Introduction: Medical tourism is a recent form of travel that involves rapidly increasing overseas trips to address a variety of health issues. Medical tourism websites play a vital role in offering information and resources for people looking for medical treatment overseas. A well-designed and easy-to-use website can help build trust and credibility with potential patients. The aim of this study is to assess the usability of the leading medical tourism websites in Iran.Material and Methods: The present study was a descriptive and cross-sectional study. In this study, the usability of five top medical tourism website in Iran were evaluated using heuristic evaluation method. The checklist was based on Nielsen’s heuristics. The criteria for selecting the top websites were Alexa Rank Checker.Results: The median of usability problems rates in website1, website2, website3, website4, and website5 were 11.1%, 7.7%, 9.9%, 10% and 9.1%, respectively. The median severity of identified problems for website1, website2, website3, website4, and website5 were 2.6%, 2.9%, 2.9%, 2.9% and 2.8%, respectively. The principles of “help and documentation”, “visibility of site status”, and “Security and privacy” in the five websites were categorized into the “highest rate of problems”, “lowest rate of problems”, and “highest severity of problems” groups, respectively.Conclusion: By addressing usability issues of medical tourism websites, organizations can better serve their users and ultimately contribute to the growth of the medical tourism industry.

The field of human–computer interaction is constantly evolving and facing new challenges. In this study, we propose an experimental method for designing e-commerce user interfaces with varying levels of aesthetics and usability while maintaining a similar level of user experience. The method is based on the Deming Cycle and Nielsen’s framework for design principles. Four e-commerce websites were designed with low/high levels of aesthetics and usability. Based on 160 surveys, the experimental results demonstrated that it is possible to design user interfaces with varying levels of aesthetics and usability while maintaining a similar level of user design perception. Our findings suggest that usability is more crucial than aesthetics in enhancing user experience, which aligns with previous studies. We also emphasize considering aesthetics and usability in UI design and propose the principle “What You Design Is What You Get” (WYDISWYG) as a foundation for future research. Among the evaluated websites, Website1 (the best design) achieved the highest UI quality, with users perceiving it positively at an impressive rate of almost 0.91 percent. In contrast, Website4 (the worst design) had the lowest UI quality, receiving a perception score of only 0.38 percent. The websites designed with a combination of aesthetics and usability, Website2 and Website3, garnered different perception values of 0.79 and 0.51, respectively. While this study has some limitations, such as the subjective selection of features and the focus on e-commerce websites only, it provides a starting point for further investigation into the selection of design principles, consideration of other website domains, and clarification of users’ perception of UI elements to align with Nielsen’s principles.

Website hierarchy is a central principle for organizing information in websites with implications for user orientation on the Web. Employing websites for children as case studies, this paper proposes a conceptualization of website hierarchy developed by adapting a tool from systemic functional linguistics to the analysis of websites. This new conceptualization draws on the strengths and reconciles the differences of existing ones in order to reflect the fluidity of websites as hypermedia texts on the WWW and the role that the interaction between content organization, webpage and navigation design plays in revealing a website's hierarchical organization and thereby orienting users within it.

It is critical for an online travel website to not only attract new customers but only enhance existing customer loyalty to improve the website's image and generate revenue. This research aims to find out the factors that affect loyalty among consumers of online travel websites. The variables in this study were selected after profound research on the literature review and review of the customers' feedback who were using the Booking.com website. Models of antecedents were tested such as price, convenience, experience, and interaction in predicting consumer satisfaction and the impact on brand loyalty among online travel website customers. Data was collected from 420 users of an online travel website (Booking.com) and analysed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings show that all constructs influence consumer satisfaction toward online travel websites and consequently influence customer brand loyalty. The research results will create awareness for entrepreneurs, organisations, researchers, and the public to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer retention and brand loyalty. Websites need to consistently deliver high-quality packages and services to stay on top of trends and build trust with customers by providing good service. Live customer service is one of the most significant implications since interaction with the website significantly affects customer satisfaction. As such, websites need to be available in real-time for the customers to enhance brand loyalty. The research outcomes can be beneficial to enhance the reputation of the website and generate more revenue.

Today, with the growth of internet usage, sports users can easily interact with other fans or sports organisations. As a result, the website's quality has improved over time. However, there was a dearth evidence demonstrating the website quality related to users' satisfaction. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the most preferred factor of the quality of websites among the website users, identify the most preferred factor of user satisfaction towards the quality of websites, and investigate the relationship between the sports club website's quality and users' satisfaction. Two hundred forty-eight respondents (78.2% were male) from Melaka United Soccer Association fans were involved. The results showed a complementary relationship (C.R.) was the most preferred factor for quality websites and trust was the primary factor of users' satisfaction. Furthermore, there was a relationship between the usefulness of information to users' satisfaction (inertia, trust and satisfaction), ease of use to trust and satisfaction, and a relationship between entertainment and inertia. The results from the research will become a guide to the website administrator to improve the quality, which will increase user satisfaction.

