We study theoretically superconducting microstructures of a special configuration, viz., Josephson multi-terminals (JMT), which are systems of interconnected microbridges. The nonlinear interaction of individual bridge junctions in JMT is due to fact that they have a common center and, hence, that the superconducting order parameter in each weak link is a function of the currents through all other microbridges. JMT is a nonlinear parametric element controlled by the current and the magnetic field. Dynamic equations have been derived, which govern the behavior of JMT versus the control parameters, viz., transport control currents or fluxes of an external magnetic field. We consider various JMT working regimes: synchronization of Josephson oscillations, degeneration of metastable states, and broken symmetry of the ground state in magnetic field.

The Jake Mandell Tone Deaf Test (JMT) is an online measure designed to evaluate pitch discrimination in the normal population. The test has been available online since 2006, but no psychometric data have been published. The present research was designed to provide validity and reliability data for this test. Study 1 was conducted in university students, and the performance on the JMT was compared to the AMUSIA online screening tests. Correlations were high with the subtests of the AMUSIA online screening tests, but especially with the Tone discrimination test. Study 2 was conducted in children, and the JMT was compared to different tests of musical abilities. The JMT showed a good relationship with the Tone Discrimination and Rhythm Imitation subtest, but especially with the global score of musical abilities. In addition, the test showed good one-year test-retest reliability. Finally, external validation of the JMT was obtained by noting that musicians obtained higher scores than non-musicians. Discussion is focused on the possibility of using the JMT as a rapid screening measure of individual differences in pitch discrimination in the normal population.

This study examined whether intraluminal thrombus in abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) is a source of fibrinolytic activity and proteolysis that could weaken the aneurysm wall. Plasmin, tissue plasminogen activator (tPA), and urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) activity, plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), and α2-antiplasmin (α2AP) antigen were measured in the AAA wall and juxtamural and luminal aspects of intraluminal thrombus in 18 patients. The aneurysm wall contained 100-fold higher tPA activity (1.06 ± 0.34 [standard error of measurement] U/mg soluble protein) compared with juxtamural thrombus (JMT) (0.011 ± 0.001 ) and luminal thrombus (LT) (0.01 ± 0.001) ( p < .00001) and over 6-fold higher uPA activity (29.3 ± 3.4 IU/mg compared with the JMT (4.3 ± 2.4, p = .00024) and LT (7.9 ± 1.76, p = .0005). The LT had significantly lower levels of PAI-1 (1.26 ± 0.34 ng/mg) than the AAA wall (2.08 ± 0.51, p = .04) and the JMT (3.94 ± 0.85, p = .007). The levels of α2AP in the wall (19.4 ± 3.1 ng/mg) were lower than in the JMT or LT (43.0 ± 7.9 ng/mg, p = .013, and 47.6 ± 6.0 ng/mg, p = .002, respectively). There was no significant difference, however, in plasmin activity among the AAA wall, JMT, and LT. There were significant amounts of latent gelatinase B (matrix metalloproteinase [MMP]-9) in the AAA, JMT, and LT. Mean levels of activated MMP-9 activity were similar in the AAA, JMT, and LT. Plasmin activation of MMPs at the interface between intraluminal thrombus and the aneurysm wall may enhance proteolysis and accelerate aneurysm expansion.

Jinmu-tang (JMT) is a traditional herbal medicine consisting of five herbal medicines: Poria cocos Wolf, Paeonia lactiflora Pallas, Zingiber officinale Roscoe, Atractylodes japonica Koidzumi, and Aconitum carmichaeli Debeaux. In this study, the JMT components were profiled using UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS, and 23 compounds were identified and characterized. In addition, UPLC-TQ-MS/MS analysis was performed in the positive and negative ion modes of an electrospray ionization source for the simultaneous quantification of the identified compounds. The multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) method was established to increase the sensitivity of the quantitative analysis, and the method was verified through linearity, recovery, and precision. All analytes showed good linearity (R2 ≤ 0.9990). Moreover, the recovery and the relative standard deviation of precision were 86.19–114.62% and 0.20–8.00%, respectively. Using the established MRM analysis method, paeoniflorin was found to be the most abundant compound in JMT. In conclusion, these results provide information on the constituents of JMT and can be applied to quality control and evaluation.

