In basketball, the use of statistics seems to be a necessity. The world basketball federation (FIBA) provides statistics on matches around the world that can be accessed through their official website. Although match statistics have a very important role, there are still many coaches, players and clubs in Indonesia who do not fully understand the importance of match statistics in determining the effectiveness of the basketball game.This study examines the effectiveness of the game from the CLS KNIGHTS BBM team in the Thailand Basketball Super League (TBSL) 2020 based on match statistics using descriptive quantitative methods using secondary data obtained from the official Thailand Basketball Super League (TBSL) 2020 website. The results of this study indicate that the CLS KNIGHTS BBM team has different statistical component results in each match. From the results of the calculation of the effectiveness of the game, BBM CLS KNIGHTS has the best record and plays the most effective against BRUNEI PEGASUS (BRN).

This article deals with the research of the ambiguous category of the personal brand of the great Russian clas-sic Leo Tolstoy. It is noted that its resource potential can be used for the regional development of the Crimea; the most significant factors and directions of the influence of the potential of the writer’s brand on modern cul-ture are considered. The author pays great attention to the consideration of this figure in the Internet space, while the “Crimean pages” of the writer’s creativity and biography take on increasing importance as promising and relevant for the promotion of a personal brand. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to effec-tively use a personal brand, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the region’s audience and mod-ern digital technologies that illuminate the “Crimean pages” of the classic’s creativity. Current cultural practices allow us to expand the idea of a particular figure, to use the visualization of this image to form the image of the Crimea in the direction of “L.N. Tolstoy and the Crimea”.

A questão que ora se faz pertinente é: como pensar nesse feminino como um outro que se fia cotidianamente, à procura de sua composição. With the move towards commercialization of proton exchange membrane water electrolyzers (PEMWE’s), the integration of the porous transport layer (PTL) and the anode catalyst layer (CL) into the porous transport electrode (PTE) is of much interest. Specifically, it is important to understand how different CL fabrication routes and ink formulations affect the performance. In addition to electrochemical characterization, a visual understanding of all components and the CL/PTL interface is needed to identify most optimum fabrication conditions. Typically, the CL is deposited on the polymer membrane, and then integrated with PTL. Deposition of the CL onto PTL has certain advantages, but generally results in CL with variation in coverage and thickness. Depending on the catalyst loading, this can range from very thin layers on the order of several hundred nanometers, to thicker coatings on the order of tens to hundreds of microns. Typically, characterization techniques such as Scanning Electron Microscopy Electron combined with X-Ray Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), is used in correlation with performance testing for initial assessment of the coating heterogeneity. Top-down analysis and analysis of cross-sections are both commonly employed. Other SEM-based techniques are also used, including Focused Ion Beam (FIB) technique, which can provide information about internal structure. Micro X-ray Computed Tomography (XCT) is another powerful method for investigation of CLs and their integration with PTLs 1. Thinner CLs produced with low catalyst loadings are inherently more challenging to characterize and require multi-analytical approach. This work investigates a series of PTEs produced using a Meyer Rod method. Fabrication parameters such as rod size, ink formulations and catalyst loadings were varied resulting in changes in the quality of the CLs. SEM-EDS and synchrotron micro-XCT (at the Advanced Photon Source (APS) on beamline 2-BM) were used to assess CL distribution, homogeneity, and thickness. This talk will discuss both benefits and limitations of using micro-XCT on these materials and compare techniques to highlight the benefit of using multiple characterization techniques for analysis. RESUME