Website usability has received decent empirical attention in recent academic literature. However, there are various website characteristics that might still influence the usability of websites. In this empirical exploration, we propose three such characteristics: speed with which websites respond to customer requests (i.e., website agility); the capability of websites to restore its operations in the face of a disruption (i.e., website resilience) and the capability of websites to retain the interests of customers and keep them engaged interactively (i.e., website attractiveness) as enablers of website usability based on dynamic capability extension of resource-based view. Further, we argue that website usability will influence electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) for those websites. We also explore if there is any influence of website agility and resilience on website attractiveness. Using customers as target respondents who have used websites mainly for travel and tourism purposes, we test for the proposed relationships through collecting survey data based on face-to-face interview. Partial least squares analysis of 285 survey responses suggests website agility attractiveness and resilience to be dominant enablers for website usability and website usability positively influences e-WOM.

Internet technology grow rapidly, especially in the government sector or commonly referred to as e-government. E-government services can be accessed easily through some websites that have been managed by the person in charge. One of the applications is in the District Government of Tangerang, West Java. This research aims to evaluate the performance of 9 Tangerang District Government websites. Evaluation of website performance will be done using the GTMetrix tool. The results of this research are from the development of e-government in Tangerang District in the application of websites managed by the Tangerang District Government considered very bad. Several websites analyzed are the Tangerang District Government profile website, received an assessment Grade D, the performance 66%, and the structure 59%; the Tangerang Regency KPU website received Grade E, the performance 56%, and the structure 60%; Sipinter website received Grade D, the performance 62%, and the structure 79%; iTangKab website received Grade C, the performance 70%, and structure 79%; Kejari website received Grade D, the performance 55%, and the structure 83%; RSUD website received Grade E, the performance 53%, and the structure 63%; COVID-19 website received Grade F, the performance 12%, and the structure 46%; website Statistics received Grade F, the performance 34%, and the structure 32%; Ready-to-work website received Grade F, the performance 23%, and the structure 50%. These results are still far from the average. Therefore, to improve the site, it is necessary to make several improvements to the website that is considered very bad. One of the recommendations for website improvement is Eliminate Render Blocking Resources. Website's problems occur that are operated by the Tangerang District Government. Teknologi internet saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat, terutama dalam sektor pemerintahan atau biasa disebut dengan e-government. Pelayanan e-government dapat diakses dengan mudah melalui website pemerintahan yang dikelola oleh penanggung jawab masing-masing. Salah satu penerapannya adalah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang, Jawa Barat. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja terhadap 9 website Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang. Evaluasi terhadap kinerja situs akan dicapai dengan menggunakan alat bantu GTMetrix. Hasil penelitian dari pengembangan e-government di Kabupaten Tangerang dalam penerapan website yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang secara keseluruhan dinilai sangat buruk. Purpose Website benchmarking theory and the website analysis method (WAM) are benchmark tested across non-commercial tropical tourism websites. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Design/methodology/approach The abridged WAM benchmarks 280 tropical tourism websites from four continental areas (Africa, Asia, Oceania, and The Americas) and presence or absence of website components objectively rank-scores. Across locations significant website benchmark score differences are determined. In all, 20 of these websites are ranked by an eight expert focus group. These experts also seek-out the existence of allocated common website components. Findings The abridged WAM approach is suitable for benchmarking tropical tourism websites. Website benchmarking scores at-level are determined. At the website, domain, and function levels significant continental area differences exist. Experts cross-check the study. They find it easier to rank websites with fewer components, and show split decisions when determining the existence of common website components. Research limitations/implications This study’s abridged version of WAM uses publicly viewable components to show significant differences across website scores, and identifies some missing components for possible future inclusion on the website, and it also supports the WAM benchmarking theory approach. Practical implications Website managers/owners can apply WAM (or an abridged WAM) to benchmark their websites. WAM is theoretically supported and it systematically allows comparison against the universal set of components and/or against competitor websites. A full or abridged WAM approach to website benchmarking is preferable to subjective or survey-based approaches. Originality/value This study successfully applies the Cassidy and Hamilton (2016) theory and approach to practical website benchmarking.

