The article deals with the dynamics of online fundraising in Ukrainian non-profit organizations, analyzes its tools and features, describes the main tendencies in using online technologies, examines new formats, opportunities, effective tools for the development of non-profit sector and identifies processes, that are necessary for effective functioning of non-profit organizations in context of digitalization due to the transition to online format. The world experience of various models regarding the application and use of online technologies is analyzed. Online fundraising means activities aimed at allocation of physical and financial resources for the implementation of non-profit programs and projects of non-profit organizations through the Internet. During a pandemic, fundraising, like many other social activities, switched to online platforms, and this factor influenced the active development of the use of online tools. The number of online payments received by non-profit organizations is increasing every year. The processes of digital transformation related to the transition to online format have started inevitably. The digitalization of the non-profit sector is one of the key vectors for the use of online tools in fundraising. A set of website features, built-in services and user-friendliness are on top. Volunteers promote their initiatives on social media for the benefit of non-profit organizations, in this way, the institutions have the opportunity to increase the audience of their donors. Online tools help to attract new audiences, using the opportunities of social media and other tools that promote joint actions. It is important for all non-profit organizations to keep in touch with their partners and donors as well as to be as transparent and accurate as possible. Concerning the tendencies of online fundraising, one should note that the business laws work in charity too. The sector is actively developing: a lot of people already use payment systems and SMS payments. New convenient initiatives and mechanisms are emerges. Online tools make it possible to analyze the behavior of donors, conduct experiments using various incentives for their direct interest in donating and facilitate feedback. This increases the effectiveness of non-profit fundraising efforts at the donation market and increases encouragement and satisfaction of donors.

Non-profit organizations represent the basis for all democratic societies. They have a key role in modernizing welfare states, building trust, civic virtues and social capital. Cooperation within the local community creates additional capabilities (capacities) for problem solving and improvement of the quality of life. However there are a number of managerial issues relating to the activities of the non-profit organizations. The most common problems are the lack of financial resources and the unsustainability of development, the lack of work professionalism, lack of transparency of organizations and the connection to a broader membership, lack of leadership, poor networking and a low level of cooperation between organizations, low level of cooperation with the media and an underdeveloped role of advocacy (Bežovan, 2005). The lack of financial resources is one of the main problems nowadays, primarily due to non-profit organizations high dependency on the public budget (grants). Simultaneously, there is an increasing number of registered non-profit organizations that compete for a continuously decreasing number of public grants. Therefore, long-term sustainability of non-profit organizations is highly questionable. The solution can be found in carefully planned fundraising activities involving potential donors or sponsors in order to increase the proportion of grants and self-earned revenues and therefore reducing the need for public grants. Fundraising is still relatively unknown within the Croatian non-profit sector, which is also confirmed by studies indicating that non-profit organizations in Croatia are not familiar with what the term “fundraising” comprises.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide models to analyze the efficiency of programs and efficiency of fundraising to apply the models to non-profit organizations (NPOs) in Korea and to draw out improvement points of inefficiency using data envelopment analysis (DEA). Design/methodology/approach Using DEA, this study analyzed the program efficiency and fundraising efficiency of 22 Korean NPOs in the field of humanitarian assistance. Findings Of 22 NPOs, 15 were identified as being efficient in the program efficiency and 7 of 15 NPOs were found efficient in the fundraising efficiency. In all, four organizations were found efficient in both the program and the fundraising efficiency. Using CCR and BCC model, this study proposed the cause of inefficiency and state of returns of scale. Practical implications This study presents non-profit efficiency evaluation models regarding program efficiency and fundraising efficiency. This study provides the inefficient DMUs with their reference set of efficient DMUs to improve efficiency and the cause of inefficiency, whether the inefficiency is because of the pure technical inefficiency or the scale inefficiency. This study also indicates the state of variable returns to scale to propose the way of improving inefficiency by controlling the scale of inputs. The methods and the results of this study can serve as a model for researchers and practitioners to follow when evaluating efficiency in the NPOs. Originality/value This study has the value of performing the empirical studies of efficiency analysis of Korean NPOs and providing non-profits with the model of efficiency analysis in programs and fundraising activities and basis for establishing strategies to improve both efficiencies.

