Adrian van Kaam (1920-2007) authored an eleven volume integrated work on spiritual formation, authored or co-authored some ninety books on formation, and established two respected graduate programs in formative spirituality. This paper presents some of his major conclusions found in his writings in psychology and formative spirituality. A difficulty in accessing Fr. van Kaam's work is its sheer volume and technical vocabulary. The author suggests an approach for using his theory to address both theoretic and practical concerns in the area of spiritual formation.

As a distortion of God's created designs, sexual abuse (SA) carries a unique devastation-factor. Abuse that is sexual in nature damages a spectrum of internal and external aspects of personhood. In particular, the core realities of: (1) self-identity, (2) community, (3) and spiritual communion with God can be deeply fractured through SA. In light of the significance of the image of God, movement toward healing includes strengthening personal agency, processing profound boundary ruptures, and managing disillusionment with God. Due to the multi-faceted trauma of sexual abuse (i.e., physical, social, spiritual) spiritual formation programs must not only plan for the unique profile of abuse victims, but also need to incorporate a fuller understanding and praxis of the realities of embodiment, ritual, and theocentric metaphor into their transformational goals. Analysis includes first-person experience, anthropological science, and theological reflection.

This article analyzes the changes in industrial relations and labor market in Romania during the past two decades and explores the neo-liberal socialization devices that have emerged after the financial crisis and the way they offer legitimacy to the vast economic transformations that took place in this region. Using the ‘varieties of capitalism’ approach I investigate the specific forms of dis-embedded neoliberalism institutionalized in Romania and the precarisation of the workforce through labor market de-regulations, short-term contracts and emphasis on the flexibility and employability of workers. The article focuses on the outburst of spiritual development programs and the vast field of alternative spiritualities that haves proliferated in Romania and the way this cultural change mediates the formation of an immanent spiritualized ethics of authenticity that lends itself to the creation of a new ‘spirit of capitalism’ (Boltanski and Chiapello, 2007).

At its inception, the training model in the Graduate School of Clinical Psychology (GSCP) at George Fox University was informed by the approach inaugurated at Fuller Theological Seminary School of Psychology in the 1960s. In the original model, training in Christian religion/spirituality and theology accompanied training in professional psychology. In the interim, our culture, psychological knowledge, perceived psychological needs, and training programs have changed greatly. Here we report changes in religion/spirituality (R/S) training and integration over the last two decades. We describe our current spiritual formation structure and process, and program evaluation efforts. Over the past several years the GSCP has shifted from relying mainly on a cognitive approach involving Bible and theology courses (theoretical-conceptual integration) toward a more personal-experiential approach that includes team teaching of the theology and religion courses, an individualized spiritual direction experience spread over two years, and more intentional integration of R/S and spiritual formation components throughout the program. We anticipate this may be an ongoing area for further development in coming years as we seek to meet the needs of a changing student body with greater R/S diversity and largely postmodern worldviews.

The article considers the peculiarities of the student youth's spiritual and creative potential development based on students' socio-cultural, moral and ethical, creative needs and values. The interrelation and interdependence of objective and subjective factors of the modern youth's way of life and its role in the formation of worldview, value-normative model of behaviour, moral and ethical ways of cognition, communication and leisure have been analyzed. The role of education in the formation and development of student youth as an intellectual potential of the state is determined. The essence of the concepts «quality of higher education», «quality of educational activity» in the context of the functioning of a higher education institution is distinguished. The necessity of introduction of monitoring of educational institutions as a method (systems, methods, technologies) of constant diagnostics of educational process and analysis of empirical information to compare basic and normative indicators and prevention of undesirable deviations in the processes of cognition, communication and leisure of student youth is substantiated. The way of the spiritual life of student youth, style of thinking, value orientations and attitudes have social and psychological significance and acquire a powerful influence on other communities of society. Therefore, as a result of identification, the elements of the spiritual and creative potential of society affect the development of the individual, the deepening of his/her needs and interests. That is why the most pressing issue is the problem of constant study of student youth and development of methods for reorientation from passive and chaotic activities of educational social institutions to purposeful and scientifically sound action of mass communication systems and implementation of public control programs for socio-psychological manifestations of the student cohort. Particular attention needs to be paid to the establishment of a system of permanent diagnostics of social well-being in educational institutions and to anticipate the influence of social and socio-economic factors in promoting educational skills and professional competence as a guarantee of successful employment.

The article examines the prospect of the formation of the Kazakhstani civil nation as a consequence of the process of implementing state programs in the field of interethnic relations, strategic planning of these processes in the context of the modernization of the public consciousness of Kazakhstani society. As the historical experience of the formation of nations shows, spiritual modernization actively influences the processes of changing the national consciousness of peoples. In this regard, the authors consider such aspects of the formation of national identity as national history, the idea of social harmony and peace as interrelated necessary foundations of modernization processes. Accordingly, on this basis it is necessary to form a national identity based on the principle of citizenship, which should be a consolidating moment for representatives of all ethnic groups and confessions. Therefore, the main thing from the point of view of the tasks set in the article is the study of the main directions of state policy in the field of the formation of a single nation, which is assumed to be one of the consequences of the spiritual revival of Kazakhstani society.