Currently, information technology has been able to create a revolution in various sectors, including the government sector. One such revolution is the digitization of information. The digitization of information in the government sector is to create good governance. The digitization of information is considered very massive. Website adoption continues to increase in the government sector. One of them is in the Regional Government of Sukabumi Regency. This website performance evaluation is intended to provide recommendations for improvements to the manager if the web site's performance is considered poor. Based on the online search results found ten websites managed by the Regional Government of Sukabumi Regency. The website performance evaluation will be carried out using the GTmetrix tool. Website adoption continues to increase in the government sector. One of them is in the Regional Government of Sukabumi Regency. This website performance evaluation is intended to provide recommendations for improvements to the manager if the web site's performance is considered Poor. Based on the online search results found ten websites managed by the Regional Government of Sukabumi Regency. The website performance evaluation will be carried out using the GTmetrix tool. Based on the evaluation results, the performance of the website managed by the Regional Government of Sukabumi Regency using the YSlow Score is considered to be Quite Good, but the performance of the website using Page Speed Score is considered to be Poor. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the website's performance. One of the recommendations that has become a priority for improvement is to optimize images because it has become Priority Issues on ten websites managed by the Sukabumi Regency Government.Riset ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja terhadap 10 website yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Saat ini teknologi informasi telah mampu menciptakan revolusi di berbagai sektor, tidak terkecuali sektor pemerintahan. Salah satu revolusi tersebut adalah digitalisasi informasi. Digitalisasi informasi pada sektor pemerintahan adalah untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Digitalisasi informasi dinilai sangat masif dilakukan. Adopsi website terus meningkat di sektor pemerintahan. Salah satunya adalah di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Evaluasi kinerja website ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada pengelola jika kinerja website dinilai buruk. Dari hasil penelusuran secara daring ditemukan 10 website yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Evaluasi kinerja website tersebut akan dilakukan menggunakan alat bantu GTmetrix. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, diketahui bahwa kinerja website yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi dinilai Cukup Baik berdasarkan YSlow Score, namun dinilai Buruk berdasarkan Page Speed Score. Oleh karena itu, perlu perbaikan terhadap website. Salah satu rekomendasi yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan adalah to optimize images dikarenakan hal tersebut menjadi Priority Issues pada 10 website yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the influence of the key features of agritourism companies' websites on customers purchasing decision-making process, by measuring the level of perceived relevance and satisfaction of customers about the website's features. Empirical research was conducted based on a four-stage website adoption model, adapted from previous literature. A web-based questionnaire was addressed to a sample of Italian tourists who experienced a stay at an agritourism after selecting it through the website. By combining the perceived satisfaction and importance attributed to a series of website features, the priorities to take into account to design a website and to establish its main on-line services have been identified. In order to identify which variables have more influence in defining the overall evaluation of a website, a regression analysis was conducted. This study provides useful guidance on the main features of a website on which investments for improvement may be addressed, and which on-line services should be activated.

This research aims to evaluate the performance of websites managed by the regional government of East Kalimantan province and also to provide input on improving the performance of websites that are considered less good. There are 9 public service websites managed by the Government of East Kalimantan including the website of the flying pesut, SIPPD, website, si website, tepra website, foreign service travel website, cooperation database application website, grant website and bansos online, regional financial transparency website, performance report website. In this research the method used is an evaluation research method that is carried out by collecting data so that it can be compared with existing standards and will then be drawn conclusions. The data collection is done by observing and reviewinglibraries, and analyzing databy using web.dev to measure performance levels, accessibility, best practices and SEO. The results of this study showed that the performance of the website had a good assessment with the average overall website assessment of 73%. With the regular evaluation and improvements and improvements to public service websites owned by the East Kalimantan provincial government, more people are expected to be able to do so. You can use public service websites to get the information you need. The government needs to hold trainings to website managers so that they can support website management in order to be better and more qualified.

Phishing attack is a cybercrime that can lead to severe financial losses for Internet users and entrepreneurs. Typically, phishers are fond of using fuzzy techniques during the creation of a website. They confuse the victim by imitating the appearance and content of a legitimate website. In addition, many websites are vulnerable to phishing attacks, including financial institutions, social networks, e-commerce, and airline websites. This paper is an extension of our previous work that leverages the favicon with Google image search to reveal the identity of a website. Our identity retrieval technique involves an effective mathematical model that can be used to assist in retrieving the right identity from the many entries of the search results. In this paper, we introduced an enhanced version of the favicon-based phishing attack detection with the introduction of the Domain Name Amplification feature and incorporation of addition features. Additional features are very useful when the website being examined does not have a favicon. We have collected a total of 5,000 phishing websites from PhishTank and 5,000 legitimate websites from Alexa to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. From the experimental results, we achieved a 96.93% true positive rate with only a 4.13% false positive rate.

Purpose – This study aims to investigate pharmaceutical company-sponsored disease information websites that are created and operated by pharmaceutical companies. Without clear indication of the site ownership, these websites look like non-advertising health information websites. Consumers’ responses to pharmaceutical company-sponsored disease information websites were examined in comparison to their responses to typical direct-to-consumer (DTC) drug brand websites. Design/methodology/approach – A field experiment was conducted with a representative sample of US adults. Study subjects were randomly assigned to one of three live websites: pharmaceutical company-sponsored disease information website; DTC brand website with a high level of trust cues; and DTC brand website with a low level of trust cues. After viewing the assigned websites, participants completed an online questionnaire. The questionnaire included measurements for perceived website trust, attitude toward the website, intention to use information, perceived importance of prescription drug information, perceived health, prescription drug use, disposition to trust, prior experience with the website and demographic information. Findings – The pharmaceutical company-sponsored disease information website generated higher website trust and more positive attitude and information use intention than the DTC drug brand websites. The results suggest that company-sponsored disease information websites may present some ethical issues related to website identity information transparency, which seems to inhibit consumers’ persuasion knowledge activation and proper coping responses. Because such websites look like non-advertising health information websites, consumers tend to evaluate them more positively and place higher trust in them than typical DTC drug brand websites with clear advertiser identification. Originality/value – This is the first study examining pharmaceutical company-sponsored disease information websites, a relatively new form of covert DTC online advertising with potential ethical concerns due to the site identity transparency issues. This study’s findings suggest that consumers are likely to be more trusting and receptive of information presented in websites taking the form of a non-advertising health information website than in DTC brand websites.

