Penggunaan jamban sehat sangat penting sebagai sarana sanitasi dasar. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat di wilayah kerja puskesmas Selat yang belum menggunakan jamban sehat di rumah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat melalui KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi) mengenai penggunaan jamban sehat di wilayah kerja puskesmas Selat kabupaten Batanghari. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan terhadap 25 orang masyarakat sebagai sasaran. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Desember 2022. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen proyek yang terdiri dari tahap inisiasi kegiatan, tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring dan supervisi, serta tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya motivasi untuk menggunakan jamban sehat pada kehidupan sehari-hari dan berharap adanya penambahan jamban sehat di lebih banyak tempat Intervensi masyarakat secara rutin diharapkan dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah buang air besar sembarangan dengan segera.

Mi banyak dikonsumsi sebagai alternatif pengganti nasi yang sangat disukai anak-anak. Ditinjau dari kandungan nutrisinya, nilai gizi mi tergolong rendah karena hanya sebagai sumber karbohidrat. Untuk itu diperlukan fortifikasi pada produk mi agar nilai gizinya meningkat. Sayuran, buah dan ikan mempunyai potensi untuk ditambahkan pada produk mi, karena jenisnya yang cukup banyak dan mengandung vitamin, mineral, serat pangan dan protein yang sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan gizi. Sebagai penyedia pangan keluarga, ibu rumah tangga berperan penting untuk menyediakan makanan yang bergizi, sehat dan bersih, sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan dan teknologi pengolahan mi sehat tanpa menggunakan bahan tambahan pangan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu rumah tangga tentang pengolahan mi sehat secara tepat guna, serta memberikan pilihan produk olahan untuk berwirausaha. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK Desa Wedoroklurak, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Setelah kegiatan selesai, sebanyak 90% ibu menyatakan bahwa telah memahami proses pembuatan mi sehat, dan sebanyak 90 % ibu menyatakan tertarik untuk membuat mi sehat. Semua ibu tertarik untuk membuat mi sehat dan menyajikannya sebagai menu keluarga, dan hanya ada seorang ibu yang tertarik untuk mencoba berwirausaha mi sehat ini sebagai pengembangan industri mi kering yang sudah digelutinya.

Koperasi SMA Negeri 4 Palembang yang semestinya diperuntukkan bagi warga sekolah (guru, staf organisasi, siswa) namun dalam pelaksanaannya hanya melibatkan guru dan staf organisasi sekolah, serta pengurus dan anggota sejauh ini tidak mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dari pengelolaan koperasi apakah koperasi tersebut dalam kategori sehat atau tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan koperasi sekolah ditinjau dari rasio permodalan, rasio efisiensi, serta rasio kemandirian dan pertumbuhan dari laporan keuangan tahun 2018-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) permodalan untuk rasio modal sendiri terhadap total asset dan rasio kecukupan modal sendiri pada Koperasi Sehati SMA Negeri 4 Palembang tahun 2018-2020 dalam predikat sehat; (2) efisiensi untuk rasio beban operasi anggota terhadap partisipasi bruto dan rasio efisiensi pelayanan dalam predikat sehat; dan (3) kemandirian dan pertumbuhan untuk rasio rentabilitas asset, rasio rentabilitas modal sendiri dan rasio kemandirian operasional dalam kondisi sehat.

Sekolahku bersih, sekolahku sehat/SEHATI merupakan kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) Universitas Malikussaleh (UNIMAL). Kebersihan lingkungan sekolah menjadi faktor penting demi menjaga kesehatan dan kenyamanan siswa/i dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu, kepedulian mengenai pola hidup bersih dan sehat harus semakin digalakkan. Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) adalah bentuk perwujudan orientasi hidup sehat dalam budaya perorangan, keluarga, masyarakat, yang bertujuan meningkatkan, memelihara, dan melindungi kesehatan secara fisik, mental, spiritual, maupun sosial. Dengan fokus sosialisasi meningkatkan kepedulian akan kebersihan lingkungan sekolah, diharapkan bisa menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat sehingga dapat mendukung kelancaran proses belajar mengajar. Peserta sosialisasi adalah siswa/i kelas 3 dan 4 SD Negeri 3 Muara Dua yang berjumlah 34 anak. Sosialisasi ini berisi penjelasan mengenai cara menjaga lingkungan sekolah dan penyakit yang bisa timbul apabila lingkungan sekolah tersebut tidak terjaga kebersihkan lingkungannya. Sosialisasi ini juga dibarengi dengan aksi nyata membersihkan lingkungan.

