The article analyzes the problems of bakhrs (poetic meters) and vazns (sizes) presented in the Turkic treatises, which played a significant role in the formation and development of Aruz studies of the Temurid period, such as "Funun al-balaga" by Sheikh Ahmad Tarozi, "Mezon al-avzon" Alisher Navoi and “Aruz Risolasi” by Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur. It is argued that in "Funun al-balaga", which is considered the first Turkic treatise, the qualification and definition of bakhrs were implemented specifically in a special direction. The work theoretically analyzed 40 bakhrs, 20 of which were not included in the treatises created before Sheikh Ahmad Tarozi. These meters were created by the author himself. In his treatise "Mezon al-Avzon" Alisher Navoi analyzed 160 vazns associated with 19 bakhrs. In addition to those presented in Alisher Navoi's treatise, Babur discovered two more bakhrs and qualified them as “Ariz” and “Amik” bakhras in his treatise. Babur showed 21 meters and 537 vazns in the Treatise on Aruz. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that Aruz studies reached its peak during the Timurid period.

Although most of the treatises on the theoretical foundations of classical poetics in Arabic, Persian and Turkish are devoted to the science of aruz, the science of rhyme, and the science of art as a whole, these treatises were created under the influence of each other. One of the sources is Abu Zakari's (Al-Khatib) at-Tabrizi's treatise, “Al-kafi fi-l aruzva-l qavafi (Suffice it to say about Aruz and rhyme). “Al-kafi fi-l aruzva-l qavafiy (“Aruz and enough about rhyme”) is an important treatise in Arabic on the science of aruz and rhyme, which does not contain theoretical ideas about the science of bade. This pamphlet is devoted to the circles of desire, and the scientist has proved on a theoretical basis the harmony of weight and rhyme on the basis of a specific system.

Mevlevi Ceremony has an important place among Turkish Music and Turkish Religious Music forms in terms of Turkish Music theory and pattern. The examination of the works in this form written in a rich composition technique and having a comprehensive and wide functioning is very important for Turkish Religious Music. In this study, it has been aimed to explain in detail the whole of the Sazkar Mevlevî Âyîni, which were composed by Zeki Atkosar, one of the composers of today's Mevlevî rituals, in terms of relation with pattern and Aruz prosody and in the methods used in rituals, the relationship between Aruz measures in which the songs are written. Within this direction, the concept of ‘Mevlevî Âyîni Şerîf’ has been explained in the first title of the study. In the second title of this work, the concepts of pattern and aruz prosody being the basis of analysis studies have been mentioned. In the third chapter; the life, art and works of composer Zeki Atkosar have been explained. In the last part; the syllabic distribution of the song of ‘Sazkâr Mevlevî Âyîni Şerîf ’ chapters was examined by placing the main patterns and velvele beats in the templates.The aruz prosody meters of the song were determined and their shape features and meanings were explained. In this context, it was found that the syllable distributions of the song were mostly placed regularly. ​Extended English summary is in the end of Full Text PDF (TURKISH) file. Özet Mevlevî Âyînleri, Türk Mûsikîsi ve Türk Din Mûsikîsi formları içerisinde Türk Mûsikîsi nazariyatı ve usûlleri açısından büyük formlar arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Zengin bir besteleme tekniğiyle yazılmış, kapsamlı ve geniş işleyişi olan bu formdaki eserlerin incelenmesi Türk Din Mûsikîsi için önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, günümüz Mevlevî Âyîni bestekârlarından Zeki Atkoşar’ın bestelemiş olduğu Sazkâr Mevlevî Âyîninin tamamının usûl-arûz vezni ilişkisi yönünden incelenmesi ve Âyîni Şerîflerde kullanılan usûllerle, güftelerin yazıldığı arûz kalıpları arasındaki ilişkinin ayrıntılı olarak ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın ilk başlığında ‘Mevlevî Âyîni Şerîfi’ açıklanmıştır. İkinci başlıkta analiz çalışmasının temeli olan ‘usûl’ ve ‘arûz’ konularına değinilmiştir. Üçüncü başlıkta bestekâr Zeki Atkoşar’ın hayatı, sanatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Son olarak Sazkâr Mevlevî Âyîni Şerîf’e ait Selâmların güftelerinin vezne bağlı hece dağılımları ile hazırlanan usûllerin ana kalıp vevelvele darpları şablonlarına yerleştirilerek incelenmiştir. Güftelerin arûz vezinleri tespit edilip, şekil özellikleri ve anlamları açıklanmıştır. Bu bağlamda güftelerin hece dağılımlarının çoğunlukla düzenli olarak yerleştirildiği tespit edilmiştir.

