Resumo:

Penelitian dilakukan di PT. XXX Indonesia Jl. Maligi VIII Lot S-2 Kawasan Industri KIIC Desa Margakaya Kecamatan Telukjambe Barat Kabupaten Karawang Propinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh perilaku individu terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT. XXX Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi antara perilaku individu dengan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,382 (r ≠ 0) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif rendah antara perilaku individu dengan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi perilaku individu terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,146 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perilaku individu terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja sebesar 14,60% dan sisanya sebesar 85,40% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Perilaku Individu, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja The study was conducted at PT. XXX Indonesia Jl. Maligi VIII Lot S-2 KIIC Industrial Estate Margakaya Village, Telukjambe Barat District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the effect of individual behavior on occupational safety and health at PT. XXX Indonesia. The analytical tool used is validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis between individual behavior with occupational health and safety obtained a value of 0.382 (r ≠ 0) with a significance level of 0,000, this shows that there is a low positive relationship between individual behavior with health and safety. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of individual behavior towards health and safety obtained a value of 0.146 with a significance level of 0.000. This shows that there is an influence of individual behavior on occupational health and safety by 14.60% and the remaining 85.40% is influenced by other factors not examined. Background: Smart phones have become an integral part of youth. But at the same time addiction towards its use have become a serious concern among them. The objective of this study was to evaluate the level of smart phone usage among medical college students and their demographic characteristics.Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted on 192 medical students. A self administered SAS scale has been used to assess the level of smart phone addiction. Subjects were classified into smart phone non-user group, a low smart phone user group and a high smart phone user group.Results: Out of 192 subjects who completed the questionnaires 85.40% (n=164) had smart phone addiction. Out of the total 192 students 28 students (14.60%) were low smart phone users, of which 9 were boys (14.30%) and 19 were girls (14.70%). Among 164 (85.40%) high smart phone users 54 students were boys (85.70%) and 110 were girls (85.30%) which was not statistically significant at 5% level (chi square=0.007, p=0.935).Conclusions: Medical college students in Andaman and Nicobar Islands are more vulnerable for smart phone addiction.

This research aims to describe (1) the social class in the Bukan Pasar Malam Pramoedya Ananta Toer novel, (2) conflict of social class in the Bukan Pasar Malam Pramoedya Ananta Toer novel, (3) the impact conflict of social class in the novel of Bukan Pasar Malam Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The theory used to achieve the goal: the sociology of literature, in particular the theory of social classes and conflict of social class. This research is descriptive qualitative research method with content analysis techniques. The data of this study are quoted or written words of the object to be observed that leads to social class. Sources of data in this study is Bukan Pasar Malam Pramoedya Ananta Toer novel issued by the Balai Pustaka in 1959. Social class in the novel of Night Market Pramoedya Ananta Toer are: 1) an overview of social class, upper class earn a decent living with luxurious amenities, while the lower class they are very difficult to get some foods, 2) social class conflict, causing rebellion within the lower social class as it gets unfair treatment by the upper classes, 3) the impact of conflict of social class produce impact to deficity and suffering to the lower classes, such as the family, education and healthy.

Resumo:

A fresh split gill mushroom or locally known as cendawan kukur (Schizophyllum commune Fr.) (SC) was obtained from Terengganu, Malaysia. The SC samples were dried in an oven and extracted with several polarities of solvent such as water, ethanol, dichloromethane and hexane. Then the SC extracts were tested for their scavenging activity against the DDPH radical models. The scavenging activities were calculated as a percentage of DDPH radicals discolouration and measured as scavenging activities of the S. commune extracts. The finding observed the highest scavenging activities resulted from SC-H2O (85.40%), followed by SC-ethanol (54.91%), SC-dichloromethane (0.46%) extracts and no observation of scavenging activities showed by a non-polar extract (SCHexane). In this finding, the scavenging activity of SC-H2O extract against DDPH radicals was found more potent at 85.40% and it showed the highest activities as compared to the other SC-DCM and SC-EtOH extracts. In the next observation, the scavenging activities of the single SC-water extract against free radical DDPH were observed for another 30 mins by an interval of 5 mins increment after the incubation time. As a result, the scavenging activities of SC-H2O extract against DDPH free radicals maintained its activities between 85.40-85.76% within 30 mins. These observed that the SC-H2O extracts presented a highly potent antioxidant as compared to other SC extracts in this model. Finally, an additional HPTLC method was used as a preliminary observation of the SC extract separation profiles. The result of SC water extracts (polar extract) observed the same Rf value (0.25) of the unknown compound as compared to the SC-EtOH and SCDCM extracts, and this spot compound was not observed in the non-polar extract of SCHexane. The polar and mid-polar extractable materials were more abundant in TLC separations and are related to the % TSS and strength of the mushroom aroma in the extracts. These preliminary studies will be continued for the S. commune phytochemicals discovery and the development of a new product of S. commune flavour extracts.

