The article is devoted to the theory and methodology of formation of the competitive rhythmic-tempo structure of throwing the hammer from four turns in the process of long-term training of beginners - MSMK. Associate Professor of the Department of Athletics of the Lviv State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, senior coach of the athletics department of the Lviv Boarding School of Sports Profile, Honored Coach of Ukraine Yevhen Vasyliovych Syuch scientifically substantiated and practically implemented the four-round hammer throwing technique [9]. The world record in the three-revolution hammer throw was set by Yuri Sedykh in 1986. 08 30 Stuttgart, hammer throw, men 86.74 m. In the three-revolution hammer throw, the speed of rotation increases in 1, 2, 3 revolutions and the final effort is completed quickly- a tempo hit in the final effort, as an entry into the fourth turn. In hammer throwing with four revolutions, the speed of rotation increases in 1, 2, 3 revolutions and decreases in 4 revolution in connection with the athlete's preparation for the final effort. To increase the efficiency of throwing the hammer from four revolutions, it is necessary to purposefully increase the speed of rotation in 1, 2, 3, 4 revolutions and speed-tempo hitting in the final effort as an entrance to the fifth revolution. Modern sports achievements in men's and women's hammer throw are shown using the technique of throwing a projectile of four revolutions. The transformation of the psychophysiological state of a novice hammer thrower into the psychophysiological state of a high-class hammer thrower is carried out with the help of a consistently emphasized method of distributing loads in the annual cycle and the serial and variable use of lightweight hammers, competitive hammers and weighted hammers with a biomechanical orientation. The structural components, criteria, indicators (temporal, spatial, speed, pace) and levels of formation of the studied sports qualifications of metal players are highlighted.

The article aims to show the potential of the synthesis of Kondratiev’s concept of long cycles (waves), the theory of production (technological) revolutions, and the concept of the leading sectors and technological orders. Based on these theories, the article analyzes the contemporary cybernetic revolution that started in the 1950s and puts forward a prediction that the final phase of the cybernetic revolution will begin in the 2030s and that this final phase will merge with the sixth Kondratiev wave. The basis of the sixth technological order will be the complex of the leading technologies MANBRIC — medicine, additive technologies, nanotechnologies, robotics, IT, and cognitive technologies. Most of the technologies within this complex will be self-governing systems. One more important factor considered in the analysis is the global population ageing, which will have a significant impact on the development of technologies in the final phase of the cybernetic revolution and the sixth technological order. Global aging will spur the advancement of medical science and related fields and make medicine the most important integrating component of the emergent MANBRIC complex. It can be predicted that the upcoming final phase of the cybernetic revolution will be accompanied by the disappearance of K-waves and slowing down of the technological progress.

In this essay, we evaluate the impact of the revolution that has occurred in antitrust and in particular the growing role played by economic analysis. Section II describes exactly what we think that revolution was. There were actually two revolutions. The first was the use by economists and other academics of existing economic insights together with the development of new economic insights to improve the understanding of the consequences of certain forms of market structure and firm behaviors. It also included the application of advanced empirical techniques to large data sets. The second was a revolution in legal jurisprudence, as both the federal competition agencies and the courts increasingly accepted and relied on the insights and evidence emanating from this economic research. Section III explains the impact of the revolution on economists, consulting firms, and research in the field of industrial organization. One question it addresses is why, if economics is being so widely employed and is so useful, one finds skilled economists so often in disagreement. Section IV asks whether the revolution has been successful or whether, as some critics claim, it has gone too far. Our view is that it has generally been beneficial though, as with most any policy, it can be improved. Section V discusses some of the hot issues in antitrust today and, in particular, what some of its critics say about the state of the revolution. The final section concludes with the hope that those wishing to turn back the clock to the antitrust and regulatory policies of fifty years ago more closely study that experience, otherwise they risk having its demonstrated deficiencies be repeated by throwing out the revolution’s baby with the bathwater.

This article addresses the inadequate analysis of modern social revolutions within orthodox International Relations due both to the historical context and the trajectory of the discipline. A critical review of the literature that has more recently come to acknowledge the relevance of revolutions and revolutionary states to IR reveals a number of enduring shortcomings. The present article suggests an alternative framework for the study of revolutions by conceiving them as rooted in the dynamics of the globally dominant socio-economic system, capitalism. It is argued that the uneven global expansion of this system and its peculiarity contribute to the explanation of revolutionary upheavals in the modern world. This is illustrated in the final section of the article by a case study of the Iranian Revolution of 1979, which also challenges recent explanations of the revolution in terms of ‘Islam’ or ‘Islamic culture’.