VIII. yüzyılda Arap edebiyatında doğan aruz, başta İran edebiyatı olmak üzere İslâm edebiyatlarında kullanılmaya başlandı ve İslâmiyet'in kabulünden sonra da Türk şiirinde yer aldı. Mehmet Âkif Ersoy, çocukluğundan itibaren özellikle şiire meraklı olan bir insandır. Onun, şiir dünyasını besleyen en güçlü damarlardan birisi de divan şiiri geleneğidir. Çocukluğundan itibaren klâsik edebiyat geleneği içerisinde yetişen Mehmet Âkif'in şiirlerinde, şekil açısından eskiye ait pek çok unsur ve özellik bulunur. Şair, bütün şiirlerini divan edebiyatı nazım şekillerini kullanarak aruz vezni ile yazmıştır. Sağlam bir anlatım, aruz vezninin Türkçeye başarıyla uygulanmış olması ve hikâye üslubunu çok sevmesi gibi konular, Mehmet Âkif'in şiirinin en belirgin özelliklerini gözler önüne serer. Önemli bir kısmı manzum hikâyelerden oluşan Safahat adlı şiir kitabı, bir yönüyle modern bir mesnevi veya manzum bir roman olarak da kabul edilir. Mehmet Âkif Ersoy, son devirde Türk şiirinde aruzun başarıyla uygulanabileceğini şiirleriyle açıkça göstermiştir. Aruz, Mehmet Âkif'in şiirlerinde Türkçe ile en güzel şekilde bağdaşmıştır.

This article deals with the scientific significance of the manuscript work on the theory of Arabic Aruz “Al-Kistas al-mustakim fi ilm al-aruz”, written by the great scholar from Mawarounnahr, Mahmoud Zamakhshari, who made a significant contribution to world culture. The article also examines the copies of this source stored in the collections of the state libraries of Istanbul, Ankara, Cairo, Berlin and other cities. In the article for the first time in textual and literary sources it was made a comparative analysis of the copy of the work “al-Kistas” stored in the “Tubinger” Foundation, Berlin, with other manuscript copies, in particular with the copy stored in the Fund “Rais al-Kuttab “ in the Suleymania library of Istanbul. As a result, it turns out that the copy of “Rais al-kuttab” is complete, well preserved, has no gaps and shortcomings, so it is suitable for compiling a critical text of the work “al-Kistas”. The copy of “Tubinger” differs from other copies by the structure and originality in the presentation of the material on on meters (buhur), as well as in the originality of the poems given in the Aruz circles. It should also be noted that the third part of this manuscript includes excerpts from the work on Aruz “Ar-Risala al-Andalusiya”, belonging to the scientist Abu al-Jaish al-Andalusi. The work with great skill uses the poetic examples given to illustrate meters, which were written by Abu al-Jaish al-Andalusi himself, and not found anywhere else. It was revealed in the process of research and comparative analysis that the examples for the illustrations of Aruz circles were written by Mahmoud Zamakhshari himself.

This article is devoted to a comparative analysis of theoretical sources that served as the basis for Alisher Navoi’s treatise Mezon Al-Avzon. The treatise of Alisher Navoi is devoted to the aruz verse system, which is the traditional and widespread system of literatures of the Muslim East. In the preface, Navoi points to sources that were used in the creation of Mezon Al-Avzon. These sources are as follows: Al-Mu’jam by Shams Qays Razi, Meyor al-Ash’or by Nasiriddin Tusi and Risalai Aruz by Abdurrahman Jami in comparison with these sources, in order to study the sequence and innovation of Alisher Navoi in the science of aruz. In the article, this analysis is based on the example of rhythmic units such as: juzv, asl rukn (main foot), poetic meter, tactics (paradigm), doira (concentric circles).

