This study used factorial design research, comparing experimental classes using the circuit body weight method and the tabata workout method by considering the level of intensity as a moderator variable. The population in this study were all Seskoal Dikreg Pasis T.A. 2023 61st batch with a total of 90 people. The sample technique used in this study was total sampling. So the number of samples in this study were 90 Pasis Dikreg Seskoal 61st batch of 2023 academic year. The research techniques used are tests and measurements, in this study using the battery A and battery B test systems that have been commonly used by the TNI. The data analysis technique in this study used the MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 23.00 data processing program. Based on the analysis of research results and discussion: 1) There is a significant effect of Circuit body weight training and Tabata Workout on the physical fitness of Pasis Dikreg Seskoal, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, 2) There is a significant effect of training intensity on the physical fitness of Pasis Dikreg Seskoal, with multivariate analysis of F 677 values, and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, and a decrease in body fat percentage of 6.80%, 3) High intensity circuit body weight training is more effective than Tabata Work Out training, this is evident from the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, namely the results of Circuit Body Weight Training training increased by 5.14% while high intensity Tabata Work Out training increased by 0.63%.

This research examines psychometric properties of the 10-item Perceived Academic Social Influence Scale (PASIS) across gender groups with samples from Finland and Taiwan (Total N = 4727, 50.2% female adolescents). Results of composite scores, factor loadings, item-total correlations, and values of square root of Average Variance Extracted (AVE) confirmed strong reliability and validity of the scale. A Multi-Group Confirmatory Factor Analysis (MGCFA) revealed that measurement was equivalent at the level of scalar invariance across gender groups. Among three subcomponents of PASIS, latent mean score of teacher factor turned out to be higher than peer and parent factors regarding math achievement for female and male adolescents from both countries. Findings indicate that the PASIS is a reliable and valid measure to assess the perceptions of academic social influence for math learning, which can be utilized in different cultural contexts.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan modul Hybrid termodinamika yang terdiri dari e-modul dan video pembelajaran pada Mata Kuliah Temodinamika yang digunakan oleh perwira siswa di Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya dengan berdasar konsep Self Directed Learning (SDL) sehingga pasis dapat belajar secara mandiri. Pengembangan produk ini menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil produk divalidasi oleh ahli desain pengembangan, ahli isi dan ahli media pembelajaran. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif evaluatif dari penilaian para ahli, teman sejawat dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil perhitungan dari ahli desain pengembangan sebesar 89,5%, ahli isi 88,5%, ahli media pembelajaran 88,8%, penilaian teman sejawat 89,2%, uji kelompok kecil 85,9%, dan uji coba lapangan 81,3%. Secara umum hasil perhitungan menunjukkan produk pengembangan sangat baik dan layak digunakan. AbstractThis study aims to produce development products in the form of E-Modules and learning videos on the Themodynamics Course used by student officers (pasis) at the Surabaya Merchant Polytechnic based on the concept of Self Directed Learning (SDL) so that the pasis can learn independently. This product development uses the ADDIE development method. Product results are validated by development design experts, content experts and learning media experts. The analysis was conducted using evaluative descriptive analysis from the assessment of experts, colleagues and field trials. The results of calculations from development design experts are 89.5%, content experts are 88.5%, learning media experts are 88.8%, peer assessments are 89.2%, small group tests are 85.9%, and field trials are 81.3 %. In general, the calculation results show that product development is very good and suitable for use.

Background: Interleukin (IL)-23 antagonists have shown great efficacy with minimal side effect profile in clinical trial data for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. As of yet, there have been no published data regarding real-world patients who have received tildrakizumab therapy. Objectives: To analyze real-world efficacy and safety of tildrakizumab in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Methods: A retrospective chart review was performed at a large urban academic medical center for all patients treated with tildrakizumab for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Demographic information, Psoriasis Area and Severity Indexs(PASIs) from initial presentation and 12-month follow-up, comorbidities, and any possible adverse events were collected and analyzed statistically. Results: 30 patients on tildrakizumab therapy were included in the analysis. Overall, the mean ± standard deviation of the PASIs was 15.8 ± 11.8 at initial visit and 1.5 ± 2.9 at 12-month follow-up (P < .001). No serious adverse events were reported. Conclusions: Tildrakizumab has shown efficacy in clinical trials and this real-world cohort for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis with a good safety profile. Future studies should be done to assess the efficacy of tildrakizumab compared with other IL-23 inhibitors.