E-government uses information technology to change government relations with citizens, the private sector, and other institutions. The importance of identifying e-government performance cannot be separated from the use of the website. Thus, assessing the website quality is very important as it helps determine the quality of e-government services and improve service processes. In almost two years of implementing e-government in West Sumatra, there has been no evaluation of the provincial and district/city government websites, which are the primary tools for implementing e-government today. In the Covid-19 pandemic period, the website's role has become more critical as a means for the public to get the latest information regarding developments in handling the pandemic. This study focuses on assessing and evaluating the level of maturity (maturity assessment) of the provincial and district/city government websites in implementing e-government and its relationship in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Forty websites were assessed for their e-government maturity in this study. The website consists of 19 district/city websites, one provincial webpage, and 20 websites for handling Covid-19 for each district/city and province. The maturity assessment was measured using the United Nations (UN) e-government maturity model. This study found that government websites are still at stage 1 and stage 2 maturity models. Meanwhile, the Covid-19 handling website is on stage1. It is hoped that the government in West Sumatra will pay more attention to improving e-government through websites in the current pandemic era.

Indonesia has great natural resources. UNESCO recognized at least six geoparks, and Indonesia will continue to develop more geoparks in the future. However, currently, Indonesia's geoparks are not widely known. One of the reasons is that the existing websites do not pay attention to performance guidelines, information, economics, and search engine optimization even though the website is a vital marketing medium so that geoparks can be promoted widely and effectively. A comprehensive study of the website contents is required to build a good geopark website. In addition, it is also necessary to study user experience when visiting web pages. This study aims to find the standard website content on the geopark website and compare existing website performance and user experience. This study compares three geopark websites. The three websites include the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu, Hongkong geopark, and Cliff of Fundy Geosite website. Three indicators are used: website performance, user experience, and what information should be on the geopark website. These three indicators are essential as an attraction for website visitors so they can enjoy the content of the website and they can stay longer so that the visitors can turn into potential geopark tourists. Good website performance is supported by consistent ease of providing information and speed in providing information to website visitors. In comparison, the user experience visiting the website relates to the interactive visual design, organization, and navigation structure of the website framework and the completeness of the content. We use performance and user experience metrics as evaluation tools for the three selected websites. As a result, the general availability of information is as follows: information about geoparks, UNESCO, list of tourist attractions, activities, itinerary, tourist accommodation, education, contacts, language choices, news articles, pamphlets, maps, and virtual tours. In terms of performance, the three websites have slow speeds, but in cumulative layout shifts, they have good scores.

Websites attack by falsifying the websites contents is a serious matter of websites assurance nowadays. This problem can become more crucial if the websites authority do not take regular checking or lack of specialized experts in monitoring the changes. Time consuming and growing of websites complexity is additional reasons of the inadequate website assurance. This paper presents a new framework for websites integrity assurance through a website monitoring application. The monitoring application able to detect any modification on a website to be reverted to the actual version. The Website Assurance Monitoring application has been developed based on MD5 hashing technique and SHA26 algorithm. By using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, the Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) of the application to provide an easy or user-friendly monitoring application. During the implementation testing, the functionality and usability of the website assurance application have been verified by different level of computing expert users. All the expert users agreed that the website assurance application is accurate and sufficient to detect changes occurred in websites. Regarding to processing time, majority of the inexpert computing users experienced easy and fast processing. Additionally, most of these users believed that this application can increase the integrity of a website. The proposed websites assurance monitoring application is beneficial to serve the inexpert websites authority with a user-friendly application. The application can help the administrator to preserve the integrity of a website by automatically detecting any unauthorized contents changes.

Magazinc! is one of the mass media managed by Telkom University students, which so far has only focused on publication activities through social media and print magazines. In 2019, Magazinc! do not have a news portal website even though they realize the importance of the website's presence. This article will describe the design process of the Magazinc! website through a mixed-method approach. The necessary data has been collected through triangulation of literature review related to students' news portal website design, interviews, questionnaires, and visual observations, to maximize the validity of this research. Based on the results of data analysis, we found that the typeface used on web pages largely determines the size that should be used for the typography itself. Also, a Magazinc! news portal website has been designed, which can compete with similar websites that already exist within Telkom University. This article can be an example of designing a student news portal website.