The content of the article are the memoirs and correspondence of the actress and traveller Jadwiga Mrozowska-Toeplitz, in which she described her reflections on the fellow artist Helena Modrzejewska. Both ladies met in Kraków in 1903, during Madame’s last performances. Mrozowska, in a colourful way, described both the American star’s acting and her attitude towards her theatre colleagues. The letters and published diaries interestingly show how Mrozowska’s attitude towards herself and Modrzejewska changed. They also indirectly touch on relations within and outside the theatre, as well as the social status of actors. Their content is certainly an interesting supplement to research on the history of theatre and the biographies of the artists themselves.

Exoskeleton robots demonstrate promise in their application in assisting or enhancing human physical capacity. Joint muscular torques (JMT) reflect human effort, which can be applied on an exoskeleton robot to realize an active power-assist function. The estimation of human JMT with a wearable exoskeleton is challenging. This paper proposed a novel human lower limb JMT estimation method based on the inverse dynamics of the human body. The method has two main parts: the inverse dynamic approach (IDA) and the sensing system. We solve the inverse dynamics of each human leg separately to shorten the serial chain and reduce computational complexity, and divide the JMT into the mass-induced one and the foot-contact-force (FCF)-induced one to avoid switching the dynamic equation due to different contact states of the feet. An exoskeleton embedded sensing system is designed to obtain the user’s motion data and FCF required by the IDA by mapping motion information from the exoskeleton to the human body. Compared with the popular electromyography (EMG) and wearable sensor based solutions, electrodes, sensors, and complex wiring on the human body are eliminated to improve wearing convenience. A comparison experiment shows that this method produces close output to a motion analysis system with different subjects in different motion.

ZusammenfassungDL-3-123l-Jod-α-Methyltyrosin (123I-JMT) ist ein Radiopharmakon, dessen Anreicherung in Hirntumoren mit SPECT nachweisbar ist. 20 Untersuchungen mit 123I-JMT-SPECT wurden an 16 Patienten nach neurochirurgischen Operationen von Hirntumoren durchgeführt (Tumorlokalisation des Primärtumors aus CT/NMR-Bildern). Die Auswertung in ROI-Technik (Tumor/restliche Schicht) erfaßte die Tumor/Nichttumor-Verhältnisse (T/NT). In 17 Fällen lag ein Rezidiv- oder Resttumor vor. 14/17 waren durch erhöhten Uptake (T/NT 1,43-2,25) nachweisbar. Die Ergebnisse wurden mit CT und/oder NMR-Bildern verglichen und am weiteren Verlauf oder durch Rezidiv-Operationen (6/14) validiert. Alle 3 tumorfreien Patienten (Nachbeobachtungszeit 6-24 Monate) hatten einen negativen Scan; dies wurde durch CT- und NMR-Befunde bestätigt. Mit der 123l-JMT-Szinti-graphie steht eine CT und NMR ergänzende nuklearmedizinische Methode zur Verfügung. Sie sollte bei unklaren neuroradiologischen oder klinischen Befunden durchgeführt werden und kann dazu beitragen, daß die Diagnose eines Rezidivs früher gestellt und eine entsprechende Therapie eingeleitet wird.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran gaya kepemimpinan path goal untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Jaya Mulya Tehnik (JMT). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data analisa kualitatif dikumpulkan dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian sebanyak 16 narasumber yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan path goal berperan dalam kepemimpinan pada JMT. Dari keempat gaya kepemimpinan path goal (direktif, suportif, partisipatif, dan berorientasi prestasi), terdapat gaya kepemimpinan suportif sangat berperan baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan perusahaan. Jika diterapkan, gaya kepemimpinan suportif dapat berdampak baik karena mempercepat pekerjaan dan membuat karyawan menjadi lebih memahami tugas yang diberikan oleh pemimpin perusahaan. Selain itu gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif juga dapat berperan baik terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan jika diterapkan. Menurut karyawan, jika pemimpin perusahaan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif karyawan akan lebih dilibatkan dalam berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan masalah pekerjaan. Namun sayangnya pemimpin perusahaan belum menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif kepada karyawan. Pemimpin JMT cenderung mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan kehendak pribadi.