AbstractThe lower Var valley is the only large outcropping zone of Plio-Quaternary terrains throughout the southwestern Alps. In order to assess the seismic hazard for the Alps – Ligurian basin junction, we investigated this area to provide a record of earthquakes that have recently occurred near the city of Nice. Although no historical seismicity has been indicated for the lower Var valley, our main objective was to identify traces of recent faulting and to discuss the seismogenic potential of any active faults. We organized multidisciplinary observations as a microseismic investigation (the PASIS survey), with morphotectonic mapping and imagery, and subsurface geophysical investigations. The results of the PASIS dense recording survey were disappointing, as no present-day intense microseismic activity was recorded. From the morphotectonic investigation of the lower Var valley, we revealed several morphological anomalies, such as drainage perturbations and extended linear anomalies that are unrelated to the lithology. These anomalies strike mainly NE-SW, with the major Saint-Sauveur – Donareo lineament, clearly related to faulting of the Plio-Pleistocene sedimentary series. Sub-surface geophysical investigation (electrical resistivity tomography profiling) imaged these faults in the shallow crust, and together with the microtectonic data, allow us to propose the timing of recent faulting in this area. Normal and left-lateral strike-slip faulting occurred several times during the Pliocene. From fault-slip data, the last episode of faulting was left-lateral strike-slip and was related to a NNW-SSE direction of compression. This direction of compression is consistent with the present-day state of stress and the Saint-Sauveur–Donareo fault might have been reactivated several times as a left-lateral fault during the Quaternary. At a regional scale, in the Nice fold-and-thrust belt, these data lead to a reappraisal of the NE-SW structural trends as the major potentially active fault system. We propose that the Saint-Sauveur–Donareo fault belongs to a larger system of faults that runs from near Villeneuve-Loubet to the southwest to the Vésubie valley to the north-east. The question of a structural connection between the Vésubie – Mt Férion fault, the Saint-Sauveur–Donareo fault and its possible extension offshore through the northern Ligurian margin is discussed.The Saint-Sauveur–Donareo fault shows two en-échelon segments that extend for about 8 km. Taking into account the regional seismogenic depth (about 10 km), this fault could produce M ~6 earthquakes if activated entirely during one event. Although a moderate magnitude generally yields a moderate seismic hazard, we suggest that this contribution to the local seismic risk is high, taking into account the possible shallow focal depth and the high vulnerability of Nice and the surrounding urban areas.

Procyanidins (PAs) is the important flavonoids components in strawberry young fruits, whichis synthesizedthrough direct polymerizationof flavanone-3-ol units. Numerous studies have beendone on the synthesis of PAs, while the oxidation/polymerization processes have not been fully explored. AtTT10, a laccasel-like polyphenol oxidase,was recently reported to be participated in the oxidative polymerization of proanthocyanidins. Whether FaTT10hasapositiveeffect onoxidative polymerization of strawberry fruit PAsis unclear. In this study, FaTT10 in strawberries were isolated and analyzed. Transient overexpression of FaTT10 decreased the accumulation of PAs monomer in strawberry fruit,whereas RNA interference increased the level of anthocyanin and PAs monomer. 4-Dimethylaminocinamaldehyde (DMACA)staining results also showed that lighter blue color in the FaTT10-RNAi fruit and concentrated blue color in the FaTT10-overexpression fruit. Meanwhile, PAs monomer showed a drop-and-rise tendency during strawberry fruit development and ripening.Furthermore, the expression of several flavonoids metabolism-related geneswere affected by the altered FaTT10 gene expression levels, such as L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL); dihydroflavonol reductase(DFR);chalcone isomerase(CHI); flavanone 3-hydroxylase(F3H); 4-coumarate:CoA ligase(4CL); Cinnamate 4-hydroxylase(C4H); chalcone synthase(CHS); anthocyanin reductase(ANR); lecoanthocyanidins reductase(LAR) andanthocyanin synthase(ANS). In conclusion, these results revealed that FaTT10 is specifically involved in oxidative polymerization of PAsby regulating the expression of flavonoids metabolism-related genes in strawberry fruits. © 2021 Friends Science Publishers

Implementation according to the rules of occupational safety and health is needed in all jobs that are useful to avoid things that are not desirable, such as work accidents. The workforce consists of educated and trained people. One of the educated people referred to is the D-IV and DP-III graduates of the Makassar Shipping Polytechnic, because one of the fillers in the world of work is the Polytechnic graduate. The learning process while in the laboratory must be a serious concern in order to get qualified prospective workers, especially understanding about the application of occupational safety and health (K3) especially the use of personal protective equipment so that there are no direct or indirect obstacles in the work, such as work accidents occur, damage to machinery, cessation of production processes, environmental damage and expenses related to work accidents. The purpose of this research is to find out the availability and analyze the application of personal protective equipment to occupational safety and health in the workshop. This research includes the type of survey research with quantitative methods. This design seeks to determine the PPE facilities available at the Workshop, symbols / cues about occupational safety and health, the conditions of the practice room and what percentage of PPE use by cadets during practice. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire and documentation used to determine PPE facilities available in the Workshop, symbols / cues about occupational safety and health, the conditions of the practice room and what percentage of the use of PPE cadets during practice. The conclusion is that the personal protective equipment (PPE) facilities in the workshop have been provided by the workshop and can be used by cadets or pasis and safely in accordance with government regulations, and the knowledge, understanding and application of cadets towards PPE have reached an average of 95%