AbstractWebsite Fingerprinting (WF) attacks are a subset of traffic analysis attacks where a local passive attacker attempts to infer which websites a target victim is visiting over an encrypted tunnel, such as the anonymity network Tor. We introduce the security notion of a Website Oracle (WO) that gives a WF attacker the capability to determine whether a particular monitored website was among the websites visited by Tor clients at the time of a victim’s trace. Our simulations show that combining a WO with a WF attack—which we refer to as a WF+WO attack—significantly reduces false positives for about half of all website visits and for the vast majority of websites visited over Tor. The measured false positive rate is on the order one false positive per million classified website trace for websites around Alexa rank 10,000. Less popular monitored websites show orders of magnitude lower false positive rates.We argue that WOs are inherent to the setting of anonymity networks and should be an assumed capability of attackers when assessing WF attacks and defenses. Sources of WOs are abundant and available to a wide range of realistic attackers, e.g., due to the use of DNS, OCSP, and real-time bidding for online advertisement on the Internet, as well as the abundance of middleboxes and access logs. Access to a WO indicates that the evaluation of WF defenses in the open world should focus on the highest possible recall an attacker can achieve. Our simulations show that augmenting the Deep Fingerprinting WF attack by Sirinam et al. [60] with access to a WO significantly improves the attack against five state-of-the-art WF defenses, rendering some of them largely ineffective in this new WF+WO setting.

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the websites managed by individuals, companies and governments. The test results would be useful for managers to pay more attention to the quality of the website optimally through several perspectives: accessibility, experience, marketing and technology. The research used samples from 350 websites and the data were divided into seven categories, namely: website managed by SMEs (small and medium), website of universities, website of governments, e-commerce, news websites, website of industrial companies, and website of non-profit organization. We used Nibler as the testing tool to facilitate the assessment process. Data were analyzed using WEKA presented in the form of a decision tree. The results showed that the tested websites had an average value of 4.66 or worse (scale 1-10). The conclusion is that the manager of the website should perform repairs on the data and applications, in particular in the perspective of technology, accessibility and experience.

User Interface merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan banyaknya pengunjung pada suatu website. User Interface dibahas dalam ilmu disiplin HCI (Human and Computer Interaction) atau biasa disebut juga interaksi manusia dan computer. Karena begitu pentingnya User Interface pada suatu web maka diperlukan Usability Test, untuk mengecek seberapa efisien dan efektifnya User Interface website tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan perbandingan Usability Test dua website e-commerce yaitu Bukalapak dan Shopee yang merupakan 2 dari 3 besar website e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Heuristic yang semua karakeristiknya dapat digunakan untuk mengetest semua karakteristik User Interface yang efisien dan efektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 70 orang koresponden. Because the User Interface is so important on a website, a Usability Test is needed, to check how efficient and effective the website's User Interface is. In this study, the authors compare the Usability Tests of two e-commerce websites, namely Bukalapak and Shopee, which are 2 of the 3 biggest e-commerce websites in Indonesia. The method used is the Heuristic method which all of its characteristics can be used to test all the characteristics of an efficient and effective User Interface. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 70 correspondents. From the results of this study, it was found that the Shopee website was more effective and efficient to use compared to the Bukalapak website. The purpose of this study is to explore the aesthetical features of corporate recruitment websites, including the website design, style, and color, and to investigate their impact on organizational attractiveness and applicants' intention to apply. By doing so, the study also examines the effects of corporate websites on applicants' perception of the corporate culture and measures the mediating impact of perceptions of organizational culture on organizational attractiveness and applicants' intention to apply for the jobs in the context of Pakistan. The study is based on a laboratory experiment with three hundred undergraduate business students conducted at a university computer lab. Correlation, Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Simple Linear Regression were applied to analyze variables using SPSS. The findings of this study support the hypothesis that website features have a significant positive impact on applicants' perceived organizational attractiveness. However, the website's design does not seem to impact applicants' intentions to apply for the job substantially. The regression analysis results also revealed that the perceived organizational culture partially mediates the relationship between website features and organizational attractiveness and fully mediates the relationship between website features and intentions to Apply.

Information Gathering is one method used to test a website's security. This information gathering is the earliest stage to obtain ownership and other sensitive information. This research aims to conduct security testing of the oase.poltektegal.ac.id website using tools in the form of penetration testing software; then, the testing results are entered into the cybersecurity framework issued by N.I.S.T. The test results obtained and adjusted to N.I.S.T. Cybersecurity are that the oase.poltektegal.ac.id website has vulnerabilities in the form of CVE-2003-1418 (apache webserver vulnerability), CVE-2005-3299 (PHP vulnerability), CVE-2010-4344 ( Buffer Overflow Vulnerability), CVE-2007-6750 (XSS). The solution to this vulnerability is updating the software and closing unused ports. These results will be used as a benchmark in creating or improving similar websites to increase awareness and vigilance in achieving cyber resilience

