Otvoritev nove stavbe Deželnega gledališča, ki je luč sveta ugledala v začetku sezone 1892/93, dobrega pol desetletja po uničujočem požaru, je pomenila zgodovinsko prelomnico v slovenski glasbenogledališki poustvarjalnosti. Temeljni kamen operni reprodukciji je slovensko gledališče postavilo sicer že leta 1889, prave pogoje za delo pa je vendarle dobilo šele pod streho novega gledališča, katerega si je delilo skupaj z nemškim vodstvom. Medtem ko so gostujoče nemške družine nadaljevale dolgoletno tradicijo gledaliških predstav, so Slovenci neobremenjeno začeli na samem začetku. Razlika med vodstvi se je pokazala že v prvi sezoni delovanja. Nemci so repertoar prilagajali sposobnostim sezonskih izvajalcev in predvajali največkrat le malo opernih predstav (ali celo nobene), medtem ko so pri oblikovanju sporeda Slovenci dali glavno težo ravno operam. Pričujoče besedilo se osredotoča na prvo dekado delovanja novega Deželnega gledališča. Ločeno sledi najprej nemškemu, nato še slovenskemu glasbenogledališkemu programu. V ospredju zanimanja so operne premiere na eni in drugi strani, pospremljene z odzivi kritik v aktualnih lokalnih časopisih, kot sta Laibacher Zeitung in Ljubljanski zvon. Upoštevajoč tedanje razmere in okoliščine je namen članka podati predvsem strukturni prerez repertoarjev obeh gledališč, ne pa same kvalitete izvedenega, saj so ocene predstav zaradi nacionalnega momenta vprašljivo objektivne in zato med seboj težko primerljive.

The paper is devoted to the language of the Northern Russian lamentations collected and published by E.V. Barsov 150 years ago. The author uses the material of wedding lamentations to study the typical folklore language — composite nominations, i.e. nouns, verbs, and other parts of speech formed on the basis of two (rarely three) lexical units: 1) integral compound words (svet-batiushka, drug-podruzhka, zvon-unylyj), 2) phrases with an application (dusha-devushka, doch’-nevol’nica, idti-shatat’s’a), 3) tautological phrases, i.e. complete or partial reduplications (vol’a-vol’ushka, mesto-mestechko, um-razum, gnevev-gneven) or combinations of synonyms (put’-dorozhen’ka, rod-plem’a, znat’-vedat’, gl’adet’-smotret’, strogo-grozno, zhalko-unylo), 4) constructions with a compositional relationship (gusi-lebedi, zlato-serebro, khleb-sol’, kormit’-poit’, dosyta-dop’ana). The classification is based on the following characteristics: structure (the declination of the components of the phrases), macro-syntax (coordination with both members of the binomial or one of them), micro-syntax (relationship of the components with each other—the subordination or composition) and semantics (whether members of the phrase semantically independent, or one of the members serves as an emotional, evaluative, functional definition, addition, refinement, modification of the other). The specifics of folklore material, and particularly of poetic texts of Northern Russian wedding lamentations, are their structural and syntactic diffuseness, blurring of borders between different types of composite units, the tendency to free syntax of the paratactic type, avoiding explicit means of expressing semantic relations (especially subordinates), the predominance of composition over subordination not only in sentences, but also between components of phrases.

The chemical reduction of nitrate or nitrite species by zero-valent iron nanoparticle (ZVIN) in aqueous solution and related reaction kinetics or mechanisms using fine structure characterization were investigated. Experimentally, ZVIN of this study was prepared by borohydride reduction method at room temperature. The morphology of as-synthesized ZVIN shows that the nearly ball and ultrafine particles ranged of 20–50 nm were observed with FE-SEM analysis. The kinetic model of nitrites or nitrates reductive reaction by ZVIN is proposed as a pseudo-first-order kinetic equation. The nitrite and nitrate removal efficiencies using ZVIN were found 65–83% and 51–68%, respectively, based on three different initial concentrations. By using XRD patterns, the quantitative relationship between nitrite and Fe(III) or Fe(II) becomes similar to the one between nitrate and Fe(III) in the ZVIN study. The possible reason is linked with a faster nitrite reduction by ZVIN. In fact, the occurrence of the relative faster nitrite reductive reaction suggested that the passivation of the ZVIN have a significant contribution to iron corrosion. The XANES spectra show that the nitrites or nitrates reduce to N 2 while oxidizing the ZVIN to Fe 2 O 3 or Fe 3 O 4 electrochemically. It is also very clear that decontamination of nitrate or nitrite species in groundwater via the in-situ remediation with a ZVIN permeable reactive barrier would be environmentally attractive.