Psoriasis can have a significant impact on quality of life and productivity, especially with increased severity. However, there is limited evidence on biologics’ efficacy in highly severe cases compared to moderate-to-severe ones. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of novel biological therapies in very severe psoriasis. We conducted a retrospective analysis on patients ≥ 18 years old affected by very severe psoriasis who had received a biological agent for at least 16 weeks. We used PASI to assess disease severity and effectiveness at weeks 16, 52, 104, and 156. Safety was evaluated by tracking treatment discontinuation rates and adverse events. This study included 29 males and 11 females, with a mean age of 55.80 years (SD 13.82). Cardiometabolic diseases were the most common comorbidities (25.00%). Twenty-eight (70.00%) patients had psoriasis involvement in at least one difficult-to-treat area. All patients completed 16 weeks of treatment. The mean PASI was 31.60 (SD 2.57) at baseline, 3.48 (SD 4.13) at week 16, 0.58 (SD 1.70) at week 52, 0.77 (SD 1.66) at week 104, and 1.29 (SD 2.12) at week 156. PASI90 and 100 were achieved by 52.50% and 30.00% of patients at week 16, by 96.15% and 80.77% at week 52, by 93.33% and 66.67% at week 104, and by 85.71% and 42.86% at week 156. PASIs ≤ 2 were achieved by 50.00% of patients at week 16, 88.46% at week 52, 86.67% at week 104, and 85.71% at week 156. Only two patients discontinued biologics due to complete remission, and mild AEs were reported by four patients. Our findings show that biologics are effective and well tolerated for treating very severe psoriasis, maintaining long-term effectiveness.

Įvadas. Pastaraisiais dešimtmečiais Lietuvoje nustatoma vis daugiau demencijos atvejų. Senstanti populiacija ir kraujagysliniai rizikos veiksniai gali būti susiję su šia tendencija, tačiau tikslus Alzheimerio ligos (AL) ir kraujagyslinės demencijos (KD) paplitimas tarp vyresnių pacientų nėra žinomas. Tyrimo tikslas. Įvertinti vyresnių pacientų, pirmą kartą besikreipiančių į Atminties sutrikimų kabinetą, kognityvinių funkcijų sutrikimų (KFS) ypatumus bei nustatyti sąsajas tarp KFS ir rizikos veiksnių, gretutinių ligų. Tyrimo metodika. Atliktas populiacinis retrospektyvinis kohortinis tyrimas, naudojant ambulatorinių kortelių duomenis. Į tyrimą įtraukti 60 m. ir vyresnio amžiaus 202 pacientai, kurie 2015 metais pirmą kartą kreipėsi į Atminties sutrikimų kabinetą, esantį VšĮ Kauno klinikinės ligoninės I konsultacinėje poliklinikoje. Duomenų analizei naudota Microsoft Excel 2010 ir SPSS 22.0 programos. Pasirinktas sta�- tistinio reikšmingumo lygmuo α=0,05. Kintamųjų skirtumai lyginant kelias tiriamųjų grupes ar ryšys tarp kintamųjų laikomi statistiškai reikšmingais, kai p&lt;α (p&lt;0,05). Duomenų analizėje naudoti chi-kvadratu, Student‘o t kriterijai, dispersinė analizė Anova, Spearmen‘o ir Kendall tau-b koreliacijos koeficientai, aprašomoji statistika. Tyrimo rezultatai. Išanalizuoti 202 pacientų (≥ 60 m. amžiaus) ambulatorinių kortelių duomenys. 82,7 proc. pacientų (n=167) buvo nustatyti KFS: 81,4 proc. (n=136) demencija, 18,6 proc. (n=31) lengvas kognityvinis sutrikimas (LKS). Demencijų pasis�- kirstymas pagal sunkumo formą: sunki 15,4 proc., vidutinio sunkumo 72,1 proc., lengva 12,5 proc. Dažniausiai nustatyta KD - 41,9 proc. (subkortikinė 64,9 proc. atvejų), antra pagal dažnį - mišri demencija, kuri diagnozuota 34,6 proc. atvejų, trečia – demencija sergant Alzheimerio liga, 15,4 proc. LKS sutrikimas buvo susijęs su menkesniu išsilavinimu (p&lt;0,001), išemine širdies liga (IŠL) (p=0,030), hipertenzija (p=0,001). Demencija buvo susijusi su vyresniu amžiumi (p=0,001) ir menkesniu išsilavinimu (p&lt;0,001). KD buvo susijusi su smegenų infarktais (p&lt;0,001), IŠL (p=0,001), hipertenzija (p=0,01), lėtine išemine lakūnarine būkle (p&lt;0,001), šlapimo nelaikymu (p=&lt;0,001) ir griuvimais (p=0,001). Mišri demencija buvo susijusi su IŠL (p=0,026), hipertenzija (p=0,007), šlapimo nelaikymu (p&lt;0,001). Išvados. Tarp pirmą kartą besikreipiančių pacientų į Atminties sutrikimų kabinetą KFS paplitimas siekė 82,7 proc. o dažniausiai nustatyta KD. Aukštas KD ir mišrios demencijos paplitimas buvo susijęs su kraujagysliniais rizikos veiksniais: smegenų infarktais, IŠL, hipertenzija, lėtine išemine lakūnine būkle. Ankstyvos bendruomeninės intervencijos, kontroliuojant kraujagyslinius rizikos veiksnius, atliekant atrankines kognityvinių sutrikimų patikras bei nukreipiant pacientus į specializuotus Atminties sutrikimų kabinetus turėtų tapti prioritetu KFS prevencijai pagyvenusių žmonių populiacijoje.