A Fisiognomonia é uma arte (em árabe se diz cilm, também traduzível por saber ou, mais modernamente, ciência) que atraiu a atenção de inúmeros filósofos e letrados de diversas culturas ao longo da história humana: desde os egípcios antigos, os gregos, os romanos, os hindus até os árabes, todos esses povos que aperfeiçoaram o seu conhecimento e prática desta arte, exercida de diversas maneiras por eles, cada qual colaborando para aprimorá-la. Esta tese tem o propósito de ilustrar a colaboração árabe nesta ciência, apresentando uma primeira tradução comentada da mais importante obra árabe clássica que tratou este assunto. Como a simples tradução dessa obra já oferece, por si mesma, uma visão quase que satisfatória e integral a respeito da fisiognomonia entre os letrados árabes, o estudo anexado à presente tradução visa apresentar o desenvolvimento desta arte, expondo algumas semelhanças existentes entre os antigos filósofos árabes que abordaram o tema, e seus semelhantes em outras culturas, principalmente a grega. Para que tal tarefa se tornasse possível, foi preciso recorrer a algumas conclusões e afirmações feitas por estudiosos árabes modernos.
Physiognomy is an art that has attracted the attention of a number of philosophers and intellectuals different cultures, throughout human history: from the Ancient Egyptians, the Greeks, the Romans, and the Indians to the Arabs. Physiognomy has reached its climax with the Arabs, who have made an influential contribution to lift it out of its primitive stages. This thesis, which consists in the translation of an ancient book on the subject, is intended to show how the Arabs have contributed to this science. The book translated gives a satisfactory view of Physiognomy among the intellectual Arab. The study annexed to this translation intends to show how this art has evolved. Also, it intends to show the similarity, as far as dealing with Physiognomy is concerned, between ancient Arab philosophers and their counterparts in other cultures and mainly the Greek one. To make this task possible, one has to resort to some conclusions and affirmations by modern Arab scholars.

Les bactéries pectinolytiques du genre Dickeya prospèrent dans diverses niches écologiques, y compris l'eau, le sol et les plantes, s'adaptant à des environnements complexes et en constante évolution, façonnés par diverses interactions biotiques et abiotiques.Dans cette thèse, nous avons étudié les mécanismes qui régulent la virulence du genre Dickeya, en particulier D. dadantii et D. solani.Nos principaux résultats concernent la régulation post-transcriptionnelle exercée par le sRNA ArcZ et la régulation post-traductionnelle modulée par la protéine RsmC. ArcZ est un acteur clé de l'adaptation de D. solani, régulant la motilité en fonction des conditions environnementales et favorisant la virulence lors de l'infection des plantes. En outre, ArcZ joue un rôle essentiel dans la résistance à l’acidité.RsmC, quant à lui, est impliqué dans la régulation de la motilité et joue un rôle complexe dans la virulence. Nos résultats suggèrent de nouvelles interactions pour RsmC et ouvrent des perspectives pour l'étude d'autres fonctions non documentées.En un mot, notre étude révèle comment des régulateurs tels que ArcZ et RsmC orchestrent les réponses bactériennes à un environnement dynamique. Ces résultats mettent en évidence l'adaptabilité des espèces du genre Dickeya et soulignent l'importance du contexte écologique dans l'étude du comportement bactérien
Pectinolytic bacteria of the genus Dickeya thrive in diverse ecological niches including water, soil and plants, adapting to complex and ever-changing environments shaped by various biotic and abiotic interactions. In this thesis, we investigated the mechanisms that regulate the virulence of the genus Dickeya, in particular D. dadantii and D. solani. Our main findings concern post-transcriptional regulation exerted by the sRNA ArcZ and post-translational regulation modulated by the protein RsmC. ArcZ is a key player in D. solani adaptation, regulating motility according to environmental conditions and enhancing virulence during plant infection. In addition, ArcZ plays a critical role in acid resistance. RsmC, in turn, is involved in the regulation of motility and has a complex role in virulence. Our results suggest novel interactions for RsmC and open perspectives for studying other undocumented functions. In a word, our study reveals how regulators such as ArcZ and RsmC orchestrate bacterial responses to a dynamic environment. These findings highlight the adaptability of Dickeya species and underscore the importance of ecological context in the study of bacterial behavior

