Introduction. The subjects and actors of social re- ality have entered the digital age. This is expressed at several levels: first of all, in objects and technol- ogy, also at the level of everyday life of a modern person and social groups and worldview in general. A philosopher, like no one else, is capable of seeing such transformations and their subsequent reflec- tion. This reflection is carried out simultaneously in the bosom of classical social and humanitarian disciplines, including philosophy, sociology, cultural studies, for example, and in the space of new areas of scientific knowledge. Such a new discipline, the focus of which is digital, is digital anthropology. The article presents a summary of the speeches of the leading speakers of the methodological school “Digital Anthropology: Theoretical and Applied As- pects”, which took place in May 2022 at South Ural State University. The purpose of the article is to identify and to analyze possible directions of philosophical reflec- tion of the digital in the context of conceptualizing digital anthropology. Methods. The study is based on general scientific methods, analysis and synthesis, induction, deduc- tion, abstraction. The analysis of the speeches of the speakers of the methodological school “Digital Anthropology: Theoretical and Applied Aspects” was carried out primarily on the basis of the interpreta- tion method and systematic approach. Scientific novelty of the study. The article pre- sents specific steps in building a discourse about digital through analyzing the speeches by Russian philosophers and their subsequent discussion within the framework of the work of the methodo- logical school “Digital Anthropology: Theoretical and Applied Aspects”. Results. The exposition of speeches within the framework of the methodological section varied thematically from the ontological, anthropological and axiological aspects of digitalization to specific cases of Internet Studies. As part of the work of the methodological school, the following topics were presented: “The problem of values in digital culture” (Yury Yu. Vetutnev), “Impact content in social media” (Sophia V. Tikhonova), “Construction of ideas about the past in social media” (Denis S. Artamonov), “Repost and like as “alternatives” to traditional scientometrics” (Elena E. Chebo- tareva), “Value-semantic dimension of subjectivity: opportunities and threats of the digital society” (Sergey V. Borisov), “Digital literacy in conditions of surveillance capitalism and Network-centric war- fare” (Kirill E. Rezvushkin), “Feature films and digital technologies: the future of one illusion” (Taras A. Varkhotov). Conclusion. In the work of the methodological school, a wide range of problems related to digital everyday life was identified. These problems actual- ize the axiological, social, anthropological optics of research. All participants of the school showed from different perspectives that new tasks arose for philosophy to comprehend and conceptualize the changing reality. The philosopher, living in the digital space, is able to reflect on the digital and build a discourse about it. In our opinion, the con- cept of digital anthropology claims to take the place of such a discourse.

According to the current trends of the ICT development, digital transformation is becoming a key requirement in many social spheres. Digital technologies have proven their importance not only by significantly increasing efficiency of activities, but also by their general convenience and broad opportunities for users. The transition to digital principles is especially important in the field of social protection as it determines the welfare of the popula- tion, social security and social stability of the country, especially in crisis conditions. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the strategic foundations of the formation of digital social protection of the population in Ukraine, and its object is the system of social protection. The research methodology is based on a comparative analysis of the global and domestic practices of social protection on a digital basis and content analysis of the legal framework for the digital transformation of the social sphere in Ukraine. The study showed that the global prerequisites for the digitalization of social protection, as well as national factors, on the one hand, accelerated the implementa- tion of digital technologies for the provision of social assistance in Ukraine, and on the other hand, inhibited and underestimated the possibilities of their successful use. Digital technologies, which are widely used in the provi- sion of public services, also prove their effectiveness in the practice of social protection and have significant ad- vantages compared to its traditional form. However, the processes of digitalization of financial and non-financial components of social protection – social payments and social services – have certain differences due to different organizational procedures and technological processes. Social e-services created in Ukraine only partially cover the components of the social protection system that exist in Ukraine. Therefore, the results of the study are aimed at building a successful social protection system based on a single digital system.

This study aims to investigate the future of art education using digital media by analyzing the media dis-courses of Benjamin, McLuhan, and Flusser and the 2022 revised Art Education Curriculum. The research analyzed the contents of digital media in the 2022 revised Art Education Curriculum and identified seven key elements, which were then linked to the content of media discourse to suggest three directions. The study confirmed that the 2022 revised Korea National Art Curriculum considers expanding senses, percep-tion, and experience through the use of digital media, online and offline linked classes, visual communica-tion, and ethical approaches. The three directions of art education using digital media are 'changes in the way digital media are accepted,' 'interaction between senses and media,' and 'technological imagination'. The study advocates for embracing new changes in media, pursuing the expansion of humans through the interaction between senses and media, and the technological imagination based on the device literacy of digital media and human imagination.