In November 2010, the Library of the Peace Palace in The Hague acquired a copy of Hugo Grotius’s seminal study on the law of war, De iure belli ac pacis (Paris: Nicolas Buon, 1625). The purchase represents the very rare first state (issue or printing) of the first edition, item no. 565-I in the well-known bibliography of Grotius’s works by Jacob Ter Meulen and P.J.J. Diermanse. This article is an adapted version of a speech held in the Peace Palace on 21 February 2011, when the copy of De iure belli ac pacis was presented to the public. After a short survey of the genesis, printing history and early reception, the article goes into the differences between the three states of the first edition and their significance for the interpretation of Grotius’s work. A provisional checklist of copies in public libraries is added in an appendix.

Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD Negeri 1 Pakis pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kemampuan membaca siswa rendah adalah proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan media konvensional yaitu dengan menggunakan papan tulis dan pembelajaran hanya berpusat kepada guru serta membuat siswa pasif. Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media kartu huruf dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kemapuan membaca permulaan di kelas I SD Negeri 1 Pakis Kecamatan Kradenan Kabupaten Grobogan. Variabel yang menjadi sasaran perubahan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD, sedangkan variabel tindakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah media kartu huruf. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan jumlah siswa 25 orang, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari hasil tindakan siklus I diperoleh hasil belajar membaca permulaan siswa dengan nilai rata-ratanya 69 dengan presentase siswa 52%. Hasil tindakan siklus II diperoleh hasil belajar membaca permulaan siswa dengan nilai rata-ratanya 78,67 dengan presentase siswa 92%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (membaca permulaan) dengan penggunaan media kartu huruf dapat meingkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan di kelas I SD Negeri Pakis Kecamatan Kradenan Kabupaten Grobogan.

This paper looks at Nikola Pasic?s views of and contribution to the foreign policy of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (SCS/Yugoslavia after1929) during the latest phase of his political career, a subject that has been neglected by historians. His activities in this field are divided into two periods - during the Paris Peace Conference where he was the head of the SCS Kingdom?s delegation and after 1921 when he became Prime Minister, who also served as his own Foreign Minister. During the peace conference, Pasic held strong views on all the major problems that faced his delegation, particularly the troubled delimitation with Italy in the Adriatic. In early 1920, he alone favoured the acceptance of the so-called Lloyd George-Clemenceau ultimatum, believing that the time was working against the SCS Kingdom. The Rapallo Treaty with Italy late that year proved him right. Upon taking the reins of government, Pasic was energetic in opposing the two restoration attempts of Karl Habsburg in Hungary and persistent in trying to obtain northern parts of the still unsettled Albania. In time, his hold on foreign policy was weakening, as King Alexander asserted his influence, especially through the agency of Momcilo Nincic, Foreign Minister after January 1922. Pasic was tougher that King and Nincic in the negotiations with Mussolini for the final settlement of the status of the Adriatic town of Fiume and the parallel conclusion of the 27 January 1924 friendship treaty (the Pact of Rome). Since domestic politics absorbed much of his time and energy, the old Prime Minister was later even less visible in foreign policy. He was forced to resign in April 1926 on account of his son?s corruption scandal shortly before the final break-down of relations with Italy.

SUMMARY Language Planning in a Minority Language The Rhaeto-Romansch language, spoken by 35,000 people in the Swiss canton of Grisons, is in great danger, although it enjoys generous moral and financial support from all of Switzerland. Up to now, a major handicap in the use of the language for practical purposes in legislation, administration, commerce, and even in posters and signs has been the lack of a common written language for all forms of Romansch. Topographical obstacles in this mountainous area, coupled with religious antagonisms and the lack of a capital city to serve as a cultural center, have led to the creation and development of five different written forms since the invention of printing. This lack is more acutely felt today than ever before. Accordingly, the Romansch League, the coordinating body of all Romansch societies, commissioned a professor at the University of Zurich, Heinrich Schmid, to develop guidelines for a common written language for all regions, although earlier individual efforts of this kind had failed. In 1982 Professor Schmid presented his language program to the Romansch League, which, after a few minor changes, accepted and published it. Over the past four years this new language, based primarily on the regional languages of the lower Engadine and of the Rhine Valley, has found much support and is already widely used in practice despite opposition in conservative circles. The postal service, government agencies, and business are already using it, but there is some hesitation among literary figures. It is reasonable to conclude, however, that the purely experimental phase of the project is now over.

