Abstract: The technique of multiclass classification based on SVMs has been widely used. SVM optimization will be accomplished by examining the extraction features of Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Box-Cox Transformation, and Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE). The dataset contains 13,611 rows and 17 variables, generated from the UCI repository's multiclass dry bean data. Barbunya, Bombay, Cal, Dermas, Horoz, Seker, and Sira are just a few of the dry bean kinds available. The dataset was tested using SVM Linear kernel and SVM Radial Basis.According to the results, the combination of scale-center-BoxCox-SVM Radial extraction achieves the maximum accuracy of 93.16 percent and the shortest processing time of 6.10 minutes. 96.00 percent, 100 percent, 96.71 percent, 95.16 percent, 97.60 percent, 97.74 percent, and 91.95 percent, according to bean class.RFE-SVM Radial has a 91.18 percent accuracy and a processing time of 6.55 minutes. BoxCox outperforms conventional techniques in terms of prediction accuracy while requiring less training time. Pada penelitian ini akan diuji fitur ekstraksi Principal Component Analysis, Box Cox Transformation dan fitur eliminisi Recursive Feature Elimination untuk mendapatkan optimasi SVM. Dataset berasal dari data multikelas kacang kering UCI repository dengan jumlah 13.611 baris dan 17 variabel. Kelas kacang kering yakni : Barbunya, Bombay, Cal, Dermas, Horoz, Seker dan Sira. Dataset diuji menggunakan kernel SVM Linier dan SVM Radial Basis. Didapatkan hasil, bahwa kombinasi fitur ekstraksi : scale-center-BoxCox-SVM Radial memiliki akurasi terbaik yakni 93,16% dan waktu proses 6,10 menit. Klasifikasi berdasarkan kelas kacang berturut-turut 96,00%,100%, 96,71%, 95,16%, 97,60%, 97,74% dan 91,95%. RFE- SVM Radial hanya memberikan akurasi sebesar 91,18 % dengan waktu proses sebesar 6.55 menit. Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of environmental factors, namely seasonal changes and nutritional factors on the adaptive abilities shown by the metabolic response of Madura cattle. The research was conducted in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency, East Java from February to June 2022. The research material included 45 Madura cattle which included differences in sex and age. Metabolic response was analyzed descriptively. The results of the study obtained blood urea nitrogen (BUN) concentrations in male and female Madura cattle with different ages, including; 20.96 ± 6.79; 22.04 ± 5.12; 18.63 ± 1.94; 15.86 ± 2.72; 27.42 ± 14.5; 21.40 ± 8.2. Triglyceride concentrations in Madura cattle successively at different sexes and ages, namely; 11.00 ± 3.53; 21.60 ± 7.4; 11.00 ± 1.94; 12.00 ± 2.72; 9.20 ± 5.65; 11.00 ± 2.40. Glucose concentrations in male and female Madura sai with different ages, namely; 83.00 ± 16.90; 102.40 ± 13.90; 97.60 ± 12.60; 110.00 ± 13.3; 95.00 ± 8.4; 54.80 ± 8.7. Blood protein concentrations respectively; 7.70 ± 1.28; 10.30 ± 2.09; 10.14 ± 2.48; 9.16 ± 1.73; 9.56 ± 2.01; 6.16 ± 1.55. In general, the metabolic response of male and female Madura cattle at different age levels in the wet season is within the normal range. This shows that it can adapt well. Materi penelitian meliputi 45 ekor sapi Madura yang meliputi perbedaan jenis kelamin dan umur. Respon metabolic dianalisis secara deskriptif, hasil penelitian didapatkan konsentrasi Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) pada sapi Madura jantan dan betina dengan umur berbeda antara lain: 20,96 ± 6,79; 22,04 ± 5,12; 18,63 ± 1,94; 15,86 ± 2,72; 27,42 ± 14,5; 21,40 ± 8,2. Because of technology developments, the ECG yields improved outcomes in the realm of biomedical science and research. The Electrocardiogram reveals basic the heart's electrical activity. Early detection of aberrant heart disorders is crucial for diagnosing cardiac problems and averting sudden cardiac deaths. Measurements on an electrocardiogram (ECG) among people with comparable cardiac issues are essentially equal. Analyzing the Electrocardiogram characteristics can help predict abnormalities. Medical professionals presently base the preponderance of their Electrocardiogram diagnosis on their unique particular areas of expertise, which places a substantial load on their shoulders and reduces their performance. The use of technology that automatically analyses ECGs as hospital personnel performs their duties will be advantageous. A suitable algorithm must be able to categories Input signal with uncertain awesome feature on just how much they approximate Input signal having known characteristics in order to speed up the identification of heart illnesses. A possibility of identifying a tachycardia is raised if this predictor can reliably recognize connections, and this technique may be helpful in lab settings. To accurately diagnose myocardial illness, a powerful machine learning technique should be used. Through using recommended method, the effectiveness of cardiovascular disease identification using ECG dataset was evaluated. The reliability, sensitivities, and validity obtained using the Svm algorithm were 99.314%, 97.60%, and 97.60% respectively.

