Western Eco-socialist Ideas, combined product between the contemporary western eco-movement and socialist ideas, and important part of new socialist movement in the west, is the rising western social thought of the left wing since the 1960s and 1970s. Broadly speaking, eco-socialism can be divided into three closely-related parts, eco-Marxist theory, eco-socialism (narrowly) theory and the "red-green" political movement theory. Confronted with the increasingly serious eco-crisis, eco-socialism puts forward to build a harmoniously-developing socialist society of between people and nature, between people and people, and between people and society, on the basis of maintaining ecological balance, in establishing a sustainable model of economic development, health and peace of rational consumption mode, and aiming at harmonious interpersonal relationship as the main content. It throws light upon us in the socialist harmonious eco-construction for today. In reference to and on the basis of the ecological socialism valuable ideas, we aim to provide reference for the socialist harmonious ecological construction and development, and finally achieve China's economic, political, cultural and ecological and social harmonious development and progress, which is the purpose of this article.

The activities of establishing rules and regulations of the CPC have always been closely related to the development of the party, and the inner-party rules and regulations system has been steadily advancing around politics. To improve the inner-party rules and regulations system, the CPC has made great efforts: the initial establishment of the new democratic revolution period, the tortuous development of the socialist revolution period, the restoration and development in the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization construction in the new period, and the overall reinforcement in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With democratic centralism at the core and party constitution as the basis, the inner-party rules and regulations system is an organic unity composed of the self-construction regulations, the inner-party leading rules and regulations, and other inner-party rules and regulations at various fields and levels. At this point, it has generally formed an ‘one-unitary, two-dimensional, multi-level and multi-branch’ inner-party rules and regulations system structure mode. In the Chinese theory of the "triple revolution" the three major stages of the entire period of the PRC's existence were named as follows: 1) the "revolution of the seizure of power", which led to the overthrow of the old regime and the establishment of a new one; 2) the "revolution of reform", which paved the way for self-improvement and development of the socialist system; 3) a "transitional or transformational revolution", which completes the primary stage of building a socialist society. The dates of the turning points of a revolutionary nature are considered to be 1949 (the proclamation of the PRC), 1978 (the beginning of the policy of "reforms and opening-up"), 2012 (the holding of the 18th Congress of the CPC). The revolution of 1949 was of a new democratic nature and consolidated a socialist orientation. However, soon after the revolution, during the lifetime of Mao Zedong, the leftist course won and all phases of socialist construction (the policy of "new democracy", socialist transformations and the transition to communism through the "cultural revolution") were passed in an accelerated mode. The program of market reforms and the "mixed economy" launched at the end of 1978 made it possible to increase economic potential and raise living standards, but resulted in a number of negative consequences of the "loss of the banner", i.e. deviation from the ultimate goal of socialist construction. The coming to power of the fifth generation of Chinese leaders in 2012, led by Xi Jinping, was marked by a significant adjustment of the policy of "reform and opening-up" and the implementation of a number of important social transformations, including the fight against corruption and poverty. China's "own path" can be seen as a transition from "state capitalism" to "market socialism" with features of specific convergence and growing socialism. Given the complexity of China's current internal and external situation and the difficulties of a "trailblazer," the implementation of the new strategy will be far from cloudless.

The world is undergoing a profound revolution in the technical conditions of production due to the rapid buildup and pervasive use of digital machinery. It constitutes a radical transformation in the scale and mode of labor cooperation in the reproduction of our lives. As with any other technological development under the rule of capital, the fruits of labor cooperation are expropriated from the workers and weaponized against them as vehicles of class exploitation, capital accumulation, imperialist domination, and militarism. Three ideologies accompany this revolution in capitalist production: disembodied technology, technological determinism, and the fear of the rebellious machines. Socialists face the challenge of appropriating and redirecting technology, turning it into a means of radical liberation and socialist construction.

This article argues for the construction of a new political economy based on Chinese practices. It begins with an explanation of the research approach of starting from practice, and from a distinctive mode of thinking that is akin to that of medicine, rather than Newtonian physics and mathematical logic. Then it discusses the present-day Chinese practices of combining socialism with market economy, state enterprises with private enterprises, the peasant economy with an industrial economy, and the party-state with the economy—all distinctive realities about the new Chinese political-economic system. The foil for the discussion is the long-standing hegemonic ideology and worldview of Anglo-American classical and neoclassical liberal economics and law. This article suggests that we employ China’s traditional dyadic integration worldview, evident in today’s practices, to arrive at a new integrative cosmological view that rises above both. To a considerable extent, this article is also a reinterpretation of classical Marxist political economy. What the article advocates may be termed a “participatory socialist market economy,” to be distinguished from a bureaucratized and controlling socialist planned economy. This is a system that is still very much in the process of formation, its particular content and characteristics yet to be clarified and specified through a sustained period of searching through practice.

In order to strengthen the moral education work in colleges and universities, this paper takes the software testing course as an example to construct the ideological and political teaching mode of the first-class courses in ordinary colleges and universities. This paper organically combines teaching content with ideological and political elements, and proposes a student-centered teaching model and evaluation system reform. It has gradually formed a comprehensive training model of in-class and extra-curricular, pre-class and after-class, promoting learning through competition, and improving the level of scientific research, in order to cultivate socialist builders with both political integrity and talent, and realize long-term training for students at different levels in and out of class. Judging from the two years of teaching practice, the innovative curriculum design has effectively improved students' ideological and political literacy, and the educational function of professional courses has been effectively brought into play, laying a solid foundation for students' further development.

This article examines how conventional studio production strategies were active in the construction of political meaning in the 1974 television play ‘Absolute Beginners’, written by Trevor Griffiths. Produced for the BBC anthology series Fall of Eagles, the play dramatises Lenin's involvement with the Russian Social Democratic Workers Party (RSDWP) and explores the contradictions between personal ethics and political necessity. Through close textual analysis and contextual discussion of other plays in the series, this piece demonstrates how shot patterns and spatial and performative devices in ‘Absolute Beginners’ supported the drama's socialist-humanist and feminist themes. Drawing on existing writing about the studio mode, it argues that the qualities of intimacy and presentational distance that it engendered were highly appropriate for the personal and the political dialectic in ‘Absolute Beginners’. While using authorship as a convenient category for referring to the coherence of Griffiths' thematic concerns and dramatic structure during this period, the article complicates notions of the television dramatist as author by arguing for the importance of visual style and showing how ‘ordinary’ studio form was operational in the play's political meanings.