Abstract Background Recipients of auto-HSCT have an increased risk of herpes zoster (HZ) infection; however, live attenuated varicella-zoster virus (VZV) vaccine is contraindicated in these patients. In this pivotal Phase III study (V212-001; NCT01229267) inactivated VZV vaccine (ZVIN) reduced the rate of HZ infection compared with placebo (estimated vaccine efficacy, 63.8%) and was well tolerated. Immunogenicity of ZVINin recipients of auto-HSCT was assessed in the Phase III study as an exploratory objective. Methods Adults undergoing auto-HSCT were randomized to receive either ZVIN(n = 560) or placebo (n = 564), administered in a 4-dose regimen. Doses 1 through 4 were administered ~30 days before and ~30, ~60, and ~90 days following auto-HSCT. VZV-specific immune responses were measured at Day 1, ~28 days post-vaccinations 3 and 4, and annually until the end of the study. VZV-specific antibody responses were measured by glycoprotein enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (gpELISA) in all patients; cell-mediated immune responses were measured by VZV interferon-gamma enzyme-linked immunospot (IFN-γ ELISPOT) assay in a randomized subset of patients (n = 403). Results Geometric mean titers (GMT) were significantly higher and the ratios of the gpELISA and IFN-γ ELISPOT were significantly greater in the ZVINgroup compared with the placebo group (Tables 1 and 2). Conclusion ZVIN elicited higher VZV-specific humoral and cell-mediated responses in adult auto-HSCT recipients when compared with placebo ~28 days and ~1 year post-dose 4. These results indicate that ZVIN is immunogenic in these patients who are ineligible for live attenuated HZ vaccine, which is consistent with previously observed clinical efficacy. Disclosures M. La contaminación por nitratos de fuentes difusas es una de las principales causas del deterioro de la calidad de los recursos hídricos subterráneos a escala global. Recientes investigaciones señalan la necesidad de minimizar la incertidumbre en la evaluación de la vulnerabilidad de las aguas subterráneas, mediante el desarrollo de metodologías robustas que permitan evaluar la vulnerabilidad bajo un enfoque fuente–vía–receptor en el contexto de la cuenca hidrológica. El procedimiento LU–IV (Arauzo, 2017) fue ideado para cartografiar la vulnerabilidad intrínseca de las aguas subterráneas (riesgos asociados al medio físico) y la vulnerabilidad específica a la contaminación por nitrato (riesgos asociados a los usos del suelo en territorios intrínsecamente vulnerables), con el objetivo final de mejorar la delimitación de las zonas vulnerables a la contaminación por nitrato (ZVN). Esta metodología utiliza parámetros sencillos y fácilmente disponibles que, combinados en un entorno de SIG, permite evaluar con precisión la vulnerabilidad (intrínseca y específica) en la totalidad de la cuenca de drenaje (área susceptible de drenar agua, potencialmente contaminada por nitrato, hacia un acuífero receptor). La aplicación del procedimiento LU–IV a la cuenca hidrológica del río Ebro (N.E. de España) ha permitido determinar que una superficie de 18.757 km2 presenta un grado de vulnerabilidad específica a la contaminación por nitrato de alto a extremo, por lo que los territorios afectados podrían ser potencialmente designables como ZVN. Esta superficie difiere de los 9.796 km2 designados oficialmente como ZVN por las administraciones autonómicas con competencias para la designación de ZVN en la cuenca del Ebro. Si bien los territorios oficialmente designados coinciden en gran medida con los resultados de esta investigación, la aplicación del nuevo procedimiento ha permitido identificar un 50% más de territorios clasificables como zonas vulnerables. Las áreas aluviales presentaron el mayor grado de vulnerabilidad (tanto intrínseca como específica) afectando a la mayor parte de su territorio, lo que sugiere la necesidad de plantear una protección integral de todas las superficies aluviales, no sólo en la cuenca del Ebro, sino a escala nacional y europea.