L’articolo propone una riflessione sullo stato dell’arte del romanzo italiano nel mondo digi- tale svolta attraverso l’analisi dei testi in prosa della modernità presenti nel portale Biblio- teca Italiana e affronta i casi di studio di Manzoni, Pirandello e Tozzi, per analizzare tre progetti complementari e diversi di edizione cartacea e digitale, e di interazione tra ricerca accademica, istituzioni bibliotecarie ed editoria. I casi mostrano come il romanzo, per la sua polifonia, le sue dinamiche genetiche, la sua contaminazione con le arti visive e drammati- che, richieda una infrastruttura digitale che metta in relazione tutti questi aspetti tra loro, anche in chiave didattica, costituendo un banco di prova della necessaria trasformazione dell’edizione critica digitale in un sito di ricerca e conoscenza dei testi e dei loro autori.
This article proposes a reflection on the state of the art of the Italian novel in the digital world carried out through the analysis of modern prose texts in the website BibliotecaItaliana.it, examining the case studies of Manzoni, Pirandello, and Tozzi, and in particular three com- plementary projects and several digital editions as well as interactions among academic rese- arch, institutions, librarians, and publishers. The case studies show how the novel — thanks especially to its polyphony, its genetic dynamics and contamination with the visual and dra- matic arts — requires an infrastructure that also links all these aspects from an educational point of view. The novel may be considered as a testing ground for the necessary transforma- tion of the digital critical edition into a “knowledge site” of texts and their authors.

Older adults constitute a viable resource in some countries of the European Union (EU), which is not found in the social margin that predominantly occurs in Greece. These countries have realised that the usage of digital technologies (Information and Communications Technology/ICT’s and the Internet) is an important tool for activating older adults, reducing their loneliness and a first-class opportunity for improving their daily life, e.g. through the use of telemedicine. By contrast, in Greece, which is defined by a rapidly ageing popula- tion, the discussion on the “grey digital divide” (the lack of access/usage of digital technologies) in relation to older individuals remains a problem that has not yet been sufficiently explored, while the formal policy is still at an embryonic stage with significant consequences for the entire Greek society. To conclude, the digital divide in Greece is a multi-dimensional matter that reflects the chronic pathogenies of the Greek state and a lack of political imagination to change the current situation.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of digital evolution in wholesale trade. The study examines the impact of digital technologies on the wholesale trade sector, including aspects of import substitution and the development of domestic technological systems under economic sanctions. The main focus is on the current state of the market and its development trends, such as the implementa-tion of ERP, CRM, and RPA systems, as well as the necessity of digitalization to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. It is established that digital business transformation requires a compre-hensive approach to updating and optimizing business processes. The main current problems faced by wholesale trade enterprises in implementing new technologies and replacing Western digital prod-ucts are identified. The specifics of the impact of sanctions on the availability of foreign technologies and the growing interest in the development and application of national digital solutions are thor-oughly revealed. Adaptation to new economic and technological conditions requires enterprises to be flexible and adopt an innovative approach. The article also considers examples of successful cases of digital technology implementation in domestic wholesale trade enterprises. Key factors contributing to successful digital transformation are highlighted, including the role of human capital, the need for employee training, and investments in IT infrastructure. The study concludes that the success of digi-tal transformation in wholesale trade enterprises depends not only on technology but also on the business's readiness for change and the effectiveness of managerial decisions in the field of digitali-zation and process optimization. Special attention is given to strategic aspects of digital transformation, such as planning and control.

This scientific article reveals the theoretical aspects of the essence and construc-tion of the digital ecosystem of a single-profile municipal formation. The signifi-cant role of digitalization is shown to increase the efficiency of the functioning of a single-industry municipality, improve operational efficiency, develop innova-tion and attract investment, as well as improve interaction with the population. The analysis of modern approaches to the essential characteristic of the "digital ecosystem" allowed us to propose an author's interpretation of the term "digital ecosystem of a municipal formation", to present its structure through a complex of interacting variators. The forms of interaction of participants in the digital eco-environment of the municipality were systematized, and the principles that underlie the communications of the main participants were developed to ensure a comprehensive effect and opportunities for the development of the territory. It was concluded that the introduction of digital technologies can become an im-portant success factor for the development of a single-industry municipality and increase its competitiveness, which served as the basis for highlighting methods for evaluating the effectiveness of forms of interaction between the parties.