Establishing e-customer loyalty in e-commerce, which is the form of commerce of our age, is quite difficult compared to traditional commerce. There are many options for customers. In this context, e-commerce businesses should design their websites according to the wishes and needs of their customers to gain an advantage over their competitors. This study aims to reveal the effect of information quality, system quality, service quality, and user friendliness of e-commerce websites and the net benefit on e-customer loyalty. To examine these variables, a questionnaire was applied to 506 customers of a shopping mall in Istanbul with 8 branches. The collected data were analyzed with statistical package programs used in the social sciences. A positive and significant relationship was observed between website information quality, website system quality, website service quality, website user-friendliness, net benefit, and e-loyalty. As a result of the regression analysis, a positive and significant effect of the website's information quality, system quality, service quality, user-friendliness, and net benefit on e-customer loyalty was observed. Information quality alone does not affect e-customer loyalty. The disclosure rate of the model is 87.5%.

Persuasive research shows that more credible sources of information are more influential in changing the attitude and gaining behavioral compliance. In this article, the authors examine whether perceptions regarding source credibility, realistic information and specific information in the web recruitment context differs on three different recruitment media. The three different recruitment media taken in this study are employee review website (www.glassdoor.com), professional networking website (www.linkedin.com) and the company's own webpages. The employee review website and professional networking website belong to the company independent website category since they are not controlled by a particular organization. The company's own webpages belong to a company dependent website category as every organization has its own website. This study compares and investigates company independent websites versus company dependent websites as a tool for providing recruitment communication on three different parameters, namely source credibility, realistic information, and specific information. The study is conducted in India and the results are based on responses obtained from 283 students actively looking for jobs. The results suggest that job seekers perceive company independent websites (employee review website and networking website) to be more credible. These websites provide more realistic and specific information than the company dependent website. The authors also examine the role of realistic information, source credibility and specific information as antecedents to organizational attractiveness. How social media can be instrumental in employee engagement is also discussed.

Website is a necessity for organizations to enable users worldwide to access their information and gain a competitive edge over others. The diversity of websites makes assessing website quality a difficult task. The aim of this paper is to identify the issues faced in the quality evaluation of university websites, the models and the factors used for evaluating university website quality. Systematic literature review was used to identify and synthesize related scholarly research papers. Findings show that there is a lack of study on university website quality compared to business websites; website designers did not have the appropriate knowledge on the interface design; and the website quality evaluation is complex since there is no specific evaluation model. Webqual 4.0 model was used to evaluate the quality of universities' websites. From 24 studies, initially 79 quality factors were extracted. After performing comparison, filtration and memoing, six quality factors were identified: information quality, specific content, usability, web appearance, service interaction quality, and functionality. This study makes a useful contribution in developing university website quality model by extending the Webqual 4.0 model.

Traditionally, website security risks are measured using static analysis based on patterns and dynamic analysis by accessing websites with user devices. Recently, similarity hash-based website security risk analysis and machine learning-based website security risk analysis methods have been proposed. In this study, we propose a technique to measure website risk by collecting public information on the Internet. Publicly available DNS information, IP information, and website reputation information were used to measure security risk. Website reputation information includes global traffic rankings, malware distribution history, and HTTP access status. In this study, we collected public information on a total of 2000 websites, including 1000 legitimate domains and 1000 malicious domains, to assess their security risk. We evaluated 11 categories of public information collected by the Korea Internet & Security Agency, an international domain registrar. Through this study, public information about websites can be collected and used to measure website security risk.

AbstractThe research identifies and evaluates the content and readability of Websites of all radiotherapy departments that provide a Website. As more patients are being referred for radiotherapy treatment each year, the information needs of the public on this subject is growing. Fifty-two per cent of radiotherapy departments within the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland were identified as providing a Website. These Websites were evaluated, over a period of 2 weeks, using an adapted Website evaluation tool. Five criteria – content, authority, navigation, design and technical aspects – were identified as important aspects of a Website. For each criterion a number of statements were listed and using a Likert scale were marked. Flesch–Kincaid readability tests were used to analyse the readability level of the Websites. Data analysis resulted in the ranking of the Websites. Evaluation scores varied greatly and the readability tests showed 92% of the Websites were written at a level too high for the public. This shows the varying quality of radiotherapy department Websites with scores ranging from 48 to 115, and the varying readability level of these Websites. The research makes suggestions for the improvement of radiotherapy department Websites including the provision of a dedicated Website team within the department, educated in Website design.

However, they are now widely used and offer various services, such as news portals, email providers, and social media platforms. The use of computerized systems becomes more convenient when integrated with information systems based on websites, offering a user-friendly interface for data input and accuracy. In the current internet era, websites are essential for both government and private institutions, providing information to the public without constraints of distance and time. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

This study sought to determine how consumers' satisfaction is affected by the websites of higher education institutions' service quality. The study sample involved 211 users of the website of economics, commercial and management sciences faculty of Ferhat Abbas University in Setif. Primary data were gathered via a questionnaire, and they were analyzed using SPSS.26 software. The study came to the conclusion that consumers' satisfaction is positively impacted by all aspects of the website service quality. Based on these results, we provided a series of recommendations, with a focus on strengthening the safety and privacy of the faculty website, designating specific staff members to respond to users, boosting the website's functionality, and implementing ongoing changes in line with users needs.