Keripik Semat Desa Tenjo merupakan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang telah memiliki PIRT dengan nomor 2153201010561-22. Meski demikian UKM ini masih memerlukan prosedur-prosedur untuk memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan kualitas pangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah keterbatasan UKM dalam memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan kualitas pangan yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan dianalisis dengan metode observasi, FGD, dan wawancara secara mendalam. Acuan GMP yang dirujuk merupakan standar yang dipakai oleh Food Safety Center of Manitoba (2018). Penerapan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) di UKM Keripik Tenjo telah memenuhi syarat-syarat CPPB-IRT pada level 4 (PIRT). Namun diperlukan kontrol yang lebih baik pada peralatan, peningkatan nilai praktek personal, penerapan prosedur penjagaan kebersihan bahan, kontrol lingkungan, pengontrolan penggorengan, pengemasan, dan storage.

Vegetarian adalah istilah untuk orang yang makan sayur setiap hari. Orang vegetarian tidak dianjurkan untuk mengkonsumsi berbagai jenis daging. Namun, kenikmatan dendeng sapi tetap bisa mereka rasakan dengan mengolah daun singkong menjadi dendeng dari sayuran sehat. Daun singkong (Manihot utilisssima) memiliki banyak kandungan gizi mulai dari mikro dan makro. Makronutrien dalam daun singkong antara lain karbohidrat, protein, dan serat. Zat gizi mikro yang terkandung dalam daun singkong adalah vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin C, fosfor, kalsium, zat besi, kalium, tembaga, seng, magnesium, dan mangan. Penderita hipertensi juga bisa mengonsumsi dendeng sehat ini karena kandungan nutrisi dalam daun singkong dapat mencegah naiknya tekanan darah tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar masyarakat mampu memahami cara membuat Dendeng Sehat. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, penulis mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi langsung pada pembuatan dendeng sehat dari daun singkong. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa daun singkong dapat diolah menjadi dendeng yang sehat dan enak tanpa mengurangi khasiat dari daun singkong tersebut

Latar belakang: Anak usia sekolah dasar (7-13 tahun) belum mampu menentukan hal yang baik untuk kesehatan tubuhnya, termasuk dalam hal memilih jajanan yang sehat. Banyaknya pedagang yang menjajakan makanan cepat saji di lingkungan sekolah merupakan masalah bagi kesehatan anak. Upaya dini yang harus dilakukan adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada anak terkait jajanan sehat. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang jajanan sehat. Metode: Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan di aula SDN 49 Banda Aceh yang diikuti oleh perwakilan siswa kelas II, III, IV dan V. Tim pengabdian memberikan pretest sebelum pelaksanakaan penyuluhan tentang jajanan yang sehat dan tidak sehat yang disajikan melalui power point. Selanjutnya pemutaran film bertemakan dampak salah memilih jajanan pada anak. Tim memberikan posttest dan membagikan bingkisan makanan sehat terdiri dari susu kotak, air mineral, biskuit dan kue. Hasil: Kegiatan pengabdian meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dengan nilai posttest (83.62±2.83) dan nilai pretest (66.73±3.42). Keaktifan siswa mencapai 90% dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan tim. Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan jajanan sehat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan melatih kemampuan anak dalam memilih jajanan yang dijual lingkungan sekolah. Selanjutnya diharapkan kepada pihak sekolah dapat membimbing siswa saat memilih jajanan. Selain itu kantin sekolah lebih diberdayakan dalam penyediaan jajanan sehat untuk anak.

Abstrak: Faktor-faktor yang menentukan kesehatan lansia meliputi aspek fisik, mental, dan sosial. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kesehatan lansia adalah pendidikan. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan lansia dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pengetahuan, perilaku, dan kualitas hidup mereka. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mereka mengenai pentingnya gaya hidup sehat. Metode yang digunakan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu penyuluhan yang bermitra dengan pemerintah Desa Cangkol, Puskesmas Mojolaban, Rumah Zakat setempat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan lansia. Peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan penyuluhan sebanyak 57 orang dapat dilihat dari hasil pre-test pengetahuan baik sebesar 53,93% dan hasil post-test sebesar 100% sehingga mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan sebanyak 46,07%. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu dengan melakukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan pola hidup sehat bagi lansia, melalui pendekatan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan rutin, mengadakan kampanye menggunakan berbagai media komunikasi, memberikan pendampingan secara personal kepada lansia dalam mengadopsi pola hidup sehat, serta mengembangkan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak terkait.Abstract: The determinant factors of health among elderly include physical, mental, and social aspects. One of the important factors affecting the health of the elderly is education. Studies have shown that the education of the elderly plays a positive influence on their knowledge, behavior, and quality of life. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The method used from this service activity was counseling in partnership with the Cangkol Village government, Mojolaban Health Center, and Rumah Zakat to improve the health status of the elderly. Participants who attended the health examination and counseling activities as many as 57 people can be seen from the pretest results of good knowledge of 53.93% and posttest results of 100% so that there was an increase in knowledge by 46.07%. Suggestions, by providing health education for healthy lifestyles for the elderly, through the approach of regular counseling and training activities, holding campaigns using various communication media, providing personal assistance to the elderly in adopting a healthy lifestyle, and developing cooperation with various related parties.