Objectif : est de promouvoir la conservation des grains de niébé, Vigna unguiculata L. (Walp.) sans recourir aux pesticides chimiques. Méthodologie et résultats: Après élevage de C. maculatus dans des stocks de niébé, les activités insectifuge et insecticide de la poudre et d’huile essentielle produites respectivement par mouture et par hydrodistillation d’épluchures d’orange séchées à l’ombre et à 28±5°C ont été déterminées. C. maculatus se multiplie à un taux moyen de 1,71±0,16 insectes/Jour/100g de niébé. Six et trois heures respectivement après leur application dans le niébé hermétiquement fermés à 30±1°C avec 70±10% d’hygrométrie, la poudre et l’huile essentielle d’épluchure d’orange sont répulsives à 100% vis-à-vis de C. maculatus. Ces bioconservateurs ont un effet insecticide sur C. maculatus avec des doses létales à 95% de 38±1,2g de poudre et de 16,535±0,099μl d’huile essentielle par 1kg d’insecte. Conclusions et application des résultats: La répulsivité totale de la poudre et de l’huile essentielle d’épluchures d’orange vis-à-vis de C. maculatus montre que leur emploi ne représenterait aucun danger pour la survie de l’insecte dans l’écosystème. Au vue de ces résultats, la poudre et l’huile essentielle d’épluchure d’orange peuvent donc constituer une alternative crédible dans la lutte contre Callosobruchus maculatus du niébé en stock. Methodology and results: After rearing C. maculatus in cowpea stocks, the insect repellent and insecticidal activities of the powder and essential oil produced by milling and hydrodistillation of shade-dried orange peels at 28±5°C, respectively, were determined. C. maculatus multiplied at an average rate of 1.71±0.16 insects/day/100g cowpea. Six and three hours respectively after their application in cowpea hermetically sealed at 30±1°C with 70±10% humidity, orange peel powder and essential oil were 100% repellent to C. maculatus. These bioconservatives have an insecticidal effect on C. maculatus with 95% lethal doses of 38±1.2g of powder and 16.535±0.099μl of essential oil per 1kg insect. Conclusions and application of results: The total repellence of the orange peel powder and essential oil to C. maculatus shows that their use would not pose any danger to the survival of the insect in the ecosystem. In view of these results, orange peel powder and orange peel essential oil can be a credible alternative for the control of Callosobruchus maculatus on cowpea in stock. Introduction: Although rare, acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in children and adolescents is the most frequent treatment-related malignancy in children and adolescents. Both, chemotherapy and irradiation, but also predisposing inherited syndromes might be involved in leukemogenesis. The overall prognosis is generally poor and curative treatment requires allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) in almost all cases. Methods: In clinical trials or registries of the AML‐BFM Study group, between 1993 and 2018 145 children and adolescents (f=70; m=75) with tAML have been enrolled. T‐AML was defined according to the WHO 2016 classification. Patients were included if the initial malignancy occurred before their 18th birthday. Thirteen patients were excluded due to the lack of data concerning the primary malignancy. Whereas between 1993 and 2003, full AML-BFM treatment with double induction and two consolidation elements prior to SCT was recommended (AML-BFM 93 / AML-BFM 98), since 2004 only double induction and direct alloSCT have been applied. AlloSCT should be performed in 1st CR but also in case of no evidence of blasts (NEL), e.g. hematological regeneration was not required. Results: The median age was 10.6 years old and ranged from 1.4 to 26.6 years. The median percentage of BM blasts was 68% (range 11 ‐ 95%), the median WBC of 10,100/ μl (range 1,100 ‐ 201,000/μl) and hemoglobin 9.6 g/dl (range 6.5‐13.1 g/dl) According to the FAB classification, FAB M4/M5 (66%) was the largest group, followed by FAB M0/M1/ M2 (25%), FAB M6/M7 (6%) and others (6%). This corresponded to genetics: t(9;11) 32% and other MLL rearranged AML ((10;11); t(11;19), t(4;11); 15%, normal (n=13; 13%), or complex karyotype (n=10; 10%). Other patients had different findings such as n‐ras (n=8; 8%), trisomy 8 (n=5; 5%), t(8;21); 1%, inv(16), 2%, monosomy 7 (n=2; 2%), WT1 (n=4;4%) or NPM1, c‐kit, CEBPαdm, FLT3‐ITD (n=1 each). Twenty-eight different primary malignancies were reported, the median interval between primary malignancy and tAML was 2.6 years (range 1.3 to 22 years). Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (n=37, 28%) was the most frequent primary malignancy, however in total tAML occurred in 47% of the patients following solid tumors (n=68; Ewing-sarcoma n=11, 8%, osteosarcoma n=12; 9%, neuroblastoma n=13, 10%, rhambomyosarcoma n=7; 5%, nephroblastoma n=5; 4%), in 40% following systemic malignancies (ALL, non-Hodgkin lymphoma n=7; 7%, Hodgkin-lymphoma (n=6, 4%) and in 13% following brain tumors (medulloblastoma n=6, 4%; others n=8, 9%).The 5yrs‐overall survival (OS) rate of the complete cohort was 28 ± 4%, increasing from 19 ± 5% (n=70 1993‐2003) to 34±7% (n=41, 2004‐2011) up to 45±9% (n=34 2012‐2018; p log rank <0.03). The OS is similar for solid tumors (28±6%) and systemic malignancies (37±6%) but inferior for patients with a previous brain tumor (6±6%; p<0.002). Early death was recorded in 20/145 patients (14%). Children with tAML, who achieved CR (47%) or at least no evidence of leukemia (NEL; 39%) had an OS 60±7% and 32±11%, respectively. By contrast, 10 out of 11 patients with persistence blasts at time of alloSCT died. Conclusions: T‐AML in pediatric patients is still associated with a poor prognosis due to poor response, increased toxicities and unfavorable genetic aberrations. T-AML following brain tumors as 1st malignancy showed the worst prognosis. The reduction to two treatment elements prior to alloSCT and proceeding to SCT without CR might contribute to the improvement of survival. 2552 Background: MT-6402, an engineered toxin body (ETB) , has been designed to be effective in patients (pts) previously treated with checkpoint inhibitors (CPIs) by utilizing 3 unique mechanisms of action (MOA): (i) remodeling of the tumor microenvironment by elimination of PD-L1+ immunosuppressive cells like myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), (ii) direct cell kill of PD-L1+ expressing tumor cells, (iii) delivery of HLA-A*02 restricted cytomegalovirus (CMV) peptide pp65 to PD-L1 expressing cells to direct a CMV specific CD8 T-cell response against the tumor. Methods: Dose escalation continues with MT-6402 (QW in 4-week cycles) in pts with relapsed/refractory PD-L1+ solid tumors. After clearing doses of 16, 24, 32, 42 and 63 µg/kg, 83 µg/kg is being evaluated. Safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic data are reported. Results: MT-6402 at 63 µg/kg in 1 pt with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) who progressed after radiation, chemotherapy, and CPI (PD-L1 CPS=2%, not HLA-A*02) resulted in a PR (63% reduction in target lesion) after 2 cycles. This pt had an increase in CD8/CD4 and immune activation cytokines (IL-2, TNFα, IFNγ) consistent with elimination of MDSCs. A pt with NSCLC (osseous disease only) that had progressed after CPI showed resolution of 3/4 osseous metastases and decreased radiotracer uptake by the remaining bone metastasis. This patient had high PD-L1 tumor expression and HLA-A*02/CMV+. Complete CMV-specific T-cell extravasation was noted by C1D8 consistent with haplotype-specific CMV antigen delivery for presentation on the tumor surface by MHC class I. All cohorts had reductions in peripheral PD-L1+ MDSCs, monocytes and dendritic cells after MT-6402 without effect on PD-L1- cells with the most depletion at the highest doses. Most pts displayed CD8+ T-cell expansion and elevations of serum IL-2 and TNFα, consistent with PD-L1-mediated immunotolerance. MT-6402 was well tolerated with 2 dose limiting toxicities reported: Grade (G)2 maculopapular rash at 24 µg/kg, G3 IRR at 63µg/kg. No G ≥ 4 AEs occurred. Infusion-Related Reactions in 3 pts (G1, G2, and G3) and Cytokine Release Syndrome (G1 [2 pts] at both 32 and 42µg/kg and G2 [1 pt] at 16µg/kg) occurred. Conclusions: MT-6402 utilizes three PD-L1-targeted and unique MOAs: direct cell-kill, reduced immunosuppression, and increased immunorecognition. As of Feb 2023, 5 dose cohorts have completed. MT-6402 was well tolerated without CLS or payload-derived toxicity as is observed with traditional immunotoxins and ADCs, respectively. A PR in 1 pt with CPI-refractory NPC (CPS 2%, CMV-) and regression of osseous metastases in a pt with NSCLC (TPS 80%, HLA-A*02/CMV+) following disease progression on CPI occurred. These results show MT-6402 monotherapy activity though unique MOAs and provide rationale for MT-6402 dose expansion. Clinical trial information: NCT04795713 .