Despite the fact that public interest in humanitarian issues is increasing apparently, it is clear that the measures taken to support the humanities are not sufficient. Recognizing the existence of a crisis of civil identity, Russian state proclaims patriotic values an integral part of Russian state policy in documents of strategic importance. The need to educate citizenship and patriotism has ceased to be only a theoretical problem, and has found its embodiment in a large number of federal and regional programs. In comparison with the previous decades, the role and importance of civic identity and civic competence in modern Russia are becoming much more important. The article emphasizes the importance of developing children’s spiritual and moral qualities in the process of improving and developing self-regulation training and the formation of children’s self-regulating skills using the ancient Eastern health practice of Wushu. The influence of two programs of self-regulation development on the physical and psychological state of preschool and primary school children is compared: 1) the program for the formation of self-regulating skills based on the ancient Eastern health practice of Wushu (emphasis on physical and spiritual and moral development); 2) the program for the formation of selfregulating skills based on the ancient Eastern health practice of Wushu (emphasis on physical development). The pilot study uses the method of psychophysical development of children using traditional elements of Wushu T. N. Bruk. The comparison is based on the indicators evaluated by the methods: E. O. Smirnova and V. M. Kholmogorova, assessment of physical development. The results of the study showed that program 1 – self-regulation training with reference to the actualization of spiritual and moral qualities allowed children to progress much more than program 2, which is associated with the development of self-regulation skills only at the physical level. In the first case, children developed more actively both in terms of physical characteristics (strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination) and personal parameters (motivation to study, discipline, initiative, sensitivity to peer influences, emotional background).

Target development and justification of established theories, technologies, and structures of educational systems is the formation of cultural characteristics of the individual at all stages of continuous education, which reflects the mentality of society and the state (as a result) - development of the value-oriented overbiological programs of human activities, knowledge, abilities and skills of their practical and creative use. It is very important to develop components (their characteristics) of the individual basic culture, which include moral, aesthetic, labor, civil, intellectual (cognitive) and physical cultures. Nowadays, the structure of physical culture values can be represented by a group of material (the human body, sports equipment, sports facilities, mass media, scientific equipment, environmental - natural factors), spiritual (physical, intellectual, pedagogical, mobilization, intention) and artistic (a set of artistic images and works that reflects the values of the material and spiritual spheres of the society) values. The optimum ratio of the used physical culture values is believed to ensure the quality of the content of sports activity and as a consequence - the development of culture among students.

The problem considered in the article is relevant for a post-industrial society, which sees a guarantee of self-preservation in the upbringing of professionally competent and highly spiritual technical specialists. The process of humanitarization of advanced training programs ensures the growth of spirituality in the educational environment of a technical university for faculty members. The development of the educator’s spirituality is a transcendence of the alienation of the technical from morality in education. The purpose of the study: to determine how to develop the spirituality of an educator in an advanced training system. Research method: culturosophical, allows us to consider spirituality as the development of the highest value senses of culture. The theoretical part of the study in relation to a technical university considers: the multi-dimensionality understanding of spirituality; humanization as the essence of the manifestation of ‘human spirit’ in education, and humanitarization as a way of its implementation; humanitarization as a factor in the development of spirituality and a strategy for the formation of an understanding of the moral meaning of the engineering profession; humanitarian environment as the basis for the formation of spiritual, moral and cultural qualities of a person; dialogue as an imperative of the development of spirituality. The practical part of the study describes the results of the introduction by the author of a new program with a humanitarian component at the Center for Advanced Studies of Scientific and Pedagogical Workers of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University): humanization and humanitarization create a highly spiritual environment; the technocratic narrowness of engineering education is overcome by interdisciplinarity; the connection of all subsystems of the spiritual sphere of society is revealed. The complexity of realization the program is due to the difference in thinking styles (technical versus humanitarian) and the psychology of perception of unaccustomed information. Overcoming the antinomy of knowledge leads to dialogue and the development of the spirit.

The Confirmation Project research clearly identified the impact of the faith-forming culture of a congregation on youth confirmation. When the congregational ecology is intentional about lifelong and life-wide faith formation, intergenerational relationships become a powerful means of faith transmission. This article explores the role and impact of mentoring in confirmation programs, a practice we found in 57 percent of the 3064 congregations surveyed. Drawing from social science research and building on biblical and theological foundations, we argue that Christian mentoring, a practice of modeling faith, provides mutual benefit for young people and their adult mentors, while also contributing to the spiritual health and relational vitality of congregations. Intergenerational mentoring at its best teaches confirmands, mentors, and congregants that they are not independent Christians, but part of an interdependent body of Christ.

part of a larger study on ‘spiritual fruit formation’ in adolescents, teenaged participants in Young Life outreach “camping” programs completed surveys immediately before and immediately after the camping experience. Participants were American teens attending standard Young Life camps in the United States (Lake Champion, New York and Sharp Top Cove, Georgia) in summer 2007 and teens from international schools from six European nations (primarily American and British by birth) attending a service-oriented Young Life camp in Kovachevzi, Bulgaria, spring 2007. The outreach components of both types of camps (including talks, small group discussions, special music, games and skits) were similar as they were conducted by American Young Life program staff. Nevertheless, personality inventories revealed that a different profile of teen was more likely to ‘make a commitment to God’ during the Young Life service trip as compared with the standard Young Life camp. ‘Making a decision’ at standard Young Life camps was predicted by high extroversion and high emotional instability; whereas those teens that made a decision during the service trip were high on introversion and intellectual curiosity. Results suggest that different types of outreach camping experiences may be better at preparing different types of kids to respond positively to the Gospel message.

