Women status and women empowerment these two words very interconnected to each other. Women empowerment can determine by in terms of socio- economic status which influence by an indicators like income, poverty, education, skill, employment opportunities and better health etc. In India, Assam is one of the better positions for women other than North-East state. Because of government always taking initiative and also implementing different types of schemes especially for women. In this paper presenting about the Orunodoi Scheme and their impact factor with implementation for family, women and Assam which is first introduced in October 2020 and but process starting from December 2020. So, only ten-month study highlights with the five objectives by the name of “Empowering family with empowering women in Empowering Assam”.

Im Wachstum von Startups und KMU spielt Leadership eine zentrale Rolle. In einer umfassenden empirischen Studie (N = 399) in familiengeführten KMU wird der Einfluss der Visionären Führung und des Empower­ing durch Entscheidungs- und Handlungsspielraum auf das affektive Commitment und die Zielerreichung der Mitarbeitenden untersucht. Die empirischen Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Visionäre Führung und Empowering das Commitment der Mitarbeitenden positiv beeinflussen, wobei Visionäre Führung den stärksten signifikanten Zusammenhang zum affektiven Commitment aufweist. Weniger stark ist der Effekt auf die Zielerreichung, die vor allem durch das Empowering der Mitarbeitenden beeinflusst wird. Visionäre Führung versucht, die durch das Empowering gewonnene Autonomie durch eine gemeinsame Vision auszubalancieren und das Dilemma zwischen „letting go“ und „having control“ im Sinne einer „sowohl als auch“-Strategie in einen langfristigen Zielraum zu führen. Leadership plays a central role in the growth of startups and SMEs. In a comprehensive empirical study (N = 399) within family-owned SME, the influence of visionary leadership and empowering on employees’ affective commitment and goal achievement is investigated. The empirical results show that visionary leadership and empowering positively influence employee commitment, with visionary leadership showing the strongest significant correlation to affective commitment. The effect on goal achievement, which is mainly influenced by empowering the employees, is less strong. Visionary leadership tries to balance the autonomy gained through empowering with a shared vision and to solve the dilemma between “letting go” and “having control” in the sense of a “both and” strategy.

Resumo:
Despite increasing attention to gender issues in the humanitarian sector, the notion of gender equality as a humanitarian goal remains largely rejected, as some argue it would require interfering with cultural values and practices, and thus lie beyond the remit of humanitarianism. This paper questions this by examining the close relationship between certain humanitarian goals, and cultural values and practices. It ultimately calls for a gender-transformative humanitarian action that recognises and supports local feminist actors, in an effort to transform gender relations both in local communities and within humanitarianism itself.

Resumo:
Abstract This paper defends a version of the view that, sometimes, rational choice between two options can be grounded on a good reason whose justifying force does not depend on how the two options compare. The route via which this view is arrived at does not presuppose the existence of incomparable options, and so allows for common ground with skeptics about incomparability. Still, it requires that challenging cases be acknowledged and addressed, rather than abstracted from or assumed away. Ultimately, the reasoning provided suggests that rationality can handle quite a lot of messiness, which is important, since rationality wouldn’t be all that helpful if, whenever messiness threatened, we had to rush to its rescue rather than look to it for guidance.