A female skeleton, whose 14C age is about 8540 BP (c. 7500 cal BC), from the basal part of the Holocene loess at Fenpo Gully, west of the village of Donghulin, Mentougou district of Beijing, was associated with a shell necklace restored from 68 gastropod shells. This unprecedented find also contributes new environmental information.

Resumo:

A Re-rich phase (up to 85.40% wt.Re) was occasionally found in a single crystal superalloy during thermal exposure. Interestingly, this phase is located in front of the dendrite periphery in the interdendritic region, while the Re is segregated in the dendrite core. Formation of this phase was suggested to relate to the unusual accumulation of the Re resulting from the uneven diffusion process of Re. Appearance of this phase may imply the preference of forming Re-Re atomic bond in the superalloys.

Resumo:

This article discusses aspects of the application of modern information technologies in professional work of math teacher. Implementation of programs, defined by standard, in practice puts the task to develop guidelines on the use of various ICT tools, collections of sample plans of lessons and assignments for students during the lessons, using mathematical modeling and experiment. In addition, there is a need to build a new model of training teachers in the system of additional vocational training. This work is carried out on the training courses under the program for teachers engaged in a gradual transition to the Federal State Educational Standard as soon as available. The authors explore the questions: What is the general level of ICT competence of math teachers today; is it possible to build a system of training for math teachers to acquire modern ICT competences.

La pandemia ha supuesto un verdadero shock, también en los mercados de productos agrícolas sostenibles. En este artículo se analizan, en primer lugar y a través de datos secundarios, los cambios en los patrones de consumo de productos agrícolas frescos de los españoles durante la pandemia por la COVID-19, así como los cambios en la tipología de canales y tipos de establecimientos de compra. En segundo lugar, con datos primarios (encuestas y entrevistas) se analiza la percepción que una muestra de agricultores valencianos (vinculados a producciones sostenibles) tiene respecto del impacto del confinamiento, y sus estrategias de respuesta y adaptación. Los resultados ponen de relieve, por el lado de los consumidores, cambios en los hábitos de consumo (compra directa y por internet, mayor calidad) y, por el lado de los productores, estrategias diferenciadas, con efectos igualmente diferentes según el entorno productivo de partida (agricultura ecológica certificada frente a prácticas sostenibles) o el tiempo transcurrido (respuesta en los primeros momentos del confinamiento, frente a la que pudieron dar transcurridos unos meses).

En 1975 Marvel Moreno publicó el cuento Oriane, Tía Oriane. En este relato, la autora expone una realidad aciaga causada por una ideología patriarcal que subyuga a dos mujeres en el presente y en el pasado. En este contexto, son significativas las imágenes que representan al patriarca y a la familia, porque convocan los dogmas familiares que se recogen bajo la figura poderosa del padre. Sin embargo, en esta situación también se advierte una contradicción entre lo que Lacan denomina lo simbólico y lo real; que le impide a María, la protagonista, llegar a ser. Por lo tanto, en el presente ensayo, se pretende explicar cómo en el cuento Oriane, Tía Oriane las imágenes exteriorizan las tensiones entre la naturaleza femenina y la ideología patriarcal. Resumo:

Se presenta el estudio de una pesa fenicia hallada en el “Teatro Cómico” de Cádiz, en una de las habitaciones del yacimiento. Se trata de un contexto doméstico con fechas de abandono en torno a los años 760-750 a.C. Los detalles concretos de la excavación arqueológica ya fueron publicados y se descarta que la habitación pudiera relacionarse con un lugar de culto. Aún así, se trata de un hallazgo muy relevante al poder estudiar el ponderal en un contexto arqueológico bien fechado y documentado, todo ello en el ámbito de la Cádiz fenicia de mediados del siglo VIII a.C.

The historiography concerning Medieval Christian Muslim-Relations over the past sixty years has been shaped by two important books: Norman Daniel’s Islam and the West (1960) and Edward Said’s Orientalism (1978). Each of these works made significant contributions to the field, but each also had serious methodological limitations. Both works assumed and reinforced a conceptual divide between an imagined Christian West and Muslim East. Over the past several decades, some of the most interesting and important work in the field has challenged and reconceptualized this dichotomy.

La ‘retorica dell’abbandono’ si basa su elementi ricorrenti e meccanismi comportamentali divenuti topici, come attestato dalla poesia e dal teatro. Anche l’oratoria vi ricorre. Cicerone, ad esempio, fa rientrare nella topica di un crudelissimum discidium le accuse che Clodia aveva rivolto al suo assistito, Celio (Cic. Cael. 30-31). Il termine discidium diventa, pertanto, funzionale a rendere persuasive le argomentazioni difensive, in quanto vettore dell’idea della violenza della separazione: una violenza in grado di produrre risentimento e devastanti conseguenze emotive che si traducono in parole e azioni mirate a colpire un ex innamorato. La trasformazione dell’affettuosa consuetudo in astiosa simultas, descritta in Cic. Cael. 61, dunque, viene indicata come causa delle azioni intraprese da Clodia contro Celio: un efficace modo per attenuare i crimina attribuiti al giovane e per minare l’attendibilità della teste.