The Republic of Moldova faces multiple challenges in its ascent towards an advanced informa-tion society and a performing digital economy. The study focuses on investigating some aspects of the phenomenon in an attempt to shed light on some states of affairs that may have significant influences on the evolution of Republic of Moldova’s society in the digital age. The data and information analyzed in the study, derived from evaluations of relevant institutions, can contribute to a better understanding of the causes and effects of actions concerning the digital transformation process, as well as the prospects for development in an environment increasingly affected by innovation and technological progress.

The world gets quickly covered by networks that enable connectivity and data transfer between digital devices. More than 40% of the world's population has access to the Internet. As digital networks spread around the world and the economic benefits of digitalization increase, we are witnessing a digital transformation. The application of digital technologies supports innovations in business and industry, improves the life standards of citizens and efficiency of public administra-tion. Russia has certain prospects in the development of the national digital economy for develop-ing the information infrastructure, finalizing the regulatory framework and providing this process with the appropriate personnel. The role of IT-technologies in the economy of the Russian Federa-tion is indicated, the rating of the digital economies of the world is presented, in which Russia takes 39th place. There have been considered the basic concepts of the digital economy, defined and classified areas of application of its technologies, identified categories of their application with ex-amples of existing projects of the digital economy. A statistical analysis of the prospects of the Russian digital economy has been conducted; the categories of new jobs in the changing labor market are singled out in the framework of digitalization, as well as of the scope of their application.
A particular attention is paid to analysis of the Internet of things technology, which has an impact on the surrounding world, including the labor market. Specialties in the IT industry include various disciplines: computer science, computer engineering, and software development. Vacancies in the changing digital world are conditionally classified: “implementers”, “developers”, “improvers”. Conclusions are drawn as a result of the expansion and widespread introduction of digital technol-ogies on the prospects for the development of the economies of each individual state, the estab-lishment of cooperation between countries and solving of many global problems.

One factors of sustainable development is digitalization, which includes digital technologies em-bedded in business processes and models of organizations. This study analyzes the integration of digital tech-nologies into the strategy of a modern enterprise from the point of view of its sustainable development goals. The hypothesis of the study is that the integration of digital technologies contributes to the achieve-ment of sustainable development goals. The methodological basis was the sustainable development of the economy and industrial enterprises, and research considering the digitalization of the economy and the inte-gration of digital technologies. As a result, the concept and essence of sustainable development are re-vealed. The definition of digital production is given. The results show that the emergence of “Industry 5.0” was due to the concept of “Industry 4.0” focusing on technological changes and digitalization of produc-tion, and less on the basic principles of social justice and sustainable development. The new industrializa-tion of the economy is not limited to technological changes in production processes, but increasingly ac-quires an environmental, social, humanistic dimension and focuses the application of new technologies on the sustainable development of the economy, society, and humanity. The practical significance of the work lies in combining approaches to innovative and technological support for the activities of enterprises to achieve a level of sustainable development.

Digital platforms are the largest data aggregators and beneficiaries in the digital economy. Digital platforms operate at micro, meso, macro and mega levels in various formats and in almost all areas of human activi-ty. Platform companies have a number of unique competitive advantages compared to traditional com-panies and require specific methods, models and management tools. The research objective is to deter-mine the features of the functioning of digital platforms and develop methodological foundations for the formation of models for managing digital platforms. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of managing digital platforms and digital transformation. Results. In the course of the research, the classification of digital platforms was generalized and systematized, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience in 10 classification criteria. Organizations and meta-organizations can have multiple types of boundaries, so there are ad-vantages to developing a holistic view that can reveal complementarity and interaction between them. Not-ing that there is an interaction between different types of boundaries, the boundaries of a digital platform can be defined as a combination of the scope, configuration, and digital interface of the platform. In addi-tion, it should be noted that due to the specifics of digital platforms, we consider it appropriate to single out the digital environment along with the external and internal, some of the digital environment factors can be attributed to the external environment, and some to the internal, while the boundaries of the digital envi-ronment are open. Analysis of the element-by-element model of the digital platform made it possible to highlight its distinctive features. The core value of a platform company is not a classic physical unit of val-ue, but an infrastructure that enables interaction between producers and consumers. Conclusion. Thus, key interaction design is the core of every digital platform. Key interaction is the reason why participants use digital platforms. The anatomy of a key interaction consists of four characteristics: value creation, connec-tion, consumption, compensation. Various participants can be categorized as platform core, platform par-ticipants, and platform environment.