Olahan dari bayam merah belum banyak dikenal masyarakat. Padahal bayam merah merupakan sumber serat dan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Rasa dan tekstur bayam merah yang belum banyak dikenal, dapat dijadikan olahan sehingga akan disukai. Para peserta pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Jabung Kabupaten Ponorogo belum memanfaatkan bayam merah menjadi olahan. Penyuluhan pembuatan olahan sehat berbahan dasar bayam merah bertujuan untuk pemanfaatan bayam merah menjadi olahan pangan sehat. Metode pengabdian yaitu penyuluhan dengan cara pemaparan materi, pemutaran video serta diskusi. Setelah itu, peserta diberi kuisioner untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat persentase kenaikan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pembuatan olahan sehat berbahan dasar bayam merah antara sebelum dilaksanakan pengabdian dengan setelah dilaksanakan pengabdian, yaitu terdapat peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 70%. Terdapat 8 peserta yang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pembuatan olahan sehat berbahan dasar bayam merah sebesar 75%, 1 peserta yang tidak mengalami kenaikan tingkat pengetahuan dan 1 peserta yang meningkat pengetahuannya sebesar 100%.

Adolescents are people aged 12 to 24 years. Adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood. This means that the process of introduction and knowledge of reproductive health has actually started at this time. In simple terms, reproduction comes from the word "re" which means to return and "production" which means to make or produce. Reproductive health, as part of general health, is thus also a human right of every person, both men and women. Women's human rights are regulated in Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights Article 3 paragraph (3) which states that everyone has the right to the protection of human rights and human freedoms without discrimination. Reproductive health according to Law Number 36 Year 2009 is a complete physical, mental and social condition, not merely free from disease or disability related to the reproductive system, function and process in men and women. The purpose of this community service is to provide reproductive health education about healthy reproduction, healthy adolescents, especially about anemia in adolescents, reproductive health and free sex in adolescents. Methods of reproductive health counseling carried out are (1) Socialization and licensing, (2) Conducting reproductive health counseling, (3) Evaluation of the results of reproductive health counseling activities by means of pre and post tests. The results of the reproductive health counseling activity showed high enthusiasm, indicated by the very good response of participants in receiving material on healthy reproduction, healthy adolescents and the willingness of participants to ask questions. The enthusiasm of the participants is expected to increase the understanding of girls and boys about the importance of healthy reproduction, healthy adolescents.

Es aquí donde las personas tienen mucho que ver en su sufrimiento, si bien existen enfermedades terminales, también hay otras que nacen por él mismo, por ejemplo, su alimentación. Una comida equilibrada, variada, adecuada para cada individuo y bien preparada es necesaria para que el cuerpo reponga las calorías requeridas, continúe con el trabajo diario y con la mejor energía posible, en este sentido, darle a nuestro cuerpo lo suficiente es una de las cosas básicas en la búsqueda de gozar de buena salud.

Prof. Dr. Timo Lajunen June, 2005, 79 pages This thesis included three separate studies, which were observational, interview and survey studies, on seat belt use among Turkish front seat occupants. The observation study investigated occupant characteristics and environmental factors affecting seat belt use. Seat belts were used significantly more among females and older occupants than among males and younger occupants
and on intercity roads, at weekends and in the afternoons than on city roads, at weekdays and in the evenings. The interview study investigated the common reasons for using and not using a seat belt in different trip types, qualitatively. Safety, situational conditions, habit and avoiding punishment were the commonly reported reasons for using a seat belt, while situational conditions, not believing the effectiveness of seat belt use, discomfort and no habit of using a seat belt were the commonly reported reasons for not using a seat belt, for most of the trip types. In the third study, seat belt use both on urban and rural roads were explained with the basic and extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) models and Health Belief Model (HBM), using Structural Equation Modeling. Basic TPB model showed a good fit to the data, while extended TPB model and HBM showed a low fit to the data. Within TPB constructs, attitudes and the subjective norm had a positive and significant relation to intentions to use a seat belt. Results were discussed for their implications to traffic safety in Turkey, along with limitations of the study and suggestions for further studies.