The increasing demands on non-profit organizations to support the growing needs of communities during economic hardships require these organizations to look for alternative and creative fundraising options. This study used a customized approach of the Appreciative Inquiry organizational analysis model developed by Thatchenkery ( 2005 ) to examine a non-profit organization’s fundraising enablers and to identify how the organization could sustain its fundraising levels during the economic challenges of 2009. This process-consulting model was used to focus on the organization’s strengths to allow the organization to build on them. A three-member doctorate student research team not affiliated with the organization used a multiple phased process to collect and analyze data. The research was used to ultimately identify possibilities for increasing fundraising levels to meet the growing needs of the Pikes Peak Region community in Colorado, United States. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to provide a comparative analysis on the regulation, the applicable law and the tax treatment in the operations of NPOs in developing countries. Design/methodology/approach – A comparative analysis in term of NPOs legal framework governing the formation, existence, restriction and fundraising of NPOs, as well as the tax treatment for the NPOs. Findings – The findings suggest that regulations of NPOs in these countries exhibit a mixed picture with respect to the establishment, operation, affiliation and fundraising, as well as their tax incentives and preferences. In some countries, NPOs have fewer restrictions and are eligible for generous tax incentives, while for other countries, various restrictions and lack of incentives are the norms. The legal frameworks for NPOs are burdensome and, to some extent, do not reflect the importance of NPOs as partner for development of society. The findings also suggest that tax treatments in these countries vary from simple to complex coupled with obscure tax exemptions rules. Originality/value – Around the globe, authorities and society are increasingly acknowledging the important role of NPOs in dealing with social needs from basic poverty, health and sustainable environments. This study’s focus on NPOs regulation will provide an understanding for authorities to design an appropriate framework for the growth and vibrancy of the NPOs.

The article analyzes crowdfunding as the method of innovative solutions outsourcing as well as the main tool of fundraising for non-profit organizations in terms of developing IT technologies and global access to Internet networks. Crowdfunding opens prospects for non-profit organizations in the mobilization of tangible and intangible resources under the circumstances of rapidly growing competitive markets. The development of information technologies and computer networks gives an opportunity to create new forms of financing as well as promote projects that allow connecting with like-minded people around the world. Moreover, it facilitates fundraising coordination. Crowdfunding, due to its online form, conducts its activities through social network sites and specialized crowdfunding platforms. The latter gives its users an opportunity to carry out financial collections in order to cover the budget of the corresponding project. Such ideas of financing are based on the presentation of the beneficiary’s project and idea to Internet users via one of the crowdfunding platforms, where the amount needed is indicated for the implementation of the project and the duration of the collection. The phenomenon of crowdfunding platforms is considered as fundraising for projects, which are performed by non-profit organizations due to a big number of payments from donors interested in a project. In other words, it is a form of financing of different types of projects by both local and global communities using advertising and specialized Internet portals. Crowdfunding platforms, as the new alternative of financing for non-profit organizations, can be used in many different ways, however, not all companies, as well as projects, fit into that. Fundamental principles of crowdfunding include openness, accessibility, progressiveness, and truthfulness of the information. The situation in the Ukrainian market of crowdfunding platforms was investigated and some of its functioning attributes were revealed: crowdfunding, if used strategically, helps non-profit organizations reach interaction, informs about jobs, shares messages about the organization, and expands a donor base in order to increase general funding. Therefore, non-profit organizations which activities are related to crowdfunding win due to popularization, advocacy, and increasing trust in crowdfunding platforms. It serves as a fundraising method for a wide range of stakeholders, including beneficiaries, board members, employees, and donors.

The Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China officially establishes the management mode that combines administrative licensing of public fundraising qualification and registration of fundraising proposals. How this management mode will affect the “ecology” of philanthropy after the Charity Law takes effect is an issue worth close attention. Taking the practices of Guangzhou, the earliest explorer in fundraising system reform and relaxation of public fundraising restrictions, as example, this paper analyzes the influences of relaxing public fundraising restrictions on public fundraising monopoly, reform of government-run charitable organizations, resource structure of non-profit organizations and the construction of philanthropic supervision system and accordingly, proposes recommendations on the implementation of public fundraising system.