Resumo:

Cloud computing has revolutionized how industries store, process, and access data. However, the increasing adoption of cloud technology has also raised concerns regarding data security. Machine learning (ML) is a promising technique to enhance cloud computing security. This paper focuses on utilizing ML techniques (Support Vector Machine, XGBoost, and Artificial Neural Networks) to progress cloud computing security in the industry. The selection of 11 important features for the ML study satisfies the study’s objectives. This study identifies gaps in utilizing ML techniques in cloud cyber security. Moreover, this study aims at developing a practical strategy for predicting the employment of machine learning in an Industrial Cloud environment regarding trust and privacy issues. The efficiency of the employed models is assessed by applying validation matrices of precision, accuracy, and recall values, as well as F1 scores, R.O.C. curves, and confusion matrices. The results demonstrated that the X.G.B. model outperformed, in terms of all the matrices, with an accuracy of 97.50%, a precision of 97.60%, a recall value of 97.60%, and an F1 score of 97.50%. This research highlights the potential of ML algorithms in enhancing cloud computing security for industries. It emphasizes the need for continued research and development to create more advanced and efficient security solutions for cloud computing.

When a particle with angular momentum tunnels across the event horizon of Schwarzschild–de Sitter black hole, the black hole will change into a Kerr–de Sitter one. The limits between sea and land were estimated at "Pulso" beach located in the Southeastern Brazilian shelf (φ = 23°33/17.4886"S; Λ = 045° 13'13.0504"W - WGS84), between the island of São Sebastião and the city of Ubatuba, SP, Brazil. The relative sea level of the year 1831 at "Pulso" beach, as per Brazilian law Number 9760 dated from 1946, was estimated and materialized. The retro-estimation allowed the demarcation of the Legal Sea-Land Limits at "Pulso" beach as per the terms of the law. The accuracy of the procedure for the transference of the long-term sea level from the research station of Ubatuba to "Pulso" beach was assessed by parallel work of geometrical leveling referred to the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics) geodetic network. The motivation, the hypotheses (Brest, Cananeia and IPCC) and the methods here used are described, together with a short history of the Legal Sea-Land Limits. The results indicated that the legal Sea-Land Limits at "Pulso" beach are well within the beach area. They were determined as per law 9760, and there is the need to reactivate the national network of sea level gauge.

The interrater reliability for three raters scoring the Career Ability Placement Survey (CAPS) was measured using results from 35 vocational rehabilitation patients and 23 volunteers. The Manual Speed and Dexterity (MSD) subtest, which requires a great deal of qualitative judgement in its scoring, had excellent interrater reliabilities for three raters (.9839), two raters (.9760), and one rater (.9531). Therefore, the judgmental scoring of the MSD subtest does not interfere with the interpretation and clinical usefulness of the CAPS.

In this study, the main aim was to recovery the gold from iron tailings, and comprehensive recovery of iron by using combined separating technology. Experimental studies were carried out on the iron tailings in Dahongshan samples, which contain 0.5g/t of gold and 16.8% of iron. Through the experiment, the first is pre-discarding tailings by centrifuge, and then the gold is recovered by cyanidation leaching with using of H2O2 to increase the rate of gold dissolution. The gold’s leaching rate can reach 97.60%. The qualified iron concentrate can be got from leaching slag and gravity tailings by magnetic separation. Iron tailings get a comprehensive utilization, which has a better effect.

Resumo:

The crystal structure of recombinant prolidase fromThermococcus sibiricuswas determined by X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and was found to contain a tetramer in the asymmetric unit. A protein crystal grown in microgravity using the counter-diffusion method was used for X-ray studies. The crystal belonged to space groupP21221, with unit-cell parametersa= 97.60,b= 123.72,c= 136.52 Å, α = β = γ = 90°. The structure was refined to anRcrystof 22.1% and anRfreeof 29.6%. The structure revealed flexible folding of the N-terminal domain of the protein as well as high variability in the positions of the bound metal ions. The coordinates of the resulting model were deposited in the Protein Data Bank as entry 4rgz.

Resumo:

In this article, cotton is modified by m- DMDHEU and choline chloride. The modified cotton can adsorb and ion exchange ion CrO4 2- , H2AsO4 - in water solution as effectively as anionit resin. The material are activated by soaking in 24 h with mixed m-DMDHEU and choline chloride, then dried and activated in 1 h at 140 oC, all residual reactants was removed by water. Adsorption and ion exchange process were studied with a model solution contained ion CrO4 2- , H2AsO4 - in different conditions. Results showed that the modified cotton is able to adsorb ion CrO4 2- , H2AsO4 - of the model, solution is nearly completely, respectively 99,95 % and 99,60 %; the values of anionit resin is respectively 97,99 % and 97,60 % at pH=7,0.