AbstractThroughout the second half of the twentieth century, Latin America became something of a dumping ground for U.S. priests suspected of sexual abuse, with north-to-south clerical transfers sending predatory priests to countries where pedophilia did not exist in any kind of ontological sense. This article, in response, engages the case of Father David Roney of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. After a career of accusations and payouts, with Roney entering and exiting Church-mandated therapy programs, Bishop Raymond Lucker retired this notoriously predatory priest to rural Guatemala in 1994. By placing Roney beyond the reach of psychiatrists, psychologists, and spiritual directors, the Roman Catholic Church leveraged a psychological and juridical difference between two geographical settings in order to render the pedophilia of this priest effectively non-existent, thereby insulating itself from further reputational damage and additional litigation. Given that the Roman Catholic Church has long been an empirical point of reference for studies of subject formation—from pastoralism and mysticism to ritual and the confession—this article adds that the Church also provides ample evidence of an opposite process: of unmaking people.

The paper is devoted to the study of the historical aspect of the formation and development of justice in modern Kazakhstan, i.e. from the time when Genghis Khan established the Great tribal state throughout the vast territories from the Yellow to the Black sea. The choice of the topic is due to the lack of modern dissertation researches devoted to the history of formation and development of justice, chronologically sequential periodization covering the co-evolution phase of the research subject that must include the Mongol and Golden Horde period. Differences in historiography and misconceptions about the way of life of nomads also led to the choice of the research topic. The paper shows the similarities and differences of some features of the court procedure at the co-evolutionary and modern stages of development of statehood. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that in the context of the presidential programs «Modern state for all» and «Spiritual revival», focused on the revival of spiritual values of Kazakhstan, the study of justice in the Mongolian and Horde period is important for improving the efficiency of the modern judicial system. The theoretical and practical significance of the work is that it describes the legal views, legal culture, legal system of two ethnically close modern states, namely Mongolia and Kazakhstan based on a deep comparative analysis of written and historical versions.According to the results of the study, the author comes to the following conclusions. First, the author connects the loss of the role of customary law in the regulation of social relations with the process of Kazakh-Russian integration and the adoption of the law of the Russian Empire, not the norms of the Mohammedan doctrine. Secondly, in the author’s opinion, the legal field of the Mongolian and Horde period covers a variety of rules governing social relations in the early feudal state. Thirdly, the author considers that during the period under consideration there were no clear criteria differentiating the categories «law» and «legislation». Fourth, according to the author, a mixture of functions of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities characterizes the legal system of modern Kazakhstan, which is the successor of the Golden Horde.

It is proved that the use of musical art in the remedial developmental program helps to establish barrier-free communication, special trusting relationship between the pupil and the speech therapist, contact with the environment, socialization, enhancement of child`s physical and mental functions. It is indicated that the remedial support programs provide a unit of musical and rhythmic education by vocology, aimed at the development of perception, where music is used as a system aimed at correcting various forms of speech disorders. It is defined that the method of using the musical art in remedial developmental programs is based on didactic principles: systematicity (correctional and developmental program should have holistic guidelines, outlined structured and systematized model); humanity (pupil at the centre of the correctional and developmental process, its main component; the formation of the aesthetics of the inner world, positive perception of the environment and others, spiritual values, opportunities for self-realization, sense of significance, full personality), individuality (taking into account child`s individual mental and physical features, preferences, and so on), consistency and clarity (optimal load distribution; the use of various activities to develop child`s thinking, perception, observation, with regard to the prospects of their development). It is proved that the development of aesthetic perception of music, emotional and aesthetic attitude to the world, comparison and imagery, imaging parallels, distinguishing primary and secondary helps to activate the creative abilities of each pupil, create preconditions for barrier-free communication and quality interaction in the implementation of the key tasks of remedial developmental process.