L'objet de la thèse est l'analyse de l'altérité collective, en France et en Allemagne, à partir de l'étude de l'exotisme culinaire (corpus de 9758 recettes de cuisine issues de quatre revues de la presse féminine française et allemande : Marie Claire et Modes et Travaux, Brigitte et Burda, entre 1919 et 1999). Ce travail est organisé en trois points. Après une réflexion sur la notion d'exotisme et l'étude du phénomène de diffusion des modes, la thèse présente le palmarès et de la diffusion des exotismes. L'exotisme est analysé en tant que fait social, en lien avec quatre grands paramètres : le domaine gastronomique et culinaire, l'histoire coloniale, l'immigration et le tourisme. Ce travail analyse enfin l'élaboration de la représentation de l'Autre: l'exotisme est une manière de concevoir un Autre à la fois proche et lointain, semblable et différent. L'exotisme est alors une modalité singulière de l'altérité, qui rend compte d'un rapport au monde.

Cette thèse s’intéresse à la construction des pratiques tutorales dans le cadre d’une formation ouverte et à distance au sein de Campus Numériques français. L’hypothèse centrale de ce travail est que, malgré de nombreuses contraintes, les tuteurs à distance, en grande majorité, poursuivent cette activité. L’auteur commence par mettre en lumière, par le biais d’une trentaine d’ entretiens semi-directifs, les représentations des tuteurs concernant leur activité : quelles ressources et quels liens entrent dans la construction de leurs pratiques. C’est grâce au « modèle-service » quadripolaire que l’analyse s’effectue : quelles influences peuvent avoir le « système », « les pairs », « la personne-à-qui-s’adresse le service » (les étudiants) et « soi » sur la pratique tutorale à la fois individualisée et sociale. Les conclusions de ce travail permettent à l’auteur d’envisager la poursuite de l’activité tutorale comme une réponse à une ou des logique(s) individuelle(s) idiosyncrasique(s) à chacun des tuteurs dans le cadre de la sociologie de l’expérience
This dissertation addresses the matter of constructing tutorial practices construction in e-learning French campuses. The main hypothesis of this work is that, despite numerous constraints, most cybertutors pursue their tutorial activity.The author starts her research by in highlighting tutors’ representations of their activity through about thirty semi-directed interviews : which resources and links are required in building their practices. Thanks to the four poles “service-model”, the author can analyze the influences of the “system”, “the peers”, “the students” and “oneself” on tutorial practices which are individual and social in nature.These findings lead the author to consider the pursuit of tutorial activity as an answer to individual idiosyncrasic logic(s) for every tutor. Based on several fieldwork studies between 2002 and 2005 in two marginal districts in Bucharest and Sofia and on a study of Romanian and Bulgarian Roma migrants in Paris carried out within the NGO Doctors of the World, this thesis questions the phenomenon of poverty in its multiple dimensions: in its definition by social actors (national statistics, international organizations, NGOs, poor individuals themselves), in public and NGO policies towards the poor, in the perception of the poor and their survival strategies, including migrations. Poverty is a social construction both through the phenomena of classification and self-classification it produces (at the scale of the district but also at that of the nation or of Europe as a whole), and also through the way in which poor individuals adapt to their status and give it meaning through their various practices. This thesis is to provide an insight into these women's social conditions and to understand the identity consequenses of sport practice (level of education, gender behaviour, religious practices. . . ). The purpose is to come to an understanding of the ways in which forms of sport and gender related socialisation can explain their intensive involvement within the sphere of a family of Maghreb origin. We conducted biographical interviews, observations and also a more general investigation into a sportive's of Maghreb origin family. The datas show the general characteristics of sports women of Maghreb origin and the environment in which their socialisation takes place and its mechanisms.

However, this branch of activity stays currently characterized by the diversity of the professional statutes of the animators and the heterogeneity of their relations to the activities of animation, education and teaching. This thesis proposes to study the case of the “martial arts teachers”. Based on interviews and observations sets with more than fifty teachers of four Japanese martial arts: judo, karate, aikido and kendo, the purpose of this work is to understand the multiple forms of commitment in martial arts teaching, to observe the overlap between this activity and various spheres of existence, and finally to account about mechanisms of construction of social trajectories, which are structured around an activity lived as a “passion”.

La casa-comuna (дом-коммуна) es un modelo arquitectónico que se creó “ex novo” tras la Revolución de Octubre en Rusia (1917) con la intención de modificar los hábitos de la población y crear un “nuevo modo de vida socialista” basado en la colectivización. Antes de que cristalizaran las primeras propuestas concretas durante la década de los años 20, fruto de concursos y detallados estudios de un grupo de arquitectos rusos encabezados por M. Ginzburg, es posible rastrear el origen conceptual de este tipo arquitectónico en los proyectos utópicos de Ch. Fourier, que a su vez fueron la inspiración de J.B. Godin para su Familisterio en Guisa, Francia (1859-83), uno de los primeros ejemplos construidos. Sin embargo, el origen tipológico de este modelo se puede encontrar también en los primeros hoteles en rascacielos de Manhattan, a principios del siglo XX, según apunta K. Teige en su influyente libro de 1932, Nejmensi byt (la vivienda mínima), demostrando que el modelo de alojamiento básico con servicios colectivos integrados no es exclusivo de los países soviéticos o socialistas, sino que también es posible encontrarlo en regiones capitalistas. La presente investigación analiza la evolución del tipo arquitectónico “vivienda obrera con espacios colectivos” mediante el estudio pormenorizado de valores dimensionales, formales, organizativos y constructivos de un total de 30+14 casos de estudio representativos, ubicados indistintamente en países liberales capitalistas o estados basados en economías socialistas planificadas, y pertenecientes a diferentes etapas del desarrollo de este tipo. Los ejemplos construidos, que han sido seleccionados mediante vaciado bibliográfico o hallados “in situ” en el transcurso de una serie de viajes, se organizan según un esquema cartesiano de dos ejes: espacio y tiempo. Respecto al primer factor, ubicación espacial, el estudio se centra principalmente en la Europa continental, si bien se distinguen dos áreas, resultantes de dividir este territorio por un eje vertical aproximadamente en su centro: el Telón de Acero. En cuanto al segundo parámetro, ámbito temporal, se han abarcado cuatro estratos cronológicos, correspondientes a distintas etapas del desarrollo y evolución del tipo: antecedentes, 1850-1916 (primeros experimentos sociales); origen, 1917-33 (definición del modelo de casa-comuna soviética y vivienda mínima capitalista); evolución, 1945-64 (reconstrucción de posguerra); y adaptación, 1965-85 (prefabricación vs personalización, y exportación a otras latitudes). Finalmente, se ha realizado un estudio comparativo de valores mediante 20 tablas con la intención de extraer conclusiones objetivas, y se ha incluido un último apartado que describe el estado actual de los edificios y permite valorar la validez o el fracaso de estas propuestas que pretendieron, de una forma conductista, alterar los modos de vida de sus habitantes.