This paper provides a descrip-tion of the digital library Ciberia, and its spin-off, the web platform Ciberia Project, offering a detailed account of their structure and potentialities.

Progress and digital transformation of the society have provided criminals with new opportunities to obtain and misuse personal identity information. The emer-gence and spread of online identity theft (OIDT) is an example of this. Very little is known about the profile, needs and experiences of people whose identity informa-tion has been compromised or misused. OIDT European victims often do not re-port the crime. But the negative experience hides important resistance in psycho-social perception. With the aim of analysing the impact of OIDT in different Euro-pean countries, but also to profile victims, this article will show how: (1) OIDT af-fects also expert users; (2) the OIDT-related stigma creates a "constructed" fragili-ty in these victims; (3) the higher the degree of confidence and digital literacy, the bigger the perception of stigma and the fear experiencing a secondary victimisa-tion.

Therefore, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular 06/2023/TT-NHNN on June 28, 2023, with the aim of establishing a legal framework for this lending activity. This study is based on the synthesis of information disclosed by central banks and monetary authorities of various countries, including China, India, and Singapore regarding the management of digital lending in commercial banks. Drawing from international experiences, the author provides recommendations for state management to effectively regulate digital lending in Vietnamese commercial banks.

This article aims to challenge and interrogate the concept of integration of digital technology in the curriculum. We set the stage for the discussion taking the no-tion of curriculum and discussing the way teachers take it as a mediating tool and structuring resource for teaching. In the next step we engage in the discussion of learning as transformative participation in school social practices and locate digital technology within that problematic. We then go into the key claim of the article arguing for the myth of integration of digital technology in the curriculum. This provides the background for the formulation of a set of principles that would support the development of a framework for digital technology in education and contextual guidelines. To close we provide examples of topics under-represented in the research that are crucial to support such a framework.

Reality has proven that one of the most important foundations of digital transformation in education is ensuring the conditions for digital infrastructure to apply information technology. By summarizing data and observing trends, the article evaluates the current situations of digital infrastructure, information system security and software systems serving digital transformation at the Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV). From that, the authors point out shortcomings, difficulties and infrastructure challenges for the digital transformation process at BAV in the current period.

This paper analyzes the new forms of employment in Russia in the context of the digitaliza-tion of the economy and considering macroeconomic indicators to determine the sustainable employment of the population. The study analyzes the features of employment in the context of the digital transformation, including by groups of workers in the information and communication technology (ICT) industries. The hypothesis is that the digital transformation has both a positive and a negative impact on employment; structuring the indicators of employment will allow us to assess the scale of employment and the impact of new forms of employment that require the use of digital technologies. The article uses system analysis and statistical methods of data analysis. The authors show that changes in employment are caused by the transi-tion to more complex types of activity using digital technologies, which changes the forms of employment. It is recommended to assess the situation in the labor market in conjunction with an analysis of the ICT sec-tor to reveal new forms of employment that have developed due to the digitalization of the economy. The authors supplemented the classification of employment indicators, data reflecting the number and parame-ters of employees using digital platforms, and organizations using remote workers. The level of staff train-ing in the digital economy, and employment and wage indicators were analyzed by: the ICT sector as a whole; telecommunications; the production of ICT systems; wholesale trade in goods related to ICT; other services in the field of ICT. It was concluded that digital tools can create opportunities for supporting and developing sustainable employment in remote and virtual forms of work allowing the development of key areas of labor market regulation. A set of measures for digital transformation indicators was proposed.

The “new normal” does not remain the same and changes with time and the new requirements of the users. The ever-growing striving of people to make things work faster has not left the sphere of human communication untouched, particularly, informal online communication. Thus, most of the changes in the means of encoding a message primarily aim at brevity and efficiency. It is noteworthy that changes are mainly implemented by young users of online space. It is usually they who set new trends in the ways and means of coding meaning in the text, often posing challenges and risks in balancing personal and professional boundaries.