The article proposes innovative methods of development of educational process in higher education institutions (ZVO) of Ukraine. The educational services market has an unstable situation. ZVO needs to be viewed from the perspective of adapting to the changing situation in the educational services market. The example of the university examines the essence of innovative development of ZVO, foreign experience and scientific approach to evaluating the innovation potential of a similar institution. The main factors of external and internal influence on innovative development and innovative potential of the university and stages of its development are determined. It has been shown that innovation is based on increasing the interest of students and teachers in obtaining and selecting new ideas, their relevance to modern scientific and technological progress, financial support and creating an overall favorable environment for innovation implementation. Various innovative methods of pedagogy have always been successfully used in the educational process, the basis of which is the interactivity and maximum closeness to the real professional activity of the future specialist. Attempts by individual teachers to diversify the learning process should be widely supported by students. The importance of maintaining the university's innovation potential has been proven, as the amount of research conducted on the university's base and publications made on its behalf contributes to a better investment climate for employers by employers. Thanks to quality education, the University can benefit not only for its own success, but also to raise the city's rating, to further attract students, tourists and businessmen. The experience of recent years shows that it is much more difficult to implement a certain idea in Ukrainian educational institutions than in Europe or the USA, for example, so in domestic defense institutions they often rely on foreign experience rather than support new ideas from their own participants in the educational process. The article considers the manifestation of personal and situational anxiety in first- and third-year students of the Free Economic Zone. Anxiety is considered from two points of view - situational and personal. In the first case, the term is used to describe an unpleasant emotional state associated with feelings of tension, anticipation of unfavorable developments. Otherwise, anxiety is felt as an experience of personal threat, increased sensitivity to failures and mistakes, self-dissatisfaction. Anxiety is a state of anxiety that arises in a person in a situation that poses a certain physical or psychological threat to him. According to S. Freud, the unpleasant state of anxiety is a useful adaptive mechanism that encourages the individual to protective behavior to overcome the danger. Anxiety is a personal limit that reflects a decrease in the threshold of sensitivity to various stress agents. Anxiety is expressed in the constant feeling of threat to one's own "I" in any situation; Anxiety is an individual's tendency to experience anxiety, which is characterized by a low threshold for the occurrence of an anxiety reaction: one of the main parameters of individual differences. 55% of first-year students have a high level of personal anxiety and 45% have a moderate level of personal anxiety. First-year students used to be in the walls of their home school, but now they find themselves in a little-known university building, which also increases anxiety and insecurity. The student, in contrast to the student, is forced to form new styles and strategies of behavior within the walls of the university and forms of assimilation of a large amount of information from different disciplines. 3rd year students have a low level of situational anxiety (36.4%) and a moderate level of personal anxiety (63.6%). In the third year the process of specialization begins, strengthening the interest in scientific work as a reflection of further development and deepening of professional interests of students. The urgent need for specialization often leads to a narrowing of the sphere of diverse interests of the individual and students' reassessment of many values of life and culture. They become more confident in their abilities as students, but may have doubts about their future lives.

Este artículo presenta un material etnográfico y pedagógico inédito que contribuye —e interpela— a la mirada oficial sobre la pedagogía para la paz, uno de los ejes de los acuerdos de paz en Colombia. Mediante talleres pedagógicos realizados en una zona veredal de transición y normalización (ZVTN) en el Guaviare, con un grupo de 285 excombatientes de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) en tránsito hacia la vida civil, se identificaron experiencias locales de aprendizaje que muestran un repertorio de conocimientos adquiridos durante la trayectoria en la guerrilla y en la transición posterior a la firma de los acuerdos. Con base en el análisis de las cartillas trabajadas con el grupo de excombatientes, argumento que urge ampliar la consideración de una pedagogía para la paz incluyendo la inclusión de una pedagogía desde la paz.

