This article provides a comprehensive overview of the interpretations of key management concepts, namely “management technology,” “management systems,” and “integrated management system”. It aims to elucidate their core attributes, distinctions, commonalities, and introduces the concept of a “complex enterprise management technology.” Utilizing a content analysis approach, the study reveals that 59% of examined definitions concerning “management technology” encompass references to methods, tools, means, and techniques for defining management technology. Additionally, 41% of scholars emphasize crucial attributes such as purposefulness and structuring, while 36% contend that technologies comprise procedures and operations, and an equal percentage attribute them to the execution of management functions. The predominance of a process-oriented perspective in defining “management systems” is also observed, which correlates with the foundational elements of the “management technology” concept. Furthermore, the research highlights that both concepts prominently feature an orientation towards achieving the objectives of economic entities. This underscores the shared characteristics between “management technology” and its contemporary English equivalent, “management system.” The article introduces the concept of a comprehensive enterprise management technology, conceptualized as a system comprising individual management technologies. These technologies consist of coordinated and sequenced processes, procedures, and operations that, through the judicious utilization of human, informational, material, infrastructural, and financial resources, enhance the efficiency of management functions and contribute to the attainment of sustainable development goals. Notably, the proposed definition diverges from existing ones by emphasizing the alignment of economic, social, and environmental objectives within the management process. This definition forms the basis for developing procedures to integrate individual management technologies into a unified comprehensive system, facilitating the coordination of resources and objectives throughout its operation.

Research deals with the analysis of theoretical aspects of increasing the competence of scientists and experts, whose task is to work with technology as a good promotion of technology on the market with a view to its commercialization or search for technological solutions according to the tasks of the organization and to examine the startup methodology as a tool of improving the technology transfer skills efficiency. The new specifics of technology transfer management within the Education 3.0 paradigm are considered. In the paper, the authors analyze the technology transfer as important source of innovation creation and an integral part of business development. Target result of technologies introduction, implemented within limited period with limited resources as an innovative purpose of technology transfer, which is aimed at the best possible development of organization, is identified. The paper also suggests consider¬ing processes of technology development and technology transfer based on startup methodology.

As the population grows there is an increase in wastage from our economic activities. Causing pollution on land, water, air, and on all other living things. India, being the second largest populous country in the world produces enormous organic and inorganic waste. While the household and agriculture waste may be used immediately after simple treatment, the waste generated from industries cannot be used as it is. If the industrial leftovers are effectively recycled or retreated by adopting suitable management techniques, then there will be no unwanted element in the environment. Rather, all nutrient elements if recycled, may enrich soil and other natural resources. Scientists and economists have found new technology to treat all waste as a source through recycling, conversion, source of energy, and land reclamation. Now, they have come to the conclusion that waste is a waste if untreated, but if it is modified in some other form, it is a potential resource and a wealth for our future. However, the only requirement is that it should be treated properly or taken care of. This paper examines some of the technology adopted by scientists, economists to use the waste as one of the potential resource either through knowledge or any other means for increasing productivity, maximising returns, and reducing pile up of unused waste. Successful case studies have been reviewed and analysed critically.