Le blog est un catalyseur idéal des transformations sociales et technologiques définitoires pour les sociétés occidentales. Il traduit une double prise de distance des individus: la première anti-hégémonique, par le refus du monopole de la production de modèles de genre et de l’information, et la deuxième expressiviste et identitaire liée à la prise de parole non-médiée des femmes dans l’espace public digital. Cette recherche prolonge les questionnements sur la possibilité de manifestation dans le numérique d’un expressivisme de genre. En ce sens, le blog personnel de mode est questionné comme une voie d’intervention dans la culture, un nouveau média de mode et un genre discursif émergent, un espace d’affirmation des contre-publics et une nouvelle technologie de genre qui permet la redéfinition de la féminité contemporaine. Son objectif majeur a été de comprendre comment les femmes se présentent, parlent et agissent dans le numérique en rapport avec le contexte, leur condition de femmes et surtout leurs intentions. Il s’agit de la mise en question de leur investissement numérique en tant qu’actrices qui assument les épreuves de la nouvelle socialité féminine.L’analyse exploratoire, qui a été à la base de la construction du corpus d’analyse, dévoile l’ampleur de la fragmentation de la blogosphère de mode. Il s’agit d’un travail de pionnier qui a le grand avantage de ne pas rester à la surface du phénomène investigué. La fragmentation de la blogosphère annonce moins la disparition du phénomène, mais son évolution dans des tendances qui anticipent des changements futurs et qui sont en synergie avec le développement d’Internet. Les blogs sont une source riche de données qualitatives qui nous a permis une triangulation méthodologique efficace: une observation ethnographique en ligne, une analyse de discours cadrée par l’éthos et une analyse visuelle. Ainsi, nous avons analysé un répertoire diversifié de l’éthos féminin (corporel, contestataire, professionnel et familial), dont l’intérêt a été de prouver qu’il y a une forme de détachement du modèle dominant de la féminité. A partir d’un corpus international de blogs personnels écrits par des femmes, nous avons identifié et analysé le modèle dominant de la blogueuse de mode, défini par la vision consensuelle sur la féminité et un positionnement de partenariat avec l’industrie de la mode, et toute une série de positionnements contre-hégémoniques. Cette recherche indique le passage de la féminité comme identité imaginée à une féminité conçue en relation avec le statut de l’acteur social. Dans ce basculement réside l’intérêt d’une pratique qui recèle un pouvoir représentationnel.Cette recherche propose la redéfinition des blogs personnels de mode en tant que nouvelles technologies de genre et contribue à l’analyse générique du blog de mode par l’identification des différentes scénographies dans la sous-catégorie visée. Celle-ci a produit la première typologie des blogs personnels de mode qui implique les catégories suivantes: male gaze, pratiques hédonistes, posture critique, activisme social. Suite à la neutralisation du social, à la réactivation persistante de la mascarade féminine et l’enfermement dans l’identité unique de femme, le blog personnel de mode devient un instrument d’aliénation participative. Par contre, suite au défigement de la mascarade féminine, la construction des communautés diasporiques en ligne, la mobilisation des identités féminine plurielles et des degrés variables d’ancrage social, le blog personnel de mode devient un instrument de soft power qui atteste de la prise en charge des femmes des représentations de leur propre genre. L’approche interdisciplinaire nous a permis d’analyser cet objet d’étude syncrétique qui est le résultat du développement technologique, de la transformation des conditions et des formes de communication et, finalement, des mutations sociales en cours
Nowadays, the blog actively mobilizes social and technological transformations that are characteristic for the Western society. As such, it encompasses two directions: a counter- hegemonic one, dismissing the monopoly of gender models and of information production, and an identity-related one, aspiring to the promise of unaltered self-expressionin the public sphere. This study aims to contribute to the body of research about the online manifestation of gender expressivism. Personal fashion blogs are analyzed as a form of cultural intervention, an emergent discourse, and a space of affirmation for contra-audiences, as well as a new gender technology, that facilitates the redefinition of contemporary femininity. The purpose is to explore how women represent themselves, how they relate to their social context, their gendered status, and how they communicate their intentions. To this end, I depart from the premise that their interventions in the digital space are enacted as agents seeking to validate new forms of feminine sociality. The corpus is built on an exploratory analysis revealing the fragmentation characterizing personal fashion blogs. Although this is a pioneering work, it does not treat superficially the investigated phenomena. Beyond the analysis, it emphasizes the future shifts of personal fashion blogs, in synergy with Internet developments. The blogosphere has constituted a rich source of qualitative data, which has allowed a methodological triangulation: an online ethnographical observation, a discourse analysis centering on the notion of ethos and a visual analysis. I selected and analyzed a varied repertoire of the contemporary feminine ethos (physical, disruptive, professional and familial), which demonstrates that in this media there is a trend to detach oneself from dominant model of femininity. By employing a cross-national corpus of fashion blogs, owned by women, I have identified the traits of the dominant fashion blog – presenting what it appears to be a consensual view on femininity, in partnership with the fashion industry - but also a series of counterhegemonic positionings. This research signals the transition from an imaginary femininity towards a feminine identity which materializes in close relationship with social status. In this shift of perspective resides our interest in a practice which grants access to self-representation.The study suggests defining personal fashion blogs as new gender technologies. It starts with a generic analysis of fashion blogs by circumscribing various scenographies based on which a series of visual sub-categories can be distinguished. Thus, I introduce an original typology of personal fashion blogs: male gaze, hedonistic practices, critical stance and social activism. On the one hand, personal fashion blogs neutralize the social context through the continuous activation of the feminine masquerade and by claiming a monolithic feminine identity, the blog becomes an instrument of participative alienation. On the other hand, through the deconstruction of the feminine masquerade, by building online diasporic communities, and shifting between identities, personal fashion blogs become an instrument of soft power, a place of resistance that establishes women’s representations as something achieved by them, not imposed upon them. An inter-disciplinary approach has made possible the analysis of this syncretic object of study, which is the result of digital technologies, but also of existing social transformations / of evolving gender relations