A fake website is considered a website that is intended to cause harm and manipulate users, especially novice users without some knowledge of indicators of fakeness. Understanding the indicators of fake websites is thus considered an important concept to avoid being a victim of malicious attacks in online engagements. In some cases, such knowledge is required to reduce the potential attack surface of cyber criminals. However, the increasing rate of website diversity and complexities makes it difficult for an individual to distinguish between a fake and a real website while compounding the investigation process of a website. Also, the growing rate of website imitation technology and website domain closure presents a veritable platform for the development of fake websites. As a step towards determining the genuineness of a website, this study developed a forensic framework based on an exploratory analysis of different genres of fake websites. To achieve this, forensic methodologies and processes were applied to methodically selected samples of known fake websites based on three fakeness categories: Hoaxes, Cybersquatting, and Sweepstakes. The result revealed the existence of salient markers which can be used as indicators of fakeness and can be applied across a wide genre of websites. Furthermore, the resultant observation was used to develop a digital forensic framework for website fakeness evaluation. The developed framework was benchmarked to the ISO 27043/2015 and the NIST SP800-86 standard for completeness and relevance to forensic investigation processes. By leveraging the proposed digital forensic framework, an investigation can develop a reliable pointer to evaluate the genuineness of any website, which can significantly reduce the investigation time. For a non-forensic individual, the developed framework can be leveraged to identify, at first glance, the degree of fakeness of a website. Such a mechanism can therefore provide a useful tool to reduce the potential susceptibility of users thereby creating user awareness.

The Depression-Website Content Checklist was developed and compared with a previously validated, yet too complex, scale. Websites were assessed using both instruments.ResultsGood quality information is more likely to be found on websites provided by governmental, professional and charitable organisations. The differences we observed in the median scores for these websites using the Depression-Website Content Checklist are significant at the 0.05 level (Ctot; Mann–Whitney, U=24.00; P=0.013). The Depression-Website Content Checklist is a valid and reliable user-friendly tool.Clinical ImplicationsPatients can be directed towards better quality information by diverting them to public and non-sponsored websites. Clinicians can use the Depression-Website Content Checklist to determine website quality.

Background Attention is turning toward increasing the quality of websites and quality evaluation to attract new users and retain existing users. Objective This scoping study aimed to review and define existing worldwide methodologies and techniques to evaluate websites and provide a framework of appropriate website attributes that could be applied to any future website evaluations. Methods We systematically searched electronic databases and gray literature for studies of website evaluation. The results were exported to EndNote software, duplicates were removed, and eligible studies were identified. The results have been presented in narrative form. Results A total of 69 studies met the inclusion criteria. The extracted data included type of website, aim or purpose of the study, study populations (users and experts), sample size, setting (controlled environment and remotely assessed), website attributes evaluated, process of methodology, and process of analysis. Methods of evaluation varied and included questionnaires, observed website browsing, interviews or focus groups, and Web usage analysis. Evaluations using both users and experts and controlled and remote settings are represented. Website attributes that were examined included usability or ease of use, content, design criteria, functionality, appearance, interactivity, satisfaction, and loyalty. Website evaluation methods should be tailored to the needs of specific websites and individual aims of evaluations. GoodWeb, a website evaluation guide, has been presented with a case scenario. Conclusions This scoping study supports the open debate of defining the quality of websites, and there are numerous approaches and models to evaluate it. However, as this study provides a framework of the existing literature of website evaluation, it presents a guide of options for evaluating websites, including which attributes to analyze and options for appropriate methods.

Purpose Based on equity theory, this paper investigates if guests write on different review websites because of different internal motivations. Furthermore, it examines the moderating effect of service’ exceeds, neutral, negative, and service recovery–on the relationship between motivations and type of website to write reviews. Design/methodology/approach To exam if the star ratings of the same hotels were significantly different across hotel, online travel agency, and third-party review websites, this study collected 12,000 star ratings from 40 hotels across the US and conducted t-tests. A survey of 1,600 US travelers was administered to uncover the motivations for writing on different websites/website combinations. Four different scenarios were used to test the moderating effect of service: exceeds, neutral, negative, and service-recovery. These responses were analyzed using backwards stepwise regression. Findings Star ratings for the same hotel do differ among the three websites; hotel is the highest and third-party is the lowest. There are seven distinct groups of guests. Guests are motivated to write reviews to balance inequitable relationships. They decide which website/website combination best improves the equity relationship. This research indicates that guests’ choice of website is based on different internal motivations. The moderating effect of the service experience was significant. Originality/value This paper contributes to the literature by examining different motivations to write online reviews by website. Prior research typically examined one website or aggregated results from multiple websites, ignoring website specific differences. This can help hoteliers to understand why initiatives to promote reviews on certain websites may be unsuccessful.