Jatropha meal is an emergent source of protein for ruminant feed, but the presence mainly of phorbol esters limits its use. We hypothesised that alkaline treatment of Jatropha curcas L. meal will reduce phorbol esters and allow its use as a concentrate supplement for dairy cows. We evaluated the effects of four levels of Jatropha meal treated with 70 g of sodium hydroxide/kg [JMT; 0.145 mg phorbol ester g/kg dry matter (DM)] in a concentrate supplement (0, 100, 200 and 300 g/kg DM; 4 kg cow/day as fed) on performance and efficiency of nutrient utilisation in grazing dairy cows. The alkaline treatment reduced the phorbol esters content of the toxic Jatropha meal by 67.7%. The JMT level linearly reduced the supplement intake (P < 0.01), but it did not affect pasture intake (P = 0.73) or blood hepatic transaminase (P > 0.10). As a result, the JMT level linearly reduced apparent total-tract nutrient digestibility (P ≤ 0.05), ruminal microbial protein synthesis (P = 0.05) and milk yield (P < 0.01). However, it did not affect milk composition (P > 0.05) and nitrogen balance (P = 0.29). Alkaline treatment substantially reduces the phorbol ester in Jatropha meal by 67.7%, but its inclusion in supplements reduces diet digestibility and performance of dairy cows.

The demand of sweet corn in Indonesia has been increasing; therefore breeding efforts are aimed for high yielding sweet corn varieties with superior quality. This research was aimed to evaluate the yield of five newly developed sweet corn hybrids compared to the commercial varieties. The research was conducted at the Leuwikopo experimental field of IPB, and Laboratory of Genetics and Plant Breeding, Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, IPB Darmaga campus from September to December 2015. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized block design with three replications. Five new sweet corn hybrids, “ JM8 x JM2”, “JM8 x JM7”, “JM16 x JM8”, “JM17 x JM6” and “JM17 x JM7”, and four commercial varieties, “Bonanza”, “Master Sweet”, “Sugar 75” and “Sweet Boy”, were tested. The results showed that the new hybrids vary in plant height, days to anthesis, days to silking, ear height, ear length, sugar content, number of kernel rows, the weight of husked ear, and number of ears per plant, downy mildew infected area, and productivity. F1 of “JM8 x JM2” has longer ears than “Master Sweet” and “Sugar 75”, higher sugar content than “Sugar 75”, and higher resistance against downy mildew than “Master Sweet” and “Sweet Boy”.

This research is a descriptive study that aimed to describe the quality of learning mathematics teacher at SMK Technology Tri Tunggal "45" based on the Model EKOP Makassar. Model EKOP is one Evaluation Model Learning Program, which not only assess the results (outputs) of learning, but also assesses the learning process carried out by the teacher. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire given to teachers and students in mathematics teaching by the math teacher. The subjects were all teachers of mathematics in Technological Trinity "45". Analysis of the data used is the average of each component looks for good learning process and learning output, then compares to the quality standards that have been set. The results showed that (1) the quality of the learning process of mathematics teachers in the name of AMRN measured using Model EKOP is Good. (2) The quality of the learning process of mathematics teachers in the name JMT measured using Model EKOP is Good. (3) The output quality of learning mathematics teacher on behalf AMRN measured using Model EKOP is Good. (4) The output quality of learning mathematics teacher on behalf of JMT measured using Model EKOP is Moderate. (5) The quality of mathematics teacher learning program on behalf AMRN measured using Model EKOP are Good. (6) The quality of the learning program for mathematics teachers in the name JMT measured using Model EKOP is Moderate.