Abstract CDK4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6i) such as palbociclib and ribociclib are used to treatER+/HER2- breast cancer, but patients can develop resistance via mechanismsincluding the INK4-CDK6 complex which have been shown to limit the effectiveness ofCDK4/6i in ER+ breast cancer. Up to 20% patients exhibit innate resistance and up to70% patients develop acquired resistance after 3 years on therapy (Scheidemann,2021). To address this limitation, we utilized our PRODEGY platform of Cereblon(CRBN) binders to synthesize CRBN mediated CDK4/6 bifunctional degraders topotently inhibit tumor growth in CDK4/6i resistant tumors and in treatment naïveER+/HER2- breast cancer and triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). We examined theeffect of our degraders on multiple nodes of this pathway. Target degradation byimmunoblot analysis of TNBC cell line, MDA-MB-231, treated with our CDK4/6bifunctional degraders for 6 hours showed over 50% degradation of CDK4 and CDK6at 10-100nM. Active CDK4/6 phosphorylates the protein RB which releases thetranscription factor E2F, inducing the expression of genes which promote cell cycleprogression. Analysis of RB phosphorylation by in-cell western upon 24 hour ofCDK4/6 degrader treatment showed phospho-RB IC50s at <50nM. Cell cycle analysisby staining with propidium iodide after 24 hours of treatment with CDK4/6 degradersinduced G0/G1 cell cycle arrest at concentrations as low as 10nM. As a readout forgrowth inhibition through cell cycle arrest, we examined the ability of these degradersto inhibit the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells in a 2D colony formation assay (CFA)over a 10-day period. Our CDK4/6 degraders showed potent inhibition of cellproliferation with CFA IC50s of <50nM. We demonstrated that our CDK4/6 bifunctionaldegraders were significantly more potent in vitro than the CDK4/6i, palbociclib andribociclib, and the increased activity was due to CRBN mediated target degradation.Our CDK4/6 bifunctional degraders display excellent pharmacokinetic properties inmice with half-lives between 2-10 hours, oral bioavailability between 50-96% and arecurrently being evaluated for tumor growth inhibition against standard of caremolecules in MDA-MB-231 and MCF7 xenograft models. Clinical CDK4/6i are beingevaluated as combinations in TNBC, but the enhanced potency of CDK4/6 degradersin the TNBC cell lines shows that this approach is more promising for this aggressivetype of breast cancer. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Januari sampai Februari 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi 155 orang dan jumlah sampel 61 orang. Data dianalis, secara deskriptif kwalitatif dan kwantitatif dengan analisis kelayakkan usahatani. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Karakteristik petani padi sawah di Nagari Pasia Palangai Kecamatan Ranah Pesisir Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang dominan umur petani 45-50 tahun (40,98%), pendidikan SD (50,82%), pengalaman berusahatani 21-30 tahun (37,70%) dan tanggungan keluarga 2-4 orang (80,33% ), luas lahan >0,50 Ha (54,02%). Rata-rata produksi usaha tani padi sawah tadah hujan di Nagari Pasie Palangai adalah 4.647 kg/MT, Penerimaan sebesar Rp 23.233.890/MT, total biaya produksi Rp8,200,740 /MT, pendapatan sebesar Rp. 18,587,924/Ha/MT dan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 15,033,150/Ha/MT. Usahatani padi sawah tadah hujan di lokasi penelitian layak dilakukan dengan nilai R/C rasio sebesar 2,8. BEP produksi sebesar 1.640 kg dengan harga jual Rp 5.000 dan BEP harga sebesar Rp 1.765.

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of lowland rice farmers and analyze the feasibility of rainfed lowland rice farming in Nagari Pasia Palangai, Ranah Pesisir District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research was conducted from January to February 2021. The research method used was descriptive method with a population of 155 people and a total sample of 61 people. The data were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively, by analyzing the feasibility of farming. The results showed the characteristics of lowland rice farmers in Nagari Pasia Palangai, Ranah Pesisir District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, the dominant age of farmers was 45-50 years (40.98%), elementary education (50.82%), farming experience 21-30 years (37, 70%) and 2-4 family dependents (80.33%), land area >0.50 Ha (54.02%). The average production of rainfed lowland rice farming in Nagari Pasie Palangai is 4,647 kg/MT, revenue is Rp.23,233,890/MT, total production costs are Rp. 8,200,740/MT, income is Rp. 18,587,924/Ha/MT and a profit of Rp. 15,033,150/Ha/MT. Rainfed lowland rice farming in the research location is feasible with an R/C ratio value of 2.8. BEP production of 1,640 kg with a selling price of Rp 5,000 and BEP price of Rp 1,765.

Abstract Hugo Grotius’s best-known work, De iure belli ac pacis, appeared in 1625 in Paris with the author’s approval. A second unauthorised version was published in 1626 in Frankfurt. In 1631 the Amsterdam publisher, Willem Janszoon Blaeu (1571–1638), issued the third edition, this one authorised by the author – and this edition featured nearly a thousand revisions by Grotius. The purpose of this report is to analyse the context behind the publication of this third edition and the copies’ provenance records. Using online and card catalogues, we have located 154 copies. We examined 52 copies in person, and another three fully digitised copies online. We hope that this research note on preliminary results will generate greater interest in this unduly neglected edition, and that readers will kindly bring further copies to our attention.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bermaksud mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan permainan bingo matematik untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung operasi pecahan siswa SD. Selain itu penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan hasil belajar, aktivitas belajar respon siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan permainan bingo matematik.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode permainan bingo matematik dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 SDN Pakis V Surabaya. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini berupa data aktivitas siswa yang dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Data respon siswa yang dikumpulkan melalui angket terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode permainan bingo matematik adalah positif. Data hasil belajar siswa menggunakan tes hasil belajar yang menentukan ketuntasan belajar baik individu maupun klasikal
Aktivitas rata-rata peserta didik aktif lebih besar dari rata-rata aktivitas peserta didik pasif (66,44% > 52,62%), respon yang ditangkap oleh siswa kelas IV SDN Pakis 5 Surabaya selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode permainan bingo matematik adalah positif dan memiliki minat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Hasil perolehan belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Pakis 5 Surabaya selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode permainan bingo matematik adalah sebesar 89,18% sehingga secara klasikal dapat dinyatakan tuntas.

