama de mal-entendidos, controvérsias interdisciplinares, teóricas e epistemológicas. Para tanto, propomo-nos, aqui, a pesquisar em sua obra os sentidos da experiência religiosa objeto deste trabalho de modo a tentar refletir a especificidade e a centralidade dessa noção dentro de sua teoria e de sua visão de mundo. Nossa hipótese é de que há no pensamento junguiano um significativo desenvolvimento teórico a partir do momento que Jung aprofundou-se no estudo das religiões, o qual nos permitiria reconhecer um novo patamar em referência ao que tradicionalmente se chamou de experiência religiosa , sobretudo no âmbito da tradição cristã. Jung procurou afastar-se do reducionismo ateísta de Freud, afastando-se, também, da posição contrária da onipotência e onisciência do discurso teológico, tentando, assim, criar um nicho reservado de saber (gnose / ciência) acerca da experiência religiosa. Em outras palavras, Jung propôs e procurou demonstrar que seria possível falar da experiência de Deus, de forma válida e eficiente, sem os espartilhos da metafísica e da teologia. My intention with writing this essay is to find out how and in what way the priests in the Allhelgona Church in Stockholm use or are influenced by the ideas of C. G. Jung. This could be in their theology, their sermons or in their private counselling with members of the church.

I have gathered a few interviews for this essay with the priests Olle Carlsson and Mary Philipsson which I have then analyzed and drawn conclusions from.

Finally I make an assessment of the information and also see what problems may arise out of incorporating Jungian themes into a Christian atmosphere.

Despite Jung’s frequent claims that one’s moral and ethical stance play an important role both in the development and in the cure of neurosis, Jung’s ethical position had not been subjected to a critical assessment and the main sources of his ethical outlook had not been investigated. I take my point of departure in Jung’s definition of ethics as involving both consciousness and the unconscious. In the first chapter, Kant’s argument for the primacy of practical reason is shown to ground Jung’s conviction of the decisive freedom of the ego. Jung’s insistence on the importance of the moral development of both patient and therapist is also related to Kant’s call for moral independence. Having elucidated Jung’s understanding of conflicts of duty – the existence of which was denied by Kant – I discuss Jung’s Nietzschean legacy. I argue that Jung derives the crucial distinction between ethics and morality from Nietzsche, as well as the idea that ethics must consider the irrational and unintentional side of the Self; I also consider how Jung’s application of the ‘health criterion’ to ethics differs from Nietzsche’s utilisation of the same device. In Chapter 3, I highlight the critical convergence between Aristotle’s approach to ethics and Jung’s psycho-ethical paradigm: while both stress the importance of acquiring a balance between reason and the passions and place wisdom at centre stage, Jung adds that psychotherapy can successfully integrate ‘unconscious vice’. In the fourth chapter, I examine the (heterodox) Christian side of Jung’s ethics. Here I assess the role played by the psychologically ‘heavy’ notion of evil in Jung’s model and analyse the often-misunderstood link between evil and the Shadow. In Jung’s psychology, the individuated subject is the ethical subject, so depth psychology and ethics converge towards the same goal and can be mutually supportive endeavours.

Notre travail de thèse consiste à mettre en lumière les différents apports des pensées indiennes qui ont influencé l’œuvre de Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961). Les sources orientales, en particulier, les philosophies indiennes classiques,eurent un écho considérable dans la pensée de Jung. Le psychiatre suisse porte un regard à la fois critique et admiratif sur la spiritualité indienne, il tient compte des complexités de l'univers philosophique indien. On s'interrogera sur la manière dont Jung interprète les textes indiens sous l'angle de la psychanalyse en montrant en quoi les sotériologies indiennes et le bouddhisme se rapprochent des médecines de l'âme occidentales
The purpose of our thesis is to bring to light the various contributions of Indianphilosophies that have influenced the works of Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961).Oriental sources, and Indian classical philosophies in particular, found asignificant echo in Jung's thought. The Swiss psychiatrist takes a look at Indianspirituality that is at once critical and admiring, taking into account thecomplexities of the Indian philosophical world. Our questions will revolvearound Jung's method of interpretation of Indian texts from a psychoanalyticalperspective, showing in the process the closeness of Indian soteriologies and ofBuddhism to the Western healing practices of the soul