Abstract Abstract 81 Hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) have the ability to self-renew and give rise to all hematopoietic lineage cells. Understanding signals that regulate the balance between self-renewal and differentiation of HSCs is an important issue in stem cell biology as well as regenerative medicine. Notch signals are critical regulators of the lymphoid lineage fate, but their role in adult HSC function is currently under debate. We explored the role of the LRF (Leukemia/Lymphoma Related Factor), a Notch repressor (also known as Zbtb7a, pokemon, OCZF and FBI-1) in HSC function, as it plays key roles in embryonic development, oncogenesis, and hematopoiesis. Conditional inactivation of the LRF gene in mouse HSCs (LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice) led to the development of CD4/CD8 DP (double positive) T-cells at the expense of B-cell development in the bone marrow (BM) in a Notch-dependent manner. Absolute numbers of the most primitive HSCs (LT-HSCs), defined as CD150+CD48−Flt3−Vcam-1+IL7Rα−LSK (Lin−Sca1+c-Kit+), were significantly reduced, while lymphoid-biased multi-potential progenitors (LMPPs: CD150−CD48+Flt3+Vcam-1+/−IL7Rα−LSK) and common lymphoid progenitors (CLPs: Lin−CD150−CD48+Flt3+Vcam-1−IL7Rα+) were barely detectable in LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice one month after pIpC injection. Enhanced T cell development and concomitant loss of B cell development was also seen in LRF−/− fetal liver (FL). Lin−IL7Rα+c-Kit+PIR+ (Paired Immunoglobulin-like receptors) T cell precursors were significantly increased in LRF−/− FL, indicating that Notch-mediated aberrant lymphoid fate determination also takes place during fetal hematopoiesis. To address which Notch gene(s) are targeted by LRF, we studied the HSC/progenitor population of conditional LRF knockout (LRFF/FMx1-Cre) as well as LRF/Notch1 double conditional knockout mice (LRFF/FNotch1F/FMx1-Cre). In the absence of Notch1, normal B cell development was restored in LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice. Reduction of LT-HSCs in LRFF/FMx1-Cre resulted from high Notch1 activity, as loss of Notch1 rescued LT-HSC numbers, suggesting that LRF functions to maintain HSCs and normal lymphoid fate by blocking Notch1. HSCs in active cell cycle are sensitive to 5-fluoro-uracil (5-FU) treatment, which causes remaining dormant HSCs to be recruited into the cell cycle to rapidly produce new cells and to quickly re-establish the hematopoietic system. To examine the self-renewal capacity of LRF deficient LT-HSC, LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice were treated with 5-FU after pIpC injection and the recovery of LT-HSC numbers examined. While control LT-HSC numbers recovered to pretreatment levels 3 wk after 5-FU treatment, levels in LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice remained low, accompanied by DP T cell development in the BM. Furthermore, after 5-FU treatment, LT-HSC numbers of LRFF/FNotch1F/FMx1-Cre were compatible to those of control and LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice, indicating that lack of self-renewal capacity in LRF deficient LT-HSCs was due to excessive differentiation toward T cells caused by Notch1. In support of this idea, when mice were given 5-FU weekly as a challenge to assess their HSC function in vivo, the survival percentage in LRFF/FMx1-Cre mice was much lower than in controls (0% versus 50% in 1 month, P <0.0001) and that of LRFF/FNotch1F/FMx1-Cre mice was compatible to controls. Serial bone marrow transplant experiments further demonstrated functional defects of LRF deficient HSCs, as they failed to reconstitute the hematopoietic system in secondary recipients. Microarray analysis and subsequent Gene Set Enrichment Analysis demonstrated upregulation of genes that were enriched in progenitor compartments. Since LRF can act as a transcriptional repressor, mRNA levels of Notch receptors and Notch ligands were examined using the same data set. A Notch target gene Hes1, but not Notch1 itself, was upregulated, and increased levels of Hes1 was also confirmed by real-time q-PCR in FACS-sorted LT-HSCs, as well as in 10.5 d.p.c whole embryos. These data suggest that LRF does not transcriptionally regulate Notch1, as LRF loss led to Notch1 target gene activation at the LT-HSC level without affecting Notch1 mRNA. Our genetic studies clearly indicate that LRF is indispensable for the maintenance of the HSC pool by repressing T cell-instructive signals mediated by Notch1 in the BM niche. Our findings shed new light on the regulatory mechanisms underlying the balance between HSC self-renewal and differentiation. Disclosures: No relevant conflicts of interest to declare.

