Reconstruir el recorrido académico y político de una vida como la de Agustín Cueva es, ante todo, un ejercicio de memoria de la experiencia vivida durante casi veinte años en el hogar común del Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos. Y es que para él, como para todos nosotros, este preciso lugar de trabajo ha sido fuente y espacio de los más intensos intercambios profesionales. Intentamos ya algunos de nosotros, con Agustín, iniciar la revisión de esa historia en " El tiempo recobrado, memoria de treinta años del CELA", en 1990. Ahora lo hago en la soledad acompañada por el recuerdo de su presencia querida.

Este trabajo es una serie de reflexiones personales acerca de la problemática dialéctica en Platón y Agustín, como también su proyección sobre el pensamíento actual. Fundamentalmente quisiera rescatar algunos conceptos a los que prestar especial atención: contingencia, apariencia, dualidad y negación que, aunque com diferentes alcances aparecen tanto en Platón como en Agustin, para culminar finalmente en la filosofia hegeliana. Por eso, he dividido mi ponencia en cuatro partes. Primero una introducción general, segundo, el tema de la dialéctica desde la lógica clásica, tercero el análisis de la dialéctica en Platón y en Agustín para, finalmente, proyectar algunas ideas e interpretaciones en función dei pensamiento y la realidad dei mundo actual.

Resumo:

The coastal plains of the Philippines were among the first sites opened for human settlement. However, the sprouting of communities has displaced beach forests and mangrove swamps. The growing intensity and frequency of weather disturbances brought by changing global climate highlight beach forests' critical role as bio-shields for vulnerable coastal communities. Unfortunately, beach forests continue to disappear due mainly to conversion into human settlements and wanton harvesting for fuel wood and medicinal plant parts. Currently, no study has been conducted on the beach forest communities in San Agustin, Romblon; thus, this study was conceptualized. A survey was conducted in all barangays of San Agustin, and species identification was made. A total of 38 species of beach forest plants belonging to 21 families were identified. The municipality of San Agustin has a species richness of 3.99, Shannon diversity index of 2.53, Simpson dominance index of 8.73, and Evenness index of 0.70. Cabolutan had the highest species richness among the barangays, while Binonga-an had the highest diversity and dominance index. The relatively high abundance of Cocos nucifera denotes that these areas were subjected to anthropogenic activities. Erosion, garbage, seawall, road widening, and infrastructure developments for beach resorts and summer houses were the five major coastal threats recorded in the beach forest areas around San Agustin, Romblon. These data can serve as a reference for different conservation activities to protect and enhance the current status of the beach forest of San Agustin, Romblon.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui teknik permainan yang digunakan pada lagu Maxixe karya Agustin Barrios Mangore serta mengatasi bagian-bagian yang sulit agar tempo tetap stabil. (2) Mengetahui bentuk lagu Maxixe karya Agustin Barrios Mangore. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di kota Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, dengan objek penelitian lagu Maxixe. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi partisipatif. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain reduksi data, penyajian data teks yang naratif, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa lagu Maxixe memliki bentuk tiga bagian yaitu A-A-B-C dengan 3 Tema, Tema I, Tema II, dan Tema III. Kemudian teknik yang digunakan pada lagu Maxixe yaitu Arpeggio, Slur/Legato, Slide/Glissando, Ceja/Barre, dan Tirando. Terdapat teknik lain yang sulit dalam lagu Maxixe, seperti: (1) Speed/kecepatan, merupakan bagian yang penting, karya tersebut dimainkan dengan tempo Allegro. (2) Power/kekuatan, beberapa bagian terdapat posisi akord yang tidak biasa yang merupakan ciri khas dari Agustin Barrios Mangore, maka perlu dilatih dengan power yang kuat agar terdengar lebih bersih dan jelas. (3) Tone colour/warna suara, juga perlu diperhatikan agar pembagian iringan dan melodi utama lebih menonjol.Kata Kunci : Analisis, Teknik Permainan, Gitar Klasik, Maxixe, Agustin Barrios Mangore