Abstract
This study intends to develop and implement mathematical bingo games to improve numeracy skills of elementary school students fractional operations. In addition, this study will describe the results of study before, after and learning activities of students in the learning of mathematics using mathematical bingo game.
The method used in this research is the method of mathematical bingo game with the subjects in this study is the 4th grade students of SDN Pakis V Surabaya. The results obtained from this research is a student activity data were collected using observation sheet student activity indicating that the student is active in the following study . Student response data were collected through questionnaires to learning by using mathematical methods bingo game is positive. Data of student learning outcomes using achievement test that determines whether individual mastery learning and classical
Activities average active learners greater than average activity passive learners (66,44% > 52,62%), responses were captured by fourth grade students of SDN Pakis 5 Surabaya during the learning process using mathematical methods bingo game is positive and has an interest in participating in learning. The result of the acquisition of the fourth grade students of SDN Pakis 5 Surabaya during the learning process using mathematical methods bingo games amounted to 89.18 %, so the classical can be declared complete.

Abstract: Subground passive cooling is a passive cooling technique that is carried out by flowing cold air in the ground into the room. The Pasio Christi Church in Cibunut, Kuningan, West Java was founded in 1965. Then the church implemented a passive cooling subground system through renovations carried out on May 11, 2018. This passive cooling system is usually carried out in areas with subtropical to cold climates, however Cibunut who has a tropical climate tries to implement this system. In fact, there is concern if the system is implemented in the tropics, such as humidity entering the system, causing fungal problems that can have an impact on health. . Therefore this research describes the application of the subground passive cooling system in tropical climates with the following steps: (i) data collection in the form of literature studies, (ii) identification of the subground passive cooling system of Cibunut Church, (iii) elaboration of theory regarding subground passive cooling, (iv) analysis of the application of subground passive cooling of the Cibunut church with the results of theoretical elaboration. This research is expected to be able to contribute in science, especially regarding the application of subground passive cooling systems in tropical climates.Abstrak: Subground passive cooling merupakan teknik pendinginan pasif yang dilakukan dengan mengalirkan udara dingin dalam tanah ke dalam ruangan. Gereja Pasio Christi di Cibunut, Kuningan, Jawa Barat didirikan sejak 1965. Lalu gereja ini menerapkan sistem subground passive cooling melalui renovasi yang dilakukan pada 11 Mei 2018. Sistem pendinginan pasif ini biasanya dilakukan pada wilayah dengan iklim subtropis hingga iklim dingin, namun demikian Cibunut yang beriklim tropis mencoba untuk menerapkan sistem ini. Padahal ada kekawatiran jika sistem ini diterapkan di wilayah tropis, seperti kelembaban yang masuk dalam sistem sehingga muncul permasalahan jamur yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini mendiskripsikan mengenai penerapan sistem subground passive cooling pada wilayah beriklim tropis dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : (i) pengumpulan data dalam bentuk studi literatur, (ii) identifikasi sistem subground passive cooling Gereja Cibunut, (iii) elaborasi teori mengenai subground passive cooling, (iv) analisis penerapan subground passive cooling gereja Cibunut dengan hasil elaborasi teori. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih dalam keilmuan terutama mengenai penerapan sistem subground passive cooling pada wilayah beriklim tropis.