Le but de ce travail est de développer un processus d’élaboration de boîtes quantiques (QD) de silicium-germanium (SiGe) avec des compositions allant du Si au Ge pur, et permettant d’obtenir des QD semi-conductrices et de tailles suffisamment petites pour l’obtention de confinement quantique. Pour cela, nous avons utilisé une combinaison de différentes techniques : l’épitaxie par jets moléculaires, la lithographie ionique par faisceau d’ions focalisés (FIBL) et le démouillage solide hétérogène. Dans ce contexte, la finalité de cette recherche est d’une part de développer un FIB qui puisse être couplé à un bâti d’épitaxie par jets moléculaires sous ultra-vide et d’autre part de valider le FIB avec deux applications : des nanogravures pour l’auto-organisation des QD et des nano-implantations de Si et de Ge pour la création de défauts locaux émetteurs de lumière. Nous avons utilisé la FIBL avec des sources d’ions d’alliage métallique liquide (LMAIS) filtrées en énergie utilisant des ions non polluants (Si et Ge) dans des substrats issus de la microélectronique tels que des substrats de SiGe sur silicium-sur-isolant (SGOI). Les nano-gravures doivent être totalement dénuées de pollution et aux caractéristiques variables et parfaitement contrôlées (taille, densité, profondeur). La morphologie des nano-gravures obtenues est ensuite caractérisée in-situ par microscopie électronique à balayage (SEM), et la profondeur est déterminée par des caractérisations ex-situ par microscopie de force atomique (AFM). Les nano-gravures réalisées par FIBL ont été comparées d’une part aux gravures plasmas avec He et Ne et d’autre part aux gravures obtenues par lithographie électronique (EBL)
The goal of this work is to develop a process for the elaboration of silicon-germanium (SiGe) quantum dots (QDs) with compositions ranging from Si to pure Ge, and allowing to obtain semiconducting QDs with sufficiently small sizes to obtain quantum confinement. For this purpose, we have used a combination of different techniques: molecular beam epitaxy, focused ion beam lithography (FIBL) and heterogeneous solid state dewetting. In this context, the aim of this research is on the one hand to develop a new FIB that can be coupled to the ultra-high vacuum molecular beam epitaxy growth chamber, and on the other hand to realize two applications: (i) nanopatterns for the self-organisation of Si and Ge QDs and (ii) nano-implantations of Si and Ge. We used FIBL with energy-filtered liquid metal alloy ion sources (LMAIS) using non-polluting ions (Si and Ge) for the milling of conventional microelectronic substrates such as SiGe on silicon-on-insulator (SGOI). The nanopatterns must be totally free of pollution and with variable and perfectly controlled characteristics (size, density, depth). The morphology of the nanopatterns is then characterized in-situ by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the depth is determined ex-situ by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The nanopatterns made by FIBL were compared on the one hand to plasma etchings with He and Ne and on the other hand to the etchings obtained by electronic lithography (EBL). Nanoimplantations of Si and Ge ions were realised in diamond and in ultra-thin SGOI for the fabrication of local defects

Thesis title The poetic universe of Giuseppe Conte Abstract The main object of our research is the poetic work of Giuseppe Conte. His entire poetic production, although differentiated, reveals a continuity in stylistic research and philosophy of existence. Conte's poetry collections are an attempt to express in artistic form his personal vision of literature, the world, society, man and different cultures. Our study explores a poetics that expresses Conte's relationship with poets and writers of the past and present. For Conte, poetry is necessary and fundamental to contemporary civilisation, it is an essential nourishment of the human imagination and soul, it must be understood as fundamental to the aesthetic, moral and economic rebirth of the world. In our study, we first analyse Conte's distance from the neo-avant-garde: he has always considered himself an «outsider» in relation to the artistic and literary movements of the 20th and 21st centuries. His conception of myth and nature as an antidote to the materialism of Western society led him to be one of the founders of «Mythomodernism». We ask why the poet was interested in lost non-European civilizations and examine his reinterpretation of classical myths. We study the role that Conte attributes to poetry in bringing together Western and Eastern cultures; we also analyse the influence of Ligurian «culture» and landscape on Conte. Finally, we focus on the values of language, in particular the expressive value of metaphor (on which Conte wrote fundamental essays), on poetic form and the analysis of language. The techniques used by Conte allow poetry to become the bearer of a new energy and a renewed work of civilisation.
