In the framework of developing community education, education service programs, especially those related to improving community welfare, need to get special studies, especially in supporting theories implemented. It also implies new approaches, techniques and concepts that must be key words in building people's lives. Community education understands that corrections to past approaches need to be adjusted in the midst of continuous changes in the community, so that new studies are needed that are more in line with the challenges and needs of the community and new knowledge

Resumo:
The relevance of the problem of ensuring the development of inter-municipal cooperation of territorial communities and in particular the strategizing of this process is revealed. The purpose of the study was to improve methodological recommendations for strategic planning of the development of inter-municipal community cooperation in Ukraine. It is shown that intermunicipal cooperation has a high potential for accumulation and effective use of local resources, ensuring social and economic development. It is pointed out that the development of inter-municipal cooperation of communities is able to ensure the achievement of real economic independence and self-sufficiency of territories, especially those communities that are currently subsidized or depressed. It is emphasized that inter-municipal cooperation of communities in the field of local economic development begins with the identification of partner communities and common economic interests. On this basis, specific business projects are defined, which will be implemented by joint efforts. It is substantiated that joint business projects are implemented in accordance with the defined goal. It is most appropriate to choose one of the four alternatives: (1) an expansive model of economic development, (2) an intensive growth model, (3) a diversification strategy, (4) an adaptive model of cooperation to ensure local economic development. Intermunicipal cooperation of two or more communities in the economic sphere should be interpreted as a separate business project. Under such an approach, its purpose, ultimate goals, measures to be implemented, and resources to be involved will be clearly defined. The project character of intermunicipal cooperation of communities is given by the fact that such cooperation is oriented, rather, towards achieving a certain common goal than stimulating economic development in one community. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the further development of the methodological foundations of cooperation between territorial communities in the field of economics. The applied value of the research results lies in the formation of the algorithm of actions of local self-government bodies on the way to the development of innovative infrastructure to support innovative business.

This study aims to determine the pattern of literary literacy development carried out by the Lentera community. This study used a qualitative research design with grounded theory. This study used three data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of this study indicated that the modeling pattern is an effort made by the supervisor to guide and improve the literary literacy skills of members through the examples provided. The pattern of modeling development can be done by reading literature, preparing to model, observing models, basic exercises, and evaluation. The pattern of fostering creative works is a pattern of coaching to train members' writing skills with the support of good coaching, ability, and fondness for reading so that members will be able to create a new literary work. Interpreting studies is a young subject in China. Chinese researchers have been making continuous progress in this field but the current studies of community interpreting develop at a relatively slow speed. Thus, the author intends to make a literature review about the development of community interpreting studies in China from monograph, essay and postgraduate dissertation relying on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database. The current deficiencies and corresponding suggestions for community interpreting studies in China are also proposed aiming at its more comprehensive and healthier development.

The topicality of the topic is due to the fact that the current state of the economy in Ukraine is characterized by crisis phenomena. After all, an incorrectly chosen strategy or its absence leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of community activity. In this connection, there is a need to manage the strategic development of territorial communities, which will enable communities to improve production and economic activity and get out of the crisis state. We all know that a territorial community is a voluntary association of residents of several villages, towns, and cities that have a single administrative center. Modern managers have to carefully analyze the external environment in order to make timely changes to the community's chosen course in the modern conditions of European integration. In the conditions of martial law, the sharp increase in the importance of management in relation to strategic development is also explained by the acceleration of changes in the socio-economic environment, in the conditions of the growing dynamism of the entrepreneurial environment, the internationalization and globalization of business, the emergence of new unexpected challenges and opportunities for business in communities, the achievement of science and technology, the development information networks and digitization processes, which make it possible to spread and receive information quickly, wide access to modern technologies, changing the role of human resources, as well as a number of other reasons. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of the strategic development of the territorial community in the period of instability and crisis phenomena and to substantiate recommendations for the development of appropriate development strategies. In the process of the research, the concepts of "development" and "strategy" were substantiated and clarified, namely, it was stated that the development of the territorial community includes the organizing influences of the environment, dynamic balance with it through self-organization, progressive and regressive processes. In order to create the proper conditions for the development of territorial communities, the factors influencing the formation of their development programs were determined, that is, under such conditions, the community will have the opportunity to develop progressively, if it meets the requirements for openness, dynamism, consistency of processes and imbalance. Recommendations for strategic needs and the need to take into account certain specific factors influencing the formation of strategic development were also substantiated: location, dynamics of its development, its potential; infrastructure development and diversification of economic activity in the community; behavior of investors and partners; characteristics of products or services produced by the TC economy; state of the local economy, cultural environment; health care and the level of quality and consideration of the interests of community residents. The formation of proposals for the creation of basic mechanisms for the work of territorial communities in difficult conditions requires further study.

This paper is aimed at contextualizing the approach of Community Based Development as an alternative solution of communities to reduce dependency to the outer forces. It is conducted by examining a heavily urbanized area in Central Jakarta and to compare it with different scales of contexts. Kelurahan Cideng has very unique context since its urban environment has particular population composition of the dichotomic extremes: the poor and the rich as well as those involved in formal and informal employment. The study treats a national government’s policy of the integration of Posyandu, BKK and provincial initiative of PAUD as the interplay with the socio-economic context of Cideng.

Ecotourism is sustainable tourism, which is based on the ecological principle and sustainable development theory. There is emergent need of capacity building for local people for ecotourism in the villages of Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP). Ecotourism involves local community for the conservation of the area’s ecology and biodiversity, in return, provides economic incentives to the community. This paper studies the ecotourism perspective from the point of view of major stakeholders of ecotourism, i.e., local communities, tourists, ecotourism operators, and government officials in Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP) of Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh. This study determines the various issues related to ecotourism and these stakeholders’ opinions about these issues. A lack of knowledge and awareness exists in the local community about ecotourism and its benefits, while the other stakeholders have strong opinions for various ecotourism statements. An ANOVA test is conducted followed by a Scheffe test to the different groups of stakeholders. The paper gives some suggestions to increase ecotourism awareness, capacity building for ecotourism for the local community, and community participation for the development of ecotourism in GHNP.
