Resumo:

The primary purpose of this study is to determine and describe the transformation acting in the chinese region named Jing-Jin-Ji (Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei). Formulated on the basis of the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) foR the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China (2016- 2020), the 13th Five-Year Plan describes in chapter 38 the efforts should me made fot the coordinate development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei province throught optimize the spatial arrangements of cities and industrial structure, take out non- capital functions of Beijing, promote transportation integration, expand environment accomodation and ecological space, and explore new models for the optimized development of highly populated areas. The first part of this study deal with a general description of the Hebei region, exploring its history, geography, administrative units and major cities. The second part is relate to Hebei's economic analysis and is most concentrate on foreign investment incentives, development zones and the composiztion of GDP. The third part illustrates the section of the 13th Five-Year Plain for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China (2016-2020) for the Jing-Jin-Ji area and the actual transformation of this.

Resumo:

The concept of “Environmental authoritarian” becomes the focus of discussion in the academic field of environmental politics since it has limited observations. In the recent years, the severe air pollute issue is considered as a threat by both citizens and authorities in China. Along with the more stricter environmental protection laws being issued, even the measures of the factory closings and coal ban seems to become acceptable as the population have suffered in the heavy smog for years. Does this led to the rise of “environmental authoritarian” in China? Taking this as a heuristic point, I observe the positions of various stakeholders in the environmental governance as well as present the findings from research on the implementation and enforcement of air pollution controls measures in Jing-Jin-Ji region. I offer a critical examination of “environmental authoritarian”, especially the levels of public participation at the policy process. After to do the research, the key funding is that the concept of “Environmental authoritarian” is too simplified, it cannot cover the complex and detailed environmental governance at local empirical cases.

Resumo:

Huai-Hua-Jin-Yin-Jiu, a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula (SL) comprising Sophorae Flos and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, was used for treating melanoma in ancient China. Our group has previously shown that an ethanolic extract of SL (SLE) possesses anti-melanoma effects, and that inhibiting STAT3 signaling contributes to the action mechanisms. STAT3 activation promotes the formation of an immunosuppressive microenvironment of melanoma. Regulation of the miR-let- 7/CCR7 pathway is a strategy for treating metastatic melanoma. Chrysoeriol is a flavonoid identified in SLE. The compound has anti-tumor properties, but there is no report about its effects on melanoma. The first aim of this study is to determine whether SLE inhibits melanoma progression by reprogramming tumor microenvironment; the second aim is to explore the involvement of miR-let-7a/f- CCR7 signaling in the anti-metastatic effects of SLE; and the third aim is to elucidate the anti-melanoma mode and mechanisms of action of chrysoeriol. Results showed that SLE suppresses melanoma growth and angiogenesis in mice. SLE inhibits STAT3 signaling, and alters immune cell compositions and molecules involved in STAT3 signaling in melanoma tissues. Cell co-culture experiments showed that SLE inhibits STAT3 signaling in melanoma cells and splenic lymphocytes. Over-activation of STAT3 in melanoma cells diminishes SLE's effects in altering compositions of immune cells and STAT3 signaling molecules in the co- culture system. Small RNA sequencing showed that SLE upregulates miR-let-7a/f levels in B16F10 melanomas. RT-qPCR analyses confirms these results. SLE elevates miR-let- 7a/f levels, and inhibits CCR7 (a target gene of miR-let-7a/f) signaling in melanoma cells. In a lung metastasis mouse model, SLE inhibits melanoma metastasis, elevates miR-let-7a/f levels, and suppresses CCR7 signaling. Knockdown of miR-let-7a/f diminishes the effects of SLE on CCR7 signaling and melanoma cell invasion; and overexpression of CCR7 lessens the effects of SLE on melanoma cell invasion. Chrysoeriol shows in vitro and in vivo anti-melanoma effects. Molecular dynamics and microscale thermophoresis assays demonstrate that chrysoeriol directly binds to Src. Chrysoeriol suppresses the Src/STAT3 pathway in melanoma cells and tissues. Chrysoeriol's anti-proliferative effects are diminished by STAT3 over- activation in melanoma cells. Chrysoeriol also has inhibitory effects in vemurafenib- resistant melanoma cell and animal models. RNA-seq analyses shows that syndecan-3 mRNA level is lower in vemurafenib-resistant cells than in vemurafenib-sensitive cells, and chrysoeriol reverses this vemurafenib resistance-associated downregulation. RT-qPCR and Western blotting analyses confirmed the results. In conclusion, we have demonstrated that reprograming immune microenvironment, partially mediated by inhibiting STAT3 signaling, contributes to the anti-melanoma mechanisms of SLE. Regulation of the miR-let-7a/f-CCR7 pathway is another mechanism underlying the anti-melanoma effects of SLE. Chrysoeriol is identified to be one of the active components responsible for the anti- melanoma effects of SLE. Inhibiting the Src/STAT3 pathway contributes to the anti- melanoma mechanisms of chrysoeriol. Chrysoeriol is able to overcome vemurafenib resistance in melanoma, and upregulation of syndecan-3 is involved in the action mechanisms. This study provides further pharmacological and chemical justifications for the use of the formula SL in treating melanoma, and suggests that SLE and SLE- derived compounds have the potential to be developed as modern alternative and/or complimentary agents for melanoma management