Titre L'univers poétique de Giuseppe Conte Résumé L'objet principal de notre recherche est l'œuvre poétique de Giuseppe Conte. Toute sa production poétique, bien que différenciée, révèle une continuité dans la recherche stylistique et la philosophie de l'existence. Les recueils de poésie de Conte sont une tentative d'exprimer sous forme artistique sa vision personnelle de la littérature, du monde, de la société, de l'homme et des différentes cultures. Notre étude explore une poétique qui exprime la relation de Conte avec les poètes et les écrivains du passé et du présent. Pour Conte, la poésie est nécessaire et fondamentale pour la civilisation contemporaine, elle est un aliment essentiel de l'imagination et de l'âme humaine, elle doit être comprise comme fondamentale pour la renaissance esthétique, morale et économique du monde. Dans notre étude, nous analysons d'abord l'éloignement de Conte de la néo-avant-garde: il s'est toujours considéré comme un «étranger» par rapport aux mouvements artistiques et littéraires des XXe et XXIe siècles. Sa conception du mythe et de la nature comme antidote au matérialisme de la société occidentale l'a conduit à être l'un des fondateurs du «Mythomodernisme». Nous nous interrogeons sur les raisons qui ont poussé le poète à s'intéresser aux civilisations non-européennes disparues et examinons sa réinterprétation des mythes classiques. Nous étudions le rôle que Conte attribue à la poésie dans le rapprochement entre les cultures occidentale et orientale; nous analysons également l'influence de la «culture» et du paysage ligurien sur Conte. Enfin, nous nous concentrons sur les valeurs du langage, en particulier la valeur expressive de la métaphore (sur laquelle Conte a écrit des essais fondamentaux), sur la forme poétique et l'analyse du langage. Les techniques utilisées par Conte permettent à la poésie de devenir le porteur d'une nouvelle énergie et d'une œuvre de civilisation renouvelée.

An important aspect in the design of a 2-D parallel processor is efficient interconnections. Crossbar networks(CBN) are considered to be the most desirable candidates because every processor can communicate with every other processor without conflicts. Implementing a large 2-D CBN, however, is very difficult[1]. A Clos network(CN)[2], Clos(p,q,r), as shown in Fig. 1 is proposed to replace the CBN. In Fig. 1, each block represents a feasible subcrossbar of medium size. The CN has the same characteristics as the CBN. The CN is a nonblocking network with which it is always possible to connect together an idle input-output pair of processors without disturbing existing connections, if q≥2p-1 is satisfied. Both one-to-one and one-to-many connections are available in the CN. The most important factor is that the number of switching elements has been reduced in the CN(~10:1 for a 1000x1000 network, as compared with the CBN). The difficulty of determining connections, however, is a major problem to be overcome[3,4].

The primary goal of every developer is to develop the highest quality web application. The quality of the application is not only a subjective assessment of the developer, but objective and representative criteria for measuring performance must be defined. Google provides a model called Web Vitals with a subset of core Web Vitals that are important for quantifying user experience on the web. Some of the metrics are LCP (Largest Contentful Paint, refers to loading), FID (First Input Delay, refers to interactivity) and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift, refers to visual stability). This paper will present modern technologies and tools for measuring the performance of websites and analyze them on a real example of a web application. The analysis will include the use and measurement of the most important parameters: Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, Chrome DevTools, Search Console, web.dev's measure tool, the Web Vitals Chrome extension and Chrome UX Report API.