With the development of the Internet technology, online education, a novel education mode, has been greatly popularized. However, this education mode still faces many problems in course credibility, credit and certificate certification, stu-dent privacy, and course sharing. Through literature review and case analysis, this paper discusses the basic technical principles and application features of blockchain technology, and proposes a solution to the problems of online educa-tion based on blockchain technology. The blockchain technology can store learn-ing records in a trusted, distributed manner, provide credible digital certificates, realize learning resource sharing with smart contract, and protect intellectual property through data encryption. The research shows that the integration of blockchain technology is a promising trend in the development of online educa-tion.

This paper contributes to the normative analysis of digital technologies and data-driven practices by broadening the analytical perspective on freedom. Many contemporary discussions of the digital context tend to operate with a relatively narrow conception of freedom, which centers on the absence of interference. While this approach is in line with liberalism’s on-going paradigmatic standing in much of the Western world, we argue that digital theorists have much to gain from opening their discussions to social and positive conceptions of freedom. Drawing on the work of Axel Honneth and John Christman, we show how such a change in perspective gives rise to new considerations for freedom in the digital context, such as collective self-determination, capabilities, and mutual recogni- tion. Building on these ideas, we sketch three demands that follow from such an inclusive conception of freedom: empowering people via new forms of political participation, increasing diversity and collective awareness in the digital industry, as well as using progressive political regulation to unleash digital technology’s social potential.

The introduction of digital technologies al-lows not only to improve efficiency, but also to radically change the approach to interac-tion with clients and partners. Big data, arti-ficial intelligence and cloud solutions open up new horizons for analysis and forecast-ing, which in turn contributes to more in-formed management decisions. The article discusses the main features and trends of digital transformation and the use of various digital technologies. The reasons for the non-use of digital technologies are analyzed. It is revealed what an assess-ment of “digital maturity” implies, the stages of digital transformation are considered, as well as the dynamics of costs for new and traditional information and communication technologies. It has been proven that digital transformation is necessary for the effec-tive distribution of labor between personnel and the formation of an organizational structure.

Digital humanities is one of the relatively young but rapidly developing areas in the field of humanities. Digital research is often understood as the use of quantitative meth-ods and opposed to the classical set of quali-tative methods traditionally associated with the humanities. However, digital research is not limited to purely quantitative methods, although it relies mainly on the analysis of large amounts of data. Digital humanities to-day include gamification, visualization, and model building. This paper has three objec-tives: (1) Identify the basic theoretical princi-ples of digital research in the humanities; (2) Determine the relationship between digital and classical humanitarian methods in modern philosophical research, as well as their impact on each other; (3) Define and substantiate the role of philosophy and epistemology in the development of digital humanities. Paradoxically, technological progress in the form of digital research methods gives philosophy the opportunity to return to its origins, the basic objects of philosophical research, which, it would seem, until recently were criticized by supporters of scientific progress as something outdated, dogmatic and inhibiting scientific development. Apparently, the opportunity for philosophy to play if not a dominant, but at least a more significant role among scientific disciplines is opening up again, as well as to take the position of a meta-discipline that outlines and defines general criteria for scientific research and development, to become a unifying platform for interdisciplinary interac-tion between specialists from different re-search areas, to develop universal cognitive practices and criteria for evaluating scientific research

This study examines the variables of digital maturity of companies. The framework for enterprise architectures Archimate 3.0 is used to compare the variables. The vari¬ables are assigned to the six layers of architecture: Strategy, Business Environment, Applications, Technology, Physical and Implementation and Migration. On the basis of a literature overview, 15 “digital maturity models” with a total of 147 variables are analyzed. The databases Scopus, EBSCO – Business Source Premier and ProQuest are used for this purpose.The results of the work will help researchers and managers to identify which digitiza¬tion variables affect the different layers of the company. This enables researchers or managers to use the right model for a specific purpose or to create a new model from a combination of existing models for the entire company or just one architectural layer.On the basis of a more precise assessment of the digital maturity of a company, better actions can be derived. This work is important for companies, as the digitization of enterprises and markets changed similarly to the invention of the steam engine did. Websites, sensors, mobile devices, apps, etc. are combined into new digital products and services. The competitors in the market have to adapt. If this is not done, they will increasingly disappear.Finally, the authors suggests a conclusion about the current situation regarding the measurement of digital maturity in companies and show in which areas further studies could be carried out.