El siguiente artículo de reflexión tiene como objetivo analizar el contexto de la protesta social en Colombia; en particular, el movimiento social popular que, como movimiento de masas, concentra el mayor número de manifestantes y que, a través de su causa, puede llegar a aumentar la confrontación con la Fuerza Pública, generando una latente amenaza de disturbio social que en muchas ocasiones adopta un carácter violento. Objetivo. El presente artículo analiza los discursos de la guerrilla de las FARC-EP en torno a la conmemoración de su último aniversario en armas, la cual tuvo lugar entre el 27 y el 28 de mayo de 2017 en la antigua Zona Veredal de Transición y Normalización (ZVTN) de Colinas (Guaviare). Metodología. Se hizo observación participante durante la conmemoración y análisis documental de los comunicados públicos que dicha organización presentó en los últimos años alrededor de este aniversario. Resultados. Los discursos que circularon sobre este último aniversario permiten comprender la auto-representación de la conmemoración como parte de unas memorias rebeldes sin armas y las tensiones con discursos oficiales sobre el papel de esta guerrilla en la historia del país. Conclusión. Se plantea que la guerrilla de las FARC-EP intentó articular a través de estas memorias un relato propio sobre la paz que entra en tensión con las formas predominantes como ha sido representada esta organización.

One of the most important problems of training volleyball players is the development of motor abilities and, in particular, endurance. Many researchers note that endurance is a common property of the human body, which finds a specific manifestation in various types of motor activity, including sports. In other cases, endurance is the ability of the body to perform any physical activity for a long time without reducing its effectiveness, in other words, endurance is opposed to the process of fatigue. A number of authors, along with General and special endurance, distinguish high-speed, high-speed-power, power, local, regional, global, and in some cases universal, long-term, short-term, and static endurance as a type of special endurance. A common component for all types of endurance is volitional tension, through which the intensity is maintained, but up to a certain limit. However, endurance should be distinguished from such a concept as human performance. Despite various formulations, all authors agree that efficiency is the maximum work that a person can do, that is, the ability to perform the maximum amount of work possible for them. Now the effectiveness of aerobics is generally recognized. Aerobics is a set of endurance exercises that last for a relatively long t ime and are associated with achieving a balance between the body's oxygen needs and its delivery. The body's response to increased oxygen demand is called a training effect or positive physical shifts. To develop such physical qualities as endurance, volleyball players need to include various types of physical training in their training. When performing physical exercises, some changes occur in the body: the total volume of blood increases so much that the ability to transport oxygen improves, and therefore the athlete shows greater endurance during strenuous physical exertion. Having analyzed the modern scientific and methodological literature and the latest ways of using fitness varieties. We can say that fitness technologies develop, strengthen, correct and generally improve the physical fitness of athletes, as well as improve the individual physical quality of each athlete, which required more attention. Aerobics helps to cope with physical and emotional stress. Therefore, volleyball athletes who include in their training fitness programs aerobic load much faster improve their physical qualities, namely endurance.

En la Sierra de la Macarena se ubican tres de las 26 Zonas Veredales Transitorias de Normalización (ZVTN), dispuestas en los acuerdos de la Habana como lugares para concretar el cese bilateral y definitivo de hostilidades. Las Zonas han supuesto el espacio para el desarme y reincorporación a la vida civil de los combatientes de las FARC- EP. Una de tales Zonas se encuentra en inmediaciones de los llanos del Yarí en el poblado de Playa Rica. La historia de este territorio da cuenta de los conflictos propios de la colonización del piedemonte amazónico y de los impactos de la guerra civil. La adecuación de la Zona Veredal ha significado para las comunidades de la región la posibilidad de hallar cierta presencia del estado central que, sin su tradicional carácter contrainsurgente, ha sido objeto de crecientes movilizaciones sociales. Sin embargo, la incapacidad institucional para reconocer la historia organizativa y social de El Yarí, el pesado aparato burocrático que ralentiza la implementación de los acuerdos, así como los vacíos de poder que la disidencia de la guerrilla pretende copar, han implicado que en la Zona Veredal confluya un escenario social de normalización sin transición.