The article explores industrial revolutions in chronological order. The article begins with explaining the concept of the industrial revolution. The opening section examines the first two industrial revolutions that caused great economic and social changes. The second section focuses on the third industrial revolution, which involves information technology, the development of means of transport, telecommunications and nuclear energy. The previews of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 appearing on the horizon are also briefly examined. The final part indicates that technological innovations are the engine of changes in the economy, but also affect the form of, among others, democracy and interpersonal relationships that shape new ways of communication. Special attention is given to the biggest changes that concern labour market: new technologies create great opportunities for educated and creative employees, while excluding those who are not able to adapt to the new requirements.

Given the media hype and attention devoted to the events of the 2010–2011 ‘Arab Spring’ it may perhaps be overlooked that the Arabs, and more than many other nations, possess long experience with diverse and profound long-term revolutions in the twentieth century. For numerous reasons and especially the sweeping and pervasive socio-economic and political changes some of these introduced, they may well be more appropriately categorized as ‘revolutions’ than those termed as such at the moment. This article explores one dimension of this phenomenon and demonstrates that the concept of what was specifically termed a ‘cultural revolution’ (originally by Lenin about 1923) was first introduced in the Arab world by Jamal ‘Abd al-Nasser on 19 December 1961, nearly four years before Mao Tse Tung's launch of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in 1966. For his part, Mu‘ammar Qadhafi, who admitted borrowing the term (if not the mechanism) from Mao, would announce a ‘cultural revolution’ with markedly different connotations on 15 April 1973 at Zuwarah, which signalled the beginning of the road towards implementation of the ‘Third Universal Theory’ (reaching final form in the Green Book) and the subsequent inception of the Jamahiriya in 1977. Although the theoretical and practical implications were distinct for Lenin, Nasser, Mao and Qadhafi, history suggests that it was Nasser – the giant of Pan-Arabism who would come to define and represent Arab socialism – who preceded Mao as the first to call for a ‘cultural revolution’ as a policy at the level of state. He saw this as indispensable to the project of political and socio-economic revolution in the service of a just and sufficient society, where ‘sound democracy’ was not the pro-forma Western variant in the service of unmitigated capitalism and powerful elites, but rather an expression of socio-economic parity and a guarantee against exploitation by one group or one human being of another.

The campaign of the Seleucid king Antiochus VII led against the newly expanded empire of the Parthians (the Arsacid dynasty) is a very important, but largely forgotten episode of ancient military history. Conducted during 130 and 129 BC, it was the final attempt by the Macedonian dynasty of Seleucids to preserve its position as the leading power in Western Asia, against growing Arsacid might that gradually took control over Iran, Mesopotamia and parts of Central Asia. Apart from marking the definitive end of Seleucids as a great power, this event is noteworthy because of the consequences it had for the Parthian military organization and doctrine. The very beginning of the war was marked by massive defeats on the side of the Parthians, with battles, entire armies and regions lost. The Parthian king Phraates II learnt appropriate lessons from the defeat and reorganized what was left of his army for the type of warfare: instead of leading massive positional battles, the victory is to be won through maneuver warfare, exhaustion of the enemy and the elimination of the smaller and isolated parts of the hostile force. There is significant support for the claim that the changes brought on by this experience had a character of a true military revolution - a revolution that shaped the classical Parthian way of warfare. This was one of the most important factors for the later (and mostly successful) Parthian resistance to the Romans, and particularly in their greatest military triumph: the victory over the Army of Marcus Crassus at Carrhae in 53 BC.

After the Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) Government relocated to Taiwan in 1949, the territories under the substantive jurisdiction of the Republic of China have only remained Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. Under the circumstances of China-Taiwan confrontation, the government paid serious attention to history education that is able to cultivate “national spirit” and “patriotism”. From many studies and publications, we can find that history education do have the of purpose and function. With the change of Taiwan’s politics and society, the teaching objectives, hours and textbook contents of history education have been amended as the transform of space and time. The teaching objectives were basically the same before the lifting of martial law, and only in 1994 did the amendment of curriculum standard change largely. The Grade 1-9 Curriculum which implemented in 2001 further transformed curriculum standard to curriculum framework, and the teaching hours and objectives had significant changes. These have also brought about a big challenge for textbook design, and have also affected students’ understanding and cognition on historical events. The study analyzed the contents related to the late-Qing Revolutionary Movement, from the National Institute for Compilation and Translation edition (NICT-edition) of 1955 academic year to the Nan-I edition of 2015 academic year, finding out the evidences of textbooks shaping the image of Sun Yat-sen to steady the promotion of national spirit education for KMT. The study conducted a questionnaire survey, which aimed at eighth graders, to analyze whether students can present the concept of causality of an event correctly after they read the textbook and taught by the teacher. The author has also attached the NICT-edition contents of 1996 academic year, hoping to verify the author’s analysis of textbooks shaping the image of Sun Yat-sen from the students’ answers. The study found that due to the reduction of the teaching hours of history courses and the simplification of textbook contents, students nowadays are generally lack of basic knowledge, and cannot truly grasp the concept of causality of historical events. However, the students’ thoughts and historical explanations are more diverse. Students focus more on the background and causality of the events because the textbooks do not regard Sun Yat-sen as a major role in the Revolutionary Movement.