Partant d'analyses selon lesquelles l'écriture est tout autant le reflet des pratiques sociales que constitutives de ces dernières (J. Goody, E. Bautier, B. Lahire), notre recherche met l'accent sur la façon dont les pratiques scripturales participent de la socialisation professionnelle et des stratifications sociales dans quatre lieux de formation professionnelle du domaine de la santé : les ambulanciers, les aides-soignants/aides-puéricultrices, les infirmiers et les sages-femmes. Situé à l'île de La Réunion, notre terrain de recherche est appréhendé par le biais de plusieurs approches : analyses d'écrits organisateurs de la formation et de productions scripturales d'étudiants, entretiens semi-directifs et observations in situ. L'analyse des pratiques scripturales dans les quatre lieux de formation permet de mettre en évidence l'existence de liens entre les pratiques d'enseignement, les pratiques d'écriture in situ, les réécritures "hors-formation" et les rapports au temps que construisent les étudiants. Selon les formations et les conduites adoptées par les uns ou les autres, l'appropriation du savoir ne s'effectue pas de la même façon. D'une part, toutes les activités d'écriture ne participent pas nécessairement à une élaboration cognitive puisque bon nombre de pratiques sont avant tout des pratiques de transcription : tous les étudiants n'ont donc pas accès aux dimensions transformationnelles de l'écriture. D'autre part, tous les étudiants ne construisent pas les mêmes rapports à l'objectivation des avoirs, ce qui constitue un élément discriminant. Plus le niveau de recrutement et de qualification est faible, moins l'écriture a tendance à être utilisée et considérée par les institutions de formation comme un transformateur cognitif. En effet, les pratiques scripturales sont fortement différenciées en fonction du niveau de recrutement et des compétences attendues de l'étudiant. D'une formation à l'autre, on passe de la quasi-absence d'écriture (les ambulanciers) à une écriture considérée comme un espace où les dimensions intellectuelles, créatrices, cognitives et sociales sont travaillées (les sages-femmes), ce qui n'est pas sans incidences sur la construction du futur professionnel. Entre ces deux pôles, les infirmiers constituent un groupe "non affranchi", notamment du fait de la prégnance des pratiques de transcription et de "l'avortement masqué" de pratiques de production telles que le mémoire professionnel, véritable lieu de cristallisation des différences. Le mémoire professionnel n'est donc pas toujours un espace où s'exerce une "rupture positive" avec les socialisations antérieures des étudiants, notamment parce qu'il n'autorise pas forcément la valorisation de soi, l'utilité sociale ou la production de nouveaux savoirs. Au final, notre recherche pose les pratiques scripturales comme un analyseur utile et pertinent pour appréhender les institutions de formation, à condition toutefois de ne pas oublier d'aborder les pratiques d'écriture dans la multiplicité de leurs alliances. Un premierfacteur de politisation observé dans ces deux territoires repose sur l’altérisation desHaïtiens par le biais de normes héritées de l’idéologie raciale coloniale et se traduit pard’importantes mobilisations contre les immigrés haïtiens. Un deuxième typed’intervention dans le champ politique relève au contraire de pratiques d’opposition audiscours colonial et tend à présenter la première République noire comme le symboled’une appartenance commune forgée dans la lutte contre l’hégémonie occidentale. Cetteconflictualité identitaire est resituée à l’aune du fond imaginaire racialisé hérité de lasociété de plantation et au croisement des modèles institutionnels mis en oeuvre après ladécolonisation en Jamaïque et en Guadeloupe. En retraçant la trajectoire du « problèmehaïtien », l’enquête engage une réflexion sur la production du politique dans l’espacecaribéen. La deuxièmepartie s’intéresse à la manière dont ces stéréotypes raciaux sont réactivés dans les deuxterritoires durant les années 2000 à travers la politisation de l’immigration haïtienne etsa mise à l’agenda auprès des pouvoirs publics. This research project proposes a comparative analysis regarding the construction ofHaiti as a public problem in Jamaica and in Guadeloupe during the 2000s. A first factorof politicisation observed in both territories is based on the process of othering theHaitians through norms inherited from racist ideology and reflected in significantmobilisations against Haitian migrants. A second type of intervention in the politicalarena is conversely related to oppositional practices towards the colonial discourse andtends to present the first Black Republic as a symbol of common belonging shapedthrough struggles against Western hegemony. This source of identity-based conflicts islocated in the light of a racialised imaginary inherited from plantation society and at theintersection of the institutional models implemented after decolonisation in Jamaica andin Guadeloupe. By recounting the career of the “Haitian problem”, this survey reflectson the production of politics in the Caribbean space as from its margins. It aims atshowing how social and racial antagonisms expressed in societies founded on slaveryshape and fashion local political action. The first part sheds a light on the invention ofthe racialised representation of the “Haitian barbarian” in the Atlantic space and its useas a tool for legitimating the colonial order in Jamaican and in Guadeloupe by Westernpowers. The second part addresses the way in which these racial stereotypes werereactivated in both territories during the 2000s through the politicisation of Haitianimmigration as well as its placement on the policy agenda. Third, the interactions thatshape official narratives related to the “Haitian problem” are grasped through the lens ofpolicy instruments implemented in order to regulate, control and exclude Haitian bodies.Based on the Caribbean example, this research invites to discuss the way racialidentities, politics, power practices and governmentalities relate and are articulatedaltogether. It highlights the longevity of thinking patterns derived from colonialdomination, while emphasising the capacity of actors to renegotiate their contentthrough political conflict

Ce travail de recherche prend sa source dans l'actuelle renégociation du lien social entre les agriculteurs et le reste de la société civile mais l'aborde sous l'angle plus précis de l'ouverture des espaces ruraux au nom, notamment, d'un intérêt patrimonial et environnemental. Nous avons fait l'hypothèse que ce processus de publicisation des campagnes ne saurait se résumer à l'irruption d'une diversité d'usages, mais constituerait également l'occasion de construire la campagne comme espace public, c'est-à-dire un espace politique où pourrait s'élaborer de nouvelles légitimités d'action. En nous appuyant sur une lecture pragmatique et interactionniste du lien social, nous avons alors proposé une grille analytique composée de trois topiques de l'urbanité (espace ouvert, lieu et espace public) afin de saisir comment les spatialités sociales ordinaires participent de manière différenciée à la redéfinition des modalités du « vivre ensemble ». Cette inventivité normative graduelle des interactions sociales serait notamment fonction du caractère inter-individuel des investissements conjoints et de la visibilité des espaces d'énonciation. L'étude de multiples situations de coprésence entre agriculteurs et non-agriculteurs en Dordogne ainsi que l'analyse contextuelle des processus de requalification à l'oeuvre sur ce département ont permis de confirmer l'opérationnalité de la notion d'espace ouvert et de faire ressortir le rôle ambigu joué par le faisceau normatif de la patrimonialisation dans la mise en ordre des territoires. Cependant, nous avons également trouvé la trace de moments de lieux et de « mondes communs », prémisses potentielles à l'avènement d'un espace public. À l'heure de l'accentuation de la pluralité culturelle, y compris à l'échelle locale, cette réflexion vise donc à affiner la compréhension de la dimension spatiale des processus normatifs en mettant l'accent sur les relations sociales ordinaires et sur un espace conçu comme contexte d'action.

