Resumo:

La investigación parte de la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuáles son las características de la fiesta tradicional del Tuken Shawi en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa N°62212 del Centro Poblado de Sabaloyacu? El objetivo fue: Describir las características de la fiesta tradicional del Tuken Shawi en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa N°62212 del Centro Poblado de Sabaloyacu. Provincia de Alto Amazonas. La investigación por su tipo fue no experimental, por su nivel, descriptiva, por su finalidad fue básica, el diseño fue descriptivo simple, tuvo una población de 37 estudiantes y la muestra fue de 16 estudiantes del nivel primario de la Institución Educativa N°62212 del Centro Poblado de Sabaloyacu, el muestreo estadístico, aleatoria simple. se usó la técnica de observación y como instrumento la guía de observación. La conclusión fue que la característica del tradicional tuken Shawi, es una festividad que inicia el último domingo del mes de febrero, los pobladores danzan alrededor de un árbol (humisha), cuyos pasos imitan, principalmente a las aves y monos, mientras beben: wena, shi´shui, Mamai´ y Cayawi´ii; amenizado con instrumentos como: la yupana, tuntún, kunkun pinante, los organizadores son: el tuken wa´anen, Tuken wa´anen, (mayordomo) Waan apu (líder de la comunidad) el teniente alcalde y agente municipal con apoyo de todos los moradores del lugar.

Resumo:

In this article we obtain the exact joint distribution of a ranked set sample. We show that this distribution belongs to the family of unified multivariate skew normal distributions. We also investigate a multivariate skew-t distribution 62J12 using ranked set samples as an application of our results. A numerical example is also provided to illustrate our results.

Resumo:

From the available literature on estimation of the parameters of the uniform distribution over [ kθ, kθ + θ], we find the necessity to construct improved estimators of the parameter θ when k is known. In this paper a new estimator of θ is proposed when k is known and its performance is compared with best linear unbiased estimator of θ based on two extreme observations. Resumo:

In this paper we first investigate the risk properties of four shrinkage estimators of a location vector assuming that the random vector follows a multivariate normal distribution. Next we study the risk performance of these four estimators under a multivariate 1 distribution with n(⩾ 3) degrees of freedom. It bas been found that under both the models the four shrinkage estimators preserve almost the same relative merits and demerits. AMS 1991 Subject Classifications : Primary 62C15, Secondary 62H12.

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, makna, dan fungsi diksi yang digunakan dalam komunikasi lisan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode transkripsi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah berupa daftar pertanyaan dengan menggunakan alat penunjang lain seperti, gawai (handphone), buku dan balpoin. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis melalui identifikasi data, klasifikasi data, interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diksi yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dari segi bentuk diperoleh sebanyak 30,30% penggunaan kata asing, penggunaan kata ilmiah sebanyak 19,69%, penggunaan kata slang sebanyak 16,66%, penggunaan kata jargon sebanyak 9,09%, penggunaan kata kajian sebanyak 7,57%, penggunaan kata populer sebanyak 4,54%, penggunaan kata abstrak sebanyak 3,03%, penggunaan kata konkret sebanyak 3,03%, penggunaan kata umum sebanyak 3,03%, penggunaan kata khusus sebanyak 3,03%. Berdasarkan maknanya diperoleh sebanyak 62,12% makna denotatif, makna konotasi sebanyak 33,33%, makna afektif sebanyak 4,54%. Berdasarkan fungsinya diperoleh sebanyak 50% fungsi intelektual, fungsi sebagai bahasa gaul sebanyak 16,66%, fungsi sebagai identitas diri sebanyak 9,09%, fungsi deskriptif sebanyak 7,57%, fungsi ekspresif sebanyak 6,06%, fungsi informasional sebanyak 6,06%, dan diperoleh sebanyak 4,54% fungsi untuk mempercepat pemahaman. Abstract: This study aims to describe the form, meaning, and function of diction used in oral communication within the Muhammadiyah University of Mataram. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, interview methods, transcription methods, and documentation. The instrument used is in the form of a list of questions using other supporting tools such as, gadgets (cellphones), books and balpoints. The data in this study were analyzed through data identification, data classification, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the results of this study shows that the diction used by students in communicating in terms of form was obtained as much as 30.30% of the use of foreign words, the use of scientific words as much as 19.69%, the use of slang words as much as 16.66%, the use of jargon words as much as 9.09%, the use of study words as much as 7.57%, the use of popular words as much as 4.54%, the use of abstract words as much as 3.03%, the use of concrete words as much as 3.03%, the use of concrete words as much as 3.03%, the use of common words is 3.03%, the use of special words is 3.03%. Based on the meaning obtained as much as 62.12% denotative meaning, connotative meaning as much as 33.33%, affective meaning as much as 4.54%. Based on its function, 50% of intellectual functions were obtained, functions as slang as much as 16.66%, functions as self-identity as much as 9.09%, descriptive functions as much as 7.57%, expressive functions as much as 6.06%, informational functions as much as 6.06%, and obtained as many as 4.54% functions to accelerate understanding.