This chapter examines Volkhovskii’s life from the 1905 Revolution down until his death in 1914. Volkhovskii returned to Russia in the summer of 1906, although he spent most of his time in Finland, in large part to escape unwelcome attention from the authorities. Volkhovskii quickly became a leading figure in producing propaganda aimed at soldiers and sailors, editing the journal Soldatskaia gazeta, (Soldiers Gazette) as well as writing articles and pamphlets on military affairs. He continued to focus on producing propaganda material following his return to Britain in 1907, editing the journal Za narod, as well as attending meetings of the Second International which discussed how to mobilise the working class across Europe against the nationalistic policies pursued by their governments. Volkhovskii once again edited Free Russia following his return, as well as taking part in activities hosted by the Society of Friends of Russia, although he was less active than he had been in the 1890s. The campaign against the tsarist government in Britain had also changed in character, increasingly drawing its support from the left of the political spectrum, rather than the Liberal nonconformist milieu that had previously been dominant. Volkhovskii found it increasingly difficult to justify terrorism to a sceptical British audience during these years, not least as revolutionaries from the Russian Empire were involved in violent activities in London, although he continued to argue that it was the brutality of the tsarist government that radicalised its opponents. Volkhovskii died in early August 1914, two days before Britain declared war on Germany.

This paper presents the simulation model of an oil lubrication gerotor pump for the internal combustion engine. The model was constructed by using a mono-dimensional commercial code taking into account all the phenomena that occur during the revolution of the pump shaft. First of all, several geometric considerations and theoretical observation are presented. An experimental campaign was also performed to validate the simulation model. In these experimental tests particular attention was regarded to the behavior of the pressure oscillations during the pump shaft revolutions. The final aim of this activity is to obtain an instrument that allows in-depth analysis of pump and lubrication circuit functioning and that can be coupled with other models (e.g. VVA, VVT, etc.) in order to take into account different problems of the hydraulic components of engines.

Today operations management is used to characterize the management of the daily activities of all business units, which ultimately lead to the final product or service. The purpose of operations management is to streamline the production process and general operations within the business to maximize profit and ensure business growth. After going through three industrial revolutions, manufacturing technology and management are currently facing the fourth leap (and some researchers say we are in the fifth industrial revolution), industrial revolutions being driven by rapid change, achieved through innovation. The purpose of this article is to highlight the trends in operations management based on the analysis of this concept evolution. In this sense, we mention the contribution of each revolution in the development of operations management. We note that today's main feature is the use of new technologies to provide prosperity beyond job creation while respecting the planet's production limits. Recent trends in production/operations management relate to global competition and its impact on companies, especially manufacturing companies. Following the research carried out, we highlight and characterize some trends in operations management. A special place belongs to the study of the influence of artificial intelligence on the development of operations management. We argue that artificial intelligence can significantly influence the management of production operations, but also in the service sector by providing significant advantages and improvements. The key question that appears in this order of ideas concerns finding the optimum between decisions made by humans and those determined by machines.

High fidelity aeroelastic analysis of gas turbine blading is becoming increasingly common. It is used in vibration analysis and prevention, to increase accuracy of off-design flow analysis and performance prediction, and in damage investigation. Here, an aeroelastic analysis is performed of the transient response of a transonic rotor to a change in operating point. An existing aeroelastic method is used that was originally developed and validated for aircraft applications. The method consists of a time-accurate CFD-method coupled with a modal approach for geometry deformation. The validity of the aeroelastic method is confirmed using the standard aeroelastic test case STCF4. Next, the transient behavior of a transonic rotor due to a change in operating point is investigated. Two scenarios are analyzed: from design point to near stall, and from design point to near choke conditions. These scenarios were analyzed using time-accurate U-RANS calculations with rigid and deformable blading, using six vibration modes to describe the blade deformation in the latter case. In the case of a rigid blade, the shock quickly moves from the original position to the position associated with the new operating point. The duration of this process is approximately one rotor revolution, but a small oscillatory movement remains after three rotor revolutions. With deformable blading, the changing pressure distribution deforms the blade shape during the transient process. The geometric displacement is very small, on the order of 10 μm, and has only a minor effect on the observed shock movement. The final extent of deformation is reached within 0.5 rotor revolutions, but the blade continues to vibrate after three rotor revolutions. The oscillatory displacements of both the shock and the blade are very small for this particular geometry. For different configurations, the blade deformations might be large enough to influence the shock motion, possibly giving rise to noise and fatigue problems.