Resumo: o envolvimentode Jung com o Nazismo na década de 30 é um tema que não encontra respostas definitivas. Numa tentativa de interpretação desta relação, no que diz respeito aos aspectos teóricos da psicologia junguiana, procuraremos analisar uma possível conexão teórica entre a psicologia analítica e a ideologia nazista. Para tal fim, analisaremos o que acreditamos ser uma dupla filiação filosófica dos aspectos da psicologia junguiana que se referem à relação entre indivíduo e sociedade: filiam-se por um lado aos filósofos românticos alemães, e por outro lado a Nietzsche. Cremos que uma análise desta relação nos fornecerá elementos suficientes para compararmos teoricamente Jung e a ideologia nazista. A relação orgânica entre indivíduo e comunidade presente na teoria psicológica de Jung (expressa em idéias como "participação mística", libido familiar e relação mente-corpo-terra) constitui-se em um traço romântico de seu pensamento; mas acreditamos que esta tendência, que poderia vinculá-lo, de certa forma, ao Nazismo, é contrabalançada por uma tendência ainda mais forte de diferenciação do indivíduo em relação ao todo social (seja família, nação, Estado, povo, etc.), a qual manifesta-se por meio de um processo de autodesenvolvimento e auto-educação denominado processo de individuação (e aqui Jung recebe influências de Nietzsche)
Abstract: Jung's involvement with the Nazism in the Thirties is a theme that doesn't find conclusive answers. In an attempt to interpret this relation, concerning the theoretical aspects of the jungian psychology, we will try to analyze a possible theoretical connection between the analytical psychology and the Nazi ideology. For such an end, we are going to analyze what was believed to be a double philosophical filiations of the jungian psychology aspects which make reference to the relationship between individual and society: both join the German romantic philosophers at one hand, and to Nietzsche on the other. We believe an analysis of this relationship wiIl supply us with enough elements to compare theoreticaIly the jungian psychology and the Nazi ideology. The organic relationship between individual and community presents in Jung's psychological theory (expressed in ideas as "mystic participation", family libido and relationship mind-body-earth) is a romantic line of his thought; but we believe that this tendency, that could link him, in a certain way, to the Nazism, is counterbalanced by a tendency still stronger of the individual's differentiation in relation to the social whole (family, nation, State, people, etc.), which is shown as a self development and self educational process called individuation process (and at this point Jung is influenced by Nietzsche)

Los arquetipos son esquemas innatos que se encuentran en el inconsciente colectivo y ayudan a entender el mundo. El psicoanalista Carl Gustav Jung teorizó y propuso diversos arquetipos de la personalidad que hoy son utilizados en la publicidad. Por otro lado, la peruanidad resulta difícil de definir, a pesar de que, además de Víctor M. Andrés Belaúnde (quien acuñó la palabra y teorizó sobre ella), diversos autores y pensadores hayan abordado el tema de lo peruano. Ello se debería a que esta pertenece a un imaginario, un ideal, un mito, un discurso. En el presente artículo se buscará identificar, relacionar y analizar los arquetipos de Jung empleados en los discursos sobre peruanidad en los pots de Facebook de las marcas fast food KFC y Bembos en el Perú durante el año 2019. Para ello, se realizó una recopilación general de los principales y diversos discursos sobre peruanidad, encontrándose 5 perfiles de lo peruano; y, finalmente, se definieron los 12 arquetipos de Jung empleados en la teoría publicitaria.
Archetypes are innate schemes found in the collective unconscious and help to understand the world. Psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung theorized and proposed various archetypes of personality that are used in advertising today. On the other hand, peruvianness is difficult to define, even though, in addition to Víctor M. Andrés Belaúnde (who coined the word and theorized about it), various authors and thinkers have addressed this issue. This is because it belongs to an imaginary, an ideal, a myth, a discourse. This article seeks to identify, to relate and analyze Jung's archetypes used in the peruvianness discourses of the fast food brands KFC and Bembos in Peru during the year 2019. For this, a general compilation of the main and various discourses of peruvianess was made, finding 5 profiles of the Peruvian; and, finally, the 12 Jungian archetypes used in advertising theory were defined.

Previous analytical studies of the Russian-French artist Marc Chagall (Dieckmann 1981; Neumann 1959, 1979; Riedel 1983; Stein 1987) have emphasised the Jungian conceptualisation of archetypal imagery, and utilise Chagall as an artistic exemplar in support of archetypal theory. This study accepts the archetypal model and base for research, and refines the analytical discussion by incorporating Jung's concepts of religion and Individuation and Samuels' (1989:25-7) conceptualisation of the archetypal filter. The study initially defines: (1) The emergence patterns of archetypal imagery in Chagall's oeuvre during his eight decades of artistic development, and (2) Three 'life-time' periods delineated according to the artist's dates of migration and settlement between Russia, France, Germany, and America: Early-Life (1887-1922), Mid-Life (1923-1951), and Later-Life (1952-1985). A correlation is found between the emergence of, and increase in, Chagall's religious transformative imagery during critical periods in the artist's development, and collective 19th and 20th Century historical events in Russia and Europe. Four Chagallian image categories are then identified and examined for their religious and archetypal content: Natal Faith and The Bible; Zoomorphism, Bimorphism, and Anthropomorphism; Hierosgamos and the Alchemical Couple; and Christ and the Crucifixion. These images are significant for: (1) The visual replication of both physical and metaphorical instances of the transformation process, and (2) The presence of a sacredsecular binary. Discussion of Chagall's particular use of the sacred-secular binary within his imagery is augmented by the artist's writing on natal faith, spirituality, and the process and product of art. The argument is made that: visual emergences of religious transformative imagery concordant with critical points in Chagall's individuation development and/or collective change through historical events is suggestive of an archetypal expression. Chagall's artwork and his personal observations form a creative process perspective that is consistent with the expenencmg and expression of the spirit through the interiority of religious attitude.