Recently, the society hasrequired quality of service, safety, comfortable and reasonable price. That is why amidwife is requested to be ready and able to respond quickly and anticipatemodernization and satisfy the customers. This research aims to figure out thecorrelation of the quality of antenatal care (ANC) treatment and the level of clients’satisfaction at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin in Tasikmalaya. Data sampling technique hasapplied total sampling with cross sectional approach method. And data collection isprimary data. Primary data is the data taken directly from the respondents which hasbeen done by the researcher itself. Based on the result of the research, the quality ofANC treatment at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin is good (66.3%), it explains that ANCtreatment has oriented to the pregnancy needs. Pregnant women who have receivedpregnancy treatment at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin are satisfied (71.4%) indicating thatthe expectation of pregnant women to get a satisfied treatment has been fulfilled. Thecorrelation of the quality of ANC treatment and the clients satisfaction at BPM Hj.Elsye Agustin has identified p-value of 0.000 indicating that the clients/pregnantwomen are satisfied with ANC treament.

Resumo:

The Philippines is a globally significant hotspot for biological diversity and a center for endemism, but much of the studies are centered on terrestrial and marine biodiversity, and little is known about the diversity and status of freshwater fishes. In Romblon, no research had been conducted formally on these organisms. Thus, this study was realized. This study aimed to assess the freshwater fishes of San Agustin, Romblon using modified hoop net, gill net, scoop net and hook and line on December 2016 to January 2017, and July 2017 to December 2017. There were thirty-one species of freshwater fishes in San Agustin, Romblon which dominantly belonged to order Perciformes. These are common in the stream, irrigation creek and canal. Majority of these fishes are native to the Philippines and are utilized for food by the locals. Most of these species were classified in the Least Concern category by the IUCN Red List. Since the sampling was conducted during the wet season, this study strongly recommends conducting another investigation during the dry season. Biodiversity assessment on freshwater fishes in San Agustin, Romblon should also be done to prove the diversity of the freshwater fish in the area. On the other hand, this study suggests conducting a Tablas-wide study as well as to the other neighboring Island such as Sibuyan, and Romblon Island.

WHO explained that the increase in contraceptive use was highest in Asia and Latin America, and the lowest in Sub-Saharan Africa. Injec Tabel contraception is in great demand because it is a good alternative for contraception for women who want long-term and effective contraception. A person's decision to choose contraceptives is influenced by age, education, knowledge, parity, income. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between age, education, and parity with the use of 3-month injec Tabel contraceptives at PMB Villy Agustin Palembang in 2021. Analytical Survey Research with a Cross Sectional approach. The population is all active family planning acceptors who come to PMB Villy Agustin Palembang, namely 283 mothers, and 74 samples taken using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling technique. The secondary data used were processed and analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between age (P-value = 0.037), education (P-value = 0.002) and parity (P-value = 0.034) with the use of 3-month injec Tabel contraceptives at PMB Villy Agustin Palembang in 2021. In conclusion, there was a relationship between age, education and parity with the use of 3-month injec Tabel contraceptive device at PMB Villy Agustin Palembang in 2021. It is hoped that health workers will be able to improve the quality of health services and public knowledge about all contraception so that they can increase the use of appropriate contraceptives in EFA.

This conference volume brings together a collection of papers dealing with the monetary arrangements of "peripheral" countries in the later part of the nineteenth century, with occasional excursions in the interwar years. It comprises an introduction (written by the two editors plus Agustin Llona Rodriguez) and six chapters. These chapters cover respectively the experience of six Latin countries: three are European and three are Latin American. The three European experiences are dealt with by Giuseppe Tattara (Italy), Jaime Reis (Portugal), and Pablo Martin Acena (Spain). The chapters dealing with Latin American countries are written by Winston Fritsch and Gustavo H. B. Franco (Brazil), Agustin Llona Rodriguez (Chile), and Jose Antonio Ocampo (Colombia).