Résumé: En décembre 1950, Le Corbusier est associé à la conception de la nouvelle capitale du Pendjab indien. En complément du projet, il intégra le monument de la main ouverte élevée au dessus de la fosse de la considération. Le Corbusier déclare d’emblée que le monument de la Main Ouverte est un « complément » au programme de Chandigarh, fourni par « l’autorité ». Il est une « contribution personnelle » qui n’a pas de commanditaire. Il est de fait un élément « inattendu ». Un élément inhabituel qui n’a d’autres raisons d’être que celles propres à son architecte. Mais justement quelles sont-elles ces raisons ? Pourquoi Le Corbusier a-t-il ressenti le besoin de rajouter un monument au programme de Chandigarh ? A quelle fin ? A la gloire de qui ? En vue de quelle symbolique ? Pourquoi lui-a-t-il donné cette forme ? Pourquoi l’a-t-il fait mobile ? Et pourquoi l’a-t-il placé sur cette esplanade qui relie les bâtiments de l’assemblée et de la justice ? Le travail de recherche ici présenté tente de répondre à toutes ces questions. Il adopte, pour ce faire, une approche génétique qui cherche à comprendre comment se fait la genèse de l’œuvre. Resumen: En diciembre de 1950, se involucra Le Corbusier en el diseño de Chandigarh, la que sería nueva capital del Punjab indio. Como un complemento del proyecto, Le Corbusier integra el monumento de la mano abierta, situado sobre el pozo de la contemplación. Le Corbusier declara, desde el principio, que el monumento de las mano abierta es un "complemento" al programa de Chandigarh, facilitado por "las autoridades". Se trata de una "contribución personal" que nadie ha solicitado. De hecho, es un elemento "inesperado". Un elemento inusual cuya razón de ser obedece al propio arquitecto. Pero cuáles son esas razones? ¿Por qué Le Corbusier sentía la necesidad de añadir un monumento al proyecto de Chandigarh? ¿Con qué fin? Para la gloria de quién? En vista de qué simbolismo? ¿Por qué darle esta forma? ¿Por qué lo hizo móvil? ¿Y por qué razón lo ha colocado en esta plaza que conecta los edificios de la asamblea y de la justicia? Este trabajo de investigación que vamos a presentar trata de responder a todas estas preguntas. Adopta, para ello, un enfoque "genético", en la medida que busca comprender la génesis de la obra. Abstract CRA 13%Cr has been used at all Mahakam swamp and offshore gas wells since 1990's for oil country tubular goods (OCTG) particularly for production tubing, due to its excellent CO2 corrosion resistance. By mid of 2000's, when depletion observed in one reservoir level, the new production started from different level, thus reduce the wells design life and increase the completion job frequency. To avoid completion delay due to tubing material delivery, CLAS 3%Cr and Carbon Steel (C-steel) tubing were proposed. By late 2010's, the study was done to develop materials selection guidelines to provide necessary information allowing early selection of the most appropriate and cost effective Steel for lower well completion. And finally, since 2015, C-steel tubing has been applied to all entire tubing (lower and upper completion a few hundred meter below safety valve) on sweet corrosive gas well through systematic corrosion and erosion assessment, which has been verified as well by tubing wall measurement logging. This paper summarizes the outcome of several studies has been done, and demonstrate the optimization on the use of C-steel tubing instead of higher grade material, as part of corrosion management strategy to synchronize fit for service and economical objective.