This paper proposes discusses the theme of the youth and of the violation of rights in the context of the Young Agent Program developed in the local authority of Arez/RN, sugar cane region of the Brazilian northeast. We take like empirical reference, the young people in the age group from 15 to 17 years old that were participating of the activities of the Program, in the period of April to July of 2008. Objectives of this study were constituted, economical-partner apprehended the conditions and cultural of the young participants of the Young Agent Program, in the context of violations of rights; as well as the analysis of the limits and means, of the bases theoretician-politician, methodological and of the activities developed in the Program. In the persecution of the objectives we use like methodological instrumental the observation, activities in group with the focal group technique and the application of semi-structured interviews. As result, we notice that the violation of rights of the young persons inserted in the Young Agent Program of Arez sets itself up as reflex of the multiple determinations of the social question, inherent in the capitalist society, specified in the context of the poverty and of the social unequality that they acquire visibility in the hunger, in the unemployment / menial job, in the precarious dwelling, in the low schooling, for lack of leisure, in the violence between others. The approximations systematized in this healthy work relevant for the Unveiling of the reality of the Brazilian youth, specifically of Arez young people, in such a way that they come to subsidize future inquiries, are eaten by me also it promotes the discussion around the way like the Social Politics Programs they are implemented and driven in the capitalist society, in its neoliberal format, where the focusing and the selectivity is put on top to the detriment of the universal access of the democratic rights. So, the great challenge that is put for the XXI century is to cause to the voices from these which they do and this which build this country, in the continuous and tireless search of the rights realization in the struggle against the barbarism installed in the capitalist societycapitalista
Este trabalho prop?e discutir a tem?tica da juventude e da viola??o de direitos no ?mbito do Programa Agente Jovem desenvolvido no munic?pio de Arez/RN, regi?o canavieira do nordeste brasileiro. Tomamos como refer?ncia emp?rica, os jovens na faixa et?ria de 15 a 17 anos de idade que participavam das atividades do Programa, no per?odo de abril ? julho de 2008. Constitu?ram-se objetivos deste estudo, apreender as condi??es s?cio-econ?micas e culturais dos jovens participantes do Programa Agente Jovem, no contexto de viola??es de direitos; bem como a an?lise dos limites e possibilidades, os fundamentos te?rico-pol?ticos, metodol?gicos e as atividades desenvolvidas no Programa. Utilizamos como instrumentais metodol?gicos a observa??o, atividades em grupo com a t?cnica de grupo focal e a aplica??o de entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Como resultado, observamos que a viola??o de direitos dos jovens inseridos no Programa Agente Jovem de Arez se constitui reflexo das m?ltiplas determina??es da quest?o social, inerentes ? sociedade capitalista, particularizadas no contexto da pobreza e da desigualdade social que adquirem visibilidade na fome, no desemprego/subemprego, na moradia prec?ria, na baixa escolariza??o, na falta de lazer, na viol?ncia entre outros. As aproxima??es sistematizadas nesse trabalho s?o relevantes para o desvelamento da realidade da juventude brasileira, especificamente dos jovens de Arez, de forma que venha subsidiar futuras pesquisas, como tamb?m fomentar a discuss?o acerca da maneira como os Programas de Pol?ticas Sociais s?o implementados e conduzidos na sociedade capitalista, em seu formato neoliberal, onde se sobrep?e a focaliza??o e a seletividade em detrimento do acesso universal aos direitos democr?ticos. Resumo:
För att få lov att vara medlem i Sveriges kommunikationsbyråer är det ett krav att bli ARU-certifierad. Ansvarig reklamutgivare (ARU) är en certifiering som bland annat innebär en utbildning inom svensk marknadsföringsjuridik och en kvalitetsstämpel. De personer som gått ARU-utbildningen känner till de lagar och etiska riktlinjer som styr Sveriges marknadskommunikationer och får den rätta kompetensen för att fatta juridiska beslut i det dagliga arbetet på en reklambyrå. I Malmö finns det cirka 50-70 reklambyråer som arbetar med reklam på ett professionellt sätt. Ändå är det endast tio av dem som är ARU-certifierade.Frågeställningarna som ligger till grund för arbetet är: på vilket sätt kan ARU-certifieringen gynna en reklambyrå i Malmö? Varför är inte fler reklambyråer ARU-certifierade i Malmö? Huvudsyftet med arbetet var att undersöka varför det är endast tio reklambyråer som är ARU-certifierade i Malmö och undersöka om det är bättre att ha ett ARU-certifikat.För att besvara frågeställningarna har en kvalitativ metod genomförts. Genom att intervjua nyckelpersoner från fem olika reklambyråer i Malmö samt två mindre intervjuer från Reklamombudsmannen respektive Sveriges Kommunikationsbyråer har en slutsats kunnat dras. Reklambyråerna valdes ut på grund av dess verksamhetsstorlek så att de skulle vara så lika som möjligt. Det gjordes tre intervjuer med reklambyråer som idag har ett ARU-certifikat samt två intervjuer med reklambyråer som inte är ARU-certifierade. Reklambyråerna som intervjuades har valts av författaren att göras anonyma genom hela arbetet.Arbetet visar att ARU-certifikatet inte är välkänt inom branschen, en del av respondenterna tror till och med att det är ett utdöende koncept. ARU-certifikatet är inte ett kundkrav men resultatet visar att reklambranschen är i ett föränderligt skede och kunder börjar ställa högre krav. Därför finns det flera fördelar med att ha ett ARU-certifikat som kan gynna reklambyråns verksamhet på olika sätt. I och med att ARU-certifikatet ger ett intyg på professionalitet och kompetens kan det bidra till kundnöjdhet och kundlojalitet. Det stora problemet med ARU-certifikatet är att det inte är tillräckligt kommunicerat för både kunder och potentiella medlemmar.
To be a member of Sveriges Kommunikationsbyråer is it a requirement to be ARU-certified. Responsible advertising publisher (ARU) is a certification, which includes an education in Swedish marketing law and a quality assurance. The people who have completed the training know the laws and ethical guidelines that decide the Swedish marketing communication. In Malmö there are 50-70 advertising agencies that works with advertising in a professional way, but only ten are ARU-certified.The thesis is based on the following questions: how can ARU-certification benefit an advertising agency in Malmö? Why are not more advertising agencies ARU-certified in Malmö? The main purpose of the thesis was to examine why it is only ten advertising agencies that are ARU-certified in Malmö and examine if it is better to have an ARU-certification or not in Malmö.To answer the questions a qualitative method has been done. By interviewing key individuals from five different advertising agencies in Malmö and two smaller interviews with Reklamombudsmannen and Sveriges Kommunikationsbyråer, a conclusion could be made. The advertising agencies were selected of its business size so that they would be as equal as possible. There were three interviews with certified agency’s, and two interviews with agencies that were not ARU-certified. The interviewed advertising agencies are anonymous throughout the study.The study shows that the ARU-certificate is not well known in the industry, some of the interviewees even think that it is a dying concept. ARU-certificate is not a requirement of the customer, but the result shows that the advertising industry is in a time of change and customers are beginning to be more demanding. Therefore, there are several advantages of having an ARU-certificate that can benefit the advertising agency in different ways. Because the ARU-certificate provides a certificate of professionalism and expertise, it can contribute to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The biggest issue with the ARU-certificate is that it has not got enough attention to both customers and potential members.