AbstractThis chapter examines the discourses found in Japanese gay vlog entries to see how such streaming contents are used as sites of contact between gays and straights in Japan. Early internet sites created safe public spaces for sexual minority members to meet and socialize where straights previously seldom had access or were expressly unwelcome. Using a collection of coming out and Q and A videos, the chapter will also explore the use of vlogging discourse for social change in Japan. More recently, sites like YouTube have created new contact spaces where straights are welcomed and can interact with gay content creators more directly. This chapter analyzes the ways in which Japanese gay men construct themselves as well as other gay and straight people around them in these videos. Utilizing membership categorization and indexicality the analysis will show how notions of family and gayness along with associated bound predicates are used to discursively resist heteronormativity. The discourse also shows how these videos focus on the purposes of informing and educating over phatic communication. The analysis will also demonstrate how the concept of internationalization has become semiotically relevant to the gay Japanese male category, constructing an image of masculine interculturality, contrasted against overly feminine mass-mediated stereotypes. Possibilities for further change and social justice in Japan through such sites of contact will also be discussed.

This chapter details how the Socialist and Christian Democratic movements competed and collaborated in the process of democracy-building. Much of the historical writing about both Christian Democracy and Socialism in the post-1945 era has had a somewhat teleological (and occasionally self-congratulatory) character, dominated by self-contained narratives of the path that each political movement followed into democracy, and the ways that these movements in turn enriched the content of that democracy. This approach reflects the way in which these accounts have often been written from within their respective political traditions, with the consequence that they have been primarily concerned with reconstructing the trajectories of their political traditions, rather than the democracy that they made together. In contrast, the chapter explores the understandings of democracy advanced by Socialists and Christian Democrats through the prisms of their past history, their ideological declarations, and—perhaps most importantly—their programmes for the future construction of democracy. These threefold claims regarding past, present, and future could at times be convergent and complementary, especially when directed against Communism, but they were more frequently dialectical as Socialists and Christian Democrats defined their positions against each other, and thereby advanced their claims to ownership of democracy.

Abstract If the typical Russian village of the 1930s was hungry, drab, depopulated, and demoralized, there was another village, happy and prosperous, bustling with people, and enlivened by the cheerful sounds of the accordion and balalaika, that existed in imagination. I call this the Potemkin village, but it meant something more in Soviet life than a facade to impress visiting VIPs. The Potemkin village existed for the benefit of the educated Soviet public-even to some degree for the benefit of peasants. Like other socialist-realist representations of the Stalin period, the image of the New Soviet Village so lovingly created in newspapers, movies, political speeches, and official statistics was not life as it was, but life as good Soviet citizens hoped it was be-coming. The Potemkin village was a preview of the coming attractions of socialism.1 Many years later, a man of peasant origin who had begun a successful urban career in the 1930s recalled his deep distress when Stalin, discarding the socialist-realist metaphor that Soviet socialism was “under construction,” announced in 1936 that the building of socialism was essentially finished.

The warrior provides a climax to a concept of manliness inherent in much of the construction of modem masculinity, adding important features to a stereotype strengthened by the First World War. Some socialists, as we shall see, attempted to project a new kind of man who rejected the normative stereotype. And yet the very fate of this new man can throw new light upon the ideal of modem manliness, its strength and its failing. To pass from the glorification of the warrior and nation to this socialist man is like seeing a ray of light penetrating the surrounding darkness, even though it was extinguished at the time by a society that, when not at war, encouraged aggressive competitiveness and the good fight even in peace.

Later, socialists like Karl Marx assert that cooperation is at best an element of the transition from capitalism to socialism. Beatrice Potter Webb of the Fabian Socialists points toward the numerous failures among producer cooperatives, and constructively critiques consumer cooperation. Marshall, although more constructive, fears cooperation expects too much of people. On the right, Ludwig von Mises insists that cooperatives must end up with the state in virtually complete control. Throughout, critics refuse to take seriously the cooperative theorists’ propositions concerning the interaction of an enlarged self-interest and cooperative institutions. And hence they largely ignore the logic of stabilizing feedback mechanisms.

For more than a century before the war, debate over the “housing issue” engaged politicians and reformers in Berlin, although Communists refused to participate, seeking revolution rather than reform. After World War II, newly empowered Communists had no choice but to address the housing crisis. Initially they joined others in supporting modernist planning efforts, with a first “residential cell” that would be constructed along Frankfurter Allee in Friedrichshain. The introduction of socialist realism necessitated a halt in construction as new plans for a monumental Stalinallee were developed. This formed the centerpiece of the state building program until the 1953 Uprising, which along with a shift to industrialized construction in the Soviet Union would result in a search for a new “socialist architecture.” As a result, the section of the street between Straussbergerplatz and Alexanderplatz would be built combining some socialist-realist tenets with modernism, while highlighting technological power.

In the late 1930s, the Komsomol nearly tripled in size. Its emergence as a mass youth organization demanded that the requirements for members become more lax. The expansion of the league was tied to the start of World War II in Europe, which contributed to the stratification of the league between professional organizers and younger members. A consensus emerged among Komsomol leaders and members that material benefits and social promotion were key aspects of membership in political society and in the construction of socialism. By involving large numbers of youth in official culture, youth organizers hoped to cultivate them as defenders of socialism and to prevent them from becoming irredeemable enemies.

Time: fall 1963 to 1976. China saw an increasingly intense struggle over literature and art, with modern jingju as a primary battlefield. The 1964 Festival of Modern Jingju Performances for Emulation reconfirmed the priority of modern plays in xiqu creation, reinforced the significance of modern jingju in literature and art, and firmly established Jiang Qing as the leader of this movement. Model works were designated as the exemplar of socialist culture construction, exemplifying such creative principles as the Basic Task, the Combination of Revolutionary Realism and Revolutionary Romanticism, and the Three Prominences. Chapter 4 includes a close analysis of Jiang Qing’s controversial role in supervising modern jingju creation and an analytical chronicle of five major versions of Taking Tiger Mountain by Strategy—from the first version in 1958 to the final model version in 1970—as an illustration of changes in plotting and characterization during the creative process of model jingju development.

