Pełny tekst źródłaA high-precision instrument for register measurement is useful for the exact adjustment and quality control of printing presses. Such a measuring system has been developed on the basis of image analysis methods and the application of conventional video technology. Measuring elements specially designed for the measuring system are printed for register measurement, digitalized with video technology and recognized, evaluated and measured with the help of image analysis methods. On the way to the development of this measuring system various complexes of problems were analysed and solved, among them, for instance, methods of signal recognition and correction of errors in optical imaging systems. Proceeding from the evaluation of known solutions for register measurement, methods and strategies are demonstrated for a method of register measurement with conventional video technology using transfer register measurement as an example. Possibilities to proof the verification of the method, conclusions and desirable demands for the future, such as follow-up and further developments have been formulated

Pełny tekst źródłaIn master thesis was compared the offset and flexographic printing quality. Printing quality was evaluated using control strips, register crosses, resolving power test elements. Jobs were printed with offset sheet-fed printing press and flexographic narrow web press with central impresion cilinder. Register accuracy and resolving power were investigated using microscope. Dot area of single and binary colors wes measured with densitometer and halftone graduation characteristics were evaluated. On the basis of quantitative results it was determined that offset printing quality in comparison with flexography is higher. Master thesis comprise of folowing chapters: literature review, quality requirements, experimental, results and discusion, conclusions, references. Amount – 80 pages, 65 figures, 43 tables, 18 references.

This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on controller design of registration error generated by operating of R2R printing machine. Registration error is primarily determined by angular velocity of roller and web tension, so we separate R2R printing machine into transmission and registration module for controller design. Multi-loop controller design is adopted for controller design. Inner loop includes transmission module and PID tension controller, in addition to PD controller placed on negative feedback. Small signal analysis with gain scheduling is selected for control law when R2R printing machine work on operation point, and radius of roller system which is fixed. Outer loop includes registration module and P compensator. Finally, we do robust test for controller which is designed. The second part build a CUDA parallel computing platform for image processing and use Hough transform for image processing of registration mark. Then we put the photo of registration mark on platform and do non-real-time image processing for timing test. Finally, we analyze the results of the timing test.