This process has not bypassed the traditional education system. Every day the new concept of higher education makes more and more new requirements for the system of training specialists. A kind of «swing» from technical to humanitarian education is a rather old phenomenon, and today, apparently, the creators of artificial intelligence receive a clear priority in the development of educational programs for training specialists of any direction. «New challenges» of modern society entail new problems, one of them, in our opinion, is changes in the world of values. Therefore, the upbringing of deep respect for the culture of other peoples, the formation of the value-semantic component of the life of the young generation is the most relevant direction in education, which is adequately handled by one of the subsystems of Pedagogics - Ethnopedagogics. The priority role of culture in formation of the ideal of the future is proved, the technology of this process is revealed. Culture is considered as an environment for the preservation and transformation of spiritual heritage. Major changes involve cultural change, which, as a rule, are the result of rethinking and updating fundamental life meanings and basic values. In modern conditions, there is a spontaneous search for possible solutions to pressing problems, the erosion of life meanings, including such fundamental concepts as citizenship, national, professional and religious identity. Such an uncertain situation cannot remain indefinitely. Culture, having adsorbed possible development options, makes its choice of the ideal of the future. Today, most postSoviet countries have no vision of the future, and living without a concept of the future is meaningless.Concepts are analyzed that could explain the problems of building a common vision of the ideal of the future, points of growth of new values that are formed in the depths of the old culture. It presents benchmarks and goals that the majority of the population would like to achieve. The response to new risks is the adequate development of national culture, which naturally is in dialogue with world culture, the formation of new meanings and values in life. Since the future of humanity is multivariate and not unambiguous. The humanities are not keeping pace with too rapid change. Moreover, in addition to benefits, modern technologies bring new problems to a person, opening up wide opportunities for information violence, manipulation of public consciousness. The purpose of the article is to reveal the priority of culture in the formation of the ideal of the future. It seems that it is culture that is the sphere of the supra-biological programs of human life, where the ideal of the future is formed.

Leaning on the narrative-play methodology and polemics with the opponents, the author examines the concept of quasi-boundary (as there could be no absolute boundaries in the totally interconnected Universe), which determines the forms of material structures, as well as contradictory boundaries that appear to be the subject of various conflicts. Such approach expands the creative abilities of a person, contributing to the development of activity programs in various spheres of life: education, resolution of ethno-confessional issues, innovation management, personal growth, as well as solution of the crucial task that defines the fate of earth dwellers – upbringing each person in harmony of the spiritual and material, in understanding oneness of the Universe, their place within it, and personal responsibility for the shared present and future.

Introduction. The paper is devoted to the values that highlight terminal value orientations that determine the criteria for a young person's attitude to social life. Basic axiological settings play a key role in the processes of situation assessment, individual self-regulation while choosing and implementing a proper form of behavior. The aim of our research is analyzing the structure of the value system of young people by age and gender. The research objectives include identifying the value priorities of youth at the age of 15 to 17, which form the basis for constructing life strategies in social adaptation. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the specifics of researching the axiology of social adaptation, due to the measured parameters of the motivational structure of the personality and interdisciplinary research.Methodology and sources. The research is conducted on the theoretical basis of social philosophy and psychology within the framework of the activity concept of the personality, using comparative analysis, psychological testing methods and standardized self-reports according to the questionnaire “Terminal Values” by I. G. Senin. The research was conducted in St. Petersburg in May 2019, 64 respondents aged 15-17 years took participation in the empirical research, of which 38 were boys and 26 were girls. Results and discussion. Young people in the reference group present empirical findings in the structural diagram that demonstrates the average level of the basic values expression. This corresponds to the person's inherent style of adaptive behavior in social sphere of his or her life world. It is found that in the system of terminal values for both boys and girls, common priority is given to spiritual gratification in the implementation of life plans (33 %). 27 % of young men surveyed in social adaptation are value-oriented to preserve their own individuality. A comparative analysis of the value priorities for boys and girls shows the difference in life strategy motivation. Among the young people in the reference group, target orientations on their own prestige, active social communication and spiritual gratification are of higher significance in the processes of social adaptation.Conclusion. In conclusion, we can note a clearly expressed axiological orientation of youth on the value of family relations, with which both boys and girls associate the formation of their intellectual and communicative potential of life strategies in social adaptation. The results of this research are important for the research of basic axiological attitudes, and the distinguished types of value orientations allow us to outline programs for the formation of social adaptation, as well as reflection on the meaning of the realization of goals.