Resumo:

“Gold” is a colour indicating the colour of an object. It is a unique colour word which represents the colour of gold. From ancient to the present, “gold” is a common Chinese word which is frequently used in the literature. Furthermore, “gold” is the symbol of goodness in the traditional Chinese society. Nowadays, “gold” represents noble, luxury, wealth, hope, etc in the cultural connotation. This dissertation consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, purpose of the topic and key points of the study. The second chapter is divided into three parts. In the first part, it begins to look for the semantic origin of the colour word “gold” by analyzing its original meaning, aboriginal meaning and quotative meaning. In the second part, it demonstrates the development of cultural connotation in China and elaborates the cultural connotation in the present Chinese society. In the third part, the colour word “gold” is compared with the colour words “yellow” and “red” to identify their differences and similarities of cultural connotations. In the third chapter, it mainly focuses on phraseology function of “gold” and its combinations. Meanwhile, the aspects of word-formation, syntactical functions, sentence structure of “gold” and its combinations will be discussed. The fourth chapter analyzes the usage and effect of “gold” and its combinations with regard to rhetoric. It also illustrates and explains the features of usage and rhetorical effects on seven categories of figures of speech which are fairly typical. The last chapter is the conclusion of the whole dissertation. “Gold” is a very unique colour word which differentiates from other colour words such as “red”, “yellow” and so on. “Gold” has been representing a positive image from the past, even nowadays, “gold” is still one of the most glamorous colours.

Ba jin a vecu en france de 1927 a 1928. C'est a paris qu'il a entrepris sa carriere d'ecrivain. Au debut des annees trente, il est devenu une vedette litteraire en chine. Son premier recueil de nouvelles "la vengeance" est consacre essentiellement a l'image de francais. Sa fameuse trilogie "le torrent impetueux", dont le chef d'oeuvre "famille" fait partie, est inspiree de la serie des rougon-macquart. Son "germinal" montre de nombreux points commun avec celui de zola, mais il rejette son naturalisme et sa theorie d'heredite. La pensee de ba jin est etroitement liee a ses lectures francaises. Ses conceptions de la democratie, de l'egalite, de la morale, ainsi que de l'esthetique sont surtout influencees par des ecrivains francais, tels que j. J. Rousseau. E. Zola, v. Hugo, r. Rolland, meme j. M. Guyau. Ba jin a recu de la litterature francaise non seulement la forme du roman, mais aussi, l'esprit democratique, l'humanisme et le realisme. Au retour, il a apporte sa contribution tant a la litterature chinoise, qu'a la weltliteratur". Il est un des plus grands ecrivains de la chine moderne. Son influence s'est repandue dans le monde entier
Ba jin spent two yeurs 1927 and 1928 in france. It was in paris that he undertook his literary career. In early thirties, he became a literary star in china. His first collection of short stories "the revenge" is established essentially to the image of frenchmen. His famous trilogy "the impetuous torrent", of which the masterpiece "family" is part, is isnpired by the series of rougon-macquart. His "germinal" shows a lot of common points with those of zola, but, he rejects the naturalism and the theory of here dity. The thought of ba jin is closely linked to his french reading. His conception of democracy, equality, morals, and esthetic are particularly influenced by french writers, such as j. J. Rousseau, e. Zola, v. Hugo, r. Rolland, and j. M. Guyau. Ba jin has received from french literature, not only the form of novel, but also democratic spirit, humanism, and realism. In return, he has ontribued as many to chinese literature, as to he "weltliteratur". He is one of the greatest writers of modern china. His influence is widesprend all over the world