A network QoS model for the joint integrated C4I structure<sup>[1]</sup> was proposed for the integration of network infrastructure and network operations(NetOps) for NCOE. Detailed QoS requirements process of the joint integrated C4I systems are needs in the Multi-Domain Operation Environment(MDOE). A process is proposed for identifying QoS requirements and establishing in the MDOE using JMT(Joint Mission Thread) reference architecture and solution architecture. Mission analysis identify JCOAs(Joint Critical Operational Activities) and related activities based on JMT & System architecture's OVs, and Information analysis identify QoS attributes using System architecture's SVs. Identifying QoS attributes will be registered at PPS Registry by pre-regulated process, and will be set-up by NetOps. MDOE QoS requirement Process will support efficiently MUM-T and smart defense platform users under the future uncertain battlefield circumstances.

Abstract According to national dementia plan in many countries, the music implementation into the daily routine as an adjunctive therapy to medication treatment is common. However, the ability of long-term care facilities to implement individualized music therapy (MT) and music-based interventions is not sufficiently taken into account. This pilot study examined the frequency of use and acceptance of MT and technology-based music interventions (TBMI) as well as the influence of high and low usage of both interventions of dementia on behavioral and psychological symptoms (BPSD) at two timepoints. Furthermore, the influence on the combination of MT and TBMI of dementia within the nursing home setting on BPSD with a focus on agitation, apathy, depression, and quality of life at all timepoints was considered. In the present study, data from 30 people with dementia (PwD) aged on average 81 years were analyzed within an eight-week noncontrolled intervention study, including four-week follow-up. Initial outcome data indicated significant decreases at times T2 and T3 in agitation and apathy among PwD with a high usage of MT and TBMI than among those with a low usage. In general, reductions were obtained from all observed BPSD at all timepoints. Significant results were found only for agitation over time. Considering the demonstrated results, a long-term implementation of music within daily routines in nursing homes for PwD should be strived for.

Abstract Although there is empirical support for patient-preferred live music (PPLM) in addressing affective states and pain for adults in medical settings, there is a lack of data regarding why PPLM might be effective. Identifying the underlying processes and events of change mechanisms within PPLM has the potential to improve education and clinical training, distinguish music therapy from other music interventions, and augment treatment outcomes for service users. The practitioner’s expertise constitutes a component of evidence-based practice and could be used to identify change mechanisms that result in PPLM being effective. Therefore, the purpose of this exploratory interpretivist study was to understand practitioners’ perceptions of PPLM change mechanisms for adults in medical settings. I conducted in-depth individual semi-structured interviews with 10 practitioners who had provided protocol-based PPLM in adult medical settings as a component of published research projects. Incorporating member checking and trustworthiness, I used an inductive approach to thematic analysis to analyze data. I identified 3 major themes: Choices within PPLM, Music-based aspects of PPLM, and Positive outcomes resultant of PPLM. These themes were supported by 17 subthemes. The subthemes helped to explain relationships between results and I developed a visual model to conceptualize PPLM change mechanisms. While previous objectivist literature has found PPLM to be an effective intervention for adults in medical settings, the results of the current study provide an evidence-based and practitioner-centric approach to PPLM change mechanisms. Implications for clinical practice, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research are provided.