IntroductionAccording to modern scholars (N. Maslova, B. Astafiev), one of the important reasons for the global planetary crisis, including modern educational system in particular, is violation of the conformity of nature principles in the process of perception and cognition of the world, which is conditioned by the advantages of the development of logical and rational thinking and insufficient development of figurative, spiritual-intuitive thinking in the contemporary school of all levels. The modern system of education at all levels (school, higher education, postgraduate studies, and doctorate) is aimed primarily at the development of mechanisms of the left hemisphere that are rational, logical thinking, and analytical perception of reality.Such a one-way orientation leads to inhibition of right-sided processes, does not contribute to the development of creativity, disclosure and activation of the spiritual and intuitive capabilities of the individual, as well as to alienation of individual from the World, loss of personal sense of integrity, unity with the World; that is, to the disharmony of individual with his/her own nature and environment.Personal development of an individual in modern conditions takes the form of "Homo technicus" ("technical person"), "Homo informaticus" (“informational and technogenic person”), "Нomо соnsumens" (“person who consumes”), "Reified man" ("material surplus person"), "Nomo Festivus" ("person who has fun") (Butenko, 2017). As a result, a person with a technocratic, rational thinking, pragmatic and consumer attitude towards the world is brought up, and as a consequence, harmony in the "man-man", "man-nature", "man-society", "man-universe" systems, and correspondingly, the equilibrium in the integrated information-energy system interaction "Man – Society – Earth –Universe" are violated.Approach In contemporary education of all levels, high ontological and existential goals are not set, and not enough attention is paid to the spiritual and mental health of the individual, in particular to problems of spiritual self-knowledge, self-development, self-regulation and self-realization, thus leading to the formation of consumer psychology, dominance of pragmatic values, loss of spirituality, upbringing of a human – destroyer, a soulless person, but not a creator. One of the ways out from the planetary global crisis in the area of a contemporary education in particular, is the noosphereization of education, the imperative task of which is formation of the noospheric individual, actualization of his/her spiritual and intuitive potential, training of the noosphere integral harmonious bioadequate environmentally healthy mindset, which is based on a conscious total ownership of logical (left cerebral hemisphere) and creative, spiritual-intuitive (right cerebral hemisphere) thinking that, due to correspondence with both huamn nature and the laws of the cosmoplanetary world, will provide the individual with possibilities to adequately and fully (at the information and energy levels) perceive and recognize the surrounding world, and to interact with it on a spiritual basis. Results and Discussion The problem of intuition always remains relevant throughout the history of mankind. Among the scholars of the late XX century - beginning of the XXI century the problem of intuition and harmonization of the activity of the left and right hemispheres of the brain has been studied by such researchers as G. Kurmyshev, N. Maslova, Osho Bhagwan Sri Rajneesh, I. Smokvina and others. Modern psychophysiological science explains the nature of intuitive thinking and cognition: the human mind combines the ability to integrate and develop both intellectual and intuitive knowledge that modern scientists associate with the activity of the left and right cerebral hemispheres. According to psychological science, the two hemispheres of the brain cognize and reflect the surrounding world differently and, thereafter transform information in their own ways. The left hemisphere "sees" objects as discrete, separated; it is responsible for logic and intellect, verbal thinking, application of sign information (reading, counting, language), and is characterized by the ability for logical, rational, mathematical, and scientific thinking. The right hemisphere binds objects into a single whole; it is responsible for emotions, creative thinking, intuition (unconscious processes). Thanks to the right hemisphere, a holistic image of the world is formed, and the left hemisphere gradually collects the model of the world from separate, but carefully studied details. "Left- hemisphered" thinking is associated with the ability for consistent, step-by-step cognition, which has respectively analytical rather than synthetic character. "Right- hemisphered" thinking is linked to the ability for integral, voluminous and complete cognition, space spatial immediate perception of the world in all of its information-energy interrelations and interactions.Logic and intuition, rational and intuitive paths – are different aspects of the unified process of cognition, and if the intellect can be regarded as the earthly beginning in humans, then intuition – is a spiritual primary source, a phenomenon of nonlinear, unearthly thinking, the logic of the Higher Being, the logic of the Almighty. As was very wittily pointed out by Osho Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, logic – the way our mind cognizes our reality, intuition – is how the spirit passes through the experience of reality (Maslova, 2006). Therefore, logic and intuition are two mutually conditioned mechanisms of scientific cognition that supplement and do not exist in isolation from one another. If the function of intuition in this interaction lies in creative discoveries, inventions, awareness of the true essence of things and phenomena, then the task of the scientific method, acting as an assistant of intuition, is to endeavor to comprehend new ideas, explain them from the point of view of earth science at the logical level, and "adapt" to our reality.Given this, rational and intuitive paths must complement, enrich and explain each other, interact in sync, in synthesis.Intuition is an organic component of the spiritual and psychic nature of the individual. Therefore, the problem of the development of intuition and harmonization of the discourse-logical and spiritual-intuitive components of thinking is extremely important at all levels of contemporary education. This is especially true for student youth, since students are the future spiritual and creative potential of the country, and therefore it is extremely important to reveal and develop their spiritual and intuitive abilities, to harmonize their mental-spiritual sphere, which promotes spiritual self-healing of both the individual and the environment, and harmonization of relations in the world. In the context of the modern information and energy paradigm, intuition is considered as a special mental state of a highly spiritual person, in which he/she deliberately initiates informational and energetic contact with any object of the Universe, in the physical or subtle world, "connects" to its information field, "reads out", "decrypts" and analyzes necessary information. This information-energy interaction is perceived by the individual as the process of connection, merging with the object being studied, which enables instant cognition of its true essence (Smokvina, 2013). As the analysis of the literature on the research problem testifies, if the activity mechanisms of the left hemisphere of the brain are relatively studied in modern science, the problems of the individual’s intuitive updating potential and harmonization of the activity of logical and intuitive cognitive processes are being investigated.According to many scholars, the ability for intuition is inborn in every human; however, unfortunately, in most people it is in a latent state. And only due to intense conscious work of the individual regarding their own spiritual self–cognition and self–perfection, one can discover and develop personal spiritual and intuitive abilities.According to the results of our theoretical study the general conditions contributing to the disclosure and development of intuition are as follows: (Tyurina, 2017) • Ability to cope with one’s own passions, emotions, feelings, thoughts, and achievement of the state of internal silence, voicelessness;• Formed self-motivation for spiritual self–cognition and self–perfection;• Achievement by the individual of the corresponding spiritual level: the higher the spirituality of the human, the more clearly his/her ability is expressed to obtain a higher spiritual knowledge: information and energy interaction, contact with higher levels of psychic reality;• Conscious desire, willingness of the individual to use intuitive cognition that helps overcome information-power resistance, the barrier that exists between a subject and an object, helps create harmony, assonance, interaction with the object being studied;• Intuitive human confidence: deep inner belief in personal intuitive capabilities and ability for intuitive cognition and self-cognition;• Humanistic orientation of the individual and his/her internal psychological properties such as: altruism, active love for all living beings on the Earth, empathy, ability to express compassion, care, and self-consecration, conscious desire to live in harmony with oneself and the world;• Nonjudgmental practice, which consists of the ability of a person to abandon assessments, classifications, analysis, which creates favorable conditions for immersion into the information space around us, makes it possible to connect to the information-energy field (biofield) of the object being studied;• Sense of inner unity with the world, awareness of oneself as a part of mankind, of the Earth, of the Universe, and a feeling of deep responsibility for the world and for ourselves in the world;• Striving for personal self-realization for the benefit of the cosmoplanetary world. In our opinion, the ways of actualization of intuition and harmonization of the activity of logical and intuitive components of the process of cognition should be attributed to the following (Tyurina, 2018):• Concentration, concentration of human consciousness of the subject being studied, deep and thorough knowledge of it.Psychological mood, deep concentration, focus of human consciousness on the subject of research lead to intuitive penetration into its essence, comprehension of the subject of study as if "from within." An intuitive act of cognition is the result of a huge concentration of all human efforts on a particular problem, deep and thorough knowledge of it, mobilization of all its potencies. In particular, for almost 20 years, D. Mandeleev worked continuously on the systematization of chemical elements, and only after that he "saw" his periodic system of elements in his dream. At academician M. Shchetynin school students spend 21 days (6 lessons daily) studying only one academic discipline for the purpose of deep penetration into its essence - information-energy merger, connection with the subject being studied, into a single whole, that is, achieving an intuitive level of comprehension.• Spiritual practices (prayer, meditation).Prayer and meditation are effective ways of spiritualizing a person, awakening and activating his/her intuitive potential. Through prayer, meditation a person learns to adjust to nature and Cosmos, eternity and infinity, the World Harmony, reaches consonance with the World, and permeates its inner essential depth with the heart. It is believed that it is prayer that promotes the spiritual purification of both the human soul and the surrounding world. During a heart-warming prayer a human comes to enlightenment and spiritual enlightenment, intuitive enlightenment. In the process of prayer, meditation, the right and left hemispheres of the brain begin to work synchronously, which makes the brain function in resonance with the Field of Consciousness or the Field of Information - Noosphere.• Spiritual processing of the corresponding religious, spiritual and philosophical sources, fine arts, classical music, information-energy interaction which raises the spiritual level of an individual, awakens his/her intuitive abilities.Spiritual literature is an important way of discovering and developing intuition and harmonizing the activity of intuitive and logical components of thinking, since information and energy interaction with spiritual literature contributes to individual’s spiritual growth, disclosure and development of intuition, and harmonization of personal intuitional and intellectual sphere. It should be noted that various forms of art, in particular, visual and musical, play a special role in the process of disclosure and development, intuition, harmonization of the logical and figurative, spiritual and intuitive perception of reality. The spiritual potential of art is, first of all, that in itself, creating spiritual values, spiritualizes a person, and interprets personality as a phenomenon of a global planetary-cosmic nature. True art has an ecumenical, cosmic dimension. The best masterpieces of world art transfer the idea of unity of humans with the world, their harmonious interaction. The creativity of great artists contributes to the disclosure and development of the personality's spirituality, the heart's perception of the world, the cultivation of the Cosmic Worldview, and directs the person to high ideals.Musical art is one of the most important means of revealing and developing intuition, harmonizing its spiritual and intuitive basis. The results of research by modern scholars show that classical, spiritual music activates the spiritual-intuitive sphere, harmonizes the person, gives a sense of joy and rest, and helps to restore spiritual and mental balance. It has been scientifically proven that classical musical compositions based on the perfection of harmony and rhythm, especially the works of J. Bach, L. Beethoven, J. Brahms, A. Vivaldi, G. Handel, F. List, F. Mendelssohn, A. Mozart, S. Rakhmaninov, O. Scriabin, P. Tchaikovsky, F. Chopin, F. Schubert, R. Schumann and others have a positive effect on the individual on the spiritual, mental and physiological levels, since classical music relates mainly to the natural rhythms of the human body. This music causes not only positive emotions, but also represents a powerful energy force that inspires humans and the world: makes a person more perfect and the world more beautiful.Consequently, fine arts, classical music, contribute to the disclosure and development of the spiritual and intuitive potential of the individual, to harmonization of his/her intuitive-intellectual sphere; they help the person to grow spiritually and be filled with high spiritual energy, accordingly, to change, and improve the natural and social environment.- Bioadequate REAL-methodology of noosphere education (N. Maslova), in which stages of relaxation (accumulation of information, work of the right creative hemisphere in a state of rest), alternating with stages of activity (training of the left hemisphere: logic, analysis, synthesis of information) are presented. As a result, the work of the left and right cerebral hemispheres is synchronized, which promotes harmonization of consciousness, carries a beneficial influence on the spiritual, mental, social and physical health of the student's personality. The fundamental characteristics of the bioadequate method of noospheric education are:1. Health preserving - does not violate the nature of perception, processing and preservation of information.2. Corrective - restores the natural genetic sequence of work with the information and health of the student and the teacher.3. Developing - improves the body's reserves.4. Harmonizing - integrates all systems of the body and personality (Vernadsky, 2002).According to studies of the neuropathologist I. Smokvinova, PhD, bioadequate methods of noosphere education, taking into account the physiological and informational and energy resources of the individual, contribute to the harmonization of the work of the left and right cerebral hemispheres, awaken higher feelings, recharge with life energy, teach the ability to direct vitality to the realization of one’s own higher potential, which also has a beneficial effect on the spiritual, mental and physical health of the individual. Moreover, due to the application of a bioadequate technique, psychological and physiological stress is eliminated, and a positive emotional mood is created that heals the body and the student's psychics (Osho, 2000). According to N. Maslova, holistic thinking contributes to the acquisition of basic energy, biologically adequate to livelihoods programs (Kurmyshev, 2013).Many independent groups of scientists (teachers, psychologists, physicians, biologists) have proved that noosphere education, harmonizing the left and right hemispheres thinking, has a healing effect on the body of both the student and the teacher, contributes to the development of natural creativity.Practical valueResults of our study can be used in lectures and practical classes with students in medical psychology, psychology of creativity, social, general, pedagogical psychology, pedagogy (sections of didactics, spiritual and moral education), sociology, philosophy, etc.ConclusionsThus, the actualization of the spiritual and intuitive potential of the individual and the harmonization of the activity of the left and right cerebral hemispheres stimulates the disclosure of spiritual and creative abilities of the individual, fills the individual with spiritual energy, and the person becomes a source of spiritualization of himself/herself and the world, thus contributing to the spiritual and psychological improvement of society, humanity, and civilization in general, since at the information-energy level, "Man - Society - Earth - Universe" this is the only cosmoplanetary organism, all parts of which are mutually interconnected, interact and stipulate with one another. We consider that it is important in the future to develop appropriate special disciplines for all the sections of modern school and keep working in the direction of developing and incorporating into the content of the curricula, relevant pedagogical technologies aimed at the disclosure and development of the intuitive-mental sphere of the individual