En el presente artículo se analiza la obra del Maestro Arquitecto Joseph Ayora y su saga, y su aportación a los templos valencianos del XVIII, concebidos siguiendo el modelo hallenkirchen. Nacido en un pequeño pueblo de Teruel pronto dejará indicios de su actividad como tracista y constructor en la provincia de Castellón, donde al menos se le relaciona con once templos, de los cuales cinco son columnarios. En las Iglesias de Castell de Cabres y Cinctorres ha sido documentada la autoría de sus trazas, en Vila-real su aportación fue parcial, mientras que en las de Benifairó de les Valls y Suera se le presupone. El análisis gráfico basado en el exhaustivo levantamiento de planos de la obra patrimonial construida y en el estudio comparado de sus trazados reguladores, su métrica y su composición, se muestra como una herramienta veraz, capaz de esclarecer presuntas autorías y desvelar el patrón de diseño de los tracistas.

Resumo:

Belief systems, which are one of the four levers of control, play a vital role in an organization. This study is primarily aimed at examining the effects of belief systems on managerial performance. Since the four levers of control jointly function in management control systems, we extend our study by investigating whether the contingent-fit between strategic risk, strategic uncertainty, and the other three levers of control (i.e., boundary systems, diagnostic control, and interactive control) strengthens the association between belief systems and managerial performance. A survey questionnaire was distributed to the upper-level management of various companies or strategic business units in Indonesia during the fourth quarter of 2017, resulting in 81 respondents. Hypotheses testing were conducted using the OLS regression model. This research found that belief systems are positively associated with managerial performance, indicating that the implementation of effective belief systems leads to higher managerial performance. This study also found that the contingent-fit between strategic risk, strategic uncertainty, and the other three levers of control does not have any effect on how belief systems are positively associated with managerial performance. This finding indicates that although management does not adopt a fit combination between its level of strategic risk and strategic uncertainty and the boundary systems, diagnostic control, and interactive control, it can still achieve good performance as long as strong belief systems are implemented. These findings confirm the critical role of belief systems in the levers of control. Thus, management needs to ensure the establishment of more effective belief systems if the company or business unit wants to produce optimal performance.

Resumo:

The modern genealogical structure of the Ukrainian population of Holstein breed consists of 16 lines. In addition, breeding bulls of Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy cattle and Ukrainian Red-and-White dairy cattle, Jersey, Angler and Swiss breeds are used for reproduction in 5 breeding farms. The most common lines in terms of number are Starbuck 352790, Chief 1427381 and Elevation 1491007 with a total share of 71.42%. The lines of Cavalier 1620273, Astronaut 1458744, Regal 352882, Ideal 933122, Cadillac 2046246, Mett 1392858, Monfrech 91779, Ivanhoe 1189870 and Hanover 1629391 account for less than 1%. The breeding female in 12 herds does not belong to the lines.

Resumo:

In the works At the Courtyard of Yearning, In Praise of Sleep, At the Watershed, we see a manifestation of a Faustian passion of knowledge, built up in the shape of demonic instances, theorized by Goethe and essay-like exposed by Lucian Blaga. The existential anxiety which generates metaphysical sadness, reaches the boiling point, imprinting to the works In Praise of Sleep and At the Courtyard of Yearning powerful tragic accents. In critical works about Blaga it was often spoken about the cult of the deepness, a concept about which the poet himself said he has it, in a posthumous publication in which he has different opinions with the ones who critique him, finding his poems difficult or even abstract. The lirosophical vision of Blaga takes some concepts from Leibniz philosophy, exposed scarcely in The Trilogy of Knowledge. God is conceived by the Dutch philosopher as a supreme, absolute existence, not to be identified with Nature. The exegetics is almost unanimously in considering the work In Praise of Sleep as a turning point in Blaga’s lyrical creation. Several literary critics and historians present the poetry of Blaga as a synthesis of inspiration and reflection.