U okolnostima u kojima se prekogranična mobilnost stvari i osoba uzimala zdravo za gotovo, pandemijski razmjeri epidemije virusa SARS-CoV-2 (kolokvijalno zvan koronavirus, dok je nova bolest dobila naziv COVID-19) rezultirali su dramatičnim i do jučer nezamislivim posljedicama. Naime, u redovnom tijeku stvari uglavnom smo se fokusirali na njezine pozitivne efekte, no aktualna epidemija do kraja je razotkrila i njezino „drugo lice“. COVID-19 pokazao se najboljim „stres testom“ prekogranične mobilnosti osoba i prekograničnih gospodarskih odnosa i ukazao na sve slabosti pretjeranog oslanjanja na globalizaciju per se. Učinak COVID-a 19 na svaki aspekt života i na čovječanstvo u cjelini može se nazvati kolosalnim. Pod naletom epidemije „stradali“ su brojni sektori, uključujući i sportski. Većina je sportskih natjecanja, osobito regionalnih i globalnih, otkazana ili odgođena na (ne)određeno vrijeme. Federacije i organizatori sportskih natjecanja našli su se u velikim problemima uslijed nemogućnosti ispunjenja svojih ugovornih obveza u odnosu na sponzore, medije i druge ugovorne stranke. Namjera je autorice ovog rada pokušati odgovoriti na pitanje koje ovih dana muči mnoge, a to je mogućnost isključenja ili ograničenja ugovorne odgovornosti pozivanjem na višu silu.

The importance of symbolic images in the story Nema povratka written by Miodrag BulatovićMiodrag Bulatović is a representative of a grotesque avantgarde trend in post-war Serbian literature. In his short stories and novels, he referred to the notions of evil and moral decay. In a short story collection entitled Vuk i zvono, he depicted a war-stricken countryside of Montenegro, in which all elements of the world depicted are gradually devoured by fire. Only a few of the short stories from the above-mentioned collection have been translated into Polish. In the analytical part of the article, the most important motifs found in the translated texts are discussed.Значење симболичких слика у причи Нема повратка Миодрага БулатовићаY причама из збирке Вук и звоно доминира ватра, са којом су повезане људске судбине. Читалац има утисак да је човек само играчка у рукама судбине, а ватра преовладава у ње- говом животу. Булатовић приказује свет, који изгледа као пакао на земљи. Свеприсутност људских несрећа, рата и ватре ствара слику света пуног безнађa и туге. Зло се рaђa у људи- ма и утиче на њихов даљи живот. У циљу приказања трагизма и безнађа споменути писац користи много симбола, a њиховo значење je битно за разумевање текста.

El modelo de justicia transicional discutido en La Habana y su marcado énfasis judicial, relegó la consideración de procesos locales de transición social y comunitaria. Con ello los acuerdos omitieron la complejidad que ha tenido la dimensión territorial de la guerra y las lógicas cotidianas a que esta ha dado lugar que —más allá de las hostilidades y sus impactos humanitarios— se expresan en distintas prácticas y relaciones sociales construidas entre insurgencia, estado y comunidades campesinas. La instalación de las Zonas Veredales Transitorias de Normalización como instancia y lugar para concretar el fin del conflicto armado ha supuesto una muestra de la manera como se irán transformando las cotidianidades construidas en el marco de la guerra. Las Zonas Veredales suponen, pues, la primera experiencia en la forma como han de ser superadas las cotidianidades armadas, una tarea que en este artículo defino como “retos invisibles” (en el sentido que no aparecen en contempladas en los acuerdos) que para las comunidades, estado e insurgencia suponen la cuota inicial de la construcción de una paz estable y duradera en los territorios. En este artículo presento un panorama etnográfico de los aún incipientes procesos de transformación de las cotidianidades armadas a las desarmadas en las distintas ZVTN.

The article analyzes and summarizes the motivational factors of Higher Education Institution (ZVO) students to play sports. Based on the theoretical analysis, it is revealed that an essential factor in skipping physical education classes is the motivation and motivational factors of the individual. The main circumstances are laziness, low level of strong-willed potential, indifference and lack of awareness of responsibility for their health, insufficient knowledge about the benefits of physical activity, dissatisfaction with the professional level of teachers, lack of personal interest in sports in general. According to the study, the first positions of recreation for students of Western military districts are sitting at a computer and other gadgets, visiting cinemas, clubs, and not doing physical exercises. The lack of scientifically based curricula is an obstacle to improving physical education performance among students. Students are not satisfied with the monotony of classes. Students’ requests demand professional training of the future specialist and at the same time improvement of the process of educating students' physical culture.