the article defines the basic concepts in the field of mass media research. It is noted that the research of mass communications is presented in the scientific and educational literature by a wide range of author’s positions on its structuring depending on the choice of features and priorities for the selection of structural elements. It is pointed out that the study of mass communication in Western countries is developing essentially as a single research complex with a focus on managerial, ideological and cultural aspects of com- municative influence on man and society. It is noted that there are three relatively independent areas of research: 1) non-verbal analysis of rationality in the «production of culture», with emphasis on the organization of mass media and ensuring a level of professionalism and sales in a competitive environment. 2) Neo-Marxist approach, with the study of the symbolic aspect of ideological coercion and political hegemony. 3) Neo-Durkheimian studies of «public perception», which focus on the formation by the mass media of collective ideas of a sense of solidarity of individuals as members of mass audiences. It is emphasized that the basis for the differentiation of approaches to the study of mass communication in society is the relationship between the role of spiritual and material factors. It is pointed out that on the one hand, culturological approaches are widespread, which focus on the study of mass communication in the context of ideas, values, ideas that are both produced and disseminated by them in society. On the other hand, the influential tradition of analysis of mass communication sharpens attention to the study of the structure of property relations, the peculiarities of the imple-mentation of market relations in the field of mass communication. The impact on the media of the achievements of scientific and technological progress, which significantly change their nature, expand their functions in the following areas: 1) decentralization - the choice of programs increasingly depends on the individual, 2)increasing the volume of information programs, 3) the possibility of interactivity - interaction communication for information exchange