Abstract This paper presents a digital stimulation workflow intended to revolutionize the area of tedious and core-destructive acidizing experiments. To adjust acid treatment design with respect to actual geology and lithology, several acidizing tests must be performed on cores taken from the reservoir of interest. However, complications related to core sampling and experimental uncertainties often make such tests infeasible, since the adjustment is based on "equivalent" data, which inevitably affects the treatment performance. A better result is achieved by supplementing laboratory tests with numerical simulation of reactive Darcy flow on digital avatars built using X-ray microtomography of real cores. Direct pore-scale simulations using high-resolution micromodels can help determine porosity, which in turn yields values for rock permeability, active surface area, and effective reaction rate. These data are then used to populate the standard core-size Darcy models used to simulate the rock dissolution at different injection rates. At the final step of the workflow, the obtained correlation of rock dissolution versus injection rate are used in advanced numerical simulators for well-scale modeling, in order to optimize the matrix-acidizing (MA) and acid-fracturing treatments. In this study, the concept was demonstrated by dissolving the limestone core in hydrochloric acid. The first phase of the workflow aims at digital expansion of the conventional laboratory work, which results in significant optimization of laboratory resources. Based on X-ray microtomography (microCT) scans of just two core samples and three laboratory filtration tests (one trial and two for the reference), by means of extensive cloud-based simulations, the authors were able to build two full-range pore-volume-to-breakthrough (PVBT) curves that are commonly used for treatment design. The second phase of the workflow involves reservoir-scale modeling and optimization of the acid treatment in an advanced digital simulator. A sensitivity study for the second-phase conceptual workflow was performed under typical well conditions in Middle Eastern basins to calculate volume and injection rates for optimum wormholing. Engineered design strategy going beyond conventional rule-of-thumb practices showed that significant production enhancement can be achieved while optimizing the acidizing project economics. Using a digital workflow makes it possible to optimize carbonate acidizing specifically for each well condition. Digital twins of the core samples and acid systems allows multiplying the number of filtration experiments by orders of magnitude, which significantly improves final data quality. Digital workflow is applicable to any carbonate reservoir using minimal core materials and lab resources.

In this paper, an erosion-based model for abrasive waterjet (AWJ) turning process is presented. In the AWJ turning process a particular volume of material is removed by impacting of abrasive particles to the surface of the rotating cylindrical workpiece. This volume is estimated according to the modified Hashish erosion model; thus radius reduction at each revolution is calculated. The distinctively proposed model considers the continuous change in local impact angle due to change in workpiece diameter, axial traverse speed of the jet, the abrasive particle roundness and density. The accuracy of the proposed model is approved by experimental tests under various traverse speeds. The final diameters estimated by the new model are in good accordance with the experiments.

The paper is dedicated to the development of advocacy in France throughout history, and special attention is paid to the struggle of lawyers to repair the damage caused to their position by the Bourgeois Revolution. The goals of the legal struggle were fully achieved in the period of the Third Republic, rightly called the "Republic of Lawyers", when they took over the legislative and executive power. French lawyers, especially in the 19th century, were often real political dissidents. With their work as a politival opposition, they redefined the relationship between the state and society and set a clear border of state power, all of which enabled the easier emergence of a liberal constitutional monarchy, and then a republic. Due to the constant opposition activities in the courtroom, the lawyers demonstrated in the best possible way how closely law and politics stand in each state. In the introductory chapter of the paper, the author gives an overview of the historical development of advocacy from the Frankish period to the Revolution itself. During the Old Regime, lawyers enjoyed the status of "secular clergy" and, although members of the Third Class, were an unavoidable political factor in absolutist France. The second chapter contains an analysis of the devastating impact of the Revolution on the legal profession and timid attempts to improve the position of the legal profession with the advent of the Restoration. The third chapter provides an overview of the period from 1830 to 1870, which was characterized by the increasingly serious interference of lawyers in politics in order to fight for the advancement of the profession. The chapter on the Third Republic talks about the successful outcome of the lawyer's fight for their own rights, and the final chapter talks about the tendencies in the French legal profession in the 20th century.