Plant extract of Solanum surrattence in acetone, petroleum ether, and methanol has been tasted using mass loss and thermometric measurements for corrosion of aluminium in acid solutions. The plant extract of Solanum surrattence is a good corrosion inhibitor for aluminium. The inhibition efficiency depends upon the concentration of inhibitors, it inhibits the metal of 97.60% at its maximum value. This inhibitor shows efficiency at 25°C. At higher temperature the inhibition efficiency decreases. These types of inhibitors can be used to replace the toxic chemicals which are currently used in industries. We find out cheap and ecofriendlly corrosion inhibitors which can be used by acid, petrochemical, and chemical industries.

This study was carried-out for using the statistical analysis tests for prediction of the changes of the milk production due to changes of production resources and prediction of the most important resources of either productive or economic resources in that affecting milk production. This study was carried out through a field survey in different regions of Egypt include (Menofia, Kaliobia, El Behira, and El Giza) province during the period extended from summer 2017 to winter 2020 on random samples of dairy production sectors. These sectors were Farmers, Private and Governmental. The dairy breeds included in this study were Balady (local breed), Holstein-Friesian (exotic breed), Cross-bred (Balady X Friesian). This study concluded that, applying some parametric and non-parametric statistical methods in dairy farm data analysis this tests that includes , Parametric tests includes (Correlation tests and Regression tests), that must be applied for improving the productive, reproductive and economic efficiency in dairy enterprises in the target area through, suitable preventive measures should be taken to prevent the economic losses from diseases occurrences. Farmers should attend short courses to improve their skill in management, record keeping and estrous detection methods. Two possibilities for the producers to increase their net profit, either increasing the outputs by low level of available resources or reducing the cost of production especially the feed cost through the best combination from the available resources and Continuous improving of the veterinary management and periodical changes of medication, vaccination and disinfection programs to avoid the fertility problems and the microbial resistance.

Resumo:

The musculoskeletal system of marsupial mammals has numerous unusual features beyond the pouch and epipubic bones. One example is the widespread absence or reduction (to a fibrous “patelloid”) of the patella (“kneecap”) sesamoid bone, but prior studies with coarse sampling indicated complex patterns of evolution of this absence or reduction. Here, we conducted an in-depth investigation into the form of the patella of extant marsupial species and used the assembled dataset to reconstruct the likely pattern of evolution of the marsupial patella. Critical assessment of the available literature was followed by examination and imaging of museum specimens, as well as CT scanning and histological examination of dissected wet specimens. Our results, from sampling about 19% of extant marsupial species-level diversity, include new images and descriptions of the fibrocartilaginous patelloid in Thylacinus cynocephalus (the thylacine or “marsupial wolf”) and other marsupials as well as the ossified patella in Notoryctes ‘marsupial moles’, Caenolestes shrew opossums, bandicoots and bilbies. We found novel evidence of an ossified patella in one specimen of Macropus rufogriseus (Bennett’s wallaby), with hints of similar variation in other species. It remains uncertain whether such ossifications are ontogenetic variation, unusual individual variation, pathological or otherwise, but future studies must continue to be conscious of variation in metatherian patellar sesamoid morphology. Our evolutionary reconstructions using our assembled data vary, too, depending on the reconstruction algorithm used. A maximum likelihood algorithm favours ancestral fibrocartilaginous “patelloid” for crown clade Marsupialia and independent origins of ossified patellae in extinct sparassodonts, peramelids, notoryctids and caenolestids. A maximum parsimony algorithm favours ancestral ossified patella for the clade [Marsupialia + sparassodonts] and subsequent reductions into fibrocartilage in didelphids, dasyuromorphs and diprotodonts; but this result changed to agree more with the maximum likelihood results if the character state reconstructions were ordered. Thus, there is substantial homoplasy in marsupial patellae regardless of the evolutionary algorithm adopted. We contend that the most plausible inference, however, is that metatherians independently ossified their patellae at least three times in their evolution. Furthermore, the variability of the patellar state we observed, even within single species (e.g. M. rufogriseus), is fascinating and warrants further investigation, especially as it hints at developmental plasticity that might have been harnessed in marsupial evolution to drive the complex patterns inferred here.