Findings Mann-Whitney’s U tests showed that PMO had, in those periods, a statistically significant influence in increasing the number of projects and decreasing the mean value of their budgets (p-value<0.05). Originality/value Despite the wide range of studies on the contribution of PMOs to internal project management, there is a lack of empirical evidence on their moderation capacity, especially in NGOs. This article explores gender stereotypes, discrimination and harassment in the fundraising profession and their impact on women’s fundraising careers. Using a feminist analysis, we investigate the types of gender-based stereotyping and harassment experienced by women who are members of the United Kingdom professional fundraising membership body, where 75% of female survey respondents reported experiencing stereotyping. Qualitative analysis of 366 respondents’ examples of gender-based stereotyping and data from three focus groups demonstrate how the fundraising profession is gendered, its impact on women and what actions need to be taken to tackle visible and unseen barriers that affect women’s careers. We conclude by emphasising the necessity for researchers to investigate non-profit and voluntary organisations with a critical orientation that accounts for the ways in which power is reinforced along categories of gender, age, race, class, disability and sexuality in order to realise the full potential of individual employees and the sector.

NGOs are crucial to the expansion of social cause requirements. There are numerous small NGOs in India working for a range of social concerns that support the uplift of the poor. Funding is the main requirement for an NGO to operate efficiently. In the past, whenever a non-profit organisation (NGO) needed money, they would need to plan fundraising events or approach businesses or wealthy individuals. This approach is effective, but it can eventually become tedious. Some new sources of funding for NGO projects are emerging as investment mechanisms change. In this essay, we talk about how popular it is for NGOs to use crowdfunding as a source of fundraising. With the advancement of the internet and information technology, crowdfunding has seen tremendous growth in recent years. The main goal of this essay is to define crowdfunding and describe its various forms for NGOs in India. Evaluation of the benefits, precautions to be taken, and risk associated with crowd fundraising. The article presents the results of a study of the digitalization of activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations in Yekaterinburg. This city was chosen because of its status as theadministrative center of the Ural Federal District and the Sverdlovsk Region, which scores high in the development ratings of the non-profit sector of social services. Interviews with representatives of SO NPOs showed that organizations in Yekaterinburg are going through the stage of “digitalization” Most often they resort to using websites, social networks, instant messengers and online fundraising. Some NGOs are working on creating digital products in various forms for online consultation. The digital dividends received by SO NPOs in Yekaterinburg include: reduction of time costs due to the introduction of electronic document management, an increase in the inflow of financial resources due to the use of online fundraising tools, and a reduction in the risk of loss of reputation due to an increase in the level of publication openness of information resources of NPOs. Information portals are gaining popularity among NGOs, acting as intermediaries in attracting intellectual volunteers to social projects. Furthermore, a sector-wide need in a regional information aggregator for NPOs and in facilitating access of non-profit social service providers to databases of service recipients was identified. Among the barriers to digital maturation is the lack of financial and human resources, the lack of a developed strategy for digital transformation.

Introduction/Main Objectives: Using celebrities for online fundraising has become increasingly popular, especially duringthe recent COVID-19 pandemic. It has encouraged social media influencers (SMIs) around the world to help raise money through their own Instagram accounts. Thus, this study aims to understand the roles of SMIs in fundraising activities, to identify the influencers’ attributes which affect their followers’ willingness to donate, and to explore the motivation of the followers to donate. The SMI who became the subject of this study is Rachel Vennya, an Instagram celebrity who is also an entrepreneur. Background Problems: The growing role of SMIs in online fundraising has indirectly made them idols. However, there is a need to investigate what drives social media users’ willingness to support and donate to online fundraising hosted by SMIs. Novelty: This study enriches the literature about SMIs and the motivation to donate in different contexts, such as online fundraising through Instagram, especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Research Methods: Using a qualitative method, semi-structured interviews with 10 informants, who were aged between 25 and 35 years old were conducted. The informants were selected from among Rachel Vennya’s Instagram followers and participated in her COVID-19 fundraising campaign. Finding/Results: In accordance with the objectives, there are three roles for the SMIs, which are expanding their followers, raising awareness and inspiring people to donate. The findings also identified three characteristics that affect the willingness of people to donate, namely attractiveness, trustworthiness and ability, while the influencer’s influence and making it easy to donate are the motivations for the followers’ intentions to donate. Conclusion: The findings could contribute to the knowledge of SMIs and online fundraising. They could also help the governments’ efforts to get non-profit organizations to focus attention on proactive strategies aimed at boosting their online fundraising campaigns in the future.