The complexity of technical subjects related to the construction field, in Architecture Studies, is elevated in the first years of study due to the lack of fundamental knowledge of terms and properties in construction systems. Students enter their first year without previous fundamental training, in most cases, without having visited a construction site, generating pedagogical challenges. Given the complexity of the subject, traditional teaching causes mechanisation and memorisation, erroneous on many occasions, replacing reasoning and understanding of the usefulness of each system and constructive solution. Taking advantage of the entertaining and dynamic potential of Social Networks in students, this work analyses the design, development, and experimentation of a flipped classroom teaching model that combines explanations of main concepts and construction systems through recorded and explained videos by the students themselves, in search of an active, playful and motivating learning methodology. La complejidad de las asignaturas técnicas, correspondientes al área de Construcción del Grado en Estudios de Arquitectura, es incrementada aún más durante los primeros cursos por el desconocimiento de términos y propiedades fundamentales en los sistemas constructivos. Los alumnos acceden al primer curso sin una formación constructiva básica, en una mayoría de casos sin haber visitado una obra, lo cual genera un reto pedagógico, pues ante la complejidad de la materia, la enseñanza tradicional provoca la mecanización y memorización, en muchas ocasiones errónea, sustituyendo al razonamiento y compresión de la utilidad de cada sistema y solución constructiva. Aprovechando potencial lúdico y dinamizador de las Redes Sociales en los estudiantes, este trabajo analiza el diseño, desarrollo y experimentación desarrollada para integrar explicaciones de conceptos y sistemas constructivos mediante vídeos grabados y explicados por los propios estudiantes en la constitución de una metodología activa, lúdica y motivadora de aula invertida.

The digital technologies used in social communications give rise to new phenomena requiring both innovative measuring and descriptive tools, and new methodological approaches to understanding them. In particular, there is a need for a theoretical-methodological rationale of researches into social communities to account for the specificity of the new type of sociality that digital interactions generate. The article describes a study aimed at constructing a theoretical model of functioning virtual communities of a mobilisation type. The initial phase of the study included the analysis of interaction in virtual communities under the methodology of the ‘grounded theory’. The continuous observation of the behaviour of online communities on the VKontakte and Facebook platforms allowed us to identify the most relevant features of interaction hypothesised to influence the dynamics of the communities. Underpinned by analysis of quantitative data having been obtained during the study, the basic hypothesis was formulated as follows: digital technologies both determine the transition to non-linear communications and to the prevalence of horizontal connections, and form the ‘weakest’ social connections, leading to the depersonalisation of communication, dispersion and relativisation of social capital. Transformable social interactions create a new type of sociality described in the article through the metaphopr of ‘lightened sociality’. ‘Weaker’ linkages between digitalised social actors allow us to say about a ‘lightened’ sociality since the social capital of participants gets reduced to a symbolic amount, whereas the level of mutual obligations and social liability substantially decreases compared to off-line reality.

En América Latina, la implantación del neoliberalismo como sistema económico ha llevado a un modelo de desarrollo con elevada heterogeneidad y desigualdad socioeconómica. De la mano de grandes cambios sociales y demográficos, las áreas urbanas experimentaron un acelerado desarrollo, crecimiento económico desigual en la distribución del ingreso, el aumento del desempleo y altos niveles de informalidad urbana. Enmarcado en esta realidad la producción del espacio urbano, se llevó adelante a través de la gestión de tres actores sociales: 1.el mercado inmobiliario; 2. el Estado nacional y 3. los asentamientos informales. De ellos, el estado cumple un rol fundamental en la construcción de la ciudad encauzando o restringiendo el desarrollo de ciertos espacios ya sea a través de la acción (implementación de políticas públicas, normativas, etc.) o de la omisión. En un contexto en el que persiste la ausencia de planificación, la carencia de un marco que defina el modo de ocupación del territorio, impone la lógica del mercado inmobiliario como criterio urbanístico principal, incluso para las actuaciones de promoción pública de vivienda. Ello impacta de modo negativo en la ciudad en la medida que favorece la especulación en manos del sector privado, produce segregación residencial y desigualdad en el acceso al suelo puesto que amplios sectores quedan fuera del mercado formal. Lo cual se tradujo en la conformación de áreas diferenciadas dentro de la ciudad agudizando la separación entre sectores sociales. A partir del 2003, en Argentina en virtud al crecimiento económico que se produce con posterioridad a la crisis 2001-2002, el Estado Nacional retomó los planes de vivienda a fin de dar solución al problema habitacional haciendo hincapié en programas de relocalización, radicación y regularización dominial de villas y asentamientos informales, articulando con trabajo cooperativo que implicaba la intervención una medida conjunta con el problema de desocupación. A las existentes políticas habitaciones de construcción de viviendas ejecutadas por los Institutos Provinciales de Vivienda (IPV), se sumaron un conjunto de políticas sociales que articulan programas de diversos órdenes, nacional, municipal, provincial y del IPV. (Argentina Trabaja, Municipio+Cerca, PROMEVI, PROMEBA, etc) enlazando la problemática habitacional a la social. Sin embargo estas medidas no revierten el sentido dominante que poseen las políticas públicas en materia de vivienda (del Río y Duarte, 2012) puesto que la construcción de viviendas sin sustento normativo ni planificación, o la consolidación y regularización de asentamientos populares en áreas vulnerables, lejos de mitigar las desigualdades existentes, producen efectos negativos en la ciudad. En este contexto, este trabajo analiza las consecuencias de las nuevas políticas habitacionales en el Área Metropolitana de Tucumán (AmeT), a casi 10 años de implementación de un conjunto de medidas sociales específicas, en teoría tendientes a la equidistribución del acceso al suelo urbano. In Latin America, the implementation of neoliberalism as an economic system has led to a development model with high heterogeneity and socioeconomic inequality. The adoption of policies of liberalization, deregulation and economic flexibility, along with the withdrawal of the state of urban management, major changes occurred in the cities. In the hands of great social and demographic change, urban areas experienced rapid development, uneven economic growth in the distribution of income, rising unemployment and high levels of urban informality. Framed in this reality, the production of urban space, was carried out by the management of three social actors: 1.The real estate market; 2 and 3 the national state informal settlements. Of these, the state plays a key role in building the city damming or restricting the development of certain areas either through action (implementation of public policies, regulations, etc.) or omission. Therefore, in a context in which the lack of planning continues, the lack of a framework defining how land occupation imposes the logic of urban real estate market as the main criterion, even for actions of public housing development. This impacts negatively on the city to the extent that speculation favors the private sector, produce residential segregation and inequality in access to land as large sections remain outside the formal market. Which results in the formation of distinct areas within the city exacerbating the gap between social sectors. In Argentina, under the economic growth that occurs after the 2001-2002 crisis, the Federal Government returned home plans to solve the housing problem but with a twist to the social, to meet the needs of the most vulnerable sectors of society. From being solely residential construction (turnkey system) executed by the Provincial Housing Institutes (IPV), policies will be passed to a set of social policies that articulate programs of various orders, domestic, municipal, provincial and IPV. (Argentina Works, Municipality + Close, PROMEVI, PROMEBA Law Pierri implementation of regularization, etc.) that link to social housing problems. However, this has not had the expected results in relation to urban problems. While the need for regional planning was promoted through the PET National and Provincial (Regional Strategic Plan), all implemented programs were developed without proper management tools to define the criteria for the consolidation and development from the Federal Government city and thus ended conspiring against it, as a stage of collective life. The lack of training of local technicians, the use of these programs clientelitas purposes by local politicians and rampant corruption, contributed to aggravating the observed trends. This suggests that the construction of new housing or consolidation or regularization of squatter settlements in vulnerable areas without legal justification and planning, far from mitigating the inequalities, negative effects on the city. Under this hypothesis, this paper analyzes the impact of new housing policies in the Metropolitan Area of Tucumán (AMET), nearly 10 years of implementing a set of tending to the equal distribution of access to urban land social measures. It is concluded that the actions taken by the State produced an increase and consolidate the processes of fragmentation and emerging socio-spatial segregation of Tucuman AMET.