Abstract Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is an aggressive form of brain cancer with limited treatment options. GBM has a high frequency of dysregulation of the CDKN2A-cyclin D-CDK4/CDK6 signaling node and should subsequently be sensitive to CDK4/6 inhibition. Despite this, the CDK4/6 inhibitors that are approved for HR+/HER2- breast cancer have shown limited efficacy in GBM due to poor blood brain barrier (BBB) penetration. BTX-9341 is a Cereblon (CRBN) mediated CDK4/6 bifunctional degrader that we have developed for HR+/HER2- breast cancer. This degrader shows good exposure in brain tissues with a high brain to plasma ratio. Given the exposure in the brain, we explored the in vitro and in vivo efficacy of BTX-9341 in GBM cell line and xenograft models. GBM cell lines treated with BTX-9341 showed up to 86% degradation of CDK4 and CDK6 with DC50s <1nM. CDK4/6 phosphorylates the protein RB which releases the transcription factor E2F, inducing the expression of genes which promote cell cycle progression. We examined RB phosphorylation by immunoblot and cell cycle progression by propidium iodide staining followed by flow cytometry. BTX-9341 was potent in all downstream assays, with phospho-RB IC50s <10nM, and G0/G1 cell cycle arrest at concentrations as low as 10nM. We used a 2D colony formation assay (CFA) to assess inhibition of proliferation by cell cycle arrest. BTX-9341 potently inhibited cell proliferation with CFA IC50s of 13-100nM in GBM cell lines. BTX-9341 displays excellent pharmacokinetic properties with good oral bioavailability and high brain to plasma ratios which allowed for oral dosing in both subcutaneous and orthotopic xenograft studies. We examined tumor growth inhibition efficacy in two GBM xenograft models: an intracranial U87 model and a subcutaneous U118 model and saw robust tumor growth inhibition in both models with BTX-9341 treatment. The U118 cells have partially unmethylated MGMT, which lead to a loss of efficacy of temozolomide over time, while BTX-9341 maintained inhibition of tumor growth. This indicates that BTX-9341 may be effective in patient populations for which temozolomide is ineffective. The U87 intracranial xenograft model also showed dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition upon treatment with BTX-9341, indicating that BTX-9341 can cross the BBB and reach concentrations high enough to execute cell proliferation inhibition effects. BTX-9341 treated mice also had much better survival than abemaciclib treated mice, the only CDK4/6i which has BBB penetration. These results show that BTX-9341 displays excellent single agent activity in vitro and in vivo in GBM models. The xenograft data indicates that BTX-9341 can inhibit growth of MGMT methylated and unmethylated GBM cell lines, and that BTX-9341 can inhibit tumor growth in the brain more effectively than BBB penetrant CDK4/6i. Together this data shows that BTX-9341 may be a promising candidate for treating GBM. Abstract CDK4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6i) such as palbociclib, abemaciclib and ribociclib are used to treat HR+/HER2- breast cancer, but patients can develop resistance via many mechanisms, several of which converge on the upregulation of the cyclin D-CDK4/6 signaling node. This has been shown to limit the effectiveness of CDK4/6i in ER+ breast cancer with up to 20% patients exhibiting innate resistance and up to 70% patients developing acquired resistance after 3 years on therapy (Scheidemann, 2021). To address acquired resistance, we sought a degrader approach. We utilized our PRODEGY platform of Cereblon (CRBN) binders to synthesize CRBN mediated CDK4/6 bifunctional degraders and identified BTX-9341 as a development candidate. Breast cancer cell lines treated with BTX-9341 showed up to 85% degradation of CDK4 and CDK6 with DC50s <1nM. CDK4/6 phosphorylates the protein RB which releases the transcription factor E2F, inducing the expression of genes which promote cell cycle progression. We examined RB phosphorylation by in-cell western, E2F target gene expression by qPCR and cell cycle progression by propidium iodide staining followed by flow cytometry. BTX-9341 was potent in all downstream assays, with phospho-RB IC50s <30nM, E2F target gene downregulation and G0/G1 cell cycle arrest at concentrations as low as 10nM. These downstream effects were sustained throughout 72 hours with BTX-9341 treatment but recovered more rapidly with Palbociclib treatment. We used a 2D colony formation assay (CFA) to assess inhibition of proliferation by cell cycle arrest. BTX-9341 potently inhibited cell proliferation with CFA IC50s of 20-50nM while CDK4/6i had CFA IC50s of 50-1000nM. This increased activity was due to CRBN mediated target degradation, as demonstrated by a shift in CFA IC50 values in a CRBN knockout cell line towards the values seen with the inhibitors. In palbociclib-resistant HR+/HER2- cell line models BTX-9341 maintained a low CFA IC50 (<150nM) while CDK4/6i displayed micromolar CFA IC50s. BTX-9341 displays excellent pharmacokinetic properties which allowed for oral dosing in xenograft studies. In several breast cancer xenograft models, BTX-9341 showed dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition, tumor regression at higher dose levels, and was effective with multiple alternate dosing regimens. These results show that BTX-9341 displays excellent single agent activity in vitro and in vivo and that this activity is maintained in CDK4/6i resistant models. This indicates that a degrader approach to targeting this pathway may be more effective than current therapies, and that using this modality in a post CDK4/6i setting may be more effective than switching CDK4/6 inhibitors. Rohinton belongs to the Parsi Zoroastrain religious minority while residing in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Being himself a victim, most of his works are concerned to scrutinize the complexities of contemporary rootlessness and alienated identities of the Parsi community he describes. While in India these Parsis are called “Ghatis” and when they move towards the United States and Canada, they are called “Pakis”, and Mistry considers both of them to be dehumanizing. He raises voice against the victimization of these emigrants and immigrants and highlights their struggle also.

Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian yaitu nelayan anak, orang tua, masyarakat Pasir Kandang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nelayan anak memilih bekerja menjadi seorang nelayan di banding bersekolah di usia sekolah, karena sudah mampu menghasilkan uang sendiri dan memiliki pola hidup yang konsumtif, dengan membeli barang-barang mahal, kendaraan pribadi dan mencari hiburan malam.Hal ini diharapkan agar nelayan anak di Pasir Kandang Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang, sebaiknya lebih mementingkan sekolah agar memiliki taraf hidup yang lebih baik, semakin tinggi pendidikan kita semakin mudah kita mendapatkan pekerjaan dan kehidupan yang terjamin.

Abstract This article provides new information on the publication history of the first edition of the text that, according to many scholars, laid the ground for the growth of international law: Hugo Grotius’s De iure belli ac pacis. Drawing on the preliminary findings of the Grotius Census Project at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, funded by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft), the following pages shed light on the first three states of the typescript, the sources that Grotius had access to in France while drafting the book, and the early circulation of the 1625 edition, published by Nicolas Buon in Paris. The goal of this publication is to disseminate updated information on the printing history of this key text in the history of legal and political thought, and to invite readers to come forward with more information about the location of the remaining copies of the text, in order to advance our understanding of the rise of international law around the world.