Resumo:

This quantitative-qualitative research aimed to assess the existing K to 12 curriculum of the member schools of the Province of Santo Niño de Cebu in terms of learning objectives, learning content, learning experiences, and evaluation of learning outcomes. This study utilized the one hundred sixty-two (162) administrators and teachers as respondents coming from the member schools of the Province of Santo Niño de Cebu namely, Colegio San Agustin-Biñan, University of San Agustin, Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, Colegio del Santo Niño, and San Jose Catholic School in the Philippines. Using Hilda Taba’s linear model, the result showed that the level of implementation of the existing curriculum of the member schools in terms of the four curriculum components, except for the evaluation of learning outcomes, was extensive and functioning excellently. There is no significant difference in the K to 12 curriculum in terms of learning objectives when schools are grouped according to location and accreditation status. As to learning content, learning experiences, and evaluation of learning outcomes, significant differences existed when schools are categorized as to years of existence, enrolment size, type of school, and academic qualification of faculty members. Therefore, any educational institution should maintain its quality and excellent education by ensuring that its curricular offerings are reviewed periodically in terms of the four curriculum components mentioned in this study.

AbstrakKeadaan gizi yang baik dan sehat pada masa balita merupakan fondasi penting bagi kesehatan di masa depan.Rata-rata prevalensi balita stunting di Indonesia tahun 2005- 2017 adalah 36,4%. (Kemekes RI. 2018). Berdasarkanhasil SSGI 2021, stunting di provinsi Kalimantan Barat berada di 29,8% dibanding standar nasional yaitu 24%.Khusus kota Pontianak sudah mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2019 stunting di angka 15,7 % dan 2021 turunmenjadi 7,1%. Berdasarkan data diatas penulis melakukan beberapa pemeriksaan seperti : mengukur Berat badan,tinggi badan dan pemeriksaan lain yang menunjang untuk screening pertumbuhan anak di TPA dan PAUDSr.Agustin Pontianak yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2022. Dari hasil pemeriksaan didapatkan 23 orang anakmengalami pertumbuhan yang baik, meskipun sebagian waktu mereka dihabiskan dipenitipan.Kata kunci : Screening, Pertumbuhan, TPA Abstract[TOODLER AND CHILD GROWTH SCREENING] Good and healthy nutritional state during infancy is an importantfoundation for future health. The average prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia in 2005-2017 was 36.4%.(Kemenkes RI. 2018). Based on the results of the 2021 SSGI, stunting in the province of West Kalimantan is at29.8% compared to the national standard of 24%. Especially for the city of Pontianak, stunting has decreased in 2019at 15.7% and in 2021 it has decreased to 7.1%. Based on the data above, the authors carried out severalexaminations such as: measuring weight, height and other examinations that support the screening of children'sgrowth at the TPA and PAUD Sr. Agustin Pontianak which was held in January 2022. Resumo:

The origin of signalling principles, their purpose and development since the 4th century BC are described. Claude Chappe' s research on the peculiarities of human vision and the rationale for the choice of colors for the optical telegraph are presented. These principles are used in modern rail and road signaling systems with slight modifi cations to refl ect the development of technology. The transmission apparatus and the Claude Chappe alphabet are presented, documentary examples of its use in France are proposed, and the main disadvantages of this principle of data transmission are indicated. Further in the article, an alternative principle of data transmission using a single semaphore wing in an optical telegraph is presented. It was developed and introduced in 1798 between Madrid and Cadiz (Spain) by Agustin de Betancourt. The article shows the diagrams of the optical telegraph apparatus of Agustin de Betancourt, and also gives its comparison with fi rst mechanical signals used in railway transport. With references to historical documents and evidence, the evolution of the optical telegraph by Agustin de Betancourt from data transmission systems between cities to systems for the exchange of information between neighboring railway posts and stations on the fi rst railway lines is presented. The evolution of the telegraph from mechanical devices announcing the train approach to the railway post to the signals for train drivers thanks to the change of wing position is shown. As a transitional stage from mechanical to electrical signals in railway transport, the principle of operation of semaphores with kerosene lamps lit at night with light fi lters mechanically connected to the position of the wing is explained. Based on development of mechanical signals, the historical reasons for signal aspect with two lamps in diff erent modern signalling systems are presented. The article opens a new, previously little-known page of the activities by Agustin de Betancourt, who was not only the fi rst rector of the fi rst transport high school in Russia but also one of developers of data transmission systems used optical telegraph. His inventions such as mechanical signal with one wing are using in improved form in railway signalling systems up today.