Even though the concept of Womanism has roots in Black Feminism, still it can form some relevance and connection with Indian Feminism. Alice Walker (1944-) an African Black woman writer has positioned “Womanist/Womanism” in her critically acclaimed collection of essays, “In Search of Our Mother’s Gardens: Womanist Prose”. Roughly, in Post-Independence India, women’s active involvement in politics advances their positions. The proportion of women in the Indian Education System skyrocketed. Due to awareness, Indian women make decisions in the realms of social, economic, and religious issues as well. Now, women lawyers, activists, politicians, administrators, and others focus on the upliftment of women’s conditions in India. These give birth to women-specific organizations, acts, amendments, and laws. In Indian Feminism based on the above-discussed layouts, there have been three waves in the last eighty years. Indian Womanism can be one of the most significant segments of Indian Feminism of the contemporary era. The primary aim of the Researcher is to conceptualize Indian Womanism while unwrapping the palimpsest narrative of Prabha Khaitan’s autobiography named A Life Apart. The second contention is to situate Prabha Khaitan as the best possible exemplar of an Indian Womanist instead of an Indian Feminist in the background of A Life Apart: An Autobiography.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan pemahaman konsep sistem koloid antara pembelajaran menggunakan peta konsep dengan peta pikiran pada siswa kelas XI MIPA MAN kota Palangka Raya tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA MAN Kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 52 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pemahaman konsep (pretes, postes) dan lembar kerja siswa. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep sistem koloid antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan peta konsep dengan siswa yang belajar menggunakan peta pikiran. Rata-rata nilai postes siswa kelas peta konsep (85,40%) lebih tinggi dari pada rata-rata nilai postes kelas peta pikiran (71,53%).

Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja Informasi Keuangan Pada PT. Bank Nusa Tenggara Timur. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Apakah sistem informasi keuangan yaitu Informasi Manajemen Kas, Informasi Manajemen Investasi, Informasi Penganggaran Modal serta Informasi Perencanaan Keuangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Informasi Keuangan? (2) Apakah masing-masing variabel sistem informasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Informasi Keuangan? Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada divisi keuangan dan akuntansi PT. Bank Nusa Tenggara Timur seluruhnya berjumlah 62 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kontribusi atau sumbangan koefisien determinasi (R2) semua variabel bebas (Informasi Manajemen Kas, Informasi Manajemen Investasi, Informasi Penganggaran Modal serta Informasi Perencanaan Keuangan) terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja Informasi Keuangan) sebesar 85,40% dan sisanya 14,60% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Resumo:

Local elections held on June 2016 in Italy asked voters to appoint more than 1,300 among mayors and municipal councilors, some of them in big cities like Rome, Milan, Turin. This article aims at assessing who is the real winner of this election. At first sight, the Five Stars Movement won this election. Nevertheless, some doubts arise because of its limited coverage of the territories, internal conflicts and the lack of homogeneity of its electoral results at the local level. Among the losers, Forza Italia and minor parties like NCD and extreme-left parties are to be counted, while the Northern League secured its previous elections' percentage. The Democratic Party reported huge losses but remained the leading party in half of the voting municipalities. A more in-depth analysis shows however that local lists (civic lists) strongly improved their results and voters' support. From this perspective it is the territory that won 2016 local election. The article claims that this may negatively affect the national political system and political establishment. Civic lists bring in fact together different political actors (such as notabilities, patrons and relevant clienteles) with populist local movements, and often show weak political capabilities in local government.l

Resumo:

Pitayas (Hylocereus spp.) is an attractive, highly nutritious and commercially valuable tropical fruit. However, low-temperature damage limits crop production. Genome of pitaya has not been sequenced yet. In this study, we sequenced the transcriptome of pitaya as the reference and further investigated the proteome under low temperature. By RNAseq technique, approximately 25.3 million reads were obtained, and further trimmed and assembled into 81,252 unigene sequences. The unigenes were searched against UniProt, NR and COGs at NCBI, Pfam, InterPro and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database, and 57,905 unigenes were retrieved annotations. Among them, 44,337 coding sequences were predicted by Trandecoder (v2.0.1), which served as the reference database for label-free proteomic analysis study of pitaya. Here, we identified 116 Differentially Abundant Proteins (DAPs) associated with the cold stress in pitaya, of which 18 proteins were up-regulated and 98 proteins were down-regulated. KEGG analysis and other results showed that these DAPs mainly related to chloroplasts and mitochondria metabolism. In summary, chloroplasts and mitochondria metabolism-related proteins may play an important role in response to cold stress in pitayas.
