Since ancient times, the people have tended to pay attention toprecious stones, they have tried to collect and retain them because thesestones have beautiful and natural properties. For these reasons, theartists and craftsmen have made different and beautiful geometricshapes including rings, bracelets ndnecklaces. The most importantgemstones are the diamond, sapphire, pearl, emerald, turquoise, coral,agate and there are many more. These precious stones have beenmentioned in Saeb Tabriz`s Diwan where his Diwan contains manynames of these gemstones.This paper begins with a brief account of theSaeb`s life followed by the important meanings of the gemstonesmentioned in Saeb's poetry with examples from his own poems aboutthese stones.

Microstructural characterisation of an archaeological collection of Protohistoric bronze artefacts attributed to around the VIII century B.C. and has been carried out using optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). The collection was found in Medronhal cave (Condeixa-a-Nova, Portugal) and is composed by 1 fibula, 5 bracelets and 31 rings.Small areas on the surfaces of the artefacts were cleaned from corrosion and were metallographically prepared by a manual polishing with several diamond suspensions in a cotton swab until 1 micron diamond size. OM observations were performed in bright field (BF) illumination and under polarized light (Pol), in unetched and etched conditions. SEM-EDS was performed without a conductive coating for a minimum external elemental interference.OM observations allowed the study of the method and sequence of manufacture involved in the production of the various types of artefacts. Results show that the fibula and the bracelets have equiaxed (recrystallised) grain structures resulting from cyclic thermo-mechanical treatments performed to a pre-form cast bar until requested shape and surface finishing was attained. The rings, which are of diverse sizes, have various types of microstructures as a result of diverse manufacturing techniques. Some show a dendritic structure that resulted from the casting, and others show recrystallised structures that resulted from cycles of deformation and annealing procedures posterior to their casting (Figure 1).SEM-EDS analysis allowed the study of the presence of inclusions in the metallic matrix and the study of corrosion in some artefacts (Figure 2). Different types of inclusions were identified, namely copper sulphides, tin oxide, and lead rich inclusions. Both copper sulphides and lead inclusions are commonly found in archaeological bronzes, and can be a result of copper ores impurities. Tin oxide, on the other hand, is not so common, and its presence can be understood as a result of preferential oxidation of tin regarding copper during a melting or alloying operation. The study of the interface alloy/corrosion showed the presence of chlorides in internal corrosion layers, which can probably be related to an aggressiveness of the burial environment.This research work has been financed by the Portuguese Science Foundation (FCT) through the EarlyMetal project (PTDC/HIS-ARQ/110442/2008), the grant SFRH/BPD/73245/2010 (to EF) and the Strategic Project-LA25-2011-2012 (PEst-C/CTM/LA0025/2011) (to CENIMAT/I3N).

Now they are can’t decide if they should return the bracelet or keep it? If they return it, will they be accused of stealing it? They are set to fly back to America in a day, so why risk anything, why not just get on the plane and fly home? In the end, they decide to head back to the store to return the bracelet. The cashier than asks, “Would you like the refund in cash or check?”

Andrews and Paule introduced broken k-diamond partitions by using MacMahon's partition analysis. Recently, Fu found a generalization which he called k dots bracelet partitions and investigated some congruences for this kind of partitions. In this paper, by finding congruence relations between the generating function for 5 dots bracelet partitions and that for 5-regular partitions, we get some new congruences modulo 2 for the 5 dots bracelet partition function. Moreover, for a given prime p, we study arithmetic properties modulo p of k dots bracelet partitions.