The virtual seat method was combined with a paired comparison procedure to assess subjective dynamic seat comfort. The psychometric method of constants, 1-up-1-down Levitt procedure and a 2-up-1-down Levitt procedure were compared experimentally to find the most accurate and efficient paired comparison scheme. A two-track interleaved, 2-up-1-down Levitt procedure was used for the subjective dynamic seat comfort assessment. SEAT value is an objective metric and has been widely used to determine seat vibration isolation efficiency. There was an excellent correlation (R2 = 0.97) between the subjective ratings and estimated SEAT values on the seat top when the values are averaged over the six subjects. This study suggests that the SEAT values, estimated from averaged seat top transmissibility of six carefully selected subjects, could be used to select the best seat for a specific road vibration input.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Ses persone het deelgeneem aan ‘n eksperiment, om die dinamiese ritgemak van sewe stoele te karakteriseer. ‘n Rowwe padvibrasie is vir die doel op ‘n skudplatform geherkonstrueer. Subjektiewe ritgemak is bepaal deur die virtuelestoel metode met ‘n gepaarde, vergelykingstoets te kombineer. Die psigometriese metode van konstantes, die 1-op-1-af Levitt procedure en die 2-op- 1-af Levitt procedure is vergelyk om die mees effektiewe en akkurate vergelykingstoets te vind. ‘n Tweebaan, vervlegde , 2-op-1-af Levitt prosedure het die beste resultate gelewer en is gekies vir die subjektiewe evaluasie van dinamiese ritgemak. SEAT-waarde is ‘n objektiewe maatstaf, wat gebruik word om te bepaal hoe effektief ‘n stoel die insittende van voertuigvibrasie isoleer. Daar was ‘n uitstekende korrelasie (R2 = 0.97) tussen subjektiewe dinamiese ritgemakevaluesies en SEAT-waardes in die vertikale rigting op die stoelkussing as die gemiddelde oor die ses persone bereken word. Whole-body vibration is an important problem facing operators of off-road vehicles. Research has shown that operators exposed to low-frequency whole-body vibration can experience temporary and even permanent injuries. One solution to this problem is to develop an active seat capable of canceling the vibrations felt by the operator. Several passive, semi-active, active, and fully active seats have been designed and built to address this problem. Furthermore, controllers have been developed to optimize the seat performance. Vibration cancellation seating systems seem to be a promising and practical way to reduce the effects of whole-body vibration. To extend developments in this area, a Hyper-Active seat has been designed and built at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The seat utilizes a 3 Revolute-Prismatic-Revolute (RPR) parallel manipulator design which allows for the independent control of the vertical, horizontal and pitch angle directions. The seat is powered using three hydraulic actuators which are controlled using MATLAB's Simulink, xPC Target, and Real-Time Workshop. Controllers were developed to control the position of the seat, as well as cancel unwanted vibration. To test the performance of the Hyper-Active seat, the system identification of the seat was undertaken using open-loop forcing functions. The seat was evaluated in each degree of freedom to understand the potential of the seat to cancel harmful vibration. In addition to reducing harmful vibrations, the seat can double as a safety seat to reduce injuries during a frontal collision. If the front edge of the seat bottom can be raised very quickly, then the forward motion of the passenger can be reduced during a crash. An optimal method for performing this motion is developed.