Untuk dapat mengetahui peringkat dalam sebuah website, dapat menggunakan Alexa Rank sebagai alat ukur pemeringkatannya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan dilakukan 7 (tujuh) literature survey tentang pemeringkatan website diantaranya terkait dengan penggunaan Alexa Rank. Sebuah popularitas dapat di buktikan dengan menggunakan Alexa Rank melalui 3 (tiga) fasilitas Alexa Rank yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah. Hasil akhir penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penggunaan fasilitas yang di sediakan Alexa Rank untuk mengetahui, memantau maupun memonitoring popularitas website crowdfunding. To be able to know the ranking in a website, it can use the Alexa Rank as a measuring instrument pemeringkatannya. In this study using the method of data collection was done with 7 (seven) literature survey about the ranking of websites which were associated with the use of the Alexa Rank. A popularity can be proved by using the Alexa Rank through three (3) Alexa Rank facilities that can be used easily. The end result of this research was conducted with the use of facilities that provide Alexa Rank to discover, monitor or monitor crowdfunding website popularity. Abstract. The online presence of ideological groups has enabled the dissemination of group beliefs and ideas through a variety of new media outlets. Websites have offered a way for these groups to share aspects of their ideology and to create a sense of shared identity. While ideological groups have been of interest for decades, little empirical research has examined their online presence. The aims of this study were to compare nonviolent and violent ideological group websites with each other and with nonideological websites with respect to social categorization, moral disengagement, and website credibility, and to examine the relationships of psychological processes to website credibility. A content analysis approach was used to rate 105 websites (violent = 32, nonviolent = 36; nonideological = 37) for aspects of social categorization, outgrouping, moral disengagement, content features of credibility, and structural features of credibility. Violent ideological group websites manifest a greater degree of social categorization, outgrouping, and moral disengagement than nonviolent ideological and nonideological websites. Regression analysis shows that these three variables negatively predict content and structural website credibility for nonviolent ideological groups but do not significantly predict website credibility for violent groups or nonideological groups. Potential limitations include small sample, use of raters (vs. normative website visitors) to evaluate websites, inclusion of only English-language websites, limited number of psychological processes examined and the potential need for more specific website categories. Social identity processes on websites vary for different types of groups and impact perceived credibility of such groups in online environments.

This study aims to find out how the website's design, the quality of the information, security, responsiveness, and trust all affect customer satisfaction in the context of e-Commerce website of home product users in the Thai population. The objectives of this study are to investigate web design, information quality, security, responsiveness, and trust toward customer satisfaction in e-Commerce websites in home products. Data was gathered through a customers of home products thru online survey, and 385 participants response from home product user were analyzed using the JAMOVI program. The research results indicate that web design, security, responsiveness, and trust are crucial factors affecting customer satisfaction towards e-Commerce websites of home products. However, information quality has insignificant affecting on customer satisfaction in e-Commerce websites of home products. The findings in this study suggest that e-Commerce websites should have a good design website of their home product contents accurately and quickly, responding to the customers properly.

The progress of information technology is currently growing rapidly. Technology related to the internet is often a solution to most of the problems in existing needs, especially those related to the effectiveness and efficiency of activities and procedures. In this final project, the author discusses websites in the business field, namely e-commerce websites. In this study, the authors chose one of the most popular e-commerce websites in Indonesia this year, namely the shopee website, a website that not only offers products but also puts forward the appearance of the Shopee website which must always be considered because it is the main factor to increase customer purchases. In this study, the quality of the web that will be measured by users, especially for consumers, is based on measuring the quality of the website using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Evaluation of the shopee website is the first step to measure the level of usability on the website. Usability evaluation on the website is carried out to collect opinions from various respondents regarding the functionality of the website. In this study, the results obtained from the calculation of the average usability of the shopee website of 67.08 so that it can be said that the usability of the shopee website on product purchases has entered the OK category.

Social websites (SWSs) have quickly developed in notoriety and user’s acceptance comprehensively. Especially in recent years, they have become the fundamental spot for social relation, conversation, and correspondence. Today, numerous organizations promote their items on online social websites. The present study evaluates the impacts of social website on Ethiopian university students’ beliefs and concerns of social website advertising (SWA) on their attitudes toward social website advertising and social websites banner advertisement clicking behavior. Information was gathered from a sample of 337 university students of five private colleges/university in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Results shows the beliefs of social website advertising promoting as useful and engaging effectively affect client mentalities toward informal community publicizing and their advertisement clicking behavior. Likewise, client worry of social website advertising as aggravating has a beneficial outcome on both their social website advertising and advertisement clicking behavior. Further aggravation and offensive were seen as emphatically affecting advertisement clicking conduct of Ethiopian higher institution student’s behavior towards SWA. The general outcomes shows that valuable and fascinating parts of social website advertising in Ethiopian higher institution students’ viewpoint were shown to make social website advertising compelling.