In this paper we introduce a quasi-experimental methodology to assess the benefits of an entrepreneurial learning program, based on LinkedIn profile data. We compare the career paths of two cohorts of participants in the mentoring sessions of the Innovation Labs pre-accelerator, compared with a control group formed by persons of similar age and entrepreneurial interest who did not benefit from the added value of the mentorship program. We appraise the advantages and limitations of studying online traces of professional identity in LinkedIn public profiles. We discuss how a content analysis of LinkedIn public profiles illuminates the impact of Innovation Labs as a significant learning experience. In this sense, we present our proposed quasi-experimental method in terms of: (1) objectivity: digitally mediated factuality as a product of design; (2) narrativity: modes of subjectification through self-making practices; (3) sociality: social relations, systems of acknowledgment, and reputation building processes; (4) performativity: the role of digital traces and online inscriptions in reality construction. In order to assess the learning benefits of Innovation Labs, we take into consideration various forms of capital which are circulated on the participants’ profiles, and we reflect on processes through which social capital is converted into symbolic resources, intellectual assets and career horizons. We also explore how participation in the program is framed and described, on LinkedIn public profiles, as a significant experience in one’s professional development. Therefore, our study is significant not only in refining impact evaluation theory and research, but also in understanding how technology shapes our knowledge of the professional world, with practical implications on developing effective strategies of professional self-presentation and reputation consolidation.

Le trasformazioni che investono la città mediterranea contemporanea rendono l’abitare sempre più complesso e contaminato. La precarietà è una condizione ricorrente che genera paesaggi imprevedibili e incostanti. Nasce l’esigenza di rileggere la città attraverso le sue stratificazioni non più solo materiali: si abita riciclando spazi, stravolgendo relazioni, utilizzando strategie di mercato inusuali. La città perde la sua organicità apparente ma, trasformandosi, mantiene i suoi elementi fondanti, sopravvivendo nelle forme di autocostruzione e appropriazione, nelle relazioni sociali e negli assetti economici. La condizione di sopravvivenza si fa strategia e nuova frontiera dell’abitare. La tesi trova le sue argomentazioni in contesti dove condizioni ambientali e socio-economiche generano paesaggi al limite della sopravvivenza. È il caso del Cairo in cui interi quartieri sono stati trasformati dall’ingente domanda di sopravvivenza. In particolare, il paper vuole approfondire il caso studio della Città dei Morti. Inizialmente occupata da strutture temporanee di parenti adoranti, Al-Qarāfa è oggi abitata da circa un milione di egiziani. La densità abitativa è alta e i servizi non sempre sufficienti, per cui le autorità locali decisero nel 2010 di radere al suolo intere sezioni del cimitero attraverso l’attuazione del piano urbanistico Cairo 2050, stravolgendo l’impianto originario dell’area. Qual’è il ruolo del progetto? Quali sono i modelli politici, economici e sociali in grado di rigenerare la città mediterranea contemporanea? Si può ancora parlare di ‘modello mediterraneo’? The transformations that affect the contemporary Mediterranean city make the way of living more and more complex and contaminated. Precariousness is a recurring condition that generates unforeseeable and variable landscapes. It becomes necessary to reassess the city through its layers not only the material ones: you live by recycling spaces, changing relationships, using unusual market strategies. The city loses its apparent organicity but, transforming itself, keeps its basic elements, surviving in self-constructions and appropriation forms, in social relations and in the economic arrangements. The condition of survival becomes strategy and new border of living. The thesis finds its arguments in contexts where environmental and socio-economic conditions produce landscapes at the limits of survival. This is the case of Cairo where entire districts have been transformed by the huge demand of survival. In particular, the paper wants to deepen the study case of the City of the Dead. Initially occupied by temporary structures of adoring relatives, Al-Qarāfa is today inhabited by about a million of Egyptians. The population density is high and the services aren't always enough, so the local authorities decided in the 2010 to demolish entire sections of the cemetery through the implementation of the development plan Cairo 2050, changing the original structure of the area. What is the role of the project? What are the political, economic and social models capable of regenerating the contemporary mediterranean city? Can we still speak of 'Mediterranean model'?

Nuestro objetivo es abordar el proceso de modernización urbana vinculándolo a la constitución del campo disciplinar del urbanismo y verificar la aportación histórica de la industria y de los conjuntos planificados de vivienda en la construcción de la ciudad. La vivienda y la fábrica constituyen dos dispositivos claves que promueven proyectos desde el amplio campo del discurso higienista y las reglamentaciones que de él derivan hasta las formulaciones del urbanismo moderno y su articulación con planes sectoriales de vivienda. El complejo conjunto que abarca la problemática habitacional no puede ser desligado de las formas de habitar, cuestión que supone la concurrencia de aspectos tecnológicos, arquitectónicos, sociales, culturales y económicos. Analizar a la vivienda como un “dispositivo social”, atender a sus transformaciones y dinámicas permite reconstruir la historia urbano-cultural de la ciudad, siempre inmersa en contextos más amplios que hacen inteligible esos desarrollos. Our goal is approaching the modern urbanization process linking it to the constitution of the urbanism field and verifying the historical industrial contribution along with the planned social dwelling in the construction of the city. Dwelling and factory are two key pieces that promote projects from the broad field of hygienist discourse and its own regulations to the formulations of the modern urbanism and its articulation with housing sector plans. This whole complex covers housing problems that cannot be separated from inhabiting issues, this implies taking into account technological, architectural, social, cultural and economic matters. Analyzing the dwell as a “social device”, attending its own transformations and dynamics allow us to reconstruct the urban-cultural history of the city, always embedded into wider contexts that make the developments more intelligible.