Children are more vulnerable in vehicles compared to adults in collisions. Two main reasons are the different body structure between these two and vehicles are more designed to fit adults. Children’s head is larger relative to their body mass and their neck muscle ligaments are still not fully developed. Children are therefore in need of a restraint system that match their anatomy to make them protected during transportation in vehicles. Crash tests have shown that if children up to the age of five use rear-facing child car seats are the chances reduced of injuries by five times compared to front-facing. This report describes the development project of a concept which enables to fasten a rear-facing child car seat with the car seat belt. The objective was to design the fastening components for a rear-facing child car seat that suits children up to five years and considering the regulations, ECE R44, and the Swedish Plus test. This is a Master thesis that has been in collaboration with Company Xand Havd Group in Gothenburg. The project aimed to deliver a digital concept of the fastening components with information about the material, manufacturing methods, product costs, and design form. Also, was the aim to gather information through the project on what it takes to develop a rear-facing child car seat. The project consisted of five phases: planning, pre-study, ideation, detailed design and at last presentation of the result. The first phase was to plan and coordinate the project. A pre-study was then made investigating the products on the market, interviews with both users and experts regarding safety for children in vehicles, relevant literature for developing a child car seat was also collected and regulations were studied. The ideation phase developed ideas and three concepts were taken forward for development. One concept was chosen after decision making and the concept was more detailed designed in CAD.The result is presented through a CAD model which illustrates the design form and chosen material. The result is a concept that fastens the car seat belt with two hooks which can be connected to the child car seat base. In the base is two buckles designed to connect with the hooks, which uses the same fastening way used in the vehicles to fasten passengers. This is supposed to increase the usability of the installation. Material, manufacturing methods and product costs have been considered and are presented with the result.

The goal of this project was to build a model and a controller for the seat heater and steering wheel heater on the SAAB cars. SAAB manufactures two different car models 9-3 and 9-5. The goal is to control the seat heater in both car models without any temperature sensor in the seat, this due to cost reduction. Several tests have been carried out booth in climate chambers and during road tests. These tests have in the end lead to a mathematical model for the temperature dependence and this model has been used to design an open loop controller for the seat heater.

Currently there is a lack of assistance in automobile usage for the older people of our society. In an attempt to combat this problem, this thesis designs and builds a working conceptual model of a handicapped car lifting seat. An initial cost analysis is performed, an apparatus is designed, all necessary materials are gathered, an apparatus is constructed, and the device is tested. The result was the successful completion of a device that successfully assists in the lifting of up to a 300 lb. person out of their car. With some further development, this handicapped car lifting seat could hopefully be used in real life.

A comprehensive comparison between an air-inflated seat cushion designed for truck seats and a commonly used foam cushion is provided, using a single-axis test rig designed for dynamic seat testing. Different types of tests are conducted in order to evaluate various aspects of each type of cushion; in terms of their response to narrow-band (single frequency) dynamics, broadband input of the type that is commonly used in the trucking industry for testing seats (ISO2), and a step input for assessing the damping characteristics of each cushion. The tests were conducted over a twelve-hour period -- in four-hour intervals -- measuring the changes that occur at the seat cushion over time and assessing how these changes can affect the metrics that are used for evaluating the cushions. The tests indicated a greater stiffening of the foam cushion over time, as compared with the air-inflated cushion that showed almost no change in stiffness when exposed to a static weight for twelve hours. Furthermore, pressure measurements at the seat showed higher-pressure concentrations for the foam cushion at the bony prominence of the seat profile -- namely, the ischial tuberosities -- as compared to the air-inflated cushion. A series of tests aimed at evaluating the damping properties of each cushion showed both cushions to have nearly identical damping properties. Other methods used for evaluating the dynamic properties of the two seat cushions included those recommended by studies in the past, as well as new techniques that were developed specifically for this study. The new techniques, named Seat Pressure Distribution (SPD%) and Area Pcrms (aPcrms) for the purpose of this study, are formulated such that they can best highlight the dynamic differences between different types of seat cushions, and their effect on driver comfort. The results show that the air-inflated seat cushion can provide significant improvements in pressure distribution between the seat cushion and the driver, therefore providing a more comfortable ride and causing less fatigue.

This thesis work is focused on the design of a mechanism for the passenger’s seat of a Volvo S80. This mechanism will facilitate the problems arised when somebody with limited mobility, either permanent or temporal, is entering or exiting the vehicle. The main aim is to obtain an affordable device that enhances the life of those with reduced mobility, but paying special attention to those who do not receive any kind of economical help from the government. The idea is to be able to move the seat to the outside of the car so that one can seat with no special effort. Then, the mechanism, manually, performs the movements to bring it back to the inside. The concept of being manual is to avoid electronic devices that will surely increase the cost. In this project, a possible design solution has been developed. A model was created with Autodesk Inventor 2012. The three basic positions of the mechanism were studied to determine the structural behavior of the product. For these studies, a load compensating the weight of a human was applied and the stresses and the deformation were analyzed by Finite Element Methods and the study was concluded when the safety factor was over 2.