Abstract. Though usage of m-commerce is increasing, the engagement for the platform is low. This research aims to optimize engagement through variable that influences customer experience. Data gathering is done through online survey and use PLS SEM method to analyze the final data. Based on the result of 407 respondents, customer experience has a significant effect towards engagement. Though, customer experience will have stronger effect towards engagement through satisfaction. The most influential antecedents in customer experience is Telepresence. The more immersed the customers in an app, the more it brings to positive customer experience. The findings provide managerial implications for marketers in multi-channel retail, specifically in beauty industry, who uses m-commerce as their channel to set strategy in optimizing customer experience and engagement in mobile application. Abstract: Absorptive capacity is defined as the company's ability to identify, explore, and apply knowledge gained from the external environment into the form of services. Previous studies examined this generally put forward the role of R&D and leadership authority to neglect the natural process of absorptive capacity. As a knowledge process, its natural process unseparated from the involvement of all parties in the company (including employees). This study aims to analyze the absorptive capacity process in Gramen SMEs located in Yogyakarta with its characteristics that still prioritize business practices based on traditional approaches and local wisdom. By adopting a qualitative based on case studies, it found that the process of absorbing information generally carried out through informal interactions with customers and various communities. It is also confirmed that each stage of absorptive capacity does not always flow linearly, and the intensity of the absorption holds by companies determined by innovations required and the characteristics of the company. Abstract: Circular Economy (CE) has recently attracted the attention of academics, governments and business people due to the concept which believed to be a solution to the negative impacts caused by the traditional economic system. Previous research examining this topic has generally dominated CE principles as the focus of an investigation. Another study also conducted a mapping of CE barriers which consisted of cultural, regulatory, market and technological factors. However, the focus of such studies often makes it difficult to determine how companies are implementing CE. This article aims to fill the gap by analyzing how recycling companies manage CE based on their saving factor. This study uses a qualitative case study approach in three companies located in Pekanbaru. The first two cases are waste managers made from cans, paper, plastics and organic waste, while the last case involves a used oil refining company. Data collection was done through desk evaluations, direct interviews, and document studies, while the analysis was utilized by using within-case and cross-case. The results show that CE implementation was carried out through several approaches including adopting a sharing economy system (between companies and customers), cooperating production of similar companies, and encouraging employee skills improvement through continuous training. Abstrak. Moda transportasi berbasis teknologi digital ride-hailing merupakan salah satu bisnis transportasi yang masih bisa bertahan dalam kondisi pandemi COVID-19. Di Indonesia layanan ini tidak sepenuhnya di non aktifkan tetapi hanya membatasi beberapa fitur layanan yang disesuaikan dengan protokol penangan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh attitude, customer satisfaction, trust, dan subjective knowledge terhadap continuance intention pada jasa ride-hailing selama periode Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Dengan pertimbangan jumlah keseluruhan dari populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui, maka sampel diambil menggunakan sampel non probabilitas dan diperoleh jumlan sampel sebanyak 225 responden pengguna layanan ride-hailing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik Strukktural Equation Model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude, customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust, konstruk trust secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berdampak signifikan terhadap continuance intention yang dimediasi oleh attitude, customer satisfaction secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap attitude melalui trust, attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention, customer satisfaction secara langsung secara tidak langsung memiliki dampak signifikan pada continuance intention yang dimediasi attitude serta trust, dan subjective knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Selanjutnya Hasil penelitian ini memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap Theory of Reasoned Action dengan menambahkan konstruk trust, subjective knowledge, dan customer satisfaction pada model penelitan. Dimana dari ketujuh hipotesis yang diajukan keseluruhannya dapat diterima. Kata kunci: Trust, attitude, subjective knowledge, customer satisfaction, continuance intention