The article explores the use of social media in Russian non-governmental non-profit organizations. The role of social media as a PR and promotion tool and as a tool for attracting financial resources is considered. Based on the secondary data of the All-Russian representative survey of NGO leaders conducted by the Centre for Studies of Civil Society and the Nonprofit Sector, HSE (sample consists of 850 NGOs, face-to-face interviews were conducted in year 2021), hypotheses about the influence of organizational characteristics on the use of social media are tested using binary logistic regression. According to the results of the analysis, social media is the most popular online communication channel of NGOs in Russia, although a relatively small proportion of organizations practice fundraising on social networks, despite the fact that NGO leaders highly evaluate the effectiveness of this tool for raising funds. The use of social media is positively associated with the organizational pursuit of the information openness and accountability; troubled access to traditional media; social orientation; participation in government grants; and the size of the organization. The positive relationship between the size of the organization and the use of social media suggests that resource factors, such as the lack of qualified personnel to manage the accounts of the organization, may be a barrier to the use of social media. Overall, there is no obvious connection with the need to attract financial resources, neither the focus on private donations, nor the tendence to diversify sources of funding.

Purpose – The objective of this study was to examine the effects of performance and uniqueness as predictors of fundraising event quality. Design/methodology/approach – This study utilized intercept surveys collected from attendees at a non-profit fundraising event organized by the tourism and hospitality industry in a major tourism destination. Factor analysis was used to explore underlying event performance dimensions. Multiple regression analysis was used to assess predictability of event performance and unique experience design as predictors of event quality. Findings – Three salient dimensions were identified: Hedonic Event Performance, Event Design Performance and Informative Event Performance. Of the three dimensions, Hedonic Event Performance was found to significantly predict Event Quality. However, Unique Event Experience provided stronger predictability of Event Quality. Research limitations/implications – The results provide information which can be utilized by event organizers or managers to enhance the overall quality of fundraising events. The distinct attributes of event success identified in this study can be capitalized upon for improving future attendance. The use of event attendees from one particular event, which focused on a very specific cause, can be considered a limitation of the study. Originality/value – This study focused on identifying different dimensions of a fundraising event which impact quality. The study provides insight into uniqueness of event experiences and their effect on event quality.

During the last eight years, since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, some volunteer organizations that were created to help the Ukrainian army were able not only to expand their activities, but also to transform into charitable organizations with a defined management structure and areas of activity. In order to ensure the effective functioning of such entities, it is necessary to attract constantly financial resources, in particular, for medium- and long-term planning of their work. Fundraising is one of the ways to accumulate resources, particularly financial. There are various forms of co-financing and fundraising that strengthen the organization, including those ones engaged in foreign economic operations, both financially and contribute to the expansion of partnership. Therefore, modern volunteer organizations are a successful example of such tools implementation. In fact, funds are most often raised for charitable foundations, public organizations, etc. with the help of fundraising. However, in the modern realities of Ukrainian entrepreneurship, the use of fundraising tools can be used to preserve and develop the potential of domestic companies engaged in foreign economic operations in wartime. It was found that various scientists define the concept of fundraising as a complex system of activities or a method of communication. It has also been clarified which tools are used to implement the fundraising process within the framework of the activities of non-profit organizations and those engaged in foreign economic operations. Some peculiarities of fundraising activities in the United States of America were identified in terms of the high level of development of a democratic society, in particular, the importance of image, gaining customer loyalty, and holding physical events. By the way, an example of the successful attraction of financial resources by the charitable foundation “Povernys zhyvym” (“Come Back Alive”) as one of the most famous in Ukraine is given. Recommendations for domestic enterprises engaged in foreign economic operations seeking to attract financial resources for socially oriented projects are highlighted and listed.