Globalization phenomenon caused effects that profoundly reduced the variety of reality, involving cultural, social and economic diversities, once recognizable and also identifiable through the study of architecture as a collective product of a civil community. In this context, architecture, as built and anthropic reality, suffered the shots of a revolution that has produced osmosis, hybridisation, contamination, both diatopic that diachronic, now became synchronic and syntopic phenomena. Actually, you can find / read common characters in the substrate, first typological then material, which, if critically interpreted, could indicate a possible and alternative way out of this apparent chaotic condition. In my opinion, following the consolidated basis of a theoretical and cultural heritage that has provided tools for critical reading of urban transformations, it is possible to distinguish two types of processes, usually traceable in cities. In order to rich this goal, I used the tools of the mechanical building discipline that identify: ‘elastic’ and ‘plastic’ transformations. The ‘elastic’ transformation produces ‘elastic cities’ because, at the end of the sustained stresses, the final configuration not change, instead the ‘plastic’ one produces ‘plastic cities’ when, at the end of the sustained stresses, the final configuration is not coincided with the initial one. These considerations / critical notes are the beginning of a research that, in my opinion, could offer inedited developments, both in the recognition of an unusual history of architecture, closer to his material essence, either as design and project tools, coherent with new consolidated environments.

A comprehensive investigation of the three-dimensional unsteady flow and thermal field downstream of an embedded stator in a multistage compressor, acquired with a high-response hot-film probe and aspirating probe, is presented and analyzed. Some of the earlier data (five-hole probe and high-response Kulite probe) from the same compressor is used with the present data to provide an integrated and comprehensive interpretation of the flow and thermal fields. The emphasis is on the unsteady flow, unsteady thermal, and integrated flow fields. Part 1 covers the description of the facility and the development of the hot-film technique for multistage flow field measurement. In addition, the unsteady velocity field is presented and interpreted. Part 2 provides an integrated assessment of the stagnation pressure, temperature and velocity fields to derive a comprehensive understanding of the time-averaged flow features. The final part covers velocity-velocity and velocity-temperature correlations and the assessment of their magnitudes in the average-passage equations. The results from an area traverse of the unsteady velocity field derived from a 45 degree slanted film probe downstream of the second stator of a three-stage axial flow compressor are presented and discussed in this paper. The measurements were conducted at the peak efficiency operating point using a four-rotation method. The ensemble-averaged unsteady three-dimensional velocity data is resolved into the time-averaged component, revolution and blade periodic, and aperiodic components. Some of the features of the rotor 2 flow, measured at the exit of stator 2, reveal the extent of the spread of the upstream rotor wakes and the unsteadiness due to rotor hub and leakage flow regions and levels of periodic and aperiodic unsteadiness. Both the revolution and blade periodic velocity fluctuations are seen to be significantly greater than the aperiodic fluctuations.

The article deals with the ways in which social networks and the blogosphere influence the formation and implementation of a PR campaign. Examples from the political sphere (election campaigns, initiatives), business (TV brands, traditional and online media) have revealed the opportunities that Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube and blogs promote in promoting advertising, ideas, campaigns, thoughts, or products. Author blogs created on special websites or online media may not be as much of a tool in PR as an additional tool on social media. It is noted that choosing a blog as the main tool of PR campaign has both positive and negative points. Social networks intervene in the sphere of human life, become a means of communication, promotion, branding. The effectiveness of social networks has been evidenced by such historically significant events as Brexit, the Arab Spring, and the Revolution of Dignity. Special attention was paid to the 2019 presidential election. Based on the analysis of individual PR campaigns, the reasons for successful and unsuccessful campaigns from the point of view of network communication, which provide unlimited multimedia and interactive tools for PR, are highlighted. In fact, these concepts significantly affect the effectiveness of the implementation of PR-campaign, its final effectiveness, which is determined by the achievement of goals. Attention is drawn to the culture of communication during the PR campaign, as well as the concepts of “trolls”, “trolling”, “bots”, “botoin industry”. The social communication component of these concepts is unconditional. Choosing a blog as the main tool of a marketing campaign has both positive and negative aspects. Only a person with great creative potential can run and create a blog. In addition, it takes a long time. In fact, these two points are losing compared to other internet marketing tools. Further research is interesting in two respects. First, a comparison of the dynamics of the effectiveness of PR-campaign tools in Ukraine in 2020 and in the past, in particular, at the dawn of state independence. Secondly, to investigate how/or the concept of PR-campaigns in social networks and blogs is constantly changing.