Une étude épidémiologique a été réalisée sur les nématodes gastro-intestinaux des ovins en milieux urbain et périurbain à Maroua dans la province de l'Extrême Nord du Cameroun où le climat est de type soudano-sahélien avec une saison des pluies et une longue saison sèche. Quatre systèmes d'élevage ont été identifiés et 111 ovins répartis dans 21 troupeaux ont été suivis sur le plan coprologique et hématologique tous les mois, de novembre 1996 à octobre 1997. Les résultats ont montré la présence des larves infestantes (L3) de cinq genres ou espèces de nématodes : Haemonchus, Cooperia, Oesophagostomum, Trichostrongylus et Strongyloides papillosus. La saison et le type d'élevage ont eu une influence significative (P < 0,05) sur l'excrétion d'oeufs par gramme de matières fécales (opg). En saison de pluies, les opg ont augmenté dans tous les types d'élevage mais à des degrés plus élevés dans les élevages d'ovins conduits au pâturage en périphérie de la ville et dans ceux d'ovins en claustration permanente. L'hématocrite a été corrélé négativement avec les opg et a diminué significativement en saison de pluies. Des schémas prophylactiques ont été proposés en fonction des systèmes d'élevage et de la saisonnalité du parasitisme.

A mother is the main caregiver as well as carrying out multiple roles so that she is more vulnerable to pressure in most families. Mothers also tend to feel sad, tired, lonely, nervous, anxious and more easily worried. Generally, parenting stress is triggered by the mother's disproportionate burden on raising children. This community service aims to provide education to mothers to optimize their role in the family to build family resilience. The program was carried out online and offline with 30 members of the New Sidoarjo Babywearer community who are part of Indonesia Baby Wearers. The implementation method used is lectures, discussions, hands-on practice and assignment. The analysis used to evaluate the success of this psychoeducation is by pretest and posttest. The results obtained were an increase in participants' knowledge based on an average pre-test score of 56.66% and an average post-test of 84.65%. Thus, psychoeducation is effective in increasing mothers' understanding of parenting stress and regulating emotions.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus, sometimes referred to as non-insulin-dependent diabetes, (NIDDM). The patient was unable to secrete enough insulin, resulting in elevated blood glucose. Complications during a patient's diseases are common in type 2 diabetes patients. Common type 2 diabetes does not have an age or gender difference. Patients with type 2 diabetes or those under treatment are frequently fat and sedentary. Glipizide, a sulfonylurea medication, is prescribed to people with non-insulin-dependent diabetic mellitus. (type 2 diabetes). There are two common types, oral tablets and sustained-release tablets. The common type of oral tablets is fast-acting tablets. Absorption is rapid and the effect is rapid, because oral tablets have a significant effect and may cause short-term hypoglycemia. The body disintegrates the medication and release it. A contributing factor to type 2 diabetes is having high blood glucose levels, as the pancreas produces less insulin, resulting in a residual overall glucose in the blood. These disorders are often caused by genetics or overweight/physical inactivity . The blood glucose levels of patients with type 2 diabetes are greater than those of ordinary healthy individuals since the condition is a chronic metabolic disorder. Glipizide can be used as an insulin secretagogue to stimulate islet β cells to release insulin, thereby increasing plasma insulin concentration. It also serves as an auxiliary hand in diet and exercise. Different regions have different laws for the use of glipizide. Glipizide can be used in combination with other NIDDM drugs in the United States. It can only be used alone or not in the United Kingdom because of the high risk of aggravating hypoglycemia in patients. Patients who have any cardiovascular or renal disease or have a long history do not mind using these drugs. Such agents are likely to worsen the hypoglycemia associated with the disease. Among many drugs, glipizide is one of the most common sulfonylureas and has a moderate price.

Genetic variability of 32 inbred special grains bean lines was investigated for grain yield, mass of 100 grains, cooking time, and mineral concentrations in grains, and Z index was used for selection of superior lines in most of the characters. IAC Centauro, IAC Galante, Xamego, Ouro Branco, Montcalm, and Hooter lines presented high yield grain, short cooking time (less than 24 min), and high potassium (>14 g kg-1dry matter [DM]), calcium (>1.42 g kg-1DM), iron (>97.60 mg kg-1DM), zinc (>29.05 mg kg-1DM) and copper (>8.67 mg kg-1DM) concentrations, and their dietary use is therefore recommended. Cal-96 line presents higher Z index for grain yield and for the most of the minerals, and its use is recommended for crosses for the development of superior lines.

Tongue color classification serves as important assistance for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors to make a precise diagnosis. This paper proposes a novel two-step framework based on deep learning to improve the performance of tongue color classification. First, a semantic-based CNN called SegTongue is applied to segment the tongues from the background. Based on DeepLabv3+, multiple atrous spatial pyramid pooling (ASPP) modules are added, and the number of iterations of fusions of low-level and high-level information is increased. After segmentation, various classical feature extraction networks are trained using softmax and center loss. The experiment results are evaluated using different measures, including overall accuracy, Kappa coefficient, individual sensitivity, etc. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework with SVM achieves up to 97.60% accuracy in the tongue image datasets.