Background and Aim: A brand equity might be its monetary value, its position in a company's balance sheet, or customers' loyalty and confidence in the goods offered by the business. This study aims to explore the level of perception of customer-based brand equity of the Tian Shang Ren Jian brand in China's tea industry and to study the guideline for Customer based Brand Equity development of the Tian Shang Ren Jian brand in China's tea industry Materials and Methods: This research is a quantitative research method. The total sample size for the research will be 385 customers of the Tian Shang Ren Jian brand. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. Statistical values such as percentage, frequency, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Results: The results suggest that each of the variables demonstrated elevated values, with an average score of 4.11 and a deviation from the mean of 0.64. The levels of brand awareness, image, perceived quality, and loyalty were significantly higher. Tian Shang Ren Jian's customer-based brand equity ideas can help China's tea sector build successful partnerships by emphasizing individualization and self-conceptual links. Tian Shang Ren Jian needs to improve its understanding of the brand, sales promotion, and digital media technologies to uphold consumer confidence and enhance brand/product communication. Conclusion: Tian Shang Ren Jian's customer-based brand equity ideas can help China's tea sector build successful partnerships, with an average score of high level from the mean. Managers and marketers of Tian Shang Ren Jian brand should review their situation analysis and rethink their brand identity to improve sustainability.

Materials and methods: structured search for current information in scientifi c databases (WoS, Scopus, PubMed, eLIBRARY) and survey of a focus group composed of university teachers and students. Results and conclusion: it was founded that technologies associated with digital learning resources (online courses) and media content (social networks and mobile applications) are most often used in physical education classes. At the same time, students want to make more active use of technologies related to both digital video modeling and gamifi ca-tion (exergames).

The paper is devoted to the philosophical under-standing of digital identity as a phenomenon of in-formation modernity. It is substantiated that the existence of a modern person is constituted in the real and virtual worlds, which contributes to the transformation of traditional anthropological attrib-utes and the introduction of a digital component into it. It is stated that in the virtual space, identifica-tion is carried out through virtual communication with network communities. It is concluded that the result of adaptation to life in hybrid reality is the formation of a virtual personality as a carrier of digi-tal attributes: а digital image, а digital profile, and a digital identity as an awareness of oneself as an integral part of information reality. Through the “re-al-virtual” dichotomy, the definition of digital identi-ty is formulated as the unity of “I-virtual” and “I-real”, the aggregate perception and experience of oneself in indissoluble unity with the real and virtual worlds.

This study contributes to the theoretical perspectives on digital nomad identity. The aim is to go beyond the construction of the nomadic identity framed as identi-ty work in liquid modernity. In doing that, the paper offers an empirical investiga-tion of how knowledge workers construct and perform nomadic subjectivities through liminal work identities in under-institutionalized contexts and symbolic consumption. Drawing on the life history of digital nomads living in Chiang Mai and Bangkok (Thailand), this work concludes that digital nomads know or make the experience that the nomadic lifestyle is not a permanent way of life but a spe-cific stage of their life paths. Digital nomads frame their projects of self-realization through the digital nomad lifestyle as a liminal transition. The digital nomad identi-ty emerges as a temporary and opportunistic assemblage of neoliberal do-it-yourself biographies toward the emergence of a post-nomadic identity. However, the paradoxes and constraints embedded in the digital nomad lifestyle can freeze digital nomads in an objective and subjective permanent liminal condition.

The innovation under consid-eration becomes a strong catalyst for the development of modern enterprises. The design of modern devices is constantly becoming more complicated, new firmware and new fea-tures are added. The application of the concept of digital doubles gives enterprises a very important strategic advantage: specialists in design departments can conduct a comprehen-sive analysis of operational data and use the results in the process of developing new prod-ucts. In this work, the authors conducted a study on the introduction of the concept of digital doubles by foreign enterprises. Also, three forecast blocks are developed in the article in the context of the prospect of introducing digital twins into the economic environment of the enterprise. This innovation will allow accurate forecasting for trouble-free maintenance, increase not only managerial, but also operational efficiency and, as a result, a significant reduction in the risks of human error. The aforementioned aspect is of particular importance in such a high-tech industry of the Russian industry as aviation.