Abstract. Technology Business Incubation Center (TBIC) Puspiptek is a public sector organization that provides business incubation services to startup companies. Communicating the identity of the organization to stakeholders is one effort that can be done to build its own appeal compared to other organizations. This study aims to provide an overview and evaluate the TBIC Puspiptek corporate branding activities through alignment of the vision-culture-image (VCI) model. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, while the research data were obtained through interviews with TBIC management and documentation studies. The results of the study mentioned that TBIC Puspiptek has tried to harmonize its goals, culture and image even though there are still gaps between these components. TBIC has sought to harmonize its identity through the provision of services that foster a spirit of technopreneurship, build a positive communication climate and build good budget management. As for the gaps that arise due to less intense communication with stakeholders, the culture of public sector organizations that are less suited to the private sector as well as the irrelevance of the competencies of incubator managers. The conclusion that can be drawn is that public sector organizations involved in business competition need to do corporate branding in order to have their own appeal compared to other organizations. This research also provides various implications, one of which is to transform the Puspiptek culture as a learning organization. Abstract. The cellular operators business in Indonesia has significantly increased during pandemic of COVID-19 since the issuance of the government regulation regarding work from home and study from home. The increasing number of subscribers is getting higher along with the increasing high churn rate. The intention of the study was to determine the potential predictors of customer's loyalty to cellular operators. The findings show, First, user experience directly influences loyalty. Second, corporate image is revealed to strengthen the effect of user experience on switching barriers and subsequent impact on loyalty, which indicates that a good corporate image can increase customer loyalty. Third, satisfaction and switching barriers mediate the relationship between user experience and loyalty. This implies that if users perceive a good experience with their operators, they will satisfied and loyal to the current operator. In line with this situation, if there are too many barriers to switch to other operators and they believe getting value for money, they will remain loyal. The conceptual research framework proposed can be differentiated between users who perceived corporate image is high and those who perceived corporate image is low; they can be differentiated between pre-paid and post-paid cellular users. The contribution of this study lies in the fact that the path between the five dimensions of user experience to loyalty of cellular operator, the combination with the mediator of satisfaction and switching barrier to loyalty, the moderating role of corporate image which affects the direction and strengthen the relationship between user experience and switching barriers. Abstract Premature infants and their parents experience significant stress during the perinatal period. Music therapy (MT) may support maternal–infant bonding during this critical period, but studies measuring impact across the infant’s first year are lacking. This nonrandomized feasibility study used quantitative and qualitative methods within a critical realist perspective to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and suitability of the treatment arm of the Longitudinal Study of music Therapy’s Effectiveness for Premature infants and their caregivers (LongSTEP) (NCT03564184) trial with a Norwegian cohort (N = 3). Families were offered MT emphasizing parent-led infant-directed singing during neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) hospitalization and across 3 months post-discharge. We used inductive thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews with parents at discharge from NICU and at 3 months and analyzed quantitative variables descriptively. Findings indicate that: (1) parents of premature infants are willing to participate in MT research where parental voice is a main means of musical interaction; (2) parents are generally willing to engage in MT in NICU and post-discharge phases, finding it particularly interesting to note infant responsiveness and interaction over time; (3) parents seek information about the aims and specific processes involved in MT; (4) the selected self-reports are reasonable to complete; and (5) the Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire appears to be a suitable measure of impaired maternal–infant bonding. Parents reported that they were able to transfer resources honed during MT to parent–infant interactions outside MT and recognized parental voice as a central means of building relation with their infants. Results inform the implementation of a subsequent multinational trial that will address an important gap in knowledge.

Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of related party transactions (RPTs) on company performance using a panel data regression on 388 non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period. RPT variables used in this study are divided into several categories, namely transactions with related parties in the operational field (operational RPTs), financial field (financial RPTs), other fields (other RPTs), and total RPTs (sum of the three previous types). The study finds a significant negative relationship between financial RPTs and other RPTs on company performance. This finding is consistent with the precedent research that non-operational RPTs (i.e., financial RPTs and other RPTs) are commonly used by controlling shareholders as tunneling channels to expropriate minority shareholders. The results suggest policymakers to monitor more closely RPTs, particularly financial and other RPTs, that are more likely to be used as tunneling activities that are detrimental to firm performance. The results of this study are robust to various proxies of firm performance, providing additional empirical studies on RPTs in emerging countries with concentrated ownership structure, and shedding direct light on which type of RPTs that is mainly used as tunneling channel. Abstract. S-commerce is a modern trend in the field of internet trading, which uses social media as the medium for transactions. To study this rising propensity, we examine how social interaction affects the consumer's s-commerce purchasing behavior. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the 189 respondents were selected according to predetermined criteria. The data processing approach employed Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software assistant. The results showed that social interaction had a positive and significant effect on trust and intention to purchase, trust had a positive and significant impact on purchase intention and s-commerce purchasing behaviour, and purchase intention had positive and significant influence on s-commerce purchasing berhavior. In contrast, the consumer's social interaction effect toward s-commerce purchasing behavior was insignificant. The results are expected to provide a comprehensive understanding in term of consumer's behavior in social media and its consequences for the s-commerce market strategy in Indonesia. Abstract. The number of Indonesian domestic passengers which increased rapidly has encouraged for the airlines to expand their market share by opening routes in the local region and one of the promising region is Bandung. In early 2019, the Low-Cost Carrier has implemented paid baggage policy. The changes of airline conditions and regulations could affect consumer purchasing decisions. The airline have to redesign its strategies and conduct a strategy adjusment to identify the consumer's needs and wants these days. Based on the problem description, this research aims to identify what significant attributes influence passenger's purchasing decision-making and determine what elastic and inelastic attributes. Data collection using an online questionnaire then spread to 235 respondents and were analyzed with Mixed Logit Model using BIOGEME software. The results shows that airline's departure time is a significant attribute towards passenger's airline choice. Ticket price also plays a key role in selecting an airline for passengers when the ticket price increases, Passenger will consider choosing other alternative airlines that are more affordable. The results could be used by an airline company to attract the passenger by improving its marketing strategy. Abstract. The digital signage market has been flourishing every year, and this situation opens up new commercialization opportunities for stakeholders related to the acceleration function. The modern world has allowed technological innovation to satisfy market demands, primarily based on portfolio of patent information. The digital signage apparatus became an economical solution for the costly technology in the digital era. The purpose of this paper was to find the impact of the competitive landscape on the digital signage apparatus towards e-commerce development based on a patent portfolio from the WIPO database. The research was performed based on the patent information using Innograph software and information related to digital signage apparatus resulting in a total of 146 registered patents and 40 patents matching the research subjects. The results revealed that the patent portfolio on the digital signage apparatus has high perceived usefulness, but only few industries used this as a reference in benchmarking their technological competitiveness. This paper is beneficial to the industry that seeks for the impact of the latest technological implementation amidst the competitive commercialization of the digital signage apparatus. Abstract. Along with the rapid economic growth in Indonesia, high buying power led to significant emergence of new-comers brand in retail market. Bottled tea business that used to dominated by two brands, now become highly competitive with more than 20 brands in the market, also an increase in chocolate consumption by more than 25 percent per year making chocolate display in supermarkets become remarkably widespread. This is challenge for manufacturers and retailers to develop strategy to gain maximum profit. This research aims to analyze the effect of display's visual complexity on consumers evaluation process and purchase intention. This research also analyzes the effect of consumer field dependence and shopping goal on perceived target attractiveness. This research consists of 3 experimental studies, each in ANOVA 2x2. Study 1 analyze abstract stimuli, study 2 analyze real product and study 3 complements with eye tracking data. The results prove that the more complex is the product's display, the more product target attractiveness will be rated lower, especially for utilitarian customer with field dependent character. Resumo:

Abstract. The industrial competition requires companies to produce high-quality products, but the phenomenon is that companies still produce products that do not meet specifications and are returned by customers. This is the basis for conducting research aimed at analyzing the implementation of quality control, knowing the main defects of the product, and making improvements to reduce or eliminate problems during the production process using the Six Sigma approach with steps: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. The research sample is the result of the final product inspection in April - September 2019. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Quality control has been carried out but not maximally, with the root causes of the main defects being method, material, and machine. CTO in this research are: foreign body contamination, leak packaging, product temperature exceeds the standard, over drip, and thick fat. After improving, there was an increase in sigma level from 3.48 (performance baseline) to 3.83. Control is carried out to maintain consistency of corrective actions by regular briefings to operators, increasing GMP training, 5S, and product knowledge, standardizing SOP changes, adding necessary tools, and controlling preventive maintenance implementation.