The article deals withtheissues related to the study of the "Treatise on Aruz" by Zahirad-Din Mukhammad Babur by the Turkologist A.M.Shcherbak. A.Shcherbak's study"Babur's Treatise on Aruz" is the first scientific analysis of Babur's work, in which the scientist first touched on the issue of zikhaf, rukn, furu', then bakhr, concentric circles (as the types of literary art). The author of the article states that although Shcherbak’s research contains some controversial points, this article shows that in addition to being a linguist and lexicologist, he has certain knowledge and skills in the field of Aruz studies.

The study of the creative and scientific heritage of Zahir ad-Din Muhammad Babur, is a connoisseur of poetics, andone of the important tasks for literary studies. While creating a treatise on the science of poetics, Babur showed its practical results in his works. In particular, the practical application and artistic expression of the theory of aruz and rhyme are clearly visible in Babur's rubais. Five types of rhyme related to weight and three special types, which are traditionally used in Turkish literature are significant in Babur’s work as an important factor indicating the literary environment of the time. In this respect, the analysis and research of poets’ works areimportant.In thisarticle, the rubai of the poet is analyzed, their aruz and rhyme possibilities are studied.

It is known from history that Central Asia has given the world many thinkers, poets and generals. Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur Mirza, one of the most complex, most attractive and greatest figures of our history, a unique person, took a proud place in world history during his short life of only forty-seven years. What Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur saw and experienced from the day he ascended the throne to his death is "Vaqoye" (this work is also called "Vaqeoti Baburiy", "Tuzuki Baburiy", "Tawarikhi Baburiy", "Baburiyya" in other sources. Later it was called "Baburnoma" saying is written in ) which has become a picture. His elegant ghazals and rubai are the rarest masterpieces of Turkish poetry, and his treatise on "Mubayyin" ("Declared"), "Hatti Baburiy", "Harb ishi" and Aruz became a worthy contribution to the fields of Islamic jurisprudence, poetry and linguistic theory.

Any personal injury, sickness, or death caused by an employment accident is referred to as an occupational injury.These hazards can be categorized as physical (accidents and injuries),biological(diseases like inuenza, HIV, Anthrax etc.),psychological(stress, anxiety, depression) , chemical hazards (exposure to acids and pesticides), and environmental hazards(unsafe drinking water, inadequate sanitation, hazardous healthcare waste, etc).Occupational injuries are more widespread among workers in numerous sectors, factories, and health-care organizations and they constitute a critical worldwide health issue affecting the majority of people in various occupations. As a result, the current review sought to evaluate the prevalence, pattern, and risk factors of occupational hazards experienced by workers in a variety of situations.Searches for relevant articles were conducted in four electronic databases using a broad range of search terms.

1980 yılı sonrasında dünyada ve Türkiye’de ağırlık kazanmaya başlayan neoliberal politikalar sağlık sistemini de kapsayacak şekilde hayatın pek çok alanına nüfuz etmiştir. Bu bağlamda tarihsel kökleri daha eski yıllara dayanmakla birlikte ülkemizde özellikle Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı çerçevesinde bu politikalar uygulamaya konulmuş ve zaman içerisinde önemli değişimler yaşanmıştır. Sağlık alanında özel sektörün giderek yaygınlık kazanması da yaşanan bu değişimlerden biri olmuştur. Sağlık sisteminin özelleşmesinin rekabete dayalı olarak sağlık hizmeti kalitesinin artması gibi olumlu bazı sonuçları olsa da bu eğilim tekelleşme gibi birtakım riskler de barındırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada sağlık hizmeti verilen kurumlar (hastane sayıları vb.), personel durumu (he-kim-hemşire sayıları) ve sağlık hizmetinin kullanımıyla (müracaat, ameliyat sayıları vb.) ilgili veriler üzerinden sağlıkta özelleşme eğilimi incelenmiş olup seçilen bu göstergelere dayanarak mevcut/muhtemel riskler dile getirilmiş ve bazı somut politika önerileri takdim edilmiştir.