The strategies that non-profit organizations choose for volunteer engagement and financial sustainability are of the utmost importance for successful work. The main purpose of this study was to investigate feasible strategies for volunteer engagement and financial sustainability. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the experience of volunteer managers in dealing with volunteers and financial matters together. Qualitative data analysis methods were used to code and analyze the data. Significant themes emerged from the data gathered through interviews that highlighted the strategies for volunteer engagement and financial sustainability chosen by the managers of non-profit organizations. From the manager’s perspective, the following strategies were considered important for engaging volunteers at non-profit organizations (NPOs): ‘building the skill sets of volunteers’, ‘fulfilling ulterior motives’, and ‘administering a culture of administrative support’. Moreover, ‘local fundraising preference’, ‘transparency’, and ‘building trust’ were regarded as successful strategies for maintaining financial sustainability. The findings of this study showed that, to function smoothly, non-profit organizations need to follow certain strategies to be cautious about volunteers as well as finance. The findings provide fruitful implications for practitioners and policy makers, and these are discussed in the paper. Furthermore, the limitations addressed in the study suggest a future direction for research in terms of study design and more focus on study informants.

Purpose In view of the increased impact of social media, non-profit organizations (NPOs) should review their management model for stakeholder relationships. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of factors on the use of Twitter by NPOs as a mechanism for disclosing information and dialogue with their stakeholders, and in particular: “donor dependence,” “fundraising expenses,” “organizational age,” “organizational size,” “online community size,” “network activity” and “board size.” Design/methodology/approach A content analysis of Twitter use as a strategic communication tool was conducted and a multivariable linear regression analysis was performed. Findings Smaller organizations and those with a larger online community are the most interested in implementing Twitter as a one or two-way communication strategy. Likewise, the NPOs with the highest degree of donor dependence strive most in the use of contents of Twitter as one-way communication mechanism. Social implications This study contributes to a better understanding of social media implementation in the NPO sector and advances the identification of the main causes that motivate NPOs to improve their accountability through social media. Originality/value The paper’s subject is relatively innovative due to the scarce studies focussing on social media used by NPOs. In spite of the advantages offered by Twitter, few studies have specifically addressed NPOs’ current use of this platform, and fewer still have analyzed the factors that motivate them to use this tool.

Researchers suggest that a better understanding of the factors that affect fundraising would be of great interest to policymakers and fundraisers. However, the workings of the sector are subject of much debate. Some relate its size to the Theory of Government Failure, while others propose that government funding does have a positive effect on revenues. Some have suggested they swing with Gross Domestic Product (GDP), but others contradict this view and contend that macroeconomic variables do not affect short-run dynamics. Some research found that non-profit revenues react more to economic upswings than downturns, but nationwide organizations relate the ups-and-downs to certain events, as they influence public awareness. Predictive modeling overall has focused on big-donor analytics, aimed at identifying potential sponsors. Our research set out instead to define a working model for the US Non-Profit Sector. After an exhausting search, we located complete time series for an emblematic segment, the environmental cause, Factor Analysis allowed us to pinpoint the independent variables. We found that Non-Profit Revenues (NPR) depend largely on Public Awareness, as measured by TV coverage, and on Disposable Personal Income (DPI), specifically: NPR = -4401.542 + 528.327(DPI) +23.121(TVCoverage) + Ɛ We replicated prior research, which sought out relationships between macro-economic variables and NPR. That study had discarded the correlation between GDP and NPR as obvious, but did not explore DPI as the determining factor, and stuck to single variable searches, finding a correlation between the Standard & Poors index and lagged NPR figures, with a correlation coefficient of 0.636. Our model’s Pearson's R came up to 0.935, with perfect significance levels. Confirmatory Factor Analysis reaffirmed the fit of our equation, with an R² of 0.87.

Public broadcast stations in the USA are often dependent on effective fundraising for their survival. Raising money from audiences has become an important avenue through which those non-profit broadcasting organizations build their budgets. Listener/viewer support of these stations has plateaued or declined in recent years. As a result, it may help to examine how psychology theories might be used to inform our understanding of public donation behaviour. This case study involving 983 US public broadcasting donors explored the potential for using the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) to model their donation intentions from three perspectives: ( a) public broadcasting donors in general, ( b) public radio donors, and ( c) public television donors. Additionally, an extended model of the TPB incorporating guilt was tested. Results suggested that not all factors of the traditional TPB contributed to the donation intentions for the different modes of public broadcasting. The addition of guilt to the model increased the explanatory power of the TPB model. Findings indicate the TPB could be a useful tool for understanding the behaviour of donors to non-profit or public broadcasting organizations and has the potential to inform campaign strategies and message development.