The article examines the social and pedagogical foundations of the proactive and integrative environmental education and upbringing. It is shown that traditional secondary and higher education not only underwent a systemic crisis, but also largely lost the components of civic, moral, ethical, ecological and spiritual education. In this regard, at the end of the last century, there was a proposal from the western pedagogical school to create an education system for sustainable development. This education was based on the activation of experiential (experience and practice-oriented practiceoriented), in other words - empirical education. At the same time, education cannot be effective using mainly the principles of empirical pedagogy. Education must be balanced. It must have both deep didactic and empirical approaches. Taking into account the balanced traditions of the russian school and the new proposals of the western school, the author of the article tried to create and test their own modified model of upbringing and education. This model, to a greater extent, was created for the system of additional education, in particular, for children's camps. Using the pedagogical approaches of this model in the camp, it is possible to fill those gaps in knowledge and upbringing that in modern conditions cannot be given at school. The work describes the history of the formation of this pedagogical direction in Russia. The definition of active environmental education is given. A comparison is made with the empirical education and teaching of the western pedagogical model. Demonstrated many years of experience in the programs of the proactive and integrative environmental education and upbringing "Leisure and Learning with Pleasure" on the basis of various camps. Elements of programs are shown. An example of a lesson in education of civic responsibility and subjectivity of a teenager is given. Shows the value of knowledge of the language, history of the country and understanding of the importance of education at different stages of development of Russia.

