"BUEN VIVIR ET VIVRE-ENSEMBLE : possitopies d'habitats alter-hégémoniques dans l'Anthropocène : Regards croisés entre des communautés guarani au Brésil et des habitats participatifs en France". Texto completo da fonteThis research is taking place in the context of the Anthropocene, which is today strongly marked by the legacy of a colonial system of territorial exploitation, and by the impact of modern lifestyles on the Earth system, putting its habitability at risk for all populations, both human and non-human. The problem is tackled through habitat in the broadest sense, which, beyond habitation, includes part of the territorial space and the species that make it up, enabling a specific population to meet its material and immaterial needs. In this work, we are exploring the possibilities of transforming our ways of living and inhabiting in order to implement the necessary social and ecological transitions and to adapt to climate change, in particular by limiting the impact of certain lifestyles on the Earth system. This research focuses on alter-hegemonic habitats, which are positioned as possible alternatives to the ways of living induced by a modern capitalist system that tends to invisibilise the endogenous aspects of local cultures and building cultures. To this end, we have studied two types of alter-hegemonic habitat with different socio-economic and historical contexts, belonging to both ends of the colonial system, and raising questions about current demands for decolonisation (cultural, political, economic and epistemological): the habitat of the Guarani indigenous people in Brazil and participatory habitats in France.More specifically, this research aims to explore how the materialisation of Buen Vivir and alternative proposals in habitat production point to inspirational practices for adapting to the current and future evolution of ecosystems that can minimise the impact of lifestyles at local and global level and thus contribute to the habitability of the Earth system. Our approach is based on an understanding of Buen Vivir, the philosophy of the indigenous peoples of the Andes, and Nhanderekó, the Buen Vivir of the Guarani people of Brazil. In the Guarani habitats, the socio-spatial materialisations of the Nhanderekó are identified, whether in the architecture, the occupation of territories or the systems of governance at different scales. In the case of participatory housing in France, we are basing ourselves on the identification of their values and modes of governance, in order to understand how their spatial organisations contribute to these dynamics, which also seek to forge links with their territories. Our aim is to show how, from a broader perspective, these two alter-hegemonic habitats have convergences and complementarities that provide food for thought for designing habitats conducive to lifestyles in tune with the Earth system. In particular, we note the aspects of collective and mutualisation internally, the activation of networks externally, intergenerational and educational aspects, constructive and food resilience, and the pooling of knowledge and know-how, among others. Taking these aspects into account represents a diversity of avenues to follow if we are to envisage effectively implementing new endogenous practices in the design, production and use of housing, with a view to better living together, supported by dynamic governance and even cosmopolitics specific to each context

Texto completo da fonteIn designing, the architect gives space not only a form, but also other aspects of topology, accessibility and comfort. This production is based on a set of qualitative spatial requirements (ESQL) described in the architectural programming phase. Current BIM practices are based on formats transforming all building information into essentially quantitative data, which does not allow taking into account these ESQL. In this research, we propose a new design approach that takes into account and verifies the ESQL using one of the current BIM tools (Revit). This approach is based on a new space model including and structuring the ESQL. This model is based on an identification work for the most frequently used ESQL to qualify spaces in the programming phase. Our approach is evaluated through an experimental validation process

Texto completo da fonteThe object of this thesis is to analyse the evolution of the specific housing supply in the conglomeration of Lyon and to look for appreciation elements of the current supply system directed to low income households. In the first time, the historical analysis of specific housing shows that the various forms of production (from post-war to the 1990's) have been formulated to respond temporarly the demand coming from low income population, waiting for public real estate policies allowing this population to have access to standard housing. The analysis of this specific production shows however that the temporary housing did not play its role of transit. In addition, the instrumentalisation of tools and the domination of local actors interests' over the defined modalities had made this type of housing a means of regulation and management of the targeted population in the urban area. In the second time and on the basis of this inventory, the analysis of the adapted housing which constitutes since the Besson's law (1990) shows the continuation of the previous policy. However the practices have been renewed with particularly the appearance of new actors and the integration of operational and social welfare competences. The local actors' system set up for the implementation of this policy has been obliged to undergo some compromises. The resulted housing seems, beyond its quantitative shortcoming with regard to fixed objectives, to respond more to the patrimonial strategies of the operators to the detriment of principles and beneficiaries

Texto completo da fonteIn our countries, the dances still are a social must. In competition with different musical styles and discomobiles, they are evoluating like never before, announcing and ratifying the transformation of the relations to the country. Therefore this social and territorial movement is opening up to other social spaces and territorial referencies and to their geographical dispersal, the dancers still continue to mobilize the same dancing-areas. It is because their private relationships couldn't exist, be reproduced and blossom out anywhere : the choice of a location for a danse gathering couldn't arbitrary. According to this paradox, this research analysis the dancing areas into their mediating territorial fonction. As an original relationship to space and alterity, this transitional territoriality isn't found on the classical opposition (inside/outside, here/there, interior/exterior) but raises again a complementary between the private and the ± secrecy α. When the privacy caracterise the social and spatial proximitu scales, defining a matrix territoriality, the ± secrecy α results of the historical extension of the life's spaces. Regarding to our study territories, the transitional territoriality doesn't generate the same entities. In the Western part of Gers and in Haute-Vienne, the dancers assert a capacity to reinforce a certain matrix territoriality. In the Eastern part of Gers and in the Tarn, the social and spatial dancers' references seems to be more homogeneous and coordinated. As a last resort, the transitional territoriality brings to light some explaination's elements about a largeous movement of recomposition of the rural territories

Texto completo da fonteThis PHD dissertation is a sociological study of solid domestic waste management in Porto- Novo, a Benin town. The investigation analyzes, in the one way, the forms and practices of socio-institutional reorganization of this management and, in the other way, sketch an evaluation of their implications of socio-spatial inequalities as the face to social and environmental risks. The dissertation reintroduces the system of domestic waste management in the context and process of urbanization and liberalization of basic services to populations; then, the research focalizes on what, in Porto-Novo town, constitute the mechanisms that generate or keep alive socio-spatial inequalities in link with solid domestic waste. Also, the main concepts adopted for investigation are urbanization, governance, sustainable development, in link with a context characterized by economic crisis, Structural Adjustment Plan (SAP), process of state disengagement, decentralization, but also in link with changes in domestic way of live and consumption, more orientated to manufactured products