Abstract The first edition of Hugo Grotius’s De iure belli ac pacis was published in Paris by Nicolas Buon in 1625. An unauthorised second edition appeared in Frankfurt a year later, from the reputable Wechel press. After Grotius made hundreds of changes to the first and second states of the first edition, and failed to convince the publisher Nicolas Buon of the merits of printing yet another edition of the book, the Wechels’s release of a new edition sought to capitalise on the high demand for the text, as copies had sold out in Central Europe by the summer of 1625. In this preliminary report on the 1626 edition, using online and card catalogues, we have located 59 surviving copies. We examined thirteen copies in person, and another three fully digitised copies online, and on the basis of this small sample we have been able to draw a number of conclusions. We hope that this research note on preliminary results will generate interest in this unduly neglected edition, and that readers will kindly bring further copies to our attention.

We present the results of the PASS questionnaire adaptation on the Russian sample. The description of the PASS and differences from the original version are provided. The study was conducted in two stages. The first stage involves the allocation of a fixed number of factors – causes of procrastination and personality traits of a procrastinator, and the allocation of the normal frequency distribution of procrastination in the Russian-speaking population. The second stage involves checking the stability of selected factors with the test-retest studies with 30 days delay. The first stage of the study involved 148 subjects, the second stage - 31 subjects. Subjects in both groups were men and women aged 18 to 25 years with at least completed secondary education. Fixed factors of procrastination causes and personality traits of procrastinators were found in the first group of subjects. In the second group of subjects, these data have been verified by test-retest.

Sistem diatesis suatu bahasa terkait erat dengan sistem pemarkahannya, baik pemarkahan secara morfologis maupun secara sintaktis. Secara linguistik tipologi, bahasa akusatif memiliki diatesis aktif dan pasif, sedangkan bahasa ergatif memiliki diatesis ergatif dan antipasif. Bahasa Indonesia digolongkan sebagai bahasa yang memiliki diatesis aktif dan pasif, sehingga bahasa Indonesia dapat dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok bahasa akusatif. Berdasarkan kajian diatesis yang dilihat dari perspektif linguistik tipologi, diatesis aktif dan pasif bahasa Indonesia menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan jika dibandingkan dengan diatesis aktif pasif dalam bahasa yg bertipe akusatif. Bahasa Indonesia memiliki dua tipe pasif: ‘pasif di-’ dan ‘pasif pronomina’. Berdasarkan sistem kebermarkahan, konstruksi pasif di- yang dimarkahi secara morfologis memiliki bentuk aktif yang juga dimarkahi secara morfologis. Dengan kata lain, konstruksi pasif di- memiliki diatesis aktif dan pasif yang sama-sama memiliki pemarkahan secara morfologis. Dalam konstruksi pasif di-, verba yang menunjukkan diatesis pasif dimarkahi oleh prefiks di-, sedangkan verba yang menunjukkan diatesis aktif dimarkahi oleh prefiks meng-. Secara sintaktis, subjek kalimat pasif berfungsi sebagai ajung (adjunct) dalam bentuk frasa preposisional dan bisa dilesapkan. Pada konstruksi pasif pronomina, verba yang menunjukkan diatesis pasif muncul dalam bentuk verba dasar, sedangkan verba yang menunjukkan diatesis aktif dimarkahi oleh prefix meng-. Agen dalam kalimat pasif pronomina tidak dapat dilesapkan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pasif pronomina, diatesis aktif lebih bermarkah daripada diatesis pasifnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan pendekatan tipologi linguistik, diatesis aktif dan pasif dalam bahasa Indonesia tidak memenuhi persyaratan diatesis secara tipologi.Kata Kunci: diatesis, aktif, pasif, akusatif, ergatif

Abstract This study aimed to evaluate and compare the perception of parenting practices before and during the incarceration of men deprived of liberty. Fifty-seven men aged between 22 and 61 years (M = 36.16; SD = 8.44) participated in the study, with family income of one to two minimum wages (31.6%), did not complete elementary school (54.4%), were married (73.7%), and had two or more children (73.7%) aged 4 to 16 years. They answered socio-demographic questions and the Parenting Practices Inventory (PPI) for conditions in liberty and in prison. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, mean comparison tests and Pearson correlation. Regarding their condition of imprisonment, there was a significant reduction in scores of parental practices of “Discipline”, “Education” and “Social”, but not in “Affection”. The scores for “Discipline” for conditions in liberty and in prison showed a strong correlation. The implications of these results are discussed, limitations and future directions are also indicated.

Different steps have been taken to improve it, including the application of artificial roughness, double glazing, colour coating, and multi-pass flow. In this article, a detailed assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of a solar air heater has been conducted by applying various types of double-pass arrangements. The effects of various methods applied so far are deeply analysed and discussed to create a better understanding. Future opportunities, challenges, and concerns are also addressed, with a fruitful conclusion in the last.