Si l’on s’en tient aux chiffres de la vaccination contre la COVID-19 dans les pays du G7, la campagne apparaît comme un véritable succès tant au niveau global qu’au niveau national. En effet, à ce jour, 79,4 % de la population totale des pays du G7 a reçu une première dose, 72,9 % une seconde, et 45,4 % une dose de rappel (données du 28 avril 2022) 1 En France, c’est 80,6 % de la population totale qui a reçu une première dose, 78,2 % qui a reçu deux doses, et 55,4 % qui a reçu un rappel (données du 28 avril 2022).2 Au Royaume-Uni, 79,3 % de la population totale a reçu une première dose, 74,1 % une seconde, et 58,5 % un rappel.1 Enfin, en Italie, 85,2 % de la population totale a reçu une première dose, 80,4 % a reçu deux doses et 66,5 % a reçu leurs rappels (données du 28 avril 2022). Ces taux de vaccination élevés masquent pourtant des disparités importantes à l’intérieur de chaque pays. Ainsi, à Marseille, deuxième ville de France, moins de 50 % des habitants des quartiers nord de la ville étaient vaccinés à la fin de l’année 2021, alors que plus de 70 % des habitants des quartiers sud l’étaient au même moment.3 Dans le quartier populaire de Ealing, situé au nord-ouest de Londres, 70 % de la population admissible avait reçu une première dose, soit près de 10 % de moins que la moyenne nationale. 4 (Données du 4 avril 2022). Des disparités similaires ont été observées dans d’autres métropoles urbaines des pays du G7. Ce document examine ces disparités au prisme de la notion d’« (in)égalité vaccinale ». En s’appuyant sur des recherches qualitatives menées pendant la campagne de vaccination de la COVID-19 dans les quartiers nord de Marseille, le quartier de Ealing à Londres (Nord-ouest) et dans la région de l'Émilie-Romagne et à Rome, en Italie, il montre comment les autorités locales peuvent agir pour atténuer ces inégalités. Mieux comprendre les inégalités en matière de vaccins fut primordial lors de la pandémie de la COVID-19 en ce sens que les populations sous-vaccinées étaient la plupart du temps des minorités ethniques ou culturelles, vivant dans des zones défavorisées, ou sans-papiers, donc plus susceptibles de contracter la COVID-19, et d’en subir les conséquences les plus dramatiques. 5 6 7 8 Ainsi, à Ealing, quatre mois après la campagne de vaccination, seulement 57,6% des personnes dans le décile de pauvreté le plus bas avaient reçu une dose, contre 81% des personnes dans le décile le plus aisé. 9 En outre, 89,2 % des résidents britanniques blancs de Ealing étaient vaccinés, contre 64 % des Pakistanais et 49,3 % des habitants issus des Caraïbes.9 À Rome, comme c’est le cas dans d’autres métropoles urbaines des pays du G7, nos données révèlent des disparités particulières importantes entre le recours aux vaccins des populations sans papiers et celui des citoyens établis. Les facteurs d’inégalité vaccinale dans ces environnements urbains sont complexes et liés à l’interaction de nombreux phénomènes tels que les inégalités économiques, le racisme structurel, l'inégalité d'accès aux soins de santé, la méfiance envers les professionnels de santé, les représentants de l'État, et plus encore. Les collectivités locales tout comme les professionnels de la santé, les groupes communautaires et les résidents jouent un rôle clé dans la manière dont s’exprime l’(in)égalité vaccinale. Pour autant, peu de leçons ont été systématiquement tirées des efforts menés en matière d’ «engagement vaccinal » au niveau local. Dans ce document, nous proposons d’expliquer comment l’expérience des inégalités structurelles se recoupe avec celle des habitants, et comment ces expériences ont été prises en compte ou au contraire ignorées dans la promotion et l’administration des vaccins contre la COVID-19 par les collectivités locales. Nous adressons également un ensemble de recommandations qui s’appliquent aux programmes de « vaccination de rattrapage » contre la COVID-19 (visant à atteindre les personnes qui n’ont pas encore reçu leur schéma vaccinal complet), mais elles concernent également les programmes de vaccination d'urgence à venir. Ce document repose sur des recherches menées entre octobre et décembre 2021 à Marseille et sur des échanges réguliers avec les autorités du Borough de Ealing initiés dès mai 2021. Il identifie comment les gouvernements locaux, les acteurs de la santé, les groupes communautaires et les résidents jouent un rôle clé dans la production d’(in)égalités vaccinales. Ce document a été élaboré pour la SSHAP par Santiago Ripoll (IDS), Tavitha Hrynick (IDS), Ashley Ouvrier (LaSSA), Megan Schmidt-Sane (IDS), Federico Federici (UCL) et Elizabeth Storer (LSE).