U radu se analitički pristupa pjesmi Tina Ujevića Ogledam se u jezeru, uvrštenoj u pjesničku zbirku Ojađeno zvono (1933). Poseban se interes posvećuje složenomu odnosu lirskoga iskazivača i označiteljskih tijela koja ga zastupaju – zamjenice „ja” i zrcalnoga odraza. U iskazima se lirskoga iskazivača svrće pozornost na dvoznačan odnos prema objema dvojničkim figurama, odnos istovremenoga prepoznavanja, ali i neprepoznavanja, točnije, prepoznavanja neprepoznavanjem. Iskazi lirskoga iskazivača o dvojničkim figurama koje ga čine mogućim, ali istovremeno i nadomještaju, u mnogomu nalikuju na odnos subjektiviteta i njegovih označiteljskih tijela kakav zacrtavaju tekstovi J. Derride i J. Lacana. U radu se upućuje na neobičan dosluh između poimanja subjektiviteta vidljiva u brojnim Ujevićevim pjesničkim i proznim tekstovima i načina na koji se taj odnos poima u okrilju dekonstrukcijske i lakanovske psihoanalitičke misli. Vidljivo je to posebice u stihovima koje ističemo u naslovu: „Ne vije duh iz puti”, točnije, imaginarna bit, duh, duša subjekta pristiže mu izvana, od drugoga (označitelja), od pogleda drugoga. U drugomu se dijelu rada pjesmu čita kao metatekstualni iskaz. Na taj način pročitana, pjesma otvara pitanja vlastitoga čitanja, nemogućnosti da ju se iščita na „pravi” način, problem nepostojanja referentne zbilje koju ima zrcaliti, problem brojnih proturječja koja se interpretacijama najčešće nastoje zauzdati i dokinuti. U zaključnomu se dijelu upućuje na intertekstualni aspekt Ujevićeve pjesme te se zaključuje kako umjesto vlastita odraza ova pjesma nudi odraze nebrojenih literarnih odraza Ovidijevih Metamorfoza i mita o Narcisu.

A contribution deals with an evaluation of harvest losses within a full mechanised berries harvest using two self-propelled harvesters GREGOIRE G 152 and NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 differing in kinds of harvesting and catching mechanisms. Observation was done in vineyards of ZVOS Hustopeče joint–stock company at harvest of Müller Thurgau and Lemberger varieties in a period 2009–2010. Results gained under operating conditions showed that both self-propelled harvesters reached a comparable quality of a harvested product. There were observed losses by a slump in a case of using GREGOIRE G 152 harvester 0.8–1.45%. By using NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 the losses were 0.86–1.52% and data were gained with a respect to vine condition, the variety and the vintage. Next to losses by the slump also losses as non-harvested product were observed. Using GREGOIRE G 152 were reached 1.08–2.56% of non-harvested product losses and in a case of NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 similarly 1.17–2.22%. However a value of the non-harvested product losses cannot be perceived absolutely because in a practice the non-harvested grapes are consequently picked up manually. Total losses perceived as a sum of losses by the slump and non-harvested losses values were at GREGOIRE G 152 harvester 2–4% and at NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 harvester 2–3.7% of total hectare yield.

The article focuses on the problem of forming of the university teacher’s methodological culture. Modernization and reorganization of the national higher education system requires teachers who have deep professional and methodological knowledge, have a high level of formation of methodological culture, have an active professional position and a creative style of activity. The analysis of approaches of scientists concerning essence of methodological culture is implemented. The author's position on the interrelation and interdependence of the formed high level of teacher’s methodological culture and the teacher’s readiness to carry out it’s methodological activity at a high level is substantiated. The formation of the methodological culture of freelance teachers involves the content of professional training of future teachers on the formation of values necessary for interactive teaching and the appropriate orientation of the individual, self-improvement, self-determination, and at the same time focuses on innovative experience for successful implementation as, in particular, methodological activities. and in general the professional pedagogical activity of the teacher. In the methodical activity of the teacher of ZVO it can be reflected in real practice of professional preparation of students: new methods of teaching, new ways of diagnostics of quality of training of students, development and use in initial process of author's methodical products, etc. Also, formed at a high level methodological culture of the teacher will be reflected in pedagogical communication in the system «teacher - student (students)», for example, in finding new communication tasks, new means of activating interpersonal communication of students during classes, new forms of student communication. process of group work, pedagogical interaction of the teacher with students on the basis of co-creation and commonwealth. In the personal sphere it is shown in definition by the teacher of individual ways of the professional development, construction of the program of self-improvement. As a result, the teacher, basing his practical activity on the basis of creative thinking, creative approach to teaching, self-improvement, begins to play an active role in regulating their professional activities.