The transition of the European former socialist countries had different consequences on their development. Most of the countries did not achieve the expected successes. The border regions in this context become connectors and initiators of the cross-border cooperation, due to the relation intensification between the transition countries and the developed countries of the European Union. The research studies the impact of the transition on the integration of the Baranja within the framework of the national and wider regional market - especially in the conditions of globalization, changes in the geographical position and the meaning of borders within the framework of the European Union and the Schengen area. The area of Baranja is organized as part of the Osijek-Baranja County, organized through nine local self-government units and 52 settlements, one of which is a town. Differences in the forms and intensity of spatial processes in the transition are conditioned by the location, traffic accessibility and the change in the meaning of the main centres of work and have influenced the strengthening of negative demographic processes near the state border. A demogeographical analysis was made according to the data available from authorized databases and supplemented by the research interview method. Demographic dynamics, total population change and changes in population structures from 1991 to the recent period, 2021, were analysed. A comparison of the age index over time indicates an advanced process of senility and the absence of bioreproductive potential. Traditionally low birth rates, war events and emigration of the population have had a negative impact on the recent regional demographic and economic development. In addition to intensive emigration, which was most pronounced in the nineties and after the accession to the European Union, this cumulatively adds to the impossibility of valorising the economic potential. Despite the expected development shifts through the process of transition, in the case of the border region of Baranja, the result is the opposite. In order to confirm this, the method of calculating a synthetic indicator, the index of demographic resources, was used. The components of the index are the demographic index and the education index and clearly indicate the collapse of the demographic potential in the observed area. Microsoft Excel and Arc Map 9.3 techniques were used for tabular analysis of statistical data and visualization of selected parameters. The region lags behind the national and European average because, at the beginning of the system reforms, it was not brought to an equally position to participate in development. New opportunities for the researched area appear due to the change in geographical position by joining the European Union and the Schengen area. A possible solution to stagnation would be economic development based on a multi-sectoral model of economic development. For the stabilization of rural areas and the inclusion of Baranja in regional flows and the European market, a more coherent spatial organization is necessary, with the functional strengthening of central settlements. The construction of the Vc corridor opens numerous opportunities for networking, cross-border cooperation and territorial cohesion.

En el marco de mi Trabajo Fin de Master, abordé el uso de filtros de Realidad Aumentada como soporte y complemento en la metaperformance, así como herramienta identitaria en las redes sociales. La Realidad Aumentada (AR) es una experiencia interactiva donde los objetos que residen en el mundo real se mejoran con información perceptiva generada por ordenador. La AR se puede definir como un sistema que incorpora y combina tres características básicas: el mundo real y virtual, la interacción en tiempo real y el registro 3D preciso de objetos virtuales y reales. La información sensorial superpuesta puede ser constructiva (es decir, aditiva al medio ambiente natural) o destructiva (es decir, enmascarar el medio ambiente natural). Esta experiencia se entrelaza con el mundo físico, de modo que se percibe como un aspecto inmersivo del entorno real, a diferencia de la Realidad Virtual, que reemplaza por completo el entorno del mundo real por uno simulado. Los filtros digitales se gestan desde el laboratorio común de la casa, popularmente concebida como cárcel, celda, lugar de aislamiento para la mujer. Desde este espacio hiperconectado, su uso inconsciente implica alienación. En el mundo tangible el refuerzo positivo de los comportamientos patriarcales se manifiesta mediante la aprobación social. El mundo virtual no escapa a estas dinámicas: los likes producen dopamina, alimentan el algoritmo y proporcionan un filtrado de contenidos en base a los gustos del consumidor. En la red tampoco existe la libre elección. Todo el proceso de investigación sobre la repercusión que tiene el uso desmesurado de los filtros digitales en la salud mental de los usuarios, así como las diferentes visualidades que reproducen y la consecuente violencia simbólica que ejercen sobre las mujeres, tiene su resumen en un Manifiesto, fruto de todo el desarrollo reflexivo y teórico.

L’attuale momento di crisi sociale, ambientale e spaziale può essere una svolta - uno dei significati della parola greca originaria κρίσις - del modello di sviluppo basato sul paradigma industriale (Khun, 1962) i cui limiti erano ipotizzati nell’omonimo The Limits of Growth commissionato dal Club di Roma ad alcuni ricercatori del MIT di Boston (USA) edito nel 1972. Il presente scritto suggerisce di sostituire al modello industrialista del “fare la città” - indifferente alle condizioni locali grazie alla supremazia data alle “soluzioni” tecnologiche (Del Nord,1991) - l’approccio ecologico che parte dalle condizioni locali quali indicazioni di piano/progetto/realizzazione per la trasformazione dell’anthropocosmo, cioè del rapporto tra contenitori, reti e comportamenti, ovvero del λόγος, discorso, studio, con l’οίκος, ambiente (www.ekistics.org) con le finalità di Smart City cioè costruire Comunità inclusive, sostenibili socialmente e materialmente avendo il risparmio di consumo di suolo come presupposto della sostenibilità. Ciò significa per i paesi ormai più che emergenti - BRIC e tutti gli altri in forte crescita economica - evitare gli errori compiuti dalle nazioni, usualmente chiamate Occidentali, di devastazione del territorio oltre che in termini di danni sociali. Mentre per quest’ultime l’attenzione va posta al tema della riqualificazione dell’esistente sotto il profilo funzionale, spaziale, ambientale e sociale. Per entrambe si pone la questione centrale del rapporto con la storia, i segni di essa sul territorio, cioè la memoria quale essenziale componente del senso delle cose. The current social, environmental and territorial crisis, can be a turning point - one among the meanings of the originary Greek word κρίσις - of the development model based on the industrial paradigm (Kuhn, 1962) whose limits were declared in the homonymous The Limits of Growth commissioned by the Club of Rome at Boston MIT researchers (Meadows and al.) and published in 1972. This paper suggests to replace the industrial model of “making the city” - indifferent to local conditions thanks to the supremacy given to the technological “solutions” (Del Nord, 1991) - with the ecological approach that starts from the local conditions such as indications of plan/project/construction for the transformation of the anthropocosmo, i.e. the relationship connecting shells, networks and behaviours. That is to relate the λόγος, discourse, analyses, with the οίκος, the environment (www.ekistics.org): finally the purpose of Smart City. It requires to build inclusive Communities, socially and materially sustainable, having the saving of land use as precondition. This should mean for most countries now more then emerging - BRIC and everyone else in the strong economic growth - try to avoid the mistakes made by the nations, usually known as Western ones: i.e. devastation of the territory, social harms, and attention to the spatial redevelopment, and to the functional and social ones. For both there is the central question of the relationship with history, the signs of it, ie the memory as essential component of the meaning of things.