A serious challenge to the patient-oriented model of interaction between doctor and patient is posed by objective circum-stances: the constantly increasing number of patients and rising healthcare costs and, therefore, the inability to provide the attention and care necessary for the patient. A likely response to the emerging "crisis of care" in medicine appears to be the use of digital technolo-gies in clinical practice and healthcare organization. In particular, one of the possible options for using the potential of digital technolo-gies in medicine is artificial intelligence systems (hereinafter referred to as AI).The article is devoted to the peculiarities of communica-tion between a doctor and patients in the conditions of using artificial intelligence in clinical practice. The author identifies both the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence and difficulties in the process of communication between a doctor and a patient. The purpose of the article is to analyze the mechanism of influence of artificial intelligence on the process of communication between a doctor and a patient, to assess the impact of digital technologies on the basic values that develop in the process of clinical communica-tion – respect for patient autonomy, trust, confidentiality. The main expected positive consequence of the use of AI in medicine is the freeing up of time for direct communication with the patient. However, there is a risk that it will be used to increase patient flow, espe-cially in the commercial medical sector. It is concluded that, despite the widespread use of digital technologies, society remains wary of such innovations, especially when it concerns personal data. As a result, the level of trust and willingness to use AI systems is low. When introducing AI, it is necessary to take into account the feasibility and appropriateness of using these technologies in the provision of medical care, since, along with the effectiveness and accuracy of diagnostic results and treatment, the process of communication with a doctor remains extremely important for the patient, the opportunity to share their medical history and, during this communica-tion, form trust necessary for joint decision-making.

Objectives This study aims to develop a model of digital literacy competencies for teachers in early childhood.
Methods To this end, literature review, 3 rounds of delphi surveys were conducted. The research team and an expert advisory committee executed mutual validation at the end of each delphi survey to ensure objectivity and validity.
Results As a result of this study, a digital literacy competency model for teachers in early childhood was derived, consisting of four main competencies and nine sub-competencies. The main competencies include digital cit-izenship consciousness, digital thinking competency, digital utilization and creation competency, and digital teaching competency. The sub-competencies for digital citizenship consciousness include compliance with digi-tal norms and digital responsibility consciousness, while sub-competencies for digital thinking competency in-clude digital critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The sub-competencies for digital utilization and crea-tion competency include digital technology utilization and digital creation abilities. Finally, the sub-competencies for digital teaching competency include digital teaching design ability, digital teaching execution ability, and digital teaching reflection ability.
Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is expected that an education and training system can be estab-lished to cultivate digital literacy competencies that teachers in early childhood must possess in the educational field of the digital era.

The main directions, principles and patterns of digitaliza-tion of regional economic systems are outlined. The main areas of digital development of the regions are defined as: implementation of innovative technologies in the management system of urban devel-opment based on the concept of a smart city; increasing the institutional capacity in the regions re-garding the implementation of digital development projects; development of IT infrastructure; creation of digital platforms and industry solutions; open data and others.The existing methods of assessing the level of digitization are analyzed. A methodology for assessing the level of digitalization of regional economic systems is proposed.

Monitoring of seismic processes and physical parameters of the focus of nearby earthquakes for 2019 was carried out within the territory =41.5-43.5N, =72.0-80.0E Northern Tien Shan at the junction of the Tien Shan mountain building area and the Kazakhstan shield based on data from digital seismic stations of the KNET and KRNET networks. At the same time, the velocities of seismic waves VP, VS, VP/VS, Poisson's ratio, seismic parameter B and compression modulus K, shear modulus , M0/ ratios of the seismic moment and shear modulus, focus types: with the manifestation of fluids, with the manifestation partial melting, with the manifestation of high pressures in the sequence of earthquake manifestations. It is noted that seismic processes are cyclical.

The aim of this paper is to examine theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomenon of digital sover-eignty, its structure and function in the conditions of creation and implementation of information and telecom-munication technologies in various sectors of the country’s economic activity and the active process of digital transformation of public administration, changing the boundaries and instrumental base of ensuring national sovereignty of the country. The object – the process of digital transformation of public administration in the Russian Federation. The subject of the study is the activities of digital transformation of public administration of various branches and levels of government, which have an impact on ensuring the digital sovereignty of the country. The paper analyzes the stages of penetration and use of digital technologies in public administration, basing on which the main directions and goals that are mandatory elements of ensuring the digital sovereignty of the country are defined, taking into account the increasing role of technology as an instrument of countries’ political confrontation in the international arena. Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that the active introduction of modern digital technologies in key areas of public administration and society requires ensuring state digital sovereignty, which, in turn, implies the creation of its own critical information and telecommunica-tion technologies, national independent infrastructure and information systems.