AbstractIn 2007, Andrews and Paule introduced a new class of combinatorial objects called broken $k$-diamond partitions. Recently, Shishuo Fu generalised the notion of broken $k$-diamond partitions to combinatorial objects which he termed $k$ dots bracelet partitions. Fu denoted the number of $k$ dots bracelet partitions of $n$ by ${\mathfrak{B}}_{k} (n)$ and proved several congruences modulo primes and modulo powers of 2. More recently, Radu and Sellers extended the set of congruences proven by Fu by proving three congruences modulo squares of primes for ${\mathfrak{B}}_{5} (n)$, ${\mathfrak{B}}_{7} (n)$ and ${\mathfrak{B}}_{11} (n)$. In this note, we prove some congruences modulo powers of 2 for ${\mathfrak{B}}_{5} (n)$. For example, we find that for all integers $n\geq 0$, ${\mathfrak{B}}_{5} (16n+ 7)\equiv 0\hspace{0.167em} ({\rm mod} \hspace{0.334em} {2}^{5} )$.

In 2007, Andrews and Paule introduced the family of functions Δk(n) which enumerate the number of broken k-diamond partitions for a fixed positive integer k. In that paper, Andrews and Paule proved that, for all n ≥ 0, Δ1(2n+1) ≡ 0 (mod 3) using a standard generating function argument. Soon after, Shishuo Fu provided a combinatorial proof of this same congruence. Fu also utilized this combinatorial approach to naturally define a generalization of broken k-diamond partitions which he called k dots bracelet partitions. He denoted the number of k dots bracelet partitions of n by 𝔅k(n) and proved various congruence properties for these functions modulo primes and modulo powers of 2. In this note, we extend the set of congruences proven by Fu by proving the following congruences: For all n ≥ 0, [Formula: see text] We also conjecture an infinite family of congruences modulo powers of 7 which are satisfied by the function 𝔅7.

This study aims to determine how much influence diamond push-up exercise with switch push-up exercise has on increasing arm and bracelet muscle endurance. In accordance with the research objectives above, the authors use the pre-experimental design method. The research design was a two group pre-test post-test design. The population of this study were male students of SMP Negeri 3 Banyumas, totaling 20 people. The research instrument used to collect data was a push-up test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing are as follows: 1. There is a significant effect of the diamond push-up exercise process on increasing arm and shoulder muscle endurance with a probability value (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05. 2. There is a significant effect of the push-up switch exercise process on increasing arm and shoulder muscle endurance with a probability value (sig.) 0.015 < 0.05. 3. There is a significant difference between the diamond push-up exercise group and the switch push-up exercise group. The conclusion of the research is that diamond push-up exercise with switch push-up exercise has a significant effect on increasing arm and bracelet muscle endurance. Suggestion: This research is expected to be a source of reference for other researchers so that research in the same field can develop, especially in increasing the endurance of the arm muscles and shoulder girdlePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan diamond push-up dengan latihan switch push-up terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan dan gelang. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian di atas, maka penulis menggunakan metode pre eksperimental design. Desain penelitian adalah two group pre test post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 3 Banyumas yang berjumlah sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes push-up. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24, hasil pengolahan data adalah sebagai berikut:1..Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari proses latihan diamond push-up terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan dan gelang bahu dengan nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05. 2..Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari proses latihan switch push-up terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan dan gelang bahu dengan nilai probabilitas (sig.) 0.015 < 0.05. 3..Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok latihan diamond push-up dengan kelompok latihan switch push-up. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa latihan diamond push-up dengan latihan switch push-up berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan dan gelang. Saran: Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu sumber referensi bagi peneliti lain agar penelitian pada bidang yang sama semakin berkembang terutama pada peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan dan gelang bahu.

Abstract A grand plan was taking form. If Hugh sold Lady Place to Mr Pye, he could then lease back some portion of the property for his Institute, and as its Director, could live there and oversee the property as part of his responsibilities. From Sinclair’s point of view, little would change, other than the amount of money in his pocket. To put this idea on a more secure legal footing, and facilitate donations that may be made to the Institute, he decided to set it up as a registered charity, to be known as The Association for the Study of Human Nutrition. To help finance the Charity during its early stages, Christie’s, the well known auction house, handled the sale of some of Rosalie’s jewellery, including a diamond bracelet and tiara.