This present research deals with the thought of Carl Gustav Jung, concerning the Protestantism as religion. Pronouncing himself protestant, Jung does pertinent considerations regarding the influences that the Protestantism suffered and carried out in the history of the Christianity, and the results that its followers achieve, for belonging to it, since the periods previous to the Reform of the century XVI, focusing its attention in the Enlightenment of the ends of the century XVII and the whole century XVIII, arriving at his days, in the century XX. The objective of this work is to present how Jung understood the Protestantism as " risk and religious possibility ", that is, its negative and positive aspects. For this, we report to somes cientific concepts elaborated by Jung, with the objective of understanding the basis of his observations about the Protestant faith, since his personal experiences is the main point of his scientific analyses , with regard to the Protestantism.
A presente pesquisa trata do pensamento de Carl Gustav Jung, acerca do Protestantismo como religião. Declarando-se protestante, Jung faz considerações pertinentes quanto às influências que o Protestantismo sofreu e desempenhou na história do Cristianismo, e os resultados que seus fiéis logram, por pertencer a ele, desde os períodos anteriores à Reforma do século XVI, focalizando sua atenção no Iluminismo dos finais do século XVII e todo o século XVIII, chegando aos seus dias, no século XX. O objetivo desse trabalho é apresentar como Jung entendeu o Protestantismo como risco e possibilidade religiosa, isto é, seus aspectos negativos e positivos. Para isto nos reportamos a alguns conceitos científicos elaborados por Jung, com o objetivo de compreender os fundamentos de suas observações quanto à fé protestante, visto serem suas experiências pessoais, o ponto principal de suas análises científicas, quanto ao Protestantismo.

Cette étude ne pouvait ignorer l'histoire du développement de la psychanalyse. C'est dans l'examen des difficultés de Jung face à la thérapie freudienne que se décèle l'origine de l'interprétation des concepts exposes dans sa psychologie analytique. L'idée philosophique d'un inconscient collectif situe dans une aire plus profonde et plus impersonnelle que l'inconscient individuel, s'inscrit dans le prolongement de la psychanalyse freudienne. Jung renforce les études empiriques de la psychologie par une introspection philosophique de ce que sont l'imaginaire et le symbolisme. L'inconscient collectif, constitue d'images primordiales, reflète la structure de la psyché de l'homme moderne. L'étude des rêves, les connaissances anthropologiques ou mythologiques, l’herméneutique expliquent le langage figuratif des pensées de l’âme et contribuent à l'élaboration d’une philosophie de l'imaginaire. Les figures mythiques de l'alchimie éclairent le fonctionnement de l'imagination active et expriment le processus d'individuation occidental. Si la confrontation avec l'ombre est la reconnaissance de l'existence des contenus obscurs ou inferieurs de l'ensemble de la personnalité du moi, la relation dialectique conduit aussi a la rencontre d'autres images archétypiques. Inconsciemment l'adepte se penche sur la synchronicité, sur une métaphysique des types psychologiques, sur la fonction religieuse, sur l'art. . . Mais l'introspection peut se poursuivre au-delà et créer une nouvelle synthèse de la personnalité réunissant les contraires dans une unité métaphysique. L'intérêt de la philosophie pour la pensée jungienne est justifie par l'originalité de son approche des concepts. Sa théorie, régie par l'idée que le but de la vie est la réalisation consciente du soi, offre a la philosophie une réelle réflexion ontologique.

L'objectif général de cette thèse est de conceptualiser la notion de destin dans l'œuvre du psychiatre suisse C. G. Jung (1875-1961). Puisque la force du destin se révélé à travers la tension entre la volonté consciente, véritable moteur de la liberté Individuelle, et les déterminismes divers qui restreignent cette liberté, notre travail comporte deux volets. Le premier consiste en une analyse qui vise à établir la structure des déterminismes définis par la psychanalyse Jungienne. Ce volet de notre travail couvre les cinq premiers chapitres de cette thèse. Le deuxième volet s'attache ensuite à définir une conception Jungienne de la liberté qui prend en compte la structure des déterminismes établie dans les cinq premiers chapitres. Ce deuxième volet, qui est l'objet du sixième et dernier chapitre, sert aussi à marquer la place de la pensée Jungienne dans l’univers philosophique du vingtième siècle, ce qui est le deuxième grand objectif de notre thèse.