Penerimaan dosis radiasi interna baik secara langsung dengan whole body counter (WBC) maupun tidak langsung dengan pemeriksaan sampel urine selama 10 tahun akan dianalisa untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerimaan dosis radiasi interna tersebut terhadap dosis seluruh tubuh. Penerimaan dosis radiasi interna tertinggi akan dianalisa kontribusinya terhadap dosis radiasi seluruh tubuh. Selanjutnya, akan dihitung kontribusi terendah dan tertinggi penerimaan dosis radiasi interna terhadap penerimaan dosis seluruh tubuh. Data dosis radiasi dimasukan ke dalam rekapitulasi data penerimaan dosis radiasi interna dengan WBC dan sampel urine maksimum pekerja radiasi PTRR tiap bidang. Selanjutnya dilakukan penelusuran pekerja radiasi yang menerima dosis radiasi maksimum. Dosis radiasi interna maksimum WBC atau sampel urine akan ditambahkan pada penerimaan dosis radiasi seluruh tubuh atau eksterna. Dosis radiasi interna sekecil apapun memberikan kontribusi penambahan terhadap dosis radiasi seluruh tubuh dari 15,94 % sampai 98,28 %. Pekerja Radiasi yang bekerja di PTRR bekerja dengan aman, selamat, dan sehat.

Tentunya, mengonsumsi bahan makanan yang masih dalam kondisi baik adalah faktor utama dalam mewujudkan tubuh yang sehat. Untuk bahan makanan hewani, diperlukan penanganan khusus karena termasuk bahan makanan yang mudah rusak jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Bahan makanan hewani merupakan media yang ideal untuk pertumbuhan mikroba, khususnya bakteri yang berkembang biak dengan mengurai nutrisi dan menghasilkan gas dari proses dekomposisi. Dengan demikian, sistem pengujian bahan makanan sangat dibutuhkan untuk memastikan bahan makanan memiliki kondisi yang baik dan layak untuk dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan dan potensi electronic nose (e-nose) dan kecerdasan artifisial untuk metode pengujian kualitas bahan makanan sumber protein yang populer di Indonesia, antara lain daging dan produk hasil laut. Rencana pengembangan meliputi perakitan perangkat keras (hardware), akusisi dataset, training model machine learning, integrasi perangkat lunak (software) dan perangkat keras, serta pengujian. Hasil eksperimen yang telah dilakukan selama ini menunjukkan bahwa e-nose dan kecerdasan artifisial memiliki akurasi tinggi. Pengembangan e-nose dan kecerdasan buatan ini bertujuan mewujudkan sistem pengujian yang cepat, akurat, murah, dan berpotensi untuk diterapkan dalam skala luas di Indonesia.

Hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi psikis, fisik bahkan ekonomi keluarga. Peran pemerintah dalam mengatasi kasus anemia sangat penting, melalui beberapa regulasi yang dikeluarkan, nampak adanya stadarisasi Tata Laksana pengobatan Anemia. Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah juga diberikan melalui subsidi skrining dan pengobatan pada Anemia. Peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan diberbagai daerah juga menjadi fokus pemerintah untuk dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesajahteran guna pencapaian tujuan SDGs. Namun pencegahan anemia merupakan langkah terbaik dibandingkan dengan pengobatan, sehingga kesadaran Masyarakat terhadap kasus Anemia harus diperhatikan. Edukasi mengenai pola hidup sehat, higenitas dan skrining Premarital harus terus digemakan agar Masyarakat dapat mengambil peran untuk mencegah kasus Anemia.Saat ini, pengobatan anemia yang diberikan juga sangat bervariasi tergantung dengan derajad keparahan penderita Anemia. Upaya pengobatan yang dapat dilakukan pada kasus Anemia akibat kelainan genetik adalah terapi sel. Regulasi terkait terapi sel sudah ada, Namun masih perlu adanya kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak untuk mengembangkan terapi tersebut. Jika semua usaha penanganan anemia telah dilakukan dengan baik, zero anemia di Indonesia bukan lagi menjadi sebuah wacana.

This paper studies the effects of India’s main school-integration policy—a 25 percent quota in private schools for disadvantaged students, whose fees are reimbursed by the state—on direct beneficiaries. Combining survey and administrative data from the state of Chhattisgarh, with lottery-based allocation of seats in oversubscribed schools, we show that receiving a quota seat makes students more likely to attend a private school (by 24 percentage points). However, within eligible caste groups, quota applicants are drawn disproportionately from more-educated and economically better-off households and over three-quarters of the applicants who were not allotted a quota seat also attended a private school as fee-paying students. Consequently, we estimate that ~ 70 percent of the total expenditure on each quota seat is inframarginal to school choice. The policy delivers clear gains for direct beneficiaries but is unlikely to affect school integration without broadening the pool of applicants.