The article describes the role of the scientific school by E. B. Abdullin in the formation and gradual development of the author’s research positions in the field of pedagogy of higher school music education. The first stage is characterized by considering problem of forming the artistic culture of future music teachers in a pedagogical University. The research embodied in his doctoral thesis, developed under the influence of the vectors of musicological and pedagogical thought. In includes analyses of the interaction of music with other art forms as manifestations of the General laws of artistic activity of man, revealed in the phenomenon of artistic culture. Pedagogical interpretation of artistic culture allowed us to consider this category: a) as an integral component of the content of music and pedagogical education; b) as a professionally significant quality of the music teacher’s personality. The concept changed the status of historical and theoretical training of future teachers-musicians, which received the working title “pedagogical musicology”. The content of pedagogical musicology was determined by a culturological approach to the learning process, designed to solve practical problems of mastering music in synchronic and diachronic interaction with other types of arts. The second stage is to expand the cultural component of professional training of music teacher, becoming a cultural orientation that integrates musicology, cultural studies and the pedagogy of music education on the basis of higher spiritual principles of music as an art form. The cultural direction allows developing new scientific approaches in the content of master’s educational programs in line with the methodological concept by E. B. Abdullin.

The article is devoted to the study of the management aspects of the influence of archetypal components of Ukrainian ethnics on the process of formation of the collective local identity of the population living on a certain territory. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the archetype of the place influences the peculiarities of development of tourism varieties in Ukraine. Ukrainian ethnic tourism is singled out as one of the popular domestic resources of the country’s promotion, which is “tied” to the authentic indigenous traditions of the people. It is specified that the specificity of Ukrainian ethnic tourism lies in its polyculture and is manifested through such varieties as: rural ecological, religious, pilgrimage, festival, ethnographic, cultural and cognitive, extreme, event and other types of tourism, which are clearly reflected in the symbolic contexts of local identity. The emphasis is on the timely introduction of the definition of “ethno tourism” in the legal field of tourism. An importance of participation of the local community in the formation of principles of collective local identity is illustrated through the work of the Dnipro Development Agency Public Utility Company in Dnipro. The original procedure of cross-links that determine the interdependence of peculiarities of formation of collective local identity from the mental archetype of the population on some areas of the administrative-territorial unit is presented. We determined the directions of activity of local government bodies in the process of public-private partnership with the representatives of business and the public, among which: creation of conditions for the recognition of the heredity of the traditions of the population of the territory; organization and conduct of socio-educational, moral and spiritual, cultural and cognitive events, that unite the ethnic community; development and implementation of socio-economic and cultural historical programs of the territory development etc. The conclusion is drawn that the Ukrainian mental archetype is formed under the influence of socio-political, cultural and historical development of the Ukrainian state. Its current stage is under the influence of Ukrainian ethnic Renaissance, which determines modern vectors of the development of domestic tourism through Ukrainian ethnic tourism, which is based on the values of Ukrainian ethno-geocultural phenomenon.

Streszczenie:
We conduct research on a current problem that is relevant to legal science and practice – ensuring individual freedom in the context of increased interest in religion and the formation of a legal state in Russia. The latter term is considered in connection with such a legal phenomenon as the secular state. We denote the personal rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the religious sphere. We analyze and criticize the current state of freedom of conscience, the right to religious security, and the right of people studying in state and municipal educational institutions and organizations to receive knowledge about religion. It is shown that one of the exercise limits of conscience freedom is its moral criterion. The existing negative decline trends in the level of morality, culture, including legal culture, adversely affect the construction of Russian statehood. It is suggested that in such conditions the inclusion of a course on the foundations of the spiritual and moral culture of the peoples of the Russian Federation in the educational programs of schools and universities is justified. We focus on the requirements for voluntariness and alternative study of the named course. We propose to give them an equal character in terms of legal technology. The connection of freedom of conscience with the right to religious security is shown. In this context, the issue of establishing criminal liability for insulting the religious feelings of believing citizens is analyzed. We point out that with all the doubtful language used by the legislator to set for the disposition of the corresponding article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the enormous social significance of the amendments cannot be denied.