Only a few institutions are professionals in managing waqf in West Kalimantan Province. Baitulmaal Munzalan Indonesia Foundation (BMI) is present as one solution for people who want to donate their fund’s waqf through money in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Having only been established for three years, BIM has managed to raise funds cash waqf of Rp. 2.9 billion. This paper aims to explain the strategies and constraints faced by BMI in collecting endowment funds through money in the digital age. By using the type of field research and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and Focus Grup Discussion (FGD), there are two research results in this paper. First, the strategies used by BMI in developing cash waqf in the digital age are companies through social media (Facebook pages and Instagram) and tablig. Kampanye through social media is the most dominant strategy used by BMI and has enormous potential. Secondly, the obstacle felt by BMI in managing and developing cash waqf is negative perceptions from the community (external obstacle). Based on the results of this study, the authors argue that marketing through social media not only has positive implications for for-profit institutions but also non-profit institutions such as BMI in collecting and managing cash waqf in Indonesia.

This fact makes us aware that the potential for zakat should increase further and make it easier for BAZNAS North Sumatra Province to collect funds. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of implementing digitalization in compiling and reporting accounting. The data collection method uses researchqualitatively based with a phenomenological approach.Based on the research results, the implementation of digital fundraising can be said to be effective, but it is not yet effective in targeting accuracy, one of which is due to a lack of social engagement on social media. For fund accounting, which is a reporting rule for non-profit organizations, BAZNAS North Sumatra Province has implemented regulations with PSAK 109 and reporting has been digitized and automated.

Digital technologies are currently on top in all industries, including the sphere of charity and the activities of non-profit philanthropic organizations. The spread of the coronavirus pandemic has promoted the introduction and active use of a wide range of digital technologies. The activities of charitable organizations and their strategic development depend on their readiness for the digital transition, that is the development and implementation of digital technologies in almost all spheres and areas of work. In his article, the author provides an overview of the most striking examples reflecting the advantages of implementing charity digital technologies in the work of non-profit organizations engaged in various types of charitable activities in different countries. Based on his review, the author concludes that since charitable institutions are inevitably integrated with the digital economy, it is important for them to use new technologies and prepare for a digital transformation strategy in order to ensure the prosperity of the digital charity sector and to withstand the upcoming uncertainties. The author pays special attention to a fundraising technology. Since online donors usually donate less, fundraisers should work more carefully on the development of platforms and provide various channels for donations. The author substantiates the need to use contactless electronic payments to accept donations.

Nowadays it is impossible to imagine life without social media - Facebook, Instagram and Co. have become important platforms for public discourse, political communication and opinion-forming. Not only for companies, but also for nonprofit organizations (NPO), networking via social media creates potential. On the one hand, they offer a cost-effective dialog opportunity to address many interested parties and new target groups. On the other hand, the interaction of high-quality content and strategically planned social media posts not only gains reach, but also members and donations for the organization. At the same time, social media opens up space for hate speech, discrimination and racism, which is why a strategy to steadfastly counter negative reactions online is becoming increasingly important for nonprofit organizations as well. The purpose of this paper is to examine how the regional nonprofit organization in the welfare sector – German Red Cross district association in Leipzig and the surrounding region – is targeting social media communications to achieve its established goals of recruitment and fundraising. Unlike previous studies that focus on single social media platforms, this study examines the use of multiple social media platforms. This study included a qualitative analysis. We used qualitative content analysis (Mayring, 2015) to gain in-depth findings into the social media work of the NPO and its competitors. In the first step, competitors of the NPO were selected for the analysis based on their activities on the social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. For the selection of the competitors, own selection measures were chosen in order to make a suitable sample selection. Content categorization was used to interpret information within the social media profiles. The focus was on the textual and visual design of the social media accounts and individual posts of the competitors. For this purpose, the period of data collection included the months of June and September 2020. In summary, posts from 17 social media profiles were considered in the analysis, and we analyzed 21 Facebook posts, 12 Instagram posts, 15 tweets, and 20 YouTube videos. Based on the results, a strategic approach for the social media work of the non-profit organization could be developed in the form of recommendations for action. In addition, more donation campaigns are to be included in social media. Emotional storytelling leads to more interactions, which can generate a higher willingness to donate.