L'objectif principal de cette thèse est de conceptualiser la notion de destin dans l'œuvre du psychiatre suisse C. G. Jung (1875-1961), à partir de l'analyse des différents déterminismes définis par la psychanalyse jungienne, ainsi que par la définition d'une conception de la liberté qui situe d'emblée cette pensée au cœur des enjeux philosophiques du vingtième siècle. Afin d'établir une structure des déterminismes qui soit la plus précise et la plus complète possible, nous procédons à une stratification de la réalité qui correspond aux différents ordres de déterminismes définis par la psychanalyse jungienne: le niveau physique, le niveau biologique, le niveau psychologique et le niveau spirituel. Le corps de notre thèse est divisé en six chapitres qui respectent l'ordre logique émanant de cette stratification de la réalité. Les quatre premiers chapitres s'attachent donc à tracer le schéma de ces déterminismes de différents ordres qui influencent la vie humaine et restreignent sa liberté. Le cinquième chapitre, qui complète l'analyse des déterminismes, se penche plutôt sur la problématique du rapport à l'autre manifeste par le processus de transfert, puis ouvre la voie à la définition de la liberté à travers la notion d'individuation. Le sixième et dernier chapitre, qui est la conclusion, tente de situer la position jungienne sur la liberté au sein de la tradition philosophique qui, depuis l'époque moderne, s'est penchée sur cette question, afin d'en faire voir l'originalité. Il en ressort que non seulement la position jungienne est d'une indiscutable pertinence philosophique, mais qu'au surplus, elle se révèle être d'une étonnante actualité par la place qu'elle fait, au cœur de sa réflexion, à des concepts novateurs, comme la synchronicité, qui sont inspirés par des découvertes majeures de la science du vingtième siècle.

Avec son travail sur le "Bloc-notes magique ", il énonce les modalités de la gravure psychique. La physiologie analytique comprend deux stades distincts : le premier ou " tronc commun " correspond à la gravure de la trace mnésique (Freud). Ce stade se déroule selon le mode binaire : ça pour Freud, persona pour Jung, imaginaire pour Lacan. Le second, se développe à partir du tronc commun, selon la modalité ternaire : la structure arborescente. C'est le stade du moi de Freud, du moi de Jung, du réel de Lacan. Cette phase, comme celle du brassage inter-chromosomique de la méiose biologique, produit une infinité de combinaisons. Modes binaire et ternaire représentent les phases principales de la Fonction analytique. Mais le mode binaire ne doit pas faire barrage au mode ternaire, en enfermant la psyché dans l'imaginaire (Lacan). La psyché doit se dépasser et faire oeuvre d'artiste. Nous montrons que le déséquilibre de l'archétype anima/animus (Jung) est cause de ces pathologies. Nous y voyons également que " la pensée judéo-chrétienne " joue un rôle de censeur, et fait obstacle à la modélisation ternaire.

The following thesis proposes to shed some light on the reality of Analytical Function, its physiology and the behavioural pathologies that derive from its dysfunction. We revisit the works of Freud, Jung and Lacan. Through a comparativistic approach of their “respective writings”, we discover the very fundamentals of Analytical Function. And all three had gathered their knowledge using a transdisciplinary approach (mythology, alchemy, Taoism, linguistics, mathematics etc…) Freud points out the main role of the drive by describing its four characteristics. In his “Magic Note Pad” he states the modalities of the psychic imprint. Analytical physiology comprises two distinct stages: the first one - “the common trunk”- refers to the imprint or engraving of the mnemonic marking. This stage unfolds according to a binary mode: the “It” for Freud, the “persona” for Jung and the “Imaginary” for Lacan. The second stage stems out of the common trunk on a ternary mode: the arborescent structure. This is the stage of the “I” for Freud, the “Self” for Jung and “the Real” for Lacan. This stage-just like the inter-chromosomal brew of the biological meiosis- produces an infinity of combinations. Binary and ternary modes represent the main phases of Analytical Function. Nevertheless the binary mode must not block out the ternary mode by locking the psyche into Lacan’s “Imaginary”. The psyche must go beyond itself and become its own artist. We show that the disequilibrium of Jung’s anima/animus archetype provokes these pathologies. We also notice that the “Judeo-Christian” way of thinking plays a censorship role and becomes an obstacle for the implementation of the ternary mode